Superb!!. Don't get this app if you are creatively challenged or if you use WINDOWS. You won't understand. Please UPDATE!! I am using an iPhone 7plus and it won’t let me drop shadow. Also, it gets glitchy when you have multiple layers of text. They start to randomly delete when you come back to the screen from editing text. Still love this App and I paid for all the bells and whistles. Would love to be able to use it again. Side note- your “support link” isn’t exactly 4+ Please change that or I’ll report it as pornography.

Um...It has the potential to be a great app. When I first download this app (years ago!) I really liked it. However after years of really nothing😑 This app is on my IOS and use often but with nothing new. More fonts, Photoshop features, video wright behind, maybe the ability to make comic book pages...Just stuff!🤷🏾‍♂️ Not only this app will have a five star rating it will worth spending $5.99 to $9.99 to have. Is there a job in the given reviews? because I’m one that can give some real good detailed information on stuff...If I get paid for😂

So far so good. I haven't really been able to explore the app yet. In order to try other fonts I had to rate the app. Feel like that's forcing the consumers hand to make a quick decision and if that's the way you care to do business then good for you!

Idk. The app if fine but everyone that I know who has it says that it is always so hard when They can’t do anything because they have to pay, so they have it 0 stars

Write behind. This is by far one of my favorite app to use to make invitations for any event. I would like the app add a flat rate for all the offered features rather then paying for each of them separately. Overall I love it!

It's Awesome!. I haven't stopped using this app since I got it! I use it every day to make fun photos of my kids, my dogs, my friends. I make blog post photos, IG posts and pinterest pins. One suggestion would be to add some kind of indicator to help the user keep things centered, that would be super awesome!

Good. It's a good app. Easy to use and has decent looking fonts. I've recently had to start enhancing photos for work, and I like this app better than the similar ones I tried, enough to go ahead and pay for the upgraded version. And I'm getting more free fonts for writing a review, so that's pretty cool.

I’ve only used it a few minutes but so far, so good.. I’m writing this to get a pack of free fonts but if the app turns out to be the quality I think it will be in the end, I’ll order the PRO pack too since it’s affordable and offers a lot of extra fun options. Am I Playing Freeze Tag?. Bought this app and was so excited. The first times I used it I was impressed by the features. Now? The features are all frozen. Some specs do absolutely nothing. I can’t even erase anymore to write behind my images! The only thing that DOES work is the tap to write words, the color & font of the words and the size. Super disappointed.

Review. This app is great! The font choices are amazing and there are so many. The editing is super easy and not many skills are required. Also in app purchases are cheap yet work super well. You should check it out!

Great app, great potential. Needs updating. App worked great for a while. Now, the transparency and drop shadow tools no longer work on my iPad and my iPhone. Please fix the bugs! Seems like a simple thing but drop shadows are very important for text against a busy background. Once you do, I’ll happily update my review to four stars. It would be five if you offered landscape mode on iPad.

This app has noticeably improved in the manner of which it chooses to act more like a virus rather than the creative tool which most current customers anticipated owning upon purchasing the app. I would like to have an upgraded version per say like; “does anyone there have time to work on this?” I understand the apps functionality, but I have trouble understanding why when after I’ve created, better statement, after I’ve liberated my artistic vision, prior to saving the final edit the app partially deletes the image! Why is this? My suggestion repair, replace, or repayment to your customers for the lack of accuracy delivered through your product which in its current state lacks professional standards and ability. Update Needed ASAP!. So disappointed that this app never updates to correct its bugs. Hate that the copy and paste feature no longer works and to edit a typo, you have to erase all the way to the error to correct. Another issue is that sometimes the fonts come out fuzzy on the finished product. Never had that problem before until their last update some time ago. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR APP, PLEASE! They NEVER respond to emails either. If these bugs were corrected, this would be my favorite app.

Waste of time and money. Many have kvetched, but without clarity. I’ll elucidate! Dl’d this a while back, but only now found a use for it. Bought the extended features/font set to… ahem… like actually write behind? Well, the typography was a cinch, but I could not adjust the opacity or gradient. More to the point, on the next screen, I could not access my type design — it had completely vanished. Also, turns out if you select what I believe to be a layering tool (there are no instructions or hints), the brush tool remains selected. In short, nothing happens. At best, you can adjust the saturation of the photo. Big whoop! Clearly, this ain’t Photoshop for iOS. I’m out! Not only of this lousy app, but nearly 6 bucks.

Update: Does not work with IOS 11. - Fixed. Still does not work with IOS 11 Every time I open the app and select the picture icon it shuts down. Sent email to support and have not heard anything back. I paid for the additional features as well.

Fonts. I loved this app so much!! It's one of the best cover making apps out there and as a silly little Wattpad writer, that's very important to me. You can do so much with the tools offered. But the fonts. There are so many amazing fonts on this app that I loved. Up until most of them can't be used. I get that's how you get money but now they're so dull and I don't enjoy this app without all the cool fonts. I'd love to use this app again when a few more fonts are added without having to buy premium access.

Not so wonderful. Why do you not do updates? I bought this app and you never fix anything? I wish you would do a update. It’s been over a year. Right now I can’t get on it and I use it all the time. Please fix it.. and do a update.I love this app., it's the best out there! You will enjoy it. I hate the new update.. It won't let you go back if you made a mistake in spelling. The key board won't come up you have to keep pounding your finger on your phone.. I hate it!!! Now these people don't do updates. Why did I get this app? Maybe I can find something better.

Ehhh. I mean it's pretty good....but maybe could you add the effect of zooming in for free? I can't manage to get the little words. It's really ticking me off... I'm a graphic designer and I reach for perfection for my clients, the final product comes out really fuzzy and you never update to fix the bugs, the eraser and brush is really good but sometimes I write words at the bottom, but I can't get to them because I can't move around. I really don't like this app as much as I want to, i can't have my clients having ugly, fuzzy, book covers. PLEASE update your app to fix the bugs.

Please Read. I really enjoyed this app. I paid the six bucks for all the fonts and stuff. I recently dropped my phone in the toilet and got a new one, transferring all my stuff on my new one, but when I redownloaded the app, I had to REPAY to use all the stuff. I haven’t done so yet, and I probably won’t. Maybe I’m just stupid and duh, you have to reoay, but I assumed since my iTunes was connected, it’d still work. Please explain.

The developers thought out and developed a app that had almost everything at your finger tips. I am disappointed and must search for something compatible. Please bring Pixabay back!!!! Awful. This very very well be one of the Worst apps I have ever downloaded to try. It is so childishly designed it is absolutely ridiculous. Everything within the app requires a purchase and I find the price to be terribly high. You have to buy fonts every other thing with in the sack. And it does not work at all! I feel that it should be taken off of Apple apps. I think it gives Apple download it’s a pretty bad day. And being a graphic artist and also A professional photographer for over 30 years I feel that I am justified and making these comments I file of earn that ranking. I can run circles in Photoshop. I have absolutely never seen an app that is so immature and ridiculous Lee useless.

What happened?. I loved this app it was really great. All the cool features were very helpful and you can make anything look almost professionally done. But recently it’s been saying “please try a new search” i type something in and it doesn’t load. I’ve tried connecting to WiFi at different places but it still isn’t working. I deleted and downloaded it again and still no change. I paid for the full version so please fix his problem!!!

Great app. It's a great app! I just wish you didn't have to pay for all of the cooler ones. And I also don't think you should have to pay $2.99 just to remove only one watermark, why not just remove all watermarks for $2.99? Overall I use it all the time and I like it but could be improved.

Such a great app!. A lot of apps are not sensible to the amount of app they allow you to access, but this app is amazing, and still allows you to be creative, without having to pay for special access. And when you do pay, it also allows you to get great access with what you pay! Over all, this app is the most well created app I have used; it is so easy to use!

Stop advertising on EVERYTHING. At first, I was fine with the in-app purchases because you don’t have to have membership for this app and pay for it. Then, I tried making my cover (I’m a writer, I’m picky, give me a break.) slightly thrilling with fonts and shadowing. I couldn’t do that either because I have to pay 6 dollars for bloody fonts and shadowing, AND MAGNIFYING! When I was done making it look decent enough but not to perfection, I couldn’t remove the part that said “write behind” because, there was a bloody ad on my cover, if you’re going to have in app purchases, don’t advertise on people’s photographs, covers and whatnot. I also found it annoying when I tried editing, I would have to pay for everything I wanted to do.

Everything costs money!. I got this app to make a cover for my wattpad story and it looked really cool. But then I realized most of the fonts cost money, actually writing behind part of the picture costs money, removing the watermark costs money, why does everything cost money?!?! It makes me really mad cause it’s hard finding a good app to make covers and this one looked really cool. It’s just so annoying that everything costs six dollars.

App review. They did not ask for subscribe or ask for me to autorize to charge me at list at start I just open the app all they want permision to you photo album and camera if you select not to then still you can use the app which they provide you the album with nice picture and when you beed to take picture you can di that too at your doing so So far i gave the 5 star and i like it by the way they have different prices for each option you can see the price down the page that open the app main page Recomend their price is fair and not limiter or keep charging you just pay for the option its yours to keep

Too many in app purchases. It's a nice app, but it would be nice if you could pay one fee upfront for an upgrade with everything included instead of having to pay $3 for things individually. I just paid $3 just to have the write behind watermark removed from my pic. After clicking to save the pic, two more options to upgrade came up. Why not just charge one flat rate for the upgrade to the "pro" version instead of all of these "hidden" upgrades??

It was doing so well.... I really liked this app, the pictures were clear and there were plenty of nice fonts to choose from. I specifically liked the Amatic font. This app was very useful to me! ......note my use of the word "was".....see, in the recent times I've tried using this app, it hasn't worked! I go to the icon for pictures and it tells me "try another search please" but I haven't typed in anything in the search bar at all! When I first got the app it worked fine, I was rather pleased with it, but now it's not working like it did once. That said, if this is fixed I will likely enjoy the app once more! It's Great, But.... This is perfect for my covers for Wattpad. But, it'll be even better if we don't have to pay every 2 minutes why don't you just make it to where we can get everything for like £5.99 or $5.99 in America? That'd be better than having to pay everything separately . Other than this is a good app and I recommend it.

4 start!. I mean it’s alright, but the only thing is that I can do this on PicsArt but I like the fact that for some people who can’t get PicsArt this is a good app for writing covers or posters. So I rate this 4 stars very nice quality, I didn’t have any errors or bugs it was nice and smooth it’s wasn’t laggy like other editing apps.!

It's Changed… sadly. I used to love this app so much! Sure, there were some restrictions, but there was WAYYYYY less than now. I recently redownloaded the app and was super disappointed with the fact that practically EVERYTHING cost money. And not even like $1.99 or whatever to unlock a thing at a time. $4.99 for each individual thing (only fonts, only watermark, etc). It's a great product, but if the app is free, at least try and make SOME of the things free. There are literally 8 free fonts, and possibly 2 more if you leave a review. I understand that the company needs money, but at this point, if you're this desperate, just make the app cost money🙄

Very cool then very not cool. I used this app all the time...it was easy and offered lots of different choices. Now all of a sudden the app will open to the main screen then immediately crash...if it was still working I’d give it 5 Stars...but due to this problem I won’t even rate it.

Nice :). This app really helps me when I want to make a cover page for my books on Wattpad. What I don’t like however, is that you have to pay to enjoy the fullness of this app but nonetheless, I’m giving it five stars because this app is worth it.

Stop advertising on everything and let other writers use the other fonts instead of paying them. I like the app yes, but there is one problem that I despise; its advertising on EVERYTHING aNd doesn't let the other writers/creator use the fonts unless you pay. All of the free fonts are nice but let us use the not free fonts as well instead of paying.

Write Behind #1. The best text on photo ever! The only one I use. I’ve loaded others but, always end up deleting & coming back to Write Behind, wish it had more fonts but, I love it regardless

Disappointment. I have used this app on my phone for years and loved it. I recently added it to a new computer. It is unstable, can't hold text on the photos. Very unreliable. When I went to the website to complain up comes very vulgar, salacious promos. I will find another app that works without insult and inconsistent behavior.

5/5. The app lets you customize pictures & fonts into a more creative project of your own. Very pleased overall. I ended up spending $5.99 to gain access to even more features. Definitely worth the price for the amount of content I can make for cover arts.

Great Idea Poorly Implemented. Really wanted this to work, but will end up deleting it. First frustration is being nickle-and-dimed to pay $3.99 for individual feature upgrades. Should be pay-one-price packaging for a bundle of upgrade features. But deal killer was no (apparent) undo function. Made a mistake painting the area to go behind on my first project, and the only "help" is a snide comment by the developer on this iTunes app page: "Want to correct a mistake? Finding that is fun too!" No. It's not. Bye Write Behind.

App Review. I find this app easy to use, and has every feature I could possibly need and more. I've used this app for marketing our business and I've never had any issues. We love it.

It's great!. I live this app! I use it to make show fliers for my band and other events... only problem I have is it ends up a little blurry when done... not as crisp as I would like it. Other than that it's easy to use and gets the job done!

LOW quality export. Started with a 40mp photo, added some text, exported, and file comes out to 1.2mb which give a low quality print warning. No setting to adjust export quality. Love the app otherwise but useless for actually printing.

I recommend it on an iPad. I love this app but using it on my 6 Plus was difficult with tight detail work. Once I upgraded my iPad I downloaded it again and found it much easier to use. Definitely very cool.

Where is Ap Support?. This Ap appears to be no longer supported. Emails to support are rejected, Ap features are starting to fail with new IOS updates, and if you click on Ap Support in the store it takes you to an Adult Porn site... If the Ap is no longer supported then it should be removed from the Ap Store in my opinion... Too bad, I liked this Ap before it started to degrade due to lack of support/updates🤨

UNDO!!!. This app is cool! I’ve been using it for over a year. However, I get really frustrated when I go to select text and accidentally delete it, then I have to remember what I did and so it all over again! Please add an UNDO feature ASAP!!! ‘Bring to front’ or ‘send to back’ options would t hurt either.

Awesome. It is a really cool app. You can choose photos they have supplied for you or you can use your own. I use the app to make book covers. It is a great app! Highly recommend!

This seems ok.. Now I see the negative reviews and yes his app could be better (Hint Hint) with that said this does do what is says. I use it professionally and yeah you’ve probably seen and clicked like on it. To have professional results takes more than a few clicks. Yes it works. YES IT COULD BE BETTER. Stop charging me monthly for apps I can run on a laptop for one time fee. Stand behind your product and you won’t have to pay me for a review.

Write Behind. It's amazing! You can make many different edits. I wish they would make it be able to do it to videos. That's the only downside of it. But other than that it's AMAZING!!! Got me an A on a magazine project in a design class I'm in. You're able to take it everywhere! I had to do the project on a plane and I didn't have my computer to do this edit, I just downloaded it and used it and traveled!! It's an amazing app and I highly recommend it!! 😊😑👌🏼

So hard to use!!!. Great concept but it take 4 times as long as needed IF YOU CAN EVEN MAKE WHAT YOU WANT because it’s not user friendly. you inevitably screw up what you are making because of PERFORMANCE ISSUES! I wish they would fix the issues of text boxes disappearing randomly when you leave another text box and not automatically using the writing tool that cannot be undone when you press go to the finish screen. Omg!!! I feel like I’m taking crazy pills when I use this app!

No Support. Purchased this App. After getting a brand new phone and reinstalling all my apps through iCloud, it never installed my paid-for version. “Restore Purchases” doesn’t work and when I try to email support, the email they provide to contact them bounces back and doesn’t exist. Waste of money.

Great App!. Works well for making book covers, or just adding text to photos. It does not have the option to add other pictures, or do too many effects, but if you want to crop photos, and write on them, or behind them then this is a great app. As for the in-app purchases, they are way overpriced, and I seriously doubt they are worth it (I haven't bought any extra fonts or colour gradients). P.s. This was written by a 12 year old. Don't judge my grammar or spelling too harshly. Thanks.

Not very good.. I mean... I guess this app is ok for a very plain pic you wanna make but most of the fonts... u would need to pay for it. This is y I gave it only 3 stars. The only thing that’s annoying me is that you are locking a lot of fonts and other stuff so you can get money. I mean there is other apps that have in-app purchases but this is just too much. We only get like 10 or less free ones, and ones that are very plain... boring. Hopefully you change this or else you get more bad ratings. And I know you wouldn’t want that.

App was better. I had this app a little while back but only used it 2 times. When I went to use the same font again it was all restricted to a few fonts but none of what I had previously used. It needs work in the text boxes... I like the simple features and the texting and layering capabilities.. two things: 1. Make it work in both dimensions of the screen. 2. Capability to add unlimited text boxes of different sizes shapes and area.

Easy to use. I just got this app about 15 minutes ago and I've already created two photos that I'm happy with! Works for me.

It's great!. I live this app! I use it to make show fliers for my band and other events... only problem I have is it ends up a little blurry when done... not as crisp as I would like it. Other than that it's easy to use and gets the job done!

Great app. It's a great app! I just wish you didn't have to pay for all of the cooler ones. And I also don't think you should have to pay $2.99 just to remove only one watermark, why not just remove all watermarks for $2.99? Overall I use it all the time and I like it but could be improved.

Pretty Good App. This app is easy to use with good fonts and use of your emoji keyboard. Even without unlocking the other features I was able to make a really pretty and professional looking flyer.

Love this app. This app is very user friendly. I love all the different fonts and color options. Highly recommend this app for any writing on photo or projects.

Buns. The app consistently crashes. The copy and paste doesn’t reset to an optimal position. If you adjust the text box with certain fonts the whole box disappears. Not enough colors for the fonts. There are no clear indicators or instructions for use.

It's good but.... I like this app. I have a old phone and cannot use other apps like picsart. This is a great app to use but many things are not free but can be. I don't have many problems with the app at all.

Excellent. This app made this so easy for me. I’m a clown and have a hard time making art with my extra large clown gloves on.

So far so good. I haven’t figured out how to undo a mistake yet but will keep trying. I don’t like that i just paid for unlimited fonts and no watermark but had to write a review for certain fonts - weird since i thought i paid for the fonts.

Clean and very professional. I can’t see more about this app. It’s very easy to use and add that special pop to any drawings or photographs.

Everything costs money!. I got this app to make a cover for my wattpad story and it looked really cool. But then I realized most of the fonts cost money, actually writing behind part of the picture costs money, removing the watermark costs money, why does everything cost money?!?! It makes me really mad cause it’s hard finding a good app to make covers and this one looked really cool. It’s just so annoying that everything costs six dollars.

Not thrilled so far.. Granted, I’ve only been using it for about three minutes but the colors are not popping for me. I’m going to try a few more things and hopefully I’m wrong. But so far this app doesn’t feel very versatile.

Useful. I've used this app to edit photo's for Instagram for over two years. I've never had a problem with it and it receive generally good feedback on the product made with it.

Where is Ap Support?. This Ap appears to be no longer supported. Emails to support are rejected, Ap features are starting to fail with new IOS updates, and if you click on Ap Support in the store it takes you to an Adult Porn site... If the Ap is no longer supported then it should be removed from the Ap Store in my opinion... Too bad, I liked this Ap before it started to degrade due to lack of support/updates🤨

Honor your in-app purchases. I loved the lite version of this app so I upgraded and bought the premium + version a while back. Now the version doesn’t work. It just stopped when I got a new phone. Only this lite version works and it’s asking for me to pay for the features I already paid for. PLEASE honor your existing customers! I sent feedback via the app and was directed to a porn site.

The app keeps distorting the scale of my images. I have had This application for a while and I have always loved it. But recently it keeps distorting the scale of my images and I can’t use it. I uploaded it again and is asking me to pay again for the fonts and the image is still getting distorted 🙁

Pretty good but needs more. Should be able to put same item created on multiple pictures ... have to retype and resize every item created when I want to put on multiple photos ... would also love to be able to drop a logo on pics

Disappointment. I have used this app on my phone for years and loved it. I recently added it to a new computer. It is unstable, can't hold text on the photos. Very unreliable. When I went to the website to complain up comes very vulgar, salacious promos. I will find another app that works without insult and inconsistent behavior.

Kimberley. I love this app, however, I do not like that if I make a mistake I cannot easily navigate my way back to fix it. I have to start over again.

Such a cool app!. I love how easy this is to use. I wish there was a ""start another" button or a way to close the project without backing all the way out. I'm really liking the results in the photos

Awful. Hard to use. I downloaded to try, and had to redo my design four times because the app wouldn’t cooperate. One It is very glitchy, ie, what u design does not correspond to the final layout. Two it’s easy to delete or erase text, three there is no undo, any mistake or unintended erase and you have to start from scratch, again and again. I HATED it, do not recommend, it wastes time.

Love this. This is the app I'm looking for! It works perfect for making covers for stories I'm writing and other things that will become useful when posting pics on Instagram.
