Bug!!!!. When you open the app, you can wait 2 minutes maybe more to see the content... it’s extremely slow and crash!! I used to love this app, please fix it asap. Thanks

Video not landscape. The live video on the app wont play videos in landscape view. So waste of iphone screen. Fix please. Thats the only huge problem

Not Working on the latest ios version 17.2.1. All I see is just the logo in middle of the screen and nothing else. Will adjust the review once fixed. Used to work great.

Causes IPhone to overheat. Really enjoy this app but it freezes often and causes my phone to overheat

Good App. It works most of the time. Unfortunately the content is to far left. I am looking for nationalist conservative news from Israel.

Poorly Programmed. Terrible App. It goes into loops and there is no way for the user to stop it. You show videos, that end and freeze. Again, no way for the user to delete them and move on to another subject. Worst News app due to completely incompetent programming I have yet seen. Shut down and reprogram.

Repetitive.. My only complaint is that you play the same stuff over and over again. Most of what I’m hearing is days old.

Fast Breaking. The app delivers fast breaking news. It’s not limited to Israel but also domestic headlines. You get a lot of alerts. The bad: when paying for the Live access, it comes and goes. You are locked out having to reach out and reset your password. Account is handled through Cleeng which has the worst possible customer service. They (Cleeng) can never be reached. You receive a “server is down “ message when reaching out to them. Stick with the regular I24NEWS app which is free but, stay clear of paying for the all access.

Lost in translation. I am having constant difficulties to get the service of I24news most of the time I am getting a black screen ! I like their platform I like the transparency of the News I have them on my TV as well but the Laptop impossible and problems on my IPhone go figure !

Insufficient. Only the first lines are printed for any story. I want the rest of the information-but no way to read an entire article. Too frustrating. Good stories-but too little coverage

Good content, but buggy app. Were it just for the content of the headlines and news I would rate this app with five stars. However, the app has a lot of bugs, which make scrolling through and reading articles sometimes very hard, or sometimes impossible, due to too many pop-ups

Worst app not content app!. I would like the content but Everytime you want to watch live it asks you to subscribe-I’m subscribed. The 85% of the time nothing will update or load. I’m unsubscribing of course before renewal and that’s too bad because I wanted the content which is good. It just isn’t function for an iPhone 15 pro max.

No more live stream. It’s been a few days now that I cannot watch live news anymore. I am on the latest version, restarted app, restarted phone. No avail. Very frustrating.

Pop up ads ruin this otherwise good app. even for those of us who subscribe monthly to get premium news from i24 are subjected to ads that pop up, half the time in Spanish, not even English — infuriating

App is sluggish at best Jumpy and freezing. I thought it was my phone until I read the reviews. Maybe this App is ready for a miniscule group of people that have the newest phones with cutting edge processing. Or maybe this App requires 5G. I am okay with the notifications, but the App is not worth my time freezing, waiting for the news following all the ads. Here is my comment from another reviewer. It outlined everything above but in great detail back in June!! 100% my issue. Very happy I didn't need to spend time. Again, this review made every single point--better than I could have. The App is atrocious--fire the developer--crowd source from India--do something before you lose more viewers and advertisers!

Good Reporting, Terrible Ads!. I had to delete this app, because the advertisements were so terrible. If I wanted an Adult Magazine app, I would download one.

Poor layout. With the recent update, parts of headlines are truncated making it very frustrating to read them. One of my biggest pet peeves.

News is not updated often enough and parrots the Europeans bias. The news is not updated in real time often lagging hours behind. Worse you can get the same biased perspectives from the European outlets or CNN. It is not worth it.

Language. I can’t get past the first page. I press English hit the check and it selects Arabic. I will try it for a this time then off to the trash. The problem is I love I24 news on TV and I would like to have it on an app.

Cannot open the app. I am following i24 for the longest time. Today cannot open the app. I deleted and re installed several times. Can you do something?

Bugs on the app. I’ve been trying for days to get the app to load in English but it sends me back to the language selection section each time. I wouldn’t download this app until it gets the bugs fixed as fast as possible. I’m uninstalling the app and I’ll reinstall it once the bugs are fixed.

Beware. I installed the i24 app hoping to be kept up to date with Israel related news. Instead of getting real news alerts I have been receiving spam into a newly created “breaking news” mail box. Do not use this app unless you want to increase your spam!

Locked up my phone!. Don’t know if the apps been hacked or what but I expected better from start up nation! Deleted it after it lagged scrolling and then just locked up the iPhone. Updated on developer advice: uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s now working

Intrusive ads are really annoying. Ads block text, use data without permission and take away from the quality of this app.

Keeps crashing. Tried to use the app but keeps crashing.

App sign in failure. Cannot get past choosing topics of interest on a fresh install to the sign in page.

Crap. Look at the Data they track from your phone! 2nd no option to turn off auto play. And finally the Ads… My gosh it’s like Comcast. You watch more ads the reading material!

Jumpy, freezes & can’t force quit. The app does nothing but slow the iPhone to a crawl an eventual lock it. Perfectly useless. Deleted. Figure out a way ads can be used before the app disintegrates. Sorry to say it’s be delete contact me when it’s bed upgraded. This used to be a great app to get headlines worldwide. It had the fastest Push Notifications. Now it’s extremely frustrating to use and I no longer get Push Notifications. The barrage of ads make the app jumpy. It freezes or scrolls backwards. Ads load, pictures may load. The story may be there for a second and then vanishes. Comments take to long to load if the do. The longer you’re on the app the worse it gets until it freezes completely. You need to cut back on the ads to make the app functional. As it is they use up all the bandwidth so there’s nothing left for the articles. It’s been updated several times and seems to get worse with each update. Please fix it or remove it until it’s usable. Right now it’s complete trash.

Too cluttered. I subscribe to i24 live stream, but the news on the app is too cluttered with ads. Sure you want to bring in more money, but you’re taking away the allure of your focus: clear and concise news from Israel and around the world.

English choice will not work. The choice of English will not work. It keeps changing to Arabic, so I deleted the app.

Disastrous. I didn’t get a chance to quit because I’m offended. It simply won’t load a live feed. Keeps showing a daytime segment about domestic abuse survivors when I try to watch. Game over.

Arabic only. Trying to get the app but it won’t allow English or French. Both automatically will open in Arabic. They have been hacked.

Faster than Fox News.... I get the notification at least 1 min before Fox News.. love it. Seems to be more detailed as well.

No reason to sign up, premium isn’t accessible. I downloaded the app and created an account to watch videos live. It requires the premium account to watch but there’s no explanation for how to get the premium.

News. It’s the only news that matters. All that is happening in the Middle East has being played out time and time again though your own history. I pray that God is on your side this time and you heed His requirements that He ask of you.

Was good now not so much.... It used to be free to watch live news... now apparently they want a subscription. I’d rather have an ad supported option.

Too similar to MSM. A nice working app. I didn’t have the same issues as some other reviewers. If you subscribe on the webpage (not the app) you get a month free trial which I’m grateful for as some of the commentary I heard after the atrocious El Paso shooting were unacceptable. An i24NEWS desk person inaccurately described what our President has said in the past about the Mexican people. They I pay careful attention to daily news and rest assured you can get the very same wrong 24 hour streaming info for free from the very slick and well made CBS app. I am so disappointed in i24NEWS, I had my hopes up they would be a cut above. The 24 hour stream features s Spanish speaking hour that had some interesting bits on South America. Sadly this news service is not for me, that’s why the 3-star rating. Well worth a try though as it might suit you.

Upgrading the app is a total failure. I24NEWS recently upgraded their app. I believe it was done by a school kid who has no user experience. The upgrade should be seamless and not require such effort to simply start the app and watch the news. Nothing works and there is no help or customer support. Canceling the subscription is all that is left to do and save some money.

Pop up ads. Since these started your app doesn’t perform well. Constant freezing and stories just “go away” as I am leaving also. Please notify me when the issue is remedied.

Radio in app no longer seems to function. It is unfortunate that the Radio in the app no longer seems to function. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, but the radio still does not work. I used to enjoy listening to i24 News radio.

Great app. Terrible editing.. While I love the app. And reasd it daily, enjoy the live streaming. There is a fundamental flaw with the editing of the articles and particularly when it comes to NUMBERS. Often numbers are left unchecked and are left at 0. I have continuously contacted the team to rectify this, and they don't particularly seem to care. Sad.

Quality news; well presented. This app allows me to find high quality news from the Middle East easily and with clear presentation. I appreciate the simplicity of use and the calibre of the reporting. I would highly recommend i24news.

Very stale. Good app interface and structur. Needs more breadth of updates. Should be more Twitter-ish, proceeding to deeper artcles. But frequency now fairly good in politics. Definitely improving. Political news strongest. Few current updates to economy and other categories at this time. They need attention too. Overall 4/5. Don't get me wrong: I look at i24 compulsively.

Horrible technology. It always asks you to login. Even in the same day! And lately it doesn’t even give me the option to login, just to join for the live feed and I’m already a paying member. Horrible. Someone needs to redesign this app and the interface for the desktop as well.

If you want a noisy commercial. I like reading i24news. But they have now added a noisy commercial when you open the app and you cannot escape it. I deleted it. Please remove that stupid ad.

The watcher. I live in Toronto in Canada. I24 News is the most entertaining and interesting news I watch. The broadcasters are intelligent and informed. The debates are unbelievably 2 sided. With everything going on in the world right now it's refreshing to get a completely different perspective. I shared I24 News with all my friends and family. Thank you I24 News.

Great push notifications. I rarely use the app, but it has some of the best breaking news push notifications for MENA related events. App itself has a ton of adds and can be improved, but the notifications means I give it five stars.

Great news. Too many commercials.. It's a good news application with too many commercials. I'm slightly disappointed with the change. I don't expect to watch a commercial every time I see your broadcast.

Terrible Change. i24 was one of the most interesting news sources on events in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the USA. It originated in the port of Jaffa Israel and provided wonderful and original programming on technology (The Tube), cultural events, and informative discussions on politics and military defense, two topics wonderfully covered by their local anchors. Outstanding was Lucy, an articulate Muslim woman who tackled some very challenging topics that were simply not getting covered anywhere else. i24 WAS a jewel. But its all changed. I have no idea why. They have become a ME TOO news channel that has nothing of interest or unique. I check it from time to time hoping they wise up and restore what was truly a great news operation out of Israel. What a loss.

Hate New Format!!!. Hate, hate, hate it! I want the old format with actual Israelis as news anchors. The i24 American desk is awful, slanted and bias...Same with Yael Lavie...I look else where for news. Let me know when you switch back.

I am an Arab, and here is my 2 cents on this international news channel from an Israel point of view; politically and personally I am as left as they get, and lay blame on Israeli hawks for apartheid policies against the Palestinians, nevertheless I do welcome this channel to also give an Israeli perspective to an Arab audience in our language, Arabic. I do pray that the Jews and Arabs understand they are one big family, and it's enough fighting for sand and dirt. Also hoping not to hear so much propaganda that kept our people apart for decades be kept to a minimum on this channel. Awesome, Great News App. Every morning, afternoon and evening i get i24news updates to catch up what is going on in the world, Keep the News coming!

Some issues that could be resolved. Ads are an annoyance but it's the nature of business. At times when tweeting for example, when you want to put your comment the tweeting Windows just disappears. Once is ok, twice its already a pain and the no matter how much you try it just doesn't apply. New, they should be more instead of just standing idle.

Great news app highly recommend it. The new version today is perfect. Outstanding new features. On the notifications I wish you had an option to send me email notifications vs push alert notifications on my phone.

Great app for Israel news. I use this app daily to keep up to date with what's going on in Israel. Very nice to have the live video stream of the channel as well!

too many ads and technical problems. Excellent news and perspectives, but both the app and the online streaming versions have been greatly compromised by too many advertisements, and technical and navigational dysfunctions such as the online site not connecting after running the ads. I agree with the other reviews that the older version was far superior in just being able to access it. This unfortunate because i24 is one of the best balanced source of news and events from the Middle East.

There is no audio with the live video.. I love the app, but the live video does not have any audio with it. I can switch over to the website and watch it live there and there is no problem. Just inside the app. iPhone 5s - with 7.1.2 I hope you guys can get this fixed.

TV PROVIDER. WISH YOU WERE ABLE TO WATCH I24NEWS THROUGH YOUR TV PROVIDER ON THIS APP LIKE ALL THE OTHER NEWS CHANNEL AND TV APPS BECAUSE I24NEWS REALLY IS A GREAT INFORMATIVE CHANNEL BUT IM ON THE GO TO MUCH TO SIT AND WATCH AT HOME BUT ID LOVE TO WATCH ON MY IPHONE AND IPAD.....

Too many distractions. I like i24News. The app has too many ads and distracting links to irrelevant places. It has gotten worse recently. It makes it hard to choose it over other iPhone news sources.

Annoying Ads. Ads are full screen and take time to load, counting down 5 seconds till you can delete. Sometimes there are 2-3 ads per use of the app.

New UI is awful. Application was redesigned yesterday, It is very bad.

Horrible. Can't even get through an article without a pop-up ad interfering. Frequent redirection to the App Store to purchase a third party product is extremely annoying.

News. This channel isn't stuck on Russia. There is talk about everything going on in the world and how we or other countries are going to take of the problems. The best news channel out right now

I watch news. Love the app but lately there is a very annoying app ad that ignores muting and supersedes the news. In app ads are annoying but this is ridiculous.

Very Professional Great Design. This is the best app that I have seen with how information is displayed. The flow of the application is perfect, moving very well from one story to the next.

This is just a channel for leftist, anti-zionist, propaganda.. I've tried to use i24news (English) to keep up with "Operation: Protective Edge". I was just amazed at the amount of ultra left, self hating Jews, that they are putting on camera. I've watched for 7 days and i24news (English) has found every defeatist in Israel to put on camera and tell why they think "Operation: Protective Edge" will fail. The comments and ideas these left wing defeatists have are so far from reality it would be funny if they didn't really believe these things and have a platform like i24news (English) to spew them from. May Israel live forever in spite of these inside haters and detractors.

Yuck. Please go back to the last design as it was much better. This one fails epically- with distracting ads on every page with large cartoon fanged creatures having nothing to do with target audience for app, seriously, and the photos don't load smoothly as you scroll down feed. Page design disappointing and was MUCH better in last format a week ago. Please undo what you did- you made a great app horrible.

News Apps Star. What a great app! The only channel that broadcast news from a democracy in the Middle East, you can count on their coverage.

i24news. Great new app. The iPhone app audio is working, but the audio on the iPad app is not.

Limited functionality. The i24news app which operated on smart phones and tablets will not run video in the background. This means that when using the app you are unable to do any other functions on your device which is particularly not suited for ipad and tablet users that are used to using their device for multiple functions at once. On a regular computer browser the video can continue running while other tabs are open or the computer. Is running other functions, but not on any of the mobile devices.

I24 news. Great news! But this new application is annoying at best. IPad screen has changed its position to vertical, and has to be readjusted all the time when watching your news, or when switching application. Volume control has disappeared. Please repair this problem. Otherwise news contents and design are very good.

Too many & Bad Ads. I realize the need for revenue. But these new ads are boarder line offensive and at best demeaning to women and your readers intelligence. I support Israel and want to support this wonderful app (former 4.5 star rating) and online news service. Please review your ad policy and perhaps offer a pay option for users to eliminate the ads?

Great news, fair application. Share button often doesn't work. No means to permanently select text size and must adjust every article; ads reset size back to default. No means to recall starred articles. No sound track since last update!

New Interface. I rated the previous interface with 1 star because I could not give it a zero. This new interface without an opening advertisement is 5 stars. Also, the addition of a Washington DC site with reports from there show the attempt to be a credible news organization. If they work at fair and balanced reporting, they could compete with Fox News in a few years. Some of the reporting especially about the U.S. election was extremely biased mocking Trump and pushing Hillary as the only real choice. Reporting needs to be fair and balanced.

Mixed refresh. I love this App and I love i24 as a new source, but I read my news on the subway, where is no internet connection. I do like the refreshed version of the App - much more current looking - but it seems that most of not all of the articles are now available online only. I don't get any news when in offline mode, essentially rendering the App useless. Can this be addressed please? Thank you!

Good ... but. Like the i24 site the app is missing a few key features such as commenting and video on demand. That being said the news product is excellent and the live stream is fast loading and a very high quality. All in all this is an excellent product.

The Best Live News App. This app works great on my iPhone, my iPad and my MacBook Pro. I love this news program, it is up to date and you will find out a lot of news that we don't get from the news media in the States. It comes to you in 3 languages. French, English and Arabic. Thank you!
