Would have rated zero stars if possible. The app won’t open, regardless of the way I try to access it. The few times it does open it immediately closes. Don’t waist your time .

Convert .pub files to pdf. I paid $9.99 for this app. It did nothing. Every time I tried to get a file from my One Drive or Dropbox, the app would automatically close and nothing was done. Very disappointed but don’t know how to get my money back.

Bought premium for nothing. The app was taking FOREVER to convert a simple publisher file. After staring at the “pay a one time fee of $9.99 and never wait again” for 15 minutes, I finally paid the $9.99 and I have STILL been waiting for 15 minutes. This app is HORRIBLE.

Not working. I paid the $9.99 for the Publisher to Pdf app and nothing works. I have followed directions but nothing works. I tried to go to support and it said to install the free app. They do not work. I want to know how to get my money back since they have no contact available.

Horrible. I have been waiting for an hour for a converted file! It’s a scam as they offer as soon as you open an upgrade for $10! Why would I pay for an upgrade if your basic program does not work at all! Biggest scam ever!

Horrible! Do not fall for this.. Like an idiot, I paid for the $10 upgrade so I wouldn’t have to wait hours for the conversion. Heck it won’t even start a conversion. Tap a location to convert from and the whole thing crashes. Btw, I have 2 iPads. Same behavior on both of them. They should not be allowed to sell something this bad from the Apple App Store. Will be asking for my money back.

Waste of time. Trying to read several documents on an email thread. Don’t have hours to spend converting each one. I am not paying $9.99 for a product that takes an hour to open one file. It would be faster to go to the store and buy Publisher.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is trash and doesn’t work! The first time you open it, it looks like it is going to convert, asks you if you want to pay the $10 for instant conversions for life and the moment you pay, it crashes and will never covert document!

DON’T PURCHASE. I purchased this app, worked for a moment and no longer works. Don’t waste your money. They stole my money and didn’t try to resolve the issue with the app.

Horrible. Does not work with OneDrive. Dies every time. Contacted creator for a refund. They say we must get a refund from the iTunes Store. iTunes Store says this does not qualify for a refund. Good luck figuring out what to do next. Might as well just take a ten dollar bill and set it on fire. Would give zero stars if possible.

Do not get. I got this a week ago and today I get a email saying they got permission to use my google account and I never agreed to that so unless you want your information stolen don’t get this app!!!!!!!

Doesn’t work. I paid $9.99 to convert pub to pdf on iPhone i clicked to convert. It did absolutely nothing it kept closing the app going back to my Home Screen. I really want a refund.

Oh, come on.... I don’t know why the App Store doesn’t say, “In App purchases”. That’s maybe not the developer’s fault, maybe it’s apple’s fault. But the big problem is, I’ve gone to convert a dot pub file (on an iPad Pro) and absolutely nothing is happening. The language of the page suggests that this will convert sometime before the heat death of the solar system, but it’s not explicit. There is an option to upgrade now for ten bucks but that’s an expensive app. Don’t get me wrong - I like to pay money to devs, but things need to be transparent before I’ll do that, especially with some of the other reviewers saying that even the upgrade isn’t perfect.

App Support. I found their support team to be very responsive and helpful.

Never did convert.. Not sure why these developers think I’ll throw money at an app that the free version doesn’t even work right, but more power to them I guess. Despite the “60-90 minutes” free conversion my file is still sitting in limbo hours later. I figured I’d review before deleting it and moving on. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Doesn’t work. I don’t mind the price, if it worked. I have a full blown iPad Pro with most recent ipad os. When I select a file, it states it is converting it, but it sits there and spins, forever. I am sorry I wasted my time of this program.

Didn’t work on my ipad. I already paid $9.9 to convert a pub document to pdf, but after I tried so many times the upload process unsuccessfull. So my purchase was in vain, because this application didn’t work on my ipad.

Doesn’t work with OneDrive. Every time I tried to select from OneDrive in the app, it would close down. Every time I attempted to open a file from OneDrive in this app, it would also close down. Doesn’t work at all.

Crap Shoot. Paid the 9.99 for the app to download “faster” still takes up to 30 minutes to do downloads. Waste of money and waste of my time. These developers pls lend more time making the app slow the downloads so you pay them they do making sure it works. Lazy workers and bad service. Try anything else this app is not worth a dime and will only make you frustrated.

Look elsewhere. Downloaded app to convert a simple logo project creates in publisher. The app is free but first attempt offers you an upgrade for 9.99 to change you conversion time from 60-90 minutes to “minutes “. I had time so did not buy. The project is still “converting” 9 hours later. One heck of a throttle down and magical $10.

Not impressed. Has taken 3 hours and it is still in the process of converting a one page word document to PDF. Really! 3 freaking hours! So now where at 6 hours for one page. I want my money back! I’m canceling this app.

Waiting two hours and still “converting…”. Received a .PUB file and just wanted to try this app. It said to stay on the app and may take 30-60 minutes. I went away for two hours and it still says “converting…”. I quit.

Very user friendly!. Operational functions are explained easily. So far I have had zero problems with this app. This is a must have app on any device period.

Poor design. The app asked me to sign into my google drive. Then showed no files and left me with no way to do anything including log out of my google account!

Rip Off!. It sounds like it is going to be great and free, until you try to convert your first file to pdf where it says you can upgrade for$9.99 or go slow up to an hour wait! Plus you get a warning that you can’t leave the app while it is loading! Seriously! Just tell me up front it cost $9.99 either believe in your product and stand behind it or lower its price so you’re not having to do bait and switch scam.

NOT AS ADVERTISED ... Look into this please, Apple. When you are sent a .pub file and you click on it, you have the choice to open it with this app, but if you do, the app crashes immediately. So if you open the app, you get a choice to purchase the converter for $10., or wait “60-90 minutes” for the conversion. That’s pretty chintzy! Publisher to PDF meet trash can.

Money grab. Says conversations take 60-90 minutes unless you pay for premium for $10 in which case they can do it in a couple seconds.

Don’t waste your time…. Still waiting on something to happen in the app… nothing… just nothing happens, when trying to convert a file! I want my 10 bucks back, because time is far too valuable to waste on this type of uselessness!

You need to spend $10 just to use it. It’s just as the other person says. You have to pay $10 just to use it. Whenever you try to select the free option, it does not let you which is really stupid.

Unclear cost. So my conversion worked. First free one took a long time like they said. Got a second file so I paid the $10 so it would be fast. Tried to save the file and it asked for $49 more. Turns out I paid $10 to convert the same file someone sent twice. So it looks like I was able to save the file but now I am unsure what I paid for. For $10 I am fine with the app if it lets me do what I want with the converted file. If it takes $49 to save the file so I can print it I will ask for my $10 back and remove the app.

This App is hopeless. This app is sooo hopeless you have to pay soo much money to do even the most simplest things like get your thing converted. It cost money for it to convert in 2 seconds but otherwise if you don’t pay you have to wait almost an hour.

Rip off. I’ve had it trying to convert the .pub file for 30mins, it is unethical to advertise a free app to convert files when it doesn’t unless you pay. I do not use .pub and for the first time got caught with an email, the app says it does, even states for instant conversion pay money however 30mins is beyond acceptable.

Misleading. I don't like the fact that the app describes itself as fully free to use, when the second you load it it tells you to pay$15 or wait between 60-90 minutes for a file under a mb to convert. Least the developer could have done was given the first conversion for nothing so you can truly gage if the app is suited to your needs or not.

Pay or wait - an hour. Just say up front what your app costs - making it "free" and then giving people the choice to either wait for an hour or more for a conversion or pay 10$ is false advertising. It's not free if you want to be able to use it in any meaningful way. At least give customers a couple of free conversions so they can see how it works. It may well be worth the money, but I guess I'll never find out.

Terrible free trial.... To delay the conversion of a file from seconds to 60-90 minutes in order to have people pay for the service is not a great way to have people believe in your product... why not give 1-3 free conversions instead of just making the conversion take ions.

Only on letter. As a general rule I am quite satisfied with most results so far. However the app seems to lack the capacity to convert legal paper to legal size...all my results are letter size.

Most disappointing purchase I’ve ever made. I use .pub files on the go for work and have been trying to reduce my unnecessary paper consumption. Ok if you are not in a hurry. The app does what it says it does. I was able to open my file that was created in publisher as a pdf. It does take a LONG time. Gives you the option for a paid faster version.
