The new update got rid of all of my stuff. I love this app, I really do, but when I had to link my account to my Facebook… I lost all of my playlists that I made since the mid 2010’s. I was able to recover most of them… at least the playlists dating back to 2019. I lost 3 years of songs and playlists, over 8,000 coins, and all of the themes I purchased. Just be warned no to get too attached to what you have in the app.

Queenbooty209. I really love this app. You can find almost any song from today to the WWWAAAYY BACK.😉😁 in the day. The only way to make it better is offline play. Cause I live here in hillbilly hell. I'm constantly loosing LTE when I drive. And the suggestions help me the find new music both me and my daughters can agree on. Props to all those that make this possible✌️Still LOVE the app. I even stopped using Pandora all together.

Great Music & Sound. When I first got this app it was the best thing that I ever had after SirusXM this app would play my music through my car, then all of a sudden..... a song will be playing and then the music will go in and out and then stop, this became so irritating that I would have to close the app and then go back in. After the last 2 upgrade, this app went downhill. I am in search for another app like this, because it’s way to irritating to close and open the app to play the music especially when I’m driving. I really hope this issue can be fixed before I decide to get another music app...... I love this app so much and would hate to be forced to get another music app. I am giving a 4 stars because of the issues .....#pleaseresolveissue

All free, no issues.. Has any song you can imagine, even songs that are not well known. Its all free to you can also exit the app and even take a picture and the song still plays. Coins are easy to generate 500 coins and 30 days no ads. But the ads are not that annoying. Just one pop up when you open the app. But thats pretty much it.

Love this app, any song I want I get. I love the freedom this app gives me. I can search a song and actually get that song, unlike other apps that require you to build a playlist with a small chance of being able to hear your song. Please don’t change it, it’s the best👌

Enjoy but needs tweaks. I have been using this app for a year now. Didn’t have any issues for awhile. Then my music started to fade out and wouldn’t play. Like the song choice was in black and white Only some songs would do this so I would have to delete the song. And another issue is when a song would start to play it would just stop and wouldn’t play again. I really enjoy this app so I hope it can get figured out. I’m rating it on my latest experience. Please fix so I don’t have to find another app

Doesn’t cost me a dime.. This app allows me to find songs from Wu back in the days and more. So what I can’t see the video? Videos back in the days were awful anyway Lol. But I can make a play list, Download it, and play it anytime. I’m all smiles ! It’s good enough for me. I’m more than happy to be able to get any song I want onto a playlist and download it all without paying for a subscription. Aren’t you ? Thanks so much did this awesome app! Urgent Fix. I have been with mixerbox for 3 years now and I love it, it has every song I need. But If I go on plane rides I want to be able to listen to my music OFFLINE. Or at least to be able to DOWNLOAD my music!! Please mixerbox I really recommend you guys update this and add it! I can’t download any of my music and I have a lot of songs. I don’t want to lose them all either but I really want to listen to my songs offline it’s so important for me. Please mixerbox update it.

A god from beyond all other music apps. You know you’re a veteran if MB3 used to play from Sound Cloud as well! Now, before I tell you all how I love this application, there is some problems that didn’t exist before. Previously, the app was unable to search and add songs onto playlists, but it was fixed. But, a new problem has risen. The will refresh itself whenever you pause your music, even if you turn off the background refresh, it’ll still do it. However, the app does do our praises by playing most videos that’s on a different format. Maybe one day, Sound Cloud will return, but for now, we got what we have.

App Good. I couldn't but the last start because some a couple songs that after you ear it more time it’s starts to ear like a bad record cutting the flow of the song. I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ if it’s the like of the recording song or the actual app it self. To fix my problem i has to find the lyrics of the song and it sounds way better my playlists. But for the most part it does work. Try it for a while and you’l know what I’m talking about.

I wish to like it. I loved the mixerbox app before however with the new versions I cannot listen the songs anymore. I could be able to listen songs from background when I was doing other things. Even though I closed the button it'd still play. I loved that feature because it didn't eat battery. But with the last couple of new versions I can not do that anymore and it is super annoying! 😡😡😡With the new versions things need to be better and better, right? Also I remember with the first versions of the app,It didn't allow me to import all the lists. With the new version however I liked that you can import all of them, great! Only problem is not being able to listen when you are doing other stuff. :(((

Used to be the best thing ever. I remember when I first downloaded this I was instantly hooked, I would use it almost everyday to have it play alongside me wiliest I played games, but now that is no longer the case. As time went on, ads would start playing in the MIDDLE OF MY PLAYLIST. This was very annoying and inconvenient, it would also sometimes corrupt the playlist and it would stop playing music. I would then have to log off of my game and turn it back on. And that’s not all of it, it also stopped playing music as soon as I got out of the app, I would go in my control panel (on iPad) and the play button would be grey and I’d have to get in and out of the app to make sure I can listen to music again. Now, now it’s even worse. The reason I’m writing this is because it won’t let me PLAY ANY MUSIC OFF OF THE APP! I would turn some sleep music on, leave, and then it would stop! I would press play on the control panel and it would instantly pause! I don’t know what the hell you did to the app, but it’s now unbearable to use. I used to patient with it, but now I’m completely sick of it. I would not recommend this app to anyone anymore due to the current flaws.

🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. I can’t for the life of me figure out how this app hasn’t been fixed for as long as I’ve been using it. App glitches and shuts down all the time, can’t even control it via bluetooth cause the second you try and play or skip a song it crashes. I keep it updated regularly which all the updates always said they’d fix bugs and crashes but nothing ever gets better. Only good thing they’ve got going for them is that you can find just about every song you search for which is the only reason I even use it anymore.

Mr. B. mixer box is good, I love the fact that I can find most any song that I search for here. But one of the biggest most frustrating parts of mixer box and the reason that I didn’t give it five stars is the fact that sometimes I want to skip from song to song as opposed to playing straight through my playlist and invariably every time I click on a new song mixerbox disappears & I have to log in ALL OVER AGAIN! Can you guys fix this? It happens nearly everytime!! FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

Great app!. Works great for me. Highly recommended! It just needs a few adjustments. When i have been playing my songs in my playlist after a while the songs start breaking up and pausing even though i have full signal and the app just closes automatically. It kinda bugs but other than that great app. Also it has been twice that my whole playlist that I had saved for a few months already it just erases all of my songs. It has been twice that happens to me. It is annoying.

Gone Downhill. This app was amazing, I’m not even kidding, it was. But then it started acting up and kept kicking me out of the app, so I deleted it. I downloaded it back, and everything’s gone. I tried logging back in and getting my old playlists back but it just started me all over. So now my themes are gone, along with my coins, and playlists. I got over this and decided to just start over because this really was a good app. But now it won’t let me listen to music while I’m on other apps or even turn my phone off without it stopping, I can’t even go to my home screen with it playing. If I press the play button it play for a split second, then pauses again. I’ve read from a few other reviews that this has happened before. It’s a shame, I really liked this app but now it’s crappy. Really hope someone can fix this.

This is getting ridiculous. Ive been using this app for over 8 years now. Pushing 24k coins. Mixerbox has always kind of had this issue but lately it seems like it’s constant. I click on a new song? Whole app closes. Almost everytime, trying to find new playlist? Nope app is gonna force close anytime you click ANYTHING. And I don’t see any sign of fixing it. Im starting to think its time to finally move on to a different music app. As much as i love mixerbox, they just dont seem to change anything anymore. Im tired of having mixerbox close on me every ten seconds.

FIX YOUR BUGS. I used to love this app now all it dose is play a song and it stops then it plays again over and over stop go stop go! So annoying. Miss Jan. I’ve stayed with Mixer Box for quite a while and I plan on staying with them for as long as I can. This application. has given me easy access to all the music, taped conferences or special events that I want! The method used to reward us for using their app. is fantastic and so very generous. Today, it’s unheard of to receive so much for virtually nothing and I promise that, the creators have worked hard to develop the most updated technology and they can even make suggestions for our personal music selections, which assist in making favorite music lists! Finally, their customer service seems to be set up to help in whatever situation arises. Basically, I can’t say enough positive things about Mixer Box and although it’s not perfect, it’s Free and perfect for me!! Thanks Mixer Box!😉💟

So i got this app and thought that since my music app didn’t work I would download it and listen to XXXTentacion(yes I’m a fan) so i got it and downloaded some xxxtentacion’s songs and while I’m listening 👂 i wanted to draw something cause music inspires me and when i exited the app the music stopped so when i went to the place that i open music i pressed the play button but it just stopped again like this ▶️⏸▶️so i pressed it again and it happened again so I’m very disappointed with this issue and i hope it will get fixed so as soon as it’s not fixed i don’t recommend this app for music 🎵 thank you for taking the time to read this

Not what it used to be. I’ve been with Mixerbox since the very beginning. I don’t mind ads or anything. I know you need to make money somehow! However, I think it has become more complex over time instead of a simple music player. I recently went on the app again, and I’m disappointed in the fact that it’s very social media-like. A personal problem I’ve had with this app is that even though I created all of my playlists, I can’t even listen to them. It says that the user has made them private, even if I’m the playlist. I miss how simple it used to be. I don’t think I will be using it again, as much as I’ve used it before.

I love this app- sick of the updates!. I really do love this app! I’ve had it for years now, but I’m sick of these updates. I understand that they have to do updates every now and again to fix problems and to maintain the app. What is frustrating is how every time they add some new feature or release a big update with lots of changes it makes the app less and less good. The music used to play seamlessly and without issue. Now sometimes it takes forever for a song to load and then it will randomly stop playing in the middle of a song. By far the worst is what’s happening now with the search page. They released a new feature that allows you to post a sort of status (like in the ye olden MySpace days and their song feature kind of), but now the search page has been down for days! They are working on it, and I know they’ll get it fixed ASAP, but its frustrating. Why add the status feature anyways? Does anybody even use this app as a form of social media- and why would they? I get that they are trying to move forward and make improvements, but is it really worth the impact it has on the service this app is meant to provide? I feel it really boils down to the whole idea that if it’s not broken don’t try and fix it. Not to say that they shouldn’t ever make any changes, but I feel that they aren’t taking this in the right direction.

Missing channel names when song searching. What the title says. If you have a source you like, it can be hard to find it, and with the SiivaGunner channel being a thing, you can get a joke song in your playlist without knowing. Also, the option to search for songs longer or shorter than a certain length would be appreciated to filter in or out extended versions of songs.

Recent update. This new update that has come out has seriously put a dent in my love for this app. I drive a lot and I like to listen to music in my car. This app is the only thing I use in my car, but with this recent update my 2013 mustangs steering wheel skip or go back buttons don’t select different songs. I have to actually take my eyes off the road and look at my phone to change songs now... I shouldn’t have to explain that it’s dangerous to do than and I don’t like to do it. Please go back to whatever functionality you had in a previous update regarding Bluetooth in cars with buttons to change songs.

Oldies, new releases, absolutely every song I like, including music videos and even full movies. I’m currently learning Portuguese through Mixer Box, YES...! And you can earn coins every time you open the app to listen to your music commercial free. What else are you waiting for...? Download it NOW...!

Not bad at all. I got my podcasts, music, and the ads dont cut in, sure it can be a little buggy every now and then but usually any big issues get fixed by the next update, all things considered this is probably the best app I could use. They arent crazy with ads, I can listen to my music and podcasts I cant really complain. Just wish I could listen to my music in the background so I dont have to have my screen on or just listen to music while I do something else. Other than that pretty good.

Captivating. Best of the best. Truth is, if anyone ever offers you something for free it’s a good idea not to take a whole lot of it. This means NOTHING is actually free. Someone somewhere is paying for this service to be used by us. This is why we have advertisements. To complain about advertisements is ridiculous. People have to sell things in order to pay for these free things that we think we have. All that to say, this is the best app I’ve ever used. Also don’t forget to visit some of the amazing people who are advertising to pay for this. I for one am thankful. Best of the best

Absolute garbage. This app is total trash. It isn't an MP3 player at all. It's basically a much crappier version of a regular browser. It's slow, it doesn't save the music offline as the name implies it should, it's unresponsive to the max, and the ads all over the place make it nearly impossible to actually see what you've pulled up. It's a waste of time and space for anyone who downloads it. And I wouldn't download this piece of slow, laggy trash if someone payed me a hundred bucks. Maybe the developers had too much homework so they couldn't get an actual functioning project out at the same time, but my suggestion: take more than 5 minutes the next time you want to put out a project, because this seems like a sloppy first graders work.

Love Love Love. I use this daily......going to sleep.....also use the music alarm daily. I've use this app for about 3 years and never want any other! I have been experiencing the last couple days.....it doesn't play all my songs....it seems to just play 1 song over n over. I've tried troubleshooting it but it still won't play my entire playlist Can you help?????p

MB3. Ever sense the new update on mixer box music does not play right, I’m finding songs that get about two minutes in and then they start repeating all over again from the beginning of the song and this happens over and over again and then I have to go through the hassle of deleting the song finding a new one in finding that that want to does not work right and this is happening to my entire playlist. I think there’s some bugs in your new update in he may want to work those out

The best music app. I’ve used mixer box for… oh seven plus years now. I still have playlists that go back to when I started, and it’s so nice to be able to listen to them and every playlist I’ve made since without any interruptions and without having to have the app constantly up. And it’s *free*, which is the crazy thing. Something like this typically costs money, and thats the major reason I’ve preferred Mixerbox to any other music app over the years. I cannot sing it’s praises enough, and I’m constantly trying to convert my friends over to using it because there’s so much you can do with it, and there’s so many available songs, many of which I don’t find on other music apps. It’s seriously worth getting this app. It’s probably the smartest thing teenage me ever did.

help-. I made a playlist, and when I checked it the next day, the playlist was still there but all of the songs were gone. This has happened a few times, and from what I can tell there’s no way to get them back— I’ve restarted my phone multiple times as well as exiting the app and coming back, and they’re still gone. It wasn’t a short playlist, either. I used to be able to listen to my playlists outside of the app as well, but now I can’t for some reason. It just stops playing whenever I exit Mixerbox— as someone who listens to Mixerbox pretty much all day, this really really bothers me. Is there any way I can fix it? Please help —

The very best!. Every time I ask for a song, I immediately get a choice of different singers singing the song and now, I am even more amazed when I found out I could get all the hits in French I used to love when I was a teenager! You can also store all your favorites under your name and best of all, it’s all free and I have never had any problem getting anything I asked for! Thank you so much! Monique

FIX THIS PLEASE!! 😭. I used to be able to play music while not being on the app! I used to enjoy listening to my playlists with over 100 songs saved, now I can’t click out of the app to listen anymore. I can’t use navigation on my phone with music playing, I can’t use Snapchat at the same time, can’t use no other app with music in the background anymore. I hate how I have to USE UP MY BATTERY by having my phone unlocked with this app open because of a song I need to play. I really don’t want to delete this app and lose all my playlists, I used to use this app just about EVERYDAY man. I’ve been sticking with you guys for about 3 years or over. Please! Bring back playing songs in the background without having to keep the app open.

Running in background. I used to have a Samsung and I loved the feature it had where you could run the app in the background and the music would still play. Now I have an IPhone and it’s really aggravating how I have to stay in the app in order to listen to the music instead of being able to go about my business and still having the music play. Please for the love of the app roamers, make it so the music runs in background.

Used to be awesome, not anymore. I’ve been using this app for atleast 5 years probably more and every update they do just makes the app worse and worse. It used to be super simple and did everything perfect. Now it crashes any time you change a song or half the time you try to search things up. App has become completely useless. Find something else to use. Hopefully the developers figure it out. Sometimes “Less is more” or “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” Apply too perfectly

Amazing App. I have been using this app for years and I still love it! Ever wish you could keep listening to video content while you answer a text or open social media? This app makes it possible, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I’ve made so many playlists in this app that I’ve lost count! Enjoy your favorite content full screen or in the background. very disappointed. i had an older version of this app that i can’t use after several years and then got another version which i’ve used for about maybe 3-4 years after putting together a couple of playlist on my laptop or I then have gone 4-5 months without using this one after putting several songs on a customized playlist. The original playlist were named mellow,and religious. now when i tried to go back in it appears to be gone. can’t find it anywhere so am trying to recreate the original titled “Religous” and “Mellow 2”into a new playlist called “mellow 2”. Is there anywhere or anyway you might be able to find my original playlist within the app. I am not having much luck since the original format has changed. pleased advise Billy Daniel

Music to My Ears!. I've had the (recently renamed) MB3 app/program for I believe @ least 1 year? now and can honestly say that when it "works" it is great! In addition, relating to any problems and/or changes that affected everyone, they were corrected in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint would be that from the first time I downloaded it, I've sent approximately 5-7 emails reporting or asking questions concerning problems not covered on the general checklist, but never received a response or any form of correspondence in return. I'm happy to say that everything since is/has been resolved and I'm enjoying listening to my music right now-so thanks! Please do improve communication or the lack of with me/all customers in the future. Sincerely, Cherie

The only thing I don’t like about your service is the constant interruption and the buffering man sometimes it cuts off at the wrong time so far I had you for over a month and I love the songs I love the ability to search and find song but like I say sometimes I get into my groove and B plan I’ll play this and it stop buffering I guess because you guys not iTunes and I have a Apple phone to continue to keep everything free and I support you 100% oil you could take out some of the Azul for the games

Mixer box MB3. Every time something happens to my phone and I have to restore it as new, all my songs I’ve downloaded to mixerbox I don’t get them back there lost?!!!! This has happen twice to me and I had too many songs to remember to get back!! You need to find away if that happens everyone of your songs and things on mixerbox can be restore like all other apps do!! And it don’t play on launch like it says it does!!

App. This app is incredible I’ve had it for almost 7 years and this is the only thing I listen to music on I have my own playlist for my days throughout the week it’s by far one of the best apps I’ve ever had and even though it may tend to stop playing music and Having to restart the app again isn’t that bad

Been using the app for years. I've been using Mixerbot since mb2 and I gotta say I've loved the app. Everything's been running smoothly until a couple days ago. For some reason my songs will just randomly pause and force me to un pause it manually (I'm 100% sure it is not buffering). It may do this once or ever two seconds making listening to music impossible. Hopefully You guys can squash this bug quickly.

I used to be able to close the tab and then still play music. I’ve had this app for a while and I used to be able to close the app and be able to play the music while my phone was off or on other apps, but every time I try to do that now it doesn’t seem to work. It’s still a cool app though because I’m able to get music that you couldn’t find on other music apps. For example I’m able to get remixes, and also it doesn’t drift off to other songs off of your play list. It’s pretty cool 👍

Ads. An ad will show but when ad ends you can’t X out and you have to close the app and reopen, but it does it over and over. Would have given 5 stars yesterday but now this is happening. Basically, you can’t search and play songs. Fixed, changing to 5 stars.

Doesn't play next song. The app is alright! But One feature they need to fix is that the same song plays on loop, have to manually press next even while playing my playlist. That is very inconvenient. I deleted the app straight away. So for that you get 1 star.

Great. Great but it stops playing when my phone goes to sleep or I try to use another app on my phone. For example to read a message my music stops playing. To save power I close my phone hone and the music stops playing. Otherwise it is an awesome app so far.

Five. Awesome can u turn volume up for iPhones you have taken over pandora I think station or not you can excel

Room for improvement. The only thing that stops me from using this wonderful app all the time is that it does not play music in the background. I would love to see this change.

Good enough for a freebie!. Considering other services require paid subscription, this is a viable, if untrustworthy alternative. Untrustworthy due to cached tracks being deleted or irretrievable.

Can’t play offline. I would’ve recommended this app if it wasn’t for the fact that you can’t play the music offline. I was disappointed after I found out about this, because I had high hopes for this app. If they app producers could change the fact that it can’t play music offline then the app would be perfect. The only reason I downloaded this app was to listen to it offline, but because it doesn’t allow it I only gave it two stars otherwise it would’ve been five stars.

Loading problems ( could be just limited to me ). Ok, first of all, this is a good app and the description of this app is correct, but for me, there were two main problems. 1) you cannot use it offline A reviewer said the same thing and I completely agree with them. You cannot use it offline so beware 2) lagging Ok, this might just be limited to me, but when I used the app, the music that I chose did not play, instead just showing me a white screen. It maybe lagging or other reasons, and again this might be just limited to me but, the music itself for me did not play. Please fix that if that problem is true for everyone who downloads it Other than that, it’s a pretty awesome app, so please download it

Awesome. It’s a great way to listen to the music I like. So easy to find and load. Some times there is a problem when the songs are trying to play it stops like a glitch, then finds it hard to continue play the rest of the song an some times the rest of the play list.

Simply the best. Loved using MixerBox 2 for a long while now, and the new MixerBox 3 is even better!

Better than Pandora. Since Pandora shut here in Australia I found this site and it is better than Pandora by a mile! I have told all my friends and family about this site and continue to use this app for as long as you're around! Very happy indeed 👍👍👍👍

Can't go out of app anymore. Cause of an update I had to delete the app and reinstall it and I wasn't impressed by the new update features, I used to be able to listen to music with my device off or on a different app, now I have to stay on the app wich is extremely annoying, also because of having to delete my app it also got rid of all my playlists, please fix this and honestly get rid of the new update it's downgraded the app not upgraded.

MB3 has to be the best music app out there. So good this app has everything I was looking for it’s so easy to use and understanding it is a breeze best app yet five stars definitely!!!

Not happy. First off, it doesn't play offline. So you can't listen to music without data or wifi. Second there are waaaaaay too many ads which gets really, really annoying. Third, you can't listen to music on a different app or turning your phone off. It'll turn the music off and then you have to go back into the app just to listen to the music. One thing people may claim the apps plays offline, but they never turn their data off so it runs of that. I don't recommend this app.

The newest update. Im sorry to say that your newest update is an utter pain in the toshie. I really enjoyed the live playlist button and was shattered when i discovered it was gone. Please fix this. Your app is the only thing i listen to music on. And i would’ve given u 5 stars if u hadn’t removed the live playlist button.

Great app. About time an app that allows me to stream music for free, the only downside is u can’t leave the screen to continue with other things on phone as u lose your music! 9/10 for sure

Not the best as it used to be. I loved this app but because of a recent update, you can’t play music while your on a different app or while your phone is off anymore. It’s really disappointing and annoying as you have to stay on the app to play your music. This is why I gave a 2 star rating. if it was from before when the app could play music whether your on another app or while your phone is turned off, I would of given a 4.

Almost Perfect. This app would have been perfect if you could have other apps open while listening to music. I love the fact that you can listen to it offline, but the music fades away after I exit the app. It would be awesome if the music continued to play while I used other apps. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Can’t play background music. At the moment very unhappy, this app deserves/ed 5stars, I used to love this app 💜 the different music genres, artists and very flexible and easy to fine music, BACKGROUND MUSIC PLAY WAS the BEST 😍😭. Now after all the efforts I’ve put, did everything ( reinstalling the app, latest version update, Even changed my phone twice) to fix this problem, and am still unable to play the background music 😭 I even reported yo the website so many times and still nothing Hopefully after this review they’ll fix it. Best music app. Best music app I’ve found so far, but wish I could play through Apple TV or google chrome cast when I’m at home, crashes anytime I try or only plays one song then I have to go manually play the next song..

Background music stoped?. Why did you stop supporting out of app play? It’s literally the only reason I got this app cause I could play music while im playing a game on my phone... now it just waists battery power. Please change it back, but other then that the apps great!

Music erased. I had to delete the app and download it again and I lost all my library music and history. I’ve done this before to restart the app but this last time it erased all my saved music. Please fix this.

App chooses when it wants to work. The app doesn’t play half of my playlists and when is does it plays music with no sound and auto skips some of my music I would give it 5 stars if these issues were fixed

Massive fail. I remember when mixerbox used to be an app that allowed you to play music in the background. Unfortunate that they bent over to the corporate overlords after all.

Love MB3. Better is if I could listen to my playlists without wifi or using data. Also, I’d like to be able to search or jump to a certain song within my own playlist at times instead of scrolling down the whole list. All in all great though. Thank-you for an excellent app!!!
