• Set up Simultaneous Ring to receive incoming calls on up to five different phones
• Create Call Forwarding rules and schedules
• Soft Phone -Now mobile and office employees can make and receive calls on laptops, desktop computers and tablets using their primary wireless number, and have incoming calls ring all devices simultaneously. The Soft Phone app is a great way to collaborate with customers and colleagues.
• Call Transfer - Call Transfer allows your employees to seamlessly transfer calls from one person or department to another on softphones and IP phones.

Only gets worse. Login is nearly impossible. If you do get logged in the app will lock up most of the time within a couple of keystrokes. I can’t believe they charge money for this! Update: a year later and app still doesn’t work. Does Rogers even bother to read the hundreds and hundreds of reviews that are all stating the same problem????
A complete fail.. A complete disappointment! Not user friendly when it did work and within a month of signing up for the Unison service the app doesn’t work at all - gives an error message that says says it no longer works and tells you to delete it to avoid this problem in the future. Just another disappointment from a company that should be an expert in communication 😡
Calls dropped when trying to transfer or conference. 1. App crashes consistently when trying to transfer or conference a call 2. App DOESNT work with Bluetooth headsets, so you have to find a wired headset if using this in an office setting. Rogers, you need to fix this.
Login fail. Cannot login ever. That’s the first step of using an app. Rogers can’t seem to fix it. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Law girl. I use unison and find it quick and easy
Logging in. I, like many others had a hard time logging in, turns out username is case sensitive. So if you write your name differently on unison than on Rogers business you’ll notice it says invalid username/password I hope this helps. App definitely needs fixing also live chat.

Terrible. I am able to log in, but only if my wifi is disabled. Otherwise it says “a server with that specified host name couldn’t be found” So I disable wifi. I can’t receive or send any calls. It just crashes. The Rogers unison roll out has to be one of the worst product roll outs that I’ve ever witnessed. It is advertised as such a good program but it is clunky and useless. In order to transfer calls with the Rogers unison app, you have to add an additional $5.00 update. I just want it to work.
Login issues. As per previous reviews I've see, I am Ilsinho unable to log in. Password is correct as it works on the website. Must be resolved otherwise this app is a pointless waste of everyone's time.

Won’t even let me log in. What’s the point of an app if you can’t log into your business Unison account? I’m paying for it but have to use a browser? Ridiculous!!! I expected more out of you Rogers. This is truly disappointing.
Can’t log in. Too complicated to login, does not work with valid password
Something awful.. The app has a Clunky interface, buggy operation, lacks a texting feature. There’s really nothing good to say about the service nor it’s app. Other platforms you see earnest efforts to improve their product but this one is very typical of the Rogers business model of exploiting their position with existing clients and shying away from innovation. Very sad.
Alex. Terrible! The app keeps disconnecting! Shows network errors! Many missed calls! Voice mail and auto attendant supposed to come with it, nothing really works! Hours spent on phone with support center - still hasn’t been fixed! Not what I would expect from Rogers. The only positive thing- if you lucky to get a call through the voice quality is good! I would not recommend! Looking for another provider
New to Rogers Unison. Downloaded the app and tried to login. Login failed. Reset my business self serve password. Login failed. Talked to Rogers business live agent who reset password. Login failed. Confirmed password by logging into to Rogers business self serve. Used same password. Login failed. App fail.

Great. Works great. Question to all reviewers. If you can't login, why submit a review? You haven't used the app so how can you post a review. Reviews are for other people to read your experience using the app. If you cant login, then you haven't used the app and all your doing is using iTunes as a way to vent your frustrations. See a psychiatrist for that. It's pathetic. Get a life. Please post useful reviews that don't involve whining like a b-itch and crying like a baby.
