No tickets. I try to access my tickets and I get a 418 (access prohibited). Not good, people

Crashes on startup. App is broken. Won't start.

COTA Fan Experience - better at home. Bitterly disappointing experience at COTA. The logistics were a nightmare. Top issues: 1) pedal bikes, golf carts, and EMS vehicles on the walkway in = disaster. Dangerous, unpleasant, irritating. COTA needs to separate the light vehicles and pedestrians. Even with that walkway narrow. 2) The shuttle buses grind to a halt at every busy corner. The roadway is far too narrow and not separated from pedestrians. Even saw a gentleman in a wheelchair in between the buses. 3) Entrance gates - TINY. At turn 11 only 3 gates, even the biggest gate had 10 lanes. 4) Access to racetrack is ironic - for a racetrack in the middle of farmland it’s bizarrely difficult to access - ubers/lyfts (thousands of them) are navigating a 1+1 country road on McAngus. F1 might want to consider dropping COTA and just racing x2 in Singapore or some place that can handle the event.

Must use the app for entry.. The email i got said I had to use this to get in. Good thing i took screenshots of the qr code tickets. The app would not load at the venue. There were too many people on it and it could not handle the load. Worthless app do not download. Screenshot your QR codes or save to apple wallet. Do not bother downloading this. If there is another venue close with the same show, go there. The whole cota experience was dreadful. 2 hours to park. No staff when needed. Idiots were standing in the entry way, making you think the area was full. It was not full, if you pushed your way through the idiots there were giant open fields where no one was standing. Staff did not do their job. Basic entry path enforcement. 100’s of people turned around or jumped the fence to go to silver instead of bronze. If i had been able to park 2 hours earlier when I got there, I may have got a better seat.

This app has arrived!. App is completely redone and amazing! Schedule for racing and bands, food, bands and location info easy to find and use.

Useless. 48 hours before the event and I can’t access my tickets.

Audio is useless. Audio is on a 30 second display. Fvcking useless.

App has issues...poorly done.. 1. Map- use a GUI interface and link schedule locations to map. Option use embedded gps coordinates to map guests to location. 2. Track side audio commentary non existent...simulcast should be seem less using app or radio frequency. SoundCloud is for recorded events and podcast. So should be able to do live broadcast..local AHL team Texas Stars has good app that works. 3. No rider or driver information. 4. Race data,pole and positions and finish data should be displayable. 5. Marketing...use text and sms messages to get word out about events and vendors. 6. Beer and beverage vendors never entered stand 12 ... lost revenue.

It’s still lame.. So it holds your ticket, but it can be so much better. Great ideas have already been submitted in the existing reviews.

Average app: pointless during peak events. For both qualy and race at this years F1 the app wouldn’t load due to there being no internet service. My son is in a different carrier and same result. Just luck if you’re phone gets data coming in. I was at turn 1 GA.

Non responsive-Needs work. Trying to find seats and maps fails to load and immediately sends you back to chat mode. Very no responsive in other areas. Not ready for a premier event.

Disappointed. Anticipated I would be able to access my account and have mobile phone access to my tickets. Seems to be designed mostly as a mechanism to sell me on things I don’t need or want

Nice, but not a podium finish. The app has lots of nice features, and the notifications were much better than being continually pinged with emails. However, during the actual race, the app crashed continually. I uninstalled, restarted my phone and reinstalled, but still constant crashing. I could see if maybe it was slow to refresh due to cell traffic, but it just pooped-out completely.

Poor. Seems out date. My app is stuck on MotoGP and I cannot change events. Some of my tickets don’t go to apple wallet. Very buggy, poorly laid out and infrequent updates.

Useless for key events. So instead of using Ticketmaster you have to use COTA app. Absolutely useless app. I’ve had to delete and reinstall app 6 times to see formula 1 tickets that were purchased through Ticketmaster. Why waste users time and add complexity???!

Awesome to have in your pocket.. This app may not be the best or most stable but it's certainly great to have and I'm very happy they chose to make it. Highly recommended!

App Crashes During Gametime. As soon as the race began, the app crashed instantly. Resetting the phone and reinstalling the app did nothing. What a shame

Crap App. Purchased tickets to MotoGP was charged and charge went through on my credit card, I saw the tickets on the app and now all of a sudden it is showing "no tickets purchased" os some such B.S. I called my CC company just to be sure the tickets were charged and yes they were! Ridiculous!!!!

Good App, poor map.. Overall, the app is great, and I look forward to using it at the USGP in 5 days. Please update the map to include where the general admission areas are. I have a GA ticket and that would really help. Thanks.

Didn't work at the race. Don't know what changed, but the app crashes upon opening consistently while here @ COTA. Worked at home. iOS 9.1 iPhone 6

Doesn’t keep in touch on schedules!. Yes they need to fix this app the schedule information on updated concerts and events. The Grand Prix already ended and they still have that information like its coming. Please update thats issue

Useless app. I am literally looking at my seats on the Ticketmaster website and it’s saying the tickets are on the cota app. I download this useless app and it’s neither in my Ticketmaster account or my cota account. CTRL+ALT+DELTE this app and fire the company who designed it.

Map is confusing. Don’t know why the app requests your location if it doesn’t use your GPS to locate you on the map.

App crashed when at race. The COTA app crashed right when the start of the F1 race began. I was up at turn 1.

Didn't work at the race. Loaded and worked fine until it mattered: on race day at the race. Unusable. Waste of space. Served no purpose. Used the F1 website on a mobile browser to get ANY sort of usable information. Hope they get it right next year, huge disappointment.

Dangerous walk from downtown shuttle to gates. We couldn’t believe how reckless the pedal bike drivers were as they sped up and down the Nike Long walkway from the shuttles buses to the gate. They weave in and out, almost hit us twice, and essentially act like they own the road, not the pedestrians trying to make their way up. If there is one going and one coming, they take the entire pathway. And for this one mile, they charge $25 for 2 people. Talk about adding insult to injury! COTA management needs to get a handle on this as it is really dangerous.

Terrible. Do not waste your time downloading this app, the My Tickets function does not work..COTA is a world class track but has a useless app.

Worthless- do not bother wasting the download. The app has no value whatsoever to the race. No audio and plenty of misinformation

Junk. Their 'race commentary' actually transfers you to some random sports radio station that drops out about every 30 seconds (they were talking about soccer in New Zealand during qualifying). COTA can't broadcast live from their own trackside commentators to their own app!!! Can some high school AV squad get out there and explain streaming and how to do it for them.

Disappointed. Downloaded the app thinking it would be a great way to easily keep track of events happening at COTA. It is only easy to keep track of F1. For anything else, you have to dig. I don’t give a rat’s backside about F1 - so I have to dig. Just plain easier and more informative to use the website.
