New avatars needed. I’ve been playing this game for a while. The graphics are great. The opportunities are endless. The challenges keep coming. There are a few frustrating areas…but areas I can generally get passed. My big issue is the over sexualized used of a white blonde women as the main female avatar. I thought it would change over time and the app would grow options. Come on boys…create some new avatars. …after reading other reviews I would like to add I’ve gotten pretty far in this game and not paid for anything, which I do appreciate. Others talk about having to pay money but really you don’t. The duel matchup can be unfair and takes too many points away to keep trying. Since duels are required to advance in areas of the game it would be a lot more fun if they were matched more equally.

Fun game at first but…. This game is a lot of fun at first for sure! You gain levels quickly, get tons of prizes, chests, etc right off the bat, and the first few days you can get some amazing deals in the shop for only $1-10 or so. However, I am now level 80, and for a while I’ve felt like you can’t really advance more in this game unless you pay $10-20 regularly for bundles and power ups. It’s almost impossible to win duels/battles without them, and most of the events are centered around duels and battles. Clan events especially revolve around winning countless duels and battles but it’s very difficult to do so once you’ve risen in levels and trophies as the people you’ll start to encounter are using every possible power up to win and if you’re not paying, it’s difficult to obtain them. This goes for lures as well. There’s a new fish to catch every day/few days and you almost always have to buy lures for this fish so you can win challenges with it. Also, while it can be fun to just fish without trying to win any prizes, it gets very boring after more than a few minutes. This is definitely a fun game in the first couple of weeks, but once you’ve been playing for a while it just feels like a pay to play game to me.

Problem with Hackers. The game started out really fun. Also, the graphics are fantastic and there is a lot to do, but I’m sick of all the hackers. On MANY occasions I will be winning a duel and the other player hasn’t pulled in a SINGLE fish, then somehow gets BOTH fish in the last second. Even with “Instant Catch” they couldn’t get BOTH fish in 1 second. This is frustrating, because I’ll use power-ups then get beat by people who cheat. Additionally, as you level up, and try to duel other players, you’ll be paired against people with much higher scores than you making it difficult to beat them, because they obviously have better lures. I tried an experiment where I bought a power-up pack, and noticed I started winning. Then about a week or so later, I couldn’t win a single duel. So I bought another 99¢ pack and the same cycle occurred. They obviously input an algorithm into the game to buff your wins when you spend money, and nerf it when you don’t. I don’t support those kind of business practices, so I caution everyone who downloads what you’re getting yourself into.

Good game over all. This a awesome game addicting at that lol you cant stop playing but there are things that could be improve . I really would of like it if you can make gifts with thin your clan exchange lures gift pearls or different items as that to specific people if you liked with in the clan your playing on i also would not mind to have a mic aded so you could be able to hear your clan mates if you like it or to communicate easy also it would be good if the app would match you on the duels and some other things with thin your level but i guess its all about spending with this game it not use to be like this and prices went up some of us cant afford it all the time but i would definitely add more fun things to it to make it funner thank what already is just some ideas to leave you guys with.

Dropping stars as fast as game stability. Been playing for a little bit. Game started out fun, decent to progress without spending lots of money... until recently. Something has happened in one of the updates lowering the ability to catch larger fish more often enabling you to compete in challenges and events. I understand pay to play and that pretty much all games are solely that or have components built in to make money. And that’s not unacceptable. I’ve bought things because I enjoyed playing but over the last few updates it has changed completely. Without increasing level to open the next fishery, I have increased my rods and lures but all of a sudden I struggle to compete with those at or near my same level. The pay to play has been reinforced massively. It’s becoming one of the games where the bigger purchases will have to be made in order to compete in the challenges and events. Sad, they had a decent game going, even with some minor instability issues that have now turned in to you better have perfect WiFi or cell connection otherwise you’ll be “loading” frequently. Anywho, I would recommend to try but be prepared to drop some dollars if you want the full effect of the game and enjoy winning events to get minor gifts that you essentially paid for anyways.

Fun but expensive and very prone to crashing. It is a fun game to just play around on but if you actually try to get anywhere in the competitions, you had better be prepared to spend $10-$30 for power ups just about every 2-3 day competition. That is after you have already gathered a number of good fishing rods and lures for every different area (which will likely set you back at least $200-$300 after you have leveled up . In short, this game is incredibly expensive and if anyone willing to sink serious cash into it can be in the winner’ circle. While the in-game purchases can quickly add up in many current games, this one is also currently very prone to crashing. I do not mean one to three times per day but more like 4-6 times per hour and often when you are in the middle of a duel. During weekends or peak gaming times, the servers are often overloaded and laggy. It is certainly not a connection issue as it also happens when I am on a 2gig wireless connection. If you don’t mind spending a fortune on digital goodies and enjoy getting booted out mid game, you will love this one.

Awesome game BUT. So I love the game it’s very fun and it’s addicting! (Ignore the bad reviews You will have them on all games) it Has great features love that it has where you can join a club and compete for better prizes and also has a shop where you can spend coins to get lures. BUT some of the things they need to work on is there is no real communication with fellow fishermen. It needs to have a global chat so we can talk amongst all the fishermen in the game and learn new techniques and strategies, Also would be nice to have global chat so we can recruit players for our clubs. Right now there is no way to recruit players u just have to hope ppl see your club and they decide to join and hope they are good enough to help the club win. Plz add a global chat this game REALLY REALLY NEEDS IT. Follow the guideline of all the other top games they have global chat and this game should to plz!

Awesome. The game play is simple in design, graphics are very good to excellent, sound can better capture the excitement of play but is still of good quality. The various levels and adventure of fishing for everything from emo to jaws is a welcome bonus when you open up new levels...everyone looks for free game play and you can get as even a playing field available from these types of games and with just a small investment of a few dollars you can get the boosts you need to compete with just about anyone. This is easily a 5 star game category with an excellent replay value. So bait them up and reel them in...and test yourself against top anglers from all over the world. I definitely will be here playing and trying to catch the biggest fish I can... don’t let the big one get away !!!!

Duels and CC Charges. I am pretty livid right now. I have spent SO much money on this game because I do enjoy it. I obtained a new fishery but guess what! I cannot obtain the highest level of prizes and lures for my new fishery because you have locked in ALL duels for FL Coast because that’s where the challenges are being held right now. Had I BEEN ABLE to duel at my new fishery, I have no doubt that I would have obtain the highest level for prizes, I am only about 8000 points away. Now I would like to ask about cc charges. If I am wrong, I will accept responsibility, but feel at this point I have been double charged. There are several 99 cent charges for a single day on my cc from your company, but you do not even offer 99 cent deals more than once or twice per day for me. Please check my account. Like I said, if I am wrong, I will simply accept that I made some charges that I do not remember. I am writing them all down now so there will be no error going forward. In addition, according to how this is handled, I will be happy to change my rating. I had an issue once before and it was settled to my satisfaction.

Cash grab. Game play is fun but this game is an absolute cash grab. Costs a lot of money to be competitive, special offers are embarrassing, timing of events and challenges put those in later time zones at a disadvantage. Love the concept but the greedy approach is shameful. Check developer response to all bad reviews, it’s basically the same. “I’m sorry, can you please give us more info.” How can it be more clear than the complaint. This is their standard response and never any resolution. Just endless back and forth. My advice, don’t get the game. But, like anything else, you have to try it for yourself to understand. Also, the game is glitchy as hell and crashes quite a bit. On the 3rd day of a 4 day event where the event focuses on 3 fisheries, my fisheries were changed. I had spent cash and pearls on lures and equipment and they change my fisheries? The last day was for legendary fish. I don’t have lures for 2 of the 3 fish and one of the fish was for a fishery I had just opened the night before. How is this right? I have contacted the developers but they are so slow to respond I am confident this is not going to be resolved.

Leveling. Dear FC, I don’t think your company realizes how you’ve hurt the game by forcing people to level up before they are ready. In the past month we’ve lost 4 big spending players strictly from your decision, so not only are you hurting yourselves you are hurting the people within the game as well leading to frustration with the developers, the game and ultimately theirselves not being able to be competitive unless they put a second mortgage on their house. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not ready to make that kind of commitment for a game. I know that you will say “ we’ve talked to the devs and top players and this is what they want” , nothing could b further from the truth. One would think in the middle of a pandemic a company would put their best foot forward to help the game community in troubling times. Taking proactive measures to appease the game community will only help FC in the long run, in essence, happy gamers equate to profits for FC. This is the thinking of many people in your game right now. It’s a real shame since it has been a great game up until the latest leveling updates. Please stay safe everyone!

Fun at first, pay to win as you go. This game started out very fun. I got a $5 starter pack to start and it worked out great. Problems started as I progressed. I found myself unable to keep up with other fisheries, duels and championships as I unlocked more stuff initially. I fished and fished and still couldn’t catch up so I bought another expansion pack and it helped me get almost no where. Recently an update was added where if you gain enough points it showed you can unlock some power ups. I kept up the grind to unlock the power ups and at the end you still needed to pay for it when you unlocked it!! Unbelievable!! Clearly the creators are real fisherman cause they hook you and then expect you to pay to keep making gains. I haven’t unlocked a single mythical fish anywhere, can’t pay for new lures when you actually need them with money earned fishing, fish come up in duels that I don’t even have lures for AT ALL, and never get the right rods to upgrade. Paid 10 bucks so far for this “free” game in two separate expansion packs, spent countless hours playing so far and haven’t gotten anywhere

Had a lot of fun at the beginning. I really really enjoyed playing at first especially when a new fishing spot would open up but then that got pretty boring so I started doing the duels which again were fun at first. Honestly, you can only do so many duels before you start getting matched up with people you can not beat unless you spend money which I have. You keep replying to people who bring this up by saying the game is free to play and you don’t have to spend money which is all true however, what is also true is that very few people continue to play this game if they can’t afford to buy things that will give them a fighting chance in the duels. The whole concept of this game is amazing but it would be nice to get matched with people in the duels that when you lost it was at the last second and not because your fish was 900 points and theirs was 7,000 points. Hahaha

Good gameplay, but “Pay to win”. It’s a decent game, and the gameplay itself can be fun, with all the tournaments and stuff like that, but I don’t recommend this game, unless you like spending lots of money. I am a level 81 in this game. It’s pretty fun, and they give out some cool rewards, but 1 in every 2-3 players you match against in duels are better then you, because of one thing: they spend money on the game. If there is anything about this game that I despise, it is the fact that it is the most “pay-to-win” game I’ve ever played. I’ve made 0 IAP’s the entire time I’ve had this game, and Even though I’m level 80, it is still to this day very hard. The challenges, championships, and events, mainly rely on IAP’s. It is very hard to actually play the game and do good without an IAP. Most events require a you to catch a specific fish using a legendary lure. Most people who are new or don’t spend money probably won’t have it. *Developers, definitely change this* I gave it a two star rating because: “it’s pay to win” “although gameplay is fun, you need to be very dedicated to the game” “free gifts in the shop literally barely help us players, 1 random lure won’t help us(talking to you guys devs)” -NM

Be prepared to be agitated. This game starts out a lot of fun, BUT, once you start getting up in levels, you learn real quick, that it doesn’t matter what level your at, normally if you catch the last fish in a 1 vs 1, within the time limit, it’ll almost always be enough to boost you past the other person. Now this can be frustrating to say the least, but I won’t give away all of the little hidden “tricks” to the game. I’ve spent hours playing 1 vs 1’s in order to get enough hooks, which you only need 10. The break down on those hooks are 3 for a dominant win, both fish caught are bigger than your opponents. 2 for a split win, if your points are higher than an opponent, and you can earn 1 hook if one of your fish is bigger, but you still lose the match. I’ve had matches where my lures were 7 or higher and I couldn’t catch a fish worth more than 5 stars!!! ???? Very confusing. Lost that match also. Other than that, I enjoy the game, just wish it was a little more balanced.

Lags and crashes a lot. Was super fun at first, but then you end up spending money. Also I caught 4 different bosses that the game didn’t give me because it crashed every time I caught a boss. That was almost 2 months ago. Now I can’t even catch a boss even if I sit at the fishery and just keep casting 100s of times different lures, and just trying everything. 6+ people in my clan caught all 5 boss fishes at the Saginaw fishery the same day it opened, and it took me 3 days to actually catch a boss there and that was fishing for hours on Friday Saturday and Sunday. That was the first boss since the game basically stole the 4 other bosses. Used endless power ups just to be disappointed. I wish they made that more fair. Also It would be much better if the game didn’t crash so much, lag all the time, and just crash and collect your packs for you and you not even know what you’re getting. Also the power ups are almost slim to none getting unless you have a bunch of pearls (you have to buy them because they don’t give you very many for leveling up or rewards) and have everything upgraded , but it’s almost impossible to upgrade everything because you open a new fishery almost immediately after the last one you opened. Would be more fun if they gave out more power ups for rewards and the actual lures we need. It is fun at first, but you get addicted and some of us break down and buy some things.

Great game!. Unlike most mobile games that waste your time with “energy refill” statuses and other lousy excuses to spend a dollar here and a dollar there only to frustrate and cause a quick deletion this game just lets you play! You don’t have to worry about how many fish you hunt or using in game transactions to fix and refill and keep playing you just enjoy the game for what it is a very enjoyable fishing game. You will need to pay attention to the dueling system as well as competitions to advance but over all what a great way to handle a fishing game for mobile. It’s easy to learn the fish look nice and it offers a variety not just bass or trout but muskies, eels, sharks, snappers etc. impressively done appreciation goes out to the developers

Horrible support, very buggy. I’ve been playing this game for probably a month. I’ve spent probably over $100 in it, and several times I get billed twice for one (1) in-app purchase. Their technical support is garbage. I wouldn’t doubt that they aren’t native English speakers, because their responses to my inquiry are vague and broken. I’ve asked for full refund of any of my purchases, and I received an auto response saying that I have to take it up to Apple support for a refund. They also asked for screenshots, but how difficult is it to find a glitch where I press a button, nothing happens, and my money is taken anyway? I have latest iPhone 11 with all software/apps updated. Sometimes the game even loads an older version of the game upon startup. I have to close the app and reopen it just to get it to work, very often. I wouldn’t trust this developer or this app. Also, if you look closely at all the other 5star reviews, they are single words or less than a sentence. I wouldn’t put it past this developer to have bots making fake positive reviews. Shame on you.

Fun but EXPENSIVE. This game is really fun to play but has many flaws in it. They have screwed me over on buying pearls, told me to supply transaction statements, I did and they told me I received the goods when I didn’t. When you first start playing the game it’s great, but give it some time and you’ll see that the more money you spend, the worse you do. But it’s still the only way to move forward. If you want to succeed you’re going to need a mortgage payment every month to do so. But for the guy who doesn’t, you’ll have to put in HOURS of playing time every day to get anywhere. BEWARE, this game will make you broke if you let it! Here’s where they put the response at the bottom of this saying it’s free to play. Mark my words, you won’t get anywhere after the first few levels if you don’t start spending! I was a clan leader that made it to platinum level, trust me I know the ins and outs of this game. Don’t get me wrong, the graphics are great and it is fun to play, but just be cautious of what I’m telling you, PLEASE!!

Far too much sandbagging so you have to compete against players that are twice your size.. Game starts out great at low levels but as you gain levels they slow down the play and the catch chance, matching you against far larger players and slowing down your ability to compete and the speed at which you catch fish. Don’t spend any money on the game because as soon as you do they will start limiting your ability even further when you don’t purchase anything for a while. The game is not bad as far as quality of of scenery and playing outright without dueling but much harder to advance this way. game is not worth the time it took me to reach upper levels because even though you have bigger lures and all the buffs In The world even the lowest man on the pole can defeat you if you don’t purchase in game packs every so often and they slow down your catch rate and speed of recovery. Playing other players that constantly sandbag to drop cups so they can duel other players of lower levels gets tiresome and takes from the game more then anything else. Competing is one thing but when you have to compete against people you have no chance of beating over and over because they have sand bagged sort of takes from a persons want to play the game.

Has become a pay to play game and it’s not fun anymore. This game used to be fun. Of course the pay to play option was always there, buying lures only available in the shop, buying power ups, etc. of course that was all available before. But recently, they have started to add new fisheries for everyone but you can’t win any battles at all unless you pay for the special lures for the special fishery. Worst of all, they’re only available for a month. So if you buy all the stuff to win, it’s gone next month. So it’s a lose / lose for free to play players as well as pay to play players. No matter what, you lose. Do away with the special places to fish. Plus there’s 20 challenges going on at once and all of them require stuff you need to pay for that is physically impossible to get for free. So wasting time attempting them is pointless. I gave 3 stars because it’s still a good fishing game but only if you have money to blow.

What it really needs. Basic Instructions, descriptions and tutorials...written for the Beginner. That’s what this game needs. I’ve been playing this game for quite some time and there are Still things I don’t understand or things that just aren’t clear. It’s like the designers Assume too much. The different reels? Which one am I using and how to level them up? I just keep pressing buttons and hope for the best. Even the notes in the inbox can be confusing. Developers: before pressing Send, find a non-player or someone new to the game and ask them to read it to see if it makes sense to them. I’m 50 years old and I admit, sometimes your messages leave me scratching my head, wondering, “What?” A game suggestion: for the player vs player duel, is there a way to show me what special lures I have in addition to the little fish symbol when I’m selecting a lure? If I have 3.0% increased weight for one fish but only 1.5% for another, I want to go with the first one. But you can’t expect us to remember All of our special lures and their numbers...so could that be shown? (I hope that makes sense...not sure if I’m using the correct terms) I’d love to see if you could show a fish jump out of water while on my line! I still give this game High Praise and will continue to play

Its just a slot machine disguised as a fishing game. Its free like they tell if if you are happy just pushing buttons and never really winning anything. There is literally zero skilled involved in this game. Just upgrading and button pushing. You can set up autoclicker on your phone and walk away. I played quite a bit and did enjoy it. I also spent my fair share of money. You need to spend in the hundreds if you want to place in any events especially as you move up the ranks. You will be constantly frustrated by losing to people you shouldnt lose to. The fishing algorithm they use, i feel has one purpose, to get you to spend money. It works. Follows all the gaming psychology to a T. You will soon find out that you cant catch bigger fish even after upgrading lures and gear. You will use thousands of powerups trying to no avail all to get you to buy more. To be fair game is fun and addicting and the graphics are good. I just cant spend anymore money on it which means I cant compete, which means whats the point. I tried quitting before and came back. Now im trying again. Like I said its a slot machine dressed up as a fishing game. You are at the mercy of the algorithm and you will soon find out how frustrating that can be.

Game was great for awhile UNTIL.... I fell in love with this game and it has been great until very recently. There are a lot of bugs in the events and players are getting impossible scores. I’ve reached out to support with no response. I was cheated out of prizes by players having more points than is possible in the events. Also there seems to be an algorithm that when you upgrade lures and spend money you instantly start catching much better fish and when you stop you will catch nothing for hundreds of casts while wasting all power ups. This algorithm is present to make sure that players keep spending money and keep leveling up so they’ll unlock new fisheries and have to buy the license with pearls. Look, I’m fine with that algorithm being in place (just like the one that makes rod weight bonuses not random). However, you need to fix the events or compensate players that have lost rewards because of it. That is just plain unfair and those players were cheated. The first time event scores were wacky and you guys admitted your mistake (it happened two events ago when you guys were trying to implement something new). But a couple hours later you wrote that everything was fine even though scores weren’t corrected. Big mistake! Own up to your mistakes and respond to the players who are seeking clarity. It is beyond frustrating for you guys to not be transparent and own up to things because 99% of players won’t catch the errors and you guys can just keep collecting money.

Great game some flaws though. I’ve been playing this game for over three months and I can say it has been my most played mobile game ever. I enjoy trying to get higher starred fish and competing in events. But all good games have flaws and this game has a few. To start the dueling system isn’t that fun as I could play ten matches and win only two of them. The game will continue to match you up with players that have god rods or just have played longer than you have which will always give them the advantage to win the match easily. Another big flaw in the game is the events during the week. What I mean is that sometimes when I would log on for the day I would be placed in an event that I could do little in because I can’t win duels for the event or I don’t own the lures needed for certain fish making it extremely hard to win any prizes during the very short events. If the events were longer than a day or two it might be possible for regular players to compete in these events. But overall I enjoy playing this game and would recommend fishing enthusiasts to try it out.

Technical problems out the wazoo. This game has the potential to be amazing, but it’s being run into the ground. Duel matching is a joke - it frequently matches beginners against high level players, essentially making it impossible to win. It gets stuck on a loading screen during matching and you have to force close the app and reopen it, wasting precious time. Duels are needed to reach goals in certain locations, but you can’t choose your duel location and 99% of the time it sends you to the Florida Coast, which does not count towards those goals. The name of the fish is often mismatched with the picture of the wrong fish, taking away much of the satisfaction of a mythical or boss catch. Also, people have some seriously racist and disgusting usernames. A filter would easily solve that problem. If you’re wondering whether the game runners know about this - they do. They said as much on their Facebook page, yet don’t seem committed to actually fixing it. I’ve played games with technical issues before and I still play one of them after three years, because the customer service team was incredibly responsive and on their game. Fishing Clash does not have such a team behind it.

Love it but.... I absolutely love this game but... I get random charges to my Apple account for lure packs and such that I do not purchase and can never get refunded for them nor do I get whatever it was that was purchased. Totally agree with a previous review about the trophies and people purposely dropping down to win the duals and not giving people a better chance in advancing. I also have the freeze issue with my app as well! It makes it extremely hard to win when people are on higher levels and drop down to lower level people and completely demolish their points. I also agree with the making us pay to be able to have what we need for tournaments and challenges. Everything should be by level. If I want to do a dual and someone from a higher lever than me gets matched up with me, I can’t even fish because I am not on that level or do not have that lure. The game is fun but needs to be made a little more fair and not charge people for things they are not purchasing !!

Fun game, but could use some work!. I really enjoy this game! It would be 5 stars if just a couple of things were changed. I really enjoy the play of the game, but the higher level you get the lower fisheries seem forgotten. It would be nice to be able to pick where you duel at. There's no point in leveling up your lures if you never duel in the Florida coast anymore. I like to max out something before moving up and this game doesn't really give you that option. Also, it'd be nice to have a global chat set up for recruiting. Our clan is small and doesn't have a good way to recruit at the moment. It would also be neat to have clan duels. Maybe a 1-2 day fishing tournament between two clans. Just some ideas I had and would like to see implemented into the game soon. I know the game is still working on becoming a finished product and it is very enjoyable so far. I would recommend this for download. Thanks for reading!!

Quality of Life. When I try and do duels mainly there are matches that I simply have no chance to win. I can’t decide where I don’t want to go so when I unlock a new area it’s a detriment for the duels. It pairs me against people that have either gotten far more lucky than I or have spent money to progress. It consistently will send me to a place that I hardly have any lures unlocked for a duel and I then have no chance to win. Where as if it sent me somewhere I had them it would at least be competitive. I don’t mind losing. But when I have basically no chance because I have no lures unlocked it’s incredibly frustrating. Then to top it off I have to wait like a full minute before I can leave it. I can’t just give up right away when I have no chance even if I close the game it loads me right back in. I’d love to rate higher but the fuel system needs work. The fact that it’s luck based where you go. Then again luck based for what 3 lures you can possibly pick from and it's really a shame.

Good for a while.... could use some tweaks and new features.. I like this game a lot and really enjoy it however there are a few things I don’t like. 1. I’m always matched up against too strong opponents in versus, and I never seem to be able to keep up. 2. There should be a way to get more free perks like the fish radar etc. 3. I always feel like there are no good ways of making money “coins” it just feels slightly unbalanced. 4 I wish we could see and actually pick out lures and interact with them in a level up menu. What we have now is kinda just selecting pictures of fish and leveling up a rod-reel combo. 5. A cool feature to eventually add would be boats that periodically move around while out on a body of water, or self driving. 6. Crabbing and other shellfish would be a nice feature. 7. A tank area where you can see your biggest species or trophies would be nice. All things considered this is by far one of the best fishing games for the phone. I’m impressed with the current updates, challenges, events. It is very nice to have such an interactive experience. If a few of the suggestions I have come to fruition this game would be a 5 star game no doubt. Regardless I have been playing this game since it came out and I thoroughly enjoy the vast species and places to fish great job!

Really fun but matchmaking is broken. I’ve been playing the game for a while now and have had a ton of fun grinding and leveling up and have gotten to around level 60. I’ve spent about 20$ total on the game and have overall been very satisfied with the gameplay and content implemented into the game, however the multiplayer feature or “duels” as it’s called in the game is unbelievably broken. It has literally gotten to the point to where I cannot move up in the game anymore because it keeps matching me with people who are either way higher level than me with way higher level lures, or people who have purposely dropped down trophies to absolutely demolish lower level players. There needs to be some sort of balance added so that the duels are more fair for lower level players. It’s hard to get coins and lure upgrades when it’s literally impossible to win duels to get the packs. I absolutely love the game and hope that this is fixed soon to make overall gameplay better.

Great But...Frustrating. I like the game I play a lot over an hour throughout the day. The game play and graphics are top notch. The fish are patterned and colored correctly and animated nicely, but be ready to lose a lot, I wish there was a tier system in place, re: Dueling one that is not based on Trophies. It’s frustrating losing a lot, I just dueled another player who had 2500+ wins and 1400+ trophies vs. my 60 wins and same amount of trophies. I lost, this is no surprise, giving the fact that you get at least 2 hooks per win, that comes to minimum of 5000 hooks. Which in turn comes to 330+ Hook packs that gives you money, pearls and lures. Lures that upgrade you star rating and allows you to catch larger fish. A newer player stands little chance in such an encounter. People throw matches to keep their trophies numbers low to duel low “level” players for clan hooks during events. You could make it win/level based, each level is 50 wins. This would have a twofold effect. It would keep the playing field a little more even for newer players and make clan hooks more of a commodity instead of a easy way to get clan packs. Hope this keeps someone else from getting frustrated and quitting the game.

Could be way better.... I honestly love playing this game n spend a lot of time playing it. I’ve had it now for about a month and it does get really fun... but... as I’ve gotten a little further in the game it’s now getting frustrating due to being matched up with players wayyyyy above my level. You try hard to gather power ups and you guys set challenges for duels and other competitions and pair me up with people way beyond my level and it’s not even fair. You lose all your power ups that you either paid for or earned just trying to compete with these higher level players. It almost makes it seem like you have to pay money to be competitive n that’s making me more n more ready to delete the app... it really makes no sense to create all these challenges and not be able to compete and earn more power ups and packs to advance when your matched up with people you cannot compete against.. you lose all your stuff just trying to edge out duel wins and challenges. I like the game n it has a great concept but I’m about to stop playing since I can not afford to spend money daily just to even compete.. thanks.

Fishy Bank Review. Fishing Clash is an awesome game and time waster. Though it has some annoying bits, I still highly recommend this game. The new Fishy Bank feature had me excited when it was announced not too long ago. I was pleasantly surprised that I was one of the randomly selected players to test out this feature for 6 days (thank you for choosing me). However, I was immediately disappointed when I found out that you have to pay $4.99 (more like $5.00) to crack open the bank. If only there was a way to do it for free. Maybe decrease the amount of gems you can get that would be reasonable for getting it for free. Nevertheless, this game is still phenomenal with its highly detailed fish models and graphics (which is impressive for a mobile game). Once again, thank you for your time and for choosing me to try this new feature, I will continue to enjoy your game regardless.

Been playing for 6 months. I don’t recommend this game to anyone. It’s fun to play in beginning till you start spending then you are took advantage off. Seems as the game itself does the fishing on customers. A lot of glitches and not very consistent play. Seems someone alters you’re fish settings to get you to spend. You buying air and probably compete with bots. The vip customer support is a joke same with rewards and power buffs they seem to take from you faster than you can get. Beginning it was fun but your better off buying a PlayStation which you could buy 4 or 5 of them in six months of play. They have too many variables just to confuse you and trick you, game is rigged and waste of time and money. They don’t treat customers problems with sense of urgency as if they are always right. They are not and won’t be getting 1 more dime from me. Cause the outcome is not in your hands it’s up to game developers. It’s criminal how they do customers but people still give in but eventually everyone gives up and stops playing. I’d like to see investigation into this game cause something seriously wrong at fishing clash.

Great idea, poorly executed. UPDATE - Duel matchups are ridiculous and not being addressed by developers. Rampant sandbagging by getting 2 heavier fish and then giving up. Just got matched up with a player who had over 9800 duel wins to my measly 167. He quits (sandbags) and I get only 1 hook. Something is very wrong with this game. As another reviewer stated, it’s a 5 star game in a 2 star wrapper. You will quickly see what I mean when you start playing. First, there is no real skill involved. The only skill is catching the fish and it will take you all of a couple times to master it. Then it’s boring. This is a strategy game. Don’t get me wrong, a strategy games can be fun too, but here is where the problem lies. The only way to compete is to spend real money. And a LOT of it. In game purchases are unreasonable. I do believe that if you like and play a game a lot, you should compensate the developers. They put a lot of time and money into the app and they should see some return on that investment. Problem is, it costs way too much and the game is rigged that way. Either you pay for legendary lures or you lose duels during events. Each legendary lure will cost you $20 in a pack. I’ve unlocked just 8 fishery’s so far and at a minimum to compete, I would’ve had to spend $160 and I’m only half way there. NOT worth it. Moving on to another game.

Eh.... I play this all the time and enjoy it, but please stop making so many changes just to make yourself money. Also, I have so many freezes and have to restart my devices in order to even get back on?!?! None of my other apps stop working or need a restart. Also, what the crap is the deal with the Legendary Trophies?? Hope they are able to be used to help upgrade lures or something. Otherwise, seems really silly to just erase earned trophies for no reason. Especially when that brings higher level guys down into my league to face in duels, causing me to lose duels I shouldn’t even be matched up in. And on that point, why are duels even matched up by trophy count? Shouldn’t it just be by overall level? I hate facing players that have sandbagged for a day for the purpose of dropping trophies in order to face lesser level players... at no punishment. Should be more of a penalty or deterrent to those that choose this “strategy”. This really matters at clan pack time where the need to win is intensified. Why benefit those who are cheating the system and players playing at their legitimate level? Seems to me that you all need to get your ideas and changes lined up a little better to benefit better, and more fair, play.

Very Good Game. There are some things that could be improved on this game but for the most part it is a great game. Ignore all the bad reviews. I have somehow managed to gain about 21 levels in one day. How I did it, easy: Don’t worry about buying things out of the store. Use universal bait so that you catch different kinds of fish. Occasionally use draw in the rod section to possibly get new perks. Cast many times. Don’t hold down on the reel, instead, tap it so that it stays in the middle of the meter. Do some duels so that you get the pack. Upgrade your fishing cards whenever you get the chance. Spend pearls to speed up the time to open packs whenever you feel you need to. Catch fish until you fill up the star thing and get packs from it. Upgrade rods whenever you have the chance. Participate in championships. I have not yet seen the rewards for this but I am possibly still in 1st place and might see tomorrow. There might be a couple more things to do but most, if not all of them are probably common sense. I know this seems like a lot, but like I said, most of it, if not all of it is probably common sense. If you do these things, you will be good in no time. I started at level 6 today.

Crashes Constantly. I absolutely loved this game. I loved the graphics! I liked the challenges and championships and the clan I’m in... I however CANNOT STAND the fact that it crashes ALL THE TIME!!!! I will go to enter duel and it will either reload the app or just freeze to the point that when I get back in the duel it is seconds away from ending without having a chance to fish and compete. It happens when clicking on different options through the game also. EXTREMELY frustrating to the point that I may just delete the game/app all total. I don’t normally do in game purchase but I’ve spent about $30 on this game so far. I hate to waste money and with all these crashes, that’s what I feel I have done. Also It is extremely unfair that the only way to compete or catch bigger fish is to have to spend exorbitant amounts of money. $20 to get one legendary fish for 1 fishery is robbery! In order to compete you’d have to do that several times in each fishery... that’s ridiculous!!!!! The only reason I still play it is because I spent money in this game and want to get my moneys worth. Each time I login to the game though I get more and more upset and more and more frustrated with the app. Not cool!!!!!!

Pay to play with little chance of winning. I have been playing this game for a while and in the beginning it was incredibly fun. Since then the developers have figured out they can make a crazy amount of money on the game and have started making events where if you don’t pay you have zero chance of doing even remotely well in the event. The last event was horrible. First if you didn’t spend at least $50 you were not even going to get the first prize of the seven they had. Next the 7th prize was unobtainable by anyone who plays and the 6th prize was obtained by on 26 people out of the 10,000 that participated in the event. Also during normal events they have created what is called sonar and it is very expensive and it basically allows anyone using it to win any match they are in. I am in one of the top clans and this is a consensus amongst all of us. Many of us on are the verge of leaving the game permanently. I caution anyone downloading this game to either not do it or be prepared to spend a ton of money to play. BE WARNNNNEEEEDDDD

Fun but overwhelming at first. First off, the game is gorgeous and a ton of fun to play! Maybe it’s because I’m not a gamer, but I feel like there are a lot of confusing elements with difficult to find explanations. There are so many various things to click on, that take you to another place to click, then you click some more. 🤣 Might be helpful when someone starts the game to have quick tutorial pop-ups explaining how to properly change your lures during your first duel, power ups and what they do, upgrading rods when you can, etc. I’m still not sure what I’m drawing on the licenses or what that’s for. Why are there coins and pearls as currency? 🤣 You do learn as you go though. Biggest issue....on iPhones, when you get notifications, they pop up directly over the power bar when you’re reeling. It would be nice to have an option to move that bar to the bottom of the screen. Great game tho!

Ten Square Games Support, or lack of support. I needed to upgrade my phone, So the Apple tech backed everything up on my phone, and then replaced my phone. I have 17 game apps and only one didn’t transfer to my new phone with my game profile and data. It was Fishing Clash by Ten Square Games!!! I sent a case to Ten Square Games support. And the support experience was laughable really. After going around and around exchanging emails for weeks, they kept saying sorry we can’t help without your ID number and I can’t recover the ID number because I changed to a nickname. I sent them photos of these items, my account and name, my clan and clan name, both of which are active and I can still see from another new account it forced me up set up. Then I sent copies of various Apple receipts for purchases I made in the App. Then this support person Monika says I’m sorry, we can’t get your ID number from your profile nickname, or from these receipts, and we can’t get it from your active account that sitting out there!!! My advice to everyone is to not invest your time and money in a company or it’s games. The whole support experience simply a joke

This game would be awesome if:. The premise of the game is awesome but the developers are the most greedy I have ever seen in an app game. They are constantly trying to find ways to make you pay more and more - for example: they offer package prices different to each player so I may be offered a pro license for $49 and another player may only have to pay $9.99. They also make the powerups necessary for winning duels and they keep re-designing the game to make you go thru powerups like water. If you want to compete successfully you will need to spend more than $400 a month. If you don’t care about winning- it is a fun game but you will lose 90% of the time and not reach your goals if you don’t at least have dice, weight and luck. So yea I could choose to play for free if I want to let my clan down and not finish my daily tasks that help my clan. I play for the number 4 in the world team so I know what I’m talking about. Think before you get committed to a clan and feel obligated to spend the money.

Be prepared for frustration. In fairness,the game is exciting and fun but spending money is pretty much essential. And a lot of it. I’m in a clan with nice people who spend hundreds each month. I spend a little and hold my own but I’m out of my league most of the time. And it crashes….A Lot! You could be in the winning position of a very important run, say you need 4 wins in a row for a huge reward and boom. You’ve spent hundreds of resources to get to that point, they’re all gone. In a heartbeat. So, you go through the process of days to contact customer support. They either don’t get back to you at all or request a screenshot. That’s ridiculous. So they pat you on the back and say how sorry they are, no compensation no answers. And it is a long term commitment which is great but it’s like a bad marriage. If you’re into frustration, throwing away your money and horrible customer support this is the game for you. I’m here looking for a new game and stopped in to leave a review on my way out. There are so many other things I could mention but I’m just so done with this game. Another thing is that even the people in my clan who have been playing for years complain quite a bit about the game issues.

Deleting if not fixed soon. The game is clean and starts out fun. I didn’t mind spending a few bucks here and there until I started to realize how the game actually works (there is no tutorial). I HATE that I can’t pick where I want to duel and even worse that I am matched with people that I can’t even comparably come close to winning against!! I have spent money to level up lures to be able to win in duels for Florida Coast but consistently get paired with Mediterranean Sea and no lures. I have lost over 50 pearls in re drawing for competition and the wheel or entire game freezes and I have to restart game but no new draw yet pearls are still gone. The limited coin earning cap is ridiculous as well. I have sent emails to support and have not received ANY responses nor refunded any pearls. Between the constant freezing, unable to earn enough coins to level lures to give a fighting chance of winning, and not being able to choose where I want to duel, and NO SUPPORT, has pushed me to the point of wanting to delete game and not recommend. If things don’t change very soon that’s what will happen as well as spreading the word not to bother with the game. Very sad as the game has the bones to be great. If ALL of this is fixed and changed then I will update review and stars

CONSTANT CRASHES. The game overall is a lot of fun but when I’m competing in a duel, a battle or something else where I am against some other player, the game crashes, restarts (this usually takes a couple of minutes) and by the time I get back in the duel has only a fe2 seconds left and I’m left not catching anything thereby losing any trophy points I have. Another issue is the clans - NEED TO LOSE THESE. I joined one and donated a few lures and asked for a legendary for Lake Guntersville on several occasions and didn’t receive anything, need to say I left the clan. It’s all about spending money and not getting anything in return. I agree with several of the other reviewers, you need to 1) fix the bugs that causes the crashes, 2) make the game a little more fair - especially for the players that have full time jobs and 3) cut down the prices of what players have to spend to get lures and power ups. UPDATE —— CLANS MAKE THIS GAME SOOOOO UNFAIR. You can’t win anything because of the clans. I was in 1st place with 15 hours left in the current championship, with a little under 2 hours left I had dropped to 3rd place ALL BECAUSE THE HACKER CLANS stepped in and knocked me out of first place. DEVELOPERS please LOSE THE CLANS to make this game fair for everybody. Also crashes seem to be getting worse,

Don’t waste your time and money. I have played this game for over two years and become more disappointed every day. I am VIP level 9 (almost 10) and they just don’t care about my problems. The game glitches every single day now. It seems to freeze up at the worst possible time. The VIP same day support is a lie. Anytime I have an issue they ask me for a screen shot. How can I take a pic of a game that crashes and restarts??? They said they sent me a compensation pack but I never saw it. Also, the crash cost me pearls to replay the grand tournament, not pups. They never send pearls as compensation. They used to have a new fish every week. Lately it’s TWO new fish every week. This is just greedy! Lastly, they spend much more time censoring our clan chat than fixing bugs. It’s unbelievable that you can’t type in the word BLACK without it being blotted out. They are incredibly politically correct. Maybe they will send me to FC jail for having the audacity to type the truth on here, if so , it will save me tons of money.

Individual Money Grab Fishing. Fishing clash is a game that has a 5 star idea with a 2 star execution. The concept of the game is great. Based on a favorite past time of millions. It is set up in a clan style format where u can enjoy with friends. Just like real life fishing! This is where the money comes in. They sell in game up grades like everyone else. The problem is they are at unreasonable prices. For instance, $ 400 for one rod! Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice rod. Maybe not G Loomis quality. Then again it’s probably not fair to compare fake rods with real rods. Except in this case the real money price is comparable. Then the clan format. If u r a high level clan without real money upgrades u will find it almost impossible to contribute points to your clan. No points = No rewards. It does not matter if u had points during the event, only at the end. U can spend real time and not receive part of the prize. So why not call it what is “ Individual Money Grab Fishing”

Don’t spend $, just enjoy free play :-(. Free app yes, some fun starting out yes, payment is optional yes but fairness is a no. To compete they press you to spend money & you still get beat down but others who I guess spend more money (and the fake players are out of hand). No reasons to be matched up with ppl in duels, skirmishes & challenges & you’re given absolutely no chance to win but not until you have exhausted many power ups, which in turn presses you to spend money. No power ups, no chance period. If you have an issue and email them expect a delayed response & a response that gives no insight or informs you they didn’t spot the problem you wrote about. Pretty frustrating & this is coming from someone who spends, or should say spent money every week on this game to always still fall short. Too many fisheries opened which thins out the lures you receive & enters you into championships that you’re not able to compete in & enjoy b/c of the folks who spend plenty of money & just obliterate you. It is fun in the beginning but unless your invested financially it fades away very quick.

Wow. Why does a person have to spend so much money on this game I played other games and not spend a penny and progressed a lot further and faster I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this game and I stress thousands of dollars that I don’t have and still don’t have the power to catch fish that I should be catching it’s not fair something is wrong with this game i’ve lost my game three times and had to start over I’ve seen my avatar of the three games that I lost but can’t get them back this S been going on for three years I’d like to have the money back that I spent on the other games and put on this game that I’m playing now other than that the games OK to play shouldn’t have to be spending so much money on a game that you can go to Walmart and buy and play it on PlayStation or Xbox and not spend anymore money I spent enough money to buy 10 X boxes and 20 play stations and so on and so on so for my review for you is zero stars until you get something fixed in this game to work is fair for all players not just robots

Overall I love the game and it’s mechanics, graphics, and competitiveness but I highly recommend the developers add an Australian saltwater level with coastal fish such as flathead, silver trevally, snapper, kingfish, whiting and etc. Also I think friendly battles between your mates would be a fun addition. Literally impossible to progress without money. I’ve only played this game for a couple hours in total, and how much progress did i make in said 2 hours? Almost nothing. I still have not even unlocked the second fishing region. It is literally impossible to progress in this game without either playing forced multiplayer (you can fish for as long as you want, but you will never level up once from doing that) or fall for their EA-like scummy practices and spend money. Uninstalling immediately.

Fishing Fun / Fishing Clash. Addictive to play, great meeting new people and it is great joining a team when people tell each other how to play the game and ways to win etc. my Clan is ( fff ) fishing for fun, we constantly help each other, we haven’t had glitches or difficulties playing, awesome game.

Biggest pay to win scam ever. Progression after the early game is impossible unless you keep putting in real money. I made a few purchases, but I am not prepared to continuously buy stuff to be able to progress and have any chance with competing against other players. In my opinion you are much better off buying a game such as Ultimate Fishing Simulator on steam or even playing Fishing Planet, which still has a pay to win element to it, but is still good fun without buying stuff.

Amazing. Have always loved this game and decided to come back to it after a while. If your looking for a relaxing mobile fishing game with plenty of action and no pay to win then this game is perfect. Off to catch my next big fish!

Weighted to pay to play. While this game is ok, after a while becomes more frustrating than rewarding, lot of cheap tricks to fool players that rewards are based on chance when they are really heavily weighted against the player, Typical example is they have a roulette wheel that you can pay to spin to get bonuses, the wheel is evenly divided but in 10 segments but 9 out of 10 times you spin up one of the 3 low value prises, they give u a free spin then next cost u 50 then doubles each turn without warning Also you get coins for the fish you catch but limited to so many fish a day then you only get 1 coin per fish, so you actually penalised for long play, work that out Any complaints concerning these issues, are not replied to or compensated. I would find another game that is more fair

Awful game. Used to be a good game, just a massive money grab now. If you’re not wanting to drop hundreds of dollars on this game don’t download it, you don’t win unless you spend, you get put in duels with fish you don’t even own, people with max rods catching more then double your fish, matchmaking is broken and devs don’t care about players only want the cash, pretty sad to see a game that could be so good ruined by greedy owners, DONT DOWNLOAD THIS MONEYGRAB!

why do my. have been playing for a long time and am now finding that my power ups are disappearing rapidly . They seem to be used up after only a couple of duels. I think you need to explain exactly how they are depleted in each game. Is it only one power up for each cast or are you using one each time you touch the screen.

App keeps shutting down. I’ve tried every way possible restart, refresh, reload, turn the phone off. Nothing will stop the app crashing within minutes of playing every single time. My partner plays on his iPhone 6 and has no problems, I have no other problems with any other game just this one. Yes I’ve updated the IOS. Please help I loved playing this game.

WoW WoW. I like this game and I am going to play it more also it is really easy how to understand how to reel the fish in by tapping the screen it is also a bit difficult to challenge people but I will keep trying but just wow great game! 🙂

Can you please fix the Matchmaking/duels. I can’t do anything with the duels no more I’m at 700 trophies and have unlocked four areas but can’t progress any further because of the matchmaking in the duels. there’s a lot of ( pay to win ) around 700 to 800 picking off the small fish and I can’t do my events or get my lures. Matchmake on overall profile stats not just trophies?.

Great game. Such an easy game to understand love playing it when I'm bored too. It has a few glitches here and there but most of the time it's fine

New update. Just installed the new update and now the game will not start. It gets half way through the loading screen and then crashes. Not very happy as I really do enjoy playing this game.

Fishing addiction. Great game but the makers are getting money hungry, no longer is it the best player wins. It’s the person who is willing to spend the most money at the start of each challenge, that gets a head start and an advantage over everyone. Been playing for 2 years now but seriously thinking of deleting this game from my iPad.

I have had a wonderful time playing this game through the years however a new feature added to the gameplay has taken away from the enjoyment of building a profile over time, building better rods and better lures. One of the main game play modes are timed fishing clashes. In these clashes, one plays an online opponent to catch the biggest fish in a limited time frame. With the new purchasable multi-hook option, every cast for fish is like casting twice. Effectively doubling your chances of catching the biggest fish. Couple this with purchasable 100% Luck increases and Purchasable Sonar (see how big the fish is before winding in your catch, or release and not wasting time on small catches) items, the game has changed from building up lures through prizes, daily bonuses and competition wins, to a game that now requires a constant outlay of money in order to be competitive. I understand that a developers main aim is to make money, but that should not be to the detriment of loyal players that have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to build a competitive profile over a number of years. Unless you have bottomless pockets, this game is not for you. VERY disappointed long time user.

Fun while it lasted. This game was fun until I got to level 4 and 5. I’m now having to duel against players that are at level 250+ I’ve read online that the trophy level decides who you play against. ? This game puts you in duels against players over 200levels higher than you so that you have to spend money and even then, you still can’t win against them.. This game blows and the App Store should ban this game for unfair money grabbing tactics.

Hmmmmm. Decent game but riddled with problems. Sonars just chew through your power-ups, which if you are paying for is a complete waste. Game has way to many freezes, typically when you are winning and unless you want to send multiple emails, don’t expect a great response. Clan packs are regularly getting frozen Duel time, was out for at least half a day yesterday.

Love the game but..... It’s a fantastic game, fantastic graphics and fantastic game play but the developers look like they are only interested in the money... many players are low income, pensioners, kids, unemployed, etc and we just don’t have the money to buy the advantages...big fish....or the rods etc, developers need to give us a chance to earn these through play then the game would be fair. As I progress through the game more and more of the challenges are about catching fish you have to buy which means we can’t continue to play.....that isn’t fair. Also why do the duels take so long to unlock, surely we have earned the prize by winning, why make us wait.

Recent update needs to be fixed. Love this game - great fun, well set up and whilst naturally it is geared towards players who spend $$$ (you would expect so!), you can still progress quickly without spending. Huge issues with the recent update though: Very slow to load, and crashes constantly - almost anytime you try to enter a different aspect (lures, rods, licenses etc) Particularly frustrating during duels, battles, tournaments etc. Please address this issue ASAP!!!

Really addictive. Really fun to play but maybe in the next update u could go snorkeling with a spear gun or add a boat but otherwise I think it’s a very fun game

Great game ... interesting to see how it develops. Love this game, easy to understand how to play , yet challenging as you progress... needs a little tweaking here and there as it does tend to swing to people who spend real $$$ on the game ... ( hard to collect the pearls to upgrade your rod etc, as you progress you suddenly find it will take a few days or more to be able to upgrade lures as you don’t get many coins a day).. I would suggest getting a part of a good clan as if they can get the full clan pack every time it will really help you progress as well as getting donations for lures you need .. remember to donate back... #warlockgirl

Scam. I’ve played for a long time. I’ve bought bundles before - they ask you for your iTunes password to authorise a purchase. I check my emails today and guess what? An unauthorised purchase! I wasn’t even playing the game when this “purchase” was done! This is the second time - the first time I wrote it off thinking I’d forgotten and had purchased something! Don’t play unless you want them to have access to your account and charge you for things you didn’t buy!

Full of cheaters. I want every cent I paid into this game back. You have employees playing with advantages knocking people who pay real money out of winning prizes. You have been told about cheaters and you do nothing. The game is a scam. You can’t win against the people who work for you. Half the time you don’t even get the points for the event. The glitches are many and you do not compensate those who miss out because of said glitches. Why would you? You just add more employees to the game and stop them from getting prizes anyway. Shame!!

Extremely Unhappy. This game is bleeding everyone dry. Their in app support isn't working. They do NOT reply to their Facebook messages like they tell you they do. They don't even check them. Iv had many issues with the game and i cannot get assistance from the developers. These people are unprofessional and do not deserve to be classed as anything else. Iv spent a lit of money on this game and it does not justify it one single bit. What a disgrace!!

Too Much Gatcha Hurts the Fish. I definitely enjoy FC, and have already put some decent hours into it since picking it up only days ago. The main issue i have is the gatcha style of obtaining lures and rods, it really puts a downer on the play when you pop a reward pack only for everything to be for another location.

Used to be the best.... Until the developers stopped fixing the game. Now the game is so unstable when you just swap your lures the game carshes down. Also i need to point out that the developers are always upgrading the game with new lures fish equipment and with their so called amazing offers if they actually spent that time to fix the game instead of being greedy they could’ve earned a 4th star but till then this game doesn’t deserve its old glory.

Once upon a time this game was banging. So now it’s about $$$$ while I’m happy to spend a little for entertainment this game goes down more than a pro, if you know what I mean. If you email errors you get same lame response each time. Maybe Rapala or such game will stay up longer? I’ve made purchases, and don’t mind making purchases, except when I enter a duel and someone with a legendary fish comes along. I don’t have those so I automatically lose the duel. How do you even get those? Pay more money? I know the app needs to make money, I get it, but come on. Shouldn’t I be paired, in the duel, with someone who I can actually play against? I’ve played a lot and can’t seem to catch the legendary fish, so I guess I’d have to pay more money to get them. It’s a fun game for people who enjoy fishing and enjoy competition. As far as the duels, they are fun as well, until you have zero chance in hell of winning because the person your paired with has fish you don’t. It’s no longer a duel. It’s just...watch the other person fish... I don’t mind losing, it’s part of competition, but make it a competition! There has to be a way of pairing players with the same or similar fish.

False advertisements. I’ve spent a lot of money in this game, I’ve had issues where I paid pearls to spin the wheel 5 times to not get the reward. They compensated me for that with extras but not what I won. Then a couple weeks later I buy an legendary pack with goodies for 20 bucks and never got the legendary instead I received epic lures which puzzled me so I made another inquiry only to be told I can’t prove it. I showed them the picture of the pack I bought before they took it down, but according to their data base I’m wrong. Well something g is obviously wrong with their data base because there are so many complaints. Do not spend money on this game. Play it or don’t but you will waste your money on this game eventually. It took 4 months and it finally happened and the customer service was nice the first time, second time I was perceived as a liar.

ZERO STARS!!!. ***This review is based off of about 30 minutes of gameplay. They say first impressions are the most important.*** Quite possibly the D@MN DUMBEST Fishing Game I’ve ever played. It’s trying to cash in on the “Clash” titles such as Golf Clash and Home Run Clash, but fails miserably. To start there is no tutorial explaining the basics to get you started. You’ve got to pretty much figure it out on your own. There is no real interaction with the game. You hit the cast button and wait for the strike button to reel in a fish. A meter appears at the top as you’re reeling but all you do is let it go and just tap the strike button to catch the fish. You don’t have to match it’s movement just tap the screen a bit. I guess if you’re looking for the most Brain Dead, Dumb A$S fishing app then this is most definitely the app to get! There are much better fishing titles out there.

Great game!. Originally got this game for my grandson who’s 4 yrs old and so fascinated with fishing suddenly but then he decided that nanna needed to play the game on her phone while he played on his tablet so now we play together everytime he’s over and we have a ball!! It’s an easy game yet it’s still realistic and not a kid app so grown ups can actually enjoy playing the game too! Tons of fun, I find myself playing even after he leaves and goes back home just so we can compare what we accomplished (or caught) we he gets to come back to Nannas house! Great game... but about done with it!. This would be a really fun game to play if the developer didn’t make it so easy for high level players to sandbag so they could duel all the novices for prizes. Duel opponents are matched by trophy points so even if someone has 10,000 duel victories, they can get matched against somebody with 5 victories just by losing some matches to lower their trophy points. When an event appears at a fishery you will constantly get outmatched and loose. A simple remedy would be to match opponents by their actual skill level but the developer knows that you have little chance to win prizes unless you spend a substantial amount of money to compete at a higher level than your profile. I won’t be playing much longer if something doesn’t change.

Disappointed. The game has become a disappointment. So when I started playing this game it was fun you had a chance to win championship and good prizes. Now if you don’t buy new rods or the big lure packs you don’t win. Then you let these folks that have the highest level rods, lures, and license drop trophies and play against people who don’t pay to play so it’s easier for them to win. Where is the fun in that, maybe for them or the game makers who’s back pockets keep getting fatter. So yes it’s become a disappointment pay to play to win which is unfair to the people who don’t pay or have the money to play. This is a game to have fun and past time I understand you have to make money but there has been plenty of ideas to fix the disappointment of this but y’all choose to do nothing . BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Great Game. This is a great game and I personally love it. I really like to fish and when I can’t it’s always fun to play this game. If I could make any suggestions on the game I would suggest that you would add a option to use kgs or lbs, being from America I have no clue how to read kgs and only have a rough idea of the size of the fish that I caught. Another suggestion is that you add a little more action while catching a fish because after a while it gets old. I love the game but it would be 2x as fun if you could select lbs instead of kgs. Everything else about the game is great and if I could give it a 4 1/2 I definitely would. Keep making updates and continue adding features to this great game, thanks guys!

I enjoy the game. This game is fun to play. I have been playing for almost a year now. My only complaints are the bonus wheel to upgrade the lures. You will spin and spin and the same three common lures will keep coming up. Over and over. This eats up your pearls forcing you to purchase more. Save your pearls and keep the bonus you receive first. SecondLy. I have around 85 lures in need of upgrade. The coins given in play are nowhere near the amount needed to keep your lures upgraded. I guess this the makers way of forcing you to purchase coins, or pearls to get coins. The value is not there so I only upgrade when I can

Wow what a waste. Been playing for awhile and have noticed lots of disturbing trends. First, there are lots of cheaters or company bots especially coming from Russia, China and Brazil. Watch out on 1 vs 1. It's almost comical how one can predict the out come. You have a good lead, final 6 secs approaches and the opponent catches 2 record fish in 3 seconds. Another common cheat, the opponent catches 2 fish when 5 seconds at the start. To cover up this BS, they added instant catch only to remove it later. Second fault, you're using a lure to catch say 200+kg Bluefin Tuna , only to hook a small common fish at 2kg and that little fish puts up huge fight. Please spare us. This leads to the other bogus part. When you catch a fish with an different lure, it's always 1 or 2 stars. And the final straw was being cheated during a tourney by the game itself. I had clearly surpassed the point threshold for a certain reward only not to receive it. It happened twice and CS did nothing.

Money making for developer. Some of the reviews are written by their own staff telling you how to play the game without spending … yeah, not true at all! If you don’t spend money you won’t do well in this game. They control what you do by slowing down the speed and making you waste power ups, etc. The game is fixed! Botton line, if you don’t spend money they know it and they make it difficult for the game to function. Don’t listen to players who say they don’t spend money, those are the developers in disguise. The game is always freezing or crashing in the middle of duels, when you complain they NEVER answer you. This game should be investigated, some of the things they do should be ilegal. It’s a casino where you spend money and never get to actually take anything with you.

Decent game ruined by horrible matchmaking.. While the game for the most part can be enjoyable, the matchmaking is absolutely horrible. Being beaten by well over 1000 points isn’t matchmaking especially when you catch record fish worth less than half the other persons points. The game doesn’t beat you over the head too much with in game purchases. It does seem to constantly run championships with lures you don’t have, but can buy. Of course you can find those lures in packs you can buy or speed up to unlock. The game is also with its fair share of bugs. It regularly fails to get past the loading screen requiring you to close the app completely. Update…tried again, still horrible matchmaking. So much fun to compete against boosts and lures you dont have.

Make it more realistic. It’s good and I love playing but the water is hard to see through and you can’t see the fish even when it is close to you and you can’t see it jump out of the water that is my only complaint oh and the matches are not that good I had some one that was at 400 while I was at 100 so I lost and please make the fish have more details and have more info to them that way I don’t have to go to safari and type in the name of the fish Please respond to this tip I give it 5 stars and I thick you did an amazing job keep it up

Crashes and endless cycle of restarts.. So I was having a great time playing through all of the fishing spots and was enjoying myself immensely. I noticed a cheap pay chain that started off at 0.99 and I was ok with that. Well, I continued along that pay train bans i purchased them all. I think totoal cost was like 12-15 bucks or so, total. Again, I was good with that, it was my choice. Now, here comes the issue, since completing said purchases all my Ganesh will either randomly reastart on its own or it will tell me to restart the game, which I do. The first message that comes up after restart is “ there is an error and you need to restart the game”. Well that message is on a loop because every time I restart it just says the same game. It only started after the purchases and noe the game is unplayable. Which means I’ll have to uninstall and then reinstall and most likely lose all the progress I have made and that’s just unacceptable.

Losing. You can expect to lose 25 duels for every 1 that you win if you are fortunate. I have not come close to winning a battle, only making it to 3rd place. My best fish in a challenges isn’t even half as big as the top 7 fish in the top 10. I’ve caught bigger fish not using power-ups than when using them which makes me question why they are needed. I have 7 regions open and still don’t have one legendary lure. I am not motivated to spend money on the game as the things they want you to buy are seemingly useless. After you spend 100,000 coins upgrading your lures, collecting rods to upgrade them, if they come up in a battle, challenge or duel they are deactivated and using power ups only serves to make your fish no bigger than they were the first day you played with nothing. Losing. Losing. Losing. Expect it.

Stop letting your political views change the game. It’s completely ridiculous that TSG blocked Russian players and removed the Russian Fishery because of the “Ukraine Conflict”. To block players and cheat them out of the money they spent on the game over the years because you don’t approve of their country’s political stance is insane. No one gets a choice on what country they’re born in. If you truly cared about all people you wouldn’t use this game to impose your political views on others. You should definitely have the freedom to voice your opinion but to block players (many of which paid to play) it’s the same as stealing. I’m surprised you have not been caught up in a class action lawsuit over the money people have spent on the game only to be removed from it. Grow up TSG Not all Russians want conflict and not all Ukrainians are innocent. There are good and bad on both sides.

Not impressed with the upgrade. I have had this game for ages. I recently got a new phone and not thinking, hadn’t saved my progress from my old phone. When I downloaded it again I unfortunately had to start from the beginning. Not the end of the world. But I was furious when I realized that the slide option for reeling in fish had been changed to some BS “strike” option and there was no option to change to the slide reel. I hate it. It’s almost impossible to reel in a bigger fish with. The “line breaks” constantly. Just WASTED money buying the Meg pack only to NOT be able to catch one because there is no way to consistently try to reel it in with the “Strike” option. I’m furious and done spending real money on this game.

Sinking ship. The game was fun at one time. Now it is going downhill fast. Unfair matchups, poor prizes, unrealistic goals abs poor customer service. If you can’t spend $1,000 a week you can’t really compete. They use to introduce new fish once a week abs special fish on holidays. Now the new fish come twice a week and special fish mixed in during the week. Total money pit. The last month has seen 3-5 new fish a week. Once you reach a certain level you are matched against players 40,50,60, or 70 levels higher. They make goals in events that only the top 100 players are so can achieve them. They brought in a new guy to fix it but that is when it starting going downhill. They ask for you opinion then don’t listen and do the complete opposite. Truly a sinking ship.

Money grabber!. Great game, great graphics but some bugs that need fixed and you need LOTS of money to be competitive in this game. 😭😭 Join a casual clan if you do not want to spend or be super competitive. I had to leave great friends in my elite clan due to money, I was spending 100s of dollars each month to stay competitive in elite ranking. Some spend 1000s of dollars each month, I cannot do that. So my team created a second team for those who needed a break, to be able to stop spending for me. It is much better not spending but I so miss my teammates everyday. It is sad this company is sooo money driven. With millions playing, it should not be necessary to have to spend that much to stay competitive. Do not push to level fast! It gets expensive! I could’ve bought a car with what I have spent on this game in over 3 yrs!

Great ap when you can’t go outside. Overall it’s not a bad app! Great when you can’t go outside. Takes a little bit of grinding to upgrade your gears. There are tournaments you can work on. Also duel with “real” people not bots, great way to get free perks to keep this game moving. It’s free and it doesn’t cost a dime to play, but will take a lot of grinding. Like real fishing, better lures and gear will catch more fish. TIP hold and release the strike button. Don’t press fast, pay attention to the meter. Please note upgrade those lures, it will allow you to catch bigger fish. Don’t be afraid to duel at level 3, Free gears. It will be a struggle, but when you get pass a certain threshold, you will be rewarded with a ton of lures. At this time hopefully you have 4-5k of coins cause you’ll need it.

How does this have 5 stars?. This is. It really a fishing sim game in any sense of the word. There's little to no technique to this game. You push the buttons to cast and the exact fish you have a lure for immediately is on the line. Reeling it in is pretty simple, you just keep the tension in the middle and reel it in. No direction changes or anything that really simulates fighting a fish. It's basically the same regardless of how large the fish is. At first you advance pretty quickly but after awhile it slows down. You get better lures from these cards decks and once you run out of slots to win new cards, there's basically no incentive to play until the card decks open hours later. The 1v1 feature was interesting but since the fishing gameplay is so simple, it basically just comes down to who has a better life or gets lucky. I'm guessing the five star reviews are either fake or incentivizes. There's just not much here.

A Fun Fishing Game Near Perfect.... A fun fishing game one that is current but for the version I think Fishing Clash is somewhat lacking something. Don’t get me wrong the mechanics are fishing just that some fishing games give you a POV of the cast going out into the sea and while waiting for a fish to come you get a view of the ocean world. Not a game breaker but it could get dull fast without some bonus features like in depth look at the lures flying out into the sea and either float of sink to the bottom. I like the fighting, struggle meter. Easy to figure out so I wonder if developers could make it more challenging actually make you feel like you are fighting the fish yourself. A shark gave me trouble because I was not expecting the sudden death battle. The grouper boss fight was warned but shark fishing was a surprise.

Good game but the developers have poor customer service. This is a good game to play but don’t bother spending any of your money. When there is an issue with your game the developers either don’t respond to you at all or give you some generic response. They refuse to fix the issues. They will not issue any refunds. They do not give you prizes that you have earned but due to what was clearly a glitch in their system weren’t awarded to you. They keep changing your results to try and get you to spend more money. It is a good game to play to waist time and I do enjoy the graphics. Just don’t waist your money or expect any sort of customer service because it’s the worst I’ve ever seen in a game.

Gone fishing. Possibly the gone 😞. I love playing the game! But you can’t challenge your friends and now that I’m at level 49 and have unlocked 5 areas to fish, getting to 50 seems impossible. Also there is only one side game (the championship) and once you’ve challenged 4 people and won well you have to wait , what feels like forever. Also I don’t know, in the Progress area, what collection means or how to start it. So on all my lakes, rivers, oceans, etc I have completed everything but that. Directions would be helpful. I even spent money on the game to see if that helped. Nope. I’m about to stop playing it because it’s not fun if it feels like torture. And I am impatient to wait the hours to open the packs I don’t even understand what they do 🤪. I thought that’s how you got the lurers?!

Hi devs. How devs. I’m MALICE. A new time user. Bout a week and a half. I was going to say this is a good game but I gave it three stars because I’ve noticed a dueling system is completely unfair. And by that I mean low level players are getting put up against players who have better grade gear and lures. Not much of a fair duel when someone can catch a legendary fish and you can’t. Giving them an automatic win. Also the events are good very good I like them but I don’t like is you gave them a difficulty level event should not have a difficulty level. Please fix these things and please make it easier for us to get legendary fish Lures. Thank you God thank you up making the game better thank you guys and keep up making the game better with more fish and Locations. Thank you, MALICE.

Sounded fun, but..... This looked and sounded like fun to play but after reading the reviews I’m not going to even try it. So many people saying the same thing about playing fair and then being cheated by others. The worst thing is the developer doesn’t even respond to the reviewers and the fact that took the time after playing his game to tell him what the issues are with his game. It’s too bad that you have such a nice looking game that sounds fun but you care so little for the folks that play you won’t even respond to their critiques about the problems they have encountered playing it. I won’t be downloading it until things change in the reviews. BTW this is the 2nd time I have considered playing your game after visiting site from an add on another game. Hope you change things and then I’ll reconsider playing..happy gaming

Why?. I’ve started & stopped playing this game for several years. I loved the game in the beginning, satisfied summer needs in the cold winter months! But one thing always frustrated me……why put me in duels with lures I don’t have? It doesn’t take too long to figure out there’s a greed logarithm involved. Want to win? Then spend some money!!! I’ll admit, I have, but it just gets worse once you do. They put you in impossible situations 95% of the time! So if you want to be a “true angler”, get out your checkbook or debit card. In todays market, I’ve decided to spend my cash on real bait & catch real fish!!! I’ll return someday, hopefully things have changed, but I don’t have gills, so I won’t hold my breath!!!!!!

Fun but many glitches and bugs. I love fishing and playing a fishing game that takes you around the world and shows you the different species is quite entertaining and educational. However there are many glitches in this game. They seem to happen constantly and many of them go unfixed unless enough players complain about them. The events that are offered allow you to win prizes (lures,pearls,power ups) seem to be extremely difficult to complete. The makers appear to be greedy creating events that make you spend a lot of money to even come close to complete the event. I’ve played a number of games and have never experienced a game with so many glitches and greed from the makers. Overall I still like the game even with its issues but I can’t see myself playing fishing clash forever unlike other games I have played for years.

Why is Fishing Clash getting involved in Politics. Woke up this morning to a message of Fishing Clash telling us they made a decision to Ban all players from Russia. Why is Fishing Clash getting involved in Politics? FishingClash should be ashamed of themselves. You guys are disgusting. My wife and I live in NYC. We have been playing this game everyday for the last 2+ years..We loved and enjoyed this game so much. Fishing Clash was our small escape from the reality of what life in 2021 has become..A world of lies, deceit, corruption, censorship and loss of freedoms. It was so disheartening to see this message today. We deleted our accounts immediately and will never give this company another chance or dollar.. Fishing Clash should stick to games and not involve themselves with politics. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and your virtuous ways..

Way to expensive for no reason. It starts off not pay to win. Really fun but as soon as you open up more lakes (which is easy) it gets real hard to do anything. Coins are almost impossible to get without fishing lures packs or contests that are almost impossible to compete in. Fishing lures packs are hard to get without having to buy them. When you duel and get a pack you literally have to wait 3 hours for 20 or less random lures . Pearls which are used as currency in the game are expensive for what they’re worth. 50$ buys you 2000 pearls. 1 ! LITERALLY 1 legendary fishing lure costs 1500 pearls. You do the math. I’ve already spent a good amount of money and it honestly wasn’t worth it because it really hasn’t helped . Now I have way more lures to get because I have more lakes to deal with and it’s just ridiculous. I’m sorry this game could be so much better if it were easier to get coins, lures, and was just less expensive.

Very disturbing (pay to play). I have noticed that the moderators for the FB are only letting positive posts be seen. Yes these same moderators are participating in clans with ranks so high, it is disturbing! If you want to be fair, keep business separate and you should be open to honest yet fair criticism. See, the once great game now only wants your money. You don’t listen because all you see is dollar signs. Its ok to make profits, but you have to also treat the customers with respect and listen to them, and edit out what you don’t want to hear. The game has gotten worse now that FC has figured out they can charge for everything. Good people are quitting, and FC knows they about the problems, but still charges you. Save your time, and wallet and skip this app.

Great Game!. I am loving this game. Never have I had so much fun fishing without having to get my hands dirty or having to bait my own hook! The graphics are good and the game is easy to work. So much fun to sit back and just go fishing. My husband and I both play to see who can catch the biggest fish...me(lol). Lots of different lake options and pvp mode as well. Plenty to do and a Hugh variety of fish. And you can fish when it’s raining. I’m still pretty new so not sure about anything I might change, but if there is, I will update. One thing, the mission on the main board for which fish we should be catching is hard to read. Print to small. Otherwise great! 😊

Hefty price tag p2w game. I have played this game for a couple years now and will say it is drastically moving towards a complete pay to win game. The amount of money needed to even compete for top spots on the leaderboards is astronomical. An event starts and not even an hour later the cashcows are well into the 100k points marks. The game as a casual fishing game is great. If you just want to play the quest line then you won’t have much of a problem. Now when it comes to challenges and competitions be prepared to spend a boatload of money if you even want to get near the top 3 placement. The amount of rods and upgrades available plus they expanded the level of each category of fish is making it more of a cash grab game.

Love it, BUT….. I absolutely love this game, but it’s getting hard to do anything anymore because of fish not being unlocked and not being able to win battles in the events. The last 2 events have been like this, plus more before it. During event duels and battles, you should only be able to play against people with the fish BOTH of you have. I missed out on the skirmish yesterday because of this, and can’t do anything today because I don’t have the event fish, yet each time I try to play, I get stuck against someone that has it. I don’t have a chance to get to the box that even unlocks that fish.

A change of Opinion, and a few ideas for future updates. 🤗😄🐠🐟. I love this game! It is very relaxing and interesting. I love that you add unique and game changing ( Pun intended) updates. But, I do have a question, What are your plans for the future of this game if it is getting all these bad reviews? It’s their opinions, so I cannot say that their opinions is wrong, or factually incorrect. But, I really hope that this game can prevail. FYI, If you can add better starter skins, I will, and maybe other people, will appreciate it. Maybe, you could add a part where you could cook the fish, and serve them. That would be a lot of fun.

Glitches are piling up. The game just had an update a few days ago and now when I start a match or any kind of fishing, when I hit the strike button, it doesnt recognize any taps on the button and your line snaps and this goes for any fish. The other issue I keep having is the game hesistating for many seconds in a duel off and on after I catch a fish. Time just keeps running on the clock while the screen sits there not letting you cast again. Sometimes it is up to 30 seconds. If a lot of this gets cleaned up then I would love this game cause it really is good besides the glitches but these are making it not fun anymore.

Crooks!. This game is full of bugs and glitches. I send reports to Fishing Clash, but nothing ever gets corrected. They owe people for the money people have lost in this game due to their glitches. Spend money trying to obtain lures and boosts, only to loose the boosts through glitches in game. Fishing Clash owes myself, and I’m sure others from bugs in game. I’ve told them before to either credit my account, or give me all the boosts I’ve lost. Fishing Clash says they can’t do that! Fishing Clash says they can’t do anything to make the loses right. Reports are constantly send almost daily. That’s the same as theft when people pay for a service, but don’t get it, or loose everything bought because the game doesn’t play or operate. Miss out on challenges or events, because the game doesn’t play or operate. On top of that, they charge your credit card, and don’t send anything for long periods, so when they do push a charge through, it’s a charge large enough to max out your credit card, because they aren’t refusing purchases when the credit limit is reached. Instead they hold back charges, holding you hostage to catch up on your card, otherwise it won’t let you update apps once your credit card exceeds the credit limit. I want everything credited I’ve lost!

Decent game. I have had fun so far playing this and it can be played pretty competitive without spending if you want to put your time in. Overall the game very good but I wish it had better chat options, my only true complaint is I have sent a few messages to support and I get a message back in email that it is being looked into but nothing ever happens and I’ve never got a reply or resolution to an issue. I would give top rating if the customer support service was acceptable and I could get any support at all other than being told to check the faq. Has left me very skeptical about spending much....

Ehh. Play this game all day long so much fun. But since the last update a few days ago I have won zero duals, I have not gotten a Boss fight, stuck on level 58 no numbers moving whatsoever. And all of these prehistorics I get the same American paddlefish every pack. When playing duals many times it only gives me one fish to use to battle with although I have the proper lure and this is in the first 2 fisheries. That are stuck at 74% completes. Uninstalling it because it is no longer fun. Fishing over and over and getting the same crap fish. Every fishery from Florida coast to the Mediterranean Sea I have zero collections. I’ve spent money on the game but not a lot. So it looks to me that you can go only so far until you have to buy to advance.

Its pay to win, don’t waste your time. The game is fun at first but quickly you realize that if you dont buy lures you cant compete. 1 vs 1 fishing matchups was also fun until it put me at either a fishery that i just opened and thus had very little lures for or it matched me against someone who selected a lure i did not have. The problem is this now happens every time i try a 1 vs 1 match. So i cant ever win. Why would I enter a contest that I cant compete in? Its to get you to spend money. Its Stupid. Also they have contests for special fish, but you have to earn the special lure. There is no way i can find to ever earn that lure. It says complete tasks to earn the lure but to complete those tasks you have to actually have the lure in the first place. Its really stupid and not explained at all. At this point there is no reason to keep this game on my ipad. Deleted.

One star. I had an issue with buying products off the site and not receiving the goods. I then contacted Apple and they advised me to contact the developer of the game, so I did. They asked me to send proof of purchase by recites. I sent them my bank statement along with my Apple Pay purchases that clearly shows the amounts which was close to $60. Since then I have yet to get a response from anyone after many attempts. The game in it self is fun to play and competitive but I would advise if you plan on spending any money on this game don’t!!! If you ever have an issue with paying for goods and not receiving them they will not help you nor get back in touch with other you to let you know anything. I really hate having to post this in the reviews, but maybe now someone will get in touch with me to find a solution to this problem.

Pay to play. This game used to be fun a year or two ago, and you didn’t have to buy things in order to compete. Over the last year the Devs have become greedy and now they structure the game so only paid players can complete the daily tasks and compete with other players. It is apparent that they care more about money than they do their fanbase. If you complain about things on their Facebook page, they block you from commenting so that it looks like everyone is happy. They are not! I have seen so many people on their FB page dump this game, and I am going to as well. Graphics are great but not worth the aggravation, this game is no longer fun to play. The 1 star is for the quality of the graphics, otherwise this game would get zero stars.

Not very good. You need to stop making updates. It’s been under 2 weeks and I’ve had to update it all the time. The updates aren’t the only thing though. The hackers have gotten really annoying too. You need to make some sort of security for the duels cause so many people don’t catch a single fish and then at the last second they somehow catch both. Even with instant catch it’s impossible to catch two in a second. Another problem with the duel are the people who let themselves get sandbagged just so they can lose trophies and duel people way below their level. And the last thing that can be complained about is the fact that you have to drop some dollars just to be able to win anything. So all together it’s a half way decent game.

Nice try. This game was enjoyable for about a week or two. However, as you level up and open new areas because you upgrade lures in your current area, you end up getting stuck in pointless to play duals in areas with no lure or low level lures and rods since you havent gotten to that yet but leveled far too fast. Also, i seem to have great rng when i barely have any buffs left, but as soon as you buy some with pearls or even cash, it seems like the dual rng drops to zero until you burn them all off just to cash grab for more buffs since after the initial couple areas, the extra stuff is minimal. To add, you have to spend money just to fully level a rod. This is a typical picket plunder game. Once i finish these last buffs, i will not buy anymore and will be deleting the game. This could have been built great but as most phone games, evolves around greed and how much you're willing to spend.

Not What It Used To Be. This used to be my all time favorite game but I haven’t played it for a while due to personal reasons. I just re-download it it and I am utterly shocked by the horrible changes you have made just to make money. I know how tempting it is to make those extra dollar bills, but is it really worth it to lose your players and watch your ratings decrease? Why must you fix something that isn’t broke? Stop trying to follow suit with the other developers. Just because they’re doing it doesn’t mean you have to do it. What is shame and how disappointed I am in your changes that are not in favor of your players. Listen to your players, they make or break you. I’m deleting the app but I will try again later down the road to see if you “Get It”, that’s assuming the app still exists. At this rate I’m not too certain. Stops being fun after a while. After you play for a week or two it starts to lose its fun for two main reasons. One, in the duals you constantly get matched up with people that have caught way more fish than you and have better lures but they are supposedly on your level because they have sandbagged. Do they are almost impossible to beat. The game should be able to recognize this and fix it. Two, all of the special lures and incentives become too hard to reach. For example, I worked to get the Mighty Barracuda lure to then find out that I couldn’t catch it because my rod was too weak and the line always broke. So I worked to upgrade my rod and then it was still too weak. And to upgrade again was not doable because time ran out on the contest. It just needs to be laid out better and not frustrate to the point that it’s not worth the hassle anymore. Loved the idea of the game at first but now I’m moving on as I play these games to relax and not be frustrated

Fun but unfair. This has been a very fun game at times but, as you rise up in levels, it comes to a point where you can only be competitive if you spend money and, even then, the game designers regularly mismatch players in challenges that make it impossible for lower level players to win. We’re talking about players at levels 205 and 210 being matched in challenges against players that are 20, 30, and 50 levels higher. This is an incredible mismatch that doesn’t happen in the games events and championships but continues for some reason in the challenges. I’ve sent regular messages through the customer service center and they just pay the issue lip service week after week. So just fair warning that this is a fun game but it’s set up to reward only those who pay money regularly.

Only one major problem. I think the game is pretty fun. It’s not super realistic. However, there are a ton of fish you can catch but the leveling up system makes it quite difficult to enjoy the game. You spend too much time trying to level up your lures and before you know it, you have five different locations unlocked. Since they’re unlocked, it makes competing in clan wars almost impossible since the new locations have little to no lures. I don’t think it’s fair. It would be great if developers could fix that issue or at least make it an option to not compete at certain locations if you don’t have any lures unlocked or upgraded. I know the game would be a much better if this issue was fixed.

Waste of time & money. This game could be amazing if the glitches didn’t cause you to lose and thereby cause you to have to spend your pearls in order to complete tournaments and tasks. Above everything though is the HORRIFIC customer service…it’s not even service. They justify everything with “the game was working during this time” but show no proof after asking you to prove every little complaint with screenshots. Even when you do, it won’t matter. Without good customer service a game is trash. It’s not hard to weed out the ones trying to take advantage. They should be able to tell when someone is being honest when they’re asking for a $10 refund after spending hundreds of dollars. The games developers have become increasingly greedy and they don’t even match you with true competition most times. It’s losing its appeal in chunks. Ten square is clearly not the developer I thought they were.
