Don’t do it.. I just downloaded this app and started an account to play slots and roulette. After adding money to my account, I went to play and it has none of that on my page. Three customer service people later and they all said everything was fine. Tried to cancel and get my money. What a joke. As soon as I write this review I’m gonna dispute on my credit card and delete the app.

Compared to bovada. I have been a client with bovada for 10 years and I have to say I am walking away with disgust at how bovada has run their site to how they deal with rewards. Hard rock has everything in a nice format, the only knock is give them is I can’t find a easy casino connection with Sportsbook but maybe they are two entire different companies. Anyways I’m excited to see what rewards come but so far I’m impressed.

Scam Scam Scam. I started using this app without any issues. One day I decided to fund my account so that I can use the slot machine and it wouldn’t allow me to fund my account. The only way to contact them is through live chat or email, not by phone. For days you get someone will get back to you. Fast forward they said my address was an issue absolutely no p. O. Box is expected. So they wanted me to send a selfie holding an ID/ driver’s license, credit card statement or utility bill or bank statement verifying my address. So I did but it was a process getting a response from them. They finally emailed me notifying me that I was taken off restriction. A few days later I tried to fund my account and I was told that I was put on restriction again. When I opened a live chat I was told someone will get back to me. From the time that I was taken off restriction I only tried to fund my account. The reason I titled it Scam is after reading other people as well as myself being told to send in vital information it seems suspect. Is this app collecting our personal information inappropriately? Just know if someone starts using my information I will certainly file an class action lawsuit against this app/company! I’m only giving 1 star review because you can’t send a review unless you pick a star.

I won a couple times on hard rock , a couple of them were pretty decent, but after that just like most of the others you ironically stop winning, they are all rigged to some degree, when you first start playing on all the online nj casino apps you win a decent amount of times, you get bonus rounds pretty often and win a decent amount on them, after playing a while you’ll notice a that changes it’s like they flip a switch, it’s a pattern with all of them, if you got a few wins from here I suggest you run cause trust me you won’t keep winning, it’ll be a long while before you get another and it won’t be a good one. I keep giving them chance after chance now I’m done !! I don’t even win enough to play for a few. I don’t know about the sports betting but as for the casino (NJ) it’s absolutely HORRIBLE !! Hard Rock Is a complete scam. Be careful with winning too much. I won about 1,838 in 3 separate transactions. Withdrew them as normal. 3 days later I’m still waiting on the first deposit to come through. Mind you I played my parlays and won as normal, contact customer service and of course get no help whatsoever, other than a email saying they’d respond in 24-48 hours and needed statements from my Apple Pay and my bank. How do you get a statement from Apple Pay is beyond me (plus you can’t even withdraw with Apple Pay so I don’t know what that had to do with anything), and besides that the card I use on Apple Pay is the same card that the money gets deposited on so it’s virtually the same statement. So now I’m stuck waiting on 3 deposits totaling almost 2 grand. I wouldn’t recommend using this app a lot, if you have another sports betting app, I’d use that. Hard Rock starts acting shady when a account hits too often. All of a sudden security is alerted? I’ve used the same card, same withdrawal method and all. Smh

Scammers. Terrible customer service.. On their website, they literally have a $25 bonus sign up no deposit required. I contact customer support. Worst experience in my life. I have never dealt with anything like this. This lady is literally trying to convince me that that is not the actual website so she sends me a link to download the app and says that that’s the website when it’s literally the link to download the app I can’t make this up. I will not be wasting my time energy or money on this app and I only gave it a shot because of the bonus so no I’m deactivating my account and I’m letting everybody know I wouldn’t use this app if I were you.

And your promotion for cash back up to $100 I can’t figure out how to apply that? No Regret First Bet. The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars. They should make sure you only have the option to bet $100 on the first bet. That way you maximize you chance of winning. I think I bet three $30 bets and a $10 long shot thinking that all of them were my first bet, the first bet option hasn’t disappeared after I’ve bet a couple of 9 games. I can’t complain. I haven’t lost a bet yet. Except the long shot on the Dolphins. I knew it was gonna be losing bet. But anyway good luck.

DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. SCAM!!!!!!!. Stay away from this app it’s a scam. They cheat you out your money I bet 20 cents and they were taking out a different amount. Also if you win they won’t let you win again out of every casino I’ve played this is by far the most rigged. Their bonus promotion system makes no sense you’re not allowed to withdraw your money even if you match the bonus and when you forfeit you completely lose all of your money. Stay far away from hard rock it’s a scam and shouldn’t even be allowed on here. I’ve deleted the app and I’m sticking with FanDuel please don’t waste your money here you will spend a lot of money just to get a bonus and I’m talking over $100 and when you get the bonus they short you every time leaving you with only $5 after all the effort you put in just to get it. Definitely don’t recommend this app to anyone.

Not wanting to pay withdrawals for winners. I downloaded the app .I placed a bet an won .I went to withdrawal the money .They sent me a text message asking me to upload my ID which I complied .I then verified the account the money was being withdrawn to via plaid on their App . I received an email asking me for 90 days of bank statements .I’m not giving them 90 days of bank statements when I have already verified my location , my identification , and my account .The email said if you do not provide them with 90 days of bank accounts they will restrict you’re account . I sent them a follow up email and have yet to receive a response .It was impossible to reach anyone on live chat . Not a good look hard rock .

Great App/Customer Service Not So Much. It is very user-friendly and a great app in general. Only problem I have is only some players are “eligible” for the random No Regret Bets and other promotions, even if they are in the same tier benefits. I am currently having this issue and I messaged customer support and asked why that was occurring. It was a pretty simple question and it took me close to an hour to finally have the customer support personnel understand what I was asking and i was told to, “just wait for an email about the promotion”. The issue still has not been resolved and I ultimately gave up because I did not want to go through this with customer service again. The book is Florida is still fairly new but hopefully these nuisance issues get resolved sooner rather than later.

Review. Before today I really have never won much money on slots and I play a lot! I’ve only had this app for about two months and I have to already wagered 25k. I love how there is always new games but those seem to give me the most problems with winning. The sports side I think could have more detail about the games bets from others and the odds are very general, especially on the under/over. Just giving a few things I notice. Super easy - Super Fun. I have been playing the football pools and going to Vegas for 43 years, Biloxi and New Jersey - even Kansas City to visit casinos and place some action on games there - this App Is a total game changer. You can sit in the comfort of your home, look up stats- you don’t have to deal with crowds or guys or ladies saying Come On Let’s go place your bet or get out of line. No just take your good Ol’ time and when your ready the App Is easy to understand and super easy to place your bet. That 4.8 stars is definitely fake. Please steer away from putting any time or money into this app. Years ago when it was released, myself and some buddies decided to try it out. I was never able to place my first bet after putting money into the app, it kept saying there was an error and couldn’t process the transaction. After trying again a few times and not being able to place a bet due to errors, I decided to withdraw the funds from my account. This is when my account was suddenly suspended, restricting me from withdrawing the funds I put in. I tried calling the 1-800 number for help, no one ever picks up. All of my buddies ran into the same issue, the app has our money trapped with no way to call for getting it out.

Great app, more betting ability would be nice. Great app and usability is great. Only thing that could improve is the ability to bet across multiple games with more than 1 bet per game. For example, you can’t pick 2 players from one game and 2 players from another game to, say, score an anytime TD. You’re only allowed to do one player per game in those instances. Many other similar bet examples but outside of that, I would highly recommend!

Not bad, has potential. I like the home page interface, and everything is easy to find. The My Bets page is also slick and nice. The overall spacing and layout is good. Can be buggy at moments. I do have some cons though: I hate the SGP builder. Would like to just be able to build an SGP or stack without having to click on the actual builder. Can be buggy and just crash at sporadic moments. Wish there were more markets, feels like they are behind, as there aren’t many futures options, etc. Would like to see more promos. I like the $10 SGP no sweats, but that’s really all they offer. Not really creative in promos. Rewards system is kinda odd, not sure about the tier system. This app has a lot of opportunity, and it’s not terrible enough to not use it. But they should look into fixing the above issues and it would be awesome!

Won’t payout my win due to hidden rules. I placed a bet on Manchester United vs Liverpool FA Cup for United to win. United ended up winning the game and I didn’t receive my payout. I gave it a couple days to see if the app was just messing up due to the fact that the game went into extra time. This was not the case. I DM’d their suggested help account I found via the app and they stated that because the game did not end in regulation time my bet was invalid. This was not stated anywhere when placing the bet and when I stated this they said “its part of our house rules”. As if anyone is supposed to know that when placing a bet? After providing them multiple valid points about how they should state that on their bet, they just kept stating it is part of their house rules until they eventually stopped responding. I’m typically a pretty easy going guy, but I placed the bet at +900 odds so needless to say they owe me a lot of money. Hard rock is taking advantage of the fact that they are the only legal betting interface in FL. Regardless I refuse to bet with them ever again even if it means never betting on another game while I am in Florida

Jennifer and whole customer support team need more training. I emailed support saying that I can’t sign up and they told me it was because there were multiple accounts… without trying to fix the situation. (I’ve never used Hard Rock Bet before). And now I’ve emailed them twice since that with no response. The customer service team at Hard Rock Bet needs some serious training. Edit: They told me on Saturday that I would be contacted in 48-72 hours so that they can verify my account. It’s Wednesday and I have yet to be contacted nor is my account verified. This company is hoIding potential Florida customers hostage because it is the only app that offers betting in Florida.

So happy to have but sad about its limits. The app is incredibly user friendly. Promotional betting seems be plentiful and often. What is disappointing is the limits on possible bets… it missing the fun, funny, and totally random bets that other platforms provide.. like over/unders on streakers, national anthem, safeties, penalties, ext. It’s also missing the minors if isn’t NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB you don’t get player props, game special betting options…. Like I love betting on total touchdowns and interceptions but find myself unable to do this with NCAA…. The app also seems to not fully understand “conflicting selections” when trying to make a spicy parlay example it will not allow me to make a parlay of total touchdowns over 4.5 and dolphins to win..??? Why not? I hope this improves over the year but we shall see! I haven’t had to use customer service yet so I can’t speak on it…

AVOID THIS APP-THEY STEAL MONEY. I was able to use the app for approximately two weeks at which point my account was suddenly suspended. I’ve spent the last month emailing and chatting with hard rock representatives to try and get the $175. It was in my account returned to me. They’ve closed my account and ignored every ask to get my money back. The excuses that my account needed to be verified? I provided all the information required several weeks past, and then I followed up only to find they needed additional information of which they never asked for. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS! Hopefully the gambling Monopoly will be lifted in FL and people will actually have a choice in FL…doubtful though.

Misleading. I want to give this application 5 stars for ease of use, and as an application it works splendidly. However, when it comes to wagers in the NHL it is very misleading. The application does not indicate that the Moneyline excludes overtime, but when you investigate further, they have betting options excluding over time in other categories (Goals Scored etc..) Placing a wager on a team to win, that team winning in overtime, and still not being paid when there was no indication that any over time victory wouldn’t be honored is incredibly misleading. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise, this application is great.

Promo intuitiveness crater an otherwise great app. When you’re in a logged in state on the app (so it knows who you are), Hard Rock will show you all promos that *exist* and not the ones that you are *eligible* for. I’ve followed all the rules (odds, wager size, etc.) - only to have to later be told by Customer Support some condition that was not clear on the T&C that I am not eligible. There wasn’t any info I could look up to know that I wasn’t eligible before placing the wager as I hit every requirement. Venmo on the app is excellent, however. Fastest payment almost of any book. Overall, I’ve just been burned too many times by unclear/shadier promo eligibility responses. If they would only show people what they’re *eligible* for with promos, then it would be much more intuitive, and I’d use them again.

Early access/address update. I have early access as I was a member before app was shut down. I moved to a new address while app was shut down so I submitted required information for my account to be updated with new address including my Unity card which has my current address. I was given a case# and advised it would take 24-48 hours for update to be processed. Well it’s been over 1 week and nothing, leaves me with no confidence that this simple task can not be handled in a timely manner, what if I was having a really serious issue? I requested my account be closed and deleted let’s see how long that takes!

Cannot open app outside country. The app is very user friendly. However, if you plan on going on a trip out of Florida (a legal state) i suggest writing down your bets or screenshotting them. The app opened for me when i was in a Missouri, where betting is not legal. I couldn’t place bets but i was still able to see the available bets and the ones i previously made. Since i’ve been out of the country I haven’t been able to open it at all, so I cannot see the bets I made.

Happy Florida resident. As a Florida resident I am very happy with the hard rock bets app. It’s very easy and fun. Before sports betting became legal in Florida I played fanduel and other apps that would allow betting over or under on player stats. This app always has promo bets that keep me interested and betting. As a beginner sports gambler it really helps to learn. It would be nice to earn points or some rewards that could be spent at the actual hard rock casino. I look forward to watching sports and gambling at the actual casino. I live in Clearwater which is not far from the Tampa hard rock which is a great place and very fun. I haven’t been able to go since sports betting has been open but I look forward to the right opportunity.

Beware of Hard Rock Betting App – Far From Rock-Solid Performance. I recently tried the Hard Rock Betting app and was sorely disappointed by the experience. The app appears to use slow updates intentionally, which feels like a tactic to mislead users on live bets. I’ve encountered hourly delays when dealing with financial transactions, which is unacceptable in the fast-paced world of sports betting. Furthermore, the app falls short in functionality; unlike other betting platforms, it doesn’t allow users to string together multiple parlays, which limits the betting experience significantly. This, coupled with a user interface that needs a lot of improvement, leads to a frustrating experience. I regret to say that my experience with the Hard Rock Betting app was very unsatisfactory. It has a long way to go before it can be considered a reliable and user-friendly betting platform. Until major updates and fixes are implemented, my advice would be to steer clear and consider other more reputable betting apps.

Needs some fixes and features. Some friends use this app for sports betting so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m on day two. It’s not that bad, but it’s crashed about 10 times in less than 48 hours. It restarts right away, but not where I left off before the crash. I’m not sure if it needs to refresh, but it’s a little annoying. When I’m in the Live section under “My Bets”, it would be great if I could click on the game directly from there to make additional bets or get stats. In the Finished section of My Bets, can you please add the final scores? Win or lose, I’d like to see the outcome. If the score can be visible during a live game in My Bets, I feel like the final score can be coded into the Finished section (I hope). Overall, not bad… but needs improvement

Rules are shady. This app have several critical issue and here is a list of my experience: - Referral bonus don’t work as supposed! you would never see the referral bonus reflected on your account automatically (both users will end up fighting with customer service to request it, good luck with that). The bonus is up to 50, but don't expect always the maximum, and the other issue is that referral cannot be withdraw and has a expiration date of one week. -Bets on Soccer games are shady, for example I bet that a team will win and they did actually, but in my result my bet appeared as a loss because they only counts the official 90 min of the game, extra time a penalty are excluded (when you bet there is not information about this). In my opinion this is stealing. - Customer service is very limited and slow. Now is only available thru the app with the chat. Huge line and agents usually takes more than 5 mins between each typing (unacceptable). Overall this app is still in development and is not safe to bet big quantities or even small one. I suggest to stay just away of using it until they grow to the point that normal things work properly and more transparency.

Works great, but missing features. Been using the app for a couple weeks now and I see updates being made, but other platforms have more competitive options. The app lacks the ability to place multiple same game parlays, player props like rushing attempts, & only offers alternatives rushing and receiving lines of 25+, 50+, 100+ yards when other platform offer 25+, 40+, 50+ and so on. App needs to be updated with more betting options and scenarios. Also update the app logo, its just ugly lol…

NEVER review. This app is absolutely ridiculous! I couldn’t withdraw my winnings because they couldn’t verify it was me. So they needed me holding my ID and a bunch of other stuff. I sent it over and they said they’d get back to me within 24-48 hours. They didn’t get back to me FOR TWO WEEKS after I told them that I was over waiting and wanted at least my original investment back and would bring my business elsewhere. Weird how within minutes everything was good to go. I stupidly decided to give them one more try because I like that they had same game parley for hockey. Well I put in some money for one parlay game and there was an error. So I reached out and apparently they don’t have same game parleys for hockey. WEIRD AS THAT IS AN OPTION! So requested my money back and I can’t withdraw it for at least three days and I can try again. DONE with them.

Try not to win too much. They banned me from promotions because I was winning too much on their app. I was using hard rock sport books for a couple months and I’ve had some recent success in back to back weeks and all of a sudden I, “don’t qualify for promotions anymore.” And they won’t give me an exact reason or explanation for why this happened. This is the email I kept getting from hard rock directly. “As stated prior, this is a decision made by our trading team. They are not available to talk with player. If they decide to change things, they will reach out to us and we will let you know. I appreciate your time in contacting Hard Rock Sportsbook. Let us know if you'll need further assistance.” They’re bums.

Below the competition. For someone who uses other apps to place sports bets this one below average. Forget live betting. The first app I have used that is consistently inconsistent. You can cash out one minute but not the other? Can cash out one moneyline bet the entire game but not my other moneyline bet? Seems like shady business. I enjoy live betting but this app makes it impossible. Extremely annoying. Also if you have parlays it won’t update on which teams have won or which bets have hit in the parlay…..unless you lose. Those transactions go through within a minute. As a nhl better this app lacks all the things you can bet on compared to every other app. There are many other sports betting apps that simply do it better and Hard Rock should take some notes.

Hard Rock Bets: A Decent Option Hindered by Glitches and Sign-In Hassles. The Hard Rock Bets app offers a decent betting experience for Floridians, but its frequent glitches in the My Bets area can be frustrating. There are issues with loading, causing potential losses due to the inability to cash out or track bets for minutes at a time. Additionally, the constant sign-out and sign-in requirement disrupts the user experience. The inability to live track games without money in the account is a drawback. Despite these issues, it serves as a go-to for Floridians, but competition could bring much-needed improvements.

Problem. So yesterday I bet because my account was reactivated but this morning when I try to login I saw my account suspended again I don’t know what’s happening with your system but you have to fix it I’m a costumer you not suppose to do that every time with my account I put money in their last night I make 3 or 4 bet i put the money in my bank account I put the money in my PayPal account for you because you told me you have to take it and you unsuspenned my account and you never take the money and now you lock my account again so if you don’t want me to use your platform betting again just let me know because it’s not far you have to try to do better when you have to fix something and now you tell me 15 or 30 this month you’ll try to fix it lol and I already bet I bet yesterday so I have enough money in my PayPal account and also in my other account so take the money now and reactive my account or just delete it definitely because is not fair I give your name to my friend yesterday I told him you’re a very good platform and he do an account and now you do that with my account pfff I’m waiting for you because is not fair is not fair I can’t accept that

The Best. I won money betting the NFL playoffs and figured I would try to cash it out. Instantly it was transferred to my bank using Plaid. This is unbelievable to me as I’ve had so many problems in the past trying to cash out from shady offshore sports books. On top of that this is one of the most user friendly apps I have ever used. Everything about it is quick and smooth. This is my sports book from now on!

Awful customer service; cash unable to be withdrawn. I deposited with my cash and placed a Sportsbook wager and that wager settled with a win and they withheld my winnings from me due to a “pending casino bonus.” After speaking with customer service, one rep told me that if I forfeited my “casino bonus” (even though I placed a Sportsbook wager) that I would be able to withdraw my cash winnings from my Sportsbook. Then I asked if she was 100% sure and she changed her mind. The employees don’t even know the guidelines for this Sportsbook. The icing on the cake is that your first bet is supposed to be risk free up to $100 (as per advertised). I had to ask a week later where my risk free bonus bet was, it wasn’t until that moment they credited it to me. Absolutely pathetic on Hard Rock’s part to allow this. Do better.

BEWARE. Cannot withdraw funds from acct. Beware of this scamming app. They pay you to leave positive reviews. I was first concerned because this app lets you deposit funds into your account using a credit card. No other gambling app allows that. In fact it’s illegal. After deposing a few thousand dollars and placing a few bets, I tried to withdraw my money to test that process before I deposited anymore money. My balance immediately disappeared, and the money was never deposited back into my bank account. It was also not in my Sportsbook account either. So it basically disappeared for no reason. It took a series of emails to customer support to finally get a response. And then started getting text messages from Sportsbook asking for drivers license, which is ironic because they have no problem taking your money, but need to fight tooth and nail to get it back. I responded to thr txt msg and provided a pic of my Drivers License. I then received emails and they asked for copies of my bank accounts, credit cards, and passports. What a joke. Caesars Sportsbook is a much better app and I will be sticking with that going fwd. Do not use this app unless you want headaches. I only downloaded it because i saw the $1k in free credits after first loss, but they failed on that promise as well. BEWARE of this scamming app.

Great App , Customer Service can improve though. I love this app , it’s very good , my only issue is location , u can’t use this app all across Florida like I expected. I live in Weston Florida (which doesn’t make sense cause that’s definitely apart of Florida) and it doesn’t work at all I drive down to Miami or Hollywood just to place a bet lol , which is both time consuming and gas. Light amd wonder. Hello I have been playing this casino for years and spent thousands of dollars. I play so much that I know when stuff hits but since this light and wonder took over and this new update. It’s not even fun to play anymore. And I understand it’s a game of chance but when you put over a thousand dollars into one slot and not even get. A bonus. It’s crazy. So maybe try a slot that. Fake bonus bets. Decided to wager on the Super Bowl game because of a promotion hard rock bet had. The company would give you a free matching bonus bet for your first bet up to $100 if you lost that bet. I wagered $100 and lost so they gave me a bonus bet of $100. The issue lies with using the bonus bet. A week later I wanted to wager on the ufc fight. I picked Topuria as my winner, then clicked on the button to use my $100 bonus bet but the “place bet” button is faded so I couldn’t actually place the bet. I chatted with three different customer support staff that couldn’t help resolve this issue. They wanted me to uninstall and reinstall the app which would’ve effectively terminated the chat to get me off of their screens. I tried it but it didn’t work. The simple solution would’ve been to just allow the staff member to place the bet for me but company policy wouldn’t allow it. Completely frustrating! Buyer beware!

Finally!!. Betting in Florida. I have used many offshore apps, and by far this is a great app. It delivers everything and promises, pretty easy to navigate, and profound every game I’ve looked for in the US and abroad. The table tennis league is a little short a few games but that’s OK. One thing I wish I could build my own dashboard and put up my favorite sports and be able to navigate a little bit quicker but that’s just kind a personal thing.

WAIT BEFORE YOU OPEN AM ACCOUNT !. If you want to bet at a state of the art sports betting site, you’ve come to the WRONG SITE. I opened my account about a week ago and linked two of my checking accounts to the Hardrockbet app. During the first week, I made almost daily deposits from both of my accounts without any issues. However starting on December 29, I have been unable to make a deposit from either of my accounts. There is virtually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Your choices are a text chat (which I tried multiple times on December 30, o ly to waste 2.5 hours of my time because NO ONE EVER ENTERED THE CHAT, or you can email them. Which I did and of course I’ve heard from NO ONE. I would NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT through this site until they can get their act together. If you’re expecting DRAFTKINGS or FANDUEL, you will be VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Be aware, Go with something else. This might be quite literally the worst betting app in the history of betting apps and to make matters even worse- the customer service is awful and they do not have transparent policies. Be very aware, if you are going to download any money into this app that you may have a chance of never getting it back if you don’t even wager it. This is real money on this app not fake casino coin but if you look at the way, they treat you as a customer or you would assume it is fake casino points. I would give it negative stars if I could. if I had to recommend an app, I would say fanduel is so much better, the interface is better. The customer service is better, the promotions are better the interface is better.

Frustrated. I never write reviews but this is the dumbest app I have ever used. I accidentally “fat fingered” the bet button and it does not give you any “are you sure you want to place this” option. So I inadvertently placed a bet for $1 and I have no option to cancel or cash out. I am immediately deleting the app. I would have bet more but now I am sick of this app. Better be careful typing in your bets or else. I would give -45 stars if possible. I know it’s only $1, but it’s not the money it’s the principle. Imagine I accidentally placed the bet for $1,000. Edit: I came back because I got an email from them saying my account was suspicious because I tried to withdraw my money, then they suspended my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP YOU WILL BE SORRY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I know I’m typing like a boomer, I’m just so frustrated I can’t think straight. Wasted my $100 promo bet on $1. Now I can’t even get any of my $100 Ideposited back, and my account has been suspended.

Interface is nice, but free bet process is not.. For those of you intending to place the max $1000 risk-free bet, be careful. I signed up in time for March madness and had no problem with the deposit and my first $1k bet, which I placed on a basketball ML. When it lost, I went to log in to use my free bet, and I had been locked out. They asked for my ID, a selfie holding my ID, an address verification. Sent all that in, and then they came back and asked for a PayPal statement. Sent a screenshot of the statement, they said no, send the actual full month statement. Sent that, now still waiting to get back in, and meanwhile all these basketball games are going by, and my $1k free bet has a 7 day use-it-or-lose-it rule. I get why they want verification, but no other Sportsbook has been this strict or taken this long. And to have no problem taking my money, then turn around and lock my account after I lose, is ridiculous. I literally placed 2 bets…the 1k “risk free”, and then a parlay promo they were offering. Not sure how that flagged security….so again, be careful!

App isn’t a scan but is super difficult to withdraw money.. I deposited $500 into the app for the risk free bet and only bet $100 and tried to withdraw and thought it was going through, it says up to 3 days it will be withdrawn. So nothing after the 3 days I contact support and they said I need verification of my account with in total I did twice and sent a month statement of my PayPal that I finally withdrew my money that took about a week of contracting support. I was worried I would never see my money again but it’s just a long process. Tip: don’t get upset with support it would only slow down the process. I simple said I wanted to bet more on this app so I needed my money withdrawn.

Surprised For Promotions and Integrity. This is the only app/ service I’ve found to be consistent in its entirety to what it offers. Great app!. So like always with gambling apps I came into this super skeptical.. but I was pleasantly surprised. The app is fast and easy to use. It updates quickly. And when it came time to actually withdraw money I’ve seen it show up as fast as the next day.. which is crazy to me when half the apps out there don’t even payout to the winners.

They suspend accounts for no reason and won’t give access to your money in the account. Google account suspended hard rock bet. I started with free bets and won and now my account is suspended. I was in contact with support for over two hours. They hung up after I voiced just how frustrated I was. I have zero access to my money and they won’t let me into my account or give me the money from my account. Honestly feels like a scam. They are happy with you if you lose. If you want to continue to bet with this app you better not win.

Good luck trying to get your money.. First off, would like to say the customer service is horrendous. I tried to get my ID verified for almost 3 WEEKS. After that, it was all downhill. Me and a couple of my friends had the same experience of trying to pull our money out after wins… bro it was like trying to go to the bank and asking to close your account. THEY MAKE IT AS INCONVENIENT AS POSSIBLE. Be prepared to be disappointed with this app. Side note: they are also missing a LOT of lines that are on other sportsbooks like player props and alternate spreads.

Terrible customer service. Customer service is a joke. Literally takes 2-3 days to update your address to make a deposit. My Apple Pay was success and money withdrawn from my bank account, but after spending 45 minutes waiting for an agent on live chat they told me my transaction wasn’t successful because of address verification. It turns out it takes customer service 2-3 days to process an address change. They can’t compete with fanduel and DraftKings among others. Not ready for prime time.

Another one that limits the spread and deposits. The ratings on this app have to be fake… they have so many limits and boundaries to keep you from winning anything big…like the spread will only go so far into the +…. Not to mention they out a restriction on how many deposits you can make so that you will just deposit a lump some to keep from missing out on a last minute bet…. Draftkings and FanDuel got them beat by a mile…they don’t limit you like Hardrock does….i lost too many times from my deposit being rejected when I’m about to bet on a comeback win

NFL games locked out for 2 hours straight live!. Had a few 7 team parlays live. All legs except 1 were up big with payouts each in the thousands. I planned to hedge the last leg on 2 of the 5 parlays and let the other 3 ride. At halftime all NFL games the lines are all locked for the next 2 quarters. I lost all 5 parlays by the 1 leg. I just wanted to hedge to profit a good amount since I had all the other legs correct. Seems really fishy I was locked out from betting on any live game for almost 2 hours. Started to get limited on props etc. probably why.

Long time come. Awful customer service. Have never actually been motivated enough to come and leave a review. But I have been trying to contact customer service about an issue I had. And I spoke with three agents, all three were rude and then abruptly ended the chat without helping at all. The book itself isn’t bad to use and the bonus wheel is cool. But the customer service being this awful is a big warning for everyone cause if something goes wrong like it did with me we are out of luck.

Great functionality, wish there were more features. As a Florida resident, hard rock is the only thing I have access to, which I fully understand and support keeping revenue in the state for the Seminole tribe. That said, there are features that other services do that I wish Hard Rock did. I have a lot of fun with parlays and round robins. Because of this, I wish that the minimum bets would be $0.10 instead of a dollar. This would allow me to make more bets and I would play more while still staying within my budget. The quick same game parlays are great, I just wish there more options, especially college sports. Otherwise, the app does a great job and look forward to a lot more fun with sports

Best. Idk why all the hate in the reviews. Not once have I had to contact support, cash outs are next day via bank transfer or instant via pay pall or Venmo. Had to test low just to see bc of all the bad reviews, I honestly think draft kings or somebody writing the bad ones bc this is literally the best app to bet on ESPECIALLY if your in Florida. Floridas first actually betting app, who can complain.

Quick bet amount. Love the app and everything usually works smoothly. Only thing is that i wish there was an option to change the amounts for quick bet. I like to bet by 100, but the standard options are 10,25,60.

Like it but don’t love it. It’s the only option we have in Florida so I can’t complain too much. But it lacks some of the features that other apps have. Often I’m unable to follow better because the option doesn’t exist on the app. But it’s better than nothing

Spins. I like the app. Easy to use. But those free spins are a load of crap. They will give you $20 everytime. So if you would like to invite your friends to a sportsbook app. U might as well send them to draft kings or fan duel. Because you’re guaranteed to get $100 or $50 for the referral. This one will give $20 likely.

This is a wonderful app for Floridians to use!. Always remember to gamble responsibly and bet smart and don’t forget to continue to play with your winnings too. What?????!!!??. What a waste of time!!!!!!! well, I figured, since it was in the name casino that maybe possibly there would be a casino. There is no casino. What there is is an over secure site that pulls too much information from people for no reason do not do this app I mean, is people have you putting part of your Social Security number in there and require your firstborn children. Excellent Interface. This is maybe one of the best mobile Sportsbook apps I’ve used. So easy to get to anything. Interface is clean and easy to read. I can quickly place bets and see my balance. Th only downside would be the search function doesn’t seem to be fully fleshed out but hopefully it’s fixed soon. Not app related but also love the fun of the wheel spin!

Nickel and diming us. Limiting so many features. Cant even see what a wager would pay out on a bet unless you make a deposit for that amount into your account. Cant stream a game unless you make a deposit (even if you already have a wager /bet on that game through the app!!!) constantly locking bets and odds, no regret bets are scammy and I never get my bonus bet!! The referral is a COMPLETE SCAM!! Says get up to $50 everyone I known got $1!! customer service is mediocre at best if you can even get someone to help you. App has gone way downhill. If you wanna bet on sports go to New York and use FanDuel

More options. You need two upgrades: 1) more bet options (for example, running back carry attempts), options all other sports books have; 2) app to be updated more frequently. Sometimes there’s only data for one team when building a same game parlay and I have to wait until 2 minutes before the game before the other teams information is in there. Nerve racking.

Lag time. The app is pretty good except for a few things I’ve encountered. There is a lag from the live games and what is shown on the line. This causes me to not bet when I’m looking at the O/U. Plus if you win an either/or bet you don’t receive payment as soon as you win. I could have taken my winnings and placed another bet on the same game but because I had to wait for the game to be over I didn’t place an additional bet.

Needs Improvement. Have to make it like fanduel where you can parlay multiple picks from multiple games on the same ticket prior to and during live games. Also, put the updates on the live tickets to see how each team and or player is doing. Not just the score and quarter of the game. Other than that it is pretty good and at least something we can use in Florida.

Payouts too slow!!. Excellent app and easy to use, but payouts take way too long! I was doing an experiment with all the sports books and Hard Rock is the SLOWEST by far. If they want to make it and compete with the big dogs already in the market they’ll have to upgrade their payout system. You got books paying out within 30 mins and hardrock takes 1-3 Full Days! If they want to last and compete they’ll have to DO BETTER!

Great app with a few flaws. The UI is incredible and the app doesn’t really lack lines but you can’t see a bets progress when betting on a player prop (like how many yards a player currently has), also u can’t make a parlay with multiple legs from the same game unless it’s a SGP for example I can’t make a parlay with 2 legs from one game and one leg from another game. If they can fix these issues the all will be just as good as Fanduel and DraftKings.

Monopoly. If it weren’t for the monopoly that Hardrock has operating within Florida, I would never use it. There are plenty of sports books out there that have a higher functioning app and more markets for you to tap into. Hardrock if you read this review, can you please explain why your users aren’t able to combine same game parlays like seemingly every other popular Sportsbook? How can what happens in a thunder-lakers game influence what happens in a bulls-Celtics? On other sports books this limitation doesn’t exist. You are greedy which is fine.. but you are also too afraid of your users prowess to run a sports book. Quite frankly. You’re lousy

Great but needs 1 change. This is by far the fastest and best working app I’ve ever used but. For player props it needs the option to select more or less other wise it’s not fair. If it doesn’t do exactly what is wanted. You lose the game so need to be able to pick less yards or more points ect when doing player props just like all the other apps do. But other than that this app is good.

New from Fl. I haven’t had a bad experience besides me picking losing bets. That comes with sports betting though. It was just made legal and they re-opened the app. I don’t mind it, but I don’t like how you SGP’s can’t be combined with others. Once you make one it keeps you in the bet and if you back to stack it you will lose/delete the one you’re making. I mean other than that small issue it’s a betting app so only bet what you can afford.

Worst Sportsbook by far….. stay clear. I deposited 100 bucks in all the well known books that opened in Ohio. By far the slowest and the worst is Hardrock. DraftKings and FanDuel cashed me out in under 24 hours. But Hardrock I was told 1-7 days for them to “verify” my deposit even tho I linked a bank account but funny I was able to bet with it in that time. And then once that is done. It’s another 1-7 days for my deposit to go through. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BOOK. They are clearly trying to trap your funds for as long as they can so you keep placing bets. Extremely unsatisfied and going to be filing a complaint with Ohio Gaming board.

Hard Rock App has officially switched me. Used an off shore account for DECADES! Turning my $$$ into BTC paying fees on that then sending the BTC paying fees on that then collecting the BTC paying fees on that, then transferring that back to my bank and turning it back into cash paying fees on THAT! All of that is over now, I’ve closed that account open this one and could not be happier simple-fast-fun!

Great App but needs improvement. I’m from Reno Nev, so of course I’m gonna knit pick. I love certain things on this app but please allow same game parlays with other games. At least pregame parlays. There are certain things that don’t make sense as to why we can’t make certain parlays. Still a great start but there just needs to be more selection when it comes to making parlays. P.S. 1st half and second half bets should be able to parlay as well.

Fake Rating, See All The 1 Star. I use multiple sports book apps in several states and this by far is the worse I have ever seen. Their account setup is a nightmare and takes days if not weeks to verify your identity to even begin using the app. Hopefully Florida passes the law soon allowing the true sports book professionals to do business in the state like MGM and Caesars because this one doesn’t serve the customer. Save your time and don’t bother on this one. The 4.9 star rating is fake as you can see all of the recent 1 star posts from actual users and not bots.

Fun App. I’ve used all the sports betting apps that are available in my state and this one is my favorite. It’s easy to use. An enhancement suggestion for this app (just a personal preference) would be the ability to rotate your phone when streaming the games you place bets on. Same suggestion for a tablet.

Customer service is a joke and impossible to get an answer.. I’ve been trying to get my account unlocked for a month now, instead I keep getting the same “24-48 hours” automated response! This is ridiculous. Hardrock needs a serious customer service upgrade!

Lack of communication. I’ve been using this app for a few weeks. Very cool and easy to use. Only discrepancy is when you try to withdrawal the money. They make you send photos of ID, selfie, bank and credit card statements. And EVERYTIME you ask for help or an answer, every boy says they will respond within 24/48 hours. It’s been 5 days since I made the withdrawal, and still nothing. Very frustrating how they can hold on to your money even after you send every document they requested in “PDF” format

Suggestion. Love the app and thank you for setting this up. I think you should list the entire next day of college basketball when I go on Friday night with my 10 bucks I like to set up one long shot for 5-10 bucks but you stop at 2pm next day. That is different than every other app I have used. Other than that you guys are great

Worst Sportsbook. The absolute worst Sportsbook out there. Very limited in terms of props. They leave out terms and conditions on half of the promotions so you have no idea how to even earn free bets or how much a friend needs to deposit as it says” the amount necessary” instead of the actual amount needed to get a reward back. Very very delayed compared to anything else and will take at least 12 hours to get paid when a game has been over. When a void bet occurs I physically had to go through the support to actually get my money back. Stick to FanDuel or draft kings

Pretty bad compared to larger apps. Being in Florida it’s great having a mobile sports book. But compared to FanDuel, DraftKings, or bet mgm it’s pretty bad. The alternate stats are the same across the board for all players it doesn’t change for the specific player. The odds aren’t on par with Vegas. It’s easy to navigate and nice to use in Florida but if I had the choice I’d go to one of the other platforms due to the flexibility and diversity they offer with betting.

Hard rock. Never actually got my money from hard rock when gambling shut down. Was hoping it would be returned upon it being legal again but nope. The app is fantastic. So easy to navigate through. App is so good I lost on on some cash and I still returned and deposited money again.

Easy Navigation. It’s great to see Florida’s sports app back up and running. From what I’ve seen so far it seems to be a good basic sports app with no frills. I haven’t seen any promotions or options like I’ve seen on other state’s apps. It is easy to navigate. I highly recommend it if you enjoy sports betting.

TRASH. Use literally any other betting app. It’s complete dogs***t, they tell you to type your address in the app but nowhere does it say its your billing address. So if your billing address is different or you made a typo, you can’t bet. You might think “oh I can just change my address in the app” no, you can’t, because this app is terrible. Instead you have to talk to customer service and wait for an email which never arrives, after days. I have never seen a company try this hard to avoid getting money. It’s embarrassing.

Perfect App and Customer Support. Hard Rock is definitely doing it right. Great promos and bonuses. Most importantly, if an issues does arise, their customer service is top notch. They will fix you, with 24/7 chat support. I used to use a different sportsbook, but their customer service would not reply. So I made the switch and couldn’t be happier. 10/10 Thank you Hard Rock!

Check your bank statement carefully. No issues at first and everything was great but then I was charged double for a few deposits. I reached out to customer service and sent screenshots showing my deposit history and charges at my bank. They kept saying to send them bank screenshots like they never saw them. I sent them to three different places. The response was “when you send the screenshots we’ll look into it”. I won’t be trusting them with my bank info again and suggest you don’t either.

Do Not Use This App! Scam!. Within 24 hours of opening my account, shortly after winning a couple hundred dollars, my account security was mysteriously compromised and account suspended. I have spent the past week with their useless customer service trying to have my account reinstated so I can withdraw my money with zero progress. Every time they say they are going to “escalate” it and nothing happens. I’ve demanded supervisors call me and they don’t. They’re now asking for a photo of my card which obviously I will not be providing. This app is just a predatory scam to give you the run around and never be able to withdraw your money. SCAM!

Solid App. Thankful this is finally being rolled out. Haven’t had any problems with the app technology. Only serious complaint I have is the lack of an Alt betting system that rivals fan duel or draft kings. For instance can only alt bet football yards in sequences of 25. Or basketball points in sequences of 10. The alt betting system is very limiting in comparison to other major sports betting apps, but fortunately for hard rock Floridians don’t have an alternative XD.

Scam. This app is intended to steal your financial information.. I have linked multiple bank accounts and cards to this account I created, and for several days I’ve tried to deposit money from every account I have that has plenty available. I’ve spent hours on numerous help chats, and they are set up for autobox to not connect you to anyone. I’m going to cancel my bank account now and report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I advise everyone that reads this review to tell everyone they know that this is a scam and not be a victim of fraud.

The app fwea 😮‍💨. Only thing you guys are missing is allowing us to choose several player props from one game. Like making several same game parlays all into one big parlay, I don’t know if it’s already possible or not on this app (I’m new) but if you do that you can compete with fanduel for sure! 😎

Fantastic App, just one issue…. Love the interface of the app, the responsiveness of the chat with customer service and overall a great sports betting app. Only things I would like to see is push notifications of how bets are doing, cash out options, wins, losses, etc… Lastly, I would love for the iPad version of the app be able to be viewed in both landscape and portrait mode. Love it!!!

Questionable ethics. Today, Anthony Davis played while having a fever and flu but it was not reported. He left the game early. FanDuel, DraftKings, and others voided and refunded bets because of these even though they do not have to because it was done without anyone being made aware. However, Hard Rock had made it clear they do not hold the same values, as they did not offer the same voids as other sportsbooks. Stay away from them; if something goes wrong, you likely will not get anything in back in return. Once your money is in, there is no regard for what happens next.

Been having trouble getting my money. I’ve been waiting for days and my withdrawal keeps saying failed I’ve tried different bank accounts PayPal Venmo nothing is working… I originally liked this app but now with troubles getting my money I’m more then likely going to take my business elsewhere… they also told me they would reach out in 24-48 hours it’s been nothing … I even went to the hard rock casino in Tampa and they couldn’t help me said some app guy was coming and he would reach out if I left my info guess what he never reached out going on day 6!
