Be careful - you will loose your data. I have about 57GB of Data , and the app is malfunctioning now. After 30 seconds it stops working and you need to reset it. Extremely disappointed since many of my photos are stored here.

Crashing. The app suffers from constant crashing. This usually occurs when trying to upload pictures.

Lost my data. I loved this app until recently, it lost all of my data that I had, over 13gb of vids that were important to Me

Sync is broken!!. Both oneSafe and oneSafe Pix have broken CloudKit synchronization and poor Dropbox sync. Trying to use either one will leave you at a "restoring data" screen indefinitely while it waits for a failed sync that will never complete. The developer has had the iOS 9.0 beta, 9.0 release, 9.1 beta, and 9.1 release to try and fix this...

Stay away!. You run the risk of losing all your photos when iOS updates and these clowns don’t follow suit. Lost everything when iOS upgraded to 11.

Great App. Does just what it says. It's safe. Had many people try and get in it. Nobody was able to figure it out. I love it

Does not support LivePhoto. This app has promise, but there are some glaring omissions, such as the lack of double tap to enlarge photos and lack of LivePhoto support. Hopefully, Lunabee will update this version rather than forcing its customer base to purchase version 4 to get these and other "features" which they have not included... :(

Update issues. Have used the app for yrs but can’t get my pics after the iOS 11 update. Don’t even open smdh...

Video recording crashes app. Just like what the title says. When I try to record a video the app crashes. Hope it gets fixed soon.

how about previous version. all data in previous version could not be accessed. Is this the policy of the company?

Great App. Highly recommend

Needing an update. The app was with a few bugs on iOS 8. The restore process from iCloud is kinda painful and if the device locks you have to delete app, reinstall it and try again. Now with iOS 9 is even more buggy. The scroll sometimes doesn't work and there's a lot of misplaced things on screen. Using an iPhone 6 Plus.

App will not load. App will not load up, it allows fingerprint then once it hits a 100%. It closes out.

Shuts down. Worked for short bit now it just says waiting to optimize than shuts down. Hopefully an update soon. Horrible as of now.

Love it. Aes 256 bit encryption. Haven't found another one at has this. Nice interface. But most importantly it is secure.

Awesome app. Been using oneSafe app for more than 6 years and it’s great app never had any problems with it.

Seems to work ok. Just started playing around with it on a iPhone 7 +. Seems like it works ok. Will update if any problems.

Does not sync between devices. Folders will sync but none of the items will. In fact it deleted all the photos that were supposed to sync.

It’s been a while since I used it and I forgot my password.. There doesn’t seem to be a way to recover it. With the complicated Tri-pin system, it’s ridiculous that the app doesn’t have a solution for losing your password.

Only if you could import previous version data after iOs 11. I’ve used the app since it’s early days and lost every picture after upgrading to iOS 11. Yes, you can export the data from the previous app, but only if you can open it from iOS 10. If the upgrade took you off guard then you can not open the data, even if you buy the “new” version 3. It would make sense if there were the option to import or read the previous version data if you still have the old version app and data installed. Or make that an option and I’m sure you would get more stars reviews.

Abandoned development. You might as well consider the work on this abandoned. Things tend to break on multiple occasions, they are sometimes fixed, or they are just completely forgotten. Cloudkit synchronization has not been working for the longest while. I find that it’s just easier to move over to an app that supports synchronization between iOS and Android OS, rather than constantly contacting support.

Fast Forward. Since the new update FAST FORWARD does not work! Update: No contact from the company after two emails to the company. WAKE UP CUSTOMER SERVICE! It looks like you fixed the only issue I had. Thanks!

Awesome!. This app is by far one of my favorite. This app is very clean looking, well thought out and it is very secure. If you are looking for an app to keep photos and videos private, this is it!

Great App. I've tried a few of these apps and this one has by far proven to be the best to date! No need for me to look any further. Very user-friendly. One thing I've noticed is if you do a slow-motion video on your iPhone this application doesn't seem to carry it over and keep it slo-mo. For me that's a very small issue and the pros definitely outweigh it!

I pay 3 bucks for this app, because I bought passwords apps. Well password apps are great I use them often. But this one does not do like many others like open in on another apps. Doesn’t have the share options. That’s why is useless to me. But thanks you can keep my tree bucks.

So Valuable. This app should be on everyones phone. Some times if your short on time or just being lazy you can take a photo or screen shoot of all the important information you need. I can’t tell you how many times I have taken pics of password order info ect. This app will save you often when you reinstall a program and need a password.

Wont open. When i put my password in, my app wont unlock.. It used to unlock but lately it wont. I love the app though.

Would love to use the app but.... But I am noticing the same issues with this as I do with oneSafe... simple issues that block me from using the app fully - I am unable to set up an account for this app because I can’t see anything for the password setup. It seems like it is in dark mode with black font. I can see outlines for the pattern and I can see colors for tripattern but can’t set up my account. I have contacted them before about don’t issues for both their iOS and OSX apps but they don’t see interested in fixing or changing to become better.

We need ubdat this app. It is one of my favorite apps so please ubdat it to work properly with ios 11 and iphone X

Limited file size. Default is not to encrypt anything bigger than 20mbyte, and increasing that limit gives it big stability issues. Not a good purchase.

Can't reset the pin. I used this app while ago and saved few pics I used my Touch ID to login but now when I open the app it ask me for pin and I tried every possible pin that I could have used but won't let me log in. No reset features either
