Not long ago. I use to sing this app praises. That was before the past 2 days of looking for a GPS signal. Well 2 days and counting . It’s a good thing that I still had a free app to use or I might have been in trouble since this paid one can’t seem to find out where I am . I mean honestly it’s a navigation app . I’m not saying I don’t care for the directions or anything like that it can’t even tell me where I am the phone is able to other app can . I would think that’s something that would work without fault . This use to be my default go to app

Igo review. Please fix battery drain issue and overheating on iphone 6 +. Old app was perfect no heating and battery was running app 3 times longer. Fix with new update

When greed takes over. I bought the previous version of iGo with lifetime map updates and all available extra packages. Now they pulled it from the store and discontinued the support trying to make me pay again. Think twice before you spend your money on this it's better to look elsewhere...

Map will not appear. First, I lost voice guidance, then map will not show on the screen. Only my favorite location shown. Reinstalled the software and deleted and installed the maps with no success. Factory resetting will not help. Restored my purchase will not help😡

Why should I pay Twice?. I paid $80 for the old app, they stop my license. I’ll have trip tomorrow morning.... surprise!!! but I can’t use my maps😡😡😡 I’ll never buy any of your products anymore

Ripoff. Seen that reviews were bad and people had purchased maps and only to not work a few months later. Well I found out the same thing here is sit with money spent on an app I really liked that does not work anymore. AWESOME

Ripoff. I bought old app and it was not cheep after all maps that I bought. They made new app now and my license doesn't work no more, i cant use new app. I need to buy again. They send me notification that i am not going to have support for old one. I try to talk with support they were nasty. So if you like to pay every year for new app that is actually the same like old one this is perfect app for you. Than you iGO

Do not buy if you have iPhone 6, 6 Plus or 6s, 6s Plus. Previously worked on iPhone 6 Plus, but didn't worked on iPhone 7 Plus and 6s. After last update working only on iPhone 7 Plus. On iPhone 6 Plus and 6s don't see the purchased map at all!

There’s no app support at all!. Half a year they cannot fix restore purchase option. 5 months I cannot use package/subscription I bought. Horrible support. And they’re don’t care. I received a few letters from them with ridiculous proposals like login into iCloud account that I did before contacting them and told them in my first support request. Upd: 6+ months since they’re doing nothing to fix!!!

Cheaters! Worst deal!. I have bought both Europepackages for 80$ few years ago and now I have to pay 30$ to get just an update of maps ???? And for how long this app will live? Don't buy it people, in 2 years instead of an update they will create the same app with the same name and try to sell it to you again!!!

Very unreliable. Very annoying to have to pay again for the maps that already worked for me. It is ok to sell another application, dont update maps for old app, or similar, but to completely close app I've never seen before. This is by far the most expensive app I've invested and got such disrespect. They should refund all of us if not capable of keeping up with software development.

Refund for previous version?. It’s looks like fraud. You stop support previous version of yours software iGo Primo. But I paid good money for this software and you promise me longterm support. What happening? After 5 years of good work - software stopped. And now you propose me buy new software for extra $$$. You marketing is stupid!

iGo. It's available for those who bought this app, but for the others it's not. And you are the one who doesn't undestand because the old one is not up-to-date anymore. That's the problem. Only the new one is. So please carefully read the reviews before writing something stupid.

how to ruin your company's reputation. I am one of those who paid for the old app which promised a "lifetime" service. These guys told me that I have to pay again if I want to get updates through email. They said they will not transfer my purchase. Igo navigation was a prestigious company but now I know that they can not be trusted again. I am not buying any of your products again.

???. Why do I see only a map of Australia to download?

Worked fine until today. Error 108.. I have use this app often on for quite a while, and I paid for the North American package and traffic. Today, I received a notice that my traffic package had expired. That makes sense. It’s been a while since I purchased it. So I tried to re-purchase it. Error 108. After attempting to do this a couple of times, I decided that I would delete the app and reinstall it to see if that would make a difference. Now I can’t even restore the old maps I had. Any attempt to purchase an item results in an error 108. The app is now useless.

No Car Play support. I will give it 5 star when Car play support is available !

Already paid for the old app, why again??. This is exactly what garmin did, create an app, sell it, delete it from the store, create another app, sell it, delete it from the store again and again. No morals left, it's all about how to get money.

good for now, wait for next GOOD update!. So, I have seen many sad reviews about it. True! We live in a greedy world where everything is all about the money. NNG is in the same vicious cycle. The former app was bought together with other 7 friends, so was cheap for us. Same thing for the new one. Now, about the app: good for now, very accurate and 5 stars for opportunity to have route alternatives. I only use hacked Navigon EU for this thing on my i6 jailbroken. Good looking interface and nice intuitive menu. As far for finding a new address is a big improvement against the old app. I hope the next update will not screw anything 😂😂

Bad company. Don't want to use anymore. All bought previous versions of iGo go to trash because maps unavailable. Licenses not transferred to new version. No discounts for old users. Going to use free maps apps.

Export/Import favorite places missing. Please add option to export and import favorites

The Best Offline Navigation. I use iGO since 2006. Back then it was working on PDAs and Windows Mobile. It remains THE best offline navigation system today for IOS. Very intuitive interface, turn by turn directions and warnings, traffic, construction data, multiple countries, 3D maps and much more.

Seriously!?. Not only I need to pay again for something I alteady paid for but even people on my family account have to pay separately. I hope at least I don't lose all maps with every update like before. Rubbish!

Nice upgrade. I’m a bit annoyed that I had to repurchase maps I had purchased for iGo Primo, and I cannot understand why I should download a quarter gig TTS package when iOS offers a perfectly acceptable TTS engine in the OS, but otherwise I see significant improvements over its predecessor. I like the integration of speed/speed limits and the availability of heading information in the navigation view.

Amazing!. Yes, previous version was ok and it is available still for download, and as their support state there will be no new maps for it anymore. Application developers decided to get more money by ditching all prevous loyal customers that they had, so now it backfires at them, all customers that bought this NOT CHEEP navigation review with terrible rate. I have personally switched to the free version of Here WeGo that works like charm! Avoid this developer and this app because they will ditch you when least expected!

Terrible company. Scam company. I had bought Igo Europe for $100 and now they have decided to no longer support it for iOS 10, and want me to pay extra funds to buy the new app that uses the same maps I had paid for at triple the price they charge now

This is ridiciouls!. I pay for old app igo and they deleted it and now they want to pay again. They will probably delete this app again and create new and of course charge again! MAFIA!

Stay away from this company. Shocking attitude by this company. I spent several hundred $ on maps, to just learn one day that they are apsolutelly useless. They changed aplication without any care for peopel who already bought their maps. This happens in technology but in all my other experiences the company would give a discount or voucher to existing customers. I am not even sure if what they have done is legal?

Don't trust this developer, this company and this stupid app.. I bought the old version of this app which have been deleted form the store, Now they want us to pay again for the new version of the app that i already paid for it. There is No updates, no support serves and no response to our messages. Grady people and stupid app.

Loved It. I don’t know about worldwide navigation but as far US navigation is concerned I loved it! I trust it way better to choose my cycling routes than Google Maps itself!

Terrible app was good before. I feel betrayed; I rely on this app for Middle East navigation, I purchased it for $65 back in 2013, used it again in 2014 but this December of 2016 I travelled to Jordan rented a car, hooked my iPhone to car charger, opened the app and fu**, empty map, what!!! I think they should be sued for betraying their customers and this is not an exaggeration because I'm almost certain that this is a compatibility issue with IOS 10. But before apple release an update it sends it to developers to fix their software not to mention that iOS 10 has been released long ago now. So why we customers have to suffer? Because this developer already has our money selling most expensive apps and they don't care!

Buy again?. I already bought the old app, which you removed from the store. Now charging your customers again? No, thanks. No value for a company, which has no value for their customers.

Not working. After updating, demanded installation of cards from shop. Having installed all cards also rebooted the program, writes you still have no cards pass in shop, but there all cards are noted as it is established! Correct the program!!!

Much better now!. I gave igo a one star review a few years ago and they deserved it. They have since fixed the show stopper issues on the app display itself and the horrible audio on the vehicle Bluetooth. Their recent release has fixed all that. I have a lot of different navigation apps and iGO is my favorite amongst all of them.

Stops all audio, and only background on new iPhone. Even with IGO audio set to off and sounds muted, opening this app turns off any audio that’s playing. If I close this app restart Music app, Music audio turns off when this app is reopened. I never use this app anymore - without music, I’d rather be lost :) Weak work around: While checking out configuration wizard, the audio from other apps started playing again. If I change focus to a different app the audio cuts out again. If I run configuration wizard again without closing IGO, the volume of other apps only goes about halfway up and the volume fluctuates randomly. Now, new iPhone 13 Pro only shows background color and when viewing whole country you see sone mountain shading. There are no roads, place names, or any detail. When the app opens it says no maps are downloaded, but they show as installed. (deleted and reinstalled for 3rd time, still no detail).

Can be deleted anytime!. I have paid the iGo europe appx. 70€ some time ago. Last whole year was not possible to update the app as they deleted this version from the store. Now as I have iOs11 I am not able to use the app at all!!! I wold not suggest to give 70€ for the app that could be deleted anytime... for the time beeing I will use google maps for free as the roaming is free in EU!

😡. I bought old app “Middle East” version and it was not cheep I guess 30$ or more, When They made new app now my license doesn't work no more, i cant use new app. I have to buy again. They send me notification that i am not going to have support for old one. Thank you.

Steven. I current use igo primo and love it. It told me I needed to upgrade to have it work for the next OS upgrade download and it will not let me install any maps for North America the older igo primo is still way better than this one 1.1

Bad. The application is very, very bad I can not open the saved coordinates and I can not send coordinates by mail. The application lacks many things. Note that I purchased the previous version. Please update the old version or restore the funds. There is currently no benefit from this application.

Horrible iOS app. Maybe iGO was a good navigator back in Stone Age but as a modern iOS app it’s a total mess. Only a single day trial? I needed just 30 minutes to delete it. UI is terrible: it took me several of those 30 minutes to find out how to get back to main menu after I moved and scaled the map. 🤯 Online search as a paid option? Seriously, at this time? Does Google not exist in your reality?🤷‍♀️ And the last thing for me was the impossibility to paste in the search field. Why? What’s the problem with that? Also coordinates. One has either to remember them or to write down on a piece of paper and then enter manually using their special keyboard 🤦🏻‍♂️

Highway Robbers.... I purchased IGO Primo Western Europe, V 2.5 Last week I planned a trip accross Europe, in preparation wanted to update the maps for France / Germany and Switzerland. Download failed (even with an excellent Internet connection at home), and all my maps were gone…. After MANY trials of re-signing in, resetting, re-authorizing my device (iphone), result comes to the same message, "Regrant Failed, please purchase a license". I received no response from the numerous emails and feedback sent to the support center ... Rip off, highway robbers, I find this attitude inacceptable, this is supposed to be an open license, very frustrating experience. My recommendation is clear, stay away from IGO, go for the free and EXCELLENT navigation system "navmii"

Disappearing maps. I have purchased this app twice now. First version stopped being supported so I bought the new version and from inside the app I bought Australian maps and all the other data relevant to Australia. My maps have disappeared and the app prompts me to purchase maps that I have already paid for twice. iCloud is turned on but iGO will not restore my purchases. I prefer iGO to other nav programs but I will not purchase it a third time. I don’t understand why iGO purchases won’t remain in your iPhone purchase history the same way EVERY other app does.

Pretty annoyed. I purchased the last version of this app, they never updated it so it doesn’t work on updated phone software. Have to re-purchase, it cost around $100 last time. Very poor costumer service.

Very generous trial. Plenty of entertainment. I had 23 hours left in the trail before I deleted the app. First destination I entered it sent me the wrong way into a one way!! Second it tried to get me trough a no trough traffic road. Absolutely genius. This app will give you hours of entertainment trying to navigate a city in peak hour.

Can’t access maps. Useless app if you can’t access store to download maps

Maps out of date.... Not sure I'm going to buy full version bc maps are out of date for Australia. When I downloaded maps for Aussie it said 2015/Q3 🤔 sorry there you go. I like the UI it's beautiful on my iPhone 7 plus. When maps gets updated I will consider buying full version. Thank you.

iPhoneX support. This version is definitely better, but please add iPhoneX support! It’s just a couple of minutes work (telling as an iOS dev)

Problem solved. I’m a long term user of iGo, was very disappointed with the latest version BUT after lodging a one star review (sorry about that) I found that the problems I then commented on were my own fault - a result of fragments of an earlier version were corrupting the new one. Advice: delete any old version - I used iObit uninstaller - before downloading and installing the new version. Once I did that, no problems at all. The latest version works perfectly, the revised menu structure is an improvement, the 2019Q3 Australian maps are fine in and around my city (Perth) despite massive roadworks and freeway extensions. Five stars from me.

Out of date (Australia). Unfortunately is out of date maps. Works on iPhone Xs no problems. Small keyboard and conclusion 1 ⭐️

Fraud. Bought it two years ago. Now they changed version, and ask me to pay again. It's look like a fraud to me.

I have to give a star, because they taught me to NEVER GO BACK !. The previous versions of the program ‘iGO’ (strange that the Israelis are still able to keep that particular program) sometimes in complex devices/programs you need to keep it quick and easy to use, ESPECIALLY as a large majority of these GPS systems are inside cars, I need to type in an address and go, or find a patrol station...NOW! The new program has clearly never been product tested in the small crevices that car navigation systems have to deal with, all the buttons are tiny, and THEY - cause it’s one company that makes the program and another that take care of the main maps - which makes it a lovely day of back and forth by the customer when you’re trying to get a solution. On top of all that. The maps are substandard at best, they are NOT kept up to the Quarter they claim they are and when you do a little bit of digging and start writing down the version numbers of the various things you pretty much HAVE to buy (not going into it but you do) you’ll find out that the map (I’m obviously exaggerating a little here, as I’m not near my car, but you street map will be two quarters old and your speed camera location or your POI file is a couple of years old. As I said too, I called and called and spoke to 50 odd people, I didn’t even want my money back then (that’s changed somewhat now) I just wanted updated maps and/or maybe if it was me doing something wrong. It’s not.

IGO Mui nevigation. I can not use it anymore when I purchase they said it’s for live updates I haven’t used for more than 2 years they are not updating don’t buy there products DD

2022 Update Problems. A great app but the latest update has problems with street names and the 2D setting. There is a pause between the instruction and the street name- “At the end of the road turn left onto Smith Street”. The 2D setting should show the car heading straight up but does not.

CarPlay?. Best GPS ever but it could be very interesting to add the Apple CarPlay support! I don’t use it anymore… Waiting for CarPlay!

Stop working after update. I bought the software with America maps. After updating version I am no longer able to use the software, redownload and been asked to pay for the map again.

Map is unstable,. Once you remove from device , that’s it ,no link on restore purchase even when it shows purchase history on google playstore , no restore option, no communication from seller.

Amazing routing, dated sound engine!. IGo has the BESt routing algorithms in the industry, even better than Google. But for some odd reason this version has NO spoken street names! It just tells you to exit or turn but you have NO clue which exit or which street name because it doesn't SAY the exit name or the street name ... what is this? A GPS from 1999? Come on.

Waste money. I bought IGO primo in the past. It was about $40. The latest maps was 2016. I did use the poi. But one day they told me sorry we are not supported. So the really important poi is gone. They told me we have new navigation you need to download it. The navigation was $39.99 plus the truck vavigation $20.99. So that was the reason why did not supported the Primo. They need more money. The new navigation maps up to date (2015) We are in 2017. I updated my phone and download everything again. But I dont find the North America maps and the truck maps in my purchased. It is show me I need to buy again. So it seems I lost my money again. I can not recommend it.

POI & routing. Some POI are not displayed on the route in navigation mode, although they are on the map. The routing is terrible, I choose the route to the atlantic superstore, it does not see the parking in front of the store, respectively, stops navigation on the road that leads by...

No map update. Don't buy it there is no map update since 2015Q3 and we are in 2017. The minimum requested is 2016Q3. There really better choice on AppStore so pass your way.

Why do I have to purchase subscription!. I think the company is a rip off, I already had purchased the iGO primo North America with all the addons and now they expect me with this new app again is not going to happen they should give me the new app for free, also the iGO primo was over a year ago

I bought your program back in 2016 with the hope of getting a program with updates and additional functionality for that money (since I once used an android hacked version (inherited from the previous owner)), if nothing will not change then i can only wish you and your team to feel the same !!!

Bad business model. So instead of giving us a better up to date app, you screw your loyal paying customers by making a new app and remove the app we already paid for from the app store? You want us to pay again to continue using your app? I suggest buying a different app with a lifetime support from a company that knows how to treat paying customers.or just use the free navigation apps, there are plenty out there.

Dated. The UI feels almost like it was pulled from an old school center dash touchscreen interface. Even with typing, the characters take a second to register. The menus are not very intuitive and they feel monotonous to navigate. My nuvi 2598 is snappier. The program simply does not take advantage of your phones interface. It does take considerably less space to download larger maps. Just under two gigs for the whole US. However nothing feels optimized for smartphone use. What really kills the app is it’s price. Updates are very infrequent in terms of the app itself, Maps are fine but the app should be updated more regularly. For 12.99 a year I get wayyy more functionality with TomTom Go. It’s more fluid and optimized for a smartphone. The maps are much larger, 10 gigs to 2 gigs for the US, but you get way more functionality for less money per subscription period. If the subscription fee were to drop, id consider changing my review.

No way!!!. I purchased in old app maps for 30$ after IOS11 my maps are missing???? I wrote 2 times same text to customer service but ther is no answer???? So if i want to use app i must buy new maps again for 30$ that i already buy!!!!! This is classic theft!!! Very very stupid customer relationship. On the and i want my money back!!!!!

Won’t find address. Downloaded and first address i put 12161 s central ave in Alsip IL and only thing it finds is 12161 s Central Park ave. Also change to truck mode but cant find were i can configure dimensions and weight of my rig.

Бред. Так и не нашёл где вводить адрес, удалил нафиг! Я подобных навигационных программ, меню должно быть предельно чётким и ясным, это же недоразумение не стоит даже одной звезды и не важно сколько труда было вложено в саму программу.

Very bad works with iPhone X max. When do you update it?

Update maps. The maps have not been updated since the fourth quarter of 2022. December 1, 2022 I have notice thetr are no maps for United States of America. When are you issue maps for the United States of America cause right now there are new iOS maps for the United States of America. 8/19/2022 The maps needs updating. They are almost eight months old. 2/28/2022 I have sent several emails on the traffic feature in the IGO navigation app for iOS. that’s not working. It does not announce traffic. I have announced traffic option set in settings but it still doesn’t work and it doesn’t let me know if there’s traffic congestion ahead. I hope someone would answer this email. I’ve been sent an email for months it seem as if no one is responding. This is very poor customer service. 12/27/2021 z this company has not update its maps in over a year. It also has not updated the app. Has the company stopped supporting the iOS app. 4/28/2022. App does not have car play support. Also, no one answers emails. Impossible to get support from their web site or emails. Very poor customer service. App has not been updated in over a year. Not even the android version. I guess the company doesn’t care about people buying it.

Worst company ever!. Don’t buy from this company. They cancelled the previous app for witch I paid 120$ and now they want me to buy a new one. Shame on them for ripping their costumers. Stay away from them!
