Love it!. Easy to use. My practice uses ALLYDVM, so they sent me an email to use this new pet page portal. Logged in from the email my dog’s vet sent me and love that I can request appointments and rx refills.

Good but Needs Improvements. Just recently got an email from my vet about this app and just started using it. Some of the information in the app was incorrect, my pets prescription information was not up to date and my pets records were not there. I am blaming my vet for this since they probably haven’t uploaded all their records to the app yet. However, I do blame the app for its extremely poor readability ( tiny grey letters on a white background are difficult to see). Also, would be nice to be able to use Touch ID to open app rather than type a password each time. Will be a very useful app if these issues are resolved.

Medical history and bottom menu. The bottom menu is vertical instead of horizontal. It takes up half the screen. There is no place I see for medical history? I was hoping for vaccination records to be kept here at least

Doesn’t work. Tried three times to have the app send the email confirmation required for log in and it never sends such an email. So impossible to log in

App Crashed. The app was working for a few months but now when I opened the app, it freezes and I can’t view anything anymore. Terrible!

PLEASE FIX DESIGN. This app seems super helpful for setting appointments and staying up-to-date on my pet, but the button menu across the bottom literally takes up half of my phone screen. The menu covers the bottom half of any given page, and I don’t see a way to change the settings to fix it. I’m missing parts of forms because I can’t scroll to see the bottom!! Please fix this in an update soon!! The app is almost unusable as it is now!

Can only have one pet listed?. I have two cats, but started the app with the newest we adopted as a stray and can’t find ANY way of adding another pet into the interface though she already has records with the same vet. Given the other reviews of this app, I’d say the developers really don’t care about the concerns of those who use it and make the vet clinics look like fools for using it. Shame. Fix your app!!! There is a whole litany of complaints here from a year or more ago and your last update was 5 months ago, which didn’t seem to fix anything but “bugs”.

Links to information at your vet!. Easy to use. Makes communicating with my vet so convenient!

Should be removed from App Store. Totally dysfunctional June 2021. This app has clearly been abandoned. No updates from their 1.x version in an entire year. impossible to sign up for an account (the app just crashes 100% of the time when I try to enter my email address).

Not as described, really. First, those that are having problems signing up, I'm guessing, don't know how this works. If YOUR VET uses this app/setup/website then YOUR VET has to have your email in their system linked to your account. If your vet doesn't have your email address linked with their system then you will be unable to properly sign up. The app works fine for appointment requests, to see future appointments, and what your pet is due for. What I can't find, what the app is missing, are actual records of your pet's history. No shot records, no past visit summaries, etc and the app description states "medical records". So that's my disappointment in the app.

App works great as long as the vet is competent. Many negative reviews regard having to go through your vet to have personal or pet information changed. As long as your vet is competent, the app will work just as intended.

Locked Out. For some reason I’m unable to reset password. Says it sent the email to reset but never received. Developer has no phone number that I can find to contact. Waste of time.

Not useful. As previously noted the actual records aren’t there, just appointment dates. When you open the menu bar it overlaps the main screen and it looks like some app developed in 2000. The two stars were for useful listing of prescriptions and the date prescribed. Also interesting to see how often we go, anything for our sweet girl.

I love this app!. I love this app. I’m the worst at remembering appointments etc. I love being able to go in and see either any upcoming appointments, or upcoming vaccines and when everything is due. Not to mention I love the feature where I can go in and request appointments, or email the clinic. It’s nice too they have an emergency option of who they recommend!

Needs some fixes. From what I see, the app looks good, but on certain screens you can’t scroll down all the way. Like I’m trying to scroll through my pets and this blue screen prevents me from scrolling all the way to see my other pets. Then on the main page it gives you your vet and more info. Once again I can’t scroll all the way because of that blue screen blocking. Please fix.

Didn’t work. Loaded the app after seeing a note about it on my vet’s website. What came next wasn’t clear. Vet explained hit the resend confirmation email button. Even though the app said email sent, no email, not even in the junk folder. App got deleted.

Worst app ever. This is most ridiculous app ever! Does not work right…only shows in a split screen view. Nothing I need to know is on there. Cannot see vaccines or records..utterly useless and of course Animal Care Center would pick this cheap site..they cannot even answer their phones!

Doesn’t work. I downloaded the app because I saw a poster advertising it at my vet. I tried to register, it did not work. I tried resending the email several times but it never comes through. I confirmed my vet has the correct email on file, tried again and it just doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Having issues seeing my pets information. Downloaded the latest version of the app. Went to one of my pets information page. Was unable to see because of the menu at the bottom of the page. It was vertical instead of horizontal.

It’s good in theory. But the day after my one of my cats passed away, this website just erased everything about that cat. Even took the picture down. That really was like a slap in the face. My vet said they just recorded the death and they don’t have any control over what this app does. Why would they just do that? I can only have living pets on this app?

Decent. I can find a decent amount of information on my pet appointments, can ask for prescriptions and additional appointments. However, the info is not very detailed, just says the date of the appointment and reason. Would love to see patient summaries or notes added. Also, I go to more than one veterinarian but don’t see an option to add more than one. Can that be added? Is it an option? I have a specialty/emergency vet, and a primary one. Would make sense to have the option to add more that having to choose just one.

Awful attempt at what could have been a cool app. This app is no where near finished. Far too many issues with simply updating your profile or really just ANY information. You have to send in a request for any little thing you want changed. Also, they didn’t have my current pet, they had only a recently deceased pet showing up. So instead of being able to quickly fix that, I had to send a request for the pets name change, request to remove his profile but not the info, request for the deletion of his picture showing up every time I open the app, a request for adding my new pet, adding her name etc., etc., etc. Thanks for the reminder, fix this dumb app or delete it, that’s my request.

Works just fine. App does exactly what you can do on the website. This app does its job and lets you see what you need to see.

BEWARE - NO PRIVACY. This app is perfectly functional for tracking your pets records & making appointments. HOWEVER, once installed it has access to your photos without any permission requests and it doesn’t show up in your app list so you cannot set any permissions. There is no way to tell what else it has access to such as tracking data, microphone etc. I’m deleting this app and informing my vet.

No support!. Installed this and it worked well for a couple of years, then I was locked out for no good reason, nothings change from my end email/password, and my vet is still using the app. There is no technical support or contact for this app, i have tried password reset but the email never arrives and again no contact for help. Extremely frustrating!

All of my reoccurring appointments that are twice a week I’ve disappeared. I have used this app for years, but all of my frequent appointments are missing under the appointment section. Yearly appointments are still present, but everything else is gone. Hi reloaded and rebooted and it still does not reload. Thank God the office still had them all in their computer, but that kind of stuff shouldn’t happen.

No advantage. Link to update your info takes you to a request data page. Can’t update owners info. Limited usefulness. Used feature to contact my vet via email, they didn’t respond. Easier to just call.

Doesn’t work for me. Tried to log in with my particulars, and it did not accept them. Choose the option to reset the password, and was told they sent an email to me, but never received it.

App is very convenient. The app works great on my iPhone 6. No problem with the menu bar. For those who can’t find it- Vaccine info can be found by either clicking on your pet link or the reminder link.

Nice App. I think some of the items mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. I have been enjoying playing around with it and seeing the info on my pet from my vet.

Needs Improvement. Cannot use app, needs better settinds to change font color and size in order to be able to use the app. Light blue font on a white background not a good idea. Dark Mode would slso be a nice idea. My vet switched to this app from their previous app manager and it was a lot easier to use.

Shows promise, but needs some work before it can be used.. First, the confirmation email was blank on a mobile device. When I switched to my PC to click on the confirmation link, I was able to log into the app but it shows my previous vet, with seemingly no way to change it. Hopefully this will all get fixed fairly soon.

Just downloaded the App. Malfunctioning already. Opened the App after signing in and sending an email. It said I am not authorized. Uninstalled and reinstalled the App. Restarted my phone. Asked for updated password. It’s still freezing and not allowing me to type.

Works in Conjunction with your Vet. We received a reminder card from our vet with the QR to scan for the app. Once we signed up, (using the email the Vet has on file) we received an email to confirm the account. We signed in with the information we set the account up with and returned to the app. Once in, our dog’s name was there and all of her history. We uploaded a picture of her and now we can see her past appointments, vaccines and prescriptions. If your vet is utilizing the app all of the information for your pet should be in the app profile! Very nice!

Aspirational with no sign of technical progress. Great idea, but it is obviously orphaned by its designer as seen by their failure to fix long term problems dealing with screen format. The menu obscures 75% of the screen which compresses information to nearly unreadable dimensions. Further, the app is only as useful as the data input from the vets which is minimal. Inoculation and appointment dates is hardly worth the space.

Disappointed. The concept is great however if you switch vet clinics it does not switch clinics even when requested. My new clinic also uses the software but it’s useless. Even prescription requests are sent to the other practice. No medical records are listed, and worse multiple emails sent to Ally DVM without a response. Evident of poor customer care with no fixes to the app with multiple bad reviews.

No actual record of exams with notes. I thought I’d be able to go on and see the actual records from the vet kept on my cats, with notes from wellness exams, results from tests, and any information the vet wanted to share during the visit. Instead it just lists the dates of appointments. It actually doesn’t even list the dates of vaccines given/tests done, just reminder dates of the next time they will need these vaccines/tests. You have to extrapolate on your own when your pet got them last based on when their vaccines or tests are next due.

Who’s in charge?. Ok. If the Vet’s aren’t taking responsibility for what this app does and doesn’t do, will whoever can update this please respond to all these poor reviews with what they’re going to do about the problems and then do it? I did say please. If this app worked the way it’s advertised, it’s such a great idea! Very useful, but sadly it’s quite unusable for all the reasons stated in other reviews. Thank you.

Good app but...... This isn’t a bad app. The Pet ID Card needs to display the due date for vaccinations instead of the date it was given. We travel and having to keep our paper records is not a good option for us.

Update to Touch or Face ID. I liked the app when I could get into it, but the developer doesn’t seem to keep up with the technology- it doesn’t support Touch or Face ID so it asks for email address and password everything. I try and bring those in from my password programs - doesn’t work so I just go log into the vet’s website.....it is faster. The app seems to be useless - I’ll try it again if you update to current ID technology.

Difficultly formatted—small flaw makes platform useless. I love how convenient this app makes scheduling appointments, in theory. The menu at the bottom of the app does not collapse, and therefore makes it literally impossible to see everything on the page. It also means that I have to play a game of hit or miss when trying to press buttons because the menu obscures things like the button to request an appointment. If the bottom menu was either completely removed (since there’s already a collapsed side menu) or collapsible, the app would easily have four to five stars from me. This one flaw renders the app useless.

Useless. My vet switched to this app for some reason. Now I can’t access appointment notes, lab results, or weight history. Just the appointment dates and prescriptions are listed. So inadequate. Who would ship this no-feature app?

Works but not optimized for new iPhones. When will this app be optimized to fit to the entire screen of the new iPhones cause right now it does not maximize the app to my screen size.

The app connected me to my old vet. This app “sets itself up” by using the email you gave your vet. I moved two years ago, and the app has connected me to my previous vet (I gave the previous vet and the current vet the same email address, naturally), and that’s where we are stuck. No way of connecting to the current vet. There is no troubleshooting guide, and no options to correct this. By the way, perhaps some people have > 1 vet (e.g. if they spend their winters in FL), but there is no option for this either. Worthless.

Seems to be a decent app. Our vet just recommended this app and because we travel a lot we thought it would be a good way of pulling up our pets records. At 1st I couldn’t finds the vaccination record. I found it in the Pet ID so that’s great. Also shows upcoming and previous appointments. and prescriptions. So thus far I think it seems pretty decent.

App missing key features & needs improvement. In theory I wanted to like this app. The ability to virtually access your pet’s info and have it sync with your vet is a good idea, but this app falls short. Missing key feature of accessing medical records. No where to upload or view pdfs or notes of medical history. Lists past appointments but no area that includes a description of what the appointment was for or any vet notes (which is unhelpful). Also unable to schedule appointments in the app. User interface needs improvement, app is glitchy and just looks old. Missing ability to view multiple vet locations if you visit more than one. Overall likely won’t be using this app until it gets some major improvements from the patients user end.

App is limited but ok. Have a question.... When I downloaded the app all the animals I’ve had in the past are showing up. I’d rather not be reminded of some of them who have passed on. How do I delete them?

Main ridge. Downloaded this app because my vet uses this. Thought I could simply print off the shot records for one of my pets but couldn’t figure out how to do so. Ended up having my vet email me the shot records which kind of defeats one purpose of mine for having the app.

Cant log in. I used to have this app on an old phone now it wont let me log in. I have requested to reset the password multiple times and no email is ever sent. This app is a joke. Once you have it you cant really even do much it! It doesn't store your pet records it allows you to request them but thats it.

Disappointed. The concept of this app is great, but the medical info you are able to access is very basic. There’s no way to view her dental extraction records, her logged weight (which I assume is recorded at each visit) or result history for each visit. This isn’t as informative as I thought it would be.

Horrible. Can’t even login to the darn app. Won’t let you sign up or send any emails.

Login stopped working. I loved this app until it stopped working a couple months ago. I can no longer sign in and when I try to reset my password, it doesn’t even send a link to my email address. This app is now 100% useless.

Bottom menu prevents submitting any requests. This app has some good features such as an option to renew your pet’s medication and a running list of previous appointments and vaccinations. Unfortunately this does not make up for the poor design. The bottom menu takes up half of the screen and makes processing anything on this app useless, given that the bottom half of all of the forms are buried under the much too big bottom menu.

Needs work. Was able to log in once back in February and now it doesn't send me the reset password email....useless

Kim. Great idea! Love seeing all my girls records on my phone and refills for scripts are easy! Only issue I have is that the blue menu takes up half the page, I think it’s supposed to disappear when you are filling in a form, but it doesn’t and it won’t let you hit ‘submit’. Wish I could attach a screen shot. If u could fix that bug, that’d be great!

All my pets info in one place. We have four pets and this app helps us keep track of all their medications, upcoming appointments and when their next shots are due. I also love that I can communicate directly with our veterinary clinic.

Can’t start even. This app won’t even send me the confirmation email to get started. Great concept but needs a lot of work

Fantastic idea, annoying flaws. I love this idea, I didn’t even know who to call in the event an emergency happened after vet office hours and now I do. However when I try to submit a appointment request the blue menu doesn’t disappear or move and I cannot scroll far enough to click the submit button. I feel terrible leaving messages at my vets office at 12am but I need to make sure this appointment time and day works ASAP so it would be amazing if they fixed that.

Download App and that’s the dead end. My vet recommended this app, downloaded it and then that’s it. Can proceed past the sign up. No other option or menu to navigate

Great pet app. They must have fixed all the bugs because this app is great. It’s so easy for me to see my dogs vaccine history and I can even request an appointment! Love it.

Don’t waste your time.... After my dog passed on, I erased the app. Got another dog and tried to reload the app. Forget it. It wanted the old password which, after 6 months, I’ve forgotten. Can’t get back in without it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Crash. Keeps crashing as soon as I click on a link.

The request info update send button is not visible to be tapped.. The bottom half of app is solid blue color so you can’t see or access what’s behind it on iphone.

Aggravated. When I click on the app it loads but will not allow me to do anything. It takes me back to my Home Screen each time I try to look at the app.

PetPage. Need to change clinics & can not find the links to do so…won’t be using the app till it’s updated!

Needs an update. This app needs an update to be optimized for the new iPhone screens. Also should include more comprehensive medical record history.

Simply worthless. Will not let me access new vet as the old vet uses same app. Does not list labs, treatment and visit summaries. To have this app with the new vet, I have to have a new email address.

Not very useful. Our local vet recommended this app as a portal to accessing our pets’ records, but the only records available are our pets’ birthdays and past appointment dates. Why bother?

Improvement needed!. Can you help us a bit? We are nearly low-vision and realized that the fonts on that app is hard to read. Looks like it’s one pixel wide. Barely readable. Few suggestion: 1. Night mode option 2. Option to thicken the fonts (adjustable as well) 3. 2-finger zoom feature Thanks a heap!

No Pet Pro Connect. My vet transitioned me to this from pet pro connect. The functionality in this app is very basic, with no real vet records. Usability of the app is also pretty bad.

Terrine user interface and no info. Gray on gray and small type make it impossible to use. Could no find any info on my pet

Terrible stability, crashes non-stop!. It used to be decent, but in the last few months, it literally will not work. It crashes every single time I try to use the app. Fix your freaking app!!!!

Fails from the start. Requested confirmation email multiple times to activate the account but it never arrives. Yes, I’ve checked junk and spam folders. Disappointing

This app is useless. Doesn’t function. Can’t request an appointment because the menu takes up half the screen and you can’t move it. Apple should remove apps like this and devs should be ashamed.

Gross Violation of Privacy. Vets are giving your information to this app without your consent. This is a privacy violation and a lack of judgement by vets who do this without consent. To whom else is your vet distributing your information?

Not super helpful. It’s a nice app for setting an appointment or ordering food. But there is zero information on test results, x-rays, previous vaccinations or appointments, etc. Limited usefulness.

Negative reviews. After reading all the negative recent reviews why would I want to waste my time. Maybe I’ll try at a point in the future when or if the developer turns things around.

Does nothing. Completely pointless app

Paw rewards just disappear. Rewards not showing up on app. You need them to be there if you want to use them on the day of your appointment.

Easy to use and works great!. I love having an app that keeps all of the vaccine dates and prescription information for each one of my 7 pets so organized and easy to understand. Requesting a medication can be done in just a few clicks. Installing was simple and my pets info loaded for me so there was nothing I had to enter except for cute pictures of my fur kids.

Timw waster. Same problems as reported here. Confirmation email. What confirmation email?🤬

Can’t make an appointment. Because of giant menu at bottom, make appointment button is hidden. Trying to force it into view with one finger and pressing the appointment button with another does not work.

If actually had the records…. I believe there is potential, but as it stands today, doesn’t do much. If my pets records were actually in the app, I could rate it much higher.

Broken accessibility. This app used to be accessible using voice over, but for some reason now, it no longer works. I am unable to except the terms in order to proceed into the app as before. Please update, and fix accessibility.

Worthless. If your pet isn’t seen at the only address listed then it’s pointless to use this app. Finding the correct address is close to, if not impossible.

Awful!. Very unfriendly and mostly a database and spreadsheet of your pets history, but no way to see a list of vaccinations or print a needed rabies certificate 😞

Screen view. The bottom half of the screen is blue so you can’t see what’s behind it.

Needs A Major Update. This app seems so outdated and it doesn’t even fit then new iPhone screens come on now it’s almost 2020

January 2, 2017 No problem signing in. Other reviews indicated account confirmation issues. I created an account and the confirmation email arrived immediately. No problem signing into the app either. Simple layout makes navigating the app a breeze. Correct data already loaded. This will make life much better. Great app.

Confused. I just tried to sign up and it says that it can’t find my email. Which I don’t know why it’s looking since I haven’t actually signed up yet. I saw that other people have had the same problem so I emailed tech support and waiting to see what happens. If possible I will update with whatever info I receive.———UPDATE: After getting hold of tech support, it was explained that you have to use the email that you use at whatever vet you are going to. So I used that one and it worked and I can already see my pets info so I guess for now it’s ok.

No access. Can’t see any info from vet visit. Worthless.

Garbage. My vet sent an invite. You have to confirm your account. It says it sent an email to do so, but no email. Tried a multitude of times over several days. Again… garbage! Removing from my apps

Needs Work. Switched to a new vet. Won’t allow me to set up account for the new vet since the old vet uses this app and my email address was already being used.

5 stars. Here's my review: Features: It has some cool features. I'm able to get turn by turn directions to my vet as well as the emergency vet. I can see the vaccine records and prescriptions for my pets. There is a rewards system so that I get free stuff. I can request appts and product refills through the app. Not much else you can do, but that's enough to get a 5-star from me. Wish I could do a video conference so doc could see my cats!!!

I should have listen to the reviews. NOTHING from the appointments are in the records. I needed a simple note, I know is in the records, but NOOO. Cannot see records

Misleading/False Advertisement. Not a medical records app, it’s a scheduling app. No access to exam details, only the exam date. I still have to contact my vet for medical records. Using a calendar is more helpful. The current description states, “pet owners can instantly access their pet’s up-to-date electronic medical records”. Here’s a list of the “medical records” you can access for your pet: -Name -Species -DOB -Exam dates -“Reminders” - AKA suggested exam dates, rarely helpful (example below) ... and that’s it ... if I didn’t use my personal calendar, I would have no idea what was performed during my pets exam and would still have to request the records from my vet. Irrelevant “Reminders” example: I went to my vet today and my pet was given vaccine 1/3. At the end of my appointment I scheduled another appointment (with the receptionist not online) for vaccine 2/3 for 7/6. I currently have a “Reminder” for vaccine 2/3 with the “Due Date” 7/4. When I go to my pets profile, I initially see their name, species, and DOB. Scrolling down, there are three “buckets”: Appointments, Upcoming Reminders, and Prescriptions. Bucket information: -Appointments: pet name, past/scheduled exam dates -Upcoming Reminders: pet name, (short) description, due date -Prescription: pet name, (short) description, prescribed date Currently, the main function of the app as described by the devs is extremely misleading and, in my opinion, false. Suggested additions to make this app work as advertised: -past appointment information-allow vet to enter in the details/outcome of the appointment -allow document uploads by vet or owner -cost of visit/invoices from exam -microchip number -AKC registration number -color/marking information

What is wrong with this app. I was using this app to set appointments for my fur baby and get his medication ordered. Now I can’t get on it at all.

Worthless. Helpful if you want to send a message to your vets office. But then again, phones work for that too. No valuable information available on here. None of my pets medical records.

Please note. I have recently download the pet page app on my iPhone when I get into it to browse around clicked on an icon (pets, etc.) it'll glitch and kick me off again. I am not happy.

can't use it... can't reset password- you tap forgot password, it asks which vets office, you tap the one you currently go to & it just takes you back to sign in!! no reset email sent nothing... pretty useless.

Conformation. I signed up using the email address I used at the Vet today. It’s been almost an hour and so far no confirmation has been sent.
