What is my molina app? Members can sign into the app using their My Molina User ID and Password to access our secure features, including:

• User friendly navigation
• View health coverage
• View your benefits and eligibility
• View/download and share ID card

When you use the My Molina app, identifiers for your mobile device are collected within Google Firebase to create a unique identifier for each application when downloaded.

Worthless. I have complained about this site only to get people I cant understand nor do they know how to fix it! Now it says my password needs changed. I try to change it and it kicks me out. I could go on and on about my problems with this site but nothing will change. Looking at reviews the company already knows this site needs repair. I would leave no stars if I could!

Mostly Works. The app is currently not opening. Is giving an error message. However, does work most of the time. Hope this gets fixed.

Still no payment information/options being displayed even after deleting and reinstalling the app.. This problem has persisted for over a week now. What in the world are you people doing??? Anyone knows what they are doing? And there is NO new update available even after refreshing the updates list.

Unusable App. Unable to log in. After changing my password and updating my security questions through a desktop browser, I am still being told to update my security questions. Nowhere on this screen does it give you an option which makes the whole app completely useless.

Can’t see my payment. I need help to see my payment it keeps saying we’re experiencing an internal sever problem

What happened to this app?. It used to be when you logged in you saw a menu of many options, like: how do you get after hours care, pay your bill, send a message, etc. Now that’s all gone? It was about 9 to 12 different buttons for different options. I can’t find how to do any of that now. I find those options being gone makes this app unusable and irrelevant. Whomever thought taking that away was an app improvement needs to be fired.

Nothing but issues. If I could give no stars I would. Always an issue logging in, the biggest is trying to reach someone me message yet when waiting for a response there are no notifications and when attempting to open the message center it freezes but the worst of all is you can’t even read the response because the page is glitching and then you have to force close the app. Pointless Submit reward requests yet it’s never updated if in fact has been received and reviewed. So many other complaints but this is the most worth making

Password glitch. Can’t even create an account because despite getting all green checks for the necessary password criteria, I keep getting a “password doesn’t meet requirements” message. I’ve changed it anyway in a dozen ways, there is nothing unacceptable about any of my passwords.

Doesn’t Work Anymore. App says authentication failed every time I try to sign in. I use a password manager and all of my credentials are automatically copied. Works just fine on the website, but the app doesn’t work at all. Called support and they said to reinstall the app. That didn’t fix it. So I guess this just doesn’t work now.

Horrible app; the worst health plan.. I have been a provider for 30 years and a Molina provider for over 20 years. This is my first month being a member and it is truly the worst plan. The buggy app with broken messaging is the best part. Horrible CS, horrible. Garbage. Stay away from this!! I would easily pay $1000 more a year to not have the absolutely bottom of the barrel experience I have had in less than one month. in all my years of dealing with health plans as a provider and a member, this is truly the worst — more like organized crime. The ginned up reviews are a joke.

App does not work ! Junk !. I have tried to find pharmacies in my area that Molina approves . It continually shows access denied!!!!! It does not show that my prescription medication deductible was satisfied . It does not offer or show mail in prescriptions . It does not show that I have prescriptions or medications purchased or authorized . The only thing I am able to get off this Molina App is my Medical ID card and that my payment has been processed. There is no link to contact anyone when having a problem with this app. Obviously it is not working and not accurate as I can not see local pharmacy’s. Why does it state Access Denied when trying to view pharmacies in my local area . When I tried to use favorites it gives me not local nearby pharmacies that I did not favor . The app is junk !!!

Rewards program ?!. Ya so after 15+years of coverage I learn there is reward program but it’s not easy to access - tried a few times over the past year still no luck Also no information offered about the program for fuel cost reimbursement Offering it and making it so difficult to acces is not right

App rarely works, and support is no help.. At this point, I can’t even log in on the app anymore. I used to be able to log in, but it always showed incorrect plan information and was hit or miss on whether or not I’d be able to search anything. Now it just fully doesn’t work. I’ve contacted support about it 3 different times. They suggested I try deleting and reinstalling the app (duh?). When that didn’t work they all just basically went, “Huh, that’s weird. Everything looks fine on my end. Bummer!” Super frustrating. Especially since about 95% of the website doesn’t work for me either.

Long term meds. I was given no information about a mail order drug program or what company did that. I called customer service and she had no idea about mail service for long term drugs— saying I could go to cvs or Walmart. She didn’t know if I could save money thru a mail order service. Not at all impressed so far.

DO NOT GET MOLINA!!!. What a horrible company!!! So shady and always talking out one side while the other side says no this isn’t right. Contradicting themselves constantly. Horrible customer service. Waste of money. Cancel you and fine you and make all kinds of issues. Find a different provider! Thanks for nothing Molina.

So so. I like many features on this app. HOWEVER, maybe double check some information displayed on the app. I found what seemed to be many doctors in my area, claiming to be accepting new patients at this current time. I called 4 or 5 different doctors, who either said they currently were not taking new patients, or they would accept new patients in 6-8 weeks. So I called Molina over the phone and I got my situation covered. This is at fault of the doctors, or Molina? Not entirely sure. Please update false information so this won’t happen in the future.. Thanks!

Mid. The app won’t even let me log in. The website is always under repair. I can barely use this thing. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and logged in multiple different ways and it just spins a loading sign and never lets me in. A joke

Does not work. I used to love this app because it was convinent, but now that you can't do custom payment for whatever reason it's completely useless. I am not paying 200 for two months. I'm paying monthly and the fact that the app won't let you do custom payments anymore is ridiculous because sometimes I need to split the payment. Please fix.

It isn’t helpful. Its like you are in a constant loop. Trying to find practitioners, but can’t have it open on another page or it will IMMEDIATELY will log you out. Which is very inconvenient when you have to go back to the app and the website. Definitely not good for phone use. Not to mention WHERE IS THE FILTER SCREEN TO CHANGE THE 10 MILE RADIUS. BECAUSE IT IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. Also, hate when you tap on something and it doesn’t even open at all. Just stays on the same screen. Please fix the app. You guys make enough money. It used to not be this bad.

Can Log into Website but not on the app!. What is going on?! As of a few days ago, I went to log into the app and it told me that my login/password is incorrect. I went online, reset my password and tried logging into the website yesterday and it let me login. Today, I tried to do the same with the app and it is giving me an error message saying “Wrong login/password”. This is incredibly frustrating! This app should work, I need to be able to show my card when I go to the doctor, now the app doesn’t work anymore! Hopefully, my I.D. will come soon in the mail because now the app is broken and who knows how long it will take before the I.T. Department gets around to fixing the app! 😡

I thought it would be helpful.. We are a family of five! I was hoping to be able to at the very least be able to list my children on my account with their insurance as well. You can’t! It’s one person per email and I don’t have 5 emails. I have one and their dad has one. So this app is really no help when it comes to my children which is who I made it for. But since I entered my info bc that’s what you typically do first, now I’m Screwed. I think it’s really silly that they didn’t make this app that way in the first place knowing that most people at the least have some kind of state insurance for their children.

Terrible. You have to make separate accounts for each child, meaning separate emails and logins. Also, you can only make an appointment by phone, and they consider that making an appointment “through the app”. I guess that’s what you get for something thats funded by the government. There’s an app called MyChart (not gov. funded) and is wonderful. I can switch between my own and kids accounts in one second and you can request appointments and see all the dates and times available. You can’t use it as an alternative, Molina just needs to step it up.

Searching. Should be able to list providers not only by distance but alphabetically. Would also be nice if you could search for a provider by name with a search bar🔎. The way it is now you have to scroll through pages of doctors to find a specific doctor.

Rewards. Tried to submit my redeem button but it will not proceed any further and yes I have done all the things they tell you to do before I contact them. (There is no error message lady!! )They tell you to go through the same step’s again but not while you’re on the phone with them. That’s too much so now I am stuck like Chuck

One issue. So pretty ok, only issue I have is when I try to access my member handbook it closes the app and I have to log in all over again which is annoying as I am trying to see what services are available to me and this is making it quite difficult to access that info.

Can hardly do anything on it.. Trying to do a few things with a message I got in my inbox. It won’t load a page that I need to complete the contents of the message, then I click a link in the message for more information and the app force closes... SO ANNOYING! I keep trying hoping it will work, it doesn’t. The definition of insanity. 😫

Need more features. I feel that we should have a option to had kids if need to. I am not about to add 3 accounts and have to remember password or have to sign out and sign someone else in.

Submitting payment problem. After trying to make a payment and entering all the information. When I went to submit it gave me an error that the server is busy. Multiple times. So I had to go back through and re-enter all the information over again. And now just trying to put a nickname on here to submit this review everything is taken. This is ridiculous.

Meh. Handy for my medical information but I’ve set up auto pay 3 separate times now through this app & every month I get told I’m past due & it doesn’t autopay. Please fix this.

Very self explanatory! But the system is in need of a update. You can be able to retreat a lot of information from this app, the only system update I advice is that as parents of more than one children we should be able to add more than one person in to the app like a family plan add type of option in the app . I have two children and I can’t have the same app running twice on my phone to be able to have both of my children information because is only one per app and not every body has two emails. Please advice if you have a solution or working on one.

Terrible app. First time member, tried logging in and didn’t let me. I was only able to log in online but not through the app. Called IT support and they were useless, they wanted for me to go through the whole process of crating and account again. Who has time for that!

Good luck. App doesn’t let you scroll. If there are any pages where there is more content to see, you won’t be able to see it because the app refuses to scroll. I was also trying to update my personal info and the picker for sexual orientation (weird thing to ask for btw) would not let me scroll through the options either.

Unable to make payments. I downloaded the app to make paying my bills easy. I was unable to setup a card or bank account due to the app forcing the use of a scroll “picker” (the bottom sheet that pops up that you scroll to make a selection) that didn’t scroll. 🫠 I wasted time going through their onboarding just to need to go elsewhere to set it up.

Glitches - does not seem secure. If you have to register online then why is there a register button in the app? I called the customer support number and they said it glitches “because it is secure”. That makes me feel kinda weird with my private medical info, like just remove the register option and note that it has to be done online like other apps do instead of trying to “sell” me that the glitch was deliberate. Sorry, I might try the online portal but this app seems kinda fishy to me.

Medical care. I have received nothing but great service from Molina. I feel my health care plan is being taken care of by a compassionate insurance provider which it's very rare.

Not the best!. It’s almost impossible to find anyone to take this insurance! Ex: had eye exam appt for contacts, (of course I have to pay the contact fee exam, $75 extra) but its supposed to pay for glasses and eye exam, but can’t find anyone to take this. Even a couple of my rx’s cost something $. Just wish they would get their stuff together! Not sure if I will use them next year? Anyone else have problems with them?

Not convenient for a family. I downloaded this app in hopes to have access to both my children’s info, and unfortunately I am only able to register one insured per email. That was a big inconvenience for me. I really hope they fix this and add a feature where all the family can register.

Worthless app, worthless insurance. Totally worthless, costs a fortune and does not help cover anything! The cheapest of doctor visits is all. Even then it took off the primary care doctor I chose from their list and refuses to reinstall him saying he’s not accepting new patients, we’ll I’m already his patient and his listings says that he is accepting new patients anyways.

I can’t pay my bill online. I can’t pay my bill online or look at my rewards. There seems to be bug issues going on.

Useful, thank you so much. On top of providing low income people like me to have insurance, this app has been great in saving time from having to be on the desktop to change providers or communicate with personnel for help with insurance info.

Needs improvement. I just created an account but it doesn’t let me verify my email so that my account is up and running..Besides it crashes fo no reason..My phone is updated to the latest ios update so don’t blame my phone for that..It lets me sign in but immediately sends me to verify my email, but the VERIFY is not tappable..

Buggy system from app to execs. I work in tech and privacy so I know how this works. The website is buggy and non functional. My plan is not listed if I try to access without logging in. I log in and have limited options that don’t load. I try calling the number on my card but it’s the weekend. Meanwhile I’m in a lot of pain the whole time and know I need to go to urgent care. So I download the app. I’ve seen this with retail. With your data, companies can sell your anonymized usage data and details to third party companies. Yes, even healthcare. They don’t have to pay to maintain a functioning website and they get to keep making money from you. The app barely functions. I know people who do Dev and IT for healthcare. It’s a burnout factory and it’s not like they have options either. Anyways, glad the execs are enjoying their bonuses. It’s not like the information they’re giving you is correct half the time anyways. Of course they all do it. They know you don’t have a choice.

used to work, now nothing does?. used this for virtual care for med management and now that doesn’t seem to be an option? HUGE inconvenience for neurodivergent individuals who had a system in place that was working. major interruption for my medication management and can’t use the app to find a new system that works. thanks.

Love what they’re trying to do—still glitchy. I do indeed love the interface—being able to access quite a bit about my plan, however if I get too far into the app it never fails to crash or glitch. Frustrating. I suppose I’ll use my PC to do it all. Just needs an update—solid start.

Online service. Much easier than waiting over the phone

Can’t log in!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have had nothing but problems with this app. Every time I try to login on one of my Apple devices it says it’s the wrong password I need to reset my password I’ve tried to reset my password and still nothing. I can access Molina on my computer, so my password should be the same on both my PC and my Apple devices right hope you can help me

Useful for a single person. I loaded the app hoping to have easy access to all of my families insurance info. As far as I can tell though I only get info for myself and would need to set up separate sign-in credentials for each of my three children (and wife) even though we are all under the same plan. On the regular website I am able to switch between family members. I find this app marginally useful as a parent who is generally bringing one of my three kids to the doctor. If I was single the app would be great - but not for a family.

Love you guys. Had a problem with staff at my doctors office and did everything they could to help me with this issue. Thank you all for doing that.

App has issues. I have only used the app a couple dozen times. But every time, there is some kind of issue. Currently when I log in and go to message center, and go into a response, the words are shaky and I can’t read anything. And it keeps freezing. And I never get a notification when I receive a response even though I ask for one.

Cannot get access. I’m New to Molina and tried both the web site and the App. Both continually deny access stating ID or Password is incorrect. Multiple resets did not work and two calls with tech support have not solved the problem. Hopefully the insurance is better than their app and website. Not sure what to do next.

Awful search.. You can’t actually use the app to find a doctor. It takes you to their site, which is NOT mobile friendly. At all.

Message. Can you add a message option, I have social anxiety and can’t call people.

Terrible. Terrible app. Face ID DOES NOT work, and there’s no way to change the radius under filters. It only goes out 10 miles, and I don’t live in the city. Do better.

Auto pay. What’s the point of you having an auto pay option if it doesn’t Automatically process the set payment!

Slow & Clunky. Does not show my new plan that I signed up for 2 weeks ago. Takes 1-2 minutes or never to switch between tabs. POOR PROGRAMMING SHOULD BE A CAPITAL OFFENSE!!!

Confusing. Not very simple to locate pay bill option

As bad as their website and customer service number. Never loads properly. Can’t even view my insurance ID card. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Piece of Crap. Your APPS doesn’t work tried registering and it says that im not in file but when I try signing in my member ID it recognize except for my password it says is different format.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Company is a joke and the app is useless. Beware 100% scam Molina is not a real Health insurance company. They will never approve anything until you complete many many different process that allow them to keep you away to be approved for a single test. Look reviews all over the internet and you will se how this company works. There are many other better companies. Don't take the risk, avoid Molina.

Awful. This is probably the worst health insurance company in the whole country. They don’t even know who is in their network so good luck getting anything done. I suggest signing up for insurance through anyone else if you can.

Help needed with the HealthinHand App. Molina needs to fix the app to where the patient’s health insurance card is completely viewable.

Password recovery. App abruptly shuts down when entering in the numbers for authenticator for password recovery

Weight Loss Surgery. Can’t Even Give You A Ride For Surgery They Say Find Another Ride But I qualify for weight loss surgery and can’t find a freaking ride to go get it done because someone else has to give you a ride

Very Slow Application. Application work very slow..

Avoid the app and the company.. The app is pretty terrible. The company is far worse. Avoid it all together and get something better. For $750 a mo it’s a total waste.

App. I’m happy with the facility but 50 percentage of the time works

Not very helpful. The representative I was talking to had chickens crowing in the back ground and on her side the connection get going on and out I still do not have an answer to my questions Very poor service

Terrible mandatory password reset. Would lock out you out after following all directions, writing down passwords, terrible system!!!

Crash crash crash. The app needs help. Not only does it crash within a few minutes it’s layout and use ability poor and less than ideal.

Doesn’t work.. App lets you log on but then it does not work at all.

Trash!. I don’t know how this app has 4.6 stars but app is very sluggish and laggy will not keep me signed in. Doesn’t even load my insurance card.. just save yourself the hassle and use the website.

Astoundingly poor design. Has to be one of the worst healthcare apps in existence. UI is horrid, it’s mind bogglingly slow (40 seconds to pull up ID), and less functional than their site.

This app is garbage and so is the website. If you click contact, it doesn’t work. The FAQs? Blank. If you try to call, it references a 6 digit phone number.

NEEDS UPDATED!. App isn’t working properly or lettting me anything. Tried updated but won’t even update in my App Store properly

Unable to log in. Even with the correct login and a secure network I cannot login to see my plan.

Autopay and no customer service. Autopay not currently working for me so attempt to call customer service where no one answers. Wow.

Not helpful at all. I got the app because I thought it would make it easier to submit a payment. It never keeps my password, I constantly have to change my password and it never accepts the password choices I submit.

Please do an update for the love of god. worst UI/UX i’ve ever seen, barely works sometimes. Hire some developers and push an update already.

Pointless. It’s so hard to make a payment to Molina online . Making a payment should be included in this app.

Molina app is WORTHLESS!!!(redux). 1... I repeatedly enter the correct password...NO GO! 2...I try to get a new password...NO GO! (“too many redirects”) 3...What happened to the TouchID! (which took forever to loggin even when this app had it...This was one of the few apps that has problems with TouchID) 4...Therefore I say again. The Molina app JUST DOES NOT WORK!!! IT IS WORTHLESS!!! Perhaps the coronavirus has also infected this app as well?!

Unreliable App. This Appis terrible. Logging in is a nightmare. Always says error or change security questions and when you call Molina they are no help. Don’t download!!
