Can't stay signed in. I'd like to report an issue with the Facility Issue Reporting app. The app signs me out immediately after signing in. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

App bug. I am unable to use this app. Every time I try to use it, it says “couldn’t reach server”. I downloaded it on three other people’s phones in three different locations and we all got the same message. Great app idea , poor execution.

Junk - can't sign in. After entering the correct credentials it always brings back the login screen.

Couldn’t reach Server. Endless error message: Couldn’t reach Server. Please check your Internet connection and try again. The support link in the IOS App Store just goes to the main web site for the church. In other words, no support. How am I supposed to report broken stuff at my building? I’m one of my Ward Physical Facility Representatives. Help?

23-Apr-20 - inputs from regular members?. Being an “unauthorized user” (not a bishop or quorum president), I can’t rate the functionality of the app. I do wish there was an option such that regular members can notify somebody - anybody - on building maintenance issues that they might notice. I became aware of this app when at our local chapel, the wheelchair access door was inoperative. Both bishop and elder’s quorum president said to use this app to report it. When I downloaded the app, the first thing I discovered was that I am an “unauthorized user.” I understand there would be a need to avoid duplicate (and possibly fake) inputs into the system. But perhaps an option where a regular member could flag something and the app would notify a bishop or quorum president. Just trying to help watch out for our buildings.

Password problems. There are some password problems as it doesn't sync with the lds passwords or even allow for a password reset. Good app in concept and could be a fantastic tool if integrated into other lds account functions.

Great Tool. Works great and the area facilities coordinator is prompt on responses. Great tool to have at my fingertips.

No response to requests. No response from requests submitted. When clicking the email /contact us is says I need to install an email app of which I have 3 installed. So I cannot even contact support to get a status update.

Not working. Useful app but not currently working

Unable to Log In. My credentials are correct yet I’m sent through an endless loop of User Name and Password screens. I have deleted the app. Reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

No means to submit requests in app. I have an iPhone on iOS 16.5.1. I have deleted and reloaded the app. I have logged out and back in again. The app does not allow me, a leader in the ward, to submit a request through the app. There is no “+” button on the screen.

Will not run on church internet. That is a critical issue that should be resolved

Not working. App just loops the login screen

Great tool. This tool gets better and better from where it started. As a mechanic, I can’t be everywhere all the time. It helps me plan my week since I am in a rural area and cover a large geographical area.

Looks good but doesn’t work. It’s worse than the tools app loading/syncing. It can’t even generate addresses to report the problems in the first place. It would be really good if it worked.

Unable to submit issue. The facility selection feature is unable to find any facilities for me to select, neither by using my location, nor by text search. As facility is a required field, I cannot submit my issue. Then I tried to use the “contact us” option from settings, but a message informed me that the “contact us” feature is not functional. As I am completely unable to submit an issue, this App is of no use.

Can’t even login. I know my Lds account info and I can login with it on the church site. Yet for some reason this app won’t let me login therefore I can’t even use it.

Love that’s this app exists, but no longer works. After the update, I can no longer report issues. No matter what I put under the “Location of Issue I’m Building,” I get a “Facility is Required” error message, so I can’t submit anything.

Emergency?. I see no field on my iPhone app where I can state the priority. Should be able to say emergency/important/low priority. Also it does not appear to have a way for our FM group to contact me back directly to discuss. An item which my stake president asked us to perform was simply canceled with no contact or explanation.

Crashes on iPhone. I have an iPhone XS Max, Using the latest iOS 14.x. For the last couple of months whenever I try to open the app it crashes and immediately closes

Potential is there. Love the idea where this app is going! Keep revising and get the app to where we know it can go.

Access Denied. Just the President, not the presidency. Makes no sense. This just adds more of a paper trail. Let the whole presidency of the Elders Quorum and Relef Society and the Primary. Just a thought. Even the Emergency Preparedness Specialist.

Incident Report. I would like to report a Facility incident. Your app doesn’t work. I have the latest version and it immediately glitches out when I attempt to open it. Used to be a good app

Useless — No Access!. I have been Ward Building Cleaning Coordinator and Stake Technology Specialist, but have had no access to the FM Group to get things fixed. It is maddening — even more so because Church app developers do not respond to input, feedback, concerns, problems, and pleas for app fixes.

Issues adding pictures now!!!!!. Had to add photo 8 times to get it to show up to submit issue to be reported. Not good😥

Works when it works but forget Sunday’s. Lack of bandwidth? It freezes up on Sunday’s along with the church website. Frustrating.

Mobile app not the same. I used to get to see what the web site had on the desktop and laptop on my smartphone, and now I don’t for my stake center. All I get now is what I have submitted for my building and nothing else. They have the settings for priority, reporter, building, etc with all set to “ALL” and nothing happens. If I could rate a 0 I would. I even updated to the 2.0.9 as requested and still no go. Says compatible with iPhone, not working. I am the Ward Building Representative for my Ward. Mine is an assignment and not a calling.

Doesn’t work.. Can’t login. Doesn’t work. It would have been nice to communicate issues.

Useless for common folk. The app doesn’t even spell high councilor right.

Please fix this app ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!. Hi Church software/app dept. What do we need to do to get this fixed. Our building is falling apart, and we have no way to report it. Keep getting “couldn’t reach the server error.” I have tried on and off Wi-Fi, restarting the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Our tools need to be better than this.

Bug. Tapping “Issue Type” brings up an empty list to select from followed quickly by a complete crash. I would have reported this directly, but the app gives no way to do that.

Love it!!!. Removed the middle middle man, now work gets done so fast!!!

Only the chosen can give feedback.. Good to know only those with certain callings can give feedback on our buildings. Our Stake won’t fix anything!

Serious bugs since recent update. Everything is broken since the last update. Facilities are HARDER to find, and every time I have to make a selection such as facility location or type of issue or add a photo, all my previously entered data disappears and it won’t let me type it in again. I can’t find a way to reach out to the app developer; it just takes me to the Church website. I’ve tried 10 times to input a single repair issue and can’t complete it because what I’ve already entered disappears in the middle. Please fix the app!

Pretty Good. Does what it intends (allows someone to submit and track an issue). Would be better if you could search for issues or filter the list of closed issues on the list.

Access Denied. I understand having the President and heads of organizations able to enter information. What about the presidency members as well. It will now take several emails or text or some other form of communication to get this information entered into this app. Just a thought IT Department.

Please finish app. We need a way to report back what we found and did to remedy the problem OR what will be required to fix it right. Then, we need to be able to close them out - ALL within the app. As it is now, the admins have to retype the WO into a report which they then have to send to us who fix things, we in turn, must do the work or tell them why not, then we have to retype AGAIN the info and report that it can be closed, then the admins have to retype & close each order. MANY man/woman hours wasted! PLEASE help this tool save us time, so we can all do more work and make our bldgs. more beautiful and functional. Thanks. CSM in Lovell

Mechanic Feedback. Feedback received from mechanics is that they are so busy at the job and traveling between jobs, that sitting down in front a computer to mark the order completed and provide details is the hardest thing to find time to do. If they could mark the job completed in the app and provide additional details if necessary it would greatly enhance the experience for everyone.

Can’t Reach the Server. When I was thinking about the issue at my ward’s meetinghouse that needs to be addressed, I was also thinking about how much I need another app on my phone. Then lo and behold, instead of a Web page where I can report the issue, I have to download an app! How fortuitous for me. The only problem is, the app has told me thrice that it can’t reach the server and to check my Internet connection. Well, I downloaded the app from the internet without any problems. I can connect to The Church Web site without any problems. I can do anything else on the internet that I normally do, so I’m assuming that my internet connection must be okay. So many Church-related things are sub-par, when we should be of the very highest quality. We’re 21 years into the 21st century, and of all of the three or four dozen apps that are on my phone, it’s the Church ones that sometimes or usually or always malfunction.

Login stopped working.. I need to report several issues but the app won’t take my login. My login works for other apps (tools, library) and browser. But it won’t work for this app very frustrating.

Great option. Great option for leaders to submit ticket thanks!! However, more than the leaders sometimes need to submit tickets. Is there a way we can have a few more calling have access? Like maybe the Ward Physical Facilities Coordinator and/or the EQ/RS/YW/Primary Pres.?

Rubbish app. This app simply doesn’t work. It is filled with bugs and needs a massive overhaul. I’m on iOS and this app has never worked for me. Even with deleting and reinstalling the app. Sad that this app has been even published before testing and QA was done. What a waste of my time. Please fix this so I can submit facilities issues.

Glitchy and unusable. Every time I try to input text for a description it issue it randomly erases the text so I can never input an issue since what I type disappears. Using an iPhone 7.

Good but needs work. It's good overall but has some bugs. It is fantastic that there is a system for leadership to report issues to the Facilities group. However, the emails sent to the AA (and subsequently sent to the mechanics) do not have the building name or issue description in the subject line or email header thus making it difficult to coordinate repairs effectively. The mechanics that make the repairs have no way to communicate to the AA that the order is complete through the fir app. The mechanic will have to send an email to the AA or phone the AA to communicate that the work order is complete or if there are additional problems. This particular process is not time effective and detracts from the mechanics overall productivity. Please set up a way for the mechanic to report back completion or further issues with the app to the AA. It would be nice if the mechanic could communicate through the app that would auto generate an email to the AA that the work order is complete. Thank you!

Nostalgia. Please, please bring back the days when local FM contacted local contractors to get work done. This has been an absolute nightmare

Has bugs. I can’t view issues of other facilities as I could before.

Issues Don’t Get Submitted. I submit issues as the Stake PFR. They show a status of “Mine,” and are waiting for me to reopen the issue and “Submit Issue.” The issue does not move on to the FM Group for action.

Does not allow me to submit tickets. It is requiring an Issue Type field but there are no values populated to select. Therefore, I cannot create a ticket.

Helpful app could be improved. The top button DONE has different functions depending on what screen you are on. Would be better to have a SUBMIT button that is separate.

New Map View Buggy. The new map view looks good but it doesn’t show the closest location. I’m standing in a building and it shows the buildings a mile away. Nor can I see recently selected buildings.

Crashes. When it works it’s a great reporting tool but at the moment it will not open at all on iPhone XR with latest IOS

Login loop. The app keeps asking for user to login. Once the correct credentials are entered. It goes to the home page, but then immediately pops up the login screen. So essentially it cannot be used. This on an iPhone XS running iOS16. All other apps accept the same stored user credentials, so what’s going on with this app?

Facility selection feature is terrible. Please improve the process for selecting the facility. Or at least allow a default building. 95% of the time I’m submitting for the same place, so why do I need to see it zoom in on my location on the map, followed by a slow load of nearby facilities (when it works), and a bizarre scrolling glitch that needs to be fixed.

Recommendations. My mechanic recommended that a floor map appear after the facility is chosen so the reporter can indicate a red dot (or something) at the exact location(s) of the issue. A member advised me that when he types an alternate email with a space character at the end it is marked as error and he’d like the app to allow trailing blanks.

Sr. Mechanic. Would be nice if the app would allow me to input the work I had complete - save a lot of time Thx Scott

Support for this app?. Who developed the list of people who can have access to submit requests? A seminary teacher can submit requests but the Stake Assistant Technology Specialist can’t? How about adding some information on who to talk to about the app besides sending people to just the generic LDS.ORG website?

Not working. When I try to report an issue, it says “ERROR: program is required” and will not submit. I have filled all fields.

Unusable. Just keeps asking for username and password. Overall rating of 2.8. Why would you allow this to be available to the public? Maybe start over with real developers that know what they are doing.

Aaaaaaarrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!. Login issues! Why is the single sign-on integration BROKEN with the website and other apps?! Llllllllllllloooooooooogggggggggiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn iiiiiiiissssssssuuuuuuueeeeeeee!!!!!!!! I put in my correct username and password. It looks like it is correct but it just presents the login page again. Login loop ad infinitum. Ad nauseam!

Too basic, too many problems. I hope this app gets some more attention toward development. A buggy webwrapped app is just a start, proof of concept, maybe. Not a final product. Add user stories around FM employees using it and you'll start to see where it falls short.

Cannot submit. I have yet to be able to successfully submit a problem at our building. Granted, I am trying to upload pictures every time which may be the problem (service unavailable, zero size object error). Completely unusable right now.

Does not save!!!. If you are trying to submit an issue and the server is unavailable, everything you typed up is lost. Is does not go to the server and it does not store on the phone. Plus, it causes the app to freeze up and you have to do a hard close. This should have been resolved before releasing.

Infinite loop can’t sign in. Account using authentication code from authentication app and it lets me enter for one second then it cycles me through the login again.

Doesn’t work.. The title says it all. Can’t log in.

Needs some features. Overall and fairly functional app, but it needs some refinement. I am a church mechanic over several stakes and a stake PFR for a different stake. When I try to sign into the app, it says there is a problem with my credentials. When I sign in to LDS.org and go to facility issue reporting, it asks me if I’m trying to access FIR as the PFR or a mechanic, I select either option and then it takes me to the respective stake or stakes. I think the app gets confused that there are more than one option and instead won’t let me sign in. Also, it would be nice if I could view open issues and go directly to a particular building rather than sorting the list by facility and then scrolling to the bottom and then going to the next page and repeating the process.

2 out of 10.. The title says it all. Please fix. Honestly, please fix.

Very intuitive. App is designed very well. I hope my stake uses the technology to streamline reported issues.

Handy, but has some major bugs.. The app is basically a web app of the mobile site. It works exactly like the mobile site. The two main issues that I've found so far are that the server crashes when trying to upload photos (Service Unavailable: Zero Size Object) and the landscape orientation doesn't work and just has a large white area on the left. It also would be much more useful with both the app and the site if there was a photo upload progress bar.

Streamlining the way we do business.. Great idea. I look forward too many more great apps for the church to put out.

Love it!. I've used the app twice in the past month. I like how you can upload a picture of the issue. Using this app is SO much faster than reporting building issues the traditional way and I have gotten a very fast response from the building maintenance group, too.
