Rip-off. Spoke with a ESPN Insider Customer Service rep and manger on today, and each stated ESPN will not be transferring over prior ESPN the Magazine digital scribers accounts to Apple Newsstand app version. No refund or iTunes redemption codes would be given to compensate us for termination of service and access by them. We just have to "pay" for a new subscription going forward. Guess ESPN haven't heard of the business practice "grandfathering"...

Great way to rip customer off. I subscribed to ESPN promotional offer with magazine and digital edition along with insider access a few months ago. But now as everyone else reports, after app upgrading, I could no longer download and read digital edition. Support basically stopped working to solve my problem after being told I subscribed to ESPN. Nice way to rip existing customers off as I still have 1.5 years of subscription. Tip: don't buy from them!!!

Password error. For those having issues, I reset my password though the magazine app and was able to download the issues again. Wish I didn't find this out after almost a year of not getting them. Called the ESPN help desk previously and they were dumbfounded and unable to help. If just resetting your password is the issue, they should've discovered this a long time ago. ESPN, you owe me a check for my non read issues and for figuring out your technical issues. Foolishness!!

Don't waste your time. Just like many others have written, I am a current Insider and ESPN The Mag subscriber however none of that matters with this app unless you subscribe and spend more money. Very poor user experience. I'm sure the incremental revenue ESPN generated from this app was not worth all of the negative feelings that will be associated with their brand related to this app.

Read the FAQ. If you have an active subscription/ESPN insiders, ESPN sent you an email,back in June with your logins for this app. So all the complainers on here if you just read the faq you would know that instead of complaining that you are being "ripped off." Just follow the instructions in the email

GET SPORTS ILLUSTRATED INSTEAD!!. This just cements the fact that SI is much better than ESPN. Now I won't be bothered by ESPN and the alerts on things that they so desperately want to be news but aren't. ESPN has reduced itself to nothing more than a women's talk-show of a bunch of hens hemming and hawing about nothing. 90% of the "alerts" that I receive, that aren't related to my selected favorite teams, are laughable. Seriously, I don't care who Michael Sam showers with... Pitiful that ESPN can't, or won't, fix the issue that doesn't let current paying subscribers log in and view issues of the magazine. Don't be fooled, purchasing ANOTHER subscription thru the app will not help. I've read a lot of reviews from people who did and are still not getting access.

Terrible App. I downloaded this app because I subscribed to the magazine and I was supposed to have free access to the digital magazine. Well I downloaded the app and cannot download any of the magazines it's probably the worst app I've ever used a middle school kid for a project could do better than this it's pathetic. When I click download It spins for a second and then nothing.

Are they going to let people sign in anytime soon. Its been at least a month and at least one update and it still will not let me sign in, and I can see it is not just me that has the problem. I think the old app still works, but come on ESPN, I expect better than this from the number 1 sports provider, especially for a service that we pay for.

Take away the Insider. The app itself has gotten better over the years. It is more stable, more intuitive and easier to explore now. Only, they deprived the rights to the "Insider" contents now with the magazine subscription without proper notifications and reshuffled and introduced their new "espn+" membership where they charge 5+ dollars a month. So, all of sudden, I cannot access to all the Insider materials since late last year. Well, personally, the Insider access was one of the main reasons I suscribed to the magazine in the first place. So, be noted that their website's exclusive contents are now off-limits which wasn't the case for many years. Seriously thinking about ending subscription on next renewal, since it seems like there're more useful contents on the espn+ than the magazine these days.

Removed access for print subscribers. For those of you who used to use the espn magazine app, your insider login will no longer work. Espn has decided to try to make more money by making a separate subscription for the iPad. There is no reason for me to buy the iPad subscription if I already get the print version, but it was nice in the past to be able to have access to the archives with the old app. ESPN gave no loyalty to their customers who have been with them for years, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your sports needs.

One star too many.... This has been a persistent and troubling app, as of right now, I can't successfully log in with my user name and password. Before there was an issue with the magazines themselves as the final pages of articles were cut off and now the problem continues to become worse and worse. I'm beginning to think that the app developers are either incompetent or negligent. Please, address these matters as soon as possible.

Please update app. App not crashing. But still can't look at issues I've purchased. Update needed again

Doesn't work. I have problems signing in to my account, and the last page of every article doesn't appear. I called tech support and was told it isn't a problem that they're aware of, so they weren't able to help me. However, there are plenty of reviews on here of people with the same problems.

Can't Download Issues. I agree with reviewers who say they cannot download issues on my iPad. I used to email-provided pw with no luck. I changed the pw and still no luck. Someone at ESPN needs to work with someone at Apple to resolve this problem and in the meantime suspend sending emails telling Insider subscribers that they have access to digital copies of The Magazine.

Official ESPN magazine app - great product. Just seen review by 'cosette15', who must work for the competition and I felt compelled to write this. I have been using this app for over 1 year now. I am an ESPN insider and use my official ESPN account to access the magazine as this is the official ESPN app. Once I understood how to login to my insider account (see About/Customer Support) it been great.

Terrible, why keep ESPN name?. ZERO STARS. Same experience as others on here. Can't log in to app to view digital subscription (which emails from ESPN say that I should be able to do when my issue is "ready") Just spent 20 minutes on phone with ESPN to have the rep tell me that they "don't control the app any more, that apple owns it" and that I need to contact them to fix. Having tried to log in using ESPN and Apple credentials, both give me same error message. This is a terrible user experience and will likely lead me to cancel my ESPN Insider subscription as they can't seem to get this right. Bad all the way around!!!!!

Another update, still not recognizing insiders. Not sure who is getting this to work and how, but no luck for me. now i’m done. i’m not trying anymore. Apples IOS 8 and 8.0.2 were bad enough, but espn put out an update and it’s still not working. they need to start over or tell us why we should not get our money back from insider. bye espn the magazine. i’m finished with you.

Works Fine. All these people saying they can't log in blow my mind. It's not your normal ESPN or Apple login, you use the login info that they email to you. Took me less than a minute to download and successfully log in. App works fine.

Been a subscriber for years, only most recent mags show as free. Been a subscriber since 2013 and old mags that I'd like to re-read show as "buy now" for $3.99. Any mag older than March 2015 shows as buy now. Super lame! If I was a subscriber dating back to 2013, this account should give me free access to all mags that have been released since I began my subscription. Aside of that issue of ESPN wanting to double charge me, the magazines aren't more than PDF scans. You can't select text, it's not interactive, and text isn't scalable. This all results in a lot of pinch and zoom and panning, rather than a flipboard like experience. Worthless to me in its current iteration.

Awful. I have a subscription and I can't access it because I didn't purchase it through iTunes. I received an email saying I have access and it gave me a user name and password. Still does not work. I just called ESPN and they said it is a stand alone app and you have to purchase through the app store to gain access. It doesn't make sense plus if they read any of these reviews they would be smart to fix this.

C'mon man. No love for current ESPN insider customers? What is up with that? You give us access to a digital copy on the website but since it uses flash, people using iPads can't read it. Magazines were one of the reasons I got an ipad and assume the same is the case for many Apple customers. Therefore you're really isolating customers who have been loyal to both Apple and ESPN. If you're paying for an ipad and have an ESPN insider subscription you probably have a decent amount of disposable income which is also a highly sought after demo to advertisers...

Buy the print version. I paid for the 2016 College Football preview edition. I downloaded on both my iPad and iPhone, but I can't access the issue on either. Your money is better spent on the print version. At least you get something in return for your money. I should have read the other reviews before buying anything.

Read the Comments to Deal With Sign In Issues. Within digital edition login screen, report that you have forgotten your password (even though you haven't). Sign into digital edition with the new password that is emailed to you. Go to settings and change your password back to one you have known and loved for years.

New app unusable. Not recognizing I own previous issues

I was tricked. I bought the stupid insider to get this, and then I find out I don't even have access. I haven't received one single print magazine either. This is a scam, pure and simple. I didn't think espn had to stoop to this level. Their website is totally unclear on the whole thing too. And there is 0 customer service. Bad, bad, bad...

Print & Digital. Just signed up for the 6 months football deal for $9.99 expecting to be able to log in and read an edition. Not so because like everyone else, my account does not exist - the same account I had yearly subscriptions with ESPN Insider. Fix this junk and do things the correct way for people who pay you money!

All good but one thing. Love the app and it does what it's meant for as far reading the magazine. I only wish the app updated account settings. I had to login with old credentials.

So far no access.. As a current subscriber who is using the original ESPN app on the ipad, this is completely unacceptable. I'm at least glad to see everyone else having similar problems not being able to log in with your insider credentials. It's bad enough the original app truncates some articles, but at least I could read those. So far espn support has been less than helpful in my inquiry to get this fixed.

Greed wins it appears. Charter subscriber to ESPN the Magazine, thought it was a nice combo with Insider. Read the magazine on my iPad about as often as print. Everyone else includes the digital with their print version, or at least as a very modest upgrade. And no one with no notice changes the rules and denies access to the digital version by long time subscribers. Except ESPN. Might want to fix this before thousands drop their subscriptions. I survived for years with Sports Illustrated alone. I will do so again.

Great mobile app!. Easy to access and download each issue.

Still can't log in.. Contrary to what you may think when you see the "Sign In" area, you still can't sign in with your Insider account. Which is ridiculous. Which means this app is useless. I would think that a huge chunk of people who still actually read ESPN magazine only do so because they are Insiders. However, they won't be reading it with this app.

What a joke, come on ESPN your better than this!!. Just got charged $50 for my insider subscription and I can't get login to view the mag on my iPad??? Emailed back and forth with the pathetic customer support linked to this newstand mag and got nothing but apologies and a "hopefully we will fix this soon." Ripping us off, u should refund us money on our insider subscription. Not what i expected from ESPN.

Read the email, everyone. I don't rate apps very often, but ESPN deserves some slack here. If you are a Subscriber to Insider, (and currently receive the mag through mail,) you DO get this for free. They supply a NEW PASSWORD for the digital version. It probably has something to do with Apple News Stand and in-app purchase policies. Works fine and looks great. Follow instructions, people.

Needs Improvements!. Okay, here is a review after examining this version to the previous stand alone version. In the previous ESPN the Magazine, the graphics and fonts were clear, sharp and easy to read and manage. I still have the previous version on my IPad , and it looks a whole lot better. The new version needs a lot of improvements. Navigating is okay. Fonts are blurry. Picture quality is so so. For a while, I had a hard time accessing my account, but I learned a trick to help others; I checked "forgot password" and entered my email address to have my password reset. That did the trick to access previous issues. Until improvements are made, I will reserve giving this magazine a higher rating.

Current subscribers have to pay extra. Extremely disappointed. I am a current ESPN Insider and magazine subscriber. I tried to log in to the new app with my current information without success. I call ESPN customer service and found out that my subscription will not cover this app, but that I can access the magazine through the website. The problem is that the website requires Flash which my iPad will not run. The rep said that I would have to pay an additional charge for the Apple Newsstand version. It will be a cold day in hell before I do that.

How do I login?. I am a subscriber of the ESPN Magazine, and I would think that there would be a way to log in to the iPad app using my paper subscription information. But I can't enter my account number from a magazine. I can't seem to log in with my ESPN account. I can't seem to log in with the email address associated with my ESPN Magazine account. What information do I use to login???!?

Solid app. Not sure what everybody is complaining about. Had the iPad app when i had an iPad and it seemed difficult to navigate so i never used it. I got rid of the iPad when i got the 6 plus so i am excited that i can get the magazine on my phone. Looks pretty easy to navigate. Logged in with no issue. ESPN issued a special password for the app so I used that instead of my normal insider password, I wonder if that is the issue for some reviewers. Would love to see a digital only subscription to reduce paper waste.

Horrible to loyal customers. This is the perfect example of a company that uses technology for greed rather than enhance their customers experiences. Every time this app is updated and espn insider subscribers aren't able to access I will continue to re rate it at 1 star. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Even with the update. The espn mag app has been horrible. Finally excited to see this one (in newsstand where it belongs) only to find out my insider subscription doesn't work with it. I pay 44 a year for the magazine but now people can pay 17 for this app yearly. This is horrible to loyal customers.

Worst App ever. I have been a subscriber to ESPN for close to 10 years and have upgraded to Insider access for my account. I get both the print and app version, but for some reason the new Magazine Stand app doesn't recognize my user name and/or password. When I try the forgot password trick - the screen just freezes up and I have to close out... Don't waste your time, The Mag app is far better - I think 1 star is too much for this app and expect much better from a company, with the type of revenue that ESPN generates, for it's customers that have been loyal paying subscribers for years...

Not a bad app, but kinda hard to read. I tried to log on a few months ago but like many others I was not successful. I deleted the app and forgot about. This week I received an email from ESPN indicating that my account had been set up. I used the credentials in the email - different than my normal Insider information - and was able to read the magazine. Not read it easily though. Because of the physical mag's ginormous dimensions, the print is very small on an iPad. I do like the navigation and other features, though. Quite slick.

ESPN Continues to Take Advantage of its Print Subscribers. It is disgraceful that ESPN continues to restrict access to the Digital Version of the app to Apple subscribers only. Why shouldn't print subscribers get access as well?! Every other magazine gives its print subscribers the ability to access the digital version. In terms of sports magazines out there, ESPN will continue to be second class to Sports Illustrated.

Dishonest bait and switch. I am so frustrated with this I could scream. Cutting through all the story for now, they have for nearly a year told me to just sign up to get the magazines using my long time membership (including ESPN The Magazine subscription), including TODAY. But signing up never does more than offer to sell me the magazines I am already subscribed for. I would have let it go but for today's new misleading offer to get me to signup, when all that again does is let me pay again for this.

Can't access my issues. Despite having an active subscription, the app only gives me the option to buy issues or subscribe. Restoring purchases doesn't work, and when I tried to subscribe again it confirmed that I already have an active subscription. The app only worked properly for about 2 weeks before it began having these issues.

Confusing. This app makes me sign in with an old email address associated with my ESPN account. It was working fine until it was asking me to subscribe to it. I can view it on the web just fine and my subscription is in good standing which I confirmed with ESPN support. They suggested I try logging in with my current email. I try it and do a password reset but I get no reset email

Disappointed. I am very disappointed with the New ESPN the Magazine App. I recently purchased the app on iTunes and was given a free 30 day trial period. I cannot even view the 5 January issue on the app now and was never notified for the 19 January issue. Looks like I need to wait for the 30 day trial period before I can view an issue in the app. I should have stayed with my magazine subscription. I do not recommend buying this app.

Works fine here. Not sure what the other reviews are about but the app is flawless on my end. Should be noted the password they send you in the email is different than your INsider account.

Terrible App. Is there a less than one star rating?! This app is terrible. I contacted ESPN nearly a year ago to inquire about my difficulty signing in. ESPN said they were aware of the problem! It still doesn't work! This is ridiculous. Just make the app work. It should not take this long. Sorry for the first-world-problems diatribe.

Not going to pay twice.. ESPN is wrong for making me pay twice for the same subscription. I pay for the hard copy magazine. Why should I have to pay for the online version. They didn't think this through and will lose a lot of customers. Not going to pay for both. Now may not pay for one. Stupid

Unimpressed. Silly me. I downloaded this with the expectation that I would be able to view issues digitally since I'm already a print subscriber. You know...kinda like other mags that are available both digitally and in print form. Hmm...guess that's not the case. I have yet to find a way to create the requisite account from within this app to do what I want to do. I don't think it's asking too much to accommodate that simple process.

Love the magazine. Great to have it on my phone. Been subscribed for three years and always end up missing a few of them in the mail. Really convenient.

Ugly. Most pay to subscribe magazine apps are nice on the eyes and easy to read. Not just a scanned version of their magazine counterpart. Unreadable. Take notes from The Age etc.

Doesn't seem to work.... I have downloaded this on my iPad but it isn't showing in the newsstand app... Please can they get it right so we can read the last page of the articles we have paid for unlike the disaster app!

Disappointing. Poor design and the app keeps crashing for me.

Real Dud. Paid for it and yet I can't sign in. Beware before spending the money!

No iPad access for Insiders. Over a year with no access using my Insider account. I can access on laptop, but not iPhone or iPad as my ID and password aren’t recognized. Rep says it’s a glitch that they are working to fix, but it’s been a year. C’mon man!

Annoying. App is terrible. Won't accept my login/password and freezes if I request my password. Seems to have forgotten I'm a subscriber. Magazines aren't available for download until days after I get an email saying they are ready. Customer service was no help/didn't respond on here occasions. Readability is mildly annoying. Have to click "text" to make it readable on the iPad mini, and then have to pull up and click another button to allow me to scroll again.

The worst. Crashes frequently. Always asks me if I was to restore previous purchases (not sure what that even means). Doesn't save bookmarks or last read articles. I would expect more.

ESPN Insider question?. I receive the issues in the mail and it would be nice to carry my issues with me through this app. If I cannot attack my subscription to the app I have no use for it. i don't see an option to this poorly designed app with no FAQ's or any type of legitimate help.

Bait and Switch. When I subscribed to ESPN I got the Insider access and was able to read the magazine on my iPad. Now, after numerous phone calls to their HORRIBLE customer service I found that they took away that access without any warning. There is a special place in hell for for these tools.

Crashing. Have tried restarting my iPad and reinstalling the app but it continuously crashes during startup. Seems to be ESPN magazine only as I'm able to open and read several others.

Fail. I have a subscription with the magazine that worked with the old app but the new one can't seem to match my email and password even though they work on the espn site.

Cant read blank pages.. The issue with harbaugh on the cover has nothing but blank pages when scrolling to the college football portion. FAQs say delete issue and re-download. Done it over 40x and still doesn't work. I email support and their solution: delete and re-download. THANKS!!!

Can't access my issues. Ever since the update and upgrade to iOS 9 it no longer recognizes my subscription even after trying to restore my iTunes purchases. My subscription is still good until the end of the year.

Crashes after a few seconds. App worked till the last update. Now it crashes after a few seconds. Tried reinstalling without success. Please fix.

No longer accepts iTunes subscription. After this latest update the app no longer acknowledges my iTunes subscription nor does it let me access my previously purchased issues.

Subscribers beware. I got an email today with credentials to login to get my FREE subscription (which I already pay for with my Insider account). Downloaded it and logged in using those credentials, only to find out it doesn't recognize my subscription. Frustrating. Don't bother unless you want to pay to subscribe.

Getting better but still not great. I subscribe to this magazine through Newsstand and the only way I can see new issues is if I delete the app and reinstall it. Bit of a pain having to do this every time a new issue comes out!

What were they thinking. Now I have to buy a digital subscription in addition to the print/insider subscription I already have? Ridiculous development when the prior app included the digital version. Please update ESPN to allow us to log in with our insider accounts.

Too Bad. I used to use the old ESPN magazine app. I have been an insider for multiple years now. I have only been reading the paper copies the last few months. Went back to try digital and ran into this app. It only lets me view the current month. Inferior every way to the paper copy. Guess ESPN wants me to stick to paper?

Why would they do this?. Why would ESPN do this to its loyal customers? The only thing they are doing is alienate us. I have had an ESPN Insider sub for years and was delighted when I could read the magazine on my iPad. Now, I have to pay for another subscription because ESPN decided to move their App to the Newsstand. This has to be a mistake. C’mon mannnn.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This app along with their support is a joke. I bought a subscription and literally have made 10+ phone calls. Still cannot get into the app and wasted my money on the subscription. I will order from zinio next time. Worst customer service ever and their support reps are clueless.

This app is terrible. The app doesn't update when new issues come out. I have to delete and reinstall app to get new issues. Then to download the issues I have to hit subscribe button and I have to enter my Apple ID password, then it tells me I am already subscribed and lets me download the issue. Worst newspaper/magazine app I have.

Paid for subscription but don't have any issues. Paid for a subscription but none of my issues are available to read. Restoring iTunes purchases doesn't do a thing.

Worst App Ever. I have the same problem everyone else does. Old app quit working in July to get new copied on my iPad. Now, I call ESPN & they refer me to Audience Media. I contact these people and here I am. Furious. Been an ESPN Mag subscriber since Day 1. Won't be much longer. Audience Media, you have POOR customer service. 0 stars.

No loyalty!. I've been an ESPN Mag subscriber for years and enjoyed both the digital and print versions. Now, with their new updates, I can't access the digital version without paying extra. It's disappointing that ESPN doesn't care more about their loyal customers.

Crappy App. Why can't I login and read the digital version? I've tried it many times. I use to be able to do before. The standalone app wasn't that great, but at least I could login and read the mag. Now nothing?! This is really ridiculous.

Paper subscribers are still not able to access. Did you make the mistake of subscribing to the actual paper magazine? If so, guess what? You get to pay for the subscription AGAIN if you want to access on your iPad. Good deal!

Terrible. I never review apps but I just had to this time. This app has never worked for me. Not on any iPhone I’ve used, not on any iPad I’ve owned. I’ve been an Insider forever and the “credentials” I have have never worked, not one single time. This is an embarrassment for a billion dollar company.

Brutal!!. Absolutely brutal. No other print magazine that I own (and I own a lot) charges for the iPad version. What a stingy plan ESPN. I will not renew my print subscription when it runs out unless this is made available to iPad. I know I'm not the only person who feels this way. You've already made your money once ESPN, don't be so greedy.

Beyond Dumb. As it has been stated here before, I am yet another loyal ESPN Insider subscriber for years - and I live overseas in Australia so I can’t even get the hard copy. They finally get an ESPN The Magazine version in the Newstand but Insiders can’t log-in. I will cancel my Insider subscription if this isn’t fixed.

Requires separate subscription. I received a "deal" in the mail touting the ability of digital magazines with insider access. In less than 1 month after subscribing (after the Body Issue), I now have to download this version and pay again? No class ESPN. classic bait and switch.

This is the lousiest mag app I own. For the IPad, each time a new issue comes out, I can't access it without a big hassle - like it doesn't recognize that I have a subscription. I don't have an issue with any of my other emags. Really frustrating.

Needs work. Good app, could be more user friendly like the SI mag app which is easier to navigate and eliminated the print ads

SC Not Top 10. First I can't log into ESPN fantasy in safari on my iPhone...and once I start actually using the old mag app....now, as an insider I can't even get the magazine on my iPad? C'mon man!! Fix the value proposition for all your revenue-generating members that you have actually monetized and maybe we will come back and give a good rating. Super weak.....this is a massive miss for a media giant.

Why. Why do I get a free print copy of the magazine I with my insider subscription but don't get the digital version? Isn't it more expensive to print and send the mag to my house rather than me just uploading it to my device? Come on ESPN. Step up.

Shut-out. After IOS 9 update, lost all access to new and past issues. When subscription ends in month or two, will switch to Zinio...constant problems with Apple subscriptions and IOS upgrades...enough is enough.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could.. It was ok as a stand alone app. You couldn't download full magazine but you could get about 67% of each story offline. Now you can't log in with your magazine subscription sign in. I don't even want the trash in mail. They go straight in the trash. The only point of me getting the subscription was for insider access and iPad access. My subscription isn't even up yet and ESPN in all its wisdom has decided to cut the throat of its customers. They already stopped showing sports on tv and now the magazine is useless. Screw ESPN.

Unbelievable. So, if you're an ESPN insider and a print subscriber, you still have to purchase an extra subscription separately for this app in order to get the issues on your phone/iPad. It's appalling and unfortunate that ESPN has to try and make an extra buck this way. As soon as my subscription is up I'll be looking else for sports Magazines.

Buy Sports Illustrated. I'm embarrassed to admit I just renewed my subscription. Won't make that mistake again. If anything I would hope you would present the option to convert subscriptions to digital to save cost on materials and S&H... Great thinking guys! Way to alienate your customers.

Useless!. Trying to use newsstand and download a couple of the latest issues as I will be traveling tomorrow. I obviously don't want to haul the paper copies through airports and on the planes. Not letting me sign in is frustrating. I pay for the subscription and to be an "insider" but I can't login to access the digital copy!? Very angry at ESPN.

They can't get it right. No support for existing subscribers. Doesn't surprise me. The previous app always had issues (login errors, last pages of articles missing). It is embarrassing that a global brand like ESPN can't get this right. It's the quality I would expect from a startup with no $$$.

Spits in the face of Insider/Print Subscribers. Although access to the digital edition is touted in ESPN's Insider subscription marketing, apparently it's not. Or at least they can't figure out how to do it within Apple's Newsstand environment. I pay for the content already. I refuse to do it twice.

Terrible. This has been the worst experience I have ever been through. It tells me I my email or password is incorrect but I am still able to sign on through the website. Strongly considering completely canceling subscription

Need to purchase another subscription. It's silly that if you are a print subscriber, and could download the magazine for free via the old app, that now the only way to view it on ipad is to buy another subscription. When my current one is up, I won't be renewing.

No digital access. After jumping through hoops to even activate ESPN Insider, after downloading the digital app I still get no access to the digital print. Complete waste of an hour & a half to even go through the trouble.

The worst app!!. I've subscribed, but can't access issues. When I try to subscribe again, it says I've already subscribed. I feel like they've stolen my $17, as there is no support for this app. Do not subscribe via this app, stay away at all costs!!

Can't read any issue even though I paid my subscription. I am very upset that I had paid for my subscription and can't open it up on my iPad. Yes I am getting them via mail but I wanted it on my iPad. Please fix this or I will cancel my subscription.

What a horrible way to treat loyal customers. Print subscribers and insiders no longer have access to the digital version. The iPad version used to be included, but now they want a separate subscription. Count me among those not happy with the change. Instead of getting more money from me, ESPN will not get another dime.

Pointless. Received email saying I finally have free access as an ESPN insider subscriber only to log in and see I have to still pay extra for the digital magazine? Can you please get this figured out already? It's beyond a joke at this point! Awful!

Not ready for prime time. Trying to log on with my ESPN magazine/Insider login, it says that it is not recognized. They need to get that functionality in place soon - it's clearly contemplated as you can "log in" with your magazine ID without buying through iTunes, it's just not functioning. Bad form, ESPN.

Horrible App. I have an ESPN Mag subscription and was able to access the digital copy on the stand alone app but have not been able to on Newstand. I called ESPN customer service several times in August to just get the run around and being transferred to different departments to try and resolve the issue.

I have a subscription... Why am I being asked to pay?. I already receive ESPN the mag in print. Why is this app asking me to pay for digital issues? I used the login and password provided to me via email. What gives?
