Great free option- as long as you have time. App works great, is easy to use. Using the free version you'll be limited, as expected, so as long as you have time t spare (a couple of hours) it's a great option!

Easy and quick. The cost for prim upfront would be helpful. But the app is very easy to use and fast! Very useful

So-So. See crashing when you begin a new document, but it is easy to restart and work through the bug. Helps with being on the road and working through the iPad.

Works great. The app does exactly what I needed it to do to merge multiple pdfs into one file then allow me to email it. It is a little glitchy exporting files from Procreate to PDF Merge, but I sorted out the right steps to avoid it and accomplished what I needed.

Too Many Bugs To Use. I bought the lifetime merges feature for this app. Mistake. First, there it only merges. It doesn’t separate documents. There another app that does both better for the same price. After I updated the app, it will no longer merge anything. I have deleted, downloaded, etc., and nothing. I wrote customer service and got no response.

Doesn’t function. I hit bugs at every step. I tried waiting 60-90 minutes for the free queue and got repeated “network errors” hmmm...is it a trick to force you to pay $10 to upgrade? I tried 2 other (worse) PDF combining apps and as a last resort paid the $10 but buttons were greyed out and app unresponsive. I closed app and retried and it said I hadn’t upgraded, and still didn’t work. Thanks for wasting my time and stressing me out!

Great concept needs better execution. This a great app but functionality needs to improve. Especially when you pay and are no longer using free version. Download time is great on paid version but downloading PDFs in the app does not work at all. I don’t see why you should have to copy to PDF merge when you should be able to access your drive or computer files through it.

For $9.99 this app doesn’t do much.. Alas, I thought this app would be as good as Preview on the Mac. (I wanted to use it on my iPad). It’s not, by a long shot. All you can do is combine PDFs. You can’t reorder or delete pages in the combined pdf. Also I had to upload files to Dropbox to get them to combine, because the app doesn’t recognize files in iCloud. When I tried to get it to recognize a file on my iPad it crashed. What a waste. You can do all of these things easily for the same price by signing up for Adobe Acrobat for a month and then discontinuing it.

Easy & just what I was looking for. Works well, simple to add files. I purchased the unlimited merge option which apparently speeds up the process. Very pleased as this gets me one step closer to the iPad Pro being a total solution.

Nonfunctional Application. Unfortunately, this application does not have the ability to perform the single function it is intended to do - merge pdf files. The application will not accept ANY local pdf files (attempted to upload in a variety of ways from various local storage locations), nor will Google provide the application access to Google Drive - as they have deemed the applications access to your account a security risk. tl;dr - It has one job, and it can’t do it.

Good app. Works the way I would expect and it's easy to use. It just takes a while to combine.

Works great. Tried only "sharing" to the app. Not sure if the other cloud drive integrations work or are done securely but the "standard" local file approach works well. Thanks for making a free app that works!

Easy. So easy to use to merge my pdf documents that I unfortunately couldn’t save into one file to upload. Free and although I had to wait for it to merge (38 min), I didn’t have to go from file to file to here and there. App made it very easy to click click merge!

Seems to work. A simple app to do a simple job, but it seems weird to have to send files to a remote server to merge them. Is that really harder than I think? And you have to either wait, or pay $5. I chose to wait, but I'd pay a lower price for this job that I may never have to do again.

Solid.. Solid app. Works well. You have to pay for quick creation and that's a fair trade off. Gave me exactly what o asked in the time frame they estimated.

Great app. Amazing app. I no longer have to use those shady sites that claim to merge PDFs but crash 80% of the time. I paid the 5 dollars and it was more than worth it.

Easy leash. Worked like a charm. Since I am doing more conversions and merging on my iPad instead of my computer, I went ahead and spent the extra $4.99 to get my files right away. Worked great.

Nice app does its job. App does exactly what it describes. No noticeable loss in quality that i can see. Only thing that isnt a positive is you must pay for immediate merge otherwise you’ll be waiting 60-90 mins

Couldn’t export. It looked like it was going to be a 3 or 4 star review. I had a couple of crashes but ended up merging my files in the end (and even paid the five bucks to do it faster). The problem is I could not export in any format (Email, the file was not attached. iBooks, it did not open. Acrobat, did not open. Export to files, never showed up). I needed my file immediately so no time to contact support. Ended up finding a free app that got the job (the whole job) done. Waste of 5 dollars.

Good app. Allowed me to merge 4 pdf documents into one. The free version takes 60-90 minutes to download the paid upgrade is $4.99. If you have time this free resource is valuable.

Gets It Done and Beggars Can’t Be Choosers. (**it’s only free if you’re willing to wait 60-90 minutes for your merge) If you’re tighter on cash than you are on time and value simplicity and effectiveness over extra perks, then I think you’ll be happy with this app. It’s easy enough to use. You can view the documents you’ve added to the merge list and adjust the order. Sometimes, I had trouble finding my documents from the app’s upload options, but that was easy to overcome by opening the documents and sending them to the PDF Merge app. (Note that I am a PC/Android user learning to function and access my files on someone else’s iOS, so pure iOS users with their own device might not have this issue at all—but hey, that speaks to the simplicity and intuitiveness of this app). I suppose I would rate it higher if it let you work on two merges at the same time or to upload documents that could be reused for subsequent merges, but this is a free app, so I don’t expect those features.

Just bought. It works great... I wanted it now, so paid the 4.99.... what the heck, people complain about paying for something that does a good job and quick? People want something for nothing all the time, how unrealistic! We all would like to get free lunch, but somebody has to pay😎

Not optimal; no developer response to feedback. The app does what it’s supposed to do, but at such a slow rate that it’s almost not worth it. If one were to use combinepdf online, one could merge dozens of PDFs in the time it takes this app to create one merged file. Despite the myriad reviews corroborating on this issue, the developers must be negligent in responding to user feedback in any meaningful way, since, in the several months that I’ve had this app, no improvements either to user interface (e.g. how it refuses to accommodate for screen tilts) or this abhorrent sluggishness have been made. At least it works, but considering that no updates seem to be incoming, I can’t authentically give any more than two stars.

Works great!. I realize the 60-90 minute wait for merging documents for free seems ridiculous however, the app does give you the choice of upgrading the app for $5 and merging immediately which seems to have irked some reviewers here, I too was a bit disappointed at first, having to wait so long however, I did and I was IMPRESSED! I upgraded. The app works flawlessly and I tested its sharing capabilities and everything worked as it should. The app worked as good if not better than merging PDFs on my iMac. I gladly paid the $4.99 upgrade and I'm very happy with its performance.

Works good - of course you need to pay. Just bought this to combine files on iPad Pro. Of course you need to pay unless you want to wait. That's ok cause somebody wrote the program. So far - so good.

Pro is pricey. This extremely simple and low budget made app should cost no more than 3$ for the pro version. You only get 3 free tries. After that, to buy the pro unlimited version it’s 7$. Way too much. I'd buy the pro if it was about half the cost. This app developer blocking their blessings. More people would buy if it was cheaper.

Very easy and gets the job done. I needed to create 3 merged pdfs-I googled how and searched and tried many apps. Tried adobe pro but u have to pay $24 per month. I read the few reviews on here saying that it gets the job done but you have to wait. They were right, it takes less than a moment to add the documents and then gives u the option to pay a 1 time fee of $5, ( I believe this is a 1-time fee)or wait 60-90 minutes for each merge job. Since I only had 3 I chose to wait. I uploaded my pdf's from the adobe PDF app. Each job was perfectly finished between the 60-90 minute wait period. The only hiccup I encountered was when I tried to email each document to myself, the PDF wasn't attached for the first email, but when I sent it again, it was attached. I am skeptical about the security of this app because it accesses your email photos etc. but I gave it a shot anyways. Hoping I don't regret that. Will definitely be turning off all access to this app.

Wait for an hour and a half (hopefully) or pay. I rarely rate an app this low. First of all, there is an error when trying to connect your google drive, so I was unable to access it. Further, the error locks the app, so I have to completely close it then re-open in order to regain control. Here's the bigger issue. The dealbreaker issue. After setting up dropbox I tried to merge 3 small docs. It turns out this is a service you have to wait for, rather than actual software on your device, and the estimated wait time was 60-90 minutes...are you kidding me? While they hold your PDFs hostage, they give you the option to pay $5 to expedite the process... On a smaller note, it claims to be an iPad app but has no horizontal view, so you have to tilt your iPad up every time you want to run it. I deleted it within 15 minutes of downloading it.

App paid but not working after 4 days. I upgraded from free to paid app because free app takes 1 hour to convert 5 pages documents. The paid version takes 1-2 minutes to convert. But app stop working after 5 days and it’s been over a week and I emailed customer support and no reply from the company. I hope this app gets fixed soon or please refund my money.

Nice app!. I’d like it better if I didn’t have to pay for the upgrade but the free version does what I need it to do as long as I’ve got time to wait

horrible app. This is a horrible app! DO NOT PAY THE 5$!!! It would glitch when I would attempt to click on a file that I wanted to merge and take my back to my home screen. Also the files that I wanted to merge on my google drive wouldn't even show up on the drive or my gmail so I couldn't even merge them. This app is a piece of crap!!!

Too many glitches!. When I pay for an app, I fully expect it to work. Every time I try to upload my pdf documents to the merging app, exactly how the app tells me to, the documents do not show up in the merging app. It has frozen up on me numerous times and I ha e even tried deleting the app and RE-downloading it restoring my purchase and even that did not work. It’s a great idea, but very poor execution on the developers half. Very disappointed in my $5 app purchase!!!

Not Fast but easy. They should mention it takes 1hr to merge without paying $4.99 for an upgrade. Also should allow you to upload from anywhere as mentioned. Does not allow you to change settings or upload from Adobe or more prominent (paid) storage apps.

Really good. It’s convenient, but if you want to merge pdfs really quickly you’ll have to pay for it. It’s a good app to have available if you want to merge pdfs simply gets the job done.

What Happened. Used to work great, now it just won’t merge documents. And the process of selecting them takes so long that it is really frustrating to find out something has gone wrong after you just spent a bunch of time selecting documents to be merged.

Lifesaver. I think it’s ridiculous that I can’t transfer individual pdf files to my offline computer for editing... but this got the job done and at this point I’m happy to wait another hour or so before having the final product in my recipient’s inbox. I’m recommending this app.

Awesome. I went the easy route and downloaded the free app. Two minutes in, I grew tired of waiting and spent the $2.99 to get the full app. I could not be happier. I merge files often and this app is simple, effective, and efficient. I highly recommend it, buy the full app.

Works as supposed to. Works really well. Easy to pull docs from different sources. Works very quickly.

Concerns with privacy. I downloaded the app and tried to use it. It wanted me to log into my Onedrive account. However, the it also asked for permission to access my Onedrive information and to be able to log into my Onedrive account anytime. Why would it need me personal Onedrive information? Something looked fishy so I didn’t proceed. I will delete the app and not bother.

Five stars. Great app well worth 5$ for a lifetime subscription as it converts in less than a minute I can’t wait 60-90 min but if your not in a hurry it’s even worth the wait. I had 17 files to merge into 1 and it took me less than 5 minutes on my phone using this app. Adobe is overpriced etc.

Neat. I couldn't get iPhone files, gmail, or google drive to work with this but Dropbox worked perfectly! This was very helpful, as my MacBook is dying and I don't have my charger. Needed to combine some files and this app made it happen.

Would not save merged file. Downloaded app ok. Added two files ok. Merged for free in 90 minutes - slow Then would not save the new document to Dropbox, drive, email or anything. Had to use airdrop to transfer to phone before saving. Not as integrated as it should be. To merge instantly, $7.99 was required. This is more than the subs to Adobe. Not as good as the reviews suggested.

Great product - full version. I have only used it a couple of times, did not want to wait for hours to have documents merged so paid the fee. There is only one issue that you need to be aware of, documents that you are merging must have no password protection or if they do, you must remove this protection before they will merge. As I was merging bank statements, I assumed they weren’t password protected but apparently they are so I had to use another app to rectify this. It is a worthwhile product provided you keep the above in mind.

Easy to use for merging PDF docs. I downloaded the App after struggling with can existing PDF app that I had. This one is easy to use and the final merge doc is exactly what I wanted. I had to wait for the merging to happen because I didn’t want to pay for for the upgraded app, as I first wanted to see how well it worked.

Not good.. It doesn’t work. Google drive it won’t work. It won’t merge PDF from email. Don’t waste your money. I bought it and I’m very disappointed that still in the App Store.

Very great app. This makes it easier to merge documents together. Even the free Usage is worth the 60-90 minute wait.

Constant “network error”. If “willing to wait” rather than pay $9.99 for the upgrade, I always got “network error” and it never did work. Seems like a little baiting going on here... Hint to developer: I’m not likely to spend $10 on an app that I’m not convinced works.

Doesn’t work. Couldn’t get it to upload any PDFs, wouldn’t connect to Gmail or google drive, kept getting error messages. I didn’t want to upgrade because I thought if it didn’t work now then it might be a waste of money if it doesn’t work with the upgrade either

No even 1 star. I wish i can choose cero stars but there is no option. I just bought the oro version because the free one was not working but cost 0 or 9.99 to receive this message when trying to merge pdf documents, “NETWORKING ERROR OCURRED”. Do not waste money, never buy or download this app

No Landscape Mode and Security. I purchased this as I was in a hurry to combine a few PDF's. There's no landscape mode which makes using it on an iPad Pro with the keyboard virtually impossible. Also I think we need to hear seriously about how the developer guarantees data confidentiality given that all of the combining takes place on the developers remote server? This means that we are uploading our documents to their server....hmm... Think I might bite the bullet and go with Adobe.

Worthless. Who is the lowlife piece of trash that developed this app. I wanted to merge a PDF with my One Drive but claimed my account didn’t exist. A complete waste of time and if the app doesn’t work, then the developers are nothing more than lowlife human scums.

Doesn’t work well. It doesn’t allow you to access files on iCloud. You can only share files to it. And most of the time they don’t show up.

I Had Hopes - I NEED something like this. But I need it to actually work with what tools I use. I can’t even get it to connect to the iCloud, and it won’t accept documents from 90% of my tools and apps. Big flame out

Do not waste your money.. I wasted $9.99 to purchase this to merge a couple documents. It would not work at all. Complete waste of money. I ended up having to wait until I was back at my computer to merge the documents.

Doesn’t work. It says use the share menu to copy things over to merge but it doesn’t actually copy anything over making the app utterly useless. A waste of time and effort.

Super Slow to merge even after paying for the app. Buggy, crashes and currently 30 mins into a merge after paying $9.99 for the app. A poor product, don’t waist your time or money.

Simple and easy. It’s worth the price if you need to do lots of files, The only problem I have with this app is that if you’re doing more than 50 PDF files it slows down and crashes, every time I’m finish merging my files I can’t automatically share it I have to cancel the app and reload it.

No Support for iCloud drive, other issues. How can you make an ios app that dose not support icloud drive? Why no portrait mode? This app has been out for a while and seems to show little intent to evolve.

They upload your data. Merging pdf files is simple. This app should be able to do it without uploading the data somewhere. Not using this app.

Felt like caught by a ransomware. App works fine but you cannot ask for $5 once you have spent all the time in merging or ask for waiting an hour. You need to tell about it before some start working on merge

Don't be fooled by "free" offer. They let you go through all steps but before merging but then they hold your PDFs hostage and tell give you the option of either waiting 60-90 mins!! or giving them 5 dollars. I find this extremely deceitful. Also, the app crashed 2 times while I was using it.

Crashes. Have an iPhone 6s with latest iOS and am trying to merge documents in Dropbox. As soon as I try to open a folder in DB it crashes...EVERY TIME. Try free if you want but definitely don’t buy until you see if it works.

No good. Totally phony “queue” that they make you wait in until you pay to upgrade. Also, did not ask what order to put the PDFs in and it came back totally out of order.
