Find your phone?. The Find your Phone feature does NOT work. The settings are severely limited. The instructions that come with the tags are SO small you need a magnifying glass to read them. Unless they come up with a fix, this is not worth the money. 😡

No. The absolute worst 30 dollars I ever spent . Setting the app up I couldn’t go to the bathroom without it going off. We live among 300 acres of logging country I just needed to know where my dogs were. If they get more than 6 feet away from me an alarm goes off. If they go a quarter-mile away it says they are still at home. Useless unless you drop some thing in your house

Works for me. I lose things in my house a lot. Using this happens me find them much faster.

Difficult……. I’m gonna be honest. This took me days to get it connected after trial and error. I realized that the battery that came in the tracker was dying. Once I changed it with a brand new battery, I could hear the beeping when I would push the button and the device connected immediately. Overall, I would change the battery as soon as you get it to ensure that it is a good battery.

Great!. Exactly what I need for my family. They are always misplacing keys in the house so this is wonderful. I love it. I don’t need GPS to track just locate items.

Won’t stop beeping/always disconnecting. I bought 8 of these for my outside cats, it turned on fine but there are so little in settings, you can’t set it to be quiet till you actually need it, it disconnects even if your just 5 feet away, it beeps non stop, there are no directions other than turning it on, it is absolutely not worth the aggravation, time or money spent and I wanted it to track my cats not my phone.

Works well!. Very rudimentary and straight to the point. Easy to use and works decently with the device.

Doesn’t work. After setting it up with the extremely confusing directions the tag has not connected since October (it’s February at the time I’m writing this) now I have lost my keys because I trusted this to be able to find them. Do not waste your time with this it is completely useless!

Not all features as promised. In the manual for the tag, it says you can change maps to Google maps, but I’m stuck with Apple Maps and no option of changing. Also says that you can set timer for camera and this is also not an option. I don’t see anywhere I can set an alarm and not sure what the “Do not disturb” hours are for exactly, but overall this is a decent device. An Apple AirTag is probably a better option, but I’m using this mostly as a remote for my phone to take photos and it serves that purpose well. As a tag for your belongings, you’re probably better off with something else that doesn’t constantly disconnect, has better range, and better battery life.

Not Worth it!!!. No updates to software. Directions are pathetic and do not make sense. While in app most of the “line items” do not show up … you have NO idea what you are clicking on as you can see the line but no description as to what you are to do. It constantly goes off when my dog is sitting right next to me or under my bed. I don’t need to track her then. I need to track her when she runs away!!!! It’s a piece of crap!!!!

Do better. This ruins the point of the device.. Signal gets lost too easily and takes forever to reconnect. Wouldn’t connect despite being next to the device. It Should stay connected or auto connect on open when back in range regardless. Kinda ruins the point of having this if you lose the item it’s attached to and the stupid thing won’t even beep because it won’t connect unless you pair it again 🙄 and the light of the device constantly blinking just drains the battery. Let it stay on without constantly blinking every 5 seconds… One of them stopped working for no reason and I can’t even check if it’s the battery because it disconnected and won’t reconnect. I go to pair it and it just makes clicking sounds and won’t connect. I just got it and the battery wasn’t inside the device when packaged, so it shouldn’t be the battery.

Basic at best. Very basic. If you lose your device, you will not be able to find its exact location within a room or a building. It will only show you the location shown on a street map not within a building or a room. It is not good for finding the exact location. you can sound the phone, but only if the phone has the app open when you lose the phone. It does work as a remote camera button, but only within the isearch app not within iPhone camera app. The isearch camera app is extremely limited two basic camera functions and video functions. These tags are best suited for finding where you may have parked your car, but nothing more. I would not recommend purchasing these devices.

Won’t work at all!. This app wouldn’t let me connect my AirPods because apparently I didn’t have the AirPods that would work for it! There was no Bluetooth devices it could connect to although I have multiple I could use!!!This app doesn’t work for me and that’s why I would give it a one star review!

Please don’t hate. I’m not sure why this device gets so much hate I’m not sure if I’ve just got lucky or what but my experience with all of these devices has been great they are cheap affordable and do exactly what I need them to do I bought them so I can find random items that I lost around the house it is not an AirTag or a tile I will admit it may advertise itself like such but it is not but for what it is it is very very worth the price all of my units connect and disconnect when I need them to they play when I need them to the batteries are easy to change they don’t turn off often I would admit that the app itself can be difficult sometimes to use but for two dollars an object it is a great product

Need better range. If I go downstairs 6 feet below my tag it just beeps, also should be able to swipe off app and tag keep working!!….love the snap pic on phone camera and record on phone but only works while on the app. Should be able to record my phone and just work on regular camera app.

It works. Works as designed. It’s Bluetooth not GPS, some reviewers seem confused about that. My phone alerts me when I get out of range and the tracker beeps when I tell it to. I like it.

Needs improvement. I simply wanted a device to track my car, which this seems to do, just not conveniently. I cannot close the app, turn off Bluetooth, or turn off my phone without the tag beeping. Plus, all of the settings are blank & give no clear instructions as to what I am clicking on. I only want to engage the device when I need to, not every second that I know where it is. It does seem to track, just not at all conveniently…

Don’t waste your time. Bought the devices under the impression it was a gps locating device but turns out it’s just a Bluetooth connection. Once outside the range of your Bluetooth the device becomes useless and even when in range it struggles to stay connected so it defeats the purpose of having either the app or device at all.

Terrible, throwing far into the woods. The keychain beeps anytime you’re away from your keys, not just when you use the app and need to locate them. Literally at 5 am I woke up to them beeping, I’m assuming it did it all night and I just didn’t hear it. Can’t even throw in the garage because I don’t want to hear the beeping constantly, guess I’ll have to throw into the woods or nearby body of water

Almost good. You can’t close the app on your phone unless you turn the devices off? When you close the app the devices make a sound all the time! It would be perfect if you would be able to close the app, you only need it when you lost your keys.. so why leave the app open all the time! Doesn’t make any sense.

What does this even do?. This device does not necessarily track anything. I’ve literally just connected it, and nothing on the app is helpful. You can’t switch maps, upgrade, or read history. Also, loation is spelled incorrectly on the app (location)! I waited over a month for this, and just like any “gps find thing item”, seems it doesn’t work unless you’re within 25’ and at that point, you’ve probably found what you’re looking for

ZERO stars - complete trash. Second gps tracking device I have purchased and this one too…..trash. Hooked it all up, let the dog outside and no more than he left the yard….signal lost. To add to that…the alarm did not alarm, and it never showed where he went off the grid at. It should have shown across the street or something, but nothing just showed where I am at with the phone on the map the whole time. Trash.

NOT An Animal Tracker. Before buying this make sure that you understand that it is NOT an animal tracker. I bought this for our Husky who are notorious escape artists. Once she escaped and went out of Bluetooth range the device no longer tracks her, therefore is useless for this purpose. THIS IS NOT A GPS! It only uses Bluetooth to track. Once you are out of Bluetooth range it sends a signal to your phone which gives you a last position on your map. Kind of helpful but not for my dog. This device could be useful in finding your keys or purse or other common household items. Just don’t be misled into thinking it will track animals. To devs: I do hope you are successful with this product, but as for now it doesn’t work for my purposes of keeping track of my animals. Thanks

It sorta did what it said… until it didn’t. I used these tags + app for a few weeks. It actually was working well for a while until it literally started doing what everyone else says. First it worked very well, then the tags start disconnecting, and it’s not communicating with the app very well at all, it’s confused. Tap alarm, no alarm, tap off, alarm comes on. Swear the only time I’d need these tags, that’s when the app disconnects. So instead of having the handy app, I’m still searching for my missing item amongst my crap. Dunno why it worked well at the start then just sorta farted out.

Simple & useful. Was skeptical after reading reviews but found it easy to set up and everything’s worked fine for me

not very good. got a smart tag as a gift and it requires blutooth which really isnt ideal if were being honest i did a few tests the most important one being putting keys maybe 10ish feet away and seeing how strong the signal was and if it would still beep it still beeped yet the signal was on one bar when let’s be honest that isnt far at all for the connection to almost be severed also if you have the ‘alarm when disconnected’ toggled to on then it will beep every time you close the app which is absolutely ridiculous since my other bluetooth devices dont require having something open to stay connected so i would really recommend buying something that will last longer and use a better connection type because this is just a smooth fidget (that i still havent figured out how to open for replacing the battery, it’s way too tight) app notification: ‘after exiting the app, you can’t keep connected with the device!’ umm ok wel im not having an app open you need to implement the background refresh feature most apps have or make a new device

Can’t beat the price point. Great product and very inexpensive. Can put the devices on car keys, pets, bikes, etc. Directions could use some improvement but for the price point, this is a great product.

Good value. Wow-I’m happy with this purchase. I have one on my dogs collar,it shows which side of the yard he’s in,which in my large yard,is very helpful-exactly one of the uses I had bought this for! I have no clue how far he can get before this no longer works,but so far it’s doing a very sufficient job. I’ve had no issues with beeping like other people talk about. I’ve had no issues with the tag disconnecting-my watch is constantly disconnecting,but this tag(so far)has never disconnected,and I rarely open the app,so in my case,the app is for the most part forgotten about! I wish my watch was as simple to use(connect and stay connected)as this tag is! Yes,the app has a lot of room for improvement,so hopefully the tags will continue to just get better. Hey developers:please,please make the needed improvements for the app as this seems to be the biggest trouble area.

Isearch, not find. For two weeks it worded great (instructions are TINY) had figure to it myself. Then the “clicker” kept going off. The app asked if I To set a time for it be on and off. (After two week) again, the instructions are so SMALL not even my magnifying glass can read them. Make the instructions large to read. No, I do not have a vision problem. It’s back having to someone dial my phone for me. Why did it ask for two time differences after two weeks??? I hit NO other buttons, I can’t read the instructions to do so. Enlarge the instruction get rid of THE COMPLETELY USELESS TIME SETTINGS I’m making it easy for you want to find it when you want ALWAYS!

Not as advertised. FB ad as gps Bluetooth tracker you can add to keep track of pets that might get out and get lost, with map location function. It does not do any of these things. Sadly, no users will know until they buy this garbage and try to use it. I gave up and put one on my keys but the battery was dead in days, probably from the incessant beeping when my app was off or more than 10 ft away from my phone. Very annoying. Do not buy!

Broke within hours. Got this at a community event for free. Was simply curious how it worked. Read the reviews online and realized it only works within Bluetooth range, which is pretty useless. Started beeping in the middle of the night (Bluetooth still connected according to my phone). I took out the battery and it wouldn't work the next day. Terrible waste of materials.

NOT A GPS! Don’t buy it. This is not a GPS, for those, like me was thinking to buy a gps and keep track of your car or animals don’t waste ur time with this product, it would only work while your Bluetooth is connected, as soon as you walk away or go out of rage it would stop working .this is the biggest scam ever especially the way they advertise it. FAKE!!

Always beeping. I had got these for my 2cats and my dog that somehow always manage to escape the house it does work for what it’s suppose to do but the constant beeping when you close app or animal isn’t close by, it has become very bothersome. Sk if you can please fix that and thx…

Perfect Key Finder - Recommend!. This app keeps no user data which is appreciated. Attached the fob to my keychain, works great. There is a setting for “alarm on disconnect” to alert that the fob signal has disconnected from app - whether you close app or wander out of range. I leave it on - it beeps for about 3 seconds then stops, no big deal but for me it’s helpful & as noted this function can be turned off. The BT signal automatically reconnects upon opening the iSearching app. It works with Alexa Show 5 which let’s me know when I close the app. The range covers my home - unsure of the max range but that’s why I’m leaving the disconnect alert on for now. I guess the camera function is to conveniently take a photo of where you leave an item & store it in the location history to help you find it later - like your car - good idea! I will be purchasing additional finder fobs. Thank you!

Useless. These tags and this app work only when you are near the tagged items. I just tagged two items:car keys and work keys. I drove to a store and decided to try it out. It tells me my work keys are here with me (they are not). It cannot locate the car keys in my pocket, yet when I send an alarm to “car keys” it chirps in my pocket…..so I know the tags are not switched. I wanted tags so that when I lose keys in the woods I can find them. These tags don’t serve that function. This is no better than the whistle-for-your-keys devices that existed 40 years ago.

Limited, But Useful. The devices used by this app don’t have a global network of peoples’ devices constantly reporting the location of the device you’re looking for, they only have your smartphone and you. If you’re within 50 feet of the device you’re looking for, this app will show you where it is. If not, it’s constantly trying to connect to it and your other devices. It works.

Piece of junk app !!. I bought 5 of these tags for various items and tried to add them to app. After adding just 1 the app crashed as soon as the tag was added and continued to do so after I deleted it , reinstalled it and again CRASH ! What a waste of time and money. If you’re thinking about buying a product that uses this awful app learn from my mistake and save yourself money & frustration.

It works sort of. The app is riddled with typographical errors. It also randomly crashes when using the location function. For what it is - it will do to find lost keys, but it is constantly reconnecting to the fob and alarming. Ill most likely leave it on do not disturb mode until I need to find the item its attached to.

Works kind of. Trackers work well sometimes but other times the app just says ‘connecting’ next to each tracker and you can’t set them off. Doesn’t solve the problem reliably. Also every tracker goes off when you close the app.

Connected. Now, I was able to connect them, by hitting the “unconnect” after hitting the “connect”. Hope this helps others. I haven’t tested it yet. But will soon.

You can’t actually track. So it’s on your keys and you lose your keys in your house, they’ll tell you it’s at your house, if it’s in the room you’re in you can make it beep but if you wanted to have if your car in case the car gets stolen… it’s pretty useless. I also don’t see how it would work on a pet collar or whatever which is one of the things ot says it’s good for.

App crashes. This device was working fine for awhile. Now when I go into the app it says device not connected. I click connect and then the app just shuts down. When I open the app again, it is just a blank screen. Very disappointing as I just bought a few more when I thought everything was working fine. Waste of money!!

Total garbage. Either the hardware is junk or this app is junk. Probably made the same people. Completely useless. Can find and can’t connect. First time it worked but when you need to reconnect when you actually lose your keys. It doesn’t work. Simply a waste of money and time

Easy connection. It connected really easily! The app is easy to navigate and understand. Will write another review after using it for some time

One small step to 5 stars. I have found a useful way to use this app. Previously my problem was that whenever I lost a Bluetooth connection, i would get an alarm. This resulted in a lot of false alarms. The workaround is to first add all your tagged Items to the app. Then turn off all tags and close the app. Then turn the tags back on, but leave the app closed. Now when you lose your tagged item, open the app and activate the alarm. This will allow you to find your item if you are within Bluetooth range. After the item is found, turn off all tags and close the app. Turn the tags back on and you are again ready to go until you lose something again. This workaround does not take advantage of all features, but it does allow for some searching without all the false alarms.

You get what you pay for. This works to a degree. It’s for my indoor cats, we moved to a family member’s house with indoor outdoor cats and cat doors and my cats were mad that they couldn’t join their new friends. So we got trackers and thankfully, I got this one and a RF one. This keeps disconnecting and beeping randomly and I need to get a harness because the cats dunk the tracker when they drink. I wanted to ask the company questions regarding water resistance but can’t contact. It’d be cool if they replied to comments!!!

Instructions are not clear. I bought 2 of these and can’t get either of them to work without beeping the other I can’t get to add another device. It would be helpful to add clear instructions and make the app user friendly in many languages

Accessible. I love the prospect of using the app to find your lost items, however it is really hard to navigate with voiceover, please fix this issue if possible. That would really be appreciated.

Missing one important feature. Although an alarm goes off when the Bluetooth disconnects or should I say the device goes out of range, it would be really nice if that alarm would time out rather than forcing me to walk across the room or something to get to my phone to shut the alarm off once it’s going off, it’s notified me it could leave something on the screen for when I get back to the phone but the noise should stop after a preset period of time. I am leaving this comment here because I had no way of contacting the developer. The link takes me to a weird website.

Won’t even connect to Bluetooth on iPhone - Says Bluetooth not on, but it is - Verified my phone HAS 5.0 - Was hoping to use to track tools (always leaving something out) but if it doesn’t work outside the Bluetooth perimeter, it won’t work for me trying to find something in the yard

Poorly designed, doesnt work. They never tested it. Map doesnt work, lost history doesn’t work, and you must be connected to the beacon at all times. Terrible product/app.

Great just what I need if something is lost. Great

Disappointing, flaky effort. As indicated by other reviewers beyond installing and apparently connecting to the devices, the app is basically useless otherwise. When I go to location, all it shows me is my own, not that of the various connected devices! Lots of poor coding in app means missing/hidden buttons (back, e.g.) and feature that are a necessity for such a location tracking solution.

Works great! Very smart devices!. Works Great! Bought two of them, works in a fairly long distance in outdoor. The two way warning system is really helpful. If my kids (or key with the tag) is too far away from me, my phone will warn me, and it automatically record last seen location.

Can you fix distance. It makes me disappointed when I leave room connection lost. Can you fix up to 20 meters please

Useless. Only works as far as Bluetooth connects. So can only Locate things in close proximity using the alarm Sound.

Absolute Rubbish. Bought 3 from Temu, can’t pair them to iPad or iPhone. Wasting hours trying to make it work so easier to throw them into landfill and delete Temu app for taking my money and making me sad. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Useless. This app and the iTag is a useless piece of junk. The alarm goes off when I walk from one room to another in my house and the app has no function to disable this "feature". The app doesn't do what it says it does. There are other apps just like this that appear to be exactly the same as this useless app and don't work either. They have minor cosmetic differences but we the same. ITag uTracing and many more. It's a shame. This device has the potential to be very useful but so little thought has gone into the app design that the device quickly becomes very annoying.

Isearching. Not working

Absolutely Useless! Don’t Bother!. Doesn’t work! Useless ‘tracker’ as soon as you leave the room it just beeps incessantly with no way to disable the feature! So as a tracking device & app it is useless past about 15 meters! Absolute rubbish!

Irregular function. The app and the key fob hardware work irregularly. The developers can also correct the spelling of location in the app. menu. I think I will see if a better searching app will work with the car key fobs that I purchased. As they say if you pay in peanuts for an item you get junk. I should have purchased the more expensive brand. More wasted money on junk from a certain country.

This was a mistake. Beeps incessantly when disconnected. Cannot be turned off. Had to uninstall and throw the device away.

Major bug. There is no way to prevent the alarm from activating when you go out of Bluetooth range. This means that EVERY time you leave the house, all of the trackers start sounding an alarm. There is an option to toggle this off in the app and it doesn’t work.

App crashes every time I connect. I just purchased 7 of these tags from Temu and it’s the first disappointing purchase. When I try to connect the app and tracker- the app shuts down. After re-starting my phone & turning the tracker on and off several times, I’m certain that the app has a bug. So I have 7 trackers now I can’t use. Will be returning to Temu. I should have just spent bigger money on Air Tags.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I fell for it, I do it often and never learn. It is fantastic if you know where the misplaced item is and you are within Bluetooth range, it is useless if an item is stolen and you are trying to track it. I have 8 to throw into landfill, greatest waste of money EVER, and I have wasted plenty!!!!!

Review. Advertised as GPS tracker which it is not, used Bluetooth. After complaining offered 30% refund and then in increased to 60% refund. After rejecting , offered full refund on return. Cost to post to China is more than the purchase price. Lots of bad reviews with a rating of 1.6 Do not buy and avoid this seller as they falsely advertise their goods and refund offers are a joke.

Terrible. Don’t waste your money

Can’t link my device. No matter how many times I restarted the app and followed the instructions, I can’t seem to link the device. It will not show up as an option

Useless for pet tracking. Despite advertising to suggest these devices are suitable for pets, their range is so minuscule, you could hardly miss seeing them with your naked eye. Certainly useless if pet is on the run!

Stealth mag. Absolute waste of money so disappointed I just didn’t buy an AirTag to start with

Tracking Fobs. Very poor, it gets connected to the fob but doesn’t show where it is on the map. If just show my location not where the fobs are. I would like to get a refund.

Doesn’t allow sharing. It is an essential feature to be able to share the tag’s location, like in iOS find my, which is not available in this app.

Don’t waste your time. This app doesn’t do anything it promises

Please fix. Keeps disconnecting and signal is low. I bought a thing for my cat and she’s not lost and it claims lost when disconnected. I will click the find if I need to find my cat

Could be improved. For finding my keys, it works well, and will get them to beep even in another room. The key For finding my phone, it only works if the app is open. That makes it useless when looking for my phone. When the app is open it does find the phone even in another room.

App keeps on crashing. Hi, as soon as the itag is connected the app crashes and does not allow to start the application.. tried uninstalling and restarting and reconnecting the itag and application nothing works. I’m using iphone XR

Great product easy to use app. Not sure why everyone is complaining but I’m using this today 2020 and it works perfect maybe they upgraded their app or software but I’m happy with it

Please Update Software. All settings are clear no headings. When press some field you can type info but can’t see typed content.

Lots of bugs!!. The app is always makes my phone ringing and ask me to disconnect the device. The google map doesn't show my actual location... Don't waste your time with this cheap device not delivering what it has been designed for!!!

Useless devise. Not work waste money

Stop the beeps. Is there any way to stop the beeps coming out of the device once its disconnected? especially it disconnects at a relatively short distance. I tried (Don't disturb) and stopped alarm, but it keeps coming

Works good. I just got a cheap bluetooth key tag and installed this app. Its working fine for the price of the tag for now. Dont expect it to miracles and setting up may be hard for some.

Things to improve. It should connect with google maps or apple maps when you are tying to go to the place where you lost your items, It should be good to have an account and you could sign in from a browser.

Horrible. Devices keep getting disconnected and setting off alarms. Very annoying and useless.

App doesn’t work. None of the words are showing up in my app. I can’t even find the correct settings to be able to change or modify anything. Disconnects in 10 feet.

Useless. Paired one unit. Set it in an item I wanted to protect, checked its location, it was correct. 30 mins later it could find nothing and tell me nothing. I will retrieve it and throw it in the garbage. Having read all the other disastrous reviews, I’m not going to waste any more time. The unused one is going in the garbage too.

Pointless. The worst tracker. Constantly disconnecting, and stops working about 10 feet away from phone.

I Don’t Get It. What’s the point of this thing? If I get to far away from the device the Bluetooth disconnects and it beeps. If I have to stay close to my keys (for example) then I’m not going to lose them. This thing seems pointless. I hope it has a good battery I can take out and use elsewhere as that’s the only value I can find.

Do not buy. This was supposed to be a dog gps, after 15ft it disconnects so cant find your dog after that amout of feet. Not useful at all !!!

Happy with purchase. I found the locator tags and app to be quite useful. I haven’t been able to make the camera function work, however, for the most part, it works quite well.

What’s the Point. This only works if the fob is near your phone so what’s the point. I can’t track it remotely. As soon as your phone is out of Bluetooth range it no longer works. Don’t waste your money! Absolutely garbage.

Okay but limited. So what if I lose both keys and phone? It would be better if you could set up an account so that you could access your stuff from any remote computer through an account. Also, it would be great if there were an option to communicate with someone who may have found your lost items. Lastly, if you could link the location of your items found in your map to google maps or something so you could get directions.

Could use improvements. Bought these to track my cats in my yard. It would be nice if you could change the colours on the map to indicate which particular object/device/pet you are tracking/looking for, where as you have multiple trackers on the phone. It would also to be nice to able erase the history, plus change the maps. None of these options are available which would make it better app.

Worst app. The gps is very weak. The icons want to make me throw up. At this point loosing your item is better than using this awful app. I wish that I could give it 0 stars.

Disconnect at 15-20 feet???. I got this to track my dog, at less that 15-20 feet disconnected.... I thought this used GPS???

Buggy. Disconnects at close range for no reason. Triggers vibrate on phone for no reason and no way to stop but to quit app. Always have to configure tag from start whenever either of these things happen (doesn't remember past connection).

Absolute garbage!. Save your money. I installed the app, did all I was to do, and nothing worked. The physical device didn't beep or connect. Then it was like my phone was possessed with random vibrations and birds tweeting. App and device did none of its claims. I am highly dissatisfied.

Absolutely worthless. There’s no way to add device when you turn on camera it stays on when your not using camera none of the settings are in the app that the tutorial had and no way to upgrade software

Almost pointless. there is not a real "locating" function on the map. no GPS or sim cards in the chips so really its just a bluetooth alarm that might or might not beep when you hit the button on your phone to locate it. best if its the same room your in.

They sell your location data. Tags work fine for Bluetooth distances. Cheap product works decent. The app needs access to precise location of your phone gps to function properly. They sell your location data to make more money than the cost of tags.

Another Chonese Cheap Software and Hardware. Like everything copied by chinese people- cheap finishin- ans bad working . Don’t bother. This little device may work, but the directions are so bad and printed so small that I will never know. I am a smart person and I could not figure out how to track my dog using this device. I have readers, but not a magnifying glass,And what I could read did not help.

Terrible. I will be deleting this. Apple should never allow an app of such poor quality on its platforms. We pay way too much money for our phones to be offered such a poor product. I’m beyond words.

Needs a upgrade ASAP. This needs to be updated ASAP! There’s no text next to buttons so you have no idea what you are you are clicking on. Also no clear direction on how this connects or works with tag. The location services aren’t accurate. Please update so this app works with tags.

Don’t walk out of Bluetooth range. As soon as I walk out of Bluetooth range, the device disconnects and starts beeping. How the heck is it going to work for a lost remote if the phone has to stay so close by it?

Just get an AirTag.. I put this in my son’s backpack when he started riding the bus to/from school. Once it’s out of Bluetooth range or if you happen to disconnect your Bluetooth, it stops tracking… Would probably work best at a park or somewhere with big crowds— not for long distance.

Fix some issues. A disconnect notification non stop shows up on my phone one after another and the trackers beep randomly. Needs to be fixed

Beeps even when on do-not-disturb. The devices beep whenever I close the app and/or whenever I turn off Bluetooth on my phone. Devices beep even when set to do not disturb. I had to turn them off, which completely negates the purpose of having tracking devices :/

Device keeps loading signal and it takes long time to reconnect. Device should be very helpful when it works, but it keeps losing signal, took long time to reconnect.

Really BAD!. The product isn’t user friendly and in fact, it hasn’t been usable for me at all and the App instructions don’t even resemble the product and can’t be used either!

Constantly losing connection. This device will not stay connected to my phone. Does not give accurate readings as advertised. It’s hit or miss when it comes to reconnecting.

Not even Bluetooth range. I put the tag on my keys and keep getting notifications that they are out of range randomly even when I’m in range. Not worth the money even at that price

App doesn’t work. I had two tags hooked up and the application keeps going away. To set up a account you need a phone number but won’t take a US number. Guess I’m returning these!

Continuous disconnect. I didn’t have an issue when i first purchased these location tags. But I don’t know why but now they won’t connect and won’t add another AB’s keeps force closing the app. Please contact me for a fix ASAP

Cannot change the sound. It offers a few sound options. I chose one, but when I pressed the button the default sounded.

Terrible Product. This product doesn’t help you track much of anything unless it is within eye sight. So, use your eyes instead. Plus, the directions for setting this up are poorly written and make little sense. Waste of money.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price for a cheap device. I should’ve known better than to order from overseas. Very unhappy. Other reviews with few stars or less will explain it. They are not wrong.

Scam. I bought 4 itags and downloaded app. If item is in the next room it disconnects from Bluetooth. USELESS! Company I bought itag from (itagpro website) refuses to respond to emails and provide refund even though I purchased warranty and express service. Scammers! Beware!!

Good enough for $2 Bluetooth beeper. Poorly designed ui, but the device that uses this I got for like $2 off temu just to beep when I lose my keys. Works fine, probably actual value is $5-$9.

Useless trash. This device is useless once you get away bluetooth range nothing can tracked. This product is marketed as gps tracker but no it is not a tracker it is just bluetooth tracker and it useless piece of product. Don’t waste your money and efforts. Anyone can link it to any phone. No account setup etc.

It’s blank.. The app is stupid. The system is stupid. I need this to find my keys and first of all it won’t stop disconnecting and beeping, and second of all THE APP IS BLANK! All of the settings are blank! It’s missing so much stuff. The fact that we have to spend money to get these things and then the app is dysfunctional is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t bother with this app.

Not worth it buying even for the price. Once outside of your Wi-Fi does not track basically 20 feet outside of your Wi-Fi and it’s useless…… Reading half a star would be great if I could put on a remote control in my house

Worst thing ever bough!. This is not something you should use for anything other than your car remote or something that should always be close to you! It was bought to use for my kids after a scare with my 6 year old and it’s WORTHLESS! It’s not what it is described as

Bad tracking. It does not track the item more then once and only if you near it with your phone I bought this to track my car because it was recently stolen but it doesn’t track the tag just your location when activated.

No battery!. I will rate again when I can get out to buy a battery. I will say, though, that the instructions that came with the device seem clear.

Horrible waste of money. I was trying to save some money for not having to buy an AirTag. I now regret it. This app doesn’t even work. The device is right next to my phone and it won’t stay connected. You shouldn’t be allowed to sell stuff like this on the App Store.

Must keep app open 24/7. I just set up the tracker and it works. But when I close the app I get a notification that says “after exiting the app you cant keep connected with the device”. So ? Im supposed to keep the app open forever? Pointless

Alarm when disconnect toggle not working. In settings, I toggled off the alarm when disconnected, however the device still alarms. This feature is not working correctly for me.

You get what you pay for. The statement you get what you pay for always seems to ring true. In this situation this app and these key finder’s aren’t even worth a penny. So in this instance I didn’t even get what I paid for I got less.I’m returning them and deleting this app. Apple you guys need to step up your quality control.

Wrong way Charlie.. These things couldn’t track theirselves across the street. I was standing right on top of it. Nothing. We finally bought Apple Air Tags. Apple works great. Only buy these if you really really want to be disappointed. We use these to scare the crap out of people. People don’t know they don’t work.

Suggest to remove Chinese description. Some customers don’t like Chinese on the description. Please swap Chinese description to English. It will be easier for US customers.

It works on iOS. It’s got some bugs but it works pretty well for my preferences and needs. I hav e yet to test a lost item.

Will not recognize or pair. I already had the app due to another tracker that uses the app recommended. I have tried to get the app to recognize the devices I received today and it will not pair with or recognize the devices I received. I have 6 new trackers and the app will not recognize any of them.

So far, NO good!. The phone displays the “No Connection” message over and over. When I’m outside with the dogs, one started beeping for no apparent reason so I had to hit the button on the unit. Also, with the directions in rather broken English, it’s hard to understand. Please address that and the bugs ASAP. Thanks.

Garbage.. I got this as a pack of 4 for $5 and still regret my purchase. I dropped my keys and the fob went into a million pieces. Only use for this is to find your phone when you loose it. Not the other way around. In my own house i get a spamming notification pf disconnected from device. 75 feet is a lie it barely reaches 15.
