Love - 1 Suggestion. Love the app but wish I could select the verses used in the quiz and flash cards to coincide with the ones we have studied in class.

Doctrinal Mastery. I use this app every day to help me learn the scriptures and it has been a great resource for me. About a week ago a glitch has appeared in the “memorize” section, and the “underlines” no longer appear. It would be helpful to me if you could fix this issue. Thank you.

I love this app! I can add scriptures again!!. This has been such an amazing app for me! I’ve been so happy to be able to use it to memorize the most important scriptures for me. I was so dismayed when I was no longer able to add new content and often frustrated that I could not remove a scripture that I added (or added twice) by mistake. It’s fixed and I’m delighted! Go to my content tab, touch on the edit pencil, and there it is!Thanks so much!!!

Please fix. I love this app! I especially loved the ‘My Content’ feature that allowed me to add notes from my gospel library app to this one. It hasn’t worked since the last update. I have searched for other apps that might help me memorize Gospel Library content but none of them work nearly as well as this one plus they are all super expensive. Please continue to support and improve this app! It’s not just good for seminary students. It is great for all of us that want help memorizing scriptures. I had added tons of content and then lost it all in an attempt to fix this app by deleting it and reinstalling it. I want to use this app to help me memorize the living Christ and tons more wonderful verses and quotes from the brethren.

Love this app! Hate the new look of the main interface. This app is phenomenal, but the 3.0 updated interface leaves much to be desired. When I opened it after the update I thought I was looking at some fake ad you sometimes see on the internet. Overall, I’m sure this update contains some great improvement, but I really wish they’d move back to the elegant look that the app had before the update.

Good but articles of faith don't work. I love the app it helps me so much with seminary, but when I tried to study the articles of faith it wouldn't load

Awesome- add Apple Watch and api Connection to Library notes. Would be awesome if you could have this app available on Apple Watch. (See the Flashcards by NKO apple watch app - its excellent). Also, it would be awesome if you could connect to my lds library app and automatically make scripture Flashcards out of any scripture I’ve highlighted, grouped by the tags I’ve already given them. With the option of having any personal notes I’ve made added to the bottom of the scripture text. I already do this using the Flashcards by NKO app, but it’s super cumbersome (copy and paste into a different flashcard app (that i can use my pc to copy/paste), then import onto NKO on my iPhone and then update to my Apple Watch in the NKO app… Every time I add a scripture.

My content is missing?. I can no longer add my content. I love this app but am super disappointed.

Random order. I liked the feature of the first version in which the flash cards showed up in random order. Am I missing something? Is there a way to do that that I’ve overlooked? Last year I would have rated it 5 stars. Not a fan of the changes.

Great app. I love this help for memorizing scriptures. And the option to add your own is wonderful! It could be improved by having an option to remove scriptures you no longer want. Especially, for instance, if you inadvertently added a conference talk... Also, if there were a way to have ALL scriptures viewable at once that would be helpful. Or a “create your own list” would be helpful in order to have the flash cards for whatever group of scriptures you are working on. Thanks for a great app!

Great app especially for religious education. Extraordinary this app helped answer many questions quickly would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone

Needs work. I used this app a couple of years ago to memorize The Living Christ. It was a fantastic app, very easy to use, and it helped me achieve my goal. I don’t know what happened…there must have been an update but the app was not improved. In fact, it is much worse, has many bugs, and is more difficult to use. I can’t add scriptures from gospel library unless it is a link from something else like a footnote that opens in the sidebar; and even then, it just copies and pastes it. It doesn’t do the memorization feature where you can take away the words like with the passages already on there. This app is pretty good if you only care about the scripture masteries but as a graduated seminary student, I am looking for other content and the “my content” section needs some work. Also, side note, the scripture mastery lists on there are outdated, and they have since updated a lot of the scriptures, so it may be helpful to change that as well. Overall, this used to be a great app, and I think it can be once again, but your developers need to get to work. I will happily use it when that happens!

Great App (just one thing). This has been a great reference for me, as a Seminary student. I would just like to ask for one tweak. You can add scriptures to the “My Scriptures” section. But could there be a way to edit or delete any passages we choose? Seriously awesome nevertheless. Thank you.

Great app/ feedback. This is a great app! I really enjoy that you can link the Scriptures and conference talks and memorize them. As an area for improvement it would be nice if you could study the Scriptures by categories the same categories that are listed for doctoral mastery. Thank you

My content doesn’t work. My content doesn’t work. Can’t add anything to memorize outside of what’s already in there. Sad day.

Studying. It would be nice if there was a format more like the learn section on Quizlet. I think they have the format for memorization down.

Almost Perfect. It’s all been great but the Articles of Faith on the quiz and flash card pages appear as blank. Fix this and it’s perfect!

Love the app/1 issue though. When I try to add my content from the gospel Scriptures app and follow the steps and I go back to the doctrine mastery app the content I copied and shared with it isn’t there and I’ve done it multiple times. I would love it if this feature got fixed! Thank you so much!!

Is this app still being developed!?!. Love the app but there are a few bugs that make it annoying. For example, when I add my own scriptures and try and edit them, there’s no way to save the update. Also, when sending feedback the sent button is greyed out so maybe you don’t want feedback bc this app is maintained but not actually being worked on. So the question is, is this app still being developed? I hope to hear from someone.

“My Content” doesn’t work. This app works great to practice the prescribed verses but I cannot add my own content even though the app says that you can. Please please fix this so I can import verses from Gospel Library.

Adding in scriptures. I do live this app and wish that this was around when I was in high school but I was wondering if there is a way to add other scriptures to it in helping memorize them

Really nice to have but missing the key phrases. This is a great app to have for me and my seminary students. Just wondering why it doesn’t include the option to study with the key scripture phrases, only includes the entire scripture?

Great App, Could Use Some Improvements. As has been mentioned in other reviews, I really enjoy using this app to memorize scriptures. However, there are a handful of changes that would make the app even more user friendly. It would be nice to have the option of creating folders to organize verses of scripture that you manually input rather than only having the option of creating a temporary list. Having the option of removing verses would be beneficial as well. Lastly, it seems like the app has recently been glitching; I’m no longer able to add verses of scripture to my memorization list, and I cannot submit an email to ask for help.

Can’t share from Gospel Library app. I want to memorize specific scriptures from Preach My Gospel and it says to share from the Library app. There is no option in the share menu for D. Mastery. I’ve gone through my phone/app settings and tried to add this to my share menu but this app isn’t among the choices. I’ve checked my Library settings as well. I used to be able to just copy/paste from the Library app. Please bring back that feature or make it possible to link this to the Library for sharing.

This is great! Here are some suggestions:. I love this app! I agree with what other reviewers have said. AoF sections doesn't work. And having the pictures of the prophets pop up would be cool! I'd love to get those better. Here are other suggestions: Any way of getting something for chapter headings in each of the standard works? I want to get to know the chapters better and I think this medium would be a great way to learn them! I also think you should have a "shuffle all" section where the app doesn't tell you which of the standard works the reference is coming from. That'd be a great way to really test out my remembrance! Also, under the "quiz" section, is there a way to have the actual verses instead of just the summary? I like to quiz myself and would love to be able to toggle between the summary and verses like I can do for the flash cards. (I realize that if there are four verses quoted that it would be obvious not to select a reference with just one verse, but maybe you could quote only part of the entire reference or could make sure if 3 verses are quotes then the options to select from would also have three verses) Thanks for such a great app!

Please allow us to change the font. The default font is monospaced and ugly. Please allow us to select a serif or sans-serif font.

Mislabeled books. Granted, I’m only a three year old convert, but it was jarring to see the Books of Moses and Abraham listed as Old Testament. And I echo other users on some feature requests and wondering if this app is still getting loving updates and bug fixes.

My content needs work. I got this because I wanted to start memorizing a scripture a week and because it interfaces with the gospel library. However the few custom scriptures cards I’ve made don’t work as well as the default verses that come pre loaded. All the app does is put the scripture in front of me and ask which verse it is

Random Order of Quiz. It would be great if there was an option to go in random order.

Awesome app!. I use this app to memorize the scriptures, it is such a great tool!

Quiz. I had been using the app to learn the Articles of Faith. In the recent update, the quiz now shows the verse number making the quiz utterly useless.

“My Content” Bug. There is a bug that has appeared recently that makes it so I am unable to add new verses into the “My Content” section. I’ve used this app before to memorize things like my Patriarchal Blessing, but now I am unable to add new content either from the Gospel Library app or from any other source. The “+” button to add new content just redirects you to the Library app, and “sharing” content to this app doesn’t do anything. I hope this review is seen and this bug can be fixed. This may have just been a simple little app, but it was very useful for memorizing scriptures! I would very much like to be able to use it again. :)

Love the app, but a huge bug has appeared. The "my content" feature no longer works. Been like this for a number of months. It's a GREAT feature that really helps memorization/study of verses that aren't part of the pre-selected curriculum. The app, as much as I appreciate it, is just so much more limited without that function. I'm begging the developer to address this issue.

Let’s share!. I think it would be great in the memorize section if there was an option to share that/those verses via text or social media.

What I Needed. I used to just write down the first letter of each word on a paper and then try to memorize that verse, but this app does just that!

Absolutely fantastic. Whoever developed this app deserves a batch of homemade cookies and a pat on the back. After struggling to remember scripture references for years, this app has helped me memorize every doctrinal mastery passage word for word. My seminary teacher actually tried to change the rules of our doctrinal mastery review game so that I wouldn’t completely obliterate the rest of the class every time. That doesn’t stop me though :)

Great start!!. This is a wonderful addition to the growing suite of official LDS apps. It would be good to include the other information from the cards, such as historical setting and missionary application, but already it is an excellent tool for memorising the scriptures. Keep up the great work!

Corrections. There are some minor problems in the quiz wherein some of the answers are given as incorrect. This may be because the options are sometimes given as a choice between the same scripture, so sometimes there are 4 options to choose from and other times the same scripture is shown twice, with all that it is a fun app thank you

Nice app can be approved.. This knocks other seminary applications out of the field this apps is no competition for any other app. Sadly it is kind of sad for iPad support it at times can be a tad blurry at times but it's liveable. It could do with other seminary study books and/or manuals put in to this app. It could also do with landscape mode as well.

Basic. Ok app but pretty basic and certainly doesn't make the best of the technology. A reasonable starting point with an awful lot of room for upgrades and improvement.

Simple and helpful!. This app is a great resource for keeping track of and memorizing verses you want to learn. I love that I just need to highlight a verse (or verses) from the LDS scriptures app and then select "share" to import it in to this app. One problem I'd like to see resolved is that one can not delete a verse from the section of "my scriptures". It would also be nice to make a verse your home-screen picture to aid with memorizing.

Epicccc. This app helped my mom deliver her 2nd and 4th children. When she didn’t feel like going on I read her the doctrinal mastery’s that I memorized and that gave her the strength she needed. Please download and leave an epic review.

Needs new scripture updates. I love this app and found it very helpful in the past. I hope this will be updated to include the new 2013 list of scripture mastery scriptures so I can continue using with my students! Help me notify the developer!

Doctrinal mastery. This app is not that good I get up at 6:30 every morning and I just want to sleep and not want to go to school and do seminary

Please update. I have used this app a lot in the past but this year I don't use it at all, and won't be able to until it is updated with the NEW scripture mystery scriptures. And the old ones need to be taken away. It is to. Confusing to try to figure out which is which every time I want to use it.

Almost there. I love the design of this app and I really want to use it to learn the Scripture mastery but it's missing some key features to help it feel more game like. First of all I should be able to pick which scripture mastery to study. For instance, we've only learned the first 10 Doctrine & Covenants so far and I should be able to limit my memorize, quiz, and flash card page to those 10 since those are the only ones I'm focusing on right now. Also I should be able to share my score on social media like Facebook. It'll be a easy way to start a discussion with my friends. And we should turn it into more of a game to make the scriptures easier and more fun to learn. For instance, it should have Game Center integration. That way I can challenge my siblings and best friends to beat my score. It's fine to compete against myself but it really makes it fun to compete against my siblings in learning the scriptures. Right now, this app is beautiful, but not very useful. I still would learn better with little paper flash cards to carry around because I can challenge my friends and I can limit which ones I'm studying currently. It's sad because this app has so much good potential. It's just missing a couple really important features. .

Love it!. I love this app. I have memorized so many scripture mastery's already in a short time. One suggestion that I have would be to make it possible to add any scripture of our choice into the memorize section of the app. I am preparing to serve a mission and there are many scriptures that are not part of the designated scripture mastery scriptures that I would love to memorize using this app.

Love love love. I love this app so much. Hopefully this will help me get better at scripture mastery. I do wish that it would show you the words and have you guess the scripture reference, but I think the concept is fabulous.

Seminary Teacher Uses This in Class. My class loves this app. We use it daily in class to help us memorize our scripture mastery scriptures. As a teacher I am grateful for this wonderful tool! My students use it on their own as well. We particularly like the memorize area where we can remove words. This is just awesome! I would like to make a suggestion. In settings, where you are able to choose which book of scripture you want to work from, could you possibly add "all books" here so that we could see all 100 scripture mastery scriptures in one place? That would be extremely helpful!! Thank you so much!

Fantastic!!!. I memorized a scripture in less than five minutes. Five stars if they added a few more features such as: audio scriptures so u can listen to someone reading the scripture, a checklist so u can see all the scriptures you have memorized and a way to put other scriptures u want to memorize. Then I will change my review to 5+++++ stars:) Jonathon- I just wanted to say I really admire you and your testimony of this gospel. I can't really give u any advice but I would say pray for guidance in what to do(even though u prob already do so) and if your parents won't warm up to the idea, once your 18 you'll be free to do as you please anyway:) Good luck!!!

Very Simple. This app is very simple to use and effective. One thing I wish though, is that it had the feature where it would quiz you on a scripture and you then have to guess the scripture chapter and verse(s). Right now it only does it one way: shows you the scripture along with the chapter and verse and then quizzes you. Sometimes it's hard to remember which scripture chapter and verse it is even after you have the scripture itself memorized.

Johnathan. First off, sorry if I spelled your name wrong. I realize that you are in a huge crisis right now. My advice to you is to fast and pray that you will know what to do. Heavenly Father knows what you are going through. He will not condemn you for not being able to read the scriptures. Isn't one of the commandments honor thy father and mother? Follow His commandments and all will turn out right. Just fast and pray.

Wallpaper option. Something that would really be a great tool for us would be a way that the app. Could send the scripture to be our wallpaper so that when you go to turn on your phone, before doing anything else, you read through the scripture. I would love to be able to open my phone up with a scripture every time (they mentioned how useful this would be in general conference). Maybe it could have the option that it stays on that scripture until you tell it to move to the next one. That would help is all stay more spiritually alert.

Great App. This is a great app with loads of great features. I like the Flash Cards and the Quiz but I especially like the Memorize features. I would really like to use it in my seminary class but the font (courier) that the scriptures are written in is so light it doesn't show up well when it's displayed on a TV. If you could add an option or just change it to use a bold font (like in the menus) then it could be used in seminary classes as well as being used individually.

Love it. This is great, really enjoying the chance to learn my scriptures better. A few things I would love to see: 1) my personal scripture mastery or a custom list that I can add too. 2) the ability to dial in book chapter and verse rather than pick it out from a list when quizzing myself - makes me really know my references.

Good for memorizing; can't synch. I just got this app, and I'm excited as I like to memorize scriptures. I really like that we can now import our own marked scriptures from Gospel Library instead of only having the Scripture Mastery list to choose from. However, the one feature I'd like to see is the ability to synch my imported scriptures list with other devices, like my tablet. That's a bit of a deal breaker.

Love it but.... This is a great app for helping my students learn all the scripture mastery scriptures. It would be great if in the flash card and/or quiz section, I could select the scriptures I wanted to review. This way I can use the app to review the scriptures we learn as we go in smaller chunks, say the first 5 scriptures and then the first 10 for example. Right now, I feel like I can't really capitalize on the app until we have discussed all 25 scriptures.

Useful. Seems pretty cool. One suggestion that would be awesome would be to allow imports from the LDS cannon of scriptures not pre loaded in the app. That way, it could also be a tool to learn any scripture. Not sure how well this would work with part of the app but perhaps just the memorization section.

Thanks, might I suggest ".."?. This helps me remember to practice the scriptures, and I appreciate that. Something that I thought would make the scriptures more understandable and therefore easier to remember, is having the basic doctrines taught in each passage placed next to them through an icon or something else.

Jonathan. I am so sorry that you have to go through this. But I also know that the Book of Mormon is true and that God is aware of you. I don't know if you'll remember but when Alma and his people were put in bondage by Noah's priests, they were also forbidden from their faith. It says that they however kept a prayer in their hearts and the Lord blessed them and made their burdens light. I hope this happens to you. As for suggestions, I would keep a journal, including your thoughts and your testimony, that you can refer back to when you need it. Continue to live as you had been taught, and do your best. Surround yourself with good friends, and strive to do what's right. If you keep your trust in God, He will help you. I wish you well. ~A.

Good... but. I like this app a lot, it is awesome for memorizing my scripture mastery scriptures, but it needs to get updated. First, because I have an iPhone 5 meaning it won't fit my screen. I know that plenty of apps work on both screen sizes (3-4s and the 5&5s). Also this app hasn't been updated to the new scripture masteries this year. It's a huge problem, it will cause students to study scripture that don't need to be memorized or not memorize necessary scriptures. Please update it hasn't been updated sense 2011, please!

Pretty good but could be better. I'm going to start by saying that I liked the old version better. One suggestion I would make is that when I make some letters and words disappears it changes the layout of the words and its hard to find my place. If you would change it so the word placement is uniform regardless if letters and words are missing. If you would thank you.

Awesome for memorizing, wish I could customize.... This is a phenomenal tool for memorizing the scripture masteries. I only wish that I could add other scriptures other than the scripture masteries to memorize. Think how cool it would be if you could also do quotes from general conference! Just an idea for another update, or maybe a separate app. Yay for all this being made by the church! And it's free!

I probably know that I won't say anything that someone else hasn't already said, but I want to say that remember this scripture, "And it and to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that te Lord giveth no commandments into the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them." 1 Nephi chapter 3, verse 7. Excellent integration. LOVE that I can now share scriptures from LDS Library then use the tools in this app to memorize. I’ve only used the “Memorize” feature, but one thing I’d like is instead of just a slider bar that increases or decreases the number of words seen, add an arrow on either side of it that makes the same adjustment as the slider but in fixed increments. Having a more fixed scale makes it feel like I’m moving up or back in levels as I memorize.

Complete and up to date.. Personally, I really like this, because of the different sections (memorize, Flash cards, and quiz) but speaking for other people, especially in my class, it would be better with the mastery songs (which I haven't yet found up to date).

Good, but some glitches. This is a nice app. Wish I had it when I was in seminary. There are only a few things that I would like to see changed; and that's why I gave it 3 stars. First, when I do the quiz, my score is always '0' no matter what. This may have to do with my settings, but I honestly don't see why it's doing it. Second, I have run across several typos, one I can remember is "greater ligher, greater condemnation" Thirdly, when doing the quiz, it would be helpful to see the right answer immediately after something is answered wrong (to be selected as an option since not everyone would like this). Finally, if you could flag scrips that you've memorized so they don't pop up again, it would be nice.

Great app, a few minor issues. I love this app, and I was so excited when it was finally updated with the new scripture mastery. However, when they changed some new formatting issues arose that are somewhat annoying. When you are in the memorize section and making blanks replace the words, some of the blanks start to disappear and there is just an indentation on the next line where that blank would be. I also miss the way that on the older version of the app you could toggle between seeing the words and the blanks. I personally like the older format better, but the new format would be fine if they would fix the minor issues. Overall, though, I really like this app and I would use it all the time to memorize scripture mastery.

Great little App for memorization and study. I really like this app to help study and review memorized scriptures and topics. It's very simple which is great! It reminds me of some of the scripture golf apps. I love that I can share scriptures from the LDS Gospel Library and they become part of this app!! I have some simple feedback that would help make the app 5 stars (my list is in order of priority in my humble opinion 😊 ): 1. In settings, have the ability to select ALL the scriptures for the quizzes, games, practice. That way if I pick 25 quiz questions it's not all from one particular book. I also would suggest (in addition to an ALL category) that you could have the checkboxes that you could select one or more books (if I wanted to study, quiz on BOM and OT I could click both those books, etc). 2. Landscape mode. 3. Add other memorization games. 4. Put a way to submit feedback or suggestions from within the app. Thanks for the good work and a great app, keep it up!!

Awesome. I use this app for memorizing, but I think if you could add an input for personal scriptures. Like for priest's quorum we have to memorize D&C section 4. So it's be great to type it in here and have the app create the fill in the blanks. That might be hard to program but that would take this app to the next level.

Great app. I have used this app to memorize all the scripture mastery references. I love how you can upload your own favorite verses for memorization. I wish you could easily sort the order of personal verses or add them to each book.

Great App!. As a convert to the church, I appreciate having a tool to help me learn the scriptures. Thank you! I would love a record of the scriptures I have mastered. A check beside them or something so I can both see my progress and see what I have left. Thanks again!

Good but needs work. Glad the app was updated for the new scripture mastery verses. However, I have noticed that some words get skipped as you hide more. JSH has 3 or 4 words missing. Also, the dash to indicate a word is often missing at the end of a line. I liked the old version that had a button to show the whole scripture if you needed a hint.

Great app!. Very useful. Jonathan, I'm not sure I'm any help, but I'm confident that if you pray often, Heavenly Father will help you. Show your parents that you love and respect them. I know He will help you. He can help soften their hearts so when the time comes, you can have a mature, responsible talk with them about your desire to remain close to the gospel. Good luck!

New scripture masteries?. I absolutely love this app. It has helped me learn a lot of scripture masteries more quickly than I would have otherwise. My one request is that you update it with the new scripture masteries so that I continue to make full use of it.

Great changes...one last thing for full usefulness. Fantastic app with sleek and simple functionality. One suggestion I would strongly make is that when you send scriptures to the app from the Gospel Library app can we group the scriptures into mini libraries? Right now I have dozens of scriptures but if I wanted to focus on scriptures I group within the umbrella of the doctrine of faith, I can't do that. I'm just thinking of something simple like "Faith" as a section like you can choose the NT, OT, BoM, DC, and AF sections.

Great App but Watch Out for Typos. This is a great app that allows you to easily memorize utilizing different techniques. I like the flash cards method. There is also a quiz section that keeps your high score and a section that allows you to memorize by removing a number of words at a time until you have removed all of them. There are, however, a few typos. Especially, though not too important, under the "HELP" section there are nearly 1/2 dozen obvious spelling errors and typos. This is surprising for an official church product. These need to be fixed as it discredits the accuracy of the rest of the app. Overall though, great app.

Improvements to make. (Most urgent to least urgent) 1. Update to new list of SM verses. 2. Add activities for "understand"-- integrate with basic doctrines 3. Add activities for apply-- perhaps allows us to set goals about what we're going to do and pushes us reminders. 4. Track progress using LDS account- syncs w/ online version. Could give suggestions of what to practice next.

I love this app!. This app is great for helping me memorize the scripture mastery scriptures! It has been a big help to me. This quiz function on it also is handy to learn the references/subjects of a particular scripture. My only suggestions are to add in an option to check off the ones you have memorized and adding audio for the verses could also prove helpful for hearing it to learn it. Again, thanks for making this app to help me with my gospel studies!

The best app for memorizing scripture, but has room for improvement. I am not currently a seminary student, but I have used this app to memorize over 100 passages of scripture in the last four months. I use the "share" feature to import passages from the gospel library app to the "my scriptures" content selection. I then use the flash card feature to review passages I have previously memorized. I do this with all scriptures I memorize. I only seldom use the quiz feature and never use the quiz scores, or the slider that removes words. I have compared this app with other memorization and flash card apps, but the UI, design, and connection with the LDS library make this app far better suited to my needs than any other app. There are a few features that I think will greatly improve this app: • the ability to sync across devices • the ability to reverse the flash cards, so you can memorize the references as well • the ability to create multiple custom groups of scripture passages • the ability to add scripture passages from the official doctrinal mastery lists directly to "my scriptures" • the ability to rearrange the order of scripture passages Overall, I'm very happy with this app and hope improvements are made in the future.

Update! Please. I am a seminary teacher and many of my students like using this app but it hasn't been updated to reflect the changes made to the scripture mastery scriptures. Please update so I and my students can continue to enjoy this app.

Add custom verses and it would be perfect!. Very smart and intuitive - just an amazing app. I would give it 5 stars except it's missing the one feature I hoped it would have - the ability to add your own verses! I want to use it to memorize scriptures I find in my own studies.

One small bug.... This app is great! Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, there is one small bug in the quiz portion of the app. Occasionally, the correct answer shows up twice and if the user selects the "wrong" one they are told that they answered incorrectly, even though the answer is really right.

Excellent app, could use one improvement!. I love this app. Really fun and effective. One feature that I think would make the app amazing is if you added the ability to pick scriptures from the standard works and make your own lists to memorize. Don't know if that's possible but I would love that feature!

Love it. Great app, and I would love to see the ability to add other scriptures and personal content ( like the proclamation on the family). Also, please add the ability to check off the ones i have already memorized, it i great to visualize progress Keep it up.

SIMPLE YET EFFICIENT. Simple layout; easy to use; good practice for learning scriptures. Highly recommended. Improvements since then have made it even more of a delight! Thanks to all the colunteers who put these apps together and make it possible for all of us to enjoy!

Really works!!! And its fun!. I teach early morning Seminary (Freshman through seniors). Over the summer we got an Ipad, so I got this app this year to try out. I play the music from LDS scripture rock (Jason Beaird) on a loop for the scripture we are trying to momorize. Then I bring up the "Memorize" section of this app. (I have the ipad hooked up to the church projector so everyone can see it). Then we just start moving up the levels, removing more and more words. So far I have used it for 3 verses in the Old Testament and 80% of the class has been able to memorize the scripture within 15 minutes. I plan on using the quiz section of the app with the class 4 in groups and one dry erase tablet per group. I just wish they would release an IPAD specific app that lets you do landscape mode. Also letting the user adjust the text size would help greatly...I mean what is the point of having all that whitespace on the memorize part of the app? I have also had a few students download the app on their ipod touches - one memorized 4 in one weekend!!! This is a great app!! Thanks for producing it!!!!

Another a suggestion. For the flash cards could you also add an option to have either the clue on front or the reference? It's important to have both. Sometime I want the reference on the front and sometime it's best to have the clue on the front. Also when I am finished going through the cards I'd like the option to just review the ones I missed.

Awesome app, but crashes a lot. I really love this app for studying the scripture mastery scriptures! My only complaint is that it always crashes every time I use the flash cards section. I usually only get one or two cards in before it freezes and I have to restart the app. Fix this and it will be perfect!

Great app! Please update! I have a couple suggestions.. This app is really awesome. I have been using it to memorize scriptures to prepare for my mission. It would be nice to have an updates version with the new scripture mastery verses on it. Also the option to choose any scripture would be sweet! Passing off scriptures would be a great addition as well.

A New Feature Or Two That Would Be Helpful. I love this app. I'm learning these scripture mastery really fast. I'd love to have a feature where I could listen to the scripture mastery scriptures. You could probably pull the audio for the verses from the audiobooks of the scriptures. Then if I could hit repeat for a certain verse that I'm wanting to solidify in my head, or even if I could pick several verses that I've been working on that I want to solidify - I think that would be another extremely powerful tool for me to memorize scriptures. That way I could use the flash cards with my morning study, and then I could listen to the verses I was working on while I exercise. Another feature that I would love would be the ability to select any verse or set of verses from the entire scriptures that I would like to memorize and have them be added as flash cards to a "personal scripture mastery" section. Then I could more easily memorize scriptures for lessons or personal benefit. Thanks! :D

Update. I've been using this for seminary scripture masteries and it's helped me a ton. It's a great app and very helpful. Although this year we are studying the New Testament and it looks like they changed some of the previous Masteries. Please add in these new masteries as soon as possible! Thanks.

Jonathan. I have read your post and this is what came to my heart. I would obey my parents above all things. I do not believe Heavenly Father would strip you of your testimony because your parents have forbid any type of LDS influence. I do agree having LDS material readily available is vital in having a strong testimony, but it's not everything. Your testimony is something you feel in your heart and soul, a non tangible item that can't be taken away by anyone. I suggest getting a journal an documenting your love for the gospel and how it makes you feel. Try to recall all you know and write down. You will eventually build your own material that will uplift your spirit until you can have church produced materials again. Your journal isn't produced by the church therefore you are obeying your parents wishes. This must be very difficult for you and your parents. I pray for you all in hopes the gospel will return to your home once again. Many blessings and prayers.
