Mostly great. The updated Apple TV app is much more streamlined and very easy to use. I love being able to watch live news from Arizona while away from home. The only big downside is that the commercial situation is beyond obnoxious. They're way louder than the actual news broadcast, and they are incredibly repetitive ads for the most generic programming imaginable. I wish they would just show the normal local commercials. I'm sure the bulk of people are downloading this to stay connected with the Arizona community, not to watch store-brand true crime shows.

News alert. Got my cell set up on notifications, likes when 12 sends out news or weather alerts

Favorite news channel. My husband and I new to Arizona, we moved here 3 years ago from another small town. We live in Chino Valley and watch morning and evening news on 12. We love the team and the NBC close affiliations. You are informative and warm, interesting and creative. It’s our go to for weather, news and entertainment.

Frustrated. This app no longer refreshes upon opening. In order to get the app to refresh, I have to restart my phone. I have double checked my settings multiple times. Background app refresh is turned an and enabled for this app. It’s very frustrating to have to restart my phone to get current news articles.

12 News Fan. Iam a 12 news fan for both television & the app. I feel that I get the most accurate information & am happy that they do the Verify so if I have a question I know I’m getting the truth.

12 News. Being able to read news on the 12 news app, allows me to know what is currently happening in AZ!

Good for Phoenix, lousy for Flagstaff. Downloaded the App and can’t set the primary location to Flagstaff. I can add it to the weather portion, but then have to pull up Flagstaff instead of getting the information on the home page. Not sure this was by design or a technical error. Not a well thought out app.

News everywhere. Perfect news every time

Great news source!. I watch 12 News on a regular basis. I like the connection that you have with your audience and deliver factual news. Arizona will be my home someday-I watched through the app from Wa State. Thanks 12 News! :)

Works fine but one big feature. Everything is fine but live streaming is impossible. Refuses to load every time. Even after an update.

Glitches in the APP. I really enjoy receiving the notifications, however, the APP completely shuts down and closes every time I open the notification.

Tina. I love this station! I’ve watched it steadily since 1983 when I moved to Scottsdale. I live up by Sedona now but still stream it on my fire stick ! Love Mom Squad ! Even thought I’m a grandma now! Wish my daughter could see it down in the Valley but it changes to Good morning America down there on Cable. Sometimes I’ve recorded their helpful info for her with my phone😊❤️

Channel 12 review. I lived in Parker AZ for almost 50 years and I always trusted the reporting received from channel 12. The news people were always very honest and reported information with a very direct info. They never included there opinions with that news. So that is why even though I now live in Jacksonville Florida I still listen to there news reporting. Thank you and God's Blessings and Love to all always 👵🏻🙏🏻🦋

12 news Review. 12 news has the best Anchors by far!! Mark, Karibe, Coop, Cameron, Lindsay, Tram, all of them r so good at what they do!! The only news channel I watch!! So accurate on reporting the news.. there funny, they laugh and most of all they have fun and do there jobs so good!! Thank u 12 news for everything!!!❤️❤️

Love 12 News. Always watch 12 News when I have the time. I have the app in my phone too. 12 News delivers current and latest news all the time.

Commercials too loud. The app is fine and streams the 12news content. The problem is everytime a commercial comes on, the volume increases significantly. I end up playing a game of turning the volume way down for commercials and way up when the news comes back on. This would be an easy fix since most other channels stopped doing that years ago.

I enjoy Ch. 12. I’ve been watching Ch. 12 for many years. I like the format for the news and weather. The reporters are great.

How many times can you see someone get vaccinated. Can we stop showing people getting injected on TV we know everybody should get vaccinated but seeing it every day is nauseating…….

Station Review. I have just recently started watching your station, the main reason was because we lost our meteorologist to your station. I still enjoy watching Jamie, even though it is not our weather. My wife and I have entertained the thought of Phoenix, for a winter residence, to be near our daughter. By the way, we like your staff of personnel. You are very fortunate to have Jamie.

Love 12 News. Channel 12 NBC is my go to channel for all news and other programs.

Arizona Midday - Nuvell Clinics. Buyer beware of ads on AZ Midday by Nuvell Clinics as they are a scam. I paid almost 5k for their V Shape treatments and it didn’t work at all. When I returned after my final treatment, they didn’t care there we’re no results and kept trying to sell me more treatments. Their entire staff has turned over in the few months of my treatments and one of them told me she was leaving because they keep scamming people. I don’t know why AZ Midday would keep putting them on when they know it’s a scam. Nuvell Clinics reviews show many unsatisfied V Shape clients but they quickly try to get rid of bad reviews by having probably the same employees or family write a glowing review of Cheryl. NUVELL CLINICS is a SCAM

Less Politically Biased Than Others. Seems like a fair news source that avoids political shading of news. Good old fashioned stories.

Good job Mark Curtis!. Great job Mark in the “interview” With Kari Lakes. You worked hard to keep her to the truthful present but all she wanted to talk about was the junk she has been talking about for the past 3+ years. Like a broken record she just goes on and on and talks about untruths. Arizona does not need leaders like her. Thanks for being a great Leader for News 12!

Facts and awareness!. Absolutely love this app! Very wonderful about upcoming events and let you in the know of weather, sports and things around our state !

Too many ads. Love this app, but there are annoying repetitive ads!

Keep getting notifications in Spanish and English. It seems I can’t choose a language and I keep getting notifications in Spanish and English.

Unnecessary push notifications. I feel that I'm bothered by unnecessary push notifications about unimportant news continuously! Someone in charge should use better judgement about what is deemed as "urgent news" and news I could read later. Eleven notifications a day is too excessive! I'm also not amused with the most recent adding of photos with these push notifications.

Top Valley News Station. I’ve lived in the Valley for 52 years and have been trusting Channel 12 to get me the facts I need to know to keep me abreast of what’s happening in town, National and Int’l news, even if they go a little crazy with reporting on monsoon’s or just rain.

I’m informed by your family. I just got this app and I’m more informed by your news family and you don’t resort to scare tactics. Thank you.

No actual news items. Not sure what happened to this app. Been using it awhile and all of a sudden the format has changed and there are no text news articles. I though it became corrupt so deleted and reinstalled to my iPhone 6s and the results were the same. This app is no longer of any use to me. They just couldn't leave well enough alone.

12 news gets a 10. Easy to use app...getting actual news-worthy stories (sometimes) is a good thing. May Fat Donnie eat sheet.

I love channel news. It is the best!!!. I believe it has the best and most extensive news coverage locally . I love the broadcasters. their personalities are fantastic and relatable and they all seem to work so well together and appear to be having fun which makes it so enjoyable to watch. Can’t watch you in my tv. When are you going to fix the problem with direct tv sad we can’t even watch tv because 12 hasn’t paid their contract This is going to reflect on your status

Do not like the new app format!!!. This was a surprise of the Grinch type. I too deflated then reloaded the app. Same with the new CNN app. May end up deleting both as unusable. At this time I’m definitely spending less time on these two than in the past. Boooo!

I wish Direct tv would get channel 12 back.. I miss watching channel 12. Channel 12 is my favorite channel. It is the only channel I watch for news, the other channels just don’t do it for me.

Close down the freaking State for the next 30 days & let us beat this crap!!!!! (Curbside pick up & online ordering) or advise the people to stock up & stay home for the next 30 days & lets get back to life!!! Get our children & teachers back to school!!!!! Channel 12 news. I really love Channel 12 with Caribe and Mark. I used to work for channel 3 as a sports intern , and met all the sports guys and gals while out covering different stories ! My friendship with Mark goes back 32 years. He is the best out of all the reporters .

Notification filters useless. Don't waste your time adjusting your notification filters; they don't work. And don't bother sending them feedback; they never respond. I don't want sports notifications. I've turned them all off in both places in the app, I still get alerts for all sports. 👎🏻

Sound cuts out. Sound repeatedly cuts out on a lot of days. So annoying I turn it off. It’s a shame, because when it’s working, it’s pretty good.

This is the USA. Stop sending notifications in Spanish. We cater too much to them. Do you send notifications in Japanese, Chinese, Italian, German, etc…no, you cater to south of the border. Stop it! Geez!!! Let them use the Spanish version…. Univision or whatever

New app is terrible. The new app is terrible. It freezes and kicks me out. I liked the old one much better. Also the ads are too long!!!!

Notifications. Keep getting notifications for topics that are not enabled in app settings.

Turned to garbage. Deleted as soon as they started with pop up Chevrolet adds. I want news not adds that just pop up. If more people delete and review they will stop doing it.

Old weather. Hurricane Michael has all ready hit and moved on Wednesday where my family resides. The weather channel is still showing the same news from Monday If you want old news ....
