Ads don’t produce the offers after you watch !!!. I enjoy this game. My only gripe is, when you watch the videos that promise free offers such as gems, coins,etc., they don’t keep good on that promise— the video just ends and then I have to exit out of my game to get out of that advertisement because it will not allow me to exit on the “X” and then obviously no gems are coins are gained. Very frustrating

Please let me listen to my music.. This game is fine, a decent way to waste time on my commute. However, i REALLY hate how this game completely takes over your sound output. I can be listening to podcasts or music, and immediately upon launching the game, that output stops and the game takes over. I used to be able to override that by hitting play on my headphones again, now all that happens is i get the music from the in-game ads, not what i was listening to before. This basically limits my playtime, i need something else to listen to that isn’t the music from the ads (or even the game). I have the same complaints as others as well, esp around the limited opportunities to upgrade. Yes, you need to make money. But it wouldn’t kill you to throw out some gems here and there to rope us in and encourage us to buy more.

One of my favorite games, but I have a question.. I play this game daily. It is by far one of the few games I have on my phone that I play on the regular. But something has me stumped. I recently leveled up and unlocked the mini market. There were two pictures of what I needed and how much. I got all of those and went to deliver, but it said I didn't have all of the ingredients. I noticed something kind of in the middle of the two pictures that was simply (0/1) but it didn't have a picture with it. Am I missing something here? I have absolutely no idea what the missing item is. If I could get a reply so I could progress further, that would be great. Thank you so much. :)

Surprising fun. I'm surprised how much I like this game. Been playing over two months now and I'm still interested. I agree with other comments that I wish you could purchase multiple appliances and craft machines to help with production. Also agree that you should be able to find ingredients for a recipe so while a machine is in use, you can prep the next recipe to be ready to go. Finally I hate that it stops my background music whenever I switch to this app. I often play on a train and I don't want my music to stop while I'm playing this game. Could be my settings so I'll check. But overall, very nice and passes the time.

Cool game, glad I’m not just playing this one.. I like this game, but 16 hours to cook a dish? Omg! Good thing I have other cooking games with shorter cook times to play while this one is doing its thing. I can’t start new dishes until the appliances are free. This is one of my waiting games. I play it when I’m waiting for my other games to build which takes a fraction of the time this one does. If you’re looking for a game with continuous play, this is not it. If you can wait for dishes to cook, go for it.

Perfect. I love this game soooo much and have been playing it for almost a year I love the idea of rearranging your own restaurant now I do have a few complaints whenever I try to grab something like meat from one side of my grass area then somthing like onions will collect from my garden then my panty is super full of things I don't need and THE TIMES ARE WAY TO LONG honesty I don't want to wait an entire DAY for carrot cake but other rant that I love this game it lets you be social with other people and their restaurants and it gives you challenges that are really fun and you can get rewarded for them and every day you get rewards just for logging in and take out orders are what I live for love this game but just fix the times

Poorly designed, messy views, and traps you to use gems. If I could give negative stars to this game, I’ll do it. The game is very horribly designed. The view is very messy and the different architectures always block the vision of the one next to them. In general, they will not give you enough space to put all the ingredients, and the timing of certain productions of groceries is horrible. It’s just a way of luring you to use gems. Besides, the point and touch is very inaccurate, you could be wanting to click something but in the game you “clicked” something else (and usually you “accidentally” use a lot of your gems that you saved from doing those super difficult tasks)! The more you play it, the more you realize they are just trying to make you buy gems (which is fine for games like this, until it’s too obvious and make you feel cheated)! I would not recommend you invest time in this game!!!

Ads don’t always work but they don’t care. The excuse of “outsourcing to another ad company” is garbage. Even if you do that, it’s your game and still your problem to fix. Support just tells you to contact said company but that ad company never replies. I’ve lost out on hundreds of gems or random prizes because of ad failures and it’s annoying. I’ve sent screen shots of the black screens/crashed ap but never got any rewards granted back to me because it’s “not their fault”. Edit: Again I’ve contacted your awful support multiple times on many occasions and you just say it’s not your fault and to contact the other company that doesn’t reply. The 1 star stays.

Too expensive. A good game to play but for one everything relies on diamonds. Secondly, this game hasn’t been updated in 4 years…changes are definitely due asap. Thirdly, expansions are too hard to achieve unless you play this game all day and it’s the only game you play and have loads of money for diamonds. Last but not least, most of the dishes take too long to cook and the machines needed to bake ingredients for new orders are already in use for other orders..including stoves. You should be able to get more than one type of stove or baking machine. The farm garden is too small to house all of the trees and minimal plots needed and required to cook the dishes. For now, play at your own risk or wallet.

Wont Fix Easy Issues. I love this game and play it on 5 devices. Unfortunately, when I installed it on my new iPad it loaded as the same Nanobit ID as my phone. Then my husband’s Nanobit ID was duplicated when we added the game to my son’s device. I wrote support, but they said it wasn’t an issue yet it is when you renew the Glistening Kitchen that creates gems daily. And when I wrote to support stating this they didn’t respond! There are also multiple versions of this game as some players have daily tasks while others do not. 2 of my devices have daily tasks and 3 do not. I would think it would be appreciated that someone brought these issues to a developers attention. I love the new addition of the catering dash and look forward to the addition of the chat function if I keep playing.

Updated review. This game used to be fun. Great way to waste time and mentally decompress. I’m on level 101 can’t get anymore appliances because they are 225 gems (why) and it seems when I exceed an undetermined number of gems they disappear. I’m back down to 27 let’s see how long that lasts. It will take over a million xp points to get to level 102 but as with the rest of the levels no reward. The rewards stop somewhere between 40 and 80 I can’t recall. It’s no longer fun. Why would I have to pay real money for fake gems to move forward in a game... never going to happen! You can receive a chef on some days as part of they daily reward for playing but they only walk around they are of no benefit.. why give me what I can’t use? I’ve given this game several chances I most certainly hope changes come soon. There’s more but I have to get ready for work.

Improvements. I love this game and how interactive it is. I do enjoy the tasks and takeout feature as well as the world events, however, I do think that the 75 gems should be rewarded at least to the 50 first places...11 players seems like a very small number, maybe this would also encourage more people to take part of the event. Maybe even make it 100 gems for the first 10 places, 75 gems to the next 50 places, and 10 gems up to the 500th place? Also, could the number of takeout orders be 12-15 instead of 9?

Bring back the shortcut buttons. I love this game! I can skip playing for days or weeks even and come back with no detrimental changes to my cafe. There’s not much to do other than decorate and cook. The events are a great way to win coveted ingredients and other prizes. I enjoy playing those. Some of the cook times are too long but it’s not a huge deal. I really don’t like the plot purchasing thing, they cost more every time you buy. I’m always running out of food bc I can’t plant enough bc I only have 15 plots. But the absolute worst part is the storage stash. It takes FOREVER to get enough tools to upgrade. It’s designed to make you pay with gems. Sometimes, I do break down and use my gems, but I’m grumbling about it the whole time. Overall, a solid, fun game. A few tweaks would make it perfect. On one of the most recent updates, the take out orders and client cart got a quick button at the bottom right, beside the blue note button. I loved that I could hit the button instead of roaming all over the screen to get to the takeout board. To my annoyance, both are now gone. Where’d they go?! Please bring them back!

Only one problem with game. I absolutely love this game. It is very fun and unique. I would have given it 5 stars except for one little problem I have noticed. When it prompts you to watch a video aka an ad with the promise of a reward for watching the award never appears. It has you watch a video for either an ingredient or a gem but after you watch the video you do not receive the promised gift. Only problem I have had so far.

Chef town. I play this game a lot. But some of the recipes are too time consuming unless you buy gems. Without buying gems one would literally have to stay on the game all day to wait for stuff. Some trees take 7 hours to ripen. Like the advocate. Just too much time. Also the chat feature on my restaurant chain doesn’t work and I don’t know why? Can you please tell me why. All in all it’s a nice pass time game.

Could be 5 but. This is a fun app that I could spend too much time on so I should be grateful that there's no real way to earn gems and 90% of upgrades and items need gems They're smart by initially hooking you in allowing you to buy things with coins for the first few levels and by then you're hooked in because it's more personal I don't know going forward how much more time I'll spend on it unless they change how and how often you can earn gems or allow coin buying at least half the time Be ready to spend money

Great game “But Volumes Vanishing”. Hey, Developers of Chef Town game app for IPhone . Everytime I play a watch video. To get a red gem. The game sound vanishes. I have the sound on. That is in the game. I also have the sound up on my IPhone. But still the sound vanishes. I have to frequently turn off my IPhone. Put back on. For the sound in the game app to work like it should. So please figure out what is causing the sound to vanishes.

Updated review-. Good game to play when you got nothing else to do, keeps you occupied for a bit. I recently had an issue with this game that took forever to resolve.... There was an offer within the Chef Town game for Fashion City 2, another game made by the Chef Town creators and the offer was to download Fashion City 2, reach level 15 and get 10 gems for Chef Town as a reward. I accomplished this task but didn’t get the 10 gem reward. I finally got the 10 gems after some convincing. I was told that screenshots were required to show the quest, which I’m still confused about because all the offer said to do was reach level 15 in Fashion City 2 and gems would be rewarded. There were no mention of screenshots that were required! I took a screenshot of my level 15 progress in Fashion City 2 among several other screenshots that were requested of me and that still wasn’t good enough. As I said I did finally get the 10 gems but just as “an exception”. My suggestion to the creators- if you’re going to advertise an offer to download another one of your games and reward the player for progress in that game, make sure to mention screenshots are needed for proof! Frankly, the time it took to reach level 15 in Fashion City 2 wasn’t anywhere near worth the 10 gems.

Great but needs more opportunity for free ingredients. I loved when any time I would try and cook something but was missing an ingredient, it would let me watch an ad to get the ingredients I needed. Now that option isn't available and it really bums me out. I was able to cook a lot more and enjoy the game more but now I don't play it as much because there's more waiting now that they don't have an option for getting the free ingredients I need.

Great game! Love it so much😄❤️👨‍🍳👩‍🍳. I love this gave so much! It is very addicting and fun; some times I will be so into it I will just stare at my iPad waiting for the clock too hit zero on either a food stand or a dish! I love the fact that when you don't have something you can watch a video sometimes, and that you can watch a video if you want a second chance at spinning the daily wheel! It is really nice that you can go too other people's restaurant and like there things, and that you get experience when some likes your things. I also really like the fact that you can compete in global events and earn gems. One of the things I like doing is competing in catering events with my "team"; Creative cooks! I only have one other person on my "team" so far, but we still both have fun together working on getting catering points. Over all I really like this game! I suggest with all my heart that you download it!

Addicting. Absolutely love this game and have literally been playing for like 5 years!!! The only thing lately is that I had sent a request to find out when something new would be coming and was told by customer service that they aren’t updating this game because they are working on newer games and this one pretty much doesn’t matter anymore.. just a heads up to all the new players!!!

Good to a point. Could be a great game, but once you're playing for a while you are forced to either not be able to expand and continue easily or pay to get what you need. It's not enjoyable when you can't expand the fridge or pantry without paying real money for the parts. (The publishers say they do give those parts randomly, but 6 months of playing and I haven't received any of these "randomly given" parts.) Have fun while you can, but know that at a point you will need to spend cash to get anything done (or wait for a year to earn enough of their rarely given diamonds to upgrade)

Needs improvement. Game is fun, and I like the graphics, however there are a couple issues that bug me. One, as you advance up in levels, your restaurant gets very cluttered with objects, and there is no room to put them anywhere. It takes a very long time to level up to make more room. Second, the game only has a handful of characters and they appear in duplicates in the restaurant at the same time. Would like to see these issues addressed.

Help please!. I had to get a new iPad, and when I set it up, it made me a new player. I was \am level 51 I think in my restaurant! I have bought stoves and things for real money gems. Not just the shop things, the special fondue stove and others. I downloaded from app store and it did not give me opportunity to put in my account information or email. I want my account back! Please help!

Why?. Dear , Owner I am trying to play this game as usual , it's a great game until one day I was just playing and then I just had bought some gems on sale and I also re did my restaurant and it has more food varieties and more sitting space , loads . But there is one problem the customers won't eat anything , I don't understand they just walk in stand there then walk out . I've been checking each day for a week now . Can anyone please help me , I have spent money on this game . I do not want to abandon this app , it's a great one .

Enjoyable game!. I have been playing this game for awhile and do enjoy it. I have noticed the improvements but please give us a break and reduce the amount of gems needed for the "fancy" items. Please continue to reduce cooking times and NO the items needed to update storage are NOT random. Please let us sale unwanted items in bulk since you give us many tasks to keep updating the restaurant. The amount of gems needed to use a chef or additional server is a tad ridiculous. Appreciate the changes thus far but please consider the above.

Love!!. I love this game, I’m a stay at home wife and got bored with every other game I downloaded but for some reason I can’t stop playing this game. It has actually inspired me to start cooking in real life! The only thing I wish it had was the option to sell multiple of one item you have in storage. Like for example I have 42 Asian style tile that I wish I could sell all at once

After the May 2018 Update. I am so enjoying the new recipes and decor items that have been added to the game! There are new coin opportunities notes above people's heads that are really visible. My "Hostile Takeover" was handled by just starting a "new restaurant chain" but didn't have to literally start the game over again. We have since had another restaurant owner join with us as an Associate and she is a great team member. We usually always get our gems, coins and prizes after a Catering Dash! Over all we really enjoy this game and most of the time Support gets back to me within 48 hrs of an issue. Sometimes they have an answer, sometimes they need a little more time to fix a problem.

Annoyed. DONT EVER GET A NEW DEVICE BECAUSE WHEN REINSTALLING IT WILL NOT LET YOU PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF AND ALL PURCHASES AND PROGRESS YOU HAVE MADE WILL BE GONE. I REGRETFULLY CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT HELP UNLESS I BACK UP THE GAME ON I TUNES AND PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASES, FORGET THAT! I UNINSTALLED GAME AND FEEL LIKE I WASTED OVER A YEAR OF MY LIFE, I WAS A DAILY PLAYER!I AM NOT HAPPY! Aside from that.... In a nutshell: * fun game * addictive * too many bugs that need to be fixed * take too long to cook certain foods * not many rewards given to loyal players Advice for game makers: The more someone plays the more you should reward loyal player, many people do not have options to pay. When you watch videos for rewards player doesn’t receive the rewards offered which is a waste of the players time. The more time you take to satisfy the players the more they will play. Please fix bugs in this game soon, And please do not tell me to contact your support team because obviously other people who have reviewed Have been told to do that even after they have mentioned that they already did over and over again and got nowhere. I will not reach out to your support team. This is a review if you really care about your players then you should be able to fix what is being said in this review without me having to contact your support team. Pay attention to your reviews so that you can gain more players.

LOVED this game for years.. I’ve downloaded this app like 4x or 5x times because I’ve loved it that much. Got really far last time and then I got a new phone. No way to login or get my progress back. I strongly recommend at least letting people sign in with their Apple to keep games. because this has been an actual problem for me I’ve originally played it when it released on the Apple store and had to make several accounts every time I get a new phone.

Game not loading. I haven’t been able to play my game all week. The loading bar will get to the halfway point and then stop. I have tried everything that I can think of: restarted my device, turned off/on WiFi, game is updated...gave it time, still no luck. I have tried to contact app support but it says something about the contact for this app has retired or no longer in service. Anyone else having this problem?? Please advise. I do not want to delete the game because I have put so much time and effort into it over the years. Thanks

They will steal your money. Don’t make in app purchases, they do not transfer to new device, they will promise to make an amends to lost money spent and although you follow the steps they ask you to, there is no follow through on their part. Tried for over a week to have my issue resolved, sent 4 emails that they keep saying they did not get although I could view my sent emails. After so many emails I guess they could not keep saying they did not get, they just stopped communicating and promises made did not come to pass.

Update…. I am updating my review to reflect the fact that Chef Town responded to my issue and fixed the problem and made it right. Thank you, Chef Town for listening and fixing the issue. Addicting. I played this game faithfully every day for a year! Stuff comes up “missing” never to be found again. The last update was a YEAR AGO. No benefit to level up because you don’t get any rewards or access to different ovens nothing. They want gems for most of the ovens why they won’t let some be for coins to. I use to love this came but there is really nothing that keeps you coming back once you get to the higher levels, why not reward your players that spend hours playing. Why not just load all the stoves and reward is news open as you level up! Very disappointing. I lost a stove that I paid gems for and was told to look in my storage not there and they had taken it down which I don’t understand. Hopefully they will eventually begin updating the app

Great game 👍. Really fun game with cute graphics and fun recipes you can create. I like that there are plenty of free options for styling your restaurant but also they give you limited time deals for extra diamonds so if you chose to pay the price is very fair and reasonable. You could pay $2-$10 and have all the extras and upgrades you want. Never bothers you with ads, only watch them to earn extra diamonds/ingredients. They encourage using the community through quests, which ended up being fun because you get to see how other people’s restaurants look. Best game of this type I’ve played, 10/10.

Another poorly written game. Trying to load this on my newer iPad...I keep telling it to restore my previous game (which shows in GC) but instead it just keeps starting me over. I am not wasting two more weeks to get back to where I was. Either get the game loading correctly or remove it from the App Store. Additionally it constantly crashes, if you are collecting items from plants, crops, shops, stands, stores....if the game crashes before it actually gets stored in the fridge or pantry you completely lose the item. When you go to lad the game it takes forever to load the game. Complete waste of time.

Had great potential. If they would have fixed the catering dash I would have kept the game as I loved it! We would always place 1st, 2nd or 3rd, but I never received my reward. I would have to screenshot the results and several days to a week later would receive compensation. It made the game extremely frustrating and this happened over and over. They recommended I uninstall the game and reinstall, which I did, but that didn’t work. I finally deleted the game for good.

New Addiction. I started to play this game maybe 2 days ago out of boredom. I was skeptical at first especially because everything takes time (I wish most games weren't like that) however, it's not too bothersome for me because I find myself able to sit on this game easily for an hour or half hour at a time. There is always something I can be doing. My biggest upset with this game is that decorating can be limited as almost more than half the decorations cost rubies which are the in app purchases (surprise surprise). I love decorating in games it's always my favorite so it's a bit of a let down.

Cool game for your daily electronic game fix. It's limited in what you can do for very long, better as you progress so hang in there. I've had to purchase gems in order to make the game worth while. Levels get longer and longer in between and it would be better if they did better tutorial on how to increase production, you need to play around with it to figure that out.

Good game if you don’t want to play very often. This game could be decent, however, as it is, the times it takes to make certain items are outrageous. Also getting recommendations is a long process especially when they put their special offers in that you have to take care of or else you lose six hours until a new offer comes in. If you want a game that you are ok looking at once a day this one’s for you, but in my opinion there are many more engaging games out there!

Horrible customer service. Upgraded to a new phone and you are unable to restore a game to a new device. Lost years of playing and I had all of ovens. Even spent money on gems. Contacted customer service and they said to send them the receipts and they could do something. Sent the receipts several times and they claimed they never got the emails. Worst customer service ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Transferring game data is something that isn’t new. Don’t play this game unless you never will upgrade your phone.

Wants you to spend money. Game is nice but when you have to cook things that you don’t have the ingredients for because your not on the level to get it they want you to spend money😡 on top of that it gives you the same things to make that again you don’t have the ingredients for. You can’t level up this way. It should give you different things to make not the same thing twice. You need to do better with this game.

Two suggestions. Overall very enjoyable and casual game. I have two suggestions: 1) add a function to allow plant replacement, meaning, after a tree or shrub dies, users can press one button to buy and place a new one at the same spot. It’s tedious to go through all the menu for planting trees. 2) for ingredients like cocoa, which are so basic and need to be used in so many dishes, one-hour growing time for only two cocoa trees is too long.

Pretty Fun. This game is addicting and fun up to a point. Seems like they don't update it enough. The chat in the dash is not working. It seems impossible to win a global goal in the event. The boat seems pointless. It would be great if they kept adding cool stuff like different events, oh and a place like a market where we can sell our stuff to other player would be cool. All in all though I really like it for now.

🥰 love 🥰 this 🥰 game. When a game stops you from playing your other games then you know it’s your favorite. I love the fact that the items aren’t high priced like the other games. It would be nice if we could communicate with the other players. Pretty fun. I'm just starting out, it's pretty fun so far. I just hit level 14, the leveling is at a decent speed. I still haven't been able to upgrade my pantry which is annoying, I think the upgrade tools need to drop a bit more frequently. Maybe like other games certain tools have a higher drop chance because I have three hammers and no planks, but I have no way to buy from other players so that's rather pointless... Also I've now unlocked the berry blend, and 16 hours?! To make a smoothie?! The first two smoothies take 2 minutes and 5 minutes respectively, and it leaps to 16 hours... I'm baffled. This game hasn't been updated in a year and the developers have another game they haven't updated in two years, so they have the tendency to abandon their games, which is obviously not good.

Lovely & Fun!💕. Very addicting, steady play with fun recipes, variety decor to custom build you restaurant, and the best part is you can farm to table on this game! Grow your crops, plants, and stands for all your supplies! My only complaints are the nice decor costs a ridiculous amount of gems, which so far points to buying them as the only option to ever have enough to BUY the decor, and recipe stars are incredibly easy to achieve so there are long periods of waiting between levels to get new recipes so you're stuck remaking the same recipe you've already mastered for a while before you get something new. Two minor changes I would integrate are free ways to earn gems modestly for dedicated players like me who have played this game years ago on FB, and release more new recipes per level to prevent a stalemate between levels.

Catering Tasks. I think they need to be equaled out more. This past catering contest I was unable to do none of them. Almost all recipes were on the “Pay with the gems appliances” or higher than the level I am on. Stinky that I was unable to participate in a fun event. I can’t even communicate this to my team for the chat tab doesn’t & never had worked for me. Hoping I won’t get booted either for lack of participation . Please make the tasks more balanced.

Love this game but.... Hi guys, I absolutely love this and so do a my friends but we faced one of the biggest problems with it and that’s getting them synced on all my devices. For example, I used to play it and bought a new device and I had to start from scratch. It’s been a while since I’ve played this game, so I just wanted to know if that issue (restoring your old levels) have been resolved. I would appreciate the response. I really hope it’s resolved so I can start playing it again and hope the levels will be saved. Thanks!

It’s a good game. I really do like this game but it can be time consuming sometimes. Anyway I wanted to request that the creators make an “Are you sure you wanna use these gems?” Because there has been numerous occasions where I accidentally pressed the buy or skip button when I didn’t need to. I have ran out of gems completely almost twice already. I know this is partly my fault because I should be more careful but this is getting on my nerves so much.

This game was great but. This game was great to play. Could not get enough. But now you have. Load problems. Haven't been able to play the game for weeks. If they can't fix it the I will have to dealt it. So please please fix. They did an update. Still can't get into it. So it looks like I will deleat it

Hard to play without gems. I am up to level 30, but because I don't buy gems to progress or increase production on my ovens it takes a long time to produce goods. If you're not prepared to use your hard earned cash to buy gems, you have a long wait to earn enough to benefit you.

I actually like this game, but. The popup ads that sneak up and automatically close the game and open up a new page annoy me too much. And although it's relatively balanced, gem type purchases in games are also horrible and anything you can buy with gems should be purchasable with ingame money. Also it seems to be too difficult to actually make money and some of the wait times are ridiculous. However, it is a fun game that looks nice and gaining stars and completing quests is satisfying. I just wish it was balanced better.

Pretty good. I have enjoyed playing this game, there are some problems with it tho, for example, every time I try to play the mini game on the spin wheel truck, all I get is a blank white screen and I have to restart my iPad so I can continue to play chef town. Also the video on the tv that's supposed to give you a gem if you watch it, never works. Overall it's a bit of fun.

Chef town. I enjoy playing this game but I find it hard to advance without having to buy gems. There are not enough opportunities to win free gems.

Good game. I love this game and got addicted to it. I can ge far without purchasing gems and just try to achieve goals so i can ge some. Thou ta times i don't get the rewards fr watching ads. Either none at all or leads me to white screen. I like it that food doesn't get burned unlike other games if u exited and didn't come back for some time it is burned. I just hoe that the stoves, ovens and shops can be rotated in all sides. It is hard to decorate when it can only rotate two sides. And be better if there's a decoration mode. So you can decorate without the customers.

Awesome Game but ........... Great game, very addictive! Not sure why it takes so long to 'grow' food items, it feels like real life when having to wait 14hrs to make a drink! And why are decorations soooooo pricey? I mean why should you have to pay thousands in coins to purchase a table & chair combo when clearly you need customers to sell the food to & they need a place to sit & eat.

Cooking fun. Fun and easy to use, would like more space so it's not crowded which can cause wrong item to be harvested. Some stalls could be smaller ie. Bakery to make more room. Only one tap on item should be enough to put in storage. Don't like how many decorations require gems in early levels. Also when buying a chef it should be clear they are on hire only and not a permanent luxury! Good game to pass the time 😊

Awesome Game But I,. I really like this game. I loved it!! But there are lots of problems. Firstly Even if you accidentally delete the game all of your hard work and progress is not saved. You have to start again. Secondly I think that the food takes to long to cook. 6 hours seriously? Thirdly the ads are annoying. If you touch it by accident it comes to the App Store. Lastly the update didn't work. The game is still slow. I did rate this game 5 stars but now I give it a 3. Please improve and I hope you read this. Thanks! 😊

Fun game. Fun game , different from other cooking games. It is like a combination of farm game and cooking game. Quite unique, I've not seen any other like it. Downside is cooking times are long, takes long time to complete tasks and take away orders. I've been playing this game regularly for several months and only on level 23. Patience required for sure

No ingredients or appliance upgrades beyond level 70. I've been playing this game for over a year and I'm your best customer - I BUY GEMS!! But I'm on level 71 and there's no more ingredients or appliances to upgrade too.. I've made almost all of the recipes. No point in playing further if no more upgrades? You will loose a paying player.

Very addictive game!. I love this game! Soo addictive to play. But the only downside is that the price to finish dishes off or to do certain things costs jewels and they don't accumulate very fast. Oh and to get enough recommendations for the expansions took a while. But other than that I love the different stations and the different things we have to cook. Keep up the great work!

It was an awesome game until... It was an awesome game, I enjoyed playing it for hours every day, until the most recent update.. Now to make the ingredients (like bread, butter, cheese, yoghurt etc) takes 2-3x longer than before the update.. It's already slow as it is to make enough cheese or butter to use in the cooking, now it will be even longer to complete the cooking.. Please fix this for 5 stars from me 😊

Love the game but...... The gems are driving me insane. I finally get a few then I accidentally use them because I've touched something I should. Just lost 10 in 1 go cos I accidentally double clicked a task and hit the gem on the double click. Really annoying. Trying to get to 30 gems so I can create my dairy items. Now I'm back to 9 gems. Also the adds pop up way to Often. And I click them constantly if I'm not prepared for it. Cut the adds. Also I think when u upgrade in ur ovens or milk shake bars the time should get less. It stays the same length of time and more things to add to it. We should be getting praised for reaching the higher levels of cooking. The hours are already way too long. Should be 4hrs Max. Some are 1day. I don't think anything in this world takes a day to cook. Please fix cos I'm getting annoyed.

Don't waste your time. Unless you like to pay to play then don't waste your time. I know almost every game on the App Store has something like"gems" you can buy to purchase premium items and boosts, but with this game there are far too many regular items that are purchased with gems and there is no way to earn gems by watching ads. This game isn't worth your time as to have a nice restaurant you need to pay real money.

Restaurant city renewed. I am really enjoying this game so far, very similar if not the same as restaurant city from the old game on Facebook. I like that it is slow paced, I like that the challenges are not hard but time consuming, I like the graphics, the sounds, the food choices. Dislike the slow loading from your site to others, dislike how it tends to crash every now and then.

Cooking fun. Chef town is amazing with all the different foods you can cook. If I were to try to improve the game i would be changing the realistic and as close to real life time for cooking to make it faster especially when it comes to the Hawaii pizza recipe that takes six hours. Other wise everything is great and all the foods look really realistic almost like you made the actual recipe in real life. This game is awesome!! 😃

Love it! However.... I find the buttons are a bit sensitive. I got charged gems for accidentally having my finger placed too close to one of the buttons, there wasn't even a confirmation window that offered a yes or no option to commit to buying and that annoyed me that I got charged for something I didn't want. I've also had issues where I try to click on appliances and they wont respond. Apart from that, great game and very addictive!

Client Orders cause Crash. Good game, but since the most recent update thus far, my game crashes every time I try to scroll down to some of the client orders from the cart you use for interaction. I'm often forced to repeat my most recent action before I viewed my orders. Please fix this issue ASAP. I can't do as much in the game with this constant crashing in the way. Thanks, Nanobit.

Needs improvement. I love this game but sadly a few issues have made me disappointed in what could be a great game. There is no confirming to speed up things, I lost 300 gems by accidentally skipping on one of the required tasks for expansion. Also I keep getting given takeaway orders for meals that I can not even make as they are for a higher level. Shouldn't be restriction on number of trees allowed either. Please improve this game. Almost loving it!. I love playing this type of game... much like an older game I use to play! Only downside 😢 is that when offered a FREE spin it does not happen,,, what the?? I watch the VIDEO (not to mention it’s the same app ad My Story - which I’d just say i would never be interested in playing ever!!) and nothing, same thing happens when ur trying to obtain FREE diamonds or ingredients/items... not happy, pls fix!!! Only giving 3 stars cause it’s not happening for me to give a 4 or 5 yet!

Awesome. I love this game it's great there are a huge variety of things you can make and it gives me ideas for my own family meals also. One thing I would suggest is perhaps tweaking the game a little so that things don't take long times to cook or the chance to have more than one of each appliance so that cooking is easier and you can service more customers.

In fact the rewards in this game are better than any other game of this genre I've played, and I have tried out most of them. I buy gems because my favorite part of the game is designing and decorating and gems are needed in order to do this. As I said though, the rewards are incredible. There are more positives than negatives about this game, however the negatives are awful. I lost close to 300 gems by accidentally touching the skip button while I was looking to find where the next expansion would be. To lose that amount of gems in that way is appalling, I didn't gain a thing from it, not even the benefit of the skip as it was no use to me when I reached there. I notice from other reviews that I am not the only one that this has happened to. I would think that 'players who pay' would be refunded their gems in this situation, after all it's us who support your apps. Fair is fair would'nt you agree? Another issue is that occasionally crafted foods disappear which is very frustrating. On a whole a well made app. I hope you seriously consider my ? suggestion regarding returning gems that are unfairly taken.

Fun and slightly addictive. Great game with continuous game play (at least for first 6/7 levels, without need to use/buy gems. As levels open up and more complicated recipes become available, longer time frames are required. But as with all games, go and play outside or do something else and when you come back it's all done :-) Lots of fun, kid friendly and engaging.

Good, but a few minor annoying bits. Love this game but the length of time some things take is a bit much..... And some of the areas to craft ingredients need to either be doubled up or shorter. It takes absolutely ages to go to another gamers restaurant to like their items and as a result, I just can't be bothered which is a shame. Otherwise the gameplay and graphics are excellent and I'm really wnjoying it.

Ridiculous issues. This game was good, but is now plague by unopening problems. These problems have also led to the following issues being highlighted, which everyone should be aware of BEFORE they spend any money in the game, or time playing. Even though the game is linked to game centre, facebook and you get a nano bit ID - NO GAME PROGRESS IS SAVED. This means if you upgrade your device, reinstall the game etc, you lose ALL game progress and are required to start at level one, even when you "sign" back in. Keep this in mind for the time you will lose and money of you bought gems and purchased any special event items

Love it, but the ads!!!. I love the game, I think it's challenging enough and fun and engaging. BUT You give the choice to get free items (i.e. gems and food). If I click on the ads and they play, and I have to spend my time watching an ad that is contributing to your game, I would expect to get my reward. For some reason, instead of getting my reward for watching the ad, I mostly get a white screen that means I have to close the game and reload it, then I don't get my reward. FIX THIS!! It's annoying and a waste of time for me to watch the ad without getting anything out of it!

Love the game. I love this game, too addictive. I make a point of never buying any extra gems or coins etc on any game app I have and can still get far. The only downside is I can't purchase any furniture, decorations etc that require several gems. That's Ok, I like to keep the decor simple and in budget. On level 46 now and only started playing less than 2 months ago. I know that some items take too long to "Cook", but all I do is put them in to cook before I go to bed and let them cook away. I have tried to save gems I earn, but have accidentally used them, so am really careful on where on the food I tap. This is why I have only given 4 stars instead of 5. I like to see the customers walk through the gardens, So I place the maitre d' at the far end of the restaurant away from the door and they have to go past him and file back through the garden before they can sit down. Update now up to level 75. I have purchased every piece of land available with the coins earned. I have still not ever purchased gems, as I have earned on average 6 gems a week playing the extra competitions. Still an amazing game. I am more careful so as not to accidentally spend a gem when my finger misses the spot I want to tap.

Helping me to lose weight. This colourful addictive game helps me forget food cravings. When I feel the urge to snack on junk food, I pick this game up and become so focussed on the tasks, I forget the cravings. I play this game a lot. Would give it five stars but for the times I can't progress any further because I don't have any gems.

Cheaters spoil the fun 😑. I really enjoy playing this game. There are lots of goals to keep you interested. My only gripe is that in the weekly global events there is no way you could possibly get anywhere near the top 500 for the second prize of 10 gems because there are so many cheaters! There is no way that in the last event other players could have early up to 52,000 culinary stars as there isn't even that many on offer in the game. Isn't there a way nanobit can stop this from happening so it actually makes competing in the global events worth it? I am at the point of not bothering with the events anymore and I just play the game without them.

Great game but glitchy. As per other reviews, the game is great with awesome animations. It’s super fun and addicting. However there is no back up connected to Gamecenter or back up system where you can sync your progress onto a different device even with the log in of Gamecenter AND a Nanobit ID which is odd. Once it’s deleted you’d have to start all over which can be incredibly frustrating for those who have invested many hours playing the game and some, real money. I personally played this game 3 years ago with a lvl 30ish restaurant that’s gone forever, requiring me to start all over. Another thing is the glitch that occurs whenever you’re faced with the task of visiting a community restaurant or when you’re required to visit Katy’s restaurant. For instance, I get a pop up that tells me that I should try again later or update my version of the app when it’s already the latest update. 3/5 because it’s a great game but the developers really need to look into the UX. Sacrifice a moment of adding new features to improve the logistics, please

When I tap on it, it ‘says level up to get more tasks’ , well I have and still nothing. Please make more tasks as all I’m doing is collecting stars at this point. Popup Problem. Event goal window keeps popping up. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. That worked for a few hours, and then the problem came back. Whether you participate in the event goal or not, it keeps popping up every time you check the app, not sure why. Hope this gets fixed in a future version!

RE-THINK YOUR CHANGES. Really enjoy this game but the changes that are being made have affected me a number of times. The first major change meant I had to start over after having reached level 10. Later changes have impacted positively and negatively. I like being able to know how much I have in storage but I find the new wait times for basics like dough are too long. I also do not enjoy the max storage and it is too slow to dump items.. Otherwise I love the gourmet feel of the meals and all the cool ingredients...oh yeah and why so many ingredients that do not have any use?

A few glitches but overall lots of fun. This chefville clone for mobile is great fun, but thankfully unlike chefville is not energy based. There are tons of things to do, that at times you wonder which to do, right now I’m trying to figure out the catering as it seems a tad glitchy. Ie there is no chat and no good way to sesrch for a new group that might be a good fit. It would be nice if there were good community groups on Facebook or otherwise of players that could help each other. That’s really my only complaint, it’s not really very social.

Am I doing something wrong. Love this game. Have been playing for over a year now. Am a top restaurant now. However I have not gotten a new oven for months now. Three new ones just opened up but all require 225 gems to get. Most I have ever had in this game are 10 gems. Am I doing something wrong? Refuse to use my cash to play any game. Can't you offer more ovens that can be purchased. Really sad all special ovens have to be purchased with gems.

Good graphics and mechanics. If you've played Hay Day or similar building games, you'll fit right in. However, the glaring PROBLEM is that you can easily lose the food items that take long to make (eg 6h salmon) because you have to collect them soon after they finish cooking. At least in Hay Day if you don't play the game for 12 hours you won't lose any items that finished in the interim. Basically the developer is tricking you into coming back regularly by penalizing you if you don't. Other building games don't have that penalty. For that reason alone I stopped playing this game. I just don't want to have to set alarms to go off whenever my food is supposed to finish cooking.

All about food. Restraints are the best place to get food in history!and you have to play the game my restraint and have loads of fun!

Long time player. I am level 41 with a 4* restaurant. I have obviously enjoyed the game up to this point. However, the frustration level at not being able to upgrade my pantry without spending my own $$ will be the reason why I delete this app. Supposedly “random” items are given, but I don’t believe it at all. There is no way that I can wait 6 months for 3 boards when I’m checking in several times a day. See ya!

Overall it is a great game and fun to pass one with although, I would love it if you added a option where you can request ingredients from your friends and they can send you those ingredients! Be able to sell stored items. Please let us be able to sell our items in the pantry and fridge. Right now if it gets to capacity we have to trash to make space. How about sell to neighbors. Other than that I give 5 stars

Best game of 2020. This game is so fun when I’m stuck in my house all day! So addictive I’m on this game for at least 6 hours a day when I’m playing time flies by I even play on it when I’m supposed to be getting food!

Updated Review. Game glitched out on me. Essential items have vanished. I can’t do the Dash. I get ‘ try again later’ message. There is no support. This game has been abandoned by developers but it’s still raking I the $. Too easy to spend gems you don’t want to spend cuz of overcrowding and one click spending. Gem usage is unreasonably high prices. They are making a fortune off of accidents. Sales ad to buy gems pop up almost every time I open the app. Thinking about quitting game play. Frustrating. Fun game!!. Love the game but would like a back button. On the orders So if I click on an order, and don't have all I need for it, I can click back and choose another order.. Also, a confirm button for using gems to speed stuff up. Otherwise, it's great!! Please don't change anything else!!

Cheats. This game cheats you! They will either put a bonus order that needs to be done in 15 minutes with a order that takes 4 hours to cook, on the other side a order that takes a few minuets and not count it so you have to wait 6 hours for more orders. Very frustrating and the very reason I don’t buy anything from this game!!

Game Loading Issues. When I open the app the loading bar on the title screen just loads half way and then the loading bar just stays right where it is.

Love the game! But... Hi, so I was playing this awesome game and was trying to make dough for pizza, well I needed water and was using the stand before. But when I clicked on “find water” it said I had to expand to use water, now I have to buy water with my gems for my to go orders. This made me very angry. So could please not put “a time limit” on things like that bc that is what I think happened. 😠 Thank u.

Good game. Good game just feel like if you download it on another device of yours it should be transferred not have to start all over but hey I think it good too then you start all over I also love the new updated version. But you should let new user earn coins and other things through out the days.

Fun Game. This a fun game! However, I wish you didn't have to spend money if you want to upgrade with the newest items and equipment. Also wish you could see ingredients required for other dishes while the equipment needed is in use preparing other dishes.

Half and half. Play all the time. Wish they allowed you to do more challenges until the competition ends for the battle of the restaurants. It also says that you can switch your rewards if you don't like what's offered but didn't see that option.

Fun to play but needs improvements. I enjoy playing this game however periodically something happens where the free videos won’t appear until almost 12 seconds into the add then once it’s completed, you never receive your free gem, food item or whatever. Please fix!!!

Unable To Play. Updated the game and couldn’t get in. Now, this will be the second time. This will reset my daily rewards and my vegetables will expire. If I was not having this problem the rating would be 5 stars.

Fun game. Interesting and fun. I was concerned about the downtime during the game waiting for orders, but now I understand it helps give you time to prepare. Game progresses at good speed. Overall very good. They added a new party boat but I don't care for party boat too much. Would be good for if we could sell/trade with other players. The restaurant chain is an excellent addition!

Good game. I love this game but it make me mad because a person will come into your restaurant and be in a hurry and you have to use your grams to make the food but if you don’t have any you can’t make the food so it expired and you have to put it in the trash so now you can’t get orders for 6 hours

Fun. This game well different then the other cooking games I have played in the past. Enjoy growing your ingredients and using them to cook with. Unfortunately you have to buy the crops through coins you earned then decorate your establishment.

Great time waster. When your bored this is the game for you. you are always doing something. one thing that does bug me is that some things take a whole hour to cook and then you get a task to cook something else on that same cooker.

Fun for free play only. The game has a built in design where you accidentally spend gems on unnecessary things. It does not have an "Are you sure?" Protection and they will not refund you. You get a canned response. I know they get money from watching ads in an attempt to get enough gems to open spots but I will most definitely not invest In this game otherwise. I hate crap tactics like that.

I love the game. Fixed thank you And would give all stars but the catering orders......I can’t do it always say 7 days till next Oder when the time is up....7 whole other days I have to wait it’s been three weeks since I opened it and I have yet to fill an order please fix

Fun but...... I've enjoyed playing this game. The biggest issue I have is that the 'random' items from customers to upgrade your fridge and pantry are not random. Since I hit level two on each storage, customers only drop two of the three items you need to upgrade. It's a big complaint all over the web when you Google the game. I know the company needs to make some money, but geez.

Amazing. My mommy installed game and I always help her play it and Both me and my mom we enjoy this game it’s really awesome and it’s everything you ever look for in a game especially a cooking game we have to serve I can tell you it’s better than restaurant story

Good game but. This is a good game but IT REALLY NEED TO BE UPDATED and also they need to make more of the appliances and stuff where you can buy stuff with coins and also there is NEVER a video to watch to get gems so can you please update the game make it better come on now ugh

Chef town review. I like the game a lot, however the only thing I don’t like is that it offers free things if you watch a video, more times then not it’s a waste of time because they don’t work

Chef town. It's a good game. I don't like being booted off after watching a video - the whole screen goes white and won't reload for about 5 minutes. Also using gems is way too easy - is usually accidental.

Okay game. Chef Town is a pretty good game it keeps you busy for a little while. I do like how pretty much everything is provided for you and you don't have to do a whole bunch of other stuff to get materials you need. Overall cool game to pass the time.

There's a problem with my game. Game is great! I've found myself stuck playing it for the past week. Well overnight I was cooking food and when I opened the app this morning it would not let me collect from my stations and my crops are finished growing but they aren't telling me they are. I love the game, hope this can get fixed

Good but frustrating. This game is fun but it's very frustrating that items can take up to 18 hours to "cook" even when a chef is hired to speed up the process. You end up having to put the game down and wait until the next day to play because all of your appliances are occupied and you can't do anything.

Very addicting. I play on my cell phone, as I'm sure most people do. They should have a confirmation button before any purchase. I have accidentally purchased land, used 20 stars for a upgrade, deleted objects.... while trying to expand the screen or do a task. Good luck in dealing with Support on any issues. They don’t help... Someone requested an add to my restaurant chain. I clicked on the person’s profile, backed out, and now the person is the CEO. There is no way to reverse this. No way to contact this person... Zero help from support, aside from their response to contact the person and ask them to transfer it back. Seriously!?! There are too many glitches... It was a waste of money.

Great gameplay. Love this game it's fun but it needs more improvements like a sheld for the materials it takes up to much space in the pantry and fridge I have to get rid of products cause of this you should create ovens that u can buy with gems and money and a way to dump the fridge and pantry it takes to long to do individual. When is a new up date

Update idea that would be so COOL!❤️. in the next update you should make it so the characters don’t just sit down and eat. It would be cool if the could sit down on the couches, swim in the pool and walk into the small buildings. I really love this game and think this would make the game even cooler and more fun to watch the characters.

Catering stopped opening. I have been unable to do any catering orders for a while every time I click on the truck it shows 6 days left. For two weeks or more. I don’t know if at a certain level the game stops opening the catering truck or what because if this is the case I am uninstalling it. Frankly that was the best part out of the game and the reason I kept on playing it for this long. Please fix this issue immediately.

App won't even open. Since recent update I have not been able to play as often due to app crashing. The past two days the app won't even open for me to play. I really enjoyed this game and is very disappointed that I can't. Please fix, I would really like to continue playing.

Developers please respond!!!!!!. I used to play this game everyday and I love it n I even recommended my friends to play this game until I faced certain issues. #1 I was around level 63 on May 18,2018 and on May 19,2018 when I launched the app it displayed ‘cannot connect to server’ so I reinstalled the application and it went back to level 50 leaving me frustrated and I started all over again. #2 I always loved the Delivery Dash and I never miss it. I always used rank 1 or 2. Even in the last Delivery Dash (August 20,2018) I was ranked #2. When I opened the application now it is asking me to join a new restaurant chain. Where does mu existing chain go? This is totally irritating. The developer team please look into the issue and get back my restaurant chain or else I just have to stop playing this game. :( :(

Great Game I Love it !. It is a great game and I love this game I also love this game because it does not force to watch videos like other games keep up the good work :) I have been playing for awhile but now the game keeps loading and then it will stop, please fix it if there is a problem :(

Bugs!!. I have been doing really well with this game, and worked really hard to get where I am, and every time I open the app it crashes!! I have commented on the website posted because someone else is also having issues! I have I downloaded it and re-downloaded it and pressed continue game, and it still just exists out on its own! Game stopped working. I really love this game. A couple days ago it stopped working. The customers stopped coming in, and so I’m not getting anymore orders. Just wondering why this isn’t working anymore.

Great game! But, other app listening issue. I really enjoy this game. It’s better than some of the other games like it. There are a variety of recipes, ovens, trees, etc. The only issue I have is I like to casually play and redecorate while I’m listening to podcast or an audiobook. But, as soon as I open the game app it shuts off anything I’m listening to. So, I don’t play it as often as I would like.

Favorite game. Genuinely a great game. Follow the story, or don't, you'll still have fun. I'm at level 76, and will probably delete it to start over when I'm 'done.' The glitches are few and far between.

Awesome game. I love this game!!! Good design in decorations and foods. I have one suggestion though. There should be some more appliances for us to purchase using coins because i don't have 225 or 270 gems to buy. That seems a lot. Thank you for the app!

iPad Mini 3 won’t load this game. This game hasn’t loaded for me since I updated to iOS 11. Very disappointed considering how much time and money I have sunk into playing it. The last 2 updates haven’t done a thing to correct this and I have read the reviews, I am not the only one with this problem. Please fix!!!!!!!

Chef town 2. I’m almost to the end of this game, will you be adding more land or maybe add the inside of the Yacht so it can be decorated and cooked inside? Maybe a Chef Town 2? This is the only game I have ever played where I haven’t gotten bored with and have gone to the very end. Nicely Done!

Good Game. Good game to use in spare time wish it was easier to edit the areas it takes forever to update or change the kitchens around it should be a edit button for the whole thing and to delete things u don’t want or need that’s in storage! Otherwise good game!

Great game!. I have recently got addicted to this game! it's so fun! there needs to be more ways to get gems. upgrades cost so many gems but there isnt an opportunity to get them. there needs to be a verify gem spending button to. I spent 10 gems speeding up something I didn't NEED to be rushed. I'm very annoyed at this.

Ideas. Hello, I love this game! I think there should be some way to sell food and drinks so that nothing goes to waste in the refrigerator or pantry. Another thing I think should be in the game are juice, soda, and tea machines. Perhaps a stove for boiling water in a kettle to make tea, pasta, rice,etc. Maybe an oven for desserts like cakes, brownies, cupcakes, casseroles, and other baking dishes. Maybe some high chairs or booster seats for infants or toddlers along with kid menus? I am going to be expanding to Narrow Field at some point, so I am looking forward to the new expansion and future updates. Thank you for making this game lots of fun! I can’t stop playing it!
