*** Stunningly high-quality piano and a full range of keyboard sound engines ***
KORG Module has five dedicated sound engines, providing a number of high-quality sounds that can be played back on your iOS using the "NATIVE ENGINE”. These engines feature technology that was developed for KORG's historic line of workstations and synthesizers including: Acoustic Piano, Electric Piano, Clav, Organ, Multi, and Hybrid. Each display has carefully selected parameters, making it convenient and easy to adjust the sounds. We’ve also carefully ensured ideal playability and designed the system for ultra-low latency. Once you experience the quality of the sounds being produced from the slim body of your iPad, you'll agree that Module is radically different than anything else currently on the market.

*** With just an iPad/iPhone and the new microKEY, you can enjoy great sound anywhere ***
KORG Module and the microKEY are the best possible combination for a mobile performance environment. With the new microKEY which supports a damper, or the microKEY Air which provides a wireless connection via Bluetooth MIDI, your iPad can transform into a high-quality sound module. In your room, in a practice studio, or performing on stage,, it's easy to set up and immerse yourself in a superb playing experience wherever you are. Of course you can also use any MIDI keyboard that can connect to your iPad via Apple Lightning - USB camera adapter. The velocity curve function conforms the sound to your playing dynamics, so you'll be able to perform comfortably using any MIDI keyboard. Even if you don't have a MIDI keyboard, you can use the apps on-screen keyboard, phrase function, or MIDI player to play the sounds. The MIDI player can load and play standard MIDI files for your listening enjoyment.

*** Mobile music production in tandem with KORG Gadget ***
You can also use the high-quality KORG Module sounds inside KORG Gadget, the mobile music production app. If you have Module and Gadget, the five tools Salzburg, Montreal, Alexandria, Firenze, and Glasgow are added inside, allowing access the same way as Gadget. These five powerful gadgets will add even more variety to your music productions, raising your music to the next level. Whether for performance or for production, both of these apps deliver ultimate sound.

Decent. Needs some more features. IAPs are pretty rough.. Decent representation for most sounds, but many useful ones are locked behind numerous expensive IAP's. Sound editing is very basic with certain parameters cherry picked for certain sounds but missing for others. saving presets and using them in set lists is useful and they can be reordered per song and recalled with midi program change but therein is another problem: Changing patches interrupts all sound. this means you cannot hold out a chord or note and change patches while it rings out-- the notes will be cut off. this is kind of a drag for live playing and a surprisingly huge oversight for an app that was created with live performers in mind.

Cannot download 80s EPS + other iaps. 6 months later, no response from customer service (in China lockdown??) - same issue. PROFESSIONALS, don’t use this app with IAP libraries. This app unloaded my Triton iap for no reason. (My iPad settings have “unload unused apps” turned off.) A gig-killer. ➡️✅ Use SAMPLETANK instead!!! I selected 80s EPS IAP TO RESTORE TRITON. GAH! 😖 Selecting Wurly iap restores already installed Scarbee EP.🤨 Anyone reading this have any solutions? (At this point, KORG owes me an IPad Pro. Heheh! 🤣) Meanwhile, I’ve switched to a Surface Pro 7, using Kontakt... iPad Air, 1st gen; 16gb. iOS 12.5. 2.7gb avail; library is 535mb It shows up in my purchases, but will not download. On the flipside, I’ve re-downloaded Triton pack 6 times. (It is directly above 80s Ep option.) And I’ve deleted Triton and Wurly packs, still wouldn’t work. PLEASE HELP! NOTE: Since I’ve used all my hotspot data trying to make this work, I won’t be able to try again for another month.

Great but..... This is a great app no doubt, but to make it even better would be adding the ability to "Stack/Layer" sounds. This is a very necessary feature in any sound module, eliminating the need to have to fiddle around with/between other apps to run in the background and what not, to achieve this function. So it is my humble plea that you would add layering!!

Game changer. With Module Pro becoming a audio unit it’s a game changer on IOS. I really liked the sounds out of this module but it was collecting dust do to compatibility with cubasis. This may be the all around best music workstation type app for VSTs on iOS other than Sample Tank for sounds. Very excited about using it in my projects.

Korg Quality #1. KORG just gets it. The amount of money it would take to have the hardware versions of these sounds would easily be thousands. Thank you KORG for recognizing the iOS producers and making quality apps for those of us on the go. What a beautiful thing to not have to be stuck in a studio in order to realize an idea.

Can't get it to work. I was extremely hopeful for this app since I previously owned a Korg Krome and missed some of the sounds that I didn't have with my Yamaha MOFX8. I decided I would get the $99 Korg plug key rather than the Camera USB cable. You know do it right, no short cuts. Well, I plugged everything in and nothing was recognized no midi sound. Very disappointed, glad I bought both the module & Triton sounds on sale. I can send the Korg Plug Key back for reimbursement. I really wish it worked for me... glad other are experiencing success, maybe it's not compatible with my Yamaha piano. Update...a week or so later I order the Camera USB cable to try the low tech approach but unfortunately same results... What a bummer ... I don't know how everyone else is getting this to work as it appears all you have to do it plug it in and turn the volume up on your phone..... No luck.... I will keep researching and maybe I will find someone that figured it out.

Update; User friendly interface, and good sounds. Old review: "The voices are ok, but once I press the sustain pedal, notes starts cutting off and get replaced by new ones. This renders the voices useless. I hope this is fixable, otherwise, this was a bad purchase." Update: I deleted and reinstalled the app, and this seems to have fixed the issue for me. Also, in advanced settings, i changed the latency (buffer size) to 256, and voices number to 112 (max). Overall, it is very simple to use and have fairly good sound quality but not the best. In my (personal) opinion, Colossus piano and Ravenscroft 275 have more realistic piano sounds.

How to Load Expansions on a 2nd Device. For the person who was unable to load a purchased expansion pack on a second device… In Module Pro (and many other apps), you can't always proceed as if you are buying the expansion on a 2nd device w/ your Apple ID. You may need to do a "restore" to force the 2nd device to check for purchases. In Module Pro, you go to the Store page. In the upper left corner, there is a "Your Items" button. That opens a pop-up window, with a "Restore" button in the top left. Tapping that should recognize the expansion packs you purchased on your 1st device (and add them to the list below). You may also need to do a "Download" step after this, either there or via a button at the bottom of the expansion's display in the Store (I don't recall).

Ivory grand. Disappointed to say the least. Nothing great here. Nothing that eq and effects settings can’t achieve using the regular Korg piano sound. It seems that they were running out of sounds to choose from so they threw in the old “honky tonk” sound too. Really ?? I wish I would have downloaded GarageBand 2 instead. Total waist of money in my opinion.

Solid performer, needs way to control changes. I have been using this app since it’s beginning and has replaced sampletank on my iPad. It is easy to find a found you like for a fraction of the price of a full fledge keyboard. There are things I would like to have addressed. For example, the 3rd party presets, if you are playing a midi file and attempt to change to another preset to hear it out it causes extreme noises, it would be nice to find a way to smooth that out. I play a lot of organ, and it dismays me that the organ has no drawbars. I know it may be too much to ask for drawbars, but can you at least find a way to use the variation window or the plus/minus buttons so that when you change the preset it transitions from preset to preset instead of just abruptly stopping the sound? Maybe you could create 4 buttons that have preset drawbar variations of the main preset so we can variate the sound of the organ, in a live setting, without breaking up the sound. That is why I only use the organ sounds in the studio and use Galileo in live settings. All in all, a lot of sounds for little investment, 4 stars.

BEWARE: Don't buy in app purchases to use with Gadget!!!!. I recently purchased Korg Gadget and I really like it. Got excited and starting buying in app modules no problem. Bought Korg Module and was happy with that too. So, I bought the Triton module in app purchase thinking it would work in Gadget......NOPE!!! Tried to find info on it on the Korg support page and got nothing. Finally looked at the user guide (who really reads user guides) and found it buried. If Korg made Module to work in Gadget, why couldn't they just make the in app purchases available too? 🤔Sort of glad everything was half price. 😕

Great app. I've been using Module on my iPad for about a year now. It's my first choice over many others that I've spurchased because of sound quality and ease of use. It really is one of the best synths on the app store. That said (and I really hope Korg is reading this): a few tweaks would make me bump it to 5 stars. First, the ability to have it run in the background. When using it alongside a metronome for instance, it's a bit cumbersome switching back and forth every time I have to change something on the met. Second, the ability to run multiple patches, similar to the way MainStage does on my MacBook, would be killer. I would almost not even need to use my MacBook to run synths. This is a truly great app even without those tweaks. Adding those would make it killer.

Please Fix Octave of Triton IAP, Save Set List to iCloud. Sounds are nice. Controls are non- standard (FIlter cc100, Layer cc 71) Program changes are fast enough for live performance. Effects are nice, Leslie speaker is bonus. I regularly gig with a 61 key Midi controller with knobs and 9 program change buttons. I can quickly select 0 piano strings, 1 ep, 2 clav 3 strings, 4 brass, 5 organ, 6 full organ, 7 lead The factory program levels are not consistent; in a band context I had to increase organ and synth levels in order for them to be heard. The Triton add on programs are nice - but they are positioned one octave lower than the factory programs - and there is no octave adjustment....Please fix this so I can use them in my live set lists. Please Save Set lists to iCloud. I can export using iTunes but cloud is faster and more efficient.

Great sounds and easy to use. I love this app. Great deal when it was on sale. Like all the sounds. Really good ivory synthology grand piano sound. Good Rhodes and Organ. Not many bass sounds - a little lacking in bass and drums. But this works great as plugin to Korg Gadget. Needs an update to support Apple AU format - then it would be truly great.

A great well rounded sound module, some voices are stunning. KORG's iOS apps are no joke. I own several, Gadget as well, and there's never been a point where I've heard a patch or edited a new variable and said "This doesn't sound as good as hardware", it is incredible how KORG has brought so many iconic sounds to iOS for pennies on the dollars that hardware commands. My only issue with Module is I got it during a sale and really wanted it more for the 5 Gadgets it unlocks within Gadget. At over 1GB I knew Module was stout but accepted it...I didn't know that another 1GB+ is needed to install the five Module based Gadgets into the Gadget app on top of the 1GB taken for the stand alone app. I wish the App Store descriptions included this fact. Other than that...highly recommended.

Almost perfect. Great sounds, great idea with the live performance features but missing some key functionality in the set lists area: * Please please allow us to reorder the set lists! Edit mode should reveal drag handles for this purpose. * Ability to copy & paste from one set list to another Minor nits: Can’t see what value a knob is at until you start moving the knob. Held notes are cut short when switching patches. Also as many have mentioned, background & au support are still missing. But overall, great and getting better with each release!

Disappointing. The stock piano sounds are underwhelming and inferior to any decent portable stage piano. I downloaded a trial of the Ivory piano expansion but it never showed up in the app, even after downloading it twice. There also doesn’t appear to be drawbars to adjust the organ patches. I guess you need to buy an expansion pack for that. I am annoyed that I spent $20 on an app that is so limited. The organs and EPs are much better in Apple’s Logic for iPad. Logic is more expensive, but it provides the control and sound I expect from a professional app.

Korg Module. I’ve recommended this app to roughly at least 5 keyboardists now that have bought it on my word. Korg has always been a leader, but the products keep getting better and better!! I wish I could work for company like this as it would be an honor!

KAPro expansion packs gone. This app is awesome. I paid for 6 KAPro expansion packs that recently disappeared. KAPro has the most realistic sounds worth every penny. Now they’re just gone I’m not happy. What’s the deal? Update: App Store and Korg helped me fix my problem. Works like a dream. Thank you!

Customer support. Can you please direct me on how to reach customer support. I am attempt to purchase a new product inside module however it says I have already purchased the product. Awesome product otherwise.

DON’T BUY - Korg steals your IAP money. I love Korg, but I hate companies that steal your money, so I’m torn in this review. I purchased the Premier Vintage Organ IAP. It sounds great. Actually it ~sounded~ great. But, I won’t be able to hear it again, or use it the songs I wrote, because remember that IAP that I paid money for? It’s been discontinued and DELETED by Korg. Here’s the kicker: since module works in Gadget, this impacts Gadget, too! None of the songs I wrote with Premier Vintage Organ will work. Instead, Buy Ravenscroft for Piano, Beathawk for Organ and other sounds, and iSymphonic for symphony sounds. Yes, it bothers me that Korg has unethical business practices, and took my money. But what bothers me most is that music I made using this instrument is now gone. Not only is Korg stealing my money, they are taking away my music. Bummer.

Redemption. A few days ago, I gave a one star, because a couple of my IAPs were only playing white noise. I tried reloading several times to no avail. After two hours of repeating the process, the IAPs reloaded properly. All is now well. These IAPs counterparts had disappeared from Gadget, also. As soon as Module correctly restored the IAPs, they reappeared in Gadget. Perhaps it was due to high internet traffic? I don’t know… This only occurred on my iPhone (SE2020, running 14.6), the iPads never experienced this problem. I also mentioned the difficulty of interfacing with tech support. I received notice this morning that they responded to my comments. I clicked the notice, which took me to the App Store Module page, but could not find their reply. Since the IAPs eventually reloaded correctly and a reply was made (I’ll continue looking for it), my faith is restored in Korg’s app developers… I have used Korg hardware for decades and have been VERY impressed with the quality of the iOS apps (of which I have purchased all but a couple)! P.S. Devs, please get Stephen to sign off on an iKarma… 😉

Why is it crashing after ten minutes?. I love this app when it is working. I use a usb midi controller through aum with all the normal attachments, but recently the app has been crashing about once every 10 minutes. When it crashes, aum crashes, and all my apps crash. Very annoying. Aum's load monitor doesn't show any strain, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Great Sound Module. Great sound quality and a very usable array of instruments and presets! I really wish the Glasgow gadget utilized an actual patch browser, rather than just the little screen. It gets difficult to browse through the larger Triton library.

Good sounds with some head-scratching issues. The sounds are high-quality and performance is good on a 6th gen iPad. There doesn’t seem to be a way to save a custom preset in the app which is disappointing. Sound shaping parameters are limited. The recent addition of auv3 support is very welcome, so thanks for that Korg!

It’s ok, needs a couple things. The sounds are pretty good. I like that I can use it live on stage. Unfortunately there are two issues, I’ve used it on both my phone and my iPad, but it constantly drops the connection with both midi and usb mid song causing me to have to disconnect and reconnect it to get a connection. Not very good as my band has contracts with casinos in Nevada that pay very well and if we can’t perform, they won’t renew our contract. I also use my iPad to run sound at the same time I’m playing and when I switch apps to adjust something the Korg app stops working. Other apps allow me to do that. I have to adjust the sound then reopen the Korg app. So now I have to use two separate iPads to prevent this from happening. Also, the sounds are good, but are limited as to how much I can adjust them. Need more mids? Nope. Need to cut lows? Nope. Not in all of the sounds anyway. Need drawbars on your organ? Nope. Just the presets for you. Want to add distortion to your instrument? Compression? Nope. That’s only allowed on some of the instruments. I’m keeping the app because I’m hoping some of the issues I have will be addressed at some point. Don’t get me wrong, the sounds so far are better than the majority of other apps. But my Roland keyboards have the ability to adjust way more, it’s just a lot harder to do and they’re big and heavy to lug around.

Stable and Evolving. Module has been very stable and has been improving with each release. It is nice to see an app that actually works and updates that actually add to it's performance and isn't just an endless loop of bug fixes. Oh, and it sounds pretty good too!

Korg is the best at what they do.. I’ve been using Korg products for over 35 years, It nice to know that in this day and time you can get a lot of their synthesizer sounds in software for a small amount of money. Thanks for being ahead of the competition!

Great Sounds, Easy to Use. I was looking for an easy way to add high quality sounds into an aging keyboard/iPad setup. I’m a big Korg fan who owned a Poly6 & O1-W more than 25 years ago. The Module (& iM1) sounds are great & Bluetooth capability makes iPad connectivity easy if you want to ditch the midi cables. You can also adjust the sound’s keyboard touch curve which makes Module much more enjoyable to play. Great software, great value.

Great for gigs. The pianos are functional and electric piano sounds are super. But read what really stands out for me is the playability. Being able to adjust the velocity rate and also the EQ and effects parameters really makes a difference. One change that would make it my ultimate app is being able to layer sounds. Works great on iPad 2 mini and never crashes.

Great sounds and more. There's a bunch of good sounds in this one, and there's also lots of organs, which I highly recommend if you don't have an iPad. There's all these pianos and some extra sounds, but you should get the regular version instead of "Standard for iPhone" since you'll probably have native iPad support and the ability to get more sounds. However, I have some concerns. I purchased this app during a sale and it was supposed to be less but it must've paid full price for it. I also had this happen with ARP ODYSSEi as well, which was supposed to be $15. And where is the free Tape pack? The only thing close is the Tape Keyboard, but I think it's pianos and keyed instruments. Is it an iPad exclusive in app purchase? Anyway, go and try it, get some organ sounds, and don't be scared of the huge size; you can just install the gadgets and uninstall Module afterwards, if you have Gadget. I'd like some answers too. Lots of great organ sounds!

Time For AUv3!. Let’s make it happen! This app takes up a lot of space, especially with all the in app purchases, we need AUv3 to unlock the true power. This review was 5 stars, you guys didn’t listen, maybe now you will hear me!...ok back to 5 stars then.

No good for piano players. Do not buy this app for piano. It has a major flaw that makes it no good. It is called "Voice Stealing." If you hit the sustain pedal, and hold down a bass note while arpeggiating with your right hand, the bass note drops out quickly. You DO NOT get the full polyphony promised. I have emailed tech support at Korg, and they told me to change my polyphony settings to 112. I did that. They have not "helped" me since. It just does not work. They have basically botched their voice stealing algorithm causing the bass cutout. Voice stealing should always come from the tail end of repeated notes. You should never rob the primary sound of a non-repeated note that is being held down, or sustained with the pedal. And Korg refuses to address this issue. CMP Piano is a better app for piano because of this.

Please make it 4 part performance!. The 2 part expansion is nice, but I really wish Korg would double the expansion to 4 part. This would allow much more flexibility on stage with a one keyboard setup.

Very good high quality sounds here!. For those of you who say you didn't get you in-app purchases found on gadget after buying them on module, you have to restore purchases in gadget and then the new items will be added in as presets in the existing modules ex. Mellow is free atm so I got it. After downloading all the module stuff in gadget, the mellow add on stuff is under the Pcm synthesizer from korg module you just have to scroll down to the tape presets

excellent meat and potatoes. excellent meat and potatoes app. this one is not my go to for an intense recreation of say, a B3 organ, but that doesn't mean the B3 isn't serviceable, just that a jack of all trades is a master of none (but, in this case, everything is extremely close.). The extra banks, I found to be worth the money. 80s EP is spot on, the Triton sounds were nice to have back. Korg really has a bunch of winners out there these days with iM1, Ms20, and my favorite, the iPolysix. This is a great app to have on the gig - think of it just like a triton - all the sounds you'd need, but you can buy a specialty keyboard that does one thing a bit better. Again, doesn't make the triton bad, just best a getting the job done on a wide variety of stuff...

Would give it five stars, except …... I purchased 4 expansion sound packs ,loaded them onto my iPad but when I went to install them on another device, you can’t do it unless you purchase them again.

IAP removed from the application.. I purchased the Premier Vintage Organ IAP a little over a month ago. It’s now removed and I’m unable to download to my new iPad Pro. I understand licensing issues can arise, but Korg isn’t offering any sort of compensation for people that have purchased it. [Edit] I’m updating my review because I’m happy with the resolution. I still think the original communication could have been much better, and it apparently was in the desktop version, but I’m happy with the replacement IAP.

Sounds fantastic and runs on an iPhone 5!. This app has great piano, organ, and synth sounds. It will even run at low latency on my iPhone 5, making me I glad I didn’t trade it in when I upgraded to the 7s. Equip it with midi and headphone adapters, You’ve got a module for under $70 that rivals a top of the line Roland or Yamaha. The organ’s rotary and vibrato chorus are spot on and the electric pianos and class are at least as good as Nord’s. The only complaint is that the individual organ draw bars can’t be controlled by midi, but that’s trivial compared to what you get for so little cost.

Great sounds - IAPs DO work in Gadget. Another reviewer posted two reviews saying that Module IAPs don't work in Gadget. This is simply not true - all 3 of my IAPs (80's EP, Wurley, Mellotron) show up in Gadget. I don't know what that reviewer is talking about. Anyways, this app has really great sounds, which are nearly on par with the sounds you would get in a high end workstation keyboard. The EPs and Organs are stronger than the acoustic piano IMO, however once you customize your velocity curve, the grand pianos are very nice. Dark Grand is particularly good - although I may pick up the Ivory IAP at some point. You can't layer sounds in Module itself, but if you buy Gadget you can layer them in there.

Great value and AUv3. Sounds great, and the AUv3 makes it much more useful. On 12.9 iPad Pro as an Auv3 in GarageBand it does not scale to fit available resolutions as some other instruments do. Would like to see them address this as it’s a fairly simple coding fix

Map CC midi needed.. Great sounds, will be using this a lot, just wish there was a midi learn option. That way i could map the volume knob on my midi guitar to the app’s velocity control on the piano modules in order to be as expressive as possible :) i would be forever grateful if that could be addressed in an update!

Solid company. This app falls in line with the rest of their products… it’s a great value. Every company has its limitations on what it can offer at a certain price without going upside down, I’d say Korg has managed that well and continues to roll out products that are a good buy. Korg is a solid. Whether it’s a guitar pedal, 12 track recorder or a synth, they’ve all been built with a value I’ve appreciated. You get a lot for your money. I’ve had zero issues with anything Korg and I’ve been happy with my purchases.

Update. Must we download the whole app every time you add some little thing to the IAP options? Is there no workaround to shrink the update download? There must be. Otherwise, all is well, though I would like to see more options for customizing patches and for combining preset sounds to make new ones. The quality of the sound engine is worth the money. The refinements I hope for would increase the usability of the app.

Good, not amazing. IPad Pro 2019. I have used this app live with my notation launch key. The split functions are very cool, and overall sound quality is quite good. I have had two unfortunate issues, the main one is that all of the sounds in my set disappeared, making me scared to use it for future gigs. The second is that the velocity curve is touchy, and without editing the velocity curve, some notes sound significantly louder than others and distort which is very annoying. For the price I expected more refined features.

No sound output to airplay nor hdmi. Contacted support and no response back ever. Even the iPad version allows sound output through hdmi or airplay. All other iPhone and iPad music instrument apps that i have support this basic feature except for this iPhone version of Module. And what really makes me want to give this 1 star is the fact that they completely ignore my bug report. I own all Korg apps and even own several Korg controllers but this lack of support irks me.

Live Playing. The positive is that this is the best module in the app market. At first I could not believe that sounds like these are possible in an app. Good enough that I am using it for the last two weeks for live playing. The negative is that the certain sounds are a bit thin, but most importantly the app crashes, and many times it distorts digitally. I have to reset my app quite a few times in a live setting. Hopefully Korg will correct this bug.

Please add a way to save custom velocity curves!. Module is my go to for acoustic piano sounds on the iPad. I love the Ivory grand piano pack especially. My only complaint is that, although it does give you a way to adjust the velocity curve, which is great— there is no way to save it. You only have the presets they give you. And these all sound very bad and unnatural with my controller. I updated the app recently and lost my velocity data. 😞

New G128. What a disappointment. Correct me if I’m wrong. But does it not seem to be a rehash of what we already have? A lot of of these sounds are taken from previous sound modules, and they might of added a few new. All for the price of $9.99. Come on Korg you can do better than that. Continue to be a world leader in sound and do not blind side us with what we already have put in a new package.

Great app. Module is enough reason to own an iPad. It works well currently with iOS 12 even on an older iPad mini 2 with plenty of polyphony and virtually no perceptible latency using either straight USB or the Korg PlugKEY. I have, use, and highly recommend all the in app expansion packages. If you don’t like this I don’t know what you would like.

Fantastic sounds and design. The samples are great quality, and the app is well designed for live use. I use Korg Module live with iRig Keys I/O 25 > iPhone X > FOH PA in my band Hidden Currents. I wish Korg would make the following improvements: -iCloud Files support to backup set lists. -iPhone X fullscreen support. -Audio Unit v3 support.

Best sounds available.. Best sounds available for acoustic and electric piano right now. Works well with midi but would be better if I was able to control volume and perhaps pitch and mod from the keyboard. Organ sounds nice but no draw bars, so slightly limited. Haven't got Ivory expansion pack yet so can't comment but stock piano is great, EP is groovy and the wurley pack is even better. Top quality

sampels are not matched in app purchase strore. I wanted to try orchestra dream sample pack and downloaded it but what I got is hybrid 1 there is no instrument as described in the store

iPhone 11 Pro support?. Has been pretty good in the past but recently tried it with my iPhone 11 Pro and Bluetooth can’t connect for some reason.. contacted support waiting for solution. It also has a tendency to set your pants on fire and eat your battery for breakfast if you leave it on in the background accidentally.

A. I love korg. I like to have this apps for iphone. Thank.

This app is good I need more trumpet saxophone and flute. This app is good I need more trumpet saxophone and flute

Excellent sounds. Kong, please add layer and keyboard split. Then we will have a perfect live gigging app.

Cannot see music charts at same time as using Module. I like this app but as split screen mode is not supported for the IPAD it kind of becomes useless for me as I play live off charts with my IPAD . I don’t really want to have to buy several IOS devices to play live . I wish they would fix this oversight.

Kong Module. Fantastic sounds and a nice interface, I use this live when I want a lightweight rig.

Absolutely love it, but my 40$ in-app purchase disappeared and can’t be restored. I purchased the “Ivory Mobile American D” pack to use on Korg Gadget many months ago, and now it disappeared. All my other purchases are still there. Please fix this!

First choice for live play. If you could buy only one iOS synth app, this would be the one. Lowest latency of all the apps I've tried. Terrific sounds.

It’s good!. In terms of sounds and functionality there is a lot to like! I wish the interface was a bit more phone display friendly.

Excellent. High quality useful sound and outstanding patches available, most valuable & reliable virtual Kronos but different. Extremely useful with iPad Pro multitasking would be a unbelievably great enhancement The most usefull resources for ios, often use as a source for hq sound in MAC based Ableton projects , MAC based osx multitimbral version would be so nice, probably impossible but one can hope.

So Far so good. Can't wait to use this live....lol

Reverted to non-Pro randomly. I love this app, but....my installations on both iPad and iPhone lost all the ‘Pro’ factory sounds, completely without warning. Only a separately purchased 3rd party library remained on each device. There was no way to reload the ‘Pro’ sounds without deleting and restoring the app - which meant that I lost my User patches on both devices.

Korg Module. It would be nice to have a complete set of bass: Upright, Liverpool, Mute etc. Very nice app Pierre

High quality sound package. Korg has produced an excellent sound module, including realistic piano sets, at a very affordable price.

Great addition to KORG Gadget. Awesome stuff! Korg be killin it on ios! Keep staying ahead of the curve and embracing it while eating Roland's lunch... You guys will win huge in the end if you keep it coming 💯🔑🔥

5 star app. 1 star keyboard playability. You do the math.. Why in God’s would these guys give you a keyboard that simply cannot be played stand alone? Stubborn Japanese insistence on visual aesthetic over functionality? I would say so. The sounds may be the best in iOS, but the complete disregard for user experience on so many levels is also maybe the worst in iOS. Ever tried to contact Korg? Get genuine feedback? Absolutely impossible. I wrote this review because I was away from my external keyboard, and unlike other apps with a virtual keyboard, Korg insists on making the one in Module completely useless on its own. Pretty, though. And pretty useless. Get with the bloody program and start listening to your buyers.

Crashes with Interapp Audio. Can't depend on module to work every time in IAA. Needs upgrade. The sustain pedal doesn't always work.

$40 addition for midi.. The korg apps are relatively expensive. They’re quality though. MIDI cc control at extra cost is beyond weak. This should have been part of the initial cost. Only one or two Korg apps I may regret buying. When you own more than one korg app, it plays well with others korg apps. Everything in this package is available internally with the gadget app making an inception like addition to what you can do with these. I need a Rhodes for everything I do, can’t get enough of the sound, so I’ll use whatever. This has a really decent EP, i do wish it didn’t fall apart in the lower keys though. *korg - would you mind fixing the lower frequencies in the EP? They’re flabby and falling apart. Otherwise lovey reproduction, thanks* This app plays well with older hardware turning that old iPhone into the brain, coupled with a midi controller, makes a serviceable keyboard rig. This is actually my setup right now and it’s awesome. Headphone jack and all. I have played with USB compliant cards. Hit or miss if it’s worth the effort. Might be more worthwhile plugging the headphone directly out into a decent preamp/buffer instead. If you need some really decent keys for a midi keyboard, this is the one. Decent enough piano Decent enough of the bare bones sounds, no more, no less but what you need and quality. Great latency performance, especially with all the options to reduce the animation tax. Nice touch korg, thank you.

Bass Library & splits?. I love Module!! Thanks for Scarbee and the new Ivory American D. If there are plans to add more libraries, please consider Bass! Acoustic for jazz & the usual electrics. And if it’s not asking too much, split capability (even pre-programmed). Thank you Korg!

Awesome!. Works flawlessly with my iPad air and m-audio axiom. Used it live and other band members were impressed of how good it sounds. I use it as an alternative for small gigs/church when I don’t feel like carrying my Kronos.

Top quality for iPad mobility. If that's your kind of thing... 😉

Like owning a virtual Kong Keyboard. I own a Yamaha MOXF8 keyboard and I love the sounds. I also love the old sound of the Korg Triton so it’s only natural that I downloaded this app. The sounds are amazing and run awesome on my iPad Pro with my Yamaha AG06 audio interface to achieve very low latency for live performances and as great in the studio. I saved a lot of money and space by purchasing this app. Thanks very much Korg.

Must have. I love the richness of sound but can’t be split, unable to export the patches and no layering capability. Hoping there will be update with those options

Compact and Powerful!. Was looking for a piano/keyboard midi sound module to use with my old Rhodes MD 80. All are so bulky, limited and expensive. The Korg Module is perfect on my iPhone or iPad. I plug into my Korg plugKEY midi interface and out to the PA. I also use it to take to gigs with my Keystation61 midi controller keyboard. So lightweight and portable. Love it!

Sound Quality. I’m not pleased with the sounds. They don’t sound like I thought they would. The demo sounds in various videos I heard are much more professional than I can get. I’m not sure what the problem is.

Perfect for live. I just used Module for a live 80's tribute. It made things so easy! I made a set list, chose a patch for each song, added notes of chord changes etc. My only wish would be that I could use my Korg Gadget expansions in Module, seeing as you can do the opposite I feel like it would not be that hard. Saved me needing to buy a DX7, M1,D50 etc.

Midi CC learn locked behind a $30 paywall. Midi CC learn is such a basic functionality. There's no excuse other than pure greed to not have this feature in already pricey Module Pro app.

App. This app is sounds is awesome but the only complaint is its drains the battery fast on both iPhone and iPad and they need to fix this.

Add on modules are being charged at full price!. Please fix before sale ends! Working now and well

Doesn’t show up in Cubasis. What’s the use of a great sounding piano if it can’t be played in cubasis directly? Module should show up as an in app or audio unit without having to do any Audiobus. Why doesn’t Korg offer this? Is this a Microsoft vs apple kind of issue?

American D Change, good again.. Some things happened with IOS update, sustain pedal issues, but the module piano sounds very good. Thank you.

Great app!. Lot of great sounds in this app. I use it on stage every night,

Amazing but.... This app provides some of the best sounds I have heard outside of hardware, iOS or not. But it really needs AUv3 support to be useful in my workflow outside of KORG Gadget.

Not Working Well Now. I had so much admiration for this app, but it no longer works very well for me. Please make it sound good again?

Audiobus?. Audiobus 3 does not even see the Korg Module. I don’t find it to be “Audiobus 3 Optimized” All want is to use the Midiflow keyboard instead of the tiny one with the app.

Low quality sounds for 40 dollars. just saying these sounds don’t seem like 16 velocity and are honestly crap compared to something like neo-sou keys or sampletank please stop using old technology

About multiple midi Chanel.. Why does not this one have multiple midi Chanel as korg M1 has. That function really usefull for digital accordion

The Best App Period!!. Korg is the best! I dare you to use this app a gig. You'll be amazed as well as your audience!

General MIDI pack?. Korg, have you completely run out of ideas? Is there going to be a Gadget 3? Any new modules?

This app changed me!. So up to a few months ago, I wouldn’t perform or produce with an iPad. I’m now gigging every week with this app. I love it!

Need a live keyboard rig for iPad?. Look no further for using your iPad with this app live. I tested 5 or 6 other apps and this one right out of the box has great presets and stability.

If Organ Update Returns.... Korg is a great company and I hope they will continue to support these apps for those of us who buy many (I’ve bought them all) and spend money on IAPs. BTW...an IAP sale might be nice as Ivory is the only one I don’t have!

The optional Ivory module is incredible. This app with the Ivory Grand module is my favorite piano and sounds as good as the $400 Desktop version of Ivory!!

Korg Module. Perfect for my needs!

Layer and Split feature missing?. How come I do not see this option anymore? Please, someone help me.

OK, but frustrating. Please make it a little harder than it is now to lose a recording. Maybe a confirmation that we're about to lose it if we hit a button. MIDI export would be nice instead of just an m4a file. And please stop re-enabling analytics collection every time there's an update. That's just obnoxious.

Brilliant!!. So far this app is brilliant!! Will know more after being tested on a gig 👍🏻👍🏻

Korg. You can’t layer!!

Love it!. Makes things easier for me with my M-Audio Keystation 88.

Awesome. This is a great app , allows for a lot of creativity. I don't know if this is already installed , but I would like if there were a midi learn function so that I am able to control the parameters on my midi controller

Korg Module. Turn your iPad into almost every great Korg keyboard in addition to other brands for mere dollars per sound. The Triton, Mellow Sounds and Pianos are absolutely wonderful. Just a super app for the studio and stage. Thanks Korg!!!

Unbelievable how this theft is allowed. I bought module for $40 because I liked its EP and organs, and now Korg wants another $20 for something I already bought? Then $20 for features that come in nearly every other sound app? Hard pass.

No AUv3. If you want piano sounds you can actually use with other iOS apps... look elsewhere! Until KORG cracks the AUv3 egg

Great App. Really impressed with the sounds. I use a Fishman Triple to control it from my guitar. Also use a Nektar Impact LX88 controller. Really like the Rhodes and Organs. Going to get the 80s and Vintage Organ Pack. Was great at 1/2 price.

Program Change Distortion. The sounds are superb! However, distortion occurs when creating a quick program change from my keyboard controller. Five star when this is resolved.

Korg is King of iOS. Like every other audio app I have from them this exceeds expectations! Only wish I purchased sooner, why wait for awesome?

Rip off. With the addition of the performance module being crazy expensive for just some much requested features this app is officially a total rip off. On sale is even really bad. just so you can have midi cc learn. Shoot yourself in the foot korg. Highly disappointed in this move. Pirates no bueno.

Doesn't work properly with Gadget :(. So after multiple years of neglect, KORG finally fixed the broken voice stealing in the standalone app, but it is still broken in the Salzburg instrument in Gadget! Why, KORG? And sympathetic resonance is also still missing. :( Please KORG, do you not understand how a sampled piano instrument is supposed to work?

Mr. Nick. Awesome app, am having a good time with it on my gigs, please add layering and splitting capability.

The future is AU. Korg devs, I’ll buy everything you ever make if it’s AU compatible. Gadget iap, module new sounds, etc. If it’s not AU, that just tells me you don’t care about the future. And, that you’re not listening to the consumer. We want AU everything!

Does this new update still work with tbe older iPad Pros?. Does this new update still work with the older iPad Pro models? I need to know this before I update this app on my 1st gen iPad Pro.

The Best App of its kind!. Korg Module is quite simply the best App of its kind for live performance. Reliable great sounding samples that can be tweaked to your liking. Thanks Korg, Rich Budesa!

It is not a synth.. It's a sample font player! As a result, lots of space is wasted with silly sounds, especially if you spring for the Triton pack, which is worse. Lots of modulation routings don't even exist nor can exist. On the good side, the meat/potatoes goodness is there.

Superb. Now I’m waiting for the Inapp purchase for the CX3M/VoxM with drawbars. Also need layering enablement. Many Thanks! MarkG, ReggaeKeyboardist

Great sounds but...... Will this app ever become an AUv3? It’s great to have nice sounds to play with but to not play well with midi in today’s day and age is pitiful. Especially for Korg. This is a huge thing that needs to be dealt with.

No good way to play with midi files. You can only start a midi file and have it play all the way through. You can't move a play head and you cannot edit. The in app purchases are very expensive. Sounds amazing, nevertheless.

Perfect for gig practice.. Use it every week for practice. Ideal for learning covers. A must have if you want to learn fast..

FANTASTIC APP. This is a must have app for any songwriters, musicians, or producers. I will let the app speak for itself.

Over price small quantity. This good quality sound but in 39.9$ it’s very small quantity more over expansion for layering is 29.9$ it’s really absurd. At with this pro version expansion should be free. I must say SampleTank is way better price.

Half Price IAP???. Am I missing something? The website says IAP’s are up to 50% off yet it looks like they are still full price. Can the developers look into this? Thank you

A++. can't wait for O1w expansion

I will never buy another KORG app or IAP. I bought a new iPad and wanted to restore my IAPs in module but it keeps saying cannot connect to iTunes Store. So I looked online and KORG said to make sure you have the latest update. Well the latest update discontinues the Vintage Organ IAP??? No chance to restore and I lose the money I spent on the in app purchase. Never again KORG.

Same as regular Korg Module. Don’t waste your $40. I actually want my money back. This app is the same as the free Korg Module version. Worse of all, it didn’t let me restore the purchases I made on the original Korg Module even though the expansion pack was exactly the same.

love it but set lists failing!. my favorite piano app by far....... BUT the set lists keep resetting to the default list, nearly everytime i restart the app! i save my set lists so of course it's no problem to reload, but is there a way to stop from defaulting so often?!

Too difficult to sync sounds to Korg Gadget.. 1 star reviews every update until you fix this. I have 5 devices, and don’t want to have to download Module, restore purchases for each item, then restore purchases in Gadget.

Unbelievable Quality!. I simply just love the sounds.. #Powerful

Please wait! KORG Module Pro app comments loading...
