I am really disappointed. I love USA Today sports weekly. Have subscribed for years. Can never seem to get the paper issue on time. If I receive it it comes after the games have been played Also sign onto the digital issue and cannot get them on time. I am really disappointed Can anyone help

Not Working!. USA Today should be embarrassed of this app. Latest addition in the app is from two weeks ago. I have an active subscription but this app tells me that my subscription has expired even though I continue to get the physical newspaper delivered to my house and I’m able to get the E edition on my laptop in my web browser. This has been an ongoing problem but yet USA today still can’t figure out how to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous!

Sporting News. I love all of the updated information for all the sports that I have a interest. The sports coverage is full of helpful information. I just love it!

Worst subscription ever. You don’t get your magazines on time. The last time I received one was in March and we at the end of April

Where’s my subscription. Today is the September 24 the magazine that I can read is your last weeks issue 16th through the 22nd I would like to read the September 23 edition that came out yesterday on Wednesday that’s my dilemma how do I get a new issue when it’s issued out at the new stand unfortunately I’m in Georgia nobody freaking reads papers here please help thank you sincerely MarkHeard

App is a complete joke. This app having an average 2.5-star rating is ridiculous. It’s been well said by other raters here before — issues are always late, some never show, the updated app deleted all 2019 issues (nice!), and it goes on & on. Too bad because I enjoy the publication to read on my iPad when it’s delivered in timely fashion but unfortunately that’s a rare occasion.

Why can’t you get my magazine to my house by Wednesday or Thursday for football.. I can’t find an update for this weeks magazine. I use you for my football fantasy to read don’t have a magazine at my house your app isn’t updated and I’m sick of this. Same thing last year about to cancel my subscription total crap

Cannot log into new app. Since they updated my app I cannot log in to get the current editions. I was instructed to go to the right bottom of the app and tap on current subscriber, that DOES NOT excise on my “new app”, I sent another message with this information, I have received no feedback in days, this is totally unacceptable. I want this fixed or my money back.

Piece of Junk. I am a print subscriber, have access to this app for free, and it’s still not worth the time and effort. This publication has gone downhill ever since they did away with the all baseball format. With spotty home delivery, I frequently do not receive my print edition. It got so bad years ago, I canceled. When they included free app access with a print subscription, I thought at least I could still read it when I did not get my print. Well, to my dismay, they even screw up electronic issues. I could almost accept incompetence in missing print deliveries, but delays and missed issues in electronic format? Seriously? Only a hack, sub-par, bonehead, and incompetent company can pull that off. As others have said, save your money and look elsewhere for your sports info. These guys just can’t deliver no matter what format. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Useless. Where is the new issue. I read Sports Weekly to stay informed but you don’t keep the app up to date. The app is terrible.

Don’t do it. You’ll regret it!!!. I wish I had read the reviews before I subscribed to this publication through this app. It’s an awful experience. New issues will not appear. The developers blame USA Today. USA Today customer service blames iTunes. iTunes can cancel your subscription but they can’t fix the issues not showing up. Everyone passes the buck. And it seems this problem has been going on for years. Don’t do it. You’ll regret it.

Absolutely Horrible. The magazine never downloads. App crashes and I only seem to receive new issues every couple of weeks and it is from 2 weeks prior. Don’t waste your time or money.

Joke. DON’T USE!!! It is June 2nd and I haven’t received an issue since May 8th. When I reported the issue, the blamed the publisher. I verified it is not the publisher. Their product is not only unreliable, they refuse to acknowledge the issues are on them. Pitiful customer service!

Needs updates. New issues are not in app as I see in stores.

It’s not delivering all issues!!. As of today, it is 2 weeks behind on issues. It’s not sending me all issues, so I’m canceling my subscription.

What Is Going On?. When I first subscribed, like clock work I would get the latest issue. Then suddenly, the issues were a week late, then two weeks late, and so on. Sometimes I would get a 5 issue dump. Just updated the app, and now it says “Print Edition”, and now it wants an actual USA Today subscription login, and password. Went to the help screen, and guess what, no help. Have sent an email to them, and 3 weeks later, still waiting for an answer. Why is this app even allowed on the App Store? Update: With cautious optimism, the app now seems to work amazing well. Every Wednesday, a new issue. Not 5 stars, because it does not fit the screen very well.

Waste of time. Why buy a magazine on line that should be available at minimum when printed version is available but it NEVER IS AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER SUNDAY FOOTBALL IS OVER

Excellent baseball newspaper. I have always enjoyed reading USAToday Sports Weekly newspaper, especially its baseball coverage.

Bad App. I have already deleted the app, because I have an active USA today account, and I logged into that USA today easily. But then when I go to USA to do sports weekly it says I did not have an account and I have to reset my password just to use this app to read the freaking sports newspaper. So I go to the USA Today happen I do reset my password it says I was successful so then I go back to the sports weekly app, and it still says that it does not work because I have done something wrong. So it is too much work it is toToo hard to work with, so I have already deleted it, and when my subscription to USA today weekly is up, I will not renew,

Never again. I let my subscription go but then wanted the fantasy baseball extra issue. App said that I needed to subscribe to “unlock” it - I did and I still can’t read it. It is unbelievable in this day and age that they can’t get this to translate online.

Never downloads. It never download the week of current week

Where’s The latest addition?. The payments come out on time but the magazines do not. I see last weeks magazines. It’s always behind that’s ridiculous

A waste of money. I subscribed to this to make sure I get deliveries sent to me on a weekly basis I received the first issue and then no delivery for two weeks this is totally Unacceptable for electronic delivery when I ask for support I get shoved around from different departments to different departments I look at this now as a total loss of money

Doesn’t send issues in a timely manner. This app stinks. I am a subscriber to USA Today Sports Weekly and the digital version is supposed to be available every Wednesday. It is May 26 and the last issue available is May 8. Before that issue arrived, along with several others, I had no received an issue in a timely manner for nearly two months. Tech support is also very slow and they have told me the digital publisher of the app is totally separate from them which is a joke and proves there is no quality control. I will be deleting this app and I suggest no one wastes their valuable time with this junk app.

Fix the update..... Somehow, the app updated and all 2019 issues were erased! Nice work, developers. Was wanting to purchase the Opening Day baseball issue, but it is non-existent! Reading the pub on the iPad is actually pleasant and convenient— when it’s available. But you are not going to sell many subscriptions when you can’t deliver the product........

USA Today weekly. I received the digital subscription as a result of buying a subscription for my godchild. I like the weekly, but wish it was 48-60 pages like when I first subscribed Good baseball and football coverage for my opinion. Rich Szukalski

Crap. The content but your better off with print edition, app iffy with downloads. Weekly issues do not come up for downloads and neither Maz Tech, Apple, or USA Today claims responsibility. Some downloads are late and the content is outdated

Stay Away. The app has many problems. The current issue almost always is not available on the day the issue is available on the newsstand. Currently, I am only able to access issues from December 2018 and earlier. Every person or group I contact tell me the same thing: it’s not our problem. Not worth the money.

APP simply DOES not function!. This app has continued to get worse over time and I got charged again with an auto renewal. I want my money back for the two NFL seasons that I attempted to use the APP for. Judging by the fact EVERYONE is having the same problems this app is either a scam or someone coding it should be fired. This is what class action law suits were designed for!

Total waste of money!. DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! I purchased a subscription, which took 2 weeks to finally start! It gave me 2 back issues and that current weeks issue, that was October 7, 2020. Haven’t received an issue since. Customer service is a joke! I complained about this 4 weeks ago and haven’t heard back yet. What a waste of my money!

Issues are so behind. You’re editions are behind. The latest is from November....we’re in January. Why are you so behind

Issues are late. New issues of USA Sports weekly are supposed to available every Wednesday. They are almost always late a day or two which is unacceptable for a company like USA Today.

Pathetic. Don’t waste your time with this app, issues are continually delayed or do not even arrive. Customer support is non existent and there is no assistance from anyone at MAZ or USA Today.

What a rip-off. This app worked once and now Maz nor Apple will acknowledge my complaints.

Terrible. It was great. But it hasn’t worked in quite some time.

Avoid at all costs. I subscribed in February and the magazine has been up to date once. They are currently a month behind. Then they will upload 3-4 magazines at a time, in case you wanted to read previews of things that happened weeks ago. I asked Apple for a refund and they denied it, a complete ripoff. Today is June 22nd and the most recent issue is May 22nd.

Sports Weekly. This app is always behind the newstands. The paper version is out Wednesday night. The is not updated till Thursday! Today week 12/21/16 is not showing up ! Well it's Friday 12/30/16 still not updated! I want a refund!! Do not buy this APP!!! If you have this APP it is automatically renewed don't forget to cancel it! I believe you need to log into your apple account and do it there!!

Terrible experience so far. I purchased a 6 month sub thru iTunes, and no matter what I do I only get the minimal preview. I have restored my purchases, uninstalled Nd reinstalled, restored my purchases again, nothing. I contacted USA Today by email with no response. Be warned, this could be a waste of your money.

Unreliable. eMagazine hasn’t updated since March 27 - April 2 issue. After 19 years as a print subscriber, I’m moving on from USA Today.
