“Please sir, may I have some more”. This game is so fun...but like other reviewers I’m hoping that more features are coming. I was just thinking about how awesome it would be to schedule a residency for the band at MSG or in Vegas. Also, managing multiple bands at once would be sweet.

Great game. Please make it where you can tour without making a new album. I’m a heavy metal fan and so I chose rock since it’s the closes to metal out of the options you give us. But please make it where you can tour without releasing and album cause many bands like slipknot didn’t release a new album for like 5 years but toured every year. Maybe also even add metal as a genre to be in the game, none the less really fun game 5 stars recommend downloading it!

Love This Game But.... I love this game but I think you guys should extend it and just expand the game.

The Trends Issue. I know y’all haven’t paid attention to this game at all, but y’all have a lot of improvements to make. First off, the trends don’t make sense. Every time I pick a genre for my band, it’s never trending. It ends up being the least popular genre. Another thing I would like for this game to have even though y’all aren’t gonna do anything. I want to have a solo artist option. This game used to be fun, but it has no potential.

Repetitive. Fun at first but very short lived. If you can get to your and 2nd album on your first record contract, you have pretty much exhausted all the challenge and the story elements in this game. There are no more upgrades available. You win every award. You have to choose sides in fights in the band but it doesn’t matter because the mojo recovers next week anyway. So it’s just write songs, tour, write songs, etc. as you climb up the charts. I haven’t changed my set list for 30 years of game time. There is no relation between touring and sales performance of your latest record (not that it matters because you quickly hit the point where all your songs are 5 stars and your album comes out at #1). It’s a tedious grind with no payoff.

Great Game!. I wish there was more ways to promote your music! And release more than one single for your album. Also there should be more certifications than just platinum. It makes it hard to move up the best sellers list. There should be x2, x3, etc. platinum certifications. And also a diamond certification. More ways to promote your single rather than just touring non stop. Just a couple suggestions so it won’t get so repetitive

Good Sim to Waste Time. I enjoy this game a lot. However, once you get into being a millionaire the game feels pretty repetitive. The gigs are all the same and the upgrades stop mattering. I feel we should be able to have more customization amongst gear. Because a Les Paul is not necessarily better than say a Strat, just for different genres and play styles. It’d be nice if there was more attachment and preference for the characters. And, I feel like it’d be nice to have more genres like, punk, metal, rap, pop rock, alternative, you know. And we should be able to change our style throughout the game, as many bands do.

Still nothing new!?. Your team has released many updates but nothing new. Is it just passive income at this point?

PERFECT. Me and my bestest friend in the whole wide world stayed up from 7pm to 6am playing this and would bust nuts simultaneously to the epic riffs

Great Game But Could Be Better. I love this game! I play it all the time and it is amazing! However, I believe it could be improved slightly. 1) You should be able to put out multiple singles per album if it does well or even moderately good. 2) You should be able to record songs at seperate studios at seperate times for albums. 3) There should be more studios and producers. 4) The touring aspect of the game should be expanded on, with a US tour, a european tour, a asian tour, etc. 5) Current bands could be a thing and could compete with your band and maybe even rilvaries. 6) More genres should be added (like rap, hip hop, heavy metal, country, alternative rock etc) 7) The chart system should be reworked, instead of sales being based on the chart spot, it should be the other way around. That is all I could think of. It is a great game an I love it but it could be better.

Unplayable. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but no matter what I do (and there are not many options), the band runs out of money at about level 3. Whether I buy equipment or not, whether I rehearse or not, whether I do gigs or not -- the result is the same: little to no sales and no money. I tried this game like five or six times and it seems just plain broken.

Needs more options. Game is great in concept but gets stale very quickly due to the extreme repetitiveness and lack of options. Every album is 12 songs. Every concert is the same length (only an hour!?) Perhaps add the option to play a longer set but it tires the band our more? Meanwhile, there are no types of songs — just songs. There need to be attributes of one song vs another that could make one better for an album or live. Sequencing on the album and the order of the set list should affect the quality based on those attributes (not opening with a ballad, etc.) Another example: the tours are the same venues every time and the venues are too small for everything but the World Tour option. You should be able to customize tour length and/or choose venues based on size. Finally but maybe less important: the economics are all messed up. Most bands make the vast majority of their money from touring. Album sales revenue tends to be small. With some expansion, this could be a great game.

Fun but inaccurate. This game is fun but really inaccurate. The money system is terrible. You go through it way to quick. I spend more time watching ads to get free money then anything else in the game. When you’re unsigned you don’t get a salary. And you pay for everything. Recording, transportation, food, hotels, etc. When you get signed then you start making money for yourself. Plus the label pays for all of that. Also do away with the bottle system. It promotes drinking. There are far better ways to be an inspired musician than drinking or drugs. And my biggest critique. Let players save the game on their device like a normal game. Not on your “servers”. Come on that’s just phishing for personal information so you can sell it to others and spam the hell out of your players. However, the game is fun and a good time killer.

Good game. This is a good game, but there need to be more music genres. I would love to see country music added to this.

More, bigger, better!. Loses all fun after your band becomes a top 100 artist. Some suggestions would be to spend money on the stage, presentations, lights, pyrotechnics etc. Also, making it more difficult to get 5 stars on songs and gig performance. PR stunts, more and severe band conflicts, drug problems, higher level equipment, more things to buy. Double feature albums, remaster older songs, release albums in different genres, more genres, and more randomization in terms of album and song titles.

Cool Idea, Want More Though.. Really cool idea for a mobile game. Really simple and fun to play, but I do wish there was more customization to the game. I would love to have more Music Venues, I would also love to actually customize the Tours you do… maybe add where you can place Festivals in the tour and all that good stuff.

It’s great but it’s missing some things.... I love this game but after a while it gets kinda boring. I wanna make suggestions that I think would really make the game interesting. However, I fear that my suggestions will do nothing considering that the updates to this game have NOT been very big changes. In fact the game hardly changed in the past few years at all.... but I would love to see some of the following things; - More textual context and dilemmas, maybe some serious choices that have to be made Regarding the band and its future. - Band mates getting in fights and having to chose on rather or not to kick them out of the band. - DISPUTES WITH OTHER CELEBS!! Choosing to respond or keep quiet and having your choice heavily impact your buzz and mojo - Meet and Greets + Festivals + Tours should be an option. You shouldn’t have to write an album every time you want to tour and festivals shouldn’t be random pop ups. This could help boost mojo, buzz, fans, sales and help you get to the number one spot. I WOULD PAY FOR THIS GAME IF YOU ADDED THESE FEATURES! Because THIS GAME SHOWS SO SO MUCH POTENTIAL AND IS SO FUN BUT IT GETS BORING AFTER A WHILE AND I FEEL LIKE IT NEEDS MORE. Please PLEASE read this review and make some changes!!!!!! I would love more than anything to see that happen!!!!!!!!

Good Game But... The game is good and fun but i feel like they force you to spend money. At least give us a chance to be great without spending all this money!

Great potential, average execution. This game can be really fun if you’re playing it for the first time. But it becomes extremely repetitive, and more tedious than fun as you go on. There are so many little things that could be added to the game to make it more fun, there is no need for a massive overhaul to make it a better game. Somehow that makes it even more frustrating. It’s clear the developers don’t care too much as I last played this game in 2017 and not a single thing has changed or improved. Shame.

Fun & Free. It’s a great free app and the in app purchases are reasonable yet not necessary making it fun and free.

Fun Game - Top Selling Artist list is ridiculously inaccurate, so it's pointless to have it.. Fun game and I like how you can watch ads to earn more money rather than pressured to spend money. The "Top Selling Artist" list is ridiculously inaccurate and irrelevant. There's no point of having it since it's not real, anyway. Instead: How about having a top 10 chart of fictitious bands in the game that you compete with...or 100 selling artist list of other players.

Challenging yet addictive!. This game isn’t the easiest game but it is addicting!!

game is good but. I think that we should get some new types of music to do other than rock, indie and pop like I would like to see metal or country be added and we should get a way to rather kick out a person from the band or not and away we should get text of what the band members are fighting about so we know who side we choose than just picking

Fun But Not Enough Customization. It’s a pretty solid game with fun features and stuff, but there’s not enough customization / elaboration. For one, it would be cool if the character customization was more in depth. That would be an unnecessary, but fun, plus. Also I wish you could customize the track listing for albums/EPs and edit the number of tracks. As of now you can only have 12, including the single B-Sides, and it orders them for you. It would be nicer if we could pick the amount of tracks, and the order of them, because otherwise it gets pretty boring and I only got a few hours of play time out of this game because of it.

Really like it but money goes way too quick. I really like this game so far it all seems very smooth and fun! My only complaint is that I can’t get past level 3 because the money goes way too quickly. I’ve tried using as minimal money as possible and I still couldn’t do it. I tried doing 2 star things to see if I’d be more successful and nothing. This either needs to be fixed or there needs to be more direction to get people started.

Tons of potential to improve.... First off, this game is one of the best music industry simulators I’ve ever come across. As someone who works in the music industry, I find myself overly critical of these games sometimes, but this one is a blast. The basics are there. It’s fun, easy to figure out, and does a pretty good job of drawing you in. The only thing I hate is the constant “pay to win” moments. There are literally some parts of the game that you cannot do great at unless you make a $0.99 purchase, specifically with hiring PR. 99 cents wouldn’t be bad, but there are many times in one game that you get asked to do this, and it adds up quick. With some minor adjustments, this could be an absolutely perfect game, but still fun as is.

Almost perfect 4/5 could be 5/5?. Hey I really love the game, however there is a few pretty important things left out of the game. Like stats on how many people bought the records or viewed the songs maybe even some charts to compare growth of fans and views maybe money too of other pop stars that would make this game a five start please leave a comment if you read this let me know maybe.

Did the developers abandon the app?. Pretty cool game just needs more features and depth. After second album game becomes super shallow and repetitive with no real reward.

Great game!. It’s a great game, very fun to play in free time. One flaw I’ve found is when you try to put an apostrophe in a song title, it says “Song titles can only include letters, numbers, spaces and apostrophes.” Please fix this!

It’s alright. Fun game takes a little bit of practice before you can make it to stardom but definitely a good game overall just wish the menu was better laid out and just needs way my more features and more user friendly decision making.

Great game. So I noticed the people That make this game look at the reviews and improve as such. Number one I think that there should be actual dilemmas between bandmates that will cause I want to quitOr be fired and we should choose which. Also there should be cooler vacation options and bonding options for the bandmembers. Also after screens when is says things such as one bandmember broke their foot wish to see animations of that and there should be a scrapbook of band events. Also it will be really cool if we could make a rap group as rap is currently the number one genre in America. Someone said before we should have the ability to release multiple singles for my album maybe up to three like most singers do. I think it also needs some more individuality between bandmembers maybe say someone starts the family or someone gets married making the game a little bit more like the board game life. additionally there should be more variation and change a characters outfit or hairstyle. lastly the game the popular offer Twitter after some fan pages of girl groups publicize the app so maybe you should focus on making the game more popcorn friendly and rap group friendly by taking away the idea that it’s so rock band specific (i.e guitarist or drummer) and making it more universal by having options. Also there needs to be more options and variation for black avatars. Added: Please make a way for the game to be able to say which album, song, music video the band gets an award for. Otherwise it’s confusing to keep track of and pointless info.

Rate. By far my favorite game but the album sales aren’t realistic. It takes 300k sales to go platinum when really its 3 million and that makes it impossible to make any progress on the top 100 list because they’re on real album sales instead of the lowered number that this game is on. Other than that just little things could be added to give you more stuff to do.

Need easier ways of earning cash. I do like the game, but I find that there is one flaw. If you’re like me, and you don’t have money to spend on a game, watching 50 or 60 advertisements just to get enough money to help your band along is really kind of silly. Could you maybe boost the video to thousand pounds? I really think it would make things a little bit easier for those who don’t have the money to pay for in game money.

Good game but.... This game is amazing but I had an idea. I know it’s called BAND manager but I just thought It'd be nice to manage a single artist instead of a whole band. Also why aren’t we allowed to have Rap and R&B style bands? And to add one more thing. When you’re encountered by the PR Guru after making an album, why can’t that be a one time purchase of the .99¢ or 5 million dollars? I get tired of having to pay .99¢ just because I don’t have 5 million I’m in-game cash.. fix this please!

Updates?. Uh- this game is AMAZING, this could be huge as heck but you guys have seem to have forgotten it, there’s a lot of things you could do to make it better but if you’re ever down i’d be happy to make a list... I guess... lol

Obvious money trap.. The game is designed to artificially lower cash, stats, or equipment in order to allow a pop up asking for real world cash in order to continue playing once you’re “in the red”. There’s no real connection between skill, gear, or band perk increases in relation to generating a net positive currency. It’s RNG to get you paying money out of your pocket. Pass on this.

Fun game until.... The game is absolute fun until you get start getting to the top 100 artists. From then on, the only way to make your way to the top is to continue writing more albums. At this point, I think I have over 60 albums, which is way too much. Even The Beatles don’t have that many. I’m pretty much stuck at number 5 because I keep writing new albums but it barely gets me to the top. I think there should be more options to boost your popularity, like doing tours whenever you want, attending more festivals, doing meet and greets. Writing albums really starts to get tedious after a while and I’ve honestly lost the fun trying to get to number 1. I also think we should have the ability to write an album with whatever amount of tracks I’d like. Bands release EPs all the time. Bands release albums with more than 12 tracks all the time. I’d also like to be able to put the songs in whatever order I want. This is a game with a huge amount of potential that loses its fun quickly and would totally come back if these things were changed.

Potentially amazing game Falls flat. This could be an amazing game, but it’s so time and money hungry - stats fall so quickly it’s difficult to make any progress. For every minute of gameplay i sat through 5-7 minutes of advertising just to make any kind of progress. Needless to say i very quickly uninstalled this app. If it weren’t so time consuming I would love this game as it is. Do not recommend anyone downloading in its current form. Another clear cash grab.

Bad. It has potential but it’s half impossible to even get past the begging

Left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not a bad game I'm just upset because I paid for the song writing guru and I wasn't aware that it wasn't a permanent purchase. On top of that the song writing guru didn't even write 5 star songs, they were all 3 star!!! Don't get any of the in app purchases, definitely not worth it.

Enjoyable. I really enjoy this game but I wish it was more of a “career” mode because no matter what I do I keep running out of money. I’ve made it to level 5 a few times but unless I watch all the ads it’s impossible to turn a profit

I’ve spent so much time on this!. While it’s true that it can be difficult to make money in the early levels, this makes perfect sense and is realistic, given that you’re a struggling unsigned band. This part of the game is probably the most enjoyable - and all you have to do do make money is watch some (short) videos. Once signed to a record label, progression can be meteoric. I’m currently on level 31 and my band has sold more records than the Rolling Stones. It doesn’t get much bigger than that!

Loved it!. I loved this game so much!! I’m in a band with some of my mates and this really is where I want to go with my career in music! But at the start, it’s very difficult to make money at the start. I needed to watch all the adds. None the less, I loved this game!

Update idea. I’m a big fan of the game, I love what you’ve done with it. May I suggest something? To broaden the game up a little bit can there be an independent mode? Like sign to an independent record label, although the record sales won’t be as many the royalties will be higher, and your success is determined by how many fans you have. Fun. Fun

Amazing but.... So this game is really really good and I like how challenging it is and I saw a review saying that it was impossible to be big if you haven’t purchased anything but I made it big without purchasing (real life money) anything but I made my group a top selling group so I don’t think that’s true. But I wish the tour manager could be unlocked with game money and not only real life money.

Interesting but expensive. The game is an interesting concept and amusing to play, however early on it seems that if you are going to be successful at all you will need to spend real money to play... so much for being a "free" game.

3.5 Stars. Not a Bad Game. Overall, I enjoyed the game. Definitely a bit of a challenge if you don’t spend “real” money, however it’s not impossible. I reached level 22 and very quickly started to get bored unfortunately. The game seems to be very basic, in terms of objectives. It’d be nice to see a little bit more features to make each game you play more different each time. It just feels like the objectives are too repetitive. All that being said, I did enjoy the gameplay. It’s a great concept! I just wish it had a little more.

Simply Amazing. I've played this game for about 2 hours straight now and I cannot put it down. It's amazing, it's free. I wonder what management game you guys are going to put out next. Can't wait!

Great idea, but a real grind. Look this is a great idea with good elements, though there could be a little more variety with things to do beside random encounters. But the real problem is you burn through money like crazy. Obviously money is hard to come by as an artist in real life . It’s difficult to make money so I appreciate that in a sim, in a vacuum anyway. But even using low level tech and producers it costs far more money to pay for everything than what you get in return. So to play this game you have two choices. You either need to spend quite a bit of money to keep up demands on bottles and recording or literally watch hundreds or thousands of ads Now I appreciate the ads not being forced on us , and that if I need cash I can turn to them. I like that. However, I have to watch endless adds to get enough money to do gigs, and record. Look I’m sure I should have spent .99 cents to begin with to get 5 high level songs . That might be the cheapest way to go if that more quickly leads to a record contract . Currently I am level 3 trying to figure out How to get more fans without watching a couple dozen adds . Promoting is also expensive with meager returns. It’s just a grind guys. UPDATE:: Ok I was a little harsh though I do not take back what I said . My points of criticism were valid but a little patience and things get a lot better . I am suddenly at level 12 in just a few hours with 2 albums and 2 tours and making solid money. Yes it’s a grind early on, and I bet it’s a grind in the late game too, but be patient and it pays off UPDATE2: Now level 23 with tons of albums and songs but now there is nothing to do besides make 20 or 30 more albums and tours to try to break into the top 20. There is nothing left of value at this point . Game needs more options including the ability to retire when you want .

Fun game!. Fun game. My only suggestion is that you increase the general level of record sales for album and single releases. Maybe by adding diamond certifications for the records. Right now my band is ranked #23 with 139.7 million records sold. However, I have released a total of 65 records. To get to the number one spot I have to sell more than 600 million...that's a lot of records because they on average sell a little over 1 million maybe 2. So please considering making it possible for records to sell more copies! 🙂

Ok app. This app is good but way to hard, there are things that I can't control and the band always want more stuff which is impossible to afford. This app needs a lot of improvement.

Really addictive. I've been playing the game for two days and I'm already on level 30!! LOL I'm way too addicted, though I have been feeling that it's getting a bit repetitive? I have a couple of features you guys could maybe add to make it more fun! Themes/Styles to use for an album concept - something more that just rock, indie, and pop. i would love more genres and if you could choose the theme of your albums like, ballads, bubblegum pop, dance! This can go for music videos too, would love more options to choose from. More songs in an album, or choose how many songs you want - I think the game would be great if we could choose how many songs to put on an album! Also, it'd be great for an option to release an EP/Mini album (4-7 songs would be considered an ep) and also an option to just release a single without releasing an album! Option to choose the release date of your albums/singles - this is kind of explanatory, but I've noticed the same pattern where I always release them at April or November! I would love to choose the release date Option for a member to go solo with and without a group breakup - also explanatory, this is pretty normal in the Asian music industry where a member goes solo while their group is still active! Option for group breakup + reunion + last album + as well as a member leaving More record companies! More members in a group + the option to make all of them vocals instead of assigned roles? Rather than a band, I'd like to make a group, a dance group! A filter to pick your five starred songs A graph for your best selling albums/singles - I'm that type that likes to compare their albums to see which does better! Option for another band being a rival Option to change band name and select what ethnicity the ban is Revamped chart system - I love seeing the charts, my favorite part about the game really, and would love to see a more elaborate chart! Also would love to see more numbers. I've noticed a pattern where my albums are making similar numbers in sales. So why not, the more fans you get, the bigger your sales are? Bad songs can impact the sales too

Kinda lame. I really wanted to like this game. It has all the elements of a great game.... But it's missing the main reason most people play these kind of games... The music. The songs your band write are just a name. And the game has real bands in the charts that you are competing with. Oh yeah like some new band could rise through the ranks and would become more famous than some of the legendary artists. Especially if their music is nothing but the titles. I know it would cost a lot and take more work... But ffs the game is lame without any actual music for your band to play.

Fun. It's a really fun game, but I wish you could change the set list. You end up playing the same songs all the time. Also with you could pick your single. Otherwise a great game. Hope that gets fixed soon.

funn. please update. pretty addictive

LOVE this game.. I have lost many hours of the night into this game. It's fun and addicting. However, I took off a star because I feel like some changes could be made. We should be able to pick our singles off the album, as well as the B-sides. Also, when a band reaches touring level, if they decline a tour they should still be able to gig like small-timers. Finally, I think there should be a "supporting on tour" level. (P.S. There should also be free tour managers. Touring is grueling.)

Fun but difficult. This game is fun but very difficult! I would suggest making it a little more easier for the user! But overall a good game, it's worth the download!

Incredible (for a phone game). This game is very challenging, and at the same time, is very fun! I've always wanted to be in the music business. And this game makes me wanna headbang to some Municipal Waste, and spray showers of beer into crowds, all night long!

Too hard to earn money. Could be a great, fun game. There is no way to stay afloat. I played to full rounds and ran out of money on level 2 both times...

Great!. Addicting.

Trends are whack. I like the game and I am practically addicted, but my only problem is the genre trends. My genre is pop and it hasn't gone above 24% since I started playing the game. The indie and rock genre have peaked twice each since, but pop hasn't. If I pay 3 million to make and prompt an album, I kind of expect to make more than it since it is a game.

Love the game. This is the best music simulation I could find in the app store. It works great with voiceover. Wish there more sound effects though but great job to the developers

Needs work. I like the idea of the game, but it get pretty repetitive and redundant....it was fun at first, but now I'm over it after a day or so...but it has potential to be great.....I LOVE games like this.

It's cool. It's ok wish it had more options, like no black figures no funk, r/b blues metal and keep band and songs if u have to start over, it takes a few times to get to know what to do.

Finally!!. I Have Been Searching For A Music Game Like This I Truly Appreciate You Guys Hard Work!! But It Would Be Nice If I Could Change My Setlist Songs To And Choose My Singles To Release Rather than They Auto Pick. And Also It Would Be Great If We Could Choose A Solo Career And Add R&B And Hip hop.

Very fun and realistic!. This game is very realistic and fun, there is no other game like it. I would recommend if you want a legit band game.
