Keyboard acting stupid. I was trying to login to restore my license and I can’t type my email in because there is a glitch in the keyboard.

Danger: routes you onto oncoming traffic in the USA. Some roads in the US are considered british by the gps and it tells you to use the oncoming route. Also routes you onto parkways in nyc area.

Would love refund. Initially disappointed that I had to make more room on my devices just to download a map or two, which was bad enough. But then, each time I accessed it wanted me to buy the app again and now I find that the app shows three addresses for my home, none of which are in the right county, nor do they show the correct zip! I’d like to end the frustration and get a full refund!

CarPlay support. Would love to see CarPlay support. There’s no truck gps apps that have CarPlay support.

Don't waste your money. This GPS not working for USA trucking the route is not good i have never seen such a bad gps no truck stop no scale nothing good this is throw money out the window

Erased all downloads and no longer recognizes upgrade. Downloaded in 2019. Upgraded to Caravan version @ over $100. Now suddenly it opens to a new download with no maps and doesn’t recognize my login. Unable to reset login because it doesn’t recognize my email.

Got to do a better job. They are not keeping up with the changing of the exit numbers in most areas from the old to the new mile marker way of life. As well as keeping up with 911 changes in address, they have my location a 17 / 18 when it’s actually number 6 and has been for five years

Can’t find state parks. As a RV app the least it should include are state parks and RV parks but none can be found in the app! Disappointed!

It’s a decent app. It’s missing some features I would like to see like search along routes and split screen for iPad but for the most part it does pretty good job. I did have some trouble getting my subscriptions activated but they are resolved now. As some reviews suggest it does on a rare occasion plot a questionable route but this is true with all navigation apps and hardware. This is why you should always review the route before you blindly follow it. If you don’t like the path it made you can edit the route by adding via points or telling the app to avoid specific roads. It will even remember the roads you tell it to avoid and not use them again unless you delete your avoidances.

Account Recovery. Hey I no longer have access to any of my old phones and I can’t log into my account because of it I don’t want to create a new account and pay again please help me here .

Map data faulty. I’ve no problems with the iOS app. For the most part. routing is good at both the long-haul and street level. Except it’s completely jacked for I-80 in Wyoming. It appears to be a weight limit problem- if you reset your vehicle parameters to under 20,000 lb, the app will route you on 80. In Colorado, the app requires you be shorter than 10ft to use I-70, though the tunnel limits are 13’6” I first reported this problem YEARS ago. No change. To be fair, other apps have the same problem, so it’s likely an issue with the source data. But it’s a KNOWN issue, and it’s easily fixed.

Crashing. Useless...it’s crashing every time and rest of the time it’s not working.

Huh. I don’t have any idea how it works. It just keeps showing me a map of DC. I I’m in Baltimore eh it’s kinda close.

Can’t even download maps!. Why does this app look like the car version about a decade ago? Why not integrate the truck/caravan license as a mode, like the electric car mode, into ONE app. Bought their license in a sale, now I can’t even select a map to download to get started, much less enter license keys.

One issue. I’m enjoying it so far, I’ve only used it a couple of days, but I can’t figure out how to change the setting to local time so that my time arrival will be correct. Currently it’s four hours off and it’s a little frustrating. But I can’t figure out what setting to change going through all the settings

If you’re looking for truck navigation look somewhere else. I bought this specifically for the truck navigation feature. Fortunately, the first time I used it was for a destination with which I was familiar. It’s a good thing. The routing provided by this would have been a disaster had I followed its directions. As a result, I don’t feel I can trust it with an unknown route. Also, about 50% of the time the speed limits were incorrect. I’ll stick with my Magellan GPS for Trucks.

CarPlay needs some work. The CarPlay works however I have a layer of information overlaying the same information which makes it difficult to read

Can’t avoid Tunnels. Hauling hazmat, especially class one explosives like we do, a need to avoid tunnels is present. After a week and a half of running this gps along side my rand mcnally this is the only complaint I have.

Not for Apple devices. This app has too many flaws when it comes to running it on Apple devices. I was having issues with the ETA. I went the support site where the answer was to reset to default. Well that wiped out my settings, and then my maps stopped working. Reinstalled the app to get the maps back (had already lost all my settings), which did the trick, until I logged into my account to stop the annoying “go premium” ads. As soon as I logged in the maps stopped working, even though they showed being installed.

Needs an update bad. Great app use it everyday gets me there safe and avoids congestion It’s missing a lot of bridges and overpass heights and no satellite map? Some times satellite maps are critical at finding ways into tricky areas.

It might be 4 you but it’s not 4 me. The accuracy isn’t what it should be well no gps is I think but this is a little worse I was just in the app and the arrow was not in the right place and in turn told me the wrong speed limit

Map update. Sygic truck Life time member i am on road to a new state in usa. Trying to update and add map but not able to add. trying to get in touch with their customer care but they dn’t have a phone number to call. I have put in a request online on support page but no use because their reply time is 3 to 5 days

Just junk. Paid for the app. Doesn’t recognize the subscription. Can’t get any support. Total junk

Paid for maps that are at least five years out of date. Bought for use in RV. Took on local trip to evaluate and found errors on roads that have been completed five years ago. Yes, more remote than the Interstates but Routes that trucks frequently use. If I can find errors close to home (without looking very hard) how can I trust when in unfamiliar territory? Additionally, no way I could find to make items appear large enough on an iPhone XR to make the app usable. Complete waste of money.

Don’t download. Run by folks who don’t live in the states. The maps are graphically terrible, they charge an outrageous amount for truck routing but you can’t even set your length and width properly. The last straw was when I finally got the state I was in downloaded, the navigation voice sounded TERRIBLE. Hard to understand and speaking super high pitch and fast. AVOID THIS APP

Stick with Google Maps!. If you’re looking for a GPS app that’s expense, cumbersome, and not very user friendly you’ve come to the right app!

I needs a gps all it want to do is download maps I downloaded. When I need it to work, it only want to download maps. No way to exit and go to the GPS. One more problem..

Force closes. Everything works good except when I try to use voice to text with my earbuds it force closes the app.

Slow and confusing. The tittle says it all, very slow response time and counterintuitive app navigation, one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to work with, I don’t know how this is the number one app for truck drivers as they claim to be.

Still work to be done. 1. Software should learn my preferred routing by observing which way I go and factor in most travelled routes into its calculations 2. Time displayed... its in UTC... that is 4 hours off my time zone... aka useless arrival time on screen 3. When I installed trial... it continued in trial mode then gave me hard time to get purchase activated, had to uninstall, reinstall and then restore the purchase. 4. Sound does not play through Bluetooth with feature on, nor on the phone with feature off if... car is connected to phone’s Bluetooth.

Spot on. Only started using this app about a week ago….. but so far it’s been spot on. Love the fact that you can tel it what you are driving and it tailors your route based on what you’re driving. Pretty cool wish I knew about it sooner

Bad to worse. I wrote a review in April delineating a serious issue. Support was zero help. Now, with latest update, app won’t even download maps. I regret having paid for this app, it’s never been top shelf, but it had promise. Four years of not rendering an easy fix, and now this. I’m done. App deleted.

Offline Nav does not work. I have the US maps downloaded, but the app will not work offline. When turned on it says, “internet connection cannot be established.” I use Bad Elf Pro for GPS.

Terrible customer support. Downloaded on my iPad. Not the most user friendly App. Maps appear to be from the old key maps issued by cities, making adding addresses difficult. Prime example, it will not let me add my home address and the online version shows me at an address not mine. Thought it might be because of free version so purchased the Truck & Caravan GPS Navigation along with Heads Up Display but when I login the subscription is not valid. Apple Pay show payment pending. Problem is I have to have a subscription ID to activate and after two email to Sygic support I have not received a reply. Not impressed at all

Great Idea…Poor Execution!. I wanted a nav app that was meant for RVs. The concept of this app and its features aren’t found on most navigation apps. In practice it fails. Here are a few issues: - print is small and hard to read on my Apple phone - Maps are grossly outdated. There are many problems with roads not on the map. Speed limits are constantly wrong. - Arrival times were shown at a time that was not attached to a reality I know. - many missing Poi’s. Some street addresses could not be found. - the new Apple Car Play is unusable. The screen has box’s of info that are too big , windows of information overlap other windows making the screen messy and unreadable. - Apple Car play was obviously never tested! My observations were developed while towing my travel trailer 9000 miles across the country and back this summer. The maps are poor everywhere.

Optimized for iPhone 12 mini. It looks much better than before thank you .

Real time traffic not working and no reroute. The system sent me into a traffic delay without a word to warn me. I have the real time traffic option. Why is the system not rerouting me when I have to move from the suggested route? Navigation just stops.

Satellite view??. I’m just starting to try out this app. But I don’t see a satellite view anywhere.

Non stop promotional push notifications. There’s no way to turn off the marketing promotion push notifications without also breaking the in app notifications necessary for the app to work properly.

Was good, but…. I’ve been using Sygic successfully for five years and often recommended it to others until now. My last two trips have been filled with problems. On my last trip (1600 miles across the US) Sygic often indicated I should exit at almost every exit for many miles. It suggested I exit, go to the other side of the interstate, then go back onto the interstate up the exit ramp and into the left half of the interstate against traffic. It often directs me to the wrong side of the road in split roadways. It would do this mile after mile. It never used to do this, now it does it consistently. The last straw was getting the wrong turn onto a toll road that took me 20 miles out of my way along with tolls I was not prepared for with correct change only. I don’t trust Sygic anymore. Oh, and the speed limits are often wrong, but that never bothered me before.

Not bad but needs sorting on favorites. Needs sorting for saved favorites - by name and by distance would be awesome. Export of favorites would be nice as well. Everything else is not bad.

Zero support. No CarPlay as advertised.. Customer / tech support is non existent. Have filed multiple support requests and emailed the address found in response to other reviews. No response from developer.

Need improvement. Sorry but I can’t paid for a product that need work,it is very laggy.

Clunky at best. Doesn’t seem very well thought out at all. I wish these developers would be upfront about their pricing without you having to download the app first. Anyway, I bought the app to try it out and found that I can't use it. The state of Missouri doesn't exist for starters. New Jersey is a southern state now? Whoever designed this app doesn't know the basics about US geography. It says "available" for the midwest, but I haven't been able to use it because the maps aren't there, even though I downloaded North America. Waste of money so far, and it keeps asking me to review it.

Dave. Not up to date, if I had not checked with another driver, this app would taken me down a non B double rated road, not angry, just relaying some feed back, I may have another look in the future.

Not Carplay compatible???. When will this app become CarPlay compatible? I really want to purchase but not until it’s compatible.

Oversized loads aren’t allowed on the freeway.. Needs serious tweaking. I said I was 5 m wide and 6 m high. For starters it said get on freeway ( illegal ) . It also said take a route that definitely would have collected a few bridges. ( there’s a specific route ) keep tweaking the Australian conditions ( especially oversize loads )

No CarPlay??!!!. I purchased the lifetime premium version of this app just for the CarPlay as the website said it was supported. After purchase I find out that the car version only has CarPlay and not the truck! Why is this not included?????

Got lost somewhere.... I had sygic years ago, before maps actually worked on your iPhone and it was great! I’ve just tried to use it for my truck in Sydney to avoid low bridges. It’s hopeless, wouldn’t work with Bluetooth, couldn’t recalculate the route when I got in the wrong lane and couldn’t turn when it asked.. I got even more lost. Needs a big update.

Hard to use. The navigation interface is frustrating and not user friendly at all! Otherwise it’s pretty good.

Worst experience with customer service and fraud. They took the $ from my account and the app is waste of time . I would not recommend it to anyone .

The best in Australia. I have been driving trucks for almost 10 years. Tried a lot of apps, but Sygic is the perfect app designed for truckers. I referred Sygic to my friends and they too loved it :)

Not working after three years. I had life time subscription with three years updates, after three years its not working now, when i search an adress a message comes up “update your maps to use it”. It is so dissappointing.

Totally Useless. Downloaded this app after being caught by one of the many low railway bridges in Brisbane. Entered in my truck dimensions - Height, lenghth, weight, axles etc and got very excited that this could possibly work given all the info it wanted.... This excitement quickly turned to dissapointment on the first navigation I tried when it tried to direct me under a 3.8m bridge when my height was set at 4.3. Don't waste your time with this one!

User issues. I like the idea of this app but it is extremely hard to use. It has no warning when you cancel or redo a route. You lose everything. If you save a route you can’t find it. You can’t share a route. (Maybe because you can’t find it. I accidentally added a route to favourites but I have no idea how I did it. Can’t do it again. Adding stops is very confusing and difficult. If you sign in, you can’t exit. Needs a lot of work. I don’t think I’ll take up the option when trial is up.

Waste of money. Honestly I just wasted my money terrible app and not worth $5 I’m very upset

Layout & functionality need work. Heading in the right direction, but there’s definitely room for improvement *Note these comments are for when used in landscape mode with no side bar Speed limit (top right) - This is where the speedo should be, no fancy speedometer gauge with needle is needed, just a big round circle with the current vehicle speed. Sound mute (bottom right) - totally pointless as a shortcut taking up valuable screen space. Incident / Map error - this needs to be a shortcut on the main screen (where the sound mute used to be) and when selected the options need to be large buttons/pictures - remembering at the end of the day, we’re looking at this momentarily whilst driving, so the options need to be quick and easy to recognise. It’s great that you have the Sygic watermark on the map (bottom left) but if we’ve installed the app, I don’t see the value in once again, taking up valuable screen space. This space would be great to display the current vehicle parameters.

Where is CarPlay?. You would think CarPlay will be a priority for Trucks and caravans! I subscribed for the car only one but will cancel within Free period.

Now Apple CarPlay. Unfortunately it still does not work. The head unit gives a warning that the app is unsafe to use.

Toll problems. Iv been using this app for bout a year, now after this new update it only makes me use toll roads even tho i clicked no toll routes, it never use to do that to me, it just says can not avoid toll road. Its pretty stressfull

A small point. This app does not work in with CarPlay but the non truck version does. Don’t see why there should be a different approach between the two apps.

Not best as a truck gps. I tried to find it as might be best mobile app for truck navigation, but it's not best as i thought. Its not working even 50%. No left or right turn, not follow your current location and show you the best route from your current location. No any low bridge warning or narrow road. First i thought it might be due to trail version as am using. I tried to buy its 1 month subscription but that's also not even upgrading to pro version even am wishing to take membership. Now just desided buy other brand real navigation gps rather than mobile app of sygic. Worst experince.

Not very professional. I purchased a supposedly lifetime free update ap years ago. Since then I have trouble with all supposed updates and have never been able to use heads up display despite numerous attempts to have the problem solved. No help from provider at all. Actually get more accurate and user friendly information from google maps and rarely if ever use Sygic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Not good. The free maps in your phone works 10 times better and is 100 times easier to use . Worst app I’ve ever bought

Poor support. Car play doesn’t work and no response from support after several requests over the last month.

Sygic Truck Navigation for iOS. Nice looking display but keeps telling me my 14 day trial ha expired, & I need to log in on the device I purchased my licence on, which is not good because it does that on both my iPhones. I purchased my licence in October 2020 so I haven’t been on a 14 day trial for a long time.

Poor follow up. I’ve lodged 2 support tickets so far over the last 14 days for an issue where I’ve followed all the troubleshooting advice including reinstalling. To date I’ve still had no response from Sygic support. This is quite poor to say the least.

Sygic for trucks and caravans. Disappointing cannot connect to Apple CarPlay for this app. Can for the Sygic standard but not for trucks and caravans 🥲

No CarPlay option. A great AP, but pretty useless without CarPlay interface.

Not too good. Maps are way too old and the ones that do tend to work sent me miles off course compared to my Garmin.

So far so good but…. Some of the route colourings are confusing to say the least. I am happy to discuss this with support but I can’t find a help link in the app. This is essential if paying for a service.

Doesn’t support carplay, hard to use.. Doesn’t support carplay, even though the car version does. The interface is very laggy and has small buttons, so you never know whether it’s lag, or you missed the button. The current speed and various info at the bottom of screen is too small and hard to read. The actual routing isn’t too bad. If waze did truck routing, I’d be using that, it’s 100x better. This is barely acceptable.

No apple CarPlay.. App doesn’t work with apple car play so it’s not that great in that aspect. The program does work well most of the time, but occasional glitches sends you on a big detour. Also I purchased premium version via a link and now they have updated the app to iTunes only it doesn’t recognise my previous purchase. Not happy

New addresses missing. It is very good app to help truck drivers. New addresses must added regularly

This is not correct for Australia truck. Hi guys if you make it then you should hard work on it because it’s not really perfect-finding address is horrible try many times for fiddling addresses but just waste time So many times take to the wrong roads there is a load limit and lower bridges even not following no right and no lift turn also no idea about b-double truck roads very disappointed with this,

Non-sense function & bad refund policy. I purchased this app and try it out immediately. The license gives me nothing extra. Immediately refund request declined. Paying for a unknown extra and can’t refund once I found it doesn’t fit me.

Weight stations. This is a great app that I’ve been using for a few months since I started driving trucks. If I could recommend any changes it would be to add in identifying weight stations for trucks over 8T and the voice commands on upcoming turns be announced earlier to give trucks enough time to merge across lanes in traffic.

App won’t open properly. Open the app first time worked great payed for premium then takes me to download maps every time and won’t open to the gps not impressed

Problem. The app has a few floors a few times instead of telling you to turn left or right it tell you to go straight and then chuck a u turn

Toll road. Is there any way we can avoid toll roads not anything in setting about toll road or route choice

Best Free GPS App. Allows you to enter hight, length, width & weight of your rig as well as which type of roads you don’t want to use.

Excellent, but still missing Apple Car Play. Is this on the horizon?

Wrong way. Routes incorrect for B Triple

maps are out dated. I drive a truck in Melbourne Australia I use this app all the time and have found that the maps are very outdated and the search interface is not great. Google maps can always find the location but this app struggles in some areas and searching.

CarPlay. The App is excellent. However as one of the 4 Million who have the App the feature that the most would benefit from, would be the ability to use with CarPlay. An update would be welcome to make it equal to Sygic Car

Bad Customer Service. It will not redownload via google play store and Tech support have completely ignored me as they have the money. Too difficult to deal with as they never reply. Be careful if you are going down this path as i would not trust them. Again a complete pack of lies and no customer service

NICE. Good navigation system using for weeks

Inaccuracy. Maps show wrong signs all the time like wrong truck limits for roads that are truck accessible causing you to go around the much longer way! Voice prompt speaks 200meters before the turn. Nit a great idea if you are travelling faster than 50kph! App is very expensive compared to other Navigation apps! Wrong driveway or entrances, suggesting you to go into a one way street! Make amendments to these things and this app is potentially good!

Warning, no refund available and it’s not trucker friendly!. As of right now I can not recommend this app for truckers. Yes there are profiles to customize and the layout looks kinda nice, but that’s about the only positive I have to say at this moment. There are NO filter or truck specific POI options. Major failure on a truck app, you can’t switch all the units between lbs, kg, tonnage. It’s probably metric tons they use, but how can I be certain? The idea is decent but the execution is awful. Definitely not worth the 130USD I paid and can’t get a refund for whatever reason. I just wish to warn fellow truckers to wait with this app, it’s not what it claims to be if you ask me.

Terrible. Terrible!!!!

Good Product but no support. Own 2 Sygic Product (regular and truck) I can't use any of them since it is nearly impossible to type an address or anything else, there is 8-9 seconds between each time I hit a letter. Sent several requests to the support team a month ago... no answer so far. Product is good... when it works...

Why why why?. Developers - you have what could have been the BEST offline routing app for RV’s and trucks. The driving interface is very close to excellent. Why though are you missing the very basics? Road speeds are wrong almost 90% of the time!! POI search is horrible. Half the time you can’t find an address, gas station, house address, etc. You market this for RV’s but don’t have most KOA’s - really? You are missing half of the rest stops. Your turn by turn instructions should be an option on the right panel to see all the time. The map warns of railroad crossings that haven’t been there for 20 years!!! Give yourselves a shake and get this right. This could be the best routing app and you are throwing the opportunity away.

No support at all. I bougth a truck license for life and after tree months I don’t have anything I bought it because i am a bus driver was working well but not anymore they don’t have a 1-800 number and they don’t answer email ether so I am stuck with nothing

Questionable high rating. I went thru all reviews and 90% of them give one or two stars. Anyhow, the app rating is above 4.5 stars. Mystery!??!

J’ai acheté la licence pour map Amérique du Nord à vie, mais la navigation pour 3 ans. Ne dépensez pas votre argent ici, et si vous avez le malheur de toucher trop longtemps l’écran il se peut que vous créez un arrêt non désiré…moi ça m’a mener dans un cul de sac !!!

Poi. Points of interest is now completely useless. Instead of the list when you click you could see all on the route. Now have multiple things to scroll through and click. Just disgusting and speed limits are still wrong. This affects arrive time.

No!. installed on my iPad mini, latest version. overall it is a nightmare to plan with and use while driving a rig. Finding a POI on your route good luck ... never mind creating or editing a route... The only positive is that I have a back up with the North America map stored on my iPad just in case I have one argument too many with my Garmin and it ends up out of the window .. which i have done... repeatetly. I have no regrets purchasing this app however would I renew or re-do it all over again.... No. I just have not figured out yet how to read my own reviews in the future from the past. For you virgins: 1. Buy an up to date PAPER ROAD ATLAS! 2. Buy a dedicated trucker gps. garmin is rock solid. 3. Optional is an APP like this not requiring cell service and stored road maps.

Buggy needs update. Issues recognizing that I bought the lifetime licence. Needs to be fixed it can be annoying having to restore your purchases over and over. Also issues cantering the car on the middle of the map.

Doesn't work. I have an iPad Air 2 tethered to my cell phone. Other GPS apps pick up my location. This one doesn't. Gives an error to indicate it can't find the GPS signal. Disappointed.

Hassle renewing. It works kind of well however renewing the monthly subscription for the premium version is problematic. It doesn’t always work. I’ve actually been charged twice in the same month. Now with the auto-renew feature it’s worse. For 2 days a month it tells me that my subscription has lapsed and gives me the option to go premium however when I click the option to go premium it tells me that I’m already subscribed. When it works it ok however a gps that works most of the time isn’t reliable when you’re a truck driver

Information. Hi,am using now free version of truck gps.this app didn’t show me traffic delay time,no any camera warning,and did give any option for change routes if too much traffic or any another issue.so if I buy subscription,that time I have to face same problem?

Doesn’t show in CarPlay. Why doesn’t this show in CarPlay? Kind of pointless without that. Would be much better on the larger screen on the dashboard instead having to look down at the small screen of the phone.

Doesn’t work. Downloaded a gigabyte of maps but won’t let me leave the map download screen. Hit proceed and it loops back to map downloads. Will never drive the truck in Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Alaska. Downloaded anyway thinking that maxing out North America maps would force it out of the map section. But no. Just loops back to download more maps.

Not good at all!. I used it one day during the 14 day trial period so I didn’t really see any problems before I had to pay to use it but since day one after paying between the countless force closes of the app while I’m driving and endless times it would try to take me to the wrong address I will never use this app again I’m glad I only got the month for 10 usd and didn’t shell 140 usd on the full because it’s the worst!! Just about all of Long Island City is wrong a couple of times I caught it but when I first started driving out there it took me to the wrong place and cost me time and money and just today it tried to take me to a wrong place in New Jersey that was the last of it my month is up and I will be downloading and using another app

Close, but not yet. Ok, purchased the new Rand McNally tablet, and though I’d compare to this app on my spare iPad. While I was really hoping for something to be useful on my old iPad and save me $400, this app isn’t really close yet. Notes to developer: 1) change some of the settings from metric to standard, or give the option of choosing from one or the other. 2) Maybe it’s there, but I couldn’t find for the life of me. Ability to search for the standard US truck stops for fuel (Loves, T/A, Petro to name a few) along the selected route. If you do this, provide list in order of distance from current location and add exit numbers to each in the list, prior to selecting the preferred stop. 3) Scales. List Cat Scale locations along the route, and or in vicinity of location when searched. 4) Enable filtering so auto only fuel stops don’t become mixed in with truck fuel stops. Can’t use fuel stop search, knowing it’s showing so many auto only fuel stops. Like I said, it’s close, but not useable for anyone in a truck who needs some of this vital mile by mile info while on the road and trip planning.

Worst app and support ever. AVOID!. This app is the worst ever. Can’t find anything and gives directions where there aren’t roads. I have the paid version for RVs but I can’t get it to activate on my iPhone from my iPad. No one from customer support will contact me but considering the quality of the app I guess it’s reasonable to expect the same quality of customer support. Runaway from this app.

Worst app you can get.. This app will consistently make you lose time. Not 5 minutes, but a half hour here, 25 minutes there. It will send you for 10 minutes in one direction only to tell you to take a u turn. It will send you on a 47 minute joy ride when your destination is 25 minutes away. When you finally get near your destination you will have to open another app to get you there due to the fact this app often will leave you on the wrong street. How these people get off charging money for this app is beyond me.

Not developed enough to compete with other apps. Speed limits were incorrect, 4 of my regular customer's address didn't exist in the app. I run multiple navigation devices to compare to see which is the most suitable one to rely on, and this one isn't ready for the big league. Still has a long way to go when it comes to truck navigation devices.

So far so good. So far so good, no voice alerts takes a lil longer to load and you have to download the cities and some other stuff a lil confusing cause is not like the other gps, but let me tell you I been trying some other comercial driveway gps and this is so far the best one, this is my first day of the trial, and if it doesn't let me down I will buy it, keep working on it and keep updating it, good trial, thank you again it has help me a lot

fail signal and routes. I live in Utah and downloaded this app because I drive a hazmat truck... 80% of times I tryied to find a route and never the gps found the place. Other times in areas like Heber city - Duchesne - Vernal... No any gps signal... Horrible!!! How can I trust and pay for a Gps Like that? Fortunately, I have Google Maps, WAZE and the other REGULAR GPS that saved me. PLS, FIX IT HURRY if you wanna be a Good paid GPS.

Danger: routes you onto oncoming traffic in the USA. Some roads in the US are considered british by the gps and it tells you to use the oncoming route. Also routes you onto parkways in nyc area.

Not what it was made out to be. This app did not live up to its write up and I could not see paying for something that did not work as well as it should have.

Could be - just isn't. Maps are out of date with wrong speed limits as well as giving erroneous eta's Traffic is difficult to read Looking up addresses is a pain I don't trust it at this point due to be so far out of date. So close yet so far :(

Much better then regular version. Ever since they redesigned the regular car version, and took out all the great features, such as text size, poi alerts and the ability to use 3rd party keyboards, and the ability to not find many addresses, I stopped using the program and went to something else. Last week, sygic told me to try truck Version. Guess what? All missing features are in this version and addresses can be found and bring you to correct place. I'm using this for car not truck.... Only issue is its too expensive considering I alresdy bought the regular sygic twice for two phones. Please make the regular version like this which is what the program used to be....

Best Truck GPS app. Hands down. Definitely one of the best gps apps on the App Store for trucks. Without needing to pay $300 for a device , updated maps. No glitches. very user friendly. Battery saver & Let's you know in advance when to switch lanes. Would recommend it for anyone OTR.

Horrible. We down loaded the test for 14 days and after selecting RV specifications and then route the app sent us on a parkway in NY which is illegal for RV's. Totally side tracked us and added 2 hours to what should have been an6 hour drive

Incredible application with only one issue. Hands-down I think this is the best truck application out there especially because it includes bridge heights in the area that you’re in you can look across the map and see where all the bridge heights are, The visual on this mapping system is very appealing as well my only complaint which I wish they would come up with a fix for is that it crashes way too much when using iPhone or iPad even when resetting the app and reloading it, it still crashes at least once an hour which is very irritating especially when you need it

Great for what it does. Until I bought a commercial gps (because I didn’t want to keep paying subscription) I used this app all the time. Sure it has a few faults but they all do. Most of the time they get ironed out in updates. Remember, gps is a tool not a rule. Once you get the hang of its functionality, it’s quite easy to use. Would like to see voice commands though. Especially loved to 3D effects in the map. Even the buildings can be 3D. If you don’t like this app, don’t use it, but don’t trash talk it. Maybe you just have a certain mindset in what you want, and this isn’t it. Great work developers. Maybe someday I will return to it, maybe sooner if this current one gets its head out of its $!?&. Update gave it a lobotomy lol.

Sorely disappointed. I downloaded the app and I can say with certainty that I do not recommend this app to rookie drivers in the United States. I have been driving the truck now for 30 years and have use other GPS and this program constantly wanted to route me on two lane Rd.. most were truck shouldn’t even be instead of rounding via interstate. It is my opinion as a professional driver that this app needs to be polled and have some serious work done to it with all the deficiencies fixed before they let anyone downloaded and charge money for it. It’s not worth the money not in the current state Ann I am highly disappointed at that time that the program or took to right this program and not do it correctly. Needless to say I will be deleting this program off my Apple iPad and I will be sending them an email not to charge my account for premium features as I will not be using it. How can any one use this.. Can't find any thing, the way you search for places is annoyingly messed up, I highly recommend not using this.

Pretty good. I ran this app next to a Rand McNally for a few weeks before relying on it. It was a little confusing learning to set-up routes, but I've got the hang of it. I've run Michigan's UP and LP, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana and South Dakota with it and haven't had any major problems. I would like to see earlier notifications (550 yards doesn't leave time to take exits when the POI is 300 yards off the freeway) of POIs (especially weigh stations) and an improvement to the option of dragging the route to change it. Also, most of the time, the speed limits posted by the app are lower than posted on the road. I didn't want to spend the money on a dedicated device because I already have two Apple devices. So far it has not taken me down any truck restricted roads or toward any low bridges. With a few more tweaks, I might give it five stars.

No so good. GPS not so good for semi trucks in North America, work good only for the 14 days of free use, ones you pay it won’t be accurate, will closes on you it has some errors in Bridges weight measurements. the only positive thing that I like about it is the view of land in travel direction. Don’t buy it they will never fix the issue, they just keep replaying says that they are working on it

Couldn't figure it out I guess. I only had this app for 5 minutes. But I was unable to do anything. iPhone 7 updated. Maybe because I selected Hawaii for the voice. It maybe only downloaded Hawaii maps??? Nothing showed on maps for PA and NJ where I was at the time. I tried to change this but couldn't. So nothing worked.

Need to update settings. Setting for truck axels and number of trailers non responsive

IOS. This program and app are nice. I have paid for it and for the most part works great except for a few glitches. When going over state lines many times I have to restart my route because it closes out as if it doesn’t understand to proceed forward. Also I have to constantly delete and reinstall app if I leave route initialized over night.

GPS app. Do Not get this app ,, is worthless A couple of weeks ago I downloaded this app , and used it for work , because I drive a big truck at work (tractor and trailer) and this stupid app sent me to an area were trucks are not allowed, It got me into so much trouble ,, Don't use this app is a load of crap ...

Is ok BUT. It would be an excellent backup nav but it keeps freezing up/ crashing through out the day. Pretty much it’ll freeze up multiple time just trying to set one location! It only work great for half a day. Was going to get the year subscription but not anymore unless is fix before my 14 free days are over

Needed improvements. More accurate speed limit information (I’ve used the feature for reporting wrong speed info, but it doesn’t allow for the stating of the current speed limit). Add truck stops, truck rest areas, truck refueling locations, truck parking areas (I’ve tried using the app to search for these locations and was not successful. I’ve had to use other apps or the internet to complete these searches then try to plug the information into this app). The last issue brings on the next issue, the maps do not except all addresses. GPS is severely lacking if you can’t input your destination because the maps are missing key location information vital to truck drivers.

It’s not working. I perches the app 2 weeks ago and it keeps telling me your trial will be ending even though I did pay for the license I reach to there support just to keep sending me emails with some stuff that I did a million time they don’t have a phone number to reach so I think I just lost my money stay away from them find I an app we’re if you need help you will find a number to call or they will solve your problem ,what a waste of money and time

I drive big heavy straight truck in NYC and all surroundings.. and tossed away my Garmin Truck gps because it's outdated.. this App is a lifesaver time saver.. get used to use it it the 1st couple of days and it's easy and simple. I used up the 14 free days now I'm def going buy it

Junk, garbage, waste, worthless, trash.. From the first use of this app I knew I would regret purchase. Always always always puts me on wight restricted roads. Have not even once devised an actual decent route. Waste of time and money. Don't risk using, google maps is free and even better.

Not really a trucker gps. It’s obvious that they took the car gps and added low bridges and weight restrictions and that’s it. It try’s to guide you down small streets and neighbor hoods. Too many turns for a truck to take you the shortest way. No options for prefer freeway. I paid for traffic and speed cameras but it seems there is never any traffic even when I’m sitting in it and speed cameras must be invisible. There are only a few Trucking navigation apps out there period and I don’t know why they charge so much when the app is worse than the lesser priced car gps. Wish I could get my money back.

Worthless. Doesn't give details for trips. Gives lane placement and turns too late for anything bigger than a car. Couldn't get the voice instructions to operate. It would just ding when it wanted your attention. Needs work

Poor support. The navigation portion of this app is not bad. The speeds need to be updated and for the most part the routes were fairly good. My biggest issue is with the lack of support. The only option is email and the average response time was about 5 days. Most of the time my issues were not addressed. I cancelled my subscription and but the bullet and purchased a GPS system.

Need improvement ASAP. Need improvement with speed limit around America also fix ASAP max high of bridges and tunnels specially in Colorado was showing huge detour. Probably will not pay for this app if all critical problems will not be fixed. Thanks I hope will be using soon again. P.s. also will be great if drivers will be able to fix problems on map like Waze does.

It helps a bit. Ill admit its not the greatest and has wronged me maybe a couple times the 2 weeks ive been using it, not major wrongs just small truck restrictions. Theres also no voice on ios maybe cuz you need to purchase it first, but if you can get around that the gps itself works ok, but can get a little confusing. All in all its never failed to get me where i needed to be, and so far accident free, and set to avoid the low bridges.

Wow - plain doesn't work. Must be some kind of compatibility issue, but this app isn't working with an ipad Pro97 - it won't accept and doesn't respond to input from the standard ipad soft keyboard. Makes it difficult to put in a start or destination address, but for the same reason also makes it impossible to input vehicle parameters like weight, height, anything.

Can’t find state parks. As a RV app the least it should include are state parks and RV parks but none can be found in the app! Disappointed!

Route Summary ?. I'd love to buy this for my truck GPS but it only shows you the start and final destination. Basically doesn't show you a list of the streets or turns in the route summary so you don't know where the f you going lol.

Useful but needs improvement. Needs improvement, sometimes I can’t find the address I need just because is the way the have it on their system, when I spell it how a normal address is written it’s takes me to another place, what I do is ones I get to the place the first time I have to save current location on favorite so I can get back to the exact place, but we really need a gps to get to a place the first time isn’t it? And need options of different routes, I payed the 3 month premium but at this point make not sense pay for that
