Horrible. Every time I start the game it starts loading normal but it’s stuck at 11% and I got a brand new Mac I dident know how to close it so I was stuck on that screen for maybe 45 minutes

Great Game. I’ve really enjoyed the game and animations so far. Though the levels do seem a bit easy compared to other cut the rope games. Could be I’m just still early on though.

Too small. This game is way too short. There should be like 10x the amount of levels there are, especially since so many of them are so easy

Great fun. Well designed game and loads of fun. Puzzles are not so hard that they are impossible to complete.

Not bad for a free game but too short and way too easy. On the one hand it’s nice to see a cut the rope that is not overgrown with extra content and is not plagued by in-app purchases. On the other hand, it’s very very easy and therefore does not last. It took me maybe 3 1-hour sessions to get all the stars. I don’t recall the previous games being this quick to beat.

Too many scenes that are unskippable. I love these games, but this one falls short. You can only play 3 levels before you have to sit through the same tedious cut scene over and over again. Not sure why this creative decision was made, especially when most people like puzzle games because you just solve puzzles and nothing else. Disappointing, unfortunately :-(

Awesome. This is a really cute game! I think the little ones would just love 💕 it! I know I do. You get tired of the typical running or shoot ‘em up games. Terrific for coordination and timing. The critters are adorable. The artwork is quite attractive. Download this sweet little game.

“How do we add new mechanics to the game without ACTUALLY adding anything?”. That’s the question they answered very well with this game. It’s Cut The Rope. If you’ve never been a fan easy physics based puzzle games (especially this one), it offers nothing new. Anything that resembles a new idea is completely purposeless to the actual core game

Game save data lost. After playing for over an hour, my current level was lost.

Good gameplay but tedious animations. This feels like a solid cut the rope game but half the playtime is filled with repetitive animations that take way too long to pass

Amount of content. I would rate this game 5 stars its very fun and the art style is good but you could easily complete this game in 1 or 2 days like me, and only a few levels I had some difficulty. The amount of levels is my main issue I know there are 120 levels that may sound like a lot but the levels don’t take that long to beat.

Fun, but got boring. The levels are fun and some are challenging, the only real complaint I have is the fact that every 3 levels you have to load to return to the balloon, then load while it selects a “world”, then load again to select one of three levels, then load once more to play the level. This seems like an ideal game for a level map with story points along the way to streamline the game experience.

Read before playing. The removed the candy! The animations are kinda bad but this is the first version. Add more content, there are only levels right now so add stuff from the remaster would be great. This is a decent game and I think there should be a classic mode with the candy.

WAY too much animation not enough gameplay. So far there is way too much animation and not enough gameplay. It frustrating in that I keep tapping the screen trying to skip past the animation to get to the levels but to no avail. It feels like there is a 3x watching to playing ratio. It lets you play 3 levels with animations after each level then when you complete the three levels then there is a whole bunch more animation. Then it does a random selection of 3 more levels and repeats all the previous animation.

A new game. Add a classic mode like the original. And add more backgrounds

No Apple Pencil support. The only gripe I have with this game is that there is no support for the Apple Pencil. from an accessibility standpoint, this should be a pretty common practice nowadays for game developers. The game itself is really fun, but I can only really play it in short bursts without wrist pain. Please add Apple Pencil support!

Well designed game, but with a lack of unique levels. This game is remarkably well made in terms of visuals, physics, and cuteness. It’s not so difficult that you feel like you’ve hit a wall as well. My sole complaint is the level design. Once you’ve done the levels that introduce new mechanics, you end up seeing a lot of levels that have essentially the same general setup and solution. If you play this game as a casual time waster then you’ll never really notice, but play enough levels in one sitting and it gets a bit stale over time. Regardless I still highly recommend giving the game a try so you can form your own opinions. It’s definitely one of the better Arcade titles out there.

How do you exit the game?. I opened the game after downloading it, only to find out there doesn't seem to be a way to exit the game without switching to another app via a keyboard shortcut.

Swipe to Cut. It would be nice if there was an option to swipe to cut. I tried using the compatible iPad apps of cut the rope and it was actually nice to be able to swipe instead of tap to cut. Thank you!

I love this game on iPhone, and it’s even better on Apple Vision Pro!. So much fun, and the 3-D effects are wonderful. So whimsical and a great demonstration of a game for Apple Vision Pro. Thank you to the developers!

Simple Fun. I actually really enjoyed this game. It provides a unique twist to the format, but still feels feels like the original. However, I do have one little nitpick. They created these little creatures that you collect through out the levels. The character designs are absolutely amazing and unique, but you don’t really have any benifit to collecting them. The characters are just images. I think it would have been amazing if there was another aspect to there inclusion. But I’m really exited to see future updates.

Quite sad to see what’s become of Cut the Rope…. I’ve been playing this series since the very beginning, and loved it for its creativity and challenging puzzles. Very little of that can be seen here. The best part of the game is probably the nommies designs, the levels are way too short and easy and all feel about the same. The game just feels very small and repetitive and the cutscenes are incredibly annoying. If you like cut the rope to replay the original and experiments / time travel, or even cut the rope 2 is a better experience than this.

Cut-scene central! 👎. Gameplay is not particularly challenging, and leans overly far in the 'kiddy' direction of the animation style this series has adopted over time. The killer though is the gratuitous cut scenes around every corner of the game. Excessive in both length & frequency, and which do NOTHING to advance a story line. ...I honestly don't know what the motivation is for this design choice.

Solid Cut the Rope Game. This game has (what feels to me like) the perfect balance of challenge. Nothing is unreasonably hard or complicated, the physics work well, and the steady addition of new mechanics really spices things up. Finished the game in about 4 hours, but the devs are adding much more levels. Also, Om nom and (what I’m assuming is) his son are so cute!

Could’ve been great.. 1 and 2 were great games. 3 could be good, but a lot of time is wasted between displaying progress and cutscenes involving snapping photos of random characters, that adds no value to the game. At times it feels like I spend as much time playing as I do watching the cutesy transition stuff. No option to skip through it.

Either. I’m too smart or the game is too simple. Until recently, I thought catsup was slang for ketchup.

Good game but needs a improvement. The only thing why I’m here is because when I try to delete 1 profile it won’t delete!

Classic CTR, Short Game, Small Annoyances. This is Cut The Rope. If you enjoyed the style and play of the classic versions, you’ll enjoy these puzzles too. There aren’t many of them. 120 levels is only about 1.5 hours of play given how easy some of them are. The real pain in this game is that every three levels you have to watch the same ~5-10 second cut scene to progress. It’s unskippable and after seeing it 10 times it gets real old, real fast. All told, worth the playthrough, hope they let you skip scenes when more levels are released.

Pencil support. Does not support apple pencil… Everything supports it until you specifically program it not to, great job.

Too much silly animation. Why do they have to high five every time? I like games that don’t have all that silly stuff between levels.

Need more!. Love the game and your hard work to make it happen! Just wondering whe I can expect the update for more levels? Lighthearted fun but repetitive. The play gets repetitive pretty quick. Just the first 24 levels felt like a grind. The art and animation is silly, cute, and well-done. It’s unclear if the whole collecting photographs thing has a point.

Didn’t launch, needed reinstall. The app wouldn’t launch at all at first, I needed to uninstall it and reinstall it

Too simplistic. Original games were great. This one takes way to long between levels and with the transitions.

Great game for kids!. This is a classic game remastered! I loved playing this when I was little, and my brother enjoys this version too. It's great for little kids, but it's very repetative. If you enjoy this game, then maybe you will be fine with all the levels being a bit the same. Other than that, this is a very good game, and I recommend it for you!! :)

I continue to be stunned that Apple Pencil support isn't a requirement for Arcade titles.. Please fix this. :(

Great game! Get rid of the videos. I love this game! But please for the love of god get rid of the stupid parachute scene every 3 levels. And spinning the wheel. It’s such a waste of time. Just stick to the gameplay.

Good, not great. So I like that I could get 3 stars on all levels, but, 1) too many kid cute animations…some games used to let you skip animations by tapping on them, give us a way to go forward or speed up or delete slow silly, repetitive animations that add nothing to the game. 2) you supposedly added 18 levels but I can find no way to get to them, also there is a random factor, too random, don’t know what will be next and can be a level I’ve already completed, needs more organization to it.

Cute but quick. I finished this game in 2 days and that’s it game over no other levels?

Masterpiece!. This is the most fun I have had in a long time. It really feels like Zeptolab is really starting to take these games seriously again. I am excited to see what comes out next for this game. Keep up the good work Zeptolab.

Fantastic game. Responsive, lovely graphics, loads relatively fast. I would only recommend a way to skip transitions, especially between levels. Otherwise a 5-star game.

Solid gameplay, some annoyances. Classic cut the rope, if you've played the others you know what to expect. Somewhat bland level design but overall serviceable gameplay. The HUGE annoyance is every 4 levels you have to watch the same unskippable 15 second cutscene, then get booted out to the main menu, press play, watch another 10 second unskippable cutscene and then you can play again. AND THEY'RE ALL THE SAME. Ridiculously annoying to the point I don't plan on finishing this game. Who thought these were a good idea???

Not hard and too short. This is one of the easier cut the ropes. If you like this type of game it’s okay but gets repetitive and isn’t anything new.

Cut the Rope 3. Cool idea but a bit too simple and monotonous. I’ve completed the game with all the stars and there wasn’t really a challenge and everything felt the same. Hopefully this will be updated.

Not fun or funny at all…. Fine, tell me you LOVE it. But I don’t. It is not my thing. Look, I know everybody loves it, and including my brother but not including me. Because I hate it. I like moving around characters and making stories. Not doing anything like this game. I hate doing puzzles and trying to get specific items and finding secrets. More levels!!!. I 100% completed the game a few days ago waiting on an updated with more levels!!!! Overall fun time killing game

Review (from someone who has 100% completed already). TLDR: This game is fun and relatively simple. The good: -The level designs are creative and fresh. -Doesn’t feel out of place in the series, but does offer a “new” way to play given that they removed candy. Gameplay feels the same, though. -Cute. Graphics are good. The meh- -The four worlds don’t feel different. You constantly move in and out of them and they all feel identical- may as well not have 4 worlds. -Completely random feeling of levels. No continuation between any set of levels makes it pretty jarring. -Kind of short. I completed 100% with only 3 levels that were tricky to get all the stars. I would expect more levels regularly. All in all, not a bad entry in the series, but would like to see changes in future updates to bump my rating up.

Perfect Sequel. I was looking at Apple Arcade for some new games a while back and came across this and thought about the original from years ago. Decided to give it a try and I enjoyed all of it. In the past, I thought there were some levels that were ruthlessly difficult to the point where you couldn’t get 3 stars without a walkthrough showing you everything. This sequel is accessible to anyone, which isn’t to say that all of these puzzles are interesting. I appreciate the new whip mechanic that is in most of the levels which allows you to create some unexpected results. (Just be careful because the cog whip hook that pulls you in has a very slim chance to lock you in place, but is very uncommon, and worst comes to worst you can restart the level which doesn’t take very long). Overall, nothing bad to say. I was a bit disheartened with its length, but seeing as they still regularly update it (at first the cap was 360, then ~432, now it’s 531, and I anticipate it expanding a bit more in the near future). That being my only real complaint they’re already addressing, 5 stars. If you have the Apple Arcade already, then there’s no reason NOT to get this.

A Great Addition to the ‘Cut the Rope’ Games. I liked the game, the levels weren’t too challenging, while also being not too easy. I enjoyed the concept of cutting the rope to let Nibble Nom to his Dad, I found that a cute addition. I did not find any bugs in the game, and did run smoothly on my iPhone 13 mini.

Great game. Perfect

Lacking. This new version just doesn’t have the same charm as the previous games. Lacks the pizazz, also the puzzles are too easy. Got bored really fast with this one

Decent sequel. I like some of the creative mechanics, it would be cool if they were mixed more in levels. Like maybe lanterns under water. I also really like the idea of 3 short-burst level segments and collecting a nommie at the end. The nommie scrapbook seems a little incomplete though. It would be cool if there was a short little blurb with each nommie that describes a fun fact about them or maybe their personality. It would also be cool to unlock nommies with achievements as well or getting stars not just by completing levels. I will update my review when there are more levels and features (hopefully soon - already 100%ed it) but I have enjoyed it so far for what it is. I hope you take my suggestions into consideration. Amazing game. Overall it’s an amazing game, but sometimes a level is confusing so I have to go onto YouTube tutorials to complete a level.

Love it!. Fun and adorable. I like the new “adventure” format. Puzzles seem easier than previous instalments, hopefully updates will add more challenging ones. (The most recent update mentions Candy. There’s no candy in this game.)
