POCKET ZOO STORY!!!. HEY KAIROSOFT!!! i just had a great idea and HAD to share it. How about you guys make a Zoo Sim/Management Game!?! You could keep all of the research for different animals and animal stables/pens, you could have food research, you could have little kiddie stations like rides (for example a pony ride or unicorn ride to be creative) and stations for kids and adults. i just thought it would be a GREAT game for you guys to test out for sure! please consider this. -From a loyal fan/customer

Help. I love kariosoft games!!!!! But today when I was doing the lucky spin in Japanese it says that there was an error and that I should send my data to check it.... I tried that and it told me that I sound retry because there was an error in sending the data.... PLEASE FIX... Arigato gozaimasu!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!. I just downloaded the game today and I absolutely love it, maybe 5 hours of gameplay tops and I'm completely addicted. I wish more of the Kairosoft games were free, the only two i like are his one and the Dreamhouse app they have. Its an overall great feel tho, its such a cute game. The only thing i don't like about this game is how easily you can run out of money buying things and trying to level up the staff and ingredients. But if you're patient enough it’s an overall great game.

Be Better As Paid App. Like Kairosoft's other titles, Bonbon Cakery has a lot going for it, and is deceptively deep. It has a great deal of charm and detail put into the game (such as customers using umbrellas when it rains) and all the usual Kairosoft goodness to be expected: with satisfying upgrades, a fun sweets crafting system, and addicting habits of leveling up staff and items until you're at the top of your game. For a newbie to Kairosoft, this isn't a bad choice for an addicting free sample. But the freemium aspect does hold it back. Like in Beastie Bay and Dream House Days, the cost of free entry is made up for in advertisements and tickets. You earn tickets by playing in real time, but the process slows down a game that is already slow. And there doesn't even appear to be an option to remove ads, at least not yet. Like the the freemium titles Kairosoft presented, this game has a lot to it, and, like all their games, is a lot deeper than you'd think, but in the end it comes up a bit short on satisfying one's "Kairosoft sweet tooth", and would have been better as a paid game. But for a free title, it's definitely worth picking up.

Awesome game, annoying bug. To put it simply, I love this game. The sweets, the recipes, and the activities are all very fun. However, I’m constantly hearing a strange popping noise while playing the game. I’ve checked to see if it’s my device’s case, a software bug, a hardware issue, etc, but I can confirm that I only hear the strange noise from this game. I’m not totally sure if this is only happening with me, but it’s very annoying and I wish for it to be patched soon. Other than that, really awesome game!

I love it!. I’ve been looking for a game like this! You have your own bakery and staff and can create your own pastries! I love the way it’s set up. This is a wonderful game.

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!. I HATE this bug! When I am logging on it is stuck on the loading screen! So I can hardly ever play the game. I gave it two stars because besides that bug, it’s a nice game.

It crashed on me I was so far 🥲🥲. One of my favorite games by you .. it crashed once I got so far black screen 2 options about a data .

Opinion. When I first entered the game, I was greeted by an ad. This to me was pretty annoying and it keeps happening. Anyways, I was playing the game when I started to do very poorly. I realized I couldnt delete my save and restart. This instantly reminded me of the micro transactions for the spins, and it feels as if they removed the option to restart so you could gamble your money in the spins to POSSIBLY do better. I know I can reinstall the game to reset it but it just concerned me why they would do that. Also, if you are going to put ads, at LEAST make a no ad purchase because although ads are annoying, they dont ruin the game. Otherwise, the game is amazing and I love it. Thanks

Can’t get pass loading. I love all kairosoft games. Today I tried to open this game, still waiting loading part. I left my device open with this game on for an hour while doing other things but I’m still at loading page

My problem. Okay so I downloaded the game and wanted to get another game made by this company but the problem is as soon as I download the other game the app icon went dark and now I can’t delete it or play it. I don’t know how to fix it please help

It’s Ok. The game itself is well designed with many elements I enjoy, the main problem I find is they have games that are more rewarding/enjoyable. Their most recent game Coffee Story I find more enjoyable in the loop of creating and faster than this game which is important for replay ability. I personally do not recommend this game if you’re getting into Kairosoft, play Coffee Story instead

A nice relaxing game to play 😊. This game is great, I love it but there is one thing, the last challenges are always so hard that I have to make really good recipes or I will fail 😓 but I like the challenges, I like everything about this game, but can you please add more recipes like cupcakes? Anyways, love it 😍

😭 I love it so much!. I played this game three years ago, and the rediscovery of it made me cry because I am so attached to it, and it’s a really good game! If I had to play one game for the rest of my life, this would be one of my top ten choices. For a game that isn’t huge and expensive (it’s straight up free), I could okay it for a long time unlike those pick up and play for five minutes and realize it’s boring. I give this game five stars! ❤️(And a heart emoji)

stuck on loading screen. i love this game, i have been playing for the past 6 years but it has been stuck on the loading screen and i am unable to play

Good to bad.. I love(d) this game! It was really fun, and cute, and I was very far into it. I had a lot of items, recipes, and workers. Suddenly, the game typed something in a language I cannot understand-- I think Japanese. It crashed my app, and I was like, "That's okay-- I'll just create the recipe again." but when I logged back in it had another pop up in Japanese, asking me yes or no. I clicked "yes" so that it would go away, but it completely restarted my entire game. I had to start over. No recipes, no workers, nothing. Fix this bug and it would be 5 stars..

Beautiful. I have spent a lot of my time on this game and it's worth it the graphics are amazing the desserts are satisfying to make because there are so many different combos keep working on these games I can't wait to see the next one

Glitch when making cakes. Game is normally in portrait mode but when making a cake it goes to landscape mode, causing some of the screen to become a black void. This only resets when force quitting the app and happens every single time. Other than that, it runs fine

My favorite game ever but... I absolutely love this game but I think there could be a little change to it. Like when one of my shelf are out of stock but my staff is coming with the sweets the person just leaves ☹️.or when I'm in the hof I can't complete the customers☹️. Long time loading. It’s taking a while to load

I love this game sosososos much!!! Played since i was little but.... I have recently got it back a few weeks ago and played fine and it was sooo fun!! Until a glitch happened today and said an error happened as i was making a decorative yule log and i refreshed it and then it had a error saying to report to the developers but i clicked yes and it let me to a part that said send data so i pressed it but every time it loads it kept saying error and i went out of the app to fix my storage because i thought that was the issue, but as i went back to try to fix it it instead reloaded and i cant get my account back 😭 I hope you guys could fix that..

Love this game...BUT. I’ve been playing kairosoft games since I was about 11 years old (I’m 16 now) and I’ve loved them since!! All of their games are cute, unique, and interesting. This game is definitely my favorite out of the ones I’ve played, my only complaint is that the full game is so pricey for a “shorter” and “simpler” styled game. I really wish one of the restaurant-esque games would be free or at least have the price cut down. ALSO would love if a new game was made!!

The Most Addicting Creative Experience Yet. Title says it all. I have literally downloaded almost every game from kairosoft and I have played about 60% of them to where I am satisfied and I can put them down. This is the first game that I am essentially going for completion, like 100%. In league with Cafe Nipon and The Sushi Spinnery, Cafe Bon Bon offers a lot of room to be creative in how you design your dishes. Where some of the other $5 titles you have limited but structured content. Cafe Bon Bon has a plethora of content with everything from your cooks to suppliers affects your final dessert outcomes. Finding a new dessert or ingredient feels super rewarding and late game there is a level of making desserts to cater to your guests that becomes fun in itself. You want an cool ice cream dessert with kiwi and a cherry on top, great, you want that same ice cream to be spicier, make it with Tabasco and put some cocoa powder on the side, used too much cream, your ice cream just became a panna cotta (look it up) and you just unlocked a new recipe. I seriously cannot explain how good and addicting this was. I learned more about deserts and I started watching Zumbo’s Just Desserts (t.v. show) because of this game. Also sorry kairosoft, I have bought all of your games, but I have gotten so close to the end in this one for free. Takes a long time, but all of my desserts are pulling infinities in terms of their taste and aroma and such. The gameplay is bright and colorful and really offers the same charms of all the other kairosoft games. For those of you that get addicted to these simulations as much as I do, well there are some hidden surprises late in the game that will keep you playing. The only negative thing I could say is that the music gets very repetitive. All in all, amazing simulation game. Good job!

Great game but... I love this game but I found a bug that got rid of all my progress. I was just finishing a dessert when all of a sudden an error notification showed up in Japanese, I don’t know Japanese so I was very confused it had a no and yes button underneath it, I didn’t know what to do so I clicked yes and the game crashed. I went back onto the game and the error notification showed up again. I was still confused so I clicked no this time and it crashed. I was back to my home screen and the screen glitched and moved around a little then went back to normal. I went back to the game but it crashed multiple times. The last time I went back to the game, it was normal but made me start all over again. I’m so confused what should I do?

AMAZING Game. I love this game so much! I never write reviews but for this I must. This game is like an old classic with a modern twist and it never fails to amaze me. The overall idea of the game is amazing except for a couple of small problems. For one, the rating of the cakes at first is really discouraging and I deleted the app once for it thinking it would never be perfect. Also, at first when you're getting into the game gathering medals and gold is kind of a problem to train and hire staff. I just wish things were a little bit easier instead of scrambling to hold the shop together lol. But in general, amazing game. Love it. Please continue!

Your Usual Kairosoft Game. I love every Kairosoft game there is and I'm glad I found out about this one! Thank goodness it's free, too! Not sure why we would need energy just to create cake, but it balances out the game I guess. There's premium in game currency used to buy energy and spin a lucky wheel to win in game items. Guess that's why the game is free... There should be a feature to delete the game through the click of a button since I deleted the app just to restart my game. Other than that, great game.

Truly Unique. Kairosoft has made many games that are unlike any other I've seen on the App Store, and they are addicting! You get to gather all these ingredients and work your way from a small little business to one that is extraordinary. Heck, it's fun just watching the employees. Can't say how much I love these games

Contests make it not worth it. Paying so much to lose a contest makes the game not even worth it. What sane programmer makes it so difficult to win a contest I have sweets not high in calorie a leveled up supplier and still no win. Seriously don't play because it's not even worth it.

Not Able to Close Ad, Unable to Play. The ad is not fit to the touchscreen and the ‘close’ button is quite literally unreachable; unable to progress further through the game as the game itself is inaccessible.

Disappointed. As with every other kairosoft game I've gotten, the graphics are bright and cute. The gameplay has some problems though, this is a free game that requires you to log in everyday to unlock "special" features it also has really annoying ads. I don't mind paying $5 dollars for a kairosoft game, and that's something they should offer with this game. A version that doesn't have ads and doesn't require you to log in every day to achieve special features. Additionally, when I restarted my game once the achievements were completely erased and I had no choice but to start from day one. My only other complaint is regarding the crafting system, the ability to combine ingredients into a base or something new is nice but there is a huge limitation in how many recipes there actually are. Give more base ingredients initially, there is no reason jello should make ice cream if you add a cream topping. Also jello into pudding.. Just a little off.

My first game that introduced me to Kariosoft. Would play this game for so long combining up ingredients and such to discover new flavors that the customers like, or new types of pastries maybe for the contest judges to taste! (I dont think its possible to go bankrupt in this game but its mainly easy to get out of negative funds) Love the characters, the shops, everything about this game is so charming. Im sad to see it start to come to an end with how little updates are coming but im still playing! :D

In app purchases. I usually love kairosoft games but I won't buy the tickets needed to get good upgrades. I'm happy to pay to buy the game outright but I hate in app rubbish. So disappointing kairosoft...

Great game but need full dev. This is indeed a great game and the most favorited by me out of all games from this developers. However there really should be a full dev for this particular game considering other games from you guys do. As this game being the best out of all imo, if there is a full version of this I will not hesitate on buying it. Please just do it already.

Good for killing time :). The game is fun, but most of the time you are watching to people run around rather than actually doing gameplay. Also the game can't go landscape. But the pixel art is really good and it is satisfying watching the bars go up. Also this is free, but the ads don't pop up on screen, and all the progress that you can buy is completely unnecessary.

JUST ADD SOME EXTRA THINGS. pls add some more upgrades or maybe more objectives and pleaseeeee make more games for free......This way people can really appreciate your games. I know you guys can make games even better than this... Maybe make a multiplayer game like with the pixel style would be awesome!!!!

Missing Features. This game is very fun, filled to the brim with unique game mechanics, beautiful art and I am yet to discover a big. However, multiple features appear to be completely missing such as firing staff. Despite this, I say that it is worth downloading.

Ehh. I'd rather just pay for the game as a whole like all the other kairosoft games. It feels like I'm just playing some cheap copycat with the in-game purchases. Disappointed. I am a huge kairosoft fan and will not hesitate to buy a new game straight away no matter what the story line is. But today I was extremely disappointed to see that with this new game comes the fact that we now have in game purchases. Super fun but.... This game is amazingly fun and addicting but...waiting days to unlock new features is well kinda boring like the truck feature or the buffs feature I would rather much have it when people like your cakes or from winning a competition but overall this is a fun game!

Not bad!!. Well, my experience with the game is very good. Like others said, it is not the best game but it is not the worst. It is best recommended to play on phone so the ads are smaller. The ads barely disturb me at all! It is on the bottom of the screen anyway. The game is very enjoyable and I like how simple it is. It is more of a hobby game though, a game to play when you are bored, because it requires no intense strategy. It’s very fun and very good for the cake lovers out there ^^

Can’t play. I use to play this game all the time when I had an android phone. Now that I have an iPhone and iPad, it seems like this game won’t work for later versions. I really loved playing this game and when I went to play it again recently, it was stuck on the loading screen and stood at 100%. I did everything I could to try and fix it but nothing worked. I would appreciate it if you could update for recent versions so I could be able to play again.

Eh... It's a fairly fun game.. I enjoyed it a lot.. But I had to restart my game and boom... Can't restore purchases. Which is a little dumb considering beastie bay let's you.. Won't really be changing my stars until the option is added in.

Issues everywhere. I love it like all the other Kairo games... but you can’t purchase no ads. I played when it first came out and have deleted it multiple times. And I’ll probably keep doing it since you HAVE to watch the ads. At least with the other games you could purchase no ads. Even if it was 9.99 like Heropolis was, I’d still pay. Because I like it that much but the ads ruin it completely. Also the inability to use directional buttons like all the previous games makes choosing the ingredients I want hard. Sometimes I’ll choose something I was just browsing through with the info in, which also doesn’t stay on permanently... it makes me feel really crappy and regret playing this ever. You can’t delete it and reinstall it because all the tickets you bought with real money aren’t tracked in this one. I bought 10 earlier today hoping to remove ads, also you have to delete the game to restart it unlike the other games. And so I wasted money on an app that will stay f2p but never be as good as their regular games. Fail Kairosoft. Out of all of your buyable games I most of them... so I take this as an insult. I’ve paid quite a bit for all this games, on android and iOS... hundred plus dollars all together. But you can’t fix a few f2p games.

Kairosoft sold out. First off - I have purchased almost every title they make. And love every one of them. I HATE IAP. Give me an option to play when I want, with no one if that's what I want and to only pay ONCE. This game seems like it could be another good one - but not the way it is now. Stick with the gaming model that worked.

Please include option to buy Ad-Free version. I'm not a fan of the freemium setup but I especially don't like having no option to buy away the stupid ads. Please include this in an update so I can throw money at you?

Great but won't load. I had this app a while ago and loved it. Then I had to delete it to make room for storage on my phone, and I got it again a couple days ago. Now it can't make it past the loading screen. :(

Friend requests. No friend requests on the main screen after update

Really disappointed. The game isn't too terrible, it's a nice little game. Ads are annoying. I loved where kairosoft was when it was like a $5 game and that was it. I don't like this in app purchase nonsense. It was one thing I loved about this company and I'm really disappointed that this has changed.

AMAZING!! ❤️️❤️️👌. I love this game so much !! It's so cute and addicting.however I have to say it's an it repetitive sometimes.It's defiantly my favorite game ever. I highly recommend if your looking for an addicting game to play all the time. There are some things I wished where fixed, but other than that amazing!

Connection problem. I can't connect with my friend or open recommendation menu in the game because it said my internet connection wasn't good. I use stable wifi connection and didn't have this problem before,,please fix this bug

Total Tapjoy Scam. This game could have been fun had it not been for the constant need to 'buy' tickets. I stupidly completed several offers (where I actually purchased goods) for free tickets and NEVER got them. Such a scam. Disappointed in Kairosoft. This would have been a much better game had they just allowed you to purchase it for $4.99 instead of having to deal with the stupid ads and purchase tickets.

Too many ads, awful micro transactions. I really enjoyed this game when it first came out despite the massive amounts of ads (you can't even pay to get out of!) I use to purchase tickets however they changed the spin and removed fixtures from appearing. I got all the way to the max level spins and nothing. They downgraded the prizes to get even more money out of people. It's not even worth playing now....

Boring after a while. Loved it then it got so boring. So basically i hated it. And Kairosoft i love all your games but i only get the lite version because your full version games are way too much money.

Could have been good. I hate games with in app purchases but thought I'd try since its kairosoft who I normally love. I've bought almost every game. This game really could have been good. I had fun playing it for a while but the longer I played the more annoyed I got with the ads. I don't like micro transactions to buy tickets. I don't like having to connect to Internet. I don't like games where I add friends or try to find friends through the game. Honestly I would have bought this game as a one time purchase without hesitation. As a finished polished game with an actual ending this could have been a good seller. As it is I will pass.maybe $4.99 isn't enough for kairosoft anymore? But I guess it would be better than the $0.00 I'm going to spend on it now. Here's hoping for a nice pay one time game from you guys next.

'Twas fun. A neat little game that I wouldn't have minded playing longer, if it wasn't for me accidentally using my unlockable-once-per-game item, on a crappy recipe, after spending 40 some hours on the game. The timers, ads, and need for constant internet access is also a bummer.

Not worth the download.. What happened with this one Kairosoft ? I've purchased several games from Kairosoft but this free one really isn't up to the standard of gameplay they usually hold for themselves. Yes the graphics are cute and fun but the actual game is lazily done, just another wait or pay scam. Steer clear of this one friends, it's not worth the download.
