Freezes. The app opens and lets you log in with ease. That’s where the function stops. You can’t go from page to page without it locking up. The app needs some work.

Crashed twice when using it. So I tried to use this app despite what the reviews were saying. App crashed on me twice when trying to send a message through their mail system they use for the site/app. This app needs some proper updating and maintenance to make it more user friendly and fix these bugs/issues.

Gone down hill.. It worked fine on my iPhone 6s. But updated to an iPhone XR, wouldn’t let me sign in. I uninstalled and reinstalled now it crashes any time I try to use any of the options in the menu. But it’ll at least pull up the opening menu. It has that going for it.

App. Every time I open it, it opens looks like I’m signing in and immediately closes.

Horrible. Every time you try to do your weekly certification the entire app freezes. You can’t scroll, you can’t hit the back button, you can’t do anything. It’s a complete fail.

Small Government intentional Failure. This app is a slap in the face to all the taxpayers of TN. Get your little brother off of development and pay someone qualified to process the CORONAVIRUS unemployment support we are to get from the Federal government. This smells a lot like the failure to expand Medicare, federal surplus money in TN and the school voucher theft all wrapped up into one. Gig workers are losing housing because your system is so poor. Make America function again.

Job Search function. App works but when filing my weekly claim, it didn’t count my job search from my web based browser on my laptop. Also, after filing in the jobs applied, something happened and I couldn’t continue, the button disappeared.

Just burn it and restart. Can someone get me in a cage match with whoever designed this app/website. I’m talking like full on gladiator style, swords, battle axes and shields, I’d like to give them a piece of my mind. If these were some college students that were forced to do this as an assignment, they definitely graduated out of sevier co. Yo for real I’m not going in to detail, just know that you people have caused very much unneeded stress to people who are just trying to get paid.

This app is trash. Even to file your unemployment is a waste of time like it kept saying my social don’t work just take this app down it’s not up today at all and it’s making people feel stupid

Worst app I’ve ever encountered. This harsh rating is 100% realistic I can’t even use the app because it crashes every time I try and hit the menu button literally does not work. How can you review an app that doesn’t work?

Much improved. For the amount of crazy overnight need this system saw last year, I think TN did a pretty good job. Of course there are a lot of angry people that project their feelings into an app of this nature which is understandable but as you can see, it’s not always about the app. The app has worked great for me. Thank you for the tools in such a hard and uncertain time.

Just doesn’t work too well🤷🏽‍♂️. In my honest opinion right out of the hat the app just doesn’t operate properly as it should, I haven’t even been able to use it for ANYTHING literally🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ it freezes every time I touch something on the screen. I just use the web browser lol but nice effort, so I’ll give it one star!👌🏾

So many issues. I love how Tn is at least trying. However this fails every time menu is touched. Search is pathetic. Only give what I ask for, please. Don’t even bother with a log in. Just use the app. Having to scroll and plug in this and that takes time and I could plug it in faster. Map should search that area automatically. God knows Nashville ain’t all that, not like any place in Tn is but oh well. I’m sure there are other issues but I’m only in the app so far under an hour.

Crashes. I’m on the new IPhone 13 and very frustrated with the constant crashes. I’m running on operating system 15.1.1. The program crashes after the login. The other issue I constantly experience is that you can’t save the passwords as you do the traditional passwords. I change my passwords often and use the secured suggestion feature on the iPhone. If you accidentally click to ignore the face recognition or the other and are forced to type in a password you can’t even search your saved passwords for the correct one. The layout is difficult to find certain things. I feel like I’m going in circle. There is a lot that needs improvement. Especially the Crashes. Currently it’s not working at all for me. Making it hard to fulfill my obligations.

Non working. What is the point in having an app if it never works! It always says connectivity issue & please try again. It will not work & I've uninstalled & reinstalled numerous times & nothing works. Please fix this issue!

Ridiculous. This particular “job search site” is required to be used to file unemployment. You are supposed to apply to jobs on this site in order to prove you searched for work. I’m not seeing any way to list any jobs you applied for via another site so I assume those do not count. This is the most confusing job search site I’ve seen. It doesn’t register your searches or that you have applied. It doesn’t register any of the job titles you select and therefore does not show that you applied for any jobs on your weekly required report you are to submit. I assume since you are required to list a certain amount of jobs you have applied for and can’t do so then you just won’t qualify to receive any unemployment payments. I have no idea what to do or who to speak with so I’m assuming this is the loophole that allows them to deny payments to you. Aint it fun?

Crashing problems. I was excited about this app since it has made looking for TN jobs so much easier, but I can’t even have it open for longer than 1 minute before it crashes. This isn’t a one time thing, every single time I try and go into the menu it crashes. Very disappointing.

Select Menu and App Drops. Can’t navigate through this app at all unless you are strictly doing a job search. Anytime you hit menu to do anything more than a search. The App fails. Been like this for 4 weeks.

Deliberate withholding of payments by shutting website/app down. Trying to weekly certify to continue unemployment payments during Covid-19 and the website is giving me an error. Glad to know TN is blatantly denying payments when they are needed most. Absolutely not ok to shift payment days and withhold funds during an emergency pandemic.

Horrible update!. Once again a developer trashes a perfectly fine app. The new version is hard to view, has pop ups and when searching for jobs the map at the bottom moves around while you scroll through jobs making me freaking dizzy. This is a huge failure!

Needs work. App shuts down if you press the menu button. Unable to access any unemployment information or messages. Please fix

Not user friendly at all. Very hard to search for job listings by titles or area. If your not advanced in computer skills you will not be able to navigate through this system.

Job Search. How is it possible to apply for 3 jobs a week in this app when there are never any jobs posting. No matter how much you filter. Not sure if anyone is having this problem but for me it’s horrible!

Not as bad as MemphisWorks. This app is garbage. The login page crashes, it crashes when you hit the menu button. It crashes when you try to filter results. It’s a shame that memphis can’t get its job sites under control. Still not the worst jobs app in west TN...

Worthless app. App has a “message center” that won’t allow you to view messages and can freeze without notice and force you to redo your weekly certifications even after they’ve all been reported. I know it’s at LEAST been like this for the past 2-3 years, yet nobody cares enough to fix it. Just a useless thing to have when you’re ultimately forced to use a browser over instead of the app. Either make it work or shut the thing down.

Where do I start?!. Let’s just fix the app crashing before I can even press anything before we dive into the mind blowing amount of problems with this app. I’d say A for effort TN but there clearly isn’t any so just a C- for trying. (Super big sigh)

Waited 3 weeks and applied for 15 jobs. I have waited for 3 weeks for my unemployment due to COVID 19 and applied for 15 jobs through this app yet have not received a dime. I am now going hungry and losing my home because of their lack of assistance. Speaking of which I have been number 671 for 22 days now and was just disconnected without assistance again. None of have unemployment benefits deposited and will be seeking legal action if necessary

As a tax payer I pay for this? It’s 2020 it’s worthless.. Every time I receive a paycheck, I pay for unemployment. Every time I receive a paycheck, I pay for taxes. Every time I receive a paycheck I pay for this App and it doesn’t work for me and it doesn’t work for hundreds when we all need it the most. It’s 2020 and the taxes we pay cannot be invested into an App to work properly? Be ashamed Tennessee government. Jeopardizing lives.

Crashes constantly. How do you expect people to successfully job search and use the tools provided when the APP crashes constantly? I am lucky enough to have a computer to access the website but I would imagine a lot of people don’t have access to a good computer and may depend on their phone. If they do I could imagine the app would make things very challenging for an already challenging time in their lives.

Couldn’t get past registering. An app would be a great idea if it worked. I couldn’t get past registering. When asked for an answer to the security question, there was no question listed or question options. After this, the app kept failing. Fix the quirks in this app ASAP !

App failure. The mobile app doesn’t open after log in. It shuts off. This is frustrating. Why have the mobile app if it’s worthless.

Weekly certification. I have been trying to certify for my weekly certification since midnight Sunday. I keep getting an error message from the website and the app. PLEASE HELP

Nothing works!. The only thing that works with this app is viewing the menu. Most of the features are removed or just not working. If don’t have an account good luck apparently that is one of the removed features. Because people that aren’t essential don’t to to file during these times. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Find another way to file.

App is TRASH. Almost everytime I open this app it says there must be a problem with the servers it cannot connect. It’s basically worthless since it can never open.

App is totally useless. Honestly, this app needs to be removed from the App Store. I read several reviews and found all truth in the fact the app crashes and will not even let you get past the login screen. Tn site developers should be ashamed of themselves. Don’t waste your time on this app.

0 stars. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I haven’t been able to log on to this app for quite some time. Even if I bypass the login it still crashes. I always have to use my computer to login. Either update this app or trash it!

Don’t bother. I know unemployment offices are going through a lot right now. But this app isn’t ready or never has. It doesn’t work AT ALL. You MIGHT be able to log in after trying for 2 hours but you’ll never get any further than the log in. It crashes every time you try to click anything.

This is your sign to not download it!!!. If I could give this “app” no stars, I definitely would. It’s absolute trash, as is the state of Tennessee. They get out of paying you the unemployment benefits I desperately needed by telling me that I needed to do a job search, even though I’m already employed. They don’t have to worry about it tho because they get paid wether they’re doing THEIR job or not. If I were you, I wouldn’t waste your time with downloading this trash. It only served to make me mad when I was just asking for help.

Zero stars. The two positive reviews must to be a hoax. App crashes or will not even open after waiting forever to log on. It does not work and should not even be allowed in the App Store.

Tried everything - app just crashes. If I try to navigate the menu, the app crashes. Nothing works. Uninstalled, restarted. Have to go through the website. Useless app.

App is absolute garbage. This app is garbage. It doesn’t work when you need it most. Every Sunday when I get on to file my claim it will not open. Infinite load screen then nothing. I can only file my claim on a computer. Even then it barely works cause their site is garbage too. I know the unemployment numbers are unprecedented right now due to the coronavirus. But it’s been weeks now. Get it sorted.

Please fix app. I just started my unemployment process and the first step is to apply to at least three jobs every sunday. Today is Sunday and the app is already crashing to the point I can’t even log in. How am I supposed to complete my first step if I can’t even get past logging into the app. I already deleted it then downloaded it again and it continues with the same problem. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

Doesn’t Work. Every job I tried to apply for through the app glitched, each in a different way. Then after 2-3 days, the app just stopped working and says it’s down for maintenance. Been saying that for a week now.

Broken. I’ve tried logging in and it just says there’s an issue contacting the servers…is there a fix for this?!

Is this the beta version?. I would have submitted the issues via the Feedback tab on the app, however, they didn't even take the time to populate the e-mail address for the form. There is a new requirement to add details of your job search, which is fine; however, when you add an offline contact (which most of mine are), there are fields that can't be populated and it makes the whole process invalid. So frustrated with the whole new system. Get it together!

Why so small?. Why is the text so small and unreadable and doesn’t allow to be resized? Such a bad look for an app trying to help people.
