Decent app but not complete. Ever since PDI bought cstore pro, they keep saying they will add features and improvements but they haven’t done anything besides changing the look and logo. Their prices have gone up and service the other way (Down). Thinking about switching to a different services with all of our locations.

Convenience. Highly recommend, makes back office work easier.

Add tender detail. Please add tender detail in live transactions

Scam. No phone pick up! No email reply! I lost a lot of $$$. Contacted bank to void their 39.00 autopay!! Be care ful!!

That What I need..... You done great work much faster talking to POS from app than Desktop

Too many issues. Camera not focusing while scanning. Live data doesn’t work the first hour of sales. Live data doesn’t work past 12am. Too many glitches.

iOS scan for price change not working. iOS camera for any new products update or price change not working, Only good with android phone

The ios app doesnt work. This app hasnt been updated in a year. Ive contacted sales and have not gotten any updates. If you have an android device it will work fine on that. Again does not work on ios...

Bulk price update on Cost. Wish they can have feature to bulk update for cost price as they have for retail.

Amazing but needs to be optimized for iPhone X. There is no optimization for iPhone X

Scan tags?. I don’t understand why we cannot scan tags if the app has scan capabilities. I don’t have all the time in the world to write down all the upcs and take them to a desk top and key them all in. Why in the world is this not an option? None of my stores can keep up with the retails and tags due to the time it takes to make shelf tags. Why why why?

Always issues with app and software. Stay away. Finding another solution.. Very inconsistent app and software. Seems like communication issue between softwares is every other week. Of using this to manager business remotely, then stay away. Support doesn’t respect your need that you run a business.

Lottery. The product itself is great but wish there was a stand alone lottery app for nightly reading so that employees can use it solely to finish their shift with a tablet provided by the employer!! Also, phone/tablet app should be able to activate tickets with slot numbers and cstore pro might also want to consider having Lottery app for store owners that don’t have gas stations (tobacco stores or just cstores)

Your session has expired please relog. Constantly logging me out, and now I’m in an infinite loop of being logged out as soon as I log in. Am forced to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for it to start working again. 30% of the time the app is unusable, which means it works more than half the time, but that’s a pretty low bar. 2/5 please fix

Customer Service. Great App Bad Customer Service

Con artist do not bother loosing money. They are not the original owner of this app and the company , they stole it from others and copied the same because there are companies have exactly the same and for the money they take urs . Nobody answer calls and very bad service and for the money they are too bad and hardly speak your language.

Need new Software update in order to work with the iPad. It’s not accurate with the screen. It needs adjustment.

Inconsistent app. The features and layout on the desktop site is not congruent with the app, which makes it difficult to teach new people how to navigate and use it. Barcode scanner is super fast, which is great!

FINALLY WORKS ON IPad!. It works on iPhone and iPad finally, I can’t believe they didn’t update the app for over 3 years. PDI solutions looks like they’re on the right track after the acquisition

Service has been down for over a week. Paid for a year of service, but everything has been down for over a week. Asked for a refund, but customer service is completely unresponsive.

Mobile-friendly. Manage all your stores from your phone. Stay on top of everything happening in your store even when you are not present. I am very happy with this back office.

Customer service it’s really bad. Not even worth it for free they don’t even know how to setup EDI ?

Live data. It’s always something wrong with there back office every week isn’t working you call customer service they tell you there aware of the situation and there working on it price increases every couple of months with no improvement

Clock, battery, and signal not showing up. Could you please update the app so the clock in the top left corner will be visuals again, while in the app?

Add categories. Great app. But If I can recommend one feature. Can you add the ability to see the departments and categories. For example, I have the following Candy Departments: Candy (Small), Candy (King Size), Candy (Hanging Bag), etc. When I click the live sales and see the departments it’s great to see the individual Candy departments. But I would also like to see how the entire Candy departments are doing overall. And to be able to switch between the 2 options easily.

Owner. Wish I knew about this software when I had more stores. The product is amazing and the support team is always there for me. I think the price is way too low in my opinion but not going to complain. Keep up the good work cstorepro
