Sticking pieces. I love all of the puzzles, but it is annoying because the pieces stick sometimes and you can’t move at all. I love all the puzzles and do them every day. I just feel that you need to know about this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.🙂

Getting Tired of Misleading.... Puzzle apps that say you can use your own photos...you let me get as far as choosing the image and then you won’t let me unless I buy something...annoying and misleading.

Cool puzzles. I have download a package and it is just a red field or background. I like the puzzles very much. I wish you could put a zoom on the puzzles, for it would be easier to see what you are doing. Is there anything that my be done? If we can fix the issue with the red background at least then I will consider giving a five stare rate if. Thank You.

App support non responsive. These puzzles are great until they don’t operate or download. Customer support is not responsive. Great idea but poor execution.

Poor app. Tried to play this many times, more advertising than play time. The rest of the time there are so many advertisements it freezes up the game. Pass on this

Won't Respond To Help Emails. This is a great app, but support is absolutely horrendous. I sent an email asking for help 2 days ago and no response. I've spent real money in this game. So I would say definitely don't waste your time or money on this game until they can improve customer service.

Puzzle too small. With this new update the puzzle is so small I can’t even see the pieces and why is there soooo much wasted space when the puzzle could be bigger and easier to see and put together. I don’t like it and this was my go-to puzzle app. Now I’m deleting it because it is no longer fun to do! 5 thumbs down!!! If you change it back to the way it was I’ll keep playing but I can’t see it well at all. Not straining my eyes cuz this is just stupid!!!

New Puzzle Surface. Since the new update, I am not a fan of the new surface. I can barely see my pieces. If you could change it back to how it was before. I think a lot of people won’t be happy about the new update. Other than that, I love this app.

Not Good. The developer keeps updating but on the iPad Pro all you get is blue square instead of a piece of the picture. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have tried every time there is an update and still not fixed.

Will not save started puzzles. I have started numerous puzzles and when I try to go back to them another day, they are no longer available. Sorry, sorry excuse for puzzle app.

what happened?. The puzzles are real pretty but it constantly re downloads and sometimes the screen goes blank and that's all you can do! Would be great if it worked.

Loved Game in the Beginning. Best puzzle game until it freezes and you cannot get to the Daily puzzles, new puzzles or even settings

Such A Well Designed Site. This has become my favorite site for puzzles. As a child, I just hated working puzzles! We were always missing some places. Looking down we would see one of baby sisters chewing on Them. Puzzles are now an evening of enjoyment!!!

Lost all my puzzle packs I paid for. Since the update this morning I lost all the puzzle packs I paid for. Yesterday I bought all the months from Jan2016 to Dec 2016. I still have Jan 2017, and June and Oct 2016. All the rest are gone either fix this issue or refund my money. I tried the restore button didn't work. I also tried the report issue button that didn't work either. I am on an iPad Pro. Please fix this issue

Buggy. Complete by being buggy slightly

Love the puzzles. Love the daily puzzles. The only issue we have is it won't restore our purchases between our equipment. So if I purchase a puzzle package on my iPad it won't update my purchases on my iPhone. Also, my can't get the daily puzzle anymore on one of our ipads. Bummer

Updates?. My puzzles are dated 2017!

Broken. Update... I have a love hate relationship with this game. Best puzzle game out there, when it works. Will work for a couple of months, then it freezes on an ad ( cannot close the ad) have to uninstall and reinstall... then it works for awhile longer. In game support came back as undeliverable.

Shutting off. I like the game, it just keeps exiting in the middle of my game. If you like jigsaws and puzzles, you'll like this game.

Crashes. Would be a good app if it didn't crash every couple minutes while putting a puzzle together.

Very happy (almost) with this app!. I love the layout...the pieces work a lot better now and don’t refuse to move...I am very pleased with the scoring ratio for the most difficult level.... I love that you are coming up with new puzzle packages often. The one problem I have is the contrast of some of the pieces with the background colors, which makes it difficult to see the edges of the pieces. The background I use most often is the gray one with the vertical lines through it. I would love it if you could come up a bigger variety of background colors. I would love to see white, light blue, pink and lime green (vertical lines are very helpful, too). Also, two of the colors are mislabeled. Thank you for listening to my requests! You have made this a very enjoyable game for me!

In-game purchase glitch. I bought the .99 for double rewards and I never got it I tapped it again and I had to pay $4.99 please see that glitch/bug.

Daily puzzles not working. Now says server unavailable for daily puzzles so I can't play them. Edit: now fixed

Lost Everything. Good puzzle game but recently could not load daily puzzles, it said it was my internet connection which worked with everything else. Deleted and reinstalled app and now puzzles work but lost over 250,000 points. Either this is a glitch in the app which they should make good for or it is an intentional money grab. I hope it’s the former

Removing game. Get NO help from support about just getting red screen when puzzles have been purchased. No longer going to waste time on something that no one cares about helping and getting answers! BYE!! Not worth the download!

Cool Puzzles. I really like your puzzles. However, the pieces often refuse to move for hours or longer. Also, the Daily Puzzle posts a message that says 100% loaded but refuses to reveal an image for a day or two. Please advise. PKD

Great when it works. I like this puzzle game, but right now It isn’t working. Sometimes I can re-install it and get a new group of puzzles, but now even that doesn’t work. Is this a ploy to make us pay or is the game just poorly developed?

the worst update. i really loved this app before the last update. the new feature of the update is that there is no way to save the puzzle you are working on - the minute you exit the app, it's gone.. will give it couple months to see if this problem is fixed, otherwise will delete it..

Do not purchase the upgrade.. Love the puzzles so upgraded for 8.99. That was a waist of money. The app worked better before I upgraded. Now when I click on a puzzle it just shuts down. Please do not waist your money. I will be contacting Apple about getting a refund.

Terrible. Locks up every time I use the daily puzzle. Have to delete game and rebute then I lose all my progress and out the $$ I paid for no adds. Happened twice. Rip off

Cool jigsaw puzzles. Love the puzzles. But even with the latest update it constantly seizes up. Takes me straight out of the game. Might take 5 or 6 tries before I get to play. Puzzles are beautiful.

Daily puzzle. Daily puzzle says my internet is down, so I can’t access it. If it was down I wouldn’t be able to write this comment. Not the first time this has happened.

Is probably a virus. Was spammed to download on game centre. It's terrible, and takes info from your mic and camera without your knowledge. Avoid.

What has happened to this app?. I love this puzzle app. I play it most days. But a few weeks ago it just stopped working. I can only play the puzzle group that i am on. I cant get to the gallery or any downloaded puzzles or ever customer support. It simply turns off. I have an older ipad 4. I have 299824 pts and 172243 golden puzzle pieces. I have downloaded every puzzle available with points. I really dont want to lose everything. Help!!
