Bugged. When replying to customers you can’t even see what you’re typing. Brand new phone and iOS. Poor coding there.

Not working. I just keep getting error occurred when trying to log on and then the need help link is just a white screen that says forbidden

Very Bad. One of the worst apps on my phone. Obviously our restaurant relies on this app to quickly change our beers etc. At least 50% of the time the app won’t load, brings me to the login screen and then says unexpected error. This happens randomly. The next day I’ll open it and it will work fine. App is also limited compared to the website. For how much untappd charges for us to use it you would think they would put more effort into their app.

Forbidden. Constantly says for forbidden on my phone... makes no sense.?

Can’t add price to new beer. Added a new beer, it allows me to pick container but it never pulls up a keyboard to put my price of that container

New Update has major bugs. The newest update has taken away the ability to effectively create a new event when using an iPhone. The fields where you choose the start and end dates don’t allow for date/time selection rendering the whole option pointless.

Crashes when opening on iOS 13. See title

Beer History. With a constantly rotating tap system at our restaurant, the ability to quickly search through beer history like the website allows, would make things so much simpler when switching taps. If you could implement beer history into the mobile version that would be amazing! Thanks in advance! Cheers!

Someone needs to fix this app. I am disappointed with how difficult this app is to use. It’s not clear how to add menus, when you do add menus it does not add things the way you want, and there is no way for me to add other menus or lists for the cocktails and food menu we also carry. It’s also impossible to make an event on the app that happens every week with out manually resubmit it every week. When I was spoken to about using untapped for my restaurant, I was super excited. It sounded like it would be a great tool for me to make things easier for adding beers and promotion of our place but I have found nothing but frustration using the business app. I literally don’t understand how your app for customers is fantastic but the one for us to make things easier for our customers is so.. soo bad. I am upset that I was told I could do more with this app and it doesn’t seem compatible with anything I want to do.

Items Reorder is painful to use. Trying to order beers by style is way too quirky and painful. Whatever amount of work you put into putting things in order doesn’t matter it all gets shuffled around for no reason. If you need to move a beer that is too close to the top all the way to the bottom the app gives you a loading icon and then you are unable to move it to where you were trying to. Other than that it’s a useful app but it needs a lot of serious work on that section before giving any more stars. Having a very difficult experience trying to customize the order of the beers.

Scam. There is no pricing on their website. They offer 30-day trial but you can't find the price after that. I've deleted my personal account because of untappd for business scam.

This App Is Broken And They Won’t Fix It. App is fine when it works but very often it doesn’t. I am locked out and can’t log back in for hours and sometimes days. The same issue on other devices simultaneously. I have reported this issue MANY MANY times over years and nothing is ever done. If I could find an alternative I would jump on it.

Mostly Fine, but Login Authentications can be Wonky. There’s an authentication issue that seems to happen regularly when on cell network versus wifi. Help pages also dead end in this case too. This is an ongoing issue for last few years. Otherwise ok app.

Like the service, app is buggy. Whenever I go to sign in, I will 80% of the time be greeted with an error message saying it can’t sign me in. Even though I have entered all of my information correctly and can access it on the desktop. When I click the help button, it leads to a page that only says “forbidden”.

Won’t open on iOS 13. Immediately crashes and closes after opening. Reinstalled and still occurs. Hence, completely unusable.

An unexpected error has occurred. …says the app every time I try to log in (with correct credentials). I’ve noticed it logs me out every time I’m on cellular but works fine when I’m on WiFi. This app needs to be diagnosed and updated
