Обман. Приобретал билеты с багажом через данного агрегатора. Перед вылетом, на стойке регистрации узнали что багаж не оплачен, хотя по факту за него были списаны деньги и он был указан в электронном билете. Пришлось оплачивать заново, прям на стойке. Служба поддержки не решает вопрос оперативно, задает очень много вопросов, не связанных с фактической проблемой. Деньги не возвращены.

Do not trust this company, they are worst company. I decided to return my tickets, they never and never answer to phone calls, emails. After 2/3 days, I connected with them about return - they didn’t return my money yet. Do not waste your time with them or you will lose money, time. Remember - they never answer on your questions!!

Good and easy to use. Overall I love this application, but I can't find where I can switch currency and it very annoying.

Implement the multi-city option for flights. The website has one of the best multi-city search functions for flights. Why it isn't implemented in the app?

No support !. I’ve paid for the ticket but due to the a technical bug the ticket wasn’t booked. This company has no phone support service . The only option to reach them is e-mail and online chat but they hardly respond to messages. I asked many time for returning back money but got no response.

Buggy app. Tried to make a airline ticket reservation just now and the app wouldn’t let the calendar to show the whole month of September, only first two days. When on the search result page one can go to as far as September 8, 2023, but after that it suggest to choose dates and the calendar hides all but first two days again. Has to get addressed asap, I’m sure you’re losing some business because of this glitch. Update: customer support responded to my inquiry but I couldn’t sign in into the chat, the app was “waiting for network”… have no idea what it means. So far - can’t even see what they wrote back

Глючит. Уведомление глючат со страшной силой. Смотришь 2-3 висит вроде как, а заходишь в приложение - ничего нет. Билеты можно заказать только на самолет. На железную дорогу отсутствует как категория.

Мошенники. Не вернули деньги за неиспользованные билеты , писали везде . Тех поддержка в итоге тупо обманула !!’ обманула !!! Я вообще не понимаю что это приложение тут делает !!!

Кинули на пол-суммы.. Throw for money!!!! Купленны билеты с помощью данного приложения OneTwoTrip. Возник короновирус. Авиарейсы были перекрыты частично или полностью по маршруту нескольких стран. Сообщил что сдаю билеты, верните деньги. Со слов Дмитрия, авиакомпании не хотят возвращать деньги. Вернем не всю сумму. Интересный момент. Российские авиалинии сказали что вернут НОЛЬ рублей. Но авиалинии «импортные», из других стран, пообещали вернуть деньги за билеты. Красота да и только от воров-создателей этого приложения. ВАРЬЁ - идите нах.й!

Мошенники. Покупал 5 билетов прошлой осенью, одним воспользовался, по 4 решил сделать возврат. Из 4 билетов якобы по трем возврат одобрили, но на мизерные суммы по отношению к стоимости билетов - $400 при общей стоимости 4х билетов около 7к долларов. И даже эти несчастные $400 я не могу получить! Невозможно дозвониться в техподдержку, нет ответа на электронные письма. В чате, встроенном в приложение, отвечает робот-бот. Полный бред, а не сервис. Ни в коем случае не пользуйтесь данным приложением!!!

Билет на самолёт. Безобразие. Рейс отменён а деньги целый месяц не отдают. На телефон не отвечают. Обманщики , полностью игнорируют на звонки.

Мошенники. Оформила возврат на авиабилеты еще 4 месяца назад. Возврат до сих пор не оформлен, перестали отвечать на письма и в сервисном чате, пропали. Деньги до сих пор не вернули. Дополнение от 30.01: после написания отзыва о мошенничестве сразу связались, рассчитали и оформили возврат, объяснив такую задержку загрузкой работников. Деньги вернули, что конечно радует. Ужасно конечно, что не только не возвращают деньги должным образом, но еще и нагло врут, ссылаясь на многомесячную задержку, а как оставила отзыв, так сразу же нашли время. Много лет пользовалась данным сервисом, очень нравился. Но теперь нет желания пользоваться, да и доверие пропало.

Terrible. - Can't switch to English language and currency to USD. Everything in Russian rubles. Why?

Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. No response from customer service! Lost cheap ticket fare because of them! DO NOT USE them unless you are ready to loose money. Tried to change my ticket 4 days now and zero answers from the customer service. Called their desk, wrote to their chat and their answer was “your request to change ticket is in queue and will be processed when time comes”. Meanwhile I lost the cheap fare. They don’t understand the fact that longer they process the request, more money customer looses as fares get more expensive day by day. And I am so called VIP premium customer. Stoped using them and switched to another agency. Wishing you the same!

The single best travel app EVER. I have used this app 3 different round trips and that is enough for me to write this review The prices are always THE BEST. The customer service is THE BEST. If you have a question you call them and get someone on the line immediately that will do anything to make your situation right. I brag about this app to all my friends and they are using it now too. It's so easy. Absolutely love it. Customer for life. Look forward to the many more great trips with this app. Z

Не хотят разбираться. На возврат после подтверждения, решили забить, и не отвечать вовсе, абсолютно не советую.

Не корректная информация. Если бы можно было дать 0 звёзд... На сайте указано «для точной информации воспользуйтесь приложением», что я и сделала. В итоге выброшенные на ветер деньги за билет, которым не могу воспользоваться. Через другие приложения, если пытаешься купить билет в США из России, выскакивает напоминание «перед покупкой билета ознакомьтесь с ограничениями», и ссылка на них (что в моем случае, я не могу лететь транзитом через Европу, только прямой перелёт из Москвы).Если бы я воспользовалась другим приложением, то никаких проблем. На это OneTwoTrip сказали, что они просто продают билеты и не обязаны давать никакую дополнительную информацию, что для меня, как клиента выглядит очень подозрительно, почему другие приложения (проверила 3 разных) дают, а OneTwoTrip нет, явно рассчитано на таких как я: купил билет, не зная что в Европе тебя не посадят на самолёт, а вернуть билет нельзя, спасибо что воспользовались приложением. Спасибо за сервис, хороший урок.

Bad service and response for customers. So, I requested cancellation, but after 3 days it hasn't been responded to. They told me that all requests are strictly processed in queue before departure. My departure is going to be on 30 of August and today is going to be 28. Can't recommend this service to someone, buy flight tickets on airline websites.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought tickets and decided to change the dates and you can’t even get a hold of them, they don’t answer the phone, their excuse is that many people call, I tried calling 3 days in a row and only operator answers and when I text them through the app, it’s a bot that answers, I even emailed them and they said they will get back to me in 24 hours and never did. You will NEVER speak to a live representative! They do this on purpose so they don’t refund you your money.

This service is a scam.. I’ve purchased the ticket using OneTwoTrip and haven’t received any confirmation. The customer support was useless as well. They answered me almost 15 days after the date of the purchase saying that “you can find all your bookings under ‘Reservations’ on our website”. No one was even trying to help me solve this issue. Absolutely disappointed.
