New User. Could not find a CONTACT US for questions. I have a new iPhone 13 and when I run a scan it shows my phone as an iPhone 6. The resultant test speeds are very low. I then tried my iPad 9 I. The same spot and the speeds are what they should be. Why the disparity?? Why doesn’t your app recognize the correct model of my iPhone? Is there some way for me to correct this?

Seemed good until the aggressive advertising kicked in. Launched the app and saw an ad from the vendor to upgrade. Fair enough. On my first test, it measured my WiFi up and download speeds. After turning off WiFi it began to measure my cell data speeds. At the point that the tests were completing I got a 20 second advertisement for a different app. Every tap on the screen, including the black X in the right corner took me to the App Store to download this other app. Not seeing any way to close the ad, I closed the Speed Test Master and relaunched thinking I’d be able to evaluate. Again, at the point that the test was completing, the same ad launched with no way to evaluate the results. The reviews say it’s great but if I can’t evaluate it how would I know?

Works fast. Easy to read. Wanted a quick way to test my internet speed. This did it quickly and interpreted results for you.

I am angry about all the ads because I’m paying to use this!!!. I tolerate ads with free apps, but when I pay for an app, I don’t expect to have to put up with ads. I will look around I kept it, but I’m leaving now!!! I PAID for this app and now every time I try to use it, I’m told I’ve used my free tests for today and they want me to buy the premium version (I HAVENT USED IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS!!!). Forget it!!! I’m just mad that I paid money for it and can’t use it. BIG RIPOFF!!!

Does what it says.. This is a very handy and accurate tool to have. Would suggest future updates to contain suggestions for network improvement.

Can see if you're getting what you pay for. Shows my internet connection is slowing down daily since upgrade. I'll calling provider.

I just tested my internet and it was. 92.1 MBS and it said that it is running at “SNAIL SPEED!” I guess AOC was right, we need to invent something that has Not been Invented yet! What would ROCKET SPEED be? The other speedtest was 94 but this one was 40? Maybe the other is better than this one?

Accurate. If it weren’t for companies like these that help consumers making sure that we are getting the services that we work very hard to pay for is truly a blessing.

Forces you to watch advertisements. This would be a great app, except it forces you to watch an advertisement after the results. I close it out when that happens and I lose the test results. I HATE advertisements and refuse to watch any for anything! Removed it and found a better one that puts a small banner at the bottom.

Rate. Didn’t know this type of app was available so when a friend told be to get this application I immediately downloaded this app GREAT I test every single morning.

Recommend. Easy to use and known correct data.

Be careful with this app.... The app itself works fine, but you have to be very careful and read all of the advertisements screens that pop up as they camouflage ad prompts so that you think you are just clearing them from your screen and the next thing you know you have just paid for the ad-free version. Not ethical in my opinion and that is why I removed this app from my phone.

Bestest speed test app!!. Personally this WiFi speed test app is by far the best of its class. I’ve chosen this one out of the handful of WiFi speed test apps out there when I first started testing out the speed and over performance of my WiFi. This app is by far the best! But don’t take my word for it try it yourself.

UI is pretty good！The function is convenient to me. It is really a good app that you can easily know your Wi-Fi speed not only download but upload just in a few seconds！ \(≧▽≦)/

Good diagnostic. My go to for problems. Gives me a fast way to see what is actually going on, how much my VPN is affecting speed and whether or not my modem needs a reboot. Invaluable tool and simple to use.

Beautiful. Gave me perfect results to compare the local coffee shop to my less-than-par home WiFi. 😂 Now, I can call my internet provider and give them actual figures of comparison. Thank you!

Speed test Master. I reviewed this app sometime ago I feel it is an excellent app I paid to have the ads removed it’s well worth it going to be keeping this on my phone permanently

Decent Speed Test App. This app is decent, though it seems like each different Speed Test App, like each different speed test website, they each display differing speeds. Not sure what is true and what isn’t.

Best Speed Test App. Easy to use, I can adjust the settings, and I like getting the truth for a change about my speed tests instead of what the provider gives you. Yes I Highly Recommend getting this app.

Reliable Test. I’ve used this particular app for several years, and it has never failed me. It can be a eye opener to see just how your own network compares to others. The little “marker” that shows where your network is kinda cute as well!

Proof of Service. App test proofs that AT&T Service is terrible. Test results throughout several times in the day and days in weeks show that service billed is not the service provided. AT&T is finally sending tech to verify and correct.

Actual speed in Megabytes. Finally an app that shows you the actual speed data is being downloaded. Bytes Per Second does not give you an idea of how long it will take to download a file. If you have an eMail message with an attachment size of 10 megabytes you can figure out how long it will take to download.

Helpful app.. Works well., easy to use, appears to be accurate. Too many ads though. Be careful not to click on something you’re not interested in.

Excellent and Simple. I like this app. It works perfect fast and simple to quickly read the speed your internet signal is in your home. Besides, since it’s a simple app, it doesn’t take too much storage from my phone.

First test. This is one of several network tool apps that I recently installed to help troubleshoot slow and intermittent disconnects. Since my IT experience lies in software, network issues are a new and intimidating area but this first network test seemed easier to understand than others, maybe due to the visual presentation. I really appreciate the evaluation of the overall performance and hope it will aid us in locating and resolving the issues we’re experiencing. Thanks for a user-friendly interface!!

Best speed test app available at the moment better than ookla by miles. Best speed test app available at the moment and I can say that confidently are used to ooklaSpeedtest even before smart phones existed and I am afraid they are now in bed with Comcast I live somewhere in California in the bay area where Comcast is the only option if you select a Comcast server on ookla’s Speedtest app a lot of the time the numbers for download and upload Are so much higher than a server almost as close with as low or lower ping then the Comcast server ookla somehow also knows that you are a Comcast customer and an ISP customer at that so they automatically connect you to a Comcast server although you can change that a lot of people aren’t that tech savvy and don’t even realize they have been blindsided by a monopoly labeled Comcast even in a speed test app I’m happy to say this app is amazing and I will continue using it in the future as the only speed test app I trust whoever designed it thank you you’re doing IT gods work

Speed test for WiFi. This is quick! I like that it shows speeds for downloading and uploading. I needed to give this info to STARZ because my screen was black and I only had audio. This info was needed to access how to fix my laptop.

Fast, easy, Convenient.. Easy to use but after each test I have to look at a game advertisement that doesn’t close easily after the first test. With each test it gets harder and harder to close out the game ad. I understand someone has to pay for the software, I would rather have an option for an ad free experience. The test itself is easy, fun to watch and detailed. It is too bad it is tied so solidly to the advertisement.

Informative and Userfriendly. I got this app to decide between two internet services. With this app I know which ISP I’ll settle with. The tests are fast full of info. The best app I’ve downloaded for some time .

Quick Accurate Results!. Super fast and easy test to run! Husband ran the same test an hour later and received close to the same results so we took turns running the test and for the most part our results mirrored one another from great to not so great and finally back up to great again...this is a really easy test to run (click once on start)...easy to understand! Go for it it’s worth having!

Won’t ID speed of WiFI networks. This app is fine if you want to do internet connection speed tests (which you can do for free) or want to map your local network. What it won’t do is tell if the WiFI channel is 2.4ghz or 5 ghz which is specifically what I needed. Cost me $7.50 to find that out.

Excellent advanced information and testing. Well organized. Each to use and Understand. Put together by a Tech who knew what they were doing. You would be crazy in my opinion Not to get this.

Internet speed test. The test seems real fast, the results for a low tech person as myself, are not completely self explanatory. If I pay Verizon for a 75mb speed connection , am I getting my money’s worth???. That I was not able to learn specifically. Where do I get that information...?

Handy to use. Easy to use. I still have the ads. I like it shows the source of speed test results. I.E, today my modem put my WiFi onto an unsecured network instead of my home secure source WiFi. I don’t check the WiFi source on my device every few minutes. But I was surprised I was not on my home network. This app gives reproducible data and hasn’t been a problem to use.

Testing WiFi speed. This is pretty accurate, Comcast drops from 200 Mbps 1st week, to 120’s 2nd week, 3rd week till now 3 months ago I might have got to 100 once or twice. Last mont I’m happy to ghetto over 10 Mbps. Different servets and different testing apps one paid for.

Pop up ads. Now has pop up ads in the middle of testing, some persist and cannot be closed. Extremely annoying, why allow ads that can’t be closed? Other ads pop up the app store seemingly automatically, also annoying. It’s as if they don’t vet ads and let whatever rogue crap run in there app, no thanks. Moving on.

Speed test. I find this service more accurate than other and easily to use . Thank you.

Best Test out there!. This Speedtest is SO much more accurate than Ookla it’s unbelievable! And SO many “Tools” and extras! WiFi search, locate any and all devices connected to your router, Ping and Advanced Ping Tests, Game Ping Tests, Network Diagnosis, Trace Route, I mean what more can you ask for! Blows OOKLA clean outa the water!! And I agree with another reviewer that Ookla is in Bed with ComCast! I’ll bet MONEY on it!

Efficient & effective, but expensive if regular use is required.. They offer subscriptions for a term or a lifetime license, but it is expensive. This is the downside. The upside is that it gives quite consistent and accurate metrics on your bandwidth available from your ISP.

App confirms what I expected!. Really this is more an indictment of my ISP than a positive review for the App other than I can say it confirms what I already knew: my ISP (HN Satellite) is too slow to be useful. Can’t wait to compare my current ISP to StarLink when available!

Simple and easy. Simple and easy. Also gives “equivalent” speed apparently based upon the number of WiFi devices.

Perfect for picking the right spot. Perfect for finding the perfect location for placement of WiFi extenders. Having a dual network setup at home, one standard Xfinity and the other a VPN for streaming as I recently “ cut the cable “ and placed Fire TV Sticks in every room it is important to get it right. It is amazing how just a few feet make a world of difference. I compared this to one above it by placing the extenders based on their numbers. This app had the best performance.

Test my home WiFi. Got app to check WiFi signal at different location through my house. Took less than 5 minutes to check 4 locations. I look forward to testing when I feel our WiFi speeds are reduced.

Excellent Tool!. This is most comprehensive and versatile speed test I have encountered. I like having the option to change the measurement values and the details provided on the detail page are the most inclusive I have seen to date in a speed test app. I find the reading history very useful and I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to track their internet speed. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great testing. I'm grateful for a test that will allow for differentiation between mobile and WiFi speeds. It's also great for troubleshooting my ISP's WiFi speeds and any connection issues.

Too many ads in free version.. The free version is loaded with ads. I will NEVER subscribe to the paid service to unlock the premium features of this app. If there were a version to purchase the app for under $4, I would consider buying it to be rid of the ads. I don't need all the extra features of the paid subscription version, especially since I won't be using it on a daily basis. As for the app itself, the information is useful and the app seems to run well.

unexpected charge. Suddenly pop up the payment method and i though was just authentication part, after that i been charged $13 and i finally realised i pay that amount for one year membership which is completely useless for me.

Acceptable. Works like a conventional speed test app, with the addition of a few extra features. Offers a ‘premium’ pack of features, however it is extremely over-priced for the few additions to the app. The interface is okay, though could be improved. Still delivers network diagnostics, wifi speed-tests, and other such things, though could be improved.

Extremely ad heavy. It gives you ads regularly and times you put unless you watch more ads making the speed test slower than what it should be because it’s loading a video. Counter intuitive app

Inaccurate Latency/Ping. I am performing a speed test from Vancouver to a server in India. How on earth your ping times can be 4ms when the expected values should be at minimum above 200ms

Nope. Any app the doesn't allow me to use until it tries to sell me something gets deleted immediately. You know what apps I keep and even pay for to support the developers? The one's that DON'T have constant pop-ups and purposely limit functionality until you watch an ad or upgrade. This isn't one of those.

Can’t test more than a few times without watching extra long ads. Riddled with ads. Every 5 tests or so, you have to watch an extra long video ad if you want to test again.

Adds make it useless. The adds that take over the entire screen make this thing useless, they won’t even let you close the add by touching the “x”! I just deleted it and moved on!

Obnoxious Ads. The advertisements have gone beyond anything reasonable and become downright obnoxious. I understand some advertising in the free version, but it’s gotten so bad as to make the free version unusable. How can you expect me to consider buying the pay version if I can’t even try the free version?

Great Comparitive Results. ISP measures by a different scale than some speed testers and provides a comparison that confirms both ratings. Good job. Will continue to use both to confirm service provider performance.
