Circle Go takes all of the settings your kids’ devices have at home, and extends them to your family’s mobile devices. Whether they’re on a 4G LTE Network, or any other WiFi network, they’ll be managed by Circle Go. A subscription can be purchased in app for $9.99 per month for up to 10 of your family’s mobile iOS devices.
Circle Go is an automatic-renewing subscription. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renewing is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of your current period. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal, as stated above, within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Current subscribers may not be canceled during the active subscription period, but you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Setting after purchase.

Totally a waste of $100! #kidsNEEDfreedom Take this crap off the App Store! Here's 5 reasons why you should: - your kids hate you most likely if you got this - this is no way to teach or discipline a child! - kids sometimes need to google something for class(RIP Google we're sorry circle killed you) - ruins internet connection even if you are not connected with circle and your kids are - say your child used up all their time on their phone and you left them home with their 2 siblings to watch. All the siblings have no devices. One sibling starts getting very sick but your child can't call or text you. Thanks for your time
Restrictions, by force is never the way to teach kids. Kids should be taught with diligence and patience. This app is wrong in all aspects and parents should not trust it.
The circle is terrible the creators had a terrible intention. It is very wrong to use this on teenagers. The circle is the perfect device to make your kids hate you.
So we generally love Circle, but with this new release, the "reward" function seems broken! We can only extend time for the internet as a whole, not extend bedtime for one evening. To extend my son's bedtime tonight I had to change the regular bedtime for today and now (hopefully) remember to change it back the following morning!
The Circle App and the device are working with my two teenage boys. Very easy to set up but linking the boys to their devices took several hours as originally the names of the devices were very generic. Very effective system so far, I'm impressed!
Followed the instructions on the set up and it's been working great since! Highly recommend.
We got this because it had good reviews and sounded great. The app requires a passcode, but there is no place to put in a phone number to get the code. We tried on 2 phones and 3 iPads. This will be going back ASAP.
As a 17 year old man who is financially and socially capable of being independent in this world, MyCircle prevents me from doing so. As someone who prefers to take responsibility in life and be self sufficient, this app has destroyed that vision for me. I would usually choose to express myself through pornagraphy past 9:30pm or maybe I would like to buy a car from Craigslist. Or even watch an explicit YouTube video. But I can't, thanks to the "brilliant" engineering of this app. Also screw the VPN and proxy filtering on this app. It's really well coded, but still. Screw you
I would have given it 5 stars because I LOVED that I could pause the internet for either one of my kids but it is no longer working. I keep getting a network failure notice. I tried rebooting 3 devices and circle but cannot open the app. Very disappointed since we are not able to do anything with the device. Not sure how to fix this and for the money we spent should not have this problem after only a week of use. It will not work on any of the 3 devices we tried to use it from.
I am beyond frustrated with your product. Circle Go isn't working at all and is blocking my kids IPhone all day. It interferes with the speed of the iPhone as well. I have spoken to your customer support many times. You need to take a look at your software and stop telling the user that it is our problem!

Normally I wouldn't write a bad review and I would love to change this review, but I can not find support for an issue -- big one. My iPhone circle app "lost" it's connection with our circle. I go to reconnect it and my circle is not showing a wireless network address. In the meantime, my son's iPhone is paused. I have no way to get on to manage household devises now. I have looked and looked through support q&a for help on this. There is no support to call when you issues. As I said earlier, really hate to write a bad review. I think it's a great product/idea, but they need a better way of helping people who are having issues. Adding to this: shut down my network so I powered it off. I took the Go app off my kids phones. I could not take the pause off their phones that I had not put on in the first place. I am trying to cancel my subscription now, and do not have a clear place to go to do that. I probably would have continued to try the product except I could not get help. This concerns me for the future if I stayed with this product.
Works very well. Love being able to limit time on specific apps. My only complaint is that if apps are not force closed, they will continuously count against the set time allowance. Our children quickly learned to force close Instagram to prevent going over their alotted time.
I've tried multiple SaaS offerings for managing kids devices at home such iPads, Win10pcs, and this app and its setup have been the fastest and easiest! As a tech dad this was the best app and endpoint device I've tried and I love that I can use it when home or remote. The ability to group devices that are existing or new to your home network makes this so simple to deploy and organize objects. This saved me hundreds of dollars a year with our kids by not having to pay for services from WebWatcher and others! I highly recommend this!!
This has worked great for our family! No more arguing about getting homework or chores done before using the internet. We even use the circle go portion of it. However, it's fairly easy to disable circle go. I wish it wasn't so easy to disable it.
First review I have ever written. Why? Because nothing has ever so perfectly solved a problem in my life before. This does. Yes, there are cheaper (though much more technically complex) solutions out there -- but nothing else matches the ease-of-use and spouse-friendly management/interface like Circle does. While leery of any new device that emerges with the colossal name-brand attachment this one carries, I am relieved to not be disappointed this time.
Do not get this app it is the worst app that was ever created 👍🆗👌
I like the product, but the app is so very slow. It also seems like Circle has to be reset every time we get back to using it after having been away from home for a couple days.
I have found four exploits in the system so far, they are: 1. Use cellular data 2. Use someone else's network/hotspot 3. Unplug it while the parents are asleep 4. Play games that don't require Internet. Also, there are some websites with suggestive content (if you know what I mean) that don't get blocked off through the set filter since they are such small websites and the people at circle can't keep up with blocking off the thousands of websites of that genre.
The product works and is an excellent filter. However, every day I have to remove multiple copies of devices so we can connect to the net. This annoying feature slows down browsing with devices at best and prevents connectivity at worst. If Circle has a solution to this problem, they should push it out.
Took me several attempts to connect it to my home wifi. Then, 2 or 3 dozen wifi enabled devices show up, all asking to be managed. There are about 6 "Apple device" items in the list without any indication who they belong to. Can't find my kids' iPads in the list. Guess that I will have to look at their MAC addresses to assign them to the appropriate "Apple device". What a pain.
