It won’t let me restore my purchase.. The game itself is a great game for kids. when I decided to purchase the full package for my niece it seemed great but i didn’t want the game on my phone anymore. Since I didn’t want the game anymore, I wanted to restore my purchase. Note it says specifically, you can restore your purchase for free, then there is a “ here” you click on to restore your purchase. But when I click on it , it says that there was no previous purchase to restore. All I want is my $9.99 back. I payed the money, now I no longer want the game and I can’t get my money back. And when I tried to report the issue to Apple, they said that they can’t help me with this problem, so could someone please help or try do something. I feel like your game is ripping me off. Thank you for reading.

This game absolute horrible. First of all you can only do four things with the kids and the rest of the stuff u hav to pay to do and u can only use certain things like pink and blue paint colours and if you want to use the other paint colours like green and black and stuff you hav to watch videos for each item you want to use and it gets very annoying I did all the stuff in under 10 min and I am not wasting my money on stuff that will take 2 min to do and the noises are very annoying. I suggest to anyone reading this that you don’t get the game it is horrible and nothing like acually babysitting.

Super fun. This is the best game ever and if you could open all activities it would make your game better than any other version with little kids y’all make a miricol

It’s ok. This game is fun but not that fun. I would only play it if it was the only game that existed. There is barely anything unlocked and there is a lot of commercials and ads. If you like baby’s then you need to download this app. The only problem is you have to pay to do certain stuff but I can do everything because I paid money and you have to pay $30 dollars which is annoying but if you get everything it’s really really really really really really really really fun

Advertising on free version not for children. The game is good but the music videos etc being advertised on the free version are simply not for children. That’s extremely irresponsible in my opinion. If it is a ploy to get people to purchase then you don’t like children, you are just money makers destroying the innocence of kids

The twins are cute but.... this is a pretty good but i don't like how the clothes are locked. also i'm 9 and i saw a sentence in the app that said "for parents." so i guess it's not for kids? but that is weird. i also don't like how the clothes, doctor and outdoor time are locked. 🙁🔒🙁

Every time I’m doing something and I want to get like a certain puzzle or color and I press on it and watch the video then after the video it still says I have to watch the video and it won’t give me the color or puzzle it’s annoying like I watch the video for no reason

Kind of fun. It’s kind of annoying I watch like kind of 20 ads and for some wallpapers some food and stuff like that and it doesn’t give me the things it’s just wants me to keep watching ads but it is fun.

Has a few free levels, ad heavy. Game has a few free levels which are fun to play. However, an ad that had very loud sound ruined it for me. Full unlock is 10 dollars, which is a bit pricey for what the game offers.

It's 2018!!!!!. I'm noticing all the games I download made by your company doesn't have a skin shade for black people. While you have many skin tones I can't identify with any so I'll have to delete them from my devices as well as my children. All locked. If the purpose of this app was to profit only by locking all the activities and having so many ads.. it should be a paid app to begin with. I got this app for my child because it was a free app. So I expect it to be a free app with activities. Not constantly having my child cry because it keeps popping up ads and not letting him do anything.

I love this game but I have some suggestions.. 1: potty training. You could put pink and blue training potties in the bathroom, add underwear to the game, make them have to go potty, and make them have accidents when they don’t make it to the potty in time. 2: diaper changes. You could add a changing table to change diapers and put stuff like diapers, baby powder, and wipes on the changing table. I hope you put these ideas in the game!

Amazing Game. This game is amazing. I love the concept of the game because it teaches how to take care of babies. I also love that there is no end to this game you can just keep playing over and over again and it’s not the same thing. I also love this game because you have a choice of what task you want to do with the babies even though the babies request what they want to do next it is still your choice. I love that there are many things you can do with babies. The only thing that I don’t like about this game is that you have to pay for some things but the good part of that is you only have to pay for all of the items that are locked in one pay for a reasonable price. Over all I think this is an amazing game and it is worth the amount it is. I recommended you get this game!

Poor job!. I think the app is quick to ask for money because the game stinks. You buy clothes for them and they only wear them when you dress them up. The rest of the time they are in diapers. Even while playing with dirt. I want my $9.99 back. Don’t waste your money!

Crying phone. Not worth it!. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Be prepared to have an ad pop up every 30 seconds. I genuinely don’t mind ads but this is too excessive. Plus, you have to buy a lot of the accessories but not before you watch an unskippable 30 second ad. Parents - beware. Don’t download this for your kids because it’s not worth it and will lead to more frustration than fun. Plenty of fun games on the app and this isn’t it.

Ads ads ads. Played for about a minute and a half and deleted because the live video ads disrupted the game 3 times!! Every 30 seconds is too much. Also when the ad becomes active in the corner it mutes the game. I'm all for ads but live video in this type of game is terrible. 😑

Disappointed.. My daughter loved this game so I paid for the full version for her.. the bath segment is glitched, you can't put the toys in the bath, they disappear behind it, and once you put the twins in the bath they fall through the bottom and you can't do any other tasks. And the doctor segment, you get through most of the mini games until you try to give the boy his medicine, an arrow points to his belly but nowhere on his body works and you can't advance further in that either. Very disappointed seeing as I spent $7 on a game that she can't even fully play. Wish I hadn't of purchased it.
