So fun. The swipe control scheme works great. The game runs completely smooth on my iPad 4 and the looks and sounds wonderful too. The gameplay is a perfect balance between being challenging but not frustrating. All around awesome arcade game fun.

Fun for passing time in line. Fun game. It's good looking, good ( but not great) controls, and very hard. You will play many levels over and over again. Almost as good as Inferno 2.

Plot too similar to Ender Game. I believe the basic plot was taken from Enders Game. That being said game play is fun enough.

Love it; can be overstimulating. I still have the great original Super Crossfire on a 1st gen. iPad, and now I have this on an iPad Pro which enables me to play it with SteelSeries Nimbus controller. It's a simple game that requires minimal strategy and is primarily good for hyperfast exciting hand/eye coordinated play. I played it too late the night I got it and couldn't sleep at all afterwards. But when I want to play a super stimulating game with near strobe effect psychedelic colors, this is a great, fun game. It's a real plus that you buy it and own it and there are no ads and no attempts to get you to spend more money. In an arcade you'd be out of a dozen quarters in no time but that's all you need to buy this game.

Very tedious. There's no real change or development, so it turns out very monotonous. Control is not good on phone either. It might be better on iPad but I doubt it.

I WAS ROBBED!!!!!!. I bought this game about 2yrs ago!...(I couldn't believe it was in the App Store listed as a NEW game!)...when i down loaded it again Radiangames charged me another $1.99...(what a rip off!)

Futuristic old-school blasting madness!. This game is sick! Slick graphics, good controls (mfi support even), awesome music, and all on a fancy space invader style game. What's not to love!

Awesome with an external controller. This game is awesome, it's got a lot of chapters and difficulties for those chapters, once you finish the first five then it's time for the darkness chapters. It's even better with an iCade external controller. Definitely worth the $2.

Not only for retro shooter fans!. I gave Super CF a lot of thought since I’m not too crazy about this genre but it certainly turned out to be worth it. The game is very stylish in terms of music and art style. There’s lots of content and levels but don’t expect a wide upgrade system since the game is not meant for that. Instead, it’s meant to be a premium fast paced action shooter. Definitely recommended for techno fans!

Real old school but...... It really is an old school arcade shooter but slicked-up a lot. Smooth play and up-dated graphics make for some good retro fun.

Tilt doesn't work. I love radian games and I think this is an amazing game, but the tilt controls aren't working, the ship floats to the right of the screen with them on. Plz update.

👾 Still Figuring It Out 👾. But having fun in the process. The game is easy to play and fun like a classic arcade. This feels like a remake of a classic that never actually existed. It's such an obvious premise to warp/jump from bottom to top and back, yet I don't know of any game that had a system like this. Beyond the simple gameplay is an RPG element that gives the gameplay depth, a staple of Radian Games. There are a lot of options and levels, which keeps the simple gameplay from becoming boring. That gives it an element of exploration, despite levels being linear. Watch some videos and try it. The good reviews are well earned.

Classic. One of my fav games from my fav dev. If you like shooters, you owe it to yourself to pick this up.

Good game, low replay value.. This game is reminiscent of geometry wars, or super stardust hd. Lots of bright, shiny, explosive graphics with great audio to match. However, unless you're the kind of person that enjoys playing for high score this game can get old pretty fast.

Awesome, addictive and no IAP = win!. I love it, fun and addictive gameplay. The hook here is getting to switch your ships shooting direction from top of the screen to the bottom. This is not only a great idea but works smoothly with a one touch system (thanks for including the ability to change the control setup). You get plenty of upgrade options, great retro meets current gen graphics hybrid. The only thing missing is iCloud support so I can keep my progress across devices...
