Potential, but confusing and weak instruction. TL;DR: Not recommended at this time. +1 star (potential), +1 (email responses). -1 (no significant updates in > 1 year); -1 (no clear instructions); given above, -1 (half-baked features). I don’t learn productivity apps by trial and error. Longer: UPDATE ON 6/19/20: No change in rating or rationale. NB: They update their primary app (Money Pro) on a regular basis. I’m sure it’s me. The app has many great reviews from people who seem to truly benefit from the app. Therefore, I must be the idiot who can’t seem to get this to work. I’m also a user who reads instruction manuals to maximize the cool features so I can get the most out of a product. Arguably, this app is supposed to help me improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of my time. It does neither. I don’t mind a learning curve, but I want to know I’m using the product to its full potential once learned. I couldn’t even figure out where to really start learning. Yes, I tried “starting anywhere”. Yes, I purchased the premium version for 2 months. Yes, I sent in questions. My specific questions about how to do certain things were met with (I assume) earnest responses that they knew that was an issue and would be improving it soon. I.e. - there’s nothing we can do for you now. So how long should someone wait for an update? I decided 2 months should be enough time. Based on previous apps from this company, it seems they’ve abandoned excellent 1-time purchase apps for updated versions (with a new name) that require a subscription. They seem to have abandoned this app in favor of their more popular money management app. Paying the one-time $20 for an app not updated in over a year seems questionable. If it helps me, I’m happy to pay a one-time premium for an app with a steep learning curve. A great example of this would be OmniFocus. It’s a very powerful app but must go through detailed instructions to use to potential. OF is not cheap for 1-time purchase, very powerful, requires a steep learning curve but provides clear instructions and among the best customer support. This app seemed to be ideal in theory - it would replace several other apps and aggregate collected data for personal productivity improvement. In practice, this has not been the case. It’s useless if I can’t figure out how to tap into that power or if that part of the app hasn’t been developed. Adding to frustration: the user doesn’t necessarily know if that feature even exists unless using the premium version. Good intentions and the road to somewhere and all that. Sigh.

Like it. I like it specially theme but I need to use it at least for a month to find all the ins and outs.

Ask for Time Pro folder on my iPhone. This is a great app. And the developer put great effort to make it possible sync through iCloud. But, unlike “money pro”, another great app made by this developer, “time pro” doesn’t have a folder on my iPhone, that can be shared easily through “Files” app. It is very important for those concern privacy, because you don’t want to let iCloud read your daily time use. 5 star app. 1 start given only for an attention. Thank you!

Blue lines. Everything is perfect, but the eyes are very tired watching only blue icons in all background color

Good app n need more work. Please add Touch ID lock n passcode.. also add something similar to agent in money pro.. so where or with whom this task can be done... also add attachment field so any document can be attached that is useful for the task

Poor Design. This app is worthless. It has a Budget link but you cannot enter any currency. If you cannot schedule by weekly reminders or goals. You cannot pick a date without obligating it to monthly weekly or daily reminders. This app does not link to the money app. I want my money back.

Backups!. I purchased this app and was ecstatic how it captured my productivity. However, when I attempted to restore my backup, everything was deleted and nothing was restored. Completely disappointed! I contacted support and yet no response.

Not completely satisfied.. I think I could really use this app. Trying before I get a subscription. How do you sync to your other devices? I never have done anything before to sync other apps. Can you delete an item?

Just a copy of money pro. this app is just a copy of money pro and far way to worth 19 dollars. It must automatically track activities, because nobody will lose time to add manually. Even money pro that i love and use for ages must start to be linked to bank accounts like Brazilian GUIABOLSO.

Excellent. I used many time tracking app and it’s the best because this is a task manager too but I really think time pro needs some updating for the best experience for example I need to pause my tasks or run them simultaneously. I’m from Iran and so sorry if I write the review with some wrong

No Updates in 2+ years. Wow this app looked good and had the same style of Money Pro. Usually I like buying an app out right so I don’t have yearly subscriptions. Maybe if this app was updated more often I would think about doing this. As another user mentioned this app is not easy to figure out at least not for me. For some reason it took me a while to figure out there money app as well.

Great Idea but still needs work. The idea of an app to manage and monitor time usage is fantastic. However, this app still needs work since it is full of bugs. Hopefully, through updates, they will be gradually fixed.

Not bad. I would like to see: 1) an option for two or more tasks simultaneously. 2) to be able to pause tasks 3) a tutorial for those technically challenged people (me). Implement these things and it'll be a five star app.

So I coughed up the $20 bucks, don’t let me down. I bought the app on the reputation of Money Pro, which I enjoy greatly. This app is very similar and works amazing. I would like to see better communication between my Apple Watch as there seems to be some bugs. Also, I would like for there to be a break period between two points in time. For example, if I have a lunch break between my work schedule. I hope my request don’t fall on deaf ears.

Can’t pause. Once you’ve begun time on a task your only options are to cancel or complete. If you’re interrupted (which happens all the time) you cannot pause the timer and come back to finish your work. Neither can you undo the complete flag as a work-around. It won’t save that change when you edit the task.

Great app. Hi ur app is great, I don know how to say thanks, however I’m kind of disappointed when I noticed the last version refers to a year ago. Please keep updating this app and take care of it as you do for Money Pro. Time and Money are both valuable resources, help us to take care of both.

I’d Prefer Customizable Groups. I bought the premium version hoping I’d be able to customize the Important and Other categories’ colors but it always stays red and theres no way to change it without changing the whole theme.

Great idea - undercooked. This app builds on the model of Money Pro, clear and functional. The developers are responsive. Downside though is that there is no pause on the timer. The developers say this will be coming, but until then it’s too cumbersome to be a practical work tool.

Good. Good app

No syncing to other device and frequent crashes. As highlighted by another reviewer one and a half YEARS ago, it is impossible to delete categories as this always crashes the app. A stupid workaround is to create a “category trashcan” category and put all unwanted categories in there, as subcategories. Unnaceptable for a dead simple app that costs $20. Also, it is not possible to sync data with iCloud or export a backup to another iPhone as with Money Pro. This app is basically a clone of Money Pro that counts minutes instead of dollars.
