Long time player (ranked 34 in the world by city level). I’ve played almost daily for quite a while and have really enjoyed the game but the latest update changed the way you recover energy. You now have to use “Ruby Gems” which are the games premium currency instead of having your energy refilled with every level up like it used to be. You can still wait around for energy to refill but it takes a long time. I think this is going to be rough on new players and especially rough on people who don’t want to spend real money for Ruby Gems. Nearly everything in the game requires energy and taking away the energy refilling with level up is going to make the game more tedious than it already is. I’m disappointed in the change which is definitely being done to sell more gems. If you’re looking for a fun way to pass the time with minimal cost then this would have been a great choice prior to this update but I would no longer recommend it to a new player. Hopefully the developer will respond to the community and set things back to the way they were before.

Best mobile game ever. This is a fun addicting game to play when you’re bored. All my friends have it and we send concrete to each other. All around great game, best free game in the entire AppStore. This deserves better.

Best City Building Game. The graphics are exactly what I’m looking for and dry clean and simple. You can view city from all angles and build it with total control. I ran out of space and still waiting for them to expand board (Literally at the borders). Would love to have more new buildings and decorations. Different levels or different lands with economic goals can work, too. It’s a small thing but would be nice if the trees are to scale with buildings. Those palm trees look too big.

Upset. Won’t even load app it’ll show the Herocraft logo but, then shut me out of the app fully. The bug continues this non stop, even after a full phone restart.

Hard work pays off. Unlike most tycoon games, in this game you have to work hard to earn materials and stuff where other games are boring, this is a good game

Having fun but can I have a taller bridge?. Hi, I’m having fun building my city. I made a Long Island with a bridge and now I’m working on a river. It would be really cool if there was a bridge that was high enough to allow boats to go through. That way boats traffic cold flow down my river through the city. Thanks for making the game fun. Oh I was a little sad I could only have 1 palace on the Long Island as it was going to be a island for the rich. That’s ok. Thanks again.

Update. I do not feel happy about this game anymore, an update changed everything, the amount of materials you need has tripled, the game no longer refills your energy, just not fun anymore, why did you change everything? I was so loyal to you,and such a fan before

Ads take up a third of the screen. Im nit even joking i started playing and immediately got and ad that covered 1/3 of the screen. How is this playable.

Annoying. The build limit is so dumb. It keeps saying I need to build more jobs and living space but I can’t without leveling up. Which is also really hard after a while

No customer service. I played the game for 3 days. I got stuck trying to figure out how to upgrade buildings. I messaged developers the response said it would be 3 days for a response, seven days later I am deleting the app.

I like it but the ads are intrusive. I enjoy the game for what it is but the banner ads take up 1/3 of my screen at the worst which prompts me a full restart. If there was a way to pay to remove the ads then this app would be 5 stars

Like it a lot. Great better version of city building game. Glad you can work on your own city for the most part instead of just waiting for time to pass.

Awesome Sim Game!. I love this game! It’s the only mobile game that I play, too! This is the only one like it, which is what I like. I wish the developers would create another one like it. I’ve been playing it for over two years and I still enjoy playing. Get this one, you won’t regret it!

Review for metal. So I’ve just joined in the game and started building what I could to improve my city, but I ran out of metal and I can’t get anymore, the only way to get more is by building a metal plant (which I don’t have enough metal for) or buying the metal with real money.

Game is awesome.. except. For the energy function on the iPhone. Build a gym and rebuild energy whenever... until you realize it’s limited per 4 hours. Crap.

Amazing Game. Tap Tap Builder is an amazing game. I like how you can work in specific jobs, need energy to do so, and can refresh that energy so you can restart the process. One thing I would work on is either making a bigger variety of buildings or a bigger variety of building styles. Maybe even able to start other islands that you can connect to your main island. I think that this game has an amazing future, but has overlooked certain things that could open up another bridge to a better game. Not complaining though. It still is an amazing game.

Don’t waste your time! Over 2 years of gameplay progress lost!. Don’t waste any time playing this game! I lost over 2 years of gameplay after installing an update. It was supposed to be synced with iCloud but after opening the updated version all my progress and my city were gone. UNINSTALLED.

Money disappears. Every night your money disappears for no reason, sent in multiple bug reports for it with no fix, would give 5 stars if it would be fixed

All is lost. In the most recent update to Tap Tap Builder my app completely crashed. It doesn’t matter the device I’m using, it’s gone. I lost hundreds of levels and days of game play and now the game constant reads error occurred, but I can’t send a crash report because it won’t let me anymore. I’ve been a user for a long time and spent money and countless hours building my town up. When contacting the developers through email and supplying every thing I possibly could to show the issue, and nothing. I just want to be able to play my game but I can’t and am forced to delete the app. If you’re thinking of downloading this app, look for something else comparable to it.

Recent update. The most recent update has ruined the game for me in more ways than one. First off I lost over 300 city levels of progress hundreds of land plots... and just to add salt to the wound I have to spend gold keys every 5 building levels. Then come to find out that leveling still only gives you one gold key, and DOESNT EVEN REFILL YOUR ENERGY BAR!!!

Amazing game. This game is awesome, normally don’t write reviews but decided to for such an awesome game! In-App purchases aren’t required at all to play but help an awesome amount (And are at a fair price) unfortunately I accidentally changed my time but even without online features it is an awesome game! Mildly Disappointed. Solid game with great, fun ways to work around the energy recovery being the main limiting factor. In your most recent patch notes I noticed that you said you doubled ad rewards, but I’m noticing that you might have actually halved the rewards and just doubled or maybe tripled the amount of ads you have to watch in order to get those rewards. Maybe I’m misunderstanding the most recent changes, but it’s something I certainly took note of since I’ve been playing the game on and off for about 5 years. I’m not one to give weak reviews of a game that I genuinely enjoy playing and spend time on every day, but it just seems like a cash grab and makes things less enjoyable for me.

Screen update?. Great game, I had it a couple years ago in school and decided to get it again, only to find that the screen doesn’t fit all the edges of the 2019 iPad Pro. Not a huge problem but a little irritating, and still a pleasant game! A demolish function would also be appreciated too! Cheers.

Really good... Bug?. I really like this game It's a cool concept and I love that there's no timers. The only thing is that I can't demolish anything I could just be dumb?

Redundant time waster.. I really appreciate the style and direction this game has taken BUT its upgrade system is completely redundant. All the time that you upgrade and progress, your benefits do not increase actually increase (except resource caps). After multiple calculations on multiple levels of buildings, the major resources have negligible increases to 'resource per tap'. This just results in stretching the game out and making everything much more boring and monotonous at higher levels. I reached 23 only because I really enjoyed the design and premise, but it completely takes the players time for granted.

MY FAVOURITE GAME. I love this game sooooooooo much. I love it because there are no timers and you can build your city 🌆 any way you want. The only thing that I have left to say is that this game is definitely not a ripoff and NO ONE can change that.

Golden Keys. Sometimes the game says I have enough golden keys to build a special building but when I try to do so it shows I'm short. Other than that it is a very relaxing and enjoyable game.

Hoping for some fixes. The time it takes to upgrade isn't worth the reward and I can't use the movie theatre, it never allows me to watch the ads and I know I'm connected to the internet. Great premise, I hope it can be made greater very soon.

Decent Game. It's a good game, but you can't demolish things from my perspective, when I was told to put down a crane I could only do it next to the road, so it blocked me from connecting two roads. Please at least add demolish. TBH that girl on the cover looks like she hasn't eaten in weeks. 😆

Upset. I was originally loving this game. I thought it was intelligent and fun. Occasionally the game would crash, however it was not a big deal as I would exit and reload the game and it would work fine. Since the new update however, every single time I have opened the game it has crashed within a few seconds of loading. I am hopeful that this can be fixed as obviously I can not play a game which will not open and I will have to delete this game from my phone.

A poor mans clicker.. Honestly, any clicker which forces ads on you while you're clicking is terrible. Especially because they are full screen videos with no warning. The game is "alright" but then let down by these ads.

The latest and only update seen in this game in my time playing it, has totally unbalanced the game requirements for upgrading.... those magical rubykeys needed to upgrade higher levels are now replaced with gold/common keys... so what was the point of building uo to earn ruby ones again... the obvious is lost to the developers, what they smoking? Unfortunately deleted now, struggled since update to continue... meh why worry, deleted.. bye

Great, but negative money...?. So, was messing around with the date and time on my phone and I clicked into the game. I was given HEAPS of money from the idle rewards and then the game told me my phone time didn't match with the server time. I was told to change my date and time to normal. I did so, but when I got my idle bonuses, I was given heaps of NEGATIVE everything. The game is unplayable for me now unless I keep it on a really high date to earn the high money. Please fix this as I love the game as is. Thanks, Loafy.

New update sucks. The new game play is awesome and allows to build faster. BUT, video adds appears on screen without warning and interrupts the gameplay ! Need to be fixed !

Not bad. Great game but not being able to demolish or move buildings until you reach a certain level is INDESCRIBABLY frustrating. This is the 5th time I've reinstalled the game to start over after getting stuck.

Everything. Ok, I haven’t played this game since 2020, and there are several things wrong with the game. For one, the fitness center won’t let me gain muscle even though it’s at 100%, there is also a bug which won’t let me view other peoples cities and also the fact that there are only around 70 people playing this even though there used to be way much more, restaurants don’t hand out money at 1-3pm anymore and the advertisement system tends to fail when you want an item you want. This is just the issues I am experiencing right now so please fix these bugs and I’m sure not only me but many other users will appreciate it, thanks! Still a fun game and a good idea of one

Tap tap?. Not a clicker it's a sim city like game with the timers and resources but it's not a clicker like the game title states "tap tap" and plus I loaded it once and now it will not load it just crashes on the first loading screen. Not a fun game not with all the missing things like deleting and the like but If you want a "tap tap" game this ain't the game for you and if you a sim city like came then just play sim city.

Just one small problem. This game is GREAT, but there’s just one problem. All sound is missing!! I have my volume up, and I’ve checked the settings, but no sound will come out at all, even during ads!! Help!!!

Crash down my buildings go. Deleted app because it's unplayable the load screen takes an hour and then when I do any tapping the game crashes, though tbh Apple is horrible when it comes to stability

Great game but needs some improvements.. The efficiency timer on the gym buildings is lame because it takes away from the “no-timer”ness of this game, even if you can technically still gain energy. Banks are really overpowered once you have over a billion dollars, making offices and other tax buildings useless. Also boats can drive through each other which should probably be fixed. Overall though great game. 👍

Fun but could be better. I just downloaded the game and haven't had it very long to already notice the things it lacks. 1. You cannot demolish a building you have built. So you better hope it's where you want to keep if for now. 2. There is no way to earn "power" or the little muscle to build things with. While no timers to build are great you still have to wait for your "power" to come back This is all I have noticed so far and hoping to have updates soon. Update 11/16 1.You can destroy buildings for a hefty fee 2. Looks like further on in the game you are able to build a gym to generate more muscle power. Unfortunately it takes awhile to get there and I have yet to reach it. The game is okay if you want something that takes forever to grow unless you buy the in-app purchases

Addicting. Been playing this game for a couple days now and I love it. Super addicting and super fun. The achievements aren't extremely hard which makes it easier to pass them and reward up. Rarely are you hitting a time or "boring" time. You work to replenish your own strength and other materials along with making it halfway realistic. Very fun game

Movie Theater ads aren't working :(. I know it's a weird thing to complain that there are no ads in the game, but I'd love to have the quick cash that comes with it. Whenever I try to go watch an ad from the movie theater it states that "Unfortunately, ads can't be displayed. There's a problem with the connection or ads are unavailable." Other than that the game is great. And no I haven't seen any ads yet and am always connected to the internet.

So far so good. In the past I have constant looked for more games like sim city build it, but I have never found much. I got bored of sim city build it and never wen't back. For the measly time I have played this game I say it's amazing. Only time will tell

Cute game. This is a super cute game. I love how you tap to build things. There are a few things that are odd tho. For example, why do we have to pay $$$ to move or rotate buildings, starting at level 26? Also, my city level isn't visible to me. This is a cute game that needs a few improvements. I would definitely recommend it tho!!

Overall a fun game. This game is fun. It does exactly what you need it to do, it passes the time in a good not in a gouging for money type of way. I do have some issues with my game though it's not letting me paint any of my buildings and I'm already at the point where I have all the buildings so it makes little to no sense as to why I'm having issues. Also some interesting side challenges would be good to add as opposed to the constant daily challenge. The Easter challenge for example was a fun little twist that I think should be incorporated, or something similar, to keep the game from dragging time to time. Overall this game is a fun game to pass time with.

Not that Different. To get this out, I love this game. Everything is designed perfectly and the game has high quality, but the game doesn't have any features besides tapping to make it unique. There are hundreds of city building games out there and this game happens to be one of them. You can do better and add more features to make this game unique✌🏻️

Latest update ruined it. I've been a huge fan of this game until now. I absolutely refuse to play a game that interrupts the middle of my gameplay with ads. Completely takes me out of the game. Also, no cloud storage?? No option to save the game in case you delete and reinstall? Make the ads optional or at least have them play before I get right into playing.

Addicting. I have been playing this for about a month, to the point where I have built everything possible. This game needs more buildings! We need an update. Been almost a month since there has been anything come out.

Why the forced ads?. I used to love sinking time into this game, creating the perfect utopia. Now, I can't even play because I'm forced to watch an ad the moment I open the app, and then every 5 minutes after that! I know you guys need to make money, but ads should stay at the cinema. Allow us to watch ads for energy, and you'll get your ad revenue! Don't FORCE ads, especially when I'm trying to play! When I run out of energy, I'll gladly watch an ad. This makes the game exponentially less enjoyable.

Overall It's Good. Overall this game is fun, I think that if your determined you can get the job done, I also like that your part of your cities life (clicking to earn money, resources, etc.) but it glitches and kicks me out sometimes making it hard to play so I would tweak that part, but it's a very fun game when it comes down to it. Hopefully future updates will fix the issue.

Really unique game with cool ideas. I've really been craving a good building / city sim game recently, and I've given up on SimCity BuildIt because it's just way too much F2P for me. So I was pretty pumped when I saw this. This game is actually a hybrid of two genres: city builder and clicker game. If you love both of those genres like I do, this one will really click with you (pun intended). Beyond that, I really like the way that the buildings in this game add functionality to the game itself. Not just the typical, "build the police station to lower crime" type of stuff (although it has that too). It's more meta than that. Want to visit other cities? Build the Observation Tower. Want to buy in-game credits? Build the Game Store (very clever). This is a super cool idea! Sure, the game can be a little rough around the edges. It takes a couple too many taps to select what building I want to build and where, etc. But I actually think that's part of this game's charm. It's clearly built by a smaller team that is passionate about game design, as opposed to a massive cash-driven company like EA. Excellent game you guys!

PLEASE RESPOND. Okay listen, I'm pretty upset, I had made an entirely separate island off of my main island using the Landscape Institute building and also had every single building at max level. Now this update comes along and literally half of my island has disappeared and half of my Ruby Keys are GONE!!! All of my Office buildings are at a lower level than what they were previously and my Golden Keys are halved as well. I'm furious because I'm not about to put months of my time into a game only to have literally over half of my buildings downgraded and literally half of my belongings taken from me. Please fix this!!! And also I just want you to know that I loved this game a lot. I spent $10+ on this game and I would really appreciate it if you could put my city back the way it was before this update. I'm not hating on you guys at all, I just really want an explanation as to why my buildings are really messed up.

Super fun... but.... This game is great the only thing I would like to see changed in the next upgrade would be the ability to click on the icons on the main screen and it inform how to produce more... or maybe I missed that in the tutorial...

Love the concept. It takes a while to level up but it gets really fun after you unlock more stuff. The graphics are nice I just wish it was easier to move around or stay consistent with each house design. To point the flaws: I don't like how the roads get more expensive as you go on. I feel like it should be constant. Roads aren't even a huge factors to the city except for expanding. I just want to build more to make my village look better.

Very fun game. I enjoy this game a lot it is the kind of game where you could play but not pay much attention to it. I am writing a review because the newest update has put in a bug where your progress bar when making materials or getting muscles is invisible if you are holding the button down. Other than that this is a great game and lots of fun.

I like it. So far so good! Not having any problems with ads like others have said (you can view them in the movie theater). So far the only thing I don't like is you have to go bankrupt if you want to move your buildings around. Maybe make it less chortle or make your first move free or add a warning or something.

Awesome. This game is really fun

Exceptional, but needs more. Typically I don't write reviews, but I haven't been disappointed yet with this game. Takes time and patience to build a city. But you can do it all on your own without friends and spending money. And if you do happen to spend money, all it truly takes is 10 bucks to get a building that makes red gems daily. It's affordable, and fun! Great game to kill some time and also get your mind thinking on what your next move is. I would recommend this to anyone of my friends. Edit; The game gets boring after a while with limited building options and not enough to do. Would be much better with an update to add many more buildings and options to improve your city and personalize it. Would also like to see a better way to make more land rather than wait 15 minutes for each. Update update update. This game could rock with more to do.

Amazing and Addictive. I've been searching for years for a simple city building game that doesn't require battling. I can just play and build my city and be happy. You don't need money to play. There are easy ways to earn the ruby keys other than paying for them. And you don't need other people to play. Can't stop playing! Love it! Thank you!

Goodish. It is fun but it keeps freezing

Almost.... No timers on construction yes, But. This game appeared really great at first with the lack timers, but as you progress you will shortly find out that your timer is actually energy. Once you run out of energy, if you lack the funds and materials then you're stuck waiting for your energy to replenish so you can replenish the above which you need to construct new buildings. This game would be great if in lieu of waiting for your energy to replenish once it's gone, instead if you could simply tap to replenish the funds and materials you need to continue playing the game.

Run out of space to build. Bad

Don't waste your money. The ads, in this update, are ruining the game, but they won't work when I view from the Movie Theatre building. Complete the missions in the beginning in the game all the way until you get the Gym. Precaution to all players. More users should say this in their reviews. The tapping like crazy isn't helping people's health unless you distract yourself while listening to alternative metal/metal music.

Excellent so far. Wait to decide whether you like it or not until you build the gym so you can restore your energy. That's when you start seeing the big picture. I think it is a bit buggy as it keep randomly saying all of my buildings are short staffed, but whenever I level up it all goes back to normal. I'm still not sure if I'm missing something or it is a bug though.

Best Game Ever!. This is the best game I have ever had it is a great way to pas time, and I don't feel the need to buy anything. Once you reach a certain level you can for hours and hours, also another great thing is that it doesn't require wifi!

Fun game!. I've been having a lot of fun with the game. The task of keeping everything at a balance when it comes to population/ jobs/ resources/ energy is really exciting. My only beef with the game is when I have a question about something, I have a hard time finding the answer. Even when I find an answer, it's very vague.

Just fing try it.. I love this game because there's no mandatory time limits. There's hourly income of people, money, metal, and concrete. You can wait and build or spend hours tapping (45 sec tapping for getting your energy back so it's an endless game. I loved it so much as free player I bought the tower for ruby daily drop and it's worth it.

Good Game. It is a well built game if you play smart you can progress quickly if you have strong thumbs😁 For all those complaining about no 'move' or 'demolish' option, if you go into a buildings menu there is a service button, and if you click that it gives you all of those options. Overall great game easy and fun to play!

Fun, but problems with ads. I love that this game doesn't make you wait a certain amount of time to get things done... need more money? Tap tap tap at the offices and get more money. Need more energy? Make sure you've built the fitness club and you have unlimited energy (as long as you're willing to tap for it). Investing in building banks to help with money. However, lately I cannot get ads to work through the movie theatre. The add will pop up, the video will stall and an error message comes up. So I can't cash in for watching the ad even though the ad comes up for the product and therefore it is advertised to me. Those rewards are really helpful and I haven't been able to use them for almost a week now... playing less because of it.

Latest update SLOWS progress to a crawl. For whatever reason, the developer of this game decided that having too much fun is a bad thing. They decided to slow your progression in the game to an absolute tedious, laborious, snail's-pace crawl. How did they do this, you ask? Well, they jacked the cost up of every building in the game by such a ridiculously high amount that you basically can only upgrade about 1 or two buildings per day. That's like 5 min of gameplay per day now. Uninstalled. Bye.

One of a kind!. This game really is one of a kind, I've never seen a game like this before. This game is way better than any other building game, waiting for your buildings to finish is really boring. So by removing that part and adding a different mechanism make this game. Truly amazing.

Great concept. Great game for everyone at all ages.

Overall Good!. I always wanted a casual city-builder without timers! This does a fairly good job of that, but there is a time-based wall after the first hour or so when you have run out of "strength" and/or some other necessary resource with no way of creating more unless you wait a full day. This almost led me to quit, but I decided to stick around and see what happens after overcoming that wall -- turns out they unlock buildings that let you close the core loop of letting you refill "strength" and thus pushes up engagement and session length. I bet that second hour gets a lot of people to quit, though ;)

Awesome fun. A very well put together game, this is the first game I've written a review on without being harassed constantly to do so. I would recommend to anyone who likes city builders, and it is far superior to Sim City. To be clear some of the reviews are stating there is no way to save the game (cloud storage) this is false, the game keeps it pretty centered around building so to save the data to use on other devices, you'll need to build the Archives! But don't just take my word for it, try it yourself!

I got to level 151. But then I got bored. This is a fantastic and addictive game but is seriously lacking content. While I was playing they added malls and parking lots. They could add like a public arena and sports facility which takes up 3 x 3 squares and costs 5 or 10 million. I never spent a penny on this game either. It's just after a while you it's the same thing over and over and over. It's a pity because this was one of my favorite games.

Fun but..... The game is fun but it would be better if it had a greater way to get resources in game by watching ads. It has great potential but it's really difficult to get some resources in the start. Later on in the game it needs special services maybe a school, park or something along those lines.

Fun! But Slooowwww.. I love the concept and the art of this game but it just takes so long to level up. I have been playing for a day and I have only gotten 2 office buildings and 5 houses and some industrial buildings. Still I LOVE this game but it's very very slow

Awesome game. I highly recommend playing this game. It's a fun city builder game who doesn't have patience to play Simcity Buildit and other games similar. The issue I have is there isn't a diverse of different buildings. The new update has made things more expensive and takes long to build what you want to build. I have the Spa building and I haven't seen it restore my energy when I'm not playing the game. It's a fun game, it it's also lacking a lot right now. I'd specifically would like to see the lower cost on buildings. Not everyone wants to buy ruby keys. Ruby keys are way too expensive as well.

Pop up Ads are ANNOYING. Enjoying the game itself but the pop up updates added in the last update are intrusive and extremely annoying. Would be great if they found a better way to integrate ads. In other games you have the option to watch an ad to get some kind of reward. Here they just randomly open and start playing. Hopefully the developers will address in the next update.

Awesome Game!!!. I think this is one of those ultimate time killers, yet it doesn't require your full attention. It's a perfect balance in a time where games can either be forgettable or require 100% of your life. Someone with a hectic schedule would enjoy this, I tap to my hearts content and can still hold a conversation with someone in a waiting room.

Worth playing. I love city building games, but on Mobile devices your progress is controlled so much by timers. This game gets huge props for getting rid of the timers and actually allowing you to progress by just playing the game. The more you play the faster you advance, simple as that.

Fun. I've been playing this game maybe 24 hours and I've leveled up exceptionally fast. At first the game makes you wait due to energy but then that changes when you can build the fitness center. Once you get that, the gameplay only stops when you want to stop. 10/10

Didn't liked it. Once you finished downloading the game starts with an instruction mode forever and there is no menu to save or to start a new game, to do that you have to erase the game and reinstall it, also the instruction mode is really boring, you have to follow all the steps and the city doesn't come up the way that I really wanted to build it. If you don't follow the instructions you will get stuck without the products that you need to continue building. I'll only give it 2 stars, I wish it was more flexible with what I really want to build and not keeping telling me what to do.
