Always the best. I always get amazing couriers who are fast and friendly. The food depends on where it comes from but as far as for this app and their drivers, I give them a 5.

Terrible customer service. There's no way to reach a live chat customer service. All you can do is send a note and wait to see if you are lucky enough to have someone reach out to you. Worst customer experience. If you want to have something warm, don't use this platform. All you can get is cold food after waiting for 2 hours starving.

Never been disappointed!. Being 8 months pregnant, RICEPO has been so nice on random evenings where my husband and I don’t feel like going out. Never had any issues with our food or the app.

POOR customer service and LATE delivery. I’m so disappointed every time I use RICEPO. Customer service does NOT respond when you ask when the your food can be delivered. There is an obvious huge problem between merchants and RICEPO. They do not handle the balance between merchants and customers! This is my last time to use it. Usually I don’t write one point review, but I just feel so angry and disappointed when I use it! Delete it!

Do not ever use it. I will give a zero start if I could. Food never arrived on time takes for every for you to get your food. Don’t use it if you don’t want to wait for hours and not getting anything. The estimate time is not correct. When you talk to the customer service they told you a different estimate time which is much longer than what you atucally see on the app. They blame you for not updating the app. Don’t use it. Stay away from it !!!!

They use customer to adjust their machine learning Model. I will give -100 if there’s a choice. They send me food that is completely different from the pictures on the app, The pictures shows it was a soup and I got some small biscuits! they say becoz the technical department matching wrong photo, as an software engineer I know they are using customer as human to correct the model result becoz they don’t hv money hire more ppl doing for them, they want to safe money and take advantage of us, what a shame! They even tell me , we put a line on the app: the real dish may be different from what you bought. I understand slightly difference, but this line should not excuse their fault, they use this line as legal means to protect themself , what a shame!

我被司机骂了!司机威胁我说要把我杀了!并且他知道我家地址!The driver threatened to kill me and he knows my address!. 如果能不给星,我一颗都不会给! 今天晚上点了个外卖,司机送了一个小时没送到。一个小时以后司机给我打电话叫我下楼拿外卖,我在我家楼下等了快十分钟,司机都没出现。我问司机到底在哪时,司机突然发脾气对我辱骂,并且威胁我说要杀了我,还说他知道我家地址! 我把这件事情给客服反馈,客服只做了全额退款和给了我一张3刀的优惠卷。客服没有开除司机,并且叫司机上门给我道歉。 I ordered food tonight at 19:36. After an hour, the driver called me to pick up the food. I was standing outside the lobby of my apt for ten minutes. I didn’t saw the driver. When I asked the driver where are you, he suddenly started to insult me. He even threatened to kill me and he said he knows my address! Then I contacted the costumer service. The costumer service just gave me a refund and a 3 dollar coupon. RICEPO doesn’t Fire the driver and asked the driver to come to my house to apologize!!?? I am really disappointed about RICEPO!!!!!

Do not use this app. Order a meal, estimated arrival time is 70 mind which is already way longer than other delivery service (Grubhub, Doordash). 2 hours later the status of my order said delivered, but strangely my food is not here. Called driver, told me the food is still in preparation. About an hour later my food arrived cold. This is actually the second time it happened. I will never order from this service again.

Irresponsible Delivery. Poor customer service. I ordered on Recipo for so many times from New York to Boston, but I’m so disappointed in this app. I ordered 2 bubble tea, and the delivery guy claimed the road was closed (while I can still see cars on the road from my window). He said didn’t want to deliver my food anymore and hung up the phone with super bad attitude. The most disappointed part is how the customer service responded, they said they had to communicate with the driver first before making any decision. The driver uploaded a video that makes up the ‘fact’ that it’s a road close so he couldn’t turn left. However, the truth is the road he was on the right way. Even if the road is closed, he should have called me and I can pick up instead of telling me he didn’t want to deliver anymore. Recipo needs to have a better control over the delivery service to avoid this kind of irresponsible delivery man. After so many calls and time wasted, I got fully refunded, however, I’m so disappointed and will stop using this app anymore.

The worst app for food delivery. Definitely the worst app for food delivery. Normally the estimated time of delivery is an hour, but in reality it is more than 2 hours. This platform doesn’t pay drivers enough so they get very few drivers and orders all are late. Customer service is horrible, they only offer 15% off for one hour late of food delivery. Stick with Uber Eat or DoorDash!

If you actually want your food, don’t use this app. They keep on pushing back the estimated delivery time. It’s normal for them to push back 40 to 50 minutes. Since they pushed back the estimated time when the food gets here it’s technically not “late” so they also wont give you any compensation. I ordered barbecue once and it took almost 2 hours for it to get to me. By the time I got the food it was already cold. Really disappointing

This app is a scam!!. I’ve been using this app for a while when I realized the price of items on this app does NOT reflect the real price that the restaurants are selling their food at. They manipulated the price so every item is listed as more expensive than on the restaurant menu or on any other delivery apps like Ubereats and Postmates. And this is before delivery fee. If this is not fraud I don’t know what is, at no point in the ordering experiences have I been notified that I’m being overcharged for EACH of the item I order!

Food inedible after over two hours of delivery. Not only did it take over two hours for my food to arrive, RICEPO would not issue a refund because it is still within their definition of “normal delivery time”. The FDA literally advises food to be thrown out after two hours of sitting in room temperature. Not to mention I ordered a dish that has rice noodle in it so it’s completely inedible. I will NEVER use this app again and neither should anyone.

Great food app. Working as a flight attendant i have to stay overnight at a lot of destinations and the availability and usefullness of this app has helped me out a lot! Easy to use, has a great variety of options, and generally the food arrives fast and in good conditions.

Very Rude Customer Service. I was one of the earliest users of the app because the founder was a University of Rochester alumni. But recently I found my account was deactivated because I filed a claim of membership fee refunded from Apple. Can’t believe that happened. Update: here is the response I got from them: Hope you and your family are doing well. I understand you are concerned regarding the deactivation of your account. Your account has been temporarily deactivated due to the dispute reported by your bank. Your account will not be reactivated until the case is resolved with the bank. While we know this isn't the response you wished to receive, there is no further opportunity for appeal on this decision. From here on, you will not be able to use RICEPO. So brunt.

Definitely Reccomend. I definitely prefer RICEPO to others. I like the way RICEPO displays the estimated delivery time, distance, ratings, and fee in a super clear way. They offer great discounts and follow through on delivering them. Food arrives hot and employees offer good service.

Delivery time not reliable. I just used this app for the 1st time, and it showed delivery time to be around 50-60mins. It’s been almost 90 mins since I placed my order and i still haven’t received it. And the restaurant I ordered from is only 2.5 miles from my place! I’ve used all major delivery apps, and I’d say this one’s estimated delivery time is the most unreliable. Unpleasant 1st time experience and won’t use again...

I wish there is a lower credit than one star. The food was always the best, but this app should be considered the worst cause it’s a delivery app not a restaurant app. There was no customer service at all, unless you were using it on “day time”. If there was something wrong with the food or driver, you cannot find the customer service to help you. To anyone who using this app, you guys are so lucky, just get to buy the lottery.

Convenient but easy to make mistake. This app is easy to use and have many Chinese restaurants selections. The delivery time is usually within 30-60min which is ok. Compared to larger apps, this small app have a lot things to improve. The check out process is too simple to make you easily make mistake. If you immediately realized something is wrong, there is no regret bottom. Especially the tip section, if you enter $50 but you mean $5 and you accidentally submit your order, you will pay $50 and you can not recall the order. I hope there are some separation between the selection steps, so ppl can read clearly, what items they ordered, how much each item priced, and how much tax and tips included. And left 3 min cool time for recall if immediately find out something is wrong. Since there is no regret button, the next option is to contact the customer service. However, the service home page in the app wasn’t work. It linked to “Page Not Fund”. I can’t find the customer service in their home page how can get the service.

Please make the tip flexible to encourage good delivery practice. Having a fixed tip has its benefits and I do agree that the drivers need a reasonable amount for their service. However, setting it as fixed amount won’t encourage good delivery since the driver can come whenever they want and choose not to bring up the food to you. Please consider setting a minimum tip instead and have flexibility in the final amount. Then those who deliver the food on-time and actually send the food to the door can be differentiated from those who don’t. Otherwise the delivery person has no incentive to do better.

Worst customer service. Really terrible customer service. I placed an order at 5pm. An hour later driver told me my order was mistakenly picked up by another driver. I contacted customer service. After 3 hours back and forth negotiation. They wanted to give me money back and place another order. Excuse me, 8pm already and all my family members are hungry. Really terrible experience. Doordash is much better. I won’t use this APP any more

questionable reviews and potentially leaked info from the service. Not a lot of selections but it was cheerful. I used a privacy card in the app, which is only added to this app. I haven’t used this app for about half a year, today i find out there was an attempt to charge the card at a restaurants chain online. Of course, it was declined since i have the card on PAUSE. I don’t think that it was the service who initiated this fraudulent charge, but this prompt that the customer info might have been leaked. Please start an db audit and plug the holes asap if there is any. Another disturbing thing is while i was going through the reviews, i can see the 5-star reviews all over the places with high-entropy “generated names”. Just compare the 5-star reviewers and low rating ones. Also only 1 star and 5 stars, seriously?

Just terrible. The delivery was slow. The driver called me and spoke chinese i had to ask him to speak english and could barely understand him. The food was salty and greasy and overall overpriced. And i dont know if this is coinsidence or what, but after my first order, 20 mins later, my debit card was used somewhere else to order stuff i didnt order. I was able to block it on time. But it was very fishy... Never again RECIPO!

Good food but terrible customer service. I have been using this app for over one year. I see that everybody is complaining about the late delivery, which is absolutely true. Don’t be surprised if you get your food after two hours. Here I just want to share some worst experience that I got as a long term customer for RICEPO. About one month ago, I was in my friends home. I used RICEPO to order some food. After the order was placed, I noticed that I used my own address instead of my friend’s, where this app will not deliver to. So I contacted RICEPO immediately through their app to cancel the order. A few minutes later, their customer service called me stating that the restaurant has already finished two dishes so they cannot cancel it. Really?? After less than five minutes?? I said okay, I will keep the order, but can you deliver it to my friends address? They said no, you have to go home and wait for the driver, who should arrive in 40 minutes. I said fine. So I arrived home after 30 minutes, waiting for the driver, who was late for another 90 minutes. That day was supposed to be a farewell party for my best friend, and I wasted over two hours waiting for the food delivery. When I took the food to my friends home, everything got cold already. Then I called their customer service, which was apparently a google voice number. NO ONE picked the phone. Sent out a text message to them, which was also ignored. This is how you will be treated as a valued customer. Good job RICEPO.

Don’t use it, at least for now.... I think this app has great potential. It has a nicely designed UI and the menus include more food than what I can find under the same restaurant in a different app. It also supports Apple Pay, which is convenient. The customer service is generally good. The problem with this app: 1. Doesn’t support driver tracking. Have no idea where the driver is. 2. Delivery is so slow... It can take up to 2 hours for you to get food. Maybe it’s because this app is not popular enough so that there aren’t enough drivers...

Poor managed app. If there is anything wrong with the order, no one is here for you to fix the issue. So inconvenient and poor managed. Also, there is no way you can track the quality and review of the store from this app, so the restaurants can give the poorer service to the customers from Recopo without being punished by any mean. No regulation at all. Ordering through this app is challenging your luck. If you have the dice, you can get a satisfied meal, otherwise, it ruins your day.

Why can’t I find messages with my courier. I get a notification for messages with courier but where can I find it in the app? I’m not sure how to speak with my courier I also can’t contact them.

Bad bad idea order from this app. This app give people a little bit convenient, but doesn’t mean it is faster for your pick up or delivery, instead it will slow down a little bit or sometimes ever more than call in order. Why? After you order form the app the restaurant received the order, and put it in again. And this app charge average 10 to 30% higher then regular price.

Convenient. This app makes it easier to identify if there was a problem with you order than DoorDash. It;s nice that it can submit the issue in app without having to log in at a separate website. 10/10.

Food when your busy. RICEPO is very convenient for me when I’m stuck at the office in meetings and calls preventing me from leaving and offers so many options besides pizza and Chinese as your typical delivery foods!

Most convenient way to not starve!. The real time tracking of courier location makes RICEPO a standout vs competitor services. This feature is extremely useful for those who don’t have the time to make themselves available for answering the door across a huge delivery window.

Will never use it again. I have been waiting for my food for more than one hour and got nothing while it’s said it can be delivered in 30 minutes when I ordered it. Furthermore, the most outrageous thing is that the app shows the food was “delivered”! I’ll never trust this app anymore!! What they did was simply bullying the helpless customers.

Disgusting. The food had a maggot on it but the customer service was very reluctant to refund. They tried to argue that the food was coming from somewhere else. The drivers are also ridiculous. One driver even yelled at me before delivery, insisting that he had made great attempts to reach me. Because he cannot reach me he wouldn’t follow the instructions to deliver my order. I only missed one call and immediately called back, which was exactly the call he yelled at me in.

My food was fine and delivery time was shorter than expected.... I was quite confused while deciding whether to believe the good or bad comments of this app. But I decided why not just give it a try (I can’t live without Chinese food). End up the delivery time was 37 minutes and I don’t see a problem with the food. My thoughts about the hating comments might be coming from 1. One of the cities that this app is new launch and not operating well. 2. The competing apps playing tricks on each others’ comments. Therefore, I would suggest people just try to download and look at its menu, price on their own. Maybe give it a try too like how I did and you might have a good experience like me. (Currently staying at Columbus, Ohio)

Terrible. My first order took 90 minutes. The food was good, so I thought I would try it again. After 90 minutes, I decided to call the restaurant. Whoever answered the phone told me the driver was on his way, but it would be another 30-45 minutes. I will never use RICEPO again, and I do not suggest it if you want delivery. It’s too bad. They had a real chance to enter a niche of delivering Japanese food, but their delivery is awful, and their customer service is worse.

Nice Customer Support. The meal quality depends on restaurants you pick. But as middlemen these people did a good job. It’s easy to deal with customer support team. Feel like they are always online. Keep it up and it could get better, get more restaurants as well please.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Five star so you can read: 0 customer service- not resolving any issues. They have no control over their drivers. Just experienced that a driver called to curse you because you went to support to complain. Also experienced multiple times that the driver abandon your order or took 90 mins+ to deliver for 10-15 min drive.

Dark mode is not accessibility-friendly. I downloaded this app because it has been marketing about the UX/UI. I’m happen to be a UX/UI designer, here are some of my thoughts: 1. (For both default mode and dark mode) icons on the top navigation bar are way too small. 2. (For both modes) “address entry” CTA on top navigation bar is also too small. This would be one of the primary CTAs, it deserves to be bigger. 3. (For dark mode) grey fonts are not of great contrast with the dark background. 4. (For both mode) I do understand y’all want to make the interface simple and elegant but some fonts are really, really small. As a person with normal eyesights and good health condition, I have to really focus to ready the things on my screen. For dark mode, you might want to even enlarge the font size. I’d love to talk more about UX/UI if I were given a chance.

Worst delivery app ever. This is by far the worst Chinese delivery app ever. I’m fluent in both English and Chinese and this app is just crap that I can’t even navigate around it. After I placed the order and wanted to pay, it just automatically jump to Alipay and never give me choice to use my Credit Card. I’m sorry but I live in US so I don’t have a freaking Alipay account and I’m not gonna set up one for a delivery account. When I went to setting and under ‘Edit Credit Card’, it just says no credit card on file but NO PLACE OR ANY BUTTON for me to add my credit card. Geez. Please learn how to design an app.

Poor Customer Support. Compared to other delivery apps, RICEPO should work on improving its customer support to backup customers when they experience issues. It is disappointing to see the delivery quality and customer support deteriorating over the last half. Would not recommend this app to others unless they are able to fix issues with their deliver and customer support.

Annoying promotion notifications and cancelled order popped up multiple times. Promotion notifications pop up every few hours and there is no way to disable it. We have tried their service and my order was cancelled. We ordered around 6:30pm and it was cancelled around 6:45pm. Around 10:30pm, app suddenly said the driver is waiting to pick up our food. 5 mins later, the app sent another notification said our order was cancelled. We decided to delete this app for now till there is improvements in app quality and service.

Not perfect, but the best out there. I have used RICEPO for more than one year now, as well as other food deliver services. So far, RICEPO has brought the best overall experience and is the best food deliver app on the market based on more than 200 orders that I made with this app. Their customer service is fast, polite and responsive. The food/menu information is up to date with all the restaurants. They offer real-time map track with every order. The delivery people that work with them have been offering fast delivery most of the time. RICEPO has made 2020 a lot easier for me.

Grateful to find. This app introduced me to lots of good food in my area. It’s not easy to use but it’s worth the extra effort. What is up with the pictures of the dishes, though? Different restaurants will have the same picture for similar dishes. Does someone at Ricepo just say, for example, oh this is beef noodle dish so here’s a picture of a beef noodle dish?

So helpful. My husband had surgery and I just can’t even right now! I don’t want to leave him alone and while it’s not the most adorable solution, it’s really helping me out right now. Thank you so much for offering this in my area. The drivers are very courteous.

Delivery is a disaster. While the app is easy to use, the delivery is a disaster. The first time I ordered through Recipo, the driver picked up the food and never delivered , or answered the phone. Although I got refund, I was unhappy about the experience. In general the delivery takes about 1 hour, as the driver usually picks up multiple orders and then deliver. But if you plan in advance, it’s still acceptable. Yet, yesterday, the order was on the way for 2 hours. I tried to call the driver, it turned out that the driver left a wrong number, likely on purpose. The real number owner was very frustrated. These experience show that the delivery part of recipo is a lot problematic, recipo should work on it

“Account deactivated”. I place a pickup order at a Chinese restaurant and it goes through. Then, on my Uber ride, it tells the restaurant that it’s cancelled and I can’t receive it. The price has already been taken out of my bank card at this point. Not to mention that my account gets deactivated. My card was valid and everything. Very, VERY confused and disappointed.

The way to eat at home. I write this review from an interesting perspective. I was a restaurant manager for over thirty years until just recently. RICEPO is a great program for the restaurant as long as they have an assigned person on that aspect. Now, as a guest, I have received multiple deliveries from many places and have yet to have a bad experience. This is a great program in which you have restaurant food in the comfort of your home.

Confusing notifications and late(if it delivers) delivery. Right after I placed the order, it notified me there will be a 30 minutes delay twice, and then notified me again for a 20 minutes delay. It has been 2 and a half hour since I placed the order, the food is still not here. And there is no way I can find an estimate delivery time. Do I need to sum those notifications up? 60(time estimate showed by the menu) + 30*2 + 20= 140 minutes? Customer service has no response to it. Ok, I’ll just have a pack of fast noodle then.

Great option!. I used it yesterday for the first time. I travel a lot for work so I found the app very helpful, easy to use and convenient. I was able to track the route & check the estimated time. Very satisfied.

Terrible feedback system. Don’t care how customers feel, only knows apologize while doing absolutely nothing when orders went wrong. When u say order will arrive in 60mins but actually way longer than that, “oh I’m sorry but the restaurant delivers your food so we can’t do **** and we don’t give a ****” is the best this app can do.

Morgz review. Hello! So I just did a video in a asylum with Jill and Martin. I love this app because I ordered it with my nose, Jill and Martin wanted some McDonald’s but I did not share and then I did. Love this app hopefully I can make more videos about it?

Terrible experience with delivery. I placed the order around 6pm and didn’t get my food delivered until 8:30. The app doesn’t let you track delivery status or driver’s location. You’re not even allowed to contact the driver and worst part that you can’t get your delivery escalated until 15mins past your estimated delivery time. Don’t even think about using this app!!!!

My go to!. I love this app. Doesn’t matter how many other food apps I’ve I always come back to RICEPO. It is so easy to use. I’ve ordered so many times and will continue to do so.

Terribly slow. They need to hire more drivers. It takes 120 min to deliver the order. Another situation happened when I was picking up the order. They told me that my order was wrongly picked up by a driver from Ricepo. Who paid for my time? I would rather choose doordash or Fantuan if they don't improve their services.

Wonderful Service. This is a great food delivery service with a great customer service team. I recently had a nightmare of a situation with postmates that made me truly appreciate how amazing this app is!!

Do not waste you time in this app. I’ve been using this app for 3 days and I ordered 2 times. It’s said the estimated delivery time would be 57min. I waited for 90 minutes. They call me and apologize and offer a $5 coupon. But the fried chicken i received is no long crunchy and hot. And the second time, I wait for another 90minutes. This time they no longer call me. Good Job RICEPO.

Great Food, but very disappointing delivery. There are lots of great restaurants available on the app, but the delivery are always late!!!!!!! It’s said the ideal delivery time will be around 40-56mins, which is acceptable to me. But it actually takes around 70-80 mins. And the delivery never arrives on time...

Great service idea. RICEPO is a great way to enjoy my favorite foods with out having to go out. Most of the time I really have enjoyed the service.

Worst food delivery app of all. Do not use this app unless you want to be starved. The estimation time vs how long it actually takes to deliver is on average about 2 hours or above (out of the 3 times I ordered). In retrospect I don’t know why I keep using that. Don’t let them hook you up with the little credit they give, it’s not worth it at all.

Expensive. A literally cup of milk tea costs $40 in total with all those unnecessary fees, there is no way I’m going to order that. Plus these barley any stores and food available. You can’t even order from different stores.

Best Chinese delivery app for sure. I’m a Chinese food lover. I have tried various delivery apps, but only to find they don’t have good Asian food. Ricepo offers the best selections of Asian food and always offers promotion and free deliveries. Keep it up!

Forever delayed delivery. The estimated delivery time when you just make an order would be 30mins. When it’s approaching the delivery time, it starts to DELAY AROUND 1 HOUR. That’s to say, you can’t get your delivery until 90 mins waiting and they told you 30 mins when ordered. again, ordered at 8pm and estimated arriving time is for 10pm

Awesome. This is like my third time ordering using RICEPO and it’s wonderful my orders have never been messed up or delivered later than they say.

Worst driver asking for more tipping. Why does ricepo let drivers see how much I tip them right on the receipt? This is privacy! The driver from yesterday requested me to give him more tips. This is ridiculous. He was rude to my friend who picked up the meal for me. I wrote feedback to ricepo but what I got was bureaucratic jargon saying that they will improve. Nothing else. We didn’t get our respect. Ricepo should do what Uber Eats does, showing the tipping after the food is delivered after an hour, instead of showing it on the receipts! Now I’m terrified to meet the same driver from yesterday. Therefore, I’m ordering my food from Uber Eats tonight. Fix this tipping problem, Ricepo.

Very happy RICEPO. My food was delivered before their time estimate. It was well packed and still hot. I will use again. As of yet, I have had zero problems.

Terrible waiting time. I bet the food is awesome but I never get to taste them as all of my orders are let cooled in the drivers car for over an hour. Whoever made this app had no sense of how to organize their drivers to make sure the customers are getting the food while it’s hot and fresh.

Terrible experience. Estimated delivery time was 70-90min when ordered, but it arrived after 2.5hour. Called restaurant, they said the food was ready shortly after they received the order but no one came to pick up for a long time. The restaurant doesn’t have access to driver’s location or anything to know when it’s going to be picked up though, unlike other better apps.

Fast delivery. This app lets me pay people to bring me food because I’m too lazy to go get food. What else do you really need in life?

Good not delivered after 3 hours. We ordered at 5 pm the app said it’s delivered at 8 pm. And we got nothing. It’s unbelievable and the customer service its DUE TO THE SYSTEM that the restaurant can’t confirm order on their side and the driver clicked finish order without contacting us. They offered 5 dollars expiring coupon(like I care). Trash system.

My time with RICEPO. I really do like RICEPO but I believe you can add more chains to your company like Seamless and Door Dash have. Also better offers on the Delivery Fee sometimes take it off.

Get rid of the useless pop up page pls. The page that pops up whenever I pick something is really awkward and stupid. Now for every item I want I need to tap the screen one more time to add it to the cart.

Don’t expect food arrive on time!. Well, if you use this app to order food don’t expect food arrive on time, but expect food arrive on same day maybe will arrive when your food is getting cold. I have used this APP for a year, no a single time food is arrived on time they always say the driver is busy, then why put such demands when you are short on supply(labors). This is not recommended app.

Worst delivery. The driver is super rude, he didn’t call me right away when he reach the location, instead he calleded me and yelled at me said I let him waited like 15 minutes. I panicked I couldn’t explain right and he kept yelling at me saying I can’t speaking English. I was too angry I couldn’t eat anything. At least hire better drivers and gave them enough time.

Free delivery. Just realized RICEPO has free delivery if you pick from one of the few places that people are already ordering from. Normally I did not find it worth it before this.

Good food but terrible service.. I had to give this app or this company a one star. The food is generally good, but the company is lack of drivers. And some drivers are rude and unhelpful. The MOST SLOWEST delivery that I ever used!. It just shows u need to wait for 39~49min to wait for food delivery, but actually there is no limit time for you need to wait for almost for every time that I use this app to order the food. And the driver’s attitude is sooo bad if you call the driver to ask for late delivery! This is not an accident, it happens almost every time I believe I will not use this app again
