Excellent for conferences. Use this app regularly to record slides at conferences. Works beautifully, even in large halls from a distance. Much better than camera app itself.

Please fix the app. Please read if you have been having crashing problem! At first I thought I would be leaving a one star rating and a review about how the app doesn’t work. I was having it crash every time I tried to save. But after uninstalling and reinstalling the app I was able to save a photo I took from the phone camera app that I fixed in this app. I tried taking pictures in UScanner after this and it seems to be working! I can access the saved photos from my phone photo app, no problem. But, please do update the app so people don’t have to uninstall and reinstall. May be a issue with iPhone?

Love this app!. I've used several scan apps in years past with varying degrees of sophistication, like auto perspective correction and upload to Dropbox. YouCam literally shocked me by capturing higher quality images with MUCH better recognition of document edges than any I've used before. It's simplicity is also a major plus, making captures easily available on the camera roll or saving them within the app document library. If you want quality and ease of use this is the app you want.

Works shockingly well. This app is so good at automatically detecting page boundaries and fixing skew that it almost seems like magic. I use it to turn notebook diagrams into digital images that I can include in documents.

Not working every time. Feel sorry, need customer service. 1st of all, try to find support from customer service, but corp web site didn’t even list this product. EOL or what ? The app works at beginning when I open the app , but after few shots then the camera button didn’t work. I have to close the app and relaunch it, and I missed the opportunity to take the important lectures ppt. The problem happens every time….

Getting worse by the day. Cannot group pictures; the app closes after taking each image

Needs work. Using at a medical conference. Poor color fidelity. Poor capture in low contrast situations. Chooses smaller high contrast section of larger slide and refuses to ever choose the entire slide so information is lost. I paid for premium so I’m really hoping improvements are made.

Good could offer more sharing offers. Would like to suggest in creating more options in sharing, like share through whatsapp, saving on ivloud, google drive or Dropbox etc... that would be nice.

Very good - Need Dropbox sync. Is is a very good App. It would be 5 stars and the best if there were Dropbox synchronization. Also it would be nice if there were an iPad version.

Auto-Cropping great. While I really like the automatic cropping of documents, so there’s no border remaining of the surface that documents are resting on, every time I save a scanned document, the app crashes. I then need to reopen the app and the file I was adding photos to.

AWESOME. Awesome App. One of my favorites. You don't need any special knowledge on how to "edit" or photoshop as the app does everything automatically. It's great for stealing someone's slide during a presentation to make your own! You would normally have to email the picture to yourself, spend 20 mins editing, cutting, cropping, and so on. Not with this app. Just take a quick pic of the whiteboard and let the app do the rest.

Bugs need to be fixed/addressed. Crashes every time you try to save the photo. Given the photos save but you have to reopen the app after every photo.

Day 1 and the app keeps crashing.. Please fix it.

A handy tool. This app helps users preserve any visual content. Users only need to press the capture button, and the image is automatically de-skewed, straightened and optimized, no matter the angle or quality of lighting. Perfect for some occasions when you need to capture onscreen content, presentations, maps, menus, posters, etc.

Cannot use email share feature even after purchase. I think I had premium earlier but it was not working, so bought again, but still no email share option, and nowhere to set my email address.

The App crash multiple times specially after processing the slides. Please fix it

The app I didn’t know I needed. Great app for attending seminars or capturing presentations. Corrects for angled shots and sharpens. Used at AWS Conference and the only oddity is occasionally getting a faint rainbow in the background.

Useful. The effect preset should be "original", so people don't have to keep changing it from "moderate" due to the strange color effect.

An easy app that gives quality results!. I just started using the app over the past two days and I find it a useful "tool" to use when you are looking for higher quality photo results especially in "some tight" situations!

Very nice app, but needs OCR. This app is one of my best apps. The only feature I miss ,is the OCR functionality. Hope this will be in the next version

Works pretty well, most of the time. I have tried several scanning apps, and this is one of the easiest to use. It correctly highlights the area of interest >95% of the time, and it is easy to change the borders of the captured area if necessary. Images are easily grouped into folders, and you email an entire folder as a single file, so it is easy to add to another file or an expense report. 4 stars instead of 5 because it crashes very occasionally, and I haven't been able to figure out what causes it. This is infrequent enough that it is not a big problem, but more of an annoyance, and it seems to be getting less frequent over the last 2 updates.

Closes. The program closes after i take most pictures. Which is frustrating.

Great Ap!. Switched to iPhone 11Pro Max and have I countered one problem. After taking image of document the ap closes when I hit save. The next day all is great! Self healed! I love when technology works. This app is indispensable for confirming required documents are filled out properly.

Not Working with IOS 10. Love this app, but it's not working since I updated my iPhone.

A Must Have. I can dig it! No more stacks of loose leaf papers in great big cardboard boxes overflowing.. taking up my storage space & keeping me stressed out. This app is a quick efficient way to turn them into files. Thanks CyberLink. You've done me a great service.

Not working on iPhone XS. Best app but now when I try to save app closes. New iPhone XS problem??

Rubbish. Can’t email the document. I am unable to email using this app even when I paid for it. Whenever I try emailing it says to set it up in settings. When I go to settings there’s no option to set up email. Really annoying

YouCam Snap. Terrible app - freezes on iPhone 6 - not intuitive

Basic function and interface. Straightforward to use. Weakness is Import function which doesn't let you revert back to original image if it over-crops. Interface is very basic.

Works Great! :). I used this to take a pic of an old pic and have it be cropped without having to cut any of my image out :)

Crashing every photo!. What’s going on U Scanner? Updated my phone and this program is now crashing after EVERY photo!

Good but crashes after every photo. Like other reviewers I’m loving the app but frustrated about frequent crashing, after every photo

Auto shutdown.. I have been enjoying this App in taking slides in conferences for a few years and it was an excellent app and I highly recommended to others. But recently, I could only take one slide and the App automatically shuts down. I have tried to install the App multiple times and the problem remains the same even with the latest OS update 12.2 on my iPhoneX. Is there a bug in the App?

Great app but can't access files on iOS 9. I love this app, easy to use with great results, but I cannot access the files through the app since I upgraded to iOS 9. I would definitely give it 5 stars if cloud access was included in the app!!!

Amateurish. It works, but the file size is disproportionately Huge, and getting the pictures off the phone is sloppy and very time consuming.

Excellent. Very good software to capture boards but how to export to Dropbox or to similar places?

Glitchy. Closes down after saving. Tough to integrate with Twitter. Slow processing to SMS or emailing photo. COULD be great! But need to fix bugs.

Good but flawed.. Useful app but unable to use with Twitter. Had to message image to myself and copy. No way to link Twitter account in settings!!

Must have. This app is good for a person like me who sits at the far left of the classroom and I'm a slow writer and my teacher only leaves the projector on for like five minutes so I don't have time to copy it down and I take a picture and it doesn't come out too nice so I need this app
