Wow. Not a bad game,. But the ads and requiring to pay for full version is BS for this quality of a game. Sorry could be a lot better. Here let me update you. It’s a minimal effort put in game. Very similar to a pc game I used to play that’s not only better than this game but it’s actually free with the option to spend on Over powered ships and weapons. Spenders get the better ships free to play get to earn some decent stuff to. Well this game offers absolutely crap. Enjoy my honest review. I played for a few hours until I realized unless I spend to unlock the game and ships I can’t do a thing except stay with my crappy beginner ship. So yeah up to the players on how much they personally enjoy it. Give it the test run and see if you personally as a buyer like it I guess.

Good game with too many bugs. Quests won’t complete and result in you being chased by trash mobs all game. Issues with in app purchases not showing. I’m waiting on my 100k gold iap to get fixed but I’ve already made 7 million just playing. It’s only 2 bucks lost but customer support was not helpful. Frustrated because I really enjoy the gameplay. If you don’t mind paying full price to play the beta ... Updated review down further just realized can’t change difficulty setting. It resets to medium immediately.

Great game but.... Game is great since I recently came back to this one and continued on the emperor’s daughter quest and found that the pirate’s camp was far easier when you use strategy and not going in aimlessly as it’s not an easy fight up close especially when I had them all on me my advice hide behind an object so they fire at that and yes they have limited ammo and it’s now clear that it was supposed to be that hard and I even have the emperor’s friend achievement now I’m more confident that I can beat the secret lands quest so next time you’re badly injured when there are some nearby kill them and heal up just by standing near the campfire in the pirate camp and if you don’t believe me if you do get wounded then try it yourself! Edit: forgot to mention that campfires only heals you when you’re not in combat mode but since the pirates in the pirate camp were easier in melee mode that it shouldn’t be a problem for those that know what they’re doing all you had to do is get them into melee mode (by making them waste ammo!) and they’re easily picked off! (assuming you have made them waste ammo successfully and that you’re not dead!) oh and try zigzag makes it harder for them to hit you while you break for the rocks!

Amazing game. Overall I think this is an amazing game but the only flaw with it is the fact you need to purchase the full game, I personally do not mind this but others whom are less fortunate do. The game is playable without the full version but however it is still amazing. My final verdict is 10/10

Great Game. The game is very well put together. Overall, it is very fun. I just wish there was online combat and online open world. Also, if they add it to where you can play as an individual character and make it to where you can walk around cities and trade, fight, etc, it would be great. Overall though, it is a great game. Hope they consider adding more online open world and etc. I just have one question. Can I fight other players with my character or ship?

Great game but lagging issue. This is by far my favorite game on the App Store, but recently when I’m exploring the map it will aggressively stutter and lag to the point where it takes forever to get from place to place. Once I do a task and am actually back on the ship or at a dock, it fixes itself. Seems to only be happening while touring the map. Any upcoming update? Thanks.

Love it. I really love the game I’ve recently got the Asian seas and love it love the new ships what I guess I’m asking is maybe there be a mission in calm seas for the ultimate ship as in the biggest baddest ship out there only available during a mission when I was rescuing the emperor’s daughter great mission but when it came to getting into the hideouts it was kinda unfair so i used the objects in the game to dodge the bullets from them and used the dragon pistol and the cannons to take them out nice game and maybe have a skeleton crew at some point or be able to customize ur pirate captain love the game I do have more ideas for future development of the game love it best pirate game so far btw how am I supposed to get Davy Jones treasury if it’s offf the map and the leviathan always stops me

Really good game but…. So I just want to make this clear, this is an amazing game, but I’ve got one problem, you can’t do a lot of stuff without paying for the full version. Some missions you can’t do because they need to be done in other maps, you can’t upgrade your ships, and you can’t capture ships. Actually one more problem, there are a ton of adds, ever other time you open the map you get an add, it’s extremely annoying, and I think I speak for a lot of people when I say this, I’m not paying any game any money. Just a suggestion: we should be able to walk around on the ports, for example we can sell stuff or buy stuff at markets or whatever they’re called back then, and maybe sometimes even come across a guy or two who wants to kill you. Just a thought. Another thought: it would be cool if we board people and kill the crew, we should be able to go into the ship and look through the cargo and take what we want.

Pay to play. So three days into the game and I’m getting used to the controls and overall really beginning to enjoy the game. I’m out at sea when I receive the day three or four rewards and this over fills my boat. Now I can barely move. I have tried to be patient and just float to port but it’s been hours and barely noticeable progress. Since I haven’t paid, I cannot capture another ship. My only hope is to dump nearly half my loot. So I figured since I have to lose everything anyway I’ll just start over. This just reset all of my XP but it restarts with me away from port and with most of my earned loot. Now I am still overweight and cannot move. All of my progress is lost. My only hope is to throw away all 3 or 4 day’s worth of rewards. So frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be playing again.

Two versions of the same game? Why?!. First I got to say I really love the older version of this game, (with its last update a few months ago) which can be found with the identical name. I’ve purchased a few DLCs there and enjoyed the pirate life long enough and had my ship equipped with every best things I’ve collected (including those from undead ships!) Then, found this newer version getting more recent updates. Being curious as to whether anything is different or new, what I actually found is it to be identical but making me start all over again with no option to resume my previous progress! Just hope that you won’t leave out the all time players of “the older version” from updates.

Hard to Find Goals. Played the free version for a week. It was hard to not only discover the next move but also where to go to accomplish it. Game play is ok but only one viewpoint during battles. Towns all seem alike without specific things to make obtain or visit. Where was home port, never could figure it out? You just wander around and if you forget what your doing after a few days break there is no way to go back and find out so you then become lost on the map waiting to be sunk. No real story line.

LOVE IT!!!. I personally love this game especially for a mobile game! Just one thing i’d change, i do not spend money on add-ons and this game to get any fun progress you must buy add ons, specifically ships, i wish that you could have new ships without buying an add on. This would be so great, if you made a really crazy mission to earn a nerfed bark or something that is available for everyone even without add ons, this would be very fun! Or have an expensive bark or something at only one island! Again this game is great everything is perfect exept for the fact that if you dont get add ons you are stuck on a, well boring xebec. Its not nesasarily boring, ive just been playing for days worth of time and i want to spice up the game! Keep up the good work!!!! You guys are very good at what you do!!! - VERY SATISFIED! Submarines. This game is perfection but there is one thing that would be the cherry on top. Submarines! And I even know how it can tie in. Our story begins in the seeker ship lab where seeker technicians are hard at work. All of the sudden it hits them. submarines. They can go underwater and strike their enemies from below with torpedos motars And missals. How to power this new king of the waves. Simple...ish the Stone of the deep: the seekers latest innovation in seeker technology. Awesome game. To start with, this game has to be the best mobile game I have ever played in my life. Everything is fantastic but like everyone else says, their is room for improvement. One thing that would be awesome would be the ability to control sea monsters or undead. Make sure that the person can only control one monster or one undead crew. This would be really amazing to add into this game. I hope u the best of luck.

WARNING AVOID THIS GAME!!!. Okay so I just bought the other. I have already purchased this app which I have proof of this isn’t fixed I’m calling apple for a refund from all previous purchases from you guys this is such bsapp of this which works why is this one crashing my ship and everything I spent money on is on this app what the hell hero craft? All of my DLC everything missing. New people avoid this game do not buy it you’ll have to buy it again and lose all progress or in app purchases. Hero craft you guys are thieves I want my dlc or my money back period no excuses. AVOID AVOID AVOID TRUST ME! I have tried deleting and reinstalling I have iPhone X 13.3

Multiplayer. The game is great and the graphics are amazing, but I’ve run into an issue while trying to play with my friend. When we get into the same game together only one of us can see the another while the other player can’t see them at all which makes me hope that there will be a new update coming out where that problem will be fixed.

Pc experience on mobile. Wonderful game, sunk like 35 hours so far into it and I normally never play mobile games. Great combat, very expansive, my only small grip/change would be to raise the level of where you “max out” (different cannons, sails ships, etc.) and making more use for monster drops. I have like 15 kraken eyes I have nothing to do with. As well as making it more difficult to obtain the best ships and items. All you have to do is board and capture a battleship and you skip most of the games progression. Besides that, most engaging game I’ve played so far on mobile.

MAKE IT FREE!!. I love playing the little bit of game you can play!! It is great! But they try to make you pay for everything!! For example, you can board ships, but in order to capture ships, you have to buy the full version. If you want to unlock all refurbishment slots, you have to buy the full version. If you want to play all of the quest, you have to buy the full version. If you want to go to other maps, you have to buy the full version(I tried sailing off the edge of the map, and they send sea monsters that kill you!! No way to get away from them) if you want to buy new ships with coins, you have to buy the full version. So until they stop trying to make you buy EVERYTHING, I’m done playing this game!!

Pretty Cool!. Great game. Like it a lot. I have one issue: twice now my ship gets stuck at the port on Black Lagoon. By stuck, I mean that you can’t travel by clicking the map anymore- you have to travel manually in the ocean view style (which is very slow if that’s the only way to travel in the game.) The only way to fix it is to sail around forever or open and close the game until finally you can travel by using the map again. Just a bug that I’m sure they’ll fix soon.

Has potential, but stopped by greed. Ok, I get it the company needs money, but gimmie a break you’d be just as rich from just game sales any way. Phones need more games like this, I’m sick of these boring, dumb, and depressing “strategy” games. This game YOU are the one getting the job done, and no this isn’t a “boring ship game” in some places you have a small area where you can use swords AND GUNS. To make this better all they’d need is to make you able to actually leave the ship on your own in more places, and my favorite, be able dual wield guns, which was a thing back then, as well as multiple barreled flintlocks to allow more shots. This game is one of the better phone games and I think I’ll have it for a while. But there are still some sketchy AF things in this game, Example: the game says you need to visit other ports to find other ships. I’ve been to every port in the game and I’ve found one new ship, apparently to get the rest of them you have to use YOUR REAL MONEY to get them. This game has significantly more potential than the greedy bosses seem to realize.

Great Game NEEDS UPDATING!!. This game is just hurting for an update! Bug fixes such as missions sometimes not popping up so stuck in certain areas of the game such as the city missions that can’t be complete :/ on the other hand great game nice graphics (can be made a little better but don’t expect the world.) really well game as said. Love the factions. And wish missions will go in more detail on what to do instead of giving one sentence and calling it a day. Lastly, online could use a major update such as actually communication, and partner(s) interactions such as missions quest on island or boarding same boat. And more advertising for multiplayer, you’ll only play with the same 5 people.

Amazing!!. I originally started playing this game when it was on pc and gladly downloaded it when it released on IOS. This game is definitely in my top 10 games right now! One thing that does annoy me though, every time I buy a share, it never saves. I’ll play for an hour or so and when the game reloads, my share is gone and I have to either buy it again or forget about it. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Needs more players! chat system?. Multiplayer needs more real players. Not NPC or AI. When will the game have text/voice chatting logs to communicate with players in multiplayer? Tournament mode is empty and hasn’t seen players in years! When can we board any island and conquer land or explore? Will there be a battle pass system? This game needs to bring in more new players that play on a daily basis. Currently the multiplayer is only one or two players online. The single player is entertaining but later gets boring after months play. Multiplayer should be more interesting and more challenging. When shooting players ships sometimes multiplayer doesn’t register the damage of cannon balls!? Game Balancing: please revise the ‘Returners Ship Hull/Sail Healing Crystal’ because there is no easy counter to it in multiplayer and players spam it rotate ship in circles shooting cannons and never die.

Love it but:. I really love this games and it is one of the only great games that there are for ipad, but sometimes it can get boaring as it is great but after things get harder and harder and then boooom, it is easy again. I think that this game is so well made that me, who had never ever ever spent money on a game, this game is so well made that I wanted to throw my money in so I d' say that for the creators of this game congrates to you for making one of the greatest pirate games ever but still maby you could make a easier was of geting stuff apart from the island with skeletons. Anyway for all you parants if your kinds tempt to use money on a game I do not recomand this games as it is hard to not wast money on it. But I still love this game.

please let us board and capture ships for free.. One thing a pirate game needs is an option to capture ships, this game is legitimately one of the best pirate game so far, even better than Caribbean Hunt if it allows you to capture ships. I just want this feature to be taken out of the full version bundle, but let the other stuff stay. Maybe this will help the game thrive more and help make other players be more tempted to buy the full version of this game.

Not good. I found this game so I could play something that was close to sea of thieves, and this game is very close for a mobile game. Be warned I removed the game due to the amount of ads while playing. After each ad a box comes up and ask you if you are done with the ads. If you say yes you will have to pay $.99 cents. No will give you 3 to five minutes before the next ad pops up then ask you again to get you to pay. Also if you want to play all the maps you will have to pay $4.99. Which if you want to play the in game task you will have to have all three maps. This would be a great game but unless you are willing to pay for all the good parts is not very much fun.

Hello again. I had once played this game when there were more ships than what there is now and what happened to killing the whales? And the temples? And the ship battles, please turn back to original it was runner that way. I was excited to my favorite game after many years of quitting and forgetting but I am not anymore and want to quit again!

I Love This Game! But there is ONE issue!!. I myself am not usually big on mobile games, but this one game out of all of them I absolutely love!! However, there is one really annoying glitch: it happens when you are in the arena and when you are trying to move around the camera quickly pans over doing a 360. This is quite annoying and leaves me vulnerable to attacking enemies and is the reason I fail many arena battles. The moving in land melee combat needs to be addressed!!

Amazing Game, Just one Idea.. Let me first start off by saying this game is absolutely amazing. It is a beautiful masterpiece. I have been playing this game for quite some time now and have purchased DLCs such as pirate city and the Asia DLC. This game is truly fun to play but I have an idea that will make it even better and possibly bring more people to play this game. My suggestion is to be able to have the ability to make your own faction. This could include buying fleets, ships, and merchant ships to help defend, attack, and gain passive income for you and your faction. You could send fleets and ships to wander around the sea and in the map there will be an icon indicating where your ship/fleet/merchant is. You will obviously have your own flag (maybe even make your own flag) for your faction and maybe even have your own island, though it might be difficult to find space for it but it is definitely possible. Maybe you can have an alliance system where you could make an alliance with other factions which will unlock the ability to trade and send your merchant ships to that faction. Now, I know that game developing is a long and it can be a hard process. I don’t expect this to be an update soon or maybe not have this as consideration. This is what I just thought and I think this will add new possibilities to this game.

Looks like a great game, but?. I preordered as soon as I popped up on games I would like based on what I play already. The but is only because it’s too small to play on my phone. I’m disappointed only because of that. When I get a new tablet it will be the first game that I get. One more small thing I kept reading over and over the first thing the pirate says when you reach the island doesn’t diverge mean different paths not paths that cross I know it’s stupid but I kept reading it over and over and typing the sentence and the words are now meaningless and when i read the sentence now it’s like it’s in another language. So hopefully I’ve infected all of you that read this.

Amazing but.... I played the free version and loved it so much that I spent the 7.99+tax= $8.62 while in game and now the game will not let me have any other additional features. For example, I go into a port to repair my ship and no options are pulling up to do that or buy and sell nothing. I don’t know if it’s a glitch but I really hope it gets fixed. Again, an absolutely amazing game I would just like to be able to play it for what I paid for it. Thank you.

Great Game, just a suggestion!. I love this game, I’ve been addicted to it ever since I downloaded it. Just a one thing (the only reason it got 4 stars), I really think that there should be more fun things to do, like more legendary ships like the Grim Reaper, that was so fun and having the chance to capture it and keep it. I think more things like this would be great. Stuff like legendary ship missions or even ships available for purchase, like the Flying Dutchman or the Queen Anne’s Revenge or something of that nature. I would definitely pay for that. To add on to that would just be more ship suggestions for other ships, all the ships are pretty plain and there aren’t a lot of options that make your ship unique. Anyways, that’s really all I have! Such a great game though, definitely worth downloading, looking forward to what’s next!!

It’s ok. The game itself was good and fun but graphics were glitching for me and the quests needs work the prices for the full version is insane I understand how expensive it is to make a mobile game but holy sh*$ is 8 bucks expensive for a mobile game that I will use for 1 year and delete and never use again 4-5 dollars is more like it and that’s pushing it but overall very good game just fix the price for the full version is all I ask

Yea, a good wood ship game!. So many years ago, on first ever Xbox when Morrowwind was new, I used to love playing Pirates of the Caribbean, not the later game but this old thing I found used in a bin somewhere I think might have been released premovie even... It’s land mission controls were so awful glitchy, but I suffered through that and other problems for the fantastic sea battles and have wondered for 12-15 years?...where is an update to that game!?! There have been so many bad pirate ship games, Sid Meiers and all the rest, finally we got a cool one here... Not many complaints, free to start but if you really wanna play the ads will bug you if you don’t pay up, but it feels like a game worth paying for so far... It would be nice if you could toggle off the magic crystals and keep it more real but it’s still fun and challenging steering for the advantage; I’m sure I’ll find more ways I wish it were more real and that’s my request to the wind for developers

Great game but quite a few issues. This is a great game and has a lot of content and game play, but there are some serious issues; 1. On-land combat is impossible as a single captain against multiple foes, with no ability to heal or take any inventory items. Why doesn’t the boarding party go with the captain and why is it inconsistent when you can receive canon support from the ship? 2. Same with boarding - should be able to change the boarding party configuration prior to battle otherwise you have no idea how many of your fighters are active (versus wounded). 3. The ship equipment screen is very difficult to use and has some bugs: (i) when you drag items into the slots, they rarely end up where you dropped them (need to do it multiple times to get it right); scrolling the list of non-equipped items often results in an item being selected and then dragged; it’s tough to compare items, even using the different colored scales (which is difficult to use in itself). 4. Why no controller support? 5. Should be able to back out of a land mission at any point.

Great game but there are a few problems. I love the game overall. I wish there was a little more loot but otherwise the action is great and the ship on ship battles are amazing. I am having one problem though, there seems to have been some sort of Halloween thing they did with jack-o-lanterns and giant bulky ghosts. That was okay at the time, but now the ghosts and pumpkins are still here and they obstruct my view when I am sailing my ship. They also are not very visually appealing. I’m pretty sure they are not supposed to be there but I have no idea how to get rid of them, and customer support has not been very helpful.

Great but one big problem. So start off this game is the greatest pirate game ever created and ngl it rocks. But the one issue I have is I try to by the premium version and give you $7.99 but every time I click purchase it says “sign in and confirm payment info” which ok I will but then I click continue and it won’t load! Like I left it for 40 MINUTES STRAIGHT AND IT DID NOT LOAD! It is really annoying and I am willing to give you the $7.99 but it won’t let me so please fix this like PLEASE 🥺 I will buy premium if it gets fixed but overall great game herocraft keep up the good work

Would be great, if not for MAJOR bug and bad ad placement. The game would be pretty great (only reason it got two), IF it were not for a serious flaw in game controls that the developers seems unwilling or unable to fix. The camera view and movement controls glitch so the movement starts to control the camera view, and NOTHING controls the movement. You have to stop touching the screen for a second to get it all to reset, and in any close battle, especially in the 3rd person player mode where you run around with a sword, it will cause you to die, A LOT. Such a shame! On top of that, the advertisements for expansions and boost packs randomly appear the top of the main sailing gameplay screen, larger than any other icons on the screen, no way to hide them I can find, and when tacked on next to the normal icons, they block the top left part of the screen pretty well, which is no good. Sell things when players log on or go to menus, NOT in the middle of gameplay.

Bad experience all around. I’ve been playing this game for about a month now, bought the full version and the Asian oceans DLC. Unfortunately the more I play this game the more flaws there are, first of all when you have to do battles as just the player it is absolutely horrendous. First, I’ve been having to clear the settlement for the “emperors daughter” quest and god it’s literally impossible! As soon as you get to the settlement you’re instantly killed by guys sitting there with guns! If it wasn’t for the ship battles, I would’ve already deleted this game and left a one star review. Please change the battle system and balance the Enemies correctly!!!

Would be fun.... ...if not for the incessant wages to the crew. I mean seriously? 250 average gold in 3 weeks? It wouldn’t be a *huge* problem, if it didn’t kill my standing with the trade faction too. -100 standing every time I miss. That said, besides that little tidbit it’s actually a good game. It’s fun and there are lots of things to do. The graphics are pretty good for a mobile game too. It’s just that I can’t make any decent money trading, if at all, when my crew demands all of my profits. Either get rid of it entirely, or at least decrease it by 90% to balance it out with the cost of items in the game, and then I will play again.

Great game but some issues. This is so game is so much fun but I have one problem in the Blackbeard quest when you contact everyone that you know in the calm waters I did this over a year ago in real time and still no answer if the developers can fix this this game would be so much better but I still give five star because everything else makes up but please fix the bug.

Drink up me hearties yo ho!!!. I absolutely love the this game I don’t mind the ads it’s just business. But the reason why I truly love this game is because it is immersive it takes you into that pirate world when you battle against Davy Jones Ship. And the other battles as well. Now, I surely would love some more detail on the Kraken because when you are fighting it it always has its head out of the water I would love if the creator’s of this game could pay attention to Pirates of the Carribean. Anyway I give this game 10 bullets out of 10 swords. GREAT GAME.

One major flaw I see so far.. I haven’t played much yet, but I was enjoying the game greatly. I met one major flaw though, after buying the full game using the in app purchase on the free version, the game will not start. I will make it through the first two loading screens, then as I come onto the title screen, the game crashes to my home screen. I’ve downloaded the game and delegated it repeatedly, yet it hasn’t fixed it. If this is fixed, then my rating will double at least, till then, it’s not worth buying.

Real fun game!! But...... The game is epic love the story line and missions! I just recently purchased the add on’s but for some reason the first Emperors Daughter mission always crashes get to the island enter blue circle and bam crash, totally kicked back to the phone app selection page. Read this is a issue for others, will this be resolved for paying customers? Can’t wait to hear back from you! Other than that ya got a good fun epic game! Crashes. I downloaded the game a week or so ago. I played it, liked it, so I bought the full version, because what they offer you in the basic version is close to nothing. But just two days ago, I go to start it up and it crashes. I payed 8 dollars for the game to crash. And what is worse, when I go to contact the devs, it gives me an error. And I tried on both my iPad and my iPhone, no difference. So I had to go to their web sight and write them an email. And surprise surprise, haven’t heard from them for over a day and a half now. I tried reinstalling the game, resetting my devices. It’s something with my save, which is now probably corrupted. If they made it easy to contact them, I’d be fine with that, but they really don’t. If I don’t get a reply by tomorrow I will be contacting apple.

Pretty darn good pirate game. Not bad at all! Easy to get a hang of and balanced gameplay. Even on the free version it’s enough to keep you entertained for a good while. So far my only issue has been weird spawning when you enter a battle, sometimes they drop me directly on a bomb or right next to an island that damages the hull. But a pretty minor thing in the long run. Also there should be away to cancel missions you accepted. l wish to buy the full version when I can, it seems worth it

Looks Like We All Have The Same Problem!!!. We try the game and think yeah this is pretty fun let’s get the full version and upon purchasing that full version once you close out the app you’ll never get back in. They take your money and you get locked out of their app. I’m not sure how this isn’t theft especially since they won’t reply to any support messages. Will be contacting apple about this app and app developers. And for your bsdevelopers yes we all uninstalled and restarted our phones I personally have a brand new X running newest software so stop with the same reply to all our reviews that’s not the solution you need to fix this.

Extremely unbalanced!. I’d give this game 5 stars if a few simple changes were made. Such as the combat being completely unbalanced in certain situations and missions like the princess rescue. You could pay real money and get the best of everything in the game and still be killed in 5 seconds just by walking towards the enemy pirate camp before you even have a chance. Sometimes before you even see who is shooting at you! And there’s no way to heal yourself! How ridiculous! The controls and graphics are almost there they just need a little update to be a little more smooth then they currently are. The game is a ton of fun and has a lot of potential. Right up until you get slaughtered and lose all of your good items. A few new ships and making sea battles feel a little more in-depth wouldn’t hurt either. Until the fixes/improvements are made it’s really really not worth spending money on, but if you’re looking for a low rent game to play for free this is it.

Amazing, but always room for improvement!. First let me start by saying how fun this game is. I’ve spent hours and hours playing; it’s very addicting! I love the graphics and feel they are truly really good especially for an iPhone game. As good as it is, there is always room for improvements. Here are some improvements I would love to see in the game to make it even better: -Fix some of the economics of the game. It’s nearly impossible to earn money because the payout of defeating someone doesn’t even come close to what you have to spend to repair and restock your ship. -Allow us more control over how our own city looks. Let us name our city. Allow us to place certain builds or choose architectural styles. Perhaps ships we’ve claimed as trophies can be placed in our city’s harbor or possibly even escort us on missions if we choose. -Let us create our own Fractions. We could design our flags, name our fraction, our city can carry it, and with our custom Fraction, perhaps we could even create our own empire or country; claiming land and building other cities. -Add more designs and art for our ships, i.e more paint jobs, uniforms for our crew, etc

Love it, But update it please. I want to start off with this game is great! Although I know you guys are actively on this game. (Played with “haleyeah”) I just wish you guys would push more updates. Such as an actual communication system because people hardly talk to each other and deprives everyone of the ‘faction’ mechanic. It would also be great for the landing cannon shots (during a boarding conflict) to either land slower or make AI smarter to divert themselves from it. Because I played numerous of times with a online buddy helping me and he shoots and the boat helping he is killing them; although he has either killed me or my teammates (which basically makes us lose the game automatically.) Again for people reading this, THIS GAME IS GREAT! It just needs some updates. Lastly devs please...I understand one person shouldn’t influence a game incredibly. But something that me and my brothers thought would be great it having a game mechanic where you and another player can board one boat! Either that or have us work on each other boats and shoot cannon and help with flags or boarding. Please devs reply guys I would absolutely love if you guys did, sorry for paragraph as well ;)

Fairly cool game. You get a couple of easy missions to do in the free version. I didn’t understand the boarding ship part, that seemed very robotic for me. In battle, my ship was getting attacked while i wasn’t in range of the enemies radar. I’m not sure if that was because of a bug, or because the enemy had upgraded weapons. You can’t purchase a ship and your only given the one your in for freegame. You can eventually purchase some better guns/upgraded ship but that’s by repeating the same missions over and over. I won’t be purchasing the game for $13. I don’t think there is enough in the free version to pay that much for the game. Thank you though for the effect put into the game

It’s not a bad game. This main mechanics - naval warfare - are incredibly arcade-like. If you are looking for nuanced, tough, micro-manageable combat mechanics, you will be disappointed. Its well rounded, but unfortunately it’s easy to learn and easy to master and therefore becomes repetitive quickly. A lot of work has gone into the art, but unfortunately the gameplay doesn’t do it justice. In some ways it’s so close, there are layers that could be added to the current combat mechanics that could see this game improve into a great product with much longer last-ability. I have to mention the ‘on-land’ fighting gameplay mechanics - they are underdone, and frustrating. I’ve bought the the full game, but I dont think I’ll see much of its content.

Great game. This is a really enjoyable game but it would be more cooler if you can add more upgrades for the ships and the crew. Like new weapons we can attach to the crew like rifles or something that the ships can use like falconets if you don’t know what falconets are falconets are very small but very dangerous cannons that were used during the age of piracy look it up on the internet to see what they look like. Please try to do this in the next update. Thanks!!

Needs more. Seems like a good game but not convinced enough to purchase it, I think you should be able to buy 1 boat and maybe a few more missions in free game. That way it will give people an idea what ships could be worth and what you need to do to earn the money to buy them, and also what they could be capable of

Questions. Great game, but every time I go into it locks me out. It shows the loading screen after the cutscene where it shows your ship in a port. Then it just stops. After about 15 mins it randomly goes out of the app. It does this every time. I’ve tries restarting my iPad, resetting the app, even deleting and redownloading the app and nothing works. Please help

A buggy mess. As soon as I got the game and running, the intro sequence was bugged out. After I spent 10 minutes making it run again I stumbled on another bug which had my boat flying up into the air... The overall game design, the ports, were repetitive and I had no real interest and got quickly bored, especially in the missions.

Perfect game, but it isn’t worth $13. Love the game and all it is all for micro transactions as long as they aren’t limiting the gameplay, and in this case it is, limiting the amount of ships sure. It is annoying you don’t get the full arsenal of ship gameplay with 10 locked behind real money, it is annoying if you lock ships behind money but it isn’t the worst thing in the world. What is in my opinion is the need to pay for three other maps, you not even getting the full game. Again I love the game and gameplay, it is just disappointing to have to pay to play more.

Good game but can be better. This game is great for ambience and some plundering or playing merchant when you have some time to kill. The story is good and the graphics is unfortunately a bit muddy and starting to get a bit dated. I was hoping for desert islands and tropical paradises not just rocky shores all the time and storms that blinded you and threw your ship about damaging it. Worth the money they are asking though.

Cool game but a lot of bugs. The game itself is rather cool, but there are a lot of bugs. Sometimes the story missions just dissappear and there‘s no message on how long you have to wait. When I did a mission and for example didn‘t open the stone door but wuickly checked the map, all enemy ships are suddenly back again. Dragging items (cannons, artifacts... ) into the ships slots is cumbersome and doesn‘t work properly. I also died several times dueing the flying dutchman quest (and also beat him) but the story seems to be stuck and he appears again and again... Also a bit of a better description for the dlcs would be nice. Otherwise great concept, thanks guys

Glitch when boarding enemy ships. This is a great game, but there seems to be a glitch where you can’t move or fight when you board an enemy ship. It’s really frustrating, because you basically have to sit there watching yourself get beaten.

Solo melee combat is a bit broken.. I like the original game. It was interesting and fun. But the Jade sea DLC is a bit broken. How exactly are you suppose to fight 6+ guys solo on land that can shoot you before you can even see them let alone find them. All without a way to heal or even sneak up on them since if you can see them they can shoot you for half your life. This maybe more plausible on the computer but on the IPhone it’s a bit much and has pretty much ruined the game for me. Maybe some of the 30+ people on my ship could join me in clearing out the pirate base?

Overall whether you buy it or not it’s worth a try, best designed pirate game on mobile, not sure if some of the quests goto the full version area cause some quest marker don’t properly dissapear when i check the mission box, is this a glitch or are they in the pay for areas? Version 1.65 Issues, Complements and some Request. I’m having issues of the game. I’m having these weird pauses everytime I travel in the “map” mode when moving around. Sometimes I crash due to the weird pauses and something when fighting. Please fix! It’s making it really annoying to play. Other than those ones I really love the changes thou! More things to do and I feel like the scenery became more vibrant when in third person or first person view. I love it! Please more updates and maybe more ships? Or some aesthetic for crew or captain clothes? Maybe do a battle pass for the aesthetics or new ships or just a DLC? I have been enjoying my time since I found this game and I’m loving it. Best pirate game i have ever played. This is great its good quality (for mobile) and i love play ing the game the battles at sea are amazing some people complain that its crashing but that’s because there electronics are outdated but I'm having a fun time.

Amazing game, but don’t buy the Jade Seas DLC. I really love the game Tempest, Pirate Action RPG. It reminds me a bit of games I enjoyed in the past, like Sid Meyer’s Pirates and the Privateer Wing Commander séries in the 90s. I bought the full game and the expansion where you get your own island, which I both really enjoyed. But then I bought The Jade Seas Expansion, which really ruins the game. It completely changes the game from ship-based to land-based. The ship based battle system is really one of the strengths of the game, and Jade Seas just throws that away for a clunky, primitive land-based combat system. Especially on a mobile device, land-based combat ruins the game due to the really poor movement and fighting systems. Ship-based combat is fluid and fun, while land-based combat is awkward, not very responsive to control, and disappointing. And it’s a real bummer that you lose all magic equipment if you die, which happens so easily due to the poor control system. I would definitely recommend purchasing the base game and first expansion pack though!

Critical Bug. The game is amazing. However, there is a critical bug in the boarding tutorial mission at the pirate tutorial port. I noticed this is when I have killed all pirates on the boarding ship and taking it as a trophy, I cannot walk up the stairs on my own ship, so I have to restart the game. The thing is, when I did so. My inventory is cleared and replaced with the cannonballs from that tutorial mission. I permanently lost all items in my inventory, plus experience and paint jobs, and some of those items are very valuable too and I believe some are of limited access, so I have to start over and probably reset the progress to get items such as “huge sail”. Just to confirm it, I brought some test items and entered this tutorial mission again and quit the game, I lost those items permanently again, plus all my paint jobs and experience.

1st person is messed up. Great game, love nearly everything about it so far, but 5 days ago the update messed up 1st person (boarding and such), you can’t fire the gun at longer ranges anymore since you need to « lock » the target and it won’t do this past a couple meters. It also refocuses the camera every time you swing your sword and sometimes turns your camera around for no reason, the old 1st person mechanics were really nice, if you could bring them back it’d be 5 stars for sure!

It is kinda copyright but you just made it better. The game that looked like this was name assassins creed pirates but the fact that you got in some hunting really Really got me interested and the only thing this game probably needs is harpooning but other than that its the best pirate game i have ever seen yet.

The most funnest game in the world its open world fun experience and being able to do what you want and its realism with the graphics the boats and having to trade and buy things is awesome and its really cool how you can encounter other ships on sea when sailing somewhere and the sea battles and how they work is amazing along with the cinematic pirate fights and being able to play as the captain to fight when you broadside a ship is so cool keep updating and adding more features to improve the game and please add a 75% discount to the full version for like a week or 4 days so i have a chance to get it but other than that this game is great and perfect!

General thoughts. I love the game, it’s amazing. The only thing i would like to be fixed is ( faction description) Easy difficulty actually working and not switching back to medium. Better fighting controls, using rocks as cover should be working not passing right trough.

Really cool pirate ship game. I really love this game, the developers did a really good job on the graphic and the ambience of the game. One scene that really shines is the tornado scene with it’s lightning, when it is seen from a distance it looks really intimidating and wants you to turn away your ship ASAP (I don’t have tried approaching it really close yet 🤣🤣🤷🏻)

Indecipherable. I’m sick of this game after a full day of playing it. So much makes no sense. No maps for the two other parts of the game, seems like nothing is out there. Really. Just started playing and I fighting a ship that’s about the same stats as me, so if I win it’ll be by a small margin. Just as I’m about to win, a bigger stronger ship shows up before I can fully destroy the first one. Maybe later on in the game when my ships stronger and I know what I’m doing VS first real ship battle. Concept was good, graphics OK but battles are probably the main reason why people play. Great potential!. The graphics are wonderful and the mechanics are easy to use. There’s just enough content to make it interesting. But I can see this game becoming so much more! - they have lit pools to indicate where you can transition to land and go on foot. They need to create these lit areas around the entire island to allow disembarking at will. To make islands much larger for treasure hunting and more in depth quests. - add random encounters at sea whether you’re ready or not, make it challenging - add the fear aspect. - add the ability to disembark at towns and cities where you can recruit your crew based on personality and stats. - I could keep on with the suggestions, so kudos to the team who developed this game. Keep up the good work!

Idea for hunting and movement. You should add a thing where you can hunt whales for oil to drop in front of a ship and you can chain animals to the front of your boat and make them pull making your ship go faster like pirates of the Caribbean and also it’s not fair having to spend money to buy a ship I’d rather be able to use gold or even materials.

Great game! Crash problem was fixed.. After downloading DLC the game keeps crashing before it completely loads. Told them about it and after about a week it was fixed. Definitely recommend this game.

Terrible. There’s no direction at all. There’s supposedly an academy at the start that’s going to give you direction but there was none. I roamed around aimlessly trying to figure out how the game actually worked and honestly I’ve had more enjoyable experiences with dumpster fires. I wouldn’t waste my time with this. Seemed cool but when I dived into it, I found out otherwise. Don’t waste your time even downloading this thing they call a game. Shame on the devs for this unenjoyable experience.

Excellent Pirates. I’ve only played for a little bit and I’m hooked, if I could make one small suggestion that would be to be able to land anywhere and explore the islands contents along with the continents and the freedom to walk around my ship while she sailing. Thank you to the developers test players and all that was involved for bringing this wonderful mobile game to fruition really.

I have a question. When I click on my “Current Task” and it says it’s marked on the map then I go to the map I don’t see “!” symbol and then when I go back to do it again the task was clicked off, great game though and good graphics it has a lot of potential. I do only have one map I believe and that is the map I started on and not the other two where I have to buy for it, do you mean tasks?

Can’t get my old save. I had everything unlocked and uninstalled it for a month or so and then reinstalled the game to see that my ship and money is all missing a reset why? Won’t give it a five until I get my money back or everything I had work so hard in This game

Free to play now but a scam. I remember spending money to play in past but then releasing it for free and saying it is new and it is not new. You still have to purchase the full game and dlc to have any fun. You can’t even restore purchases. When you get stuck on a quest it can bug out. What makes it worse is that they won’t do a dam thing to fix it. (One entire year to fix a bug for paid players) If you request refund they tell you to go to PayPal and PayPal will tell you to ask the games company.

Hard to Find Goals. Played the free version for a week. It was hard to not only discover the next move but also where to go to accomplish it. Game play is ok but only one viewpoint during battles. Towns all seem alike without specific things to make obtain or visit. Where was home port, never could figure it out? You just wander around and if you forget what your doing after a few days break there is no way to go back and find out so you then become lost on the map waiting to be sunk. No real story line.

UPDATE!. The latest update fixed my problem of not being able to log in and play after purchasing the full version! 😀. Thank you Devs and I rescind my previous review! 😀

Please add this. This game is great, but it needs some changes to the game to make it better. I’m sure if you add the following below all the players will love this game even more!!!! Please add more colorful sky, it’s always gloomy! And please let us control the characters and our city so we can walk in it,build special buildings, Etc Please add more combat controls when aborted enemies ship, I’ll be much more fun!! Wasted money. I spent money to buy all the shops and some other stuff, and a couple hours into playing it keeps crashing and I can’t even get to play…

Refund?. Downloaded the free version and liked it so I got the full version. I got the “deal”. So now after playing it and spending a couple hours getting a bigger ship with better attributes, it just reverts back to the small ship, and not acknowledging any quest that I did. It doesn’t save any of the progress I make. I’m tired of getting the big battle ship, all the relics, add on armor, stats, etc... just to start all over again when I go back to the app. It’d be awesome if it wasn’t for that.

The free part is good but... eventually there’s nothing left to do... I got all artifacts, weapons and crew members maxed out. I ended with 50,000 gold from a mix of scamming and missions. You can’t even get a better ship in the free version. I would buy the full version if it wasn’t 8 dollars but otherwise good game

One incredible game. It’s got everything a game should have: Great graphics, interesting quests and side stories, efficient and well organized interface, great music. One of my favorite mobile games I’ve ever played, and a definite recommend.

I bought the Full Version and game keep crashing. So the problem is that when I bought the full version it won’t let me open the game anymore and it is bad could you like fix it or give my money back because I love the game when it is not on full version and now it just won’t open need help thank you

It's a great game but?. When we land on islands, we become too weak and die so quickly and easily by pirates in the islands pls go for new upgrades and add some poisons or food to heal up and maybe some crew with us on the land would be great please check this review out and let us now with new upgrades because we paid for this already and we expect you guys to do great job you deserve we deserve win-win✌️

Wish they had more buying options. This game is amazing I want to get the full game but I don’t want the extra stuff making it to easy maybe if they had a second option that was cheaper for just the full game and not extra stuff.

Game crashes every few seconds. I played the free version just fine with no issues. They had a 30% off for the full version and I just bought it today. Now after paying money and “upgrading” to the paid version the app crashes every few seconds. It’s literally unplayable. I open the app and load in select a point in the map to start sailing and the game crashes. I can’t do anything. And I’m angry I just wasted money on something I enjoyed but can’t even play anymore.

Upgrades needed. Good game just need to be able to upgrade and travel without having to pay. U basically get stuck in the beginning in less u pay

One of the best naval battle games I've ever played. This game is really fun, amazing pirate simulation game. But I have a problem, that is, after I open a new save, the "All Ships Put in Port" package that I purchased before is useless, and the Battle Jonk ship is not unlocked

Game to DIE for, But.... The games awesome, honestly I wish the game would allow you to get other ships by at least putting a lot of hard work and effort, other than of course paying $9.99 for the full game. Other than that the game is AMAZING, you can run into Krakens, some weird massive scaled fish, and standard Red Coats, Pirates, and even Skeleton Pirates!

The Pirate Guards. The game is really good, but those stupid pirate guards keep destroying my ship and I can’t get away from them, I have spent a lot of in game currency to fix my ship just to have it sink again

Ships. It’s really boring being only able to use one ship. I don’t have the full game and I was thinking there should be at least one more ship that can be purchased without the full game or real world cash. This would get five stars with another ship for the people who play the free game. Thank you.

Good game. It’s a very nice game just kinda wish we could play with friends and stuff and maybe walk around are ship when we are sailing and fight real players because I don’t know if Theairs is multiplayer in this game if theairs isn't it would be nice to have it thank.

I like it, but needs one fix. The fighting controls is painfully irritating that’s it, I fired many shots but then the camera gets flicked to the other direction.

Beautiful game!. I love this game, it’s so beautiful and very fun! I’m so glad a game like this exists on mobile! The only problem I’ve had is it keeps crashing on my iPhone X which it hasn’t before but it’s started to. Please fix this!

Fun and diverse game. Just started this game and it has so many things for you to do and many ways to customize your ships… hope to see more ships added in the future

Game. Idk what’s wrong I used to play the game but now since I got it back it loads in and everything and pops up that stupid ad and then the game closes itself back to Home Screen I checked for updates there is none. I just updated my phone and it still does the same thing it’s an amazing game I love it I just wish I can actually play it again

Perfect but. I love the game but the problem is that some players like me don’t like to spend or can’t buy the thing for other ships to grow in the game. There’s so many different things that I can’t do because of that makes me sad like have different ships and fight different monsters

Fun game but keeps force stopping.. I’ve spent a pretty good deal of money on this game and I love it but lately it keeps force stopping as soon as I open it up. I’ve deleted and downloaded it repeatedly, restarted my phone and have tried about everything else I can think of. Considering what I’ve put into it I’m incredibly disappointed.

Good game but….. Everything was normal and then the next time I played it was broken like frozen or something I can’t move and only see the thing of loading the game

Awesome but one problem. Been a fan of this game for years now love it all , just one problem the new full version I been noticing i can’t change my difficulty. It’s permanently on Medium.

Can’t change difficulty. I’m not able to change the difficulty, it is stuck on low. Edited may 28th, I’m am still unable to change difficulty lvl. It is stuck on easy. Can you please update the game and fix this.

Good game. This game is fun the only trouble I’m having is getting a new ship but other than that it’s really good also this daily reward thing is awesome but I’m waiting for day seven where I get a new ship so yeah good game thank you for making me have fun🙂🙂
