Scam. I think this is a scam. I really enjoyed the first set so much that I bought the $9.99 package. The second set was great too, but then there was no more. I have over 2000 points to apply nowhere. They’re help page doesn’t work, and the refresh says to purchase again and you won’t be charged. There’s no place to contact them.

Fun and quick. An easy way to kill 5 to 10 minutes of free time with puzzles that sometimes are quite easy and sometimes surprisingly challenging.

Good game but.... I've played the game for quite a while and enjoy the challenge of the daily puzzles. However, the daily puzzles periodically stop loading- like today. While you can still play from the other categories, there aren't any more for me to choose from. Please add more categories/puzzles as I have completed all of them.

Disappointed. I really enjoyed this game so purchased the pack that would open up new levels. Reached the levels without having to use what I purchased, but there are no more levels I can access so am pretty frustrated.

Easy, then hard. No medium. This game was super easy, almost to the point of "why am I playing it." Then it got hard with no warning. Like really challenging. I still really like it, but it's hard!

Bug?. I have previously given this game a 5 star rating. I play it every day with my son. Well, that is until today. The daily puzzle no longer works. Is it just a bug? If so, please fix it ASAP. EDITED: It now works fine on our iPad. Thank you for fixing it!

Good game but no way to earn currency. UPDATE: STILL No way to earn stars and no video watching feature like Bonza where you can watch a video and reveal an answer. Please add a way for us to watch videos or advertisements for answers or for stars. This is annoying when you need help in game and only have 5 stars and it costs 35 to reveal an answer. There is no way to earn free currency once ur out. It makes it incredibly frustrating when u only play the daily puzzle and u spend 35 coins and then are prompted to buy them after ur out. I'm okay with currency for sale but please make a way for people who don't wish to make purchases to earn currency. Please let us watch an add for currency like other companies do. Thanks

Love it. I love this game. I just wish there were more subjects. I also wish it didn't take so long to get enough point to unlock subjects. Update *** For some reason I am unable to access the daily puzzle. It’s been two days now. I have 120 coins so I don’t want to delete and start over. If I do I might lose the coins. I need them to buy new subjects. Developers what donI do? Thank you!

Makes you buy. This is a fun game. But you run out of the stars that you need to buy new levels. You either have to buy stars oR play the once a day daily puzzle for five stars every day until you earn 250 stars. This will give you enough by one puzzle pack. You have to play without using any hints because hints cost stars, And you'll still be 100 points short of being able to buy another puzzle so now you'll have to play daily puzzles again until you can earn up to 250 to buy another pack

Great game !. I have been really enjoying this game. Some of the puzzles are very challenging. I wish they would up the amount of coins you can earn based on how challenging the puzzle board is. That's all I would change for now.

Crossword jigsaw. Love the game but the daily puzzle stopped working four days ago. Deleted it and reinstalled it but nada. Also need new game packs.

BJ. Fun,BUT it took 500 of my coins and then another 250 coins. I was working on getting 800 coins to open all the packs. No way to get them back. iPad version. My iPhone works fine.

Stopped working. Suddenly stopped working. Tries to load daily puzzle and then just spins never loading the puzzle. It is such a great puzzle and I am really disappointed. Haven’t been able to get a puzzle since October 1. Have been playing for over a year really disappointed.

Great Game. I love word games and this is just the best. It is a lot of fun. I just wish there were more puzzle packs. I now have only one game a day to play.

Dev's Read Your Reviews!. Apparently they don't care about all of the reviews that are telling them that they need to work on the daily puzzle. If sorted by "most recent" or "most critical" there are a lot of people telling them that they don't work. I have been a loyal customer for a few years but losing the ability to play daily back in October has soured my opinion with the game. I also agree with the comments about needing new puzzles but they haven't updated the game since 2016 so I'm not holding my breath. I don't like leaving negative reviews but you can't email them because the site it takes you to is just a template and in a foreign language.

Crossword Jigsaw. Fun game, often challenging, but frustrating when you lose 100 coins to buy a "clue", and there is NO CLUE that appears on the screen (although your 100 "coins" or "stars" are immediately gone). Also, the puzzle names that start with one letter followed by a long series of blanks, like _ _ _ _ is really irritating and should be omitted. Better hints are needed in lieu of the hangman style using blanks. Seriously?!? One letter as a clue?!? For example, the puzzle "The Great Wall of China" started off as "T_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _". It took me 150 "coins" to get the full title and the word "battlement ". Battlement?!? Who uses THAT word?!? Anyway, this game is not bad for a freebie, but I wouldn't pay more than that for it, it's only worth what I've paid so far: nada.

Love the game, waiting on more.. It's frustrating to have spent so many days earning enough from the daily puzzles to buy a crucial clue, now to be limited to only the daily puzzle because I finished the puzzle packs weeks ago. The game itself is original and fun.

Fun but Glitches killed the game. I had fun playing this for a while but unfortunately I had to stop because I was locked out of the next packs due to not having enough coins/stars. You can earn more by doing the daily puzzle but every day for months if you click on the daily puzzle it just loads forever and you can never play it. I simply can’t play this game anymore unless I spend money to buy coins/stars.

Daily won’t load. Been playing for awhile and love the game but for the last week the daily puzzle won’t load. Don’t mind playing the other puzzles but the daily helps earn stars to purchase the next level. Please fix this problem.

Challenging crossword. I enjoy figuring out how letter combinations go together to form the words being looked for. Some of the puzzles are more challenging which keeps interest up. However some of the initial clues are not correct linguistically. For example using "a" when some of the answers should have had "an"

Love it but.... Game just loads when I click on the daily puzzle. Update this is happening again. Have not been able to play the daily challenge for 3 days now. Tried to click for the app support through here but it is in another language so that is of no help.

Ripoff. Have been playing this game for a while and was enjoying it when, suddenly, I have to pay 250 tokens to continue playing. That's an outrageous amount, when you only earn 5 or 10 tokens per puzzle. Since I had some tokens built up, I decided to open one puzzle pack. Instead, two puzzle packs opened and it took all of my tokens. When I tried to restore, it said thanks for your purchase and took 99 cents to stop ads when I did not ask it to. I am extremely unhappy and do not recommend this game to anyone unless you like being ripped off!

How about an update????. Over a month ago I wrote begging for an update. Falls on deaf ears. Now I've deleted progress to play all the puzzles again. So sad when developers want positive reviews but do NOTHING when something is requested. I finished ALL the puzzles and want MORE!! There are not very many anyway. I LOVE this game but now I'm stuck with just doing the one daily puzzle. PLEASE add more puzzles!!! The 4 stars are because of the lack of new puzzles, but it's a 5 STAR game!!!! Come on people!! Nice!. I didn’t realize that it had been so long that this has been updated. I found it on an ad pop up in another game and decided to try it out. I have really really enjoyed the game but am getting very very irritated that I can’t load the daily puzzles (but the last update was two years ago it makes sense now) but am very very disappointed in that fact because I have had a ton of fun solving these puzzles and thought I could get more coins or tokens to move on to new puzzles. I was also getting irritated because I wanted to leave a review and ask for help but it always said it could not connect to the iTunes Store (again it obviously has not been touched and this creator is taking care of their games anymore! So I would give it a five in a heartbeat but am now very disappointed that I can’t get daily puzzles etc because no one is updating the game. I would really really love to see it updated!!

Looks be the game. Better than a crossword puzzle. Think of words in a category and then try to find the words by piecing the crossword puzzle together. Challenging and entertaining!

Fun and challenging but too much downtime. I enjoy playing this game, however, you don’t earn enough stars by completing a puzzle pack to unlock the next one. You do get a free daily puzzle to help earn the stars you need, but for the past few weeks the puzzle won’t load, so now I’m stuck and can’t move on. It’s quite frustrating.

Fun and challenging. I love this game. Levels are total surprise and I'm amazed to complete them. If you pay attention you could finish without using clues.

Cmc. I love this game. I can't get enough of it. I am not a true crossword buff but this game gives you a twist to the normal way and it is more fun for me with the twist. I have finished all the puzzle packs and I looked for an update and there are none. Waiting on new puzzle packs.

Disappointed. Loved the game until I tried to purchase a couple of new categories with points. The app took my points but had no access to new categories. Tried to restore twice and it charged me twice for no adds. Also cannot open the daily puzzles. Hope fixes are made quickly (and my 500 points restored).

Superior Word Game. I love this game. It is fun, often challenging but never unfair. It requires a great deal of general knowledge as well as word skills to solve the puzzles without hints, but this is what makes the game interesting.

No longer working!. Since June 30, 2016, update, free daily puzzle won't load! I have iPhone6 and iOS is up to date. I clicked here on "App Support" but that page is completely in Japanese or Chinese, so it does all of us USA gamers no good. I was enjoying ONLY the daily puzzle because I got stuck on a regular puzzle and it costs too much to skip over it. We should have an option to skip a puzzle if we wish, without paying to do so. Game is now USELESS to me! Previous review: Kind of a reverse crossword! They give you the answers and you arrange them into a crossword! Even the "easy" ones can be a challenge!

Fun BUT .... Fun app, but no way to earn stars except completing puzzles. And only 5 stars per puzzle- Come on, it costs 35 stars to get one word, but you only give 5 stars for a completed puzzle. What's the deal? And just forget trying to figure out what the one letter clues mean. Give us a way to earn more stars, or give more stars for completing puzzles. Increase the number if stars as you move up in puzzle categories, ex. 5 stars for first puzzle, 10 stars for second puzzle, etc. Please, please stop with the one letter clues!

May as well call it Bonza!. This is exactly the same as Bonza except it looks like a cheaper version and it has crappy ads in between puzzles. The puzzles are copied Bonza puzzles right down to each word and clue. Boring!!!

Spelling?. Bonza is much better. Many are direct copies from Bonza. Spelling is terrible and many don't make any sense (what has vocation got to do with Christmas?) On a practical improvement level, would like to see the answer to mystery clues once solved, eg A................ Altogether frustrating even if they are easy to solve. Get both Bonza games instead (free). Much better and with cool trivia too.
