Horrible company. Absolutely horrible company with horrible customer service. Called after driving 16 hours and staying in a HOTEL we ordered delivery so we wouldn’t have to go anywhere. We were asked for our address which we gave, this company provided a list of delivery places which we ordered from. After an hour I receive a phone call I have to drive to meet these people. Call the company to figure it what’s going on and all I get is “it’s your fault you should’ve known”. I’m a guest staying in a hotel using a service that claims to deliver to me and it’s my fault I don’t know everything when I POLITELY inquired why there wasn’t anything from this company simply stating there would be restrictions. I had to pay an even higher delivery Charge because of my location when they still didn’t deliver to me and refused to do anything or even offer a simple apology just repeated over and over it’s your fault!

Honestly Convenient. This app does quite a bit in terms of ordering food online. Sometimes phone calls just don’t cut it! And even some menus found online from certain dining establishments aren’t current to what they even sell sometimes! Beyond Menu makes it easy to establish what you want from a restaurant, with easy ways to let the restaurant know what you want with detail sections. Perhaps a pricing is incorrect? Report it and it will be fixed! I use this app from time to time to grab some lunch on break from work sometimes, and its also helpful to see what other restaurants are nearby and what they have on the menu! Simple, convenient, and overall lovely for those looking for something to munch on around them.

This is the worst. I only used this app for one sushi place. I use Mr. Delivery all the time and they are great. More options and real time check ins on your order. However I used this app for my fav sushi place. I placed an order at 5:27! I didn’t get it until after 7:30pm and it was wrong. I had also called the resultant twice and beyond menu with no follow up call after they assured me when they checked with the driver they would give me an update. They didn’t. I am going to call tomorrow and demand a refund. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours and then my order be wrong and it was a simple order. Nothing special. This app is behind the times and doesn’t offer real time info like other apps do. I am going to delete this app once I get my refund. Such a shame. I also know of several other people in my area that only got this app for that sushi place that have had the same issues and are now deleting it and not using that sushi place again unless it is dine in. This app needs major work. I also see other bad reviews and nothing from the app trying to make up for it. That is even worse.

Restaurant did not get my order. I ordered. Went to go pick it up, and as I got in... Staff were confused because they never got an order from beyond menu. I showed them the order, and they were very nice and told me to sit down, and they’ll make it for me. As I sat there, another staff sat down at my table, and ask how he can help me? I thought he was trying to interview me for a job or something. I just said.... I ordered food from Beyond menu and just waiting. He looked at my order email, and said he never got the notification. Beyond menu and the disconnect with the restaurant is what deserves a one star. The food is amazing from the restaurant though. Highly suggest you fix your glitch with the communication. It was a Korean restaurant, and they were very nice about it too. I kept asking if they got their money from BeyondMenu... And if they didn’t I will call them. But they kept saying no worries. I would feel bad if they didn’t get paid.

Worthless. I really liked this when I first started using it but I’ve just had too many negative experiences. The app give you a list of restaurants that are supposedly within delivery range but I have had more than a dozen orders cancelled by restaurants because they say that we re outside their range....one restaurant us literally within walking distance! Several restaurants say that they have told Beyond Menu that they won’t deliver more than a mile but the app shows them as delivering up to three miles. Our favorite Chinese delivery only works about half the time... sometimes they don’t have a delivery driver....sometimes they decide they are too busy. The problem with the app here is that it takes more than an HOUR for BM to cancel the order and up to 24 hours to refund the money from the cancelled order. I’m fed up. Last time I use.

Awful customer service. I ordered from a local restaurant using beyond menu. After 2 hours and multiple calls to said restaurant, I still had no food. They kept saying 5 minutes and never showed. Finally I asked to cancel and be refunded so I can go elsewhere. They tell me NO it will be 1 minute and it will be here(I live less than a mile away but don’t drive or I’d have done pick up) Still nothing so I message beyond menu and explained the situation. About 20 minutes later the food shows up ( we were well past the 2 hour mark by now). I didn’t think it was coming and ordered elsewhere. It was an awful situation and neither the restaurant nor beyond menu cared one little bit. I waisted $29 on the order and another $25 spent on new food. Stick to Uber or door dash because they at least have some concept of customer service

Wonderful, refreshing down home feel. I absolutely LOVE this app. I had an issue with an order and I was able to call customer service with the app directly. They handled everything and had my ordered delivered within 15 min even tho the restaurant wasn’t open yet for delivery. They were so kind and treated my problem like it was their problem to. Their customer service is consistent and I know if any issues do come up I can call them directly and they will immediately handle it. Not like the sorry not sorry back and forth emails you get with POSTMATES. I have now deleted Postmates and use beyondmenu exclusively. A real down home feel and a month later I am still thinking about how great they handled everything and treated me. SO REFRESHING!!

First and last time. We ordered from a local restaurant. Paid on the app with a credit card. When my husband went to pick up the food the man at the restaurant started screaming at him that he needed to pay at the restaurant. He showed him the confirmation but the man kept screaming made my husband show his id, actually wrote down my husbands license number did not care at all about the confirmation. He finally let him have the food. The same night I emailed beyond menu my concerns. This man truly did not think he was paid even though it showed on my credit card immediately. I still have not had my email answered. I truly hope the restaurant was paid. The food was good the experience was horrible.

WARNING DO NOT USE. I saw all previous reviews that were bad and was hoping things changed as the most recent ones was fairly good. Ordered placed the app to local restaurant and received an order confirmation and they charged my American Express card immediately. Half hour later we go to the restaurant to pick up our order they don’t have anything for us because they never got the order and that was because the restaurant hasn’t been signed up with beyond menu for at least 3 years now. We placed an order anyway with our local restaurant and paid for a new order on a separate credit card. I immediately called BeyondMenu it’s 8 PM California time on Friday night and I get a woman that answers the phone, which kind of sounded like I was calling a customer service rep at their home (?) so I proceed and explain the situation, gave her the order number she said she’ll cancel the order and that I’ll get an email confirmation but I should see the credit back to my credit card in 3 to 5 days depending on my credit card company. Got a love these places who charge your card right away but take a week to give you the money back. I put this on my American Express and if it’s not taken off I will immediately dispute it with them they are the best company to deal these types of situations, I will get my money back but for the time being I’m out $40.

No complaints so far. I downloaded this app once arriving at the said restaurant during the pandemic and I ordered and put my information, etc. I received a signup confirmation email, as well as an order confirmation/receipt email. I did receive my order in its entirety and there was no problems in any way possible, also I did make sure the restaurant used this application and their services were up to date. The app is easy to use and it is professional interface resembling many other, similar apps. This was my first experience with BeyondMenu and I will continue to use it but, if any malfunctions or bad experiences occur, I will make another review after the first. Thanks!

Greatest way to order Chinese food ⭐️. Love using this app been a fan for over 6 years ! They make it so easy and they allow you to pay by cash which a lot of online or app ordering will only allow you to pay by credit card making it extremely difficult and inconvenient sometimes . The organization of the menu’s and the unlimited options are wonderful and simple to understand even for the not so tech friendly ! Overall this is by far a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but unfortunately they only allow me to give up to 5 !

This Company Is A Joke!! Never Recommend!!. This App Gets 0 stars. They do stupid random checks for “Security Risks” that makes no sense. The representative really had the nerve to ask me why was I getting food delivered to an address that was different from my billing address that was already confirmed in the conversation?! Like why does it matter how, where, or who I get my food delivered for. The reason why I am so mad is because I literally just used my (now deleted) account 10 hours ago to get food delivered to my job in a while different city and noone calls me about that!! This company is stupid. They said “I Failed Verification” took the money out my account and never placed my order. Didnt even tell me that they cancelled it. I waited a hour and call them back like “Where’s my food?!” And that’s how I found out. Then had the nerve to say my money will be returned in up to 3 business days! This company is a joke. Do Not Use!!! I swear I wish I can give them 0 stars! I still think that’s too much.

Quick & Easy. Very simple interface, making the whole ordering process & experience quick and easy! The only suggestion I have is that there needs to be an estimated time for pickup or length of time when you choose “asap” and “pickup” as the option for how soon you’d like your food. The app does a great job of keeping you updated as to when they receive your order etc but it doesn’t let you know how long until your food is done. You just have to guesstimate based on past experiences with that particular restaurant (but that’s if you’ve even ordered from there in the past). Other than that, both times I’ve used the app to order our dinner, it was always super easy and convenient!!

My Review. App Works as it should, with “extras” added. User friendly/easy to use and navigate. Fast. Useful/helpful. Colorful with cool calming colors. Their contact info if a problem occurs is readily available, even with a phone number, not just an email. They also offer options in their settings on the app and it’s easy to use and understand. Very resourceful. Definitely don’t mind that I have the app on my phone. Would suggest to others. Also, with some locations/restaurants, this is the only way provided, to do online orders. Which is now the popular decision due to Covid being spread so rapidly with omricon variant. Thank you for your ears and time.

Ditch Grub hub and door Dash. This app lets you order directly through the restaurants your trying to order from. Which means for you that your supporting your local businesses directly and not getting charged rediculous delivery fees. Also since your order goes directly to the restaurant there is no miss communication between what you order and what you get. Also the features of being able to comment specifically about what food you enjoyed getting means when a new person tries a restaurant or decided to look at different food they can see reviews specific to the food it’s self not just the restaurant you will see what other people recommend or what they get most. Overall very pleased so far.

BEST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!. I accidentally stumbled across this service when trying to call in pickup to our FAVORITE Chinese restaurant China Inn!! Tried it being delivered and absolutely without a doubt BEST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER PROVIDED HERE IN BREVARD COUNTY FLORIDA! Earlier than expected (a refreshing change) food was still perfect and our amazing delivery driver was the most wonderful woman ever encountered! The professionalism and accurate service has now allowed me to obtain my FAVORITE CHINESE FOOD AND NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE A/C!! Perfection down to the tiny charge for delivery!!! Remember to tip well!! The driver MORE than deserves!! And you can pay tip while checking out on order?!!? How perfect! Thank you Beyond Menu for providing the surprisingly “Beyond” expected delivery service!!

Why bother? Call the restaurant. I placed an order through the app but when my husband went to pick it up they said they didn’t have an order for us. He showed them the screenshot of the order; again, they said they didn’t have an order but would make it ASAP. Forty-five minutes after I placed the order, Beyond Menu called me to see if I’d picked up the order. Since we were eating, I didn’t bother to pick up the phone. They called again, 5 min later, to see if we picked up the food. I called them back when we were done eating and here’s the reason for one star: after repeating this story to the rep he asked why I didn’t call the restaurant to confirm. Well, isn’t the point of the app to not have to call them?? I told the rep that my husband showed the restaurant the confirmation and they denied having the order. He then asked me AGAIN why I didn’t call the restaurant. Now this is getting old! Why would I call when my husband went down there and was told no order? Then the rep said, “so why are you calling us?” Fricking moron! You called me twice! Uninstalling the app and will call the restaurant direct the next time.

Terrible service - DO NOT USE. I ordered from Beyond Menu while down in San Diego visiting my Dad who was on his death bed at the time. I was trying to buy my family delivery food for dinner - I entered the delivery address and I entered my CC address. Beyond menu cancelled my order - I called the service and asked why - they said they attempted to call me twice and I didn’t answer - so they canceled. I was told to re-enter the order - so I did - and they canceled again! I called again - they said they tried to call - they did not! They lied to me and they lied to the restaurant - I had to call the restaurant directly and make the order with them directly - so - WHY use the app? I did call my CC company and they couldn’t tell me why the beyond menu folks kept canceling - they had zero issue with the charges and the delivery address being different from my billing address. Again - no reason at all to use the app - they are terrible and their customer service people will lie to you.

Never again!. I placed an order through the app at 6pm. Revived a confirmation email a few minutes later. About 15 minutes later I got another email saying the order was to be deliver in 75 minutes! Ok, busy night maybe, I gave them grace. After the 75 min mark, I called the restaurant. Order was never received. Manager said he would call the app people and let them know there was an error and he would get it right out to me. 15 mins later I called to check and see if they received my order, he said yes we just got two orders it’ll be right out (I should have given him my address...). Another 30 minutes goes by and I call again, almost 2.5 hours after the initial order, and I tell the guy my address. You’ll never guess, my order was NEVER sent. Needless to say I will not be using this app EVER again.

I wish I could give negative stars. Not only was one of my items changed without the restaurant or the app advising me, but I did not receive sweet and sour sauce for my sweet and sour chicken and I did not receive my coupon for ordering a minimum amount of food. I called the restaurant and the call dropped. I called back and a different person answered. They told me the original person would call back immediately. Eventually they called me back and said they spoke with the restaurant. They would send me the sauce, but not the promotional item and not the changed item. After asking for a supervisor, I was told I was not allowed to speak to anyone. After saying I would wait on the phone for a supervisor, the person screamed at me saying YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE YOU HAVE TO WAIT and hung up the phone on me. This was my first and last time using this garbage app and I am embarrassed for the people that are affiliated with its creation.

Customer experience is lacking. If you are comparing this to uber eats you may be disappointed. First off, there is only one place where it shows you when your delivery is expected - it really should be listed in the summary of the order (though that is messed up as well since it says I paired with Google Pay even though I am on an iPhone...). There is no way to track your order’s progress in the app. They do offer text message updates but they are vague. Unfortunately part of my order was incorrect (missing items). I called Beyond Menu and the woman had to call the restaurant to fix anything (refund). She then called me back insisting that the restaurant sent the right order and that she cannot refund anything (stating she spoke to the cook and he was adamant it was correct). To me, you work with the customer and then deal with the business after you make sure the user is treated well, not insinuating they are a liar. I ended up calling the restaurant and they said he told Beyond Menu he wouldn’t issue a refund until he spoke with the cook, which he did and they admitted their mistake and refunded me the item. The restaurant was very kind, unlike the agent at Beyond Menu. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the menu interface is pretty smooth. Not great since you kind of have to guess on some thing (like swiping right gets you a different menu) but it didn’t glitch or anything. Overall, probably not my go to food delivery app.

App is pretty good, needs work.... The app is well-organized, and I like having the Apple Pay option, but it needed more human beta testing before release. Setting up an account requires one of several sign-in options including social media or email; I chose email. The email took 20 minutes to show up - not the app’s fault, but when I clicked the link, the app would not let me choose an address. The address field was empty, but when I typed in my address, it complained, “This address already exists!” I had to add a dash to my building number so the app would allow me to create a new address and complete the order. Frustrating. Hopefully, the next time I sign in will be easier. (To be fair, I’ve had similar issues with other restaurant apps.)

Do Not Use. Customer Service RUDE! If I could give less than one star I most certainly would. I placed my order via this app. Thank goodness it was for pickup because I would never have received my order otherwise. When I got to the restaurant I was informed they missed my order; therefore, I asked for a refund. I was advised the restaurant could not process my refund as requested and I would need to call the app. I was not about to leave the store without my money or food so I had to wait for them to put in my order. I called Beyond Menu as directed by the restaurant and was informed that they faxed the order two minutes after I placed it so it was not their responsibility or problem for wasting my time. During a pandemic, when we are supporting our local businesses and using apps for convenience and safety it seems to me that both these businesses and companies would have been more customer friendly. In the future, I will not utilize this application because the customer service is horrible!

Excellent Food Delivery Guy Creepy. I love their food. They are my favorite in this area. I had one of the owner’s children in my class years ago. Many times I have it delivered just for convenience. Last night the driver didn’t see the note about delivering to the back door or that I needed hot mustard. He not only told me that he only gets $1 of the $4 delivery charge but yelled across my driveway asking how much additional tip did I give him. I have never had a delivery person act like that before. When he was hired as one of their drivers he was told how much he would get per delivery and agreed to that. If he didn’t agree with that he should have taken a job elsewhere. I’m just wondering if this strategy has worked before for him in the past, does he do this to all the customers. This is the only time I have had any issues. Will request someone other than this guy to make future deliveries. Food was excellent like always just getting past creepy delivery guy is difficult.

Disaster!. I ordered from a local restaurant and received my confirmation email at 5:56pm. I patiently waited for my delivery but after an hour and a half I decided it was time to call and check on my order. The girl at the restaurant said my food was almost done and will be sent out for delivery soon. I didn’t complain since I figured it was a Saturday evening and thought maybe they were busy. Now at 8:30pm (an hour after the last phone call) I call back and ask to speak to a manager. Which was the gentleman who had answered the phone. I explained the situation that it had been 2 1/2hrs since putting my order in and we have still not received our food order. I explained that I had called and spoke to someone an hour ago and she told me the food was almost done. The gentleman said he would investigate and for me to hold. He came back on and said they didn’t receive the order. I explained that I received the confirmation email. He ended up putting me on the phone with the delivery driver. The delivery driver was great trying to figure out what had happened. In the end, we got our delivery at almost 9:30 at night. Needless to say, I was not happy.

Easy to use. Not accurate on delivery area. First time user. Very easy to use. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I entered my address for delivery area, chose a restaurant and ordered my food. After an hour I called the restaurant and asked how much longer, she said I was very far outside of delivery area but driver was on his way. I then looked at where the restaurant was located and realized it was about 16 miles from my home. It ended up taking 90 minutes to get our delivery. Not hot. But not cold. Friendly and apologetic driver. Thankful to have our business. App allows for own form of payment or Apple Pay so quick and easy. Worth the download. And the menus were easy to understand, edit order and add special instructions

It works for moi. I seen all the bad reviews i think it’s just a issue with the credit card if you order i suggest you call the place right after to see if they actually got ur order and i always pay with cash for delivery and never had a issue and before you order from a place look up if they have this app as they’re online ordering website i get my Chinese food from here all the time and i never had any issues for the credit card i wouldn’t even trust it 😬 one thing Is bad about this app is they have a lunch special between 11-3 i order around 2 cuz that’s when i get out of school and it never lets me get it Bc they say I’m out of time to get it ? Other then that i actually like this app it works for me 😁

No notification when my order was ready for pickup so it sat for 2 hours.. If I wanted expensive cold food, I could have gone to Whole Foods. I ordered for the first - and last - time tonight with this app. Entered all my information correctly. After the pickup order was placed, I got ZERO updates… until the restaurant called me two hours later to tell me that my order was ready almost 90 minutes ago. I got no app updates, no emails, no text messages from your app even though all my contact info was entered correctly. I know that because I got an email confirmation for my order after I placed it. So I ended up with cold food from a local restaurant that I love, and it’s not their fault that I wasn’t notified… it was this crappy app’s fault. If this is the user experience I can expect, I’m deleting this worthless app and ordering directly from the restaurant.

My go to food delivery app. I absolutely love this app. I prefer this app among any of the other food delivery apps. I have never had an issue placing my order, and the restaurant selection is great. I have seen a lot of negative reviews, most of which have to do with the restaurant itself, and not the app. If you don’t receive your order in a timely manner, then you need to file a complaint with the restaurant and not put a negative review on this app, as they don’t control the restaurant once the restaurant has received your order. This is a 3rd party taking orders for the restaurant. They are not making your food and I have always had an employee of the restaurant itself be the one to deliver my food.

Grabs and saves credit card without opt-in!. I like this app, but the last few times when I select Apple Pay as the payment method, the app grabs the credit card linked to my Apple Pay and saves it as a payment method - without asking me to opt-in to that. I can’t find any way to prevent that from happening. So now I have to go in to payment methods after each order and delete my credit card, which is really irritating. The brute force default capture and storage of a user’s credit card is a very frustrating user experience and questionable as a privacy violation. This did not happen until recently, so it feels like it was a conscious programming decision in a recent update. Very hostile!

No Intent to Help. This might be my first App Store review, but it’s necessary. I ordered from a Thai place at 8, clearly understaffed, and the order came at 10. If they didn’t do delivery, I would’ve picked up the order. I might’ve even just gone to eat there. Instead, I ordered with this app. The initial scheduled delivery time was 1.5hr later. - I called the restaurant; no response - I called the App, they called the restaurant and relayed the order was in progress - I spoke to the app twice more, eventually I was able to get a hold of the restaurant directly, and they said they were finally delivering the order. It was 1:45hr after I paid the $50 for small family order Again, if you don’t do delivery, just don’t offer it, or outsource. Labor is hard right now - Doesn’t mean 2hr deliveries are okay. Doesn’t mean you refuse a discount or coupon or so much as a complimentary mint. Doesn’t mean it makes sense for a delivery person to be disgruntled that I wouldn’t find meet him in the cold as he waited in his car, rather than come up to the doors, after he knew we had a 2hr delivery. — The first woman I spoke to, when I saw the order was scheduled for 1.5hr later, assured me the restaurant started and it shouldn’t exceed 45min. Why lie? If it was truly so backed up, let me know it’s better to pick up, like I mentioned. — Terrible customer service, and does a disservice to their partner restaurants. Please remove my payment information .

Quick and easy!. This app is really good for filtering your local options when ordering online. My town has lots of small businesses that weren’t able to do online orders during quarantine, so partnering with this app was very good for them. The process with addresses and money is super secure and easy, and you can filter out stores when searching by delivery or pickup so that you know which ones are able to deliver, and which businesses can’t. I’m very happy my local Chinese and Mexican cuisine restaurants paired with this app to make ordering easy and accessible to everyone!

Are there any honest reviews on this app?. I placed an order several days ago. The food was some of the worst Chinese takeout I have ever ordered. Really poor quality stuff. So, I decide to write a negative review (1 star). I wait the two days or so for the review to post.... nothing. Five days, nothing. Then I looked at the other reviews for this carryout joint and the last posted review was from 2 months earlier. The posted reviews were all 4 and 5 star, with one 3-star review where the wording was still favorable. Now that’s bunk! No reviews in 2 months and all favorable? More likely, there were no positive reviews in that gap. My guess is that it takes 2 days for someone behind this app to weed out the bad reviews one-by-one before posting just the good ones. The other problem I had was when the app said my latest restaurant choice was located just 8 miles from my friend’s place where I was having dinner. I cranked up the GPS and headed out (without looking at the time/distance stats unfortunately). It turns out the place was 22 miles away, not the 8 reported by this app. This app is going in the trash where it belongs.

Convenient and quick !. I like how this app provides you with the most near by restaurants , provides hours and the menu and it’s simple to place a order . Just recently I had made a order and the restaurant I ordered from called me within 5mins to Inform me they could not deliver my food to me and I need to contact the app and cancel the order and get a refund . I was freaking out due to the amount I spent and knowing I wouldn’t be getting my order and how difficult it would be to get this resolved! Luckily they provide you with a number in your email that confirms your order to call if there is a problem and I was able to speak to someone in a fast timing to resolve the issue and cancel my order and get a refund ! That was so appreciated that it didn’t take me a arm and leg to resolve the problem.

They do not communicate with their vendors. This is so unfortunate that they don’t communicate with their vendors when someone places an order. Then the customer is left waiting for an hour and 45 minutes on an random Tuesday night and the restaurant is stuck giving away free food. I’ve ordered directly from this store before and never had an issue, but recently noticed an online order option. That took me to BeyondMenu as an order service. It was outside of the order window but all signs said I could order ahead, not actually possible. They didn’t tell the restaurant. The menu was easy to order from online but I won’t be using their service again, because I read the exact same review from another city and reviewer. Seems like a huge flaw. It’s the order platform not the restaurant. Keep that in mind when reviewing. And when calling the restaurant make sure they know which platform you used and that they actually got the order.

Been using this app for years. I found the app by accident while on vacation I think about 7 years ago while wanting to order takeout, and I’ve been using it ever since, after finding that many of my favorite takeout locations use it. So far in all the years I’ve had this app, and through many different devices, I’ve never really had any problems using it. My favorite part of the app is that it eliminates the language barrier between the wonderful employees at my favorite restaurant, and myself. One particular place I like to order from, I used to find it difficult to get my order in because of said language barrier. Of course it never stopped me because they are the sweetest people and the food is excellent, but still. The restaurant receives the order very quickly and I’ve never run into an issue. Some of the things people are complaining about or involving the restaurants themselves. Such as hours not being updated, or menus being inaccurate. The app shows what the restaurant tells it to. So if your restaurant is not updating their hours on the Avenue, take it up with the restaurant, not the developers.

Awesome!. This is my first time trying this app and I ordered from Rositiceria Da Gigi. I made my order through the app, so I can have it delivered to me. They gave me the option to add anything I’d like to my order and they followed every single instruction. They were great and I got my order so quickly! Very good and fresh food mmmm! I also called them after my order, to ask if in the future, I can order anything I wish in the morning or it has to be only breakfast, and the woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful, and she told me I can order anything I want on their menu at any time, which I love! Since I get different cravings at different times. I will definitely continue ordering from them!

Reliable. The first time that I tried this app, I was skeptical. But I was also pretty hungry so I took the risk. Everything went smoothly and I got my Chinese food and life was good. Since then, I’ve used this service with confidence many times. Its a reliable service, and the user interface of the app is intuitive and user friendly. Don’t have any complaints. Trust me, if these fools would have gotten between me and my food, I would have unleashed some serious internet rage through this review. But I honestly can’t complain. Edit. Bad App!. I’ve use this app if you times as where I live in Hollister California there’s only one restaurant on here a Chinese restaurant that says they’re open until 9 PM around 830 I spent five minutes putting an order together only to find out they weren’t taking orders after wasting my time and entering all my payment info. Then I try sending a message through the app just to request that at a restaurant will not take orders it should say so at the beginning and not let a customer spend five minutes going through the menu and updating payment just for nothing. Unfortunately on the app if you go past a few lines on your smart phone the send button slowly disappears under the keyboard with no way to close the keyboard or exit and send a message which is pretty darn stupid it’s almost like someone made this up and just published it without actually using it time to delete it

First use. Used this App , Ordered online to a local Restaurant for pickup. Worked Great , business had a hard copy of my order with expected price. Every thing was done without any complications and easy to use app , and menus from my local Restaurant. Intend to use this App a lot in the Future. I see several post here about payment problems . You have an option to Pay upon Arrival. I use that method with no problems. Used this App several times and pay the Restaurant when I pick up my food . That way it eliminates the problems presented here about someone You don’t trust with your private information. Try using the Option to pay at pick up. Your Welcome ! Also you can set up payment methods on the App if you’re comfortable doing that . I don’t do it myself .

THE MOST HONEST food ordering service. Many places like Grubhub mark up every price on the menu, others like Uber eats charge 15% for the privilege of using their service and then you need to pay additional gratuity to the restaurant so it’s like paying gratuity twice. However BeyondMenu doesn’t do any of those things! They just publish the menu and encourage you to add a tip to the restaurant. The only downside, if the restaurant doesn’t deliver, they don’t offer their own delivery service. It is simply another business format. Not sure why they call it BEYOND menu when they only publish the menu and take your order...

Szechuan Bistro offers the best service. This restaurant offers great service. And now through their app, it’s very easy to order. The app offers a full menu selection, secured payment system, and tip options. The entire ordering process is very easy and user-friendly. I called the restaurant within one minute after I placed the order using the app and they were already aware of the details of the order, confirmed the approximate delivery time, and confirmed the address. Efficiency and trustworthiness to their best! Well done. Of course, the food is delicious!! Thank you!

Avoid this service. Worst experience ever! They charged my card then called restaurant and told them not to prepare my food. What a gawd-awful mess they caused. I went to pick up my food in 20 minutes as advised and the restaurant told me that although I was charged, this company told them not to prepare or release my food. Stupid idiots. I called Beyond Menu and after a very annoying conversation w their moronic staff they told me they’d call the restaurant to release my order. This all happened at the restaurant. My order should have been ready. Finally after waiting again, Beyond Menu called the restaurant and told them to release my food. Then the restaurant began preparing my food and I was out 15 minutes later. What a terrible experience Beyond Menu added to what is otherwise normally a simple order process for take out food. This happened during dinner rush. Not as if the restaurant needed all the aggravation this company caused them either.

BeyondMenu. Are use this app every time I want to order from a Chinese food restaurant that China Wokery in North Port. It’s on several different delivery sites however this one is a more accurate website for the restaurant delivery fees are more reasonable and they contact me to make sure that my order is correct when they receive it and if I need anything special or special instructions are confusing they let me know. The only drawback is there’s only one or two restaurants on it they need to build up their clientele so that they will be able to compete with GrubHub and door dash and Uber eats and the lakes there’s so many different apps out there that you can use in order to compete they’re going to need to build up and have more restaurants and more ways than one to deliver because they accept PayPal debit or credit cash they’re one of the only few that will allow you to pay in cash when they deliver that’s another nice thing so they’re really quite a good site and I would love to use them for other things.

Wouldn’t recommend. I definitely wouldn’t use this app again. The app gives zero update on when they will arrive, if they have gotten your food yet, or anything! Very frustrating honestly. I called customer service because it had been an hour after I ordered and hadn’t heard anything. I understand if it’s not the fault of the delivery driver, but I wish there were updates. Customer service was busy and got no answer. Got an email responding later, but they continue to call me two days after at 10 pm which feels like a ridiculous hour? I thought to use the app because it was recommended by the restaurant I ordered from and want to support local business during this pandemic, but I’d rather use a more reliable app that gives updates and you have some sort of communication with your driver.

Convenient Idea, Flawed Execution. I have downloaded this app for times over the course of 2016 and 2017. Each time I attempt to use it some part of the app does not work. The menu navigation does not flow naturally, The option to scan credit card information will not work with Discover or Any card where the information is printed on and not embossed, there must be a discrepancy between the servers time in local time of the end-user as you are never able to order time restricted items such as lunch specials during lunchtime in the eastern time zone. And finally as far as privacy and security are concerned I can walk into any local restaurant that accepts BeyondMenu ordersand usually find orders lined up with the BeyondMenu logo that has credit card information printed right across the top, i'll be at this last point should be the responsibility of the store not the app creators but food for thought for upcoming revisions.

Very disappointed. I have always used this pizzeria . I’ve gone here once a week while living in JC. Now I’ve moved to Bayonne by Marist HS delivery has become complicated. On many occasions I was not giving my complete order. Not major, only garlic knots however I did pay for an item I’ve never received 3xs. ( stopped ordering them) Now since we all have been “quarantined” I order a lot online. The last couple of delivery drivers have been HORRIBLE. One couldn’t find where I lived. Second one was rude and had an attitude for w/e reason. All of the other drivers told me this was the easiest delivery they’ve made. Now today I placed an order online and it was canceled for w/ever reason. As much as I like the food here, today will be my last time ordering from you. .

The OTHER food delivery app. I use BeyondMenu all the time. They’ve got my favorite Asian restaurants on it. Ordering delivery through BeyondMenu almost always turns out to be cheaper than doing the same thing with GrubHub, Seamless, Caviar, DoorDash, etc, as they don’t seem to add service fees ON TOP of your order, like those services do. And often, the minimum order is less than it is on those other services, too, so I don’t have to order quite as much food to get my meal delivered (I’m just a single guy. I can only eat SO much). I get the feeling that BeyondMenu also costs THE RESTAURANTS less, as I suspect they don’t charge as much of a fee as the others (I don’t KNOW this. I’m just guessing), so I suspect it’s better for the restaurant. So, if I can help it, I try to go with BeyondMenu first, and THEN the others. They definitely seem more geared towards Asian restaurants, though, so if you’re looking for a salad from MIXT, it might not work for you. In any case, I appreciate BeyondMenu.

First time ordering; NOT a success. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money. It seems it’s more of the restaurant’s fault than the app however, app should be making sure the businesses it’s promoting know how to access and work it. Menu items didn’t match the restaurant menu. Was shorted a ton of food but on my lunch break from work so couldn’t wait any longer. Was charged MUCH more than what all said I would owe. Complete disaster. Great idea but the restaurant employees didn’t even know how to access my order in the first place. They then called someone on the phone to translate to me all the items I placed for order that they didn’t have. I lost even MORE money because I was late getting back from my lunch break while waiting for food that I hadn’t even ordered. Definitely need to get with this restaurant and figure things out. Their website leads straight to this app as an option for online ordering and I get there and get lectured for not calling my order in! Don’t think I’ll be using this again but if I ever do; it will NEVER be with this restaurant. What a mess! 😕

Needs some work. I’ve been looking for an alternative to Uber eats as it is so expensive, so I tried Beyond Menu. Pro- much more extensive menu offered on their app versus others. I’ve noticed with a few restaurants on other apps post a limited menu while BM posts the entire menu so you won’t miss anything. Cons- one is that you can’t track your order or delivery. Once you submit it, you have no idea if and when your food is coming to you. This is especially not idea in the era of Covid when delivery people don’t ring the bell so you don’t know when your food arrives. Second con is that the app doesn’t always update. Meaning you can order food from restaurants that are closed. For what we reason, the restaurant is still listed even when not open and if you submit the order it will say confirmed! But it never comes.

Wok House AND Beyond Menu messed up!. Wok House AND Beyond Menu did not fill our order very promptly! We ordered at 5:35 PM, called to follow up with the restaurant at 6:20 PM who said they ‘think’ our order is on its way because they couldn’t see it in their kitchen. AT this time, according to the app, it shows that the order was delivered to the restaurant at 6:21 PM. We then called to follow up with Beyond Menu again at 6:45 PM since St. Albert is no more than 15 minutes from end to end. They called back at 6:50 PM to let us know that the restaurant says the food is on its way. We called the restaurant again at 7:01 PM and they said it would be eight minutes. It has been 25 minutes and still no food has arrived. I called back for the final time and the delivery driver himself answered the call saying he had just arrived back for the order and would be here within ten minutes. That call was at 7:27 PM. We finally called and cancelled the food and refused the food at the door.

Fast simple and reliable. As the review title says beyond menu is fast simple and reliable. I have ordered food from them for at least the past 4 years and have only had an issue once which was taken care of to my satisfaction immediately. No tack on fees and plenty of great places to choose from. Unlike Uber eats you don’t have to pay monthly for free delivery. I’m sure the food is marked up to reflect the free delivery but I don’t mind one bit as this is a convenience service. Food delivered to my door fast without the need to get dressed or get in the car.

Notifications. I use this App pretty frequently based on the restaurant options in my area vs. what is available via Door Dash and GrubHub. I really wish the notifications were as solid or even close to those of Door Dash. I always select ASAP for a delivery option but there are no time frames and no options to check status of order. Other than the initial confirmation of order, one does not receive any updates. Also, there are no time frames listed for delivery options. It would be really helpful to know this info upon ordering food because sometimes that is a large consideration.

Works great for the restaurant we use!. We use this to order our Chinese food and the only thing it doesn’t do is the restaurant let us know if we request a specific time for our order instead of ASAP, the restaurant can’t actually see a time requested. Once they told us that, it’s worked great every time! Sounds like the people complaining about the app are actually having problems with the restaurant themselves or the credit card companies, not the app. We always get what we order and it’s always hot, but again that’s because of the restaurant we’re ordering from, the app just makes it convenient for us.

Poor customer service. Food is okay just typical thia food nothing different then any other restaurant. I did enjoy ordering from them because of convenience and location; however, after today will definitely look at best Thai in Lincoln city. The man behind counter on microphone is as rude and when asked for my pick up gave me a checks and was demanding I pay for the bill. The bill wasn’t mine and I said that it he still wanted me to pay. He then helped the person behind me since they stepped forward and took their order even though I had patiently waited while the couple in for t of me ordere and payed. I had prepared and was treated horribly.

Best Take Out In OP. We’ve been ordering from this place for over two years and despite the fact that we have a large family and usually order $50-$75 worth of food at a time they have never gotten it wrong and it’s always good. The fact that we get a free soda anytime we spend over $50 may not seem like much but it makes me feel like they care just that much more. Always friendly, always fast and always good. What more can you ask for?

Ok the app itself is cool. No problems w/ that. I guess my prob is w/ the restaurant. East China was my favorite Chinese spot here in Montgomery. I did the order online BOOM cool I called to make sure they got it again BOOM cool beans they added baby corn to my veggie plate I wanted that made me love it more. Where I got irritated was like 3 things from my order were missing fried rice two egg rolls! BAM I call and I’m told they just made my order of beef and broccoli a large instead of giving me the egg roll and that the next time I come in just tell them they owe me a free egg roll and fried rice. BAM my prob I traveled 18 minutes w/ my sleepy kids to get what I thought was turning out to be good service! I’m highly disappointed and I think I’ll be searching for a “new” favorite Chinese food place... 👎🏾 that’s it for me.

Good Chinese Food. Been a patron of Jade Palace for years. We typically get take out, but do eat in from time to time. The food is always good, take out service is quick and prices are reasonable. Nice size portions. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. Great little touches like when dining in, they give you pineapple and fortune cookies with your check. We've gotten a variety of Chinese food here, sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, steamed and fried dumplings, broccoli and brown sauce, bone in spare ribs,. Lo Main, spring rolls, fried rice, egg drop soup, wonton soup, cold sesame noodles, all delicious!

Quick & Easy Ordering. We love using this app to order from our local restaurants. It makes it easy to take our time deciding what we want and being able to see the menu. Everything is paid in advance so we just have to pick up our order. It also really helps that we get a text message when the food is ready so we don’t have to enter the restaurant until it’s necessary. We’ve also used it for delivery and we love that as well. We’ve used it many times now. We are very pleased.

This app is really simple but well designed. It allows for comments with each item ordered, to specify a pick up time, and even to leave a comment at the ordering screen which is useful because I say “I’m arriving on the 5:10 train across the street and will come in for pickup after.” Then the restaurant knows exactly when I’m coming and prepares accordingly even though I can only choose a pickup time in 15 min increments. Well done!

Love it!. The process was fast. At 1st when you select your 1st order for delivery they send you to fill out the address part then they place you back to the ordering system. When I finished my order. It literally took 25 minutes for them to come. I was pleased🤗. Usually delivery takes a minimum wait of 45 minutes. Thank you oh and my food was lovely. I got steamed veggie dumplings, a small order or chicken and broccoli with water rice and the garlic chicken with white rice. Hit the spot. Food wasn’t greasy at all. Thank god. I totally recommend this app. Fast and easy to use👍🏾.

In response to Pugmom214. I understand your frustration and dilemma, but it appears that you blame the app makers without officially knowing how the whole system works. Once an order is placed, it is up to the restaurant’s point of sale setup that allows it to print orders and receipts, not the app nor the website. If they did not set it up correctly (as in automatic printing of online orders or see the notification an online order has been received) then they will not have received the order. Hope this helps in understanding what went wrong with your order.

Unable to resolve issues with the restaurants they feature. I had recently placed an ordered with a local Indian restaurant through their iPhone app. I had selected “mild” for all the dishes selected, and when the food arrived it was the spiciest I have ever experiences. No one in my family could eat the food. I called the restaurant, but they referred me to Beyond Menu. When I called Beyond Menu, they referred me back to the restaurant. In the end I was stuck with food that was inedible, and a full charge to my credit card. Beyond Menu adds no value in using their interface, other than being a ineffective middle-man. There are other food delivery services that provide a guarantee for the orders that are placed through them. I’ll give them my business in the future.

Great!!!. If you don’t mind answering the door, it’s cheaper and faster than Uber Eats or any other food delivery service. The staff delivers the food when it’s ready. It’s basically like calling into a restaurant that delivers and placing your order. It’s better because there’s no misunderstandings about your order like when using a phone and, when paying with a card, you don’t need to give your info to whoever is on the other line

Literally a scam. They literally make their own websites for different restaurants without their permission. If you found this app via a restaurant’s website that website isn’t the restaurant’s at all. Found this app via what I thought was a local restaurant site only to be confused when there was literally no delivery fee or taxes. Turns out I had been redirected here by these scam artists which had gotten their fake website placed above the actual restaurant webpage. This ‘service’ slowly tries to direct all consumers to their own website instead of the legit one so that the restaurants have no choice but to pay their ridiculous fees. Some restaurants don’t even use this service but their listings are present in the app. Shady af.

Who’s to blame?. My food arrived 90 minutes after placing my order. I contacted BM with my concerns after an hour and spoke with a very nice lady who said she was going to contact the restaurant and would call me back. A few minutes later she did, explaining that there was a delay at the restaurant and the driver was late picking up the food. Worth noting that this was on a Monday afternoon, not a Saturday night. After a trip to the ice machine to chill a warm soda and a spin in the microwave to warm some lukewarm food, I was finally able to sit down to dinner to what was probably better (sea)food before being nuked. Ultimately I never knew for sure which party dropped the ball but I am sure that if BeyondMenu hopes to compete with the likes of Grubhub and DoorDash, they have their work cut out for them.

Terrible design and service: a rip off. This was the worst food app. I ordered from a restaurant and then was told the restaurant was closed. The order disappeared from my recent orders so I figured it didn’t go through. As it turned out BeyondMenu put it through as a future order so someone showed up the next day while I was at work and tried to give me the food I hadn’t wanted. The restaurant charged me and told me to complain to BeyondMenu and then BeyondMenu told me it was all my fault. The customer service was terrible. So was the app not having a way of seeing whether your order went through or cancelling an order. Or having clear info on a restaurant being closed. It was just a dreadful experience and I’ll never use this again.

Complete waste of time. Used it to order, crashed repeatedly. Finally got order in after 15 minutes and got multiple calls that some box was not checked so they needed to charge an additional $3.50 up charge so please call them or the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they said the order had already left and it was fine. The app provider called again and said they had called the restaurant and still needed charge me. For crying out loud take the $3.50 and stop freaking calling me. The box wasn’t checked because I had to recreate the order every time it crashed. I will never use this app again and will Just call the restaurant in the future, which by the way is DELICIOUS!

Kindness First. We we stranded and locked our keys in our car while waiting for our food. It was cold and we had to wait for a while to contact help, (Ps, also very Grateful to Our Local police for letting us use their phone after clearing an accident at the same time where fortunately no one was hurt! ) Evergreen staff were awesome as they kept us warm, gave us tea and we still had the best dinner when we got home. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness along with Fantastic food. Thank you again, SRM & RAM

Terrible Customer Service. We placed an order for Takara through the Beyond Menu website that we have used for at least two years to deliver from this restaurant and received an email confirmation. After an hour and 45 minutes (which still seemed feasible because the delivery times are usually terrible) we called to check on our order and were told that they were no longer accepting orders through Beyond Menu. Beyond Menu had already charged my account for $60+. When I called and asked them to make it right, as we had no dinner and were out $60 for 3-5 business days, both insisted there is nothing that can be done to ensure we get dinner this evening.

The best way to order Chinese. This app works very well for us. There’s only one area restaurant that utilizes it so our experience is limited to that one establishment. But we have been very happy. Our orders are accurate and delivered promptly. I like that I can pay via Apple Pay and include the tip. The app allows pictures of dishes in case we want to try something new. The format is laid out very well and makes it easy to place an order, delete an order, and browse the menu. Will continue using.

PAYMENT PORTAL NEEDS HELP!!!!!!. I've been using this app for a few years. For the most part it's worked seamlessly with no issues. I order my food and it gets to me in a timely manner, no problems. Recently (over the course of my last 5-6 orders) the cards I have saved in the app will NOT work!!! I tap a card I have saved and it will read "sorry, this restaurant does not accept this form of payment" (the cards are Visa... so...)I'm still able to proceed with my order by manually entering the card that's already saved in the app. So now I have a list of the same card number, none of which that work. Hoping the low stars will get someone's attention because it is BEYOND ANNOYING!

Best Chinese food ever had!. My whole family fell in love with the food the first time we tried it and never ordered anywhere anymore but here. The staff are all friendly and will make you feel like you’ve been friends for a long time even when you just met them. They make you feel at home and long time friends when they see you. The restaurant is very nice and clean. We don’t have anything bad to say about this place but all good. Happy to have found this place. All food taste good and it’s like a home made cooking not like a typical Chinese food from some place.

Very Convenient. Beyond Menu is my go to app for ordering food when I have had a long day at work. I am able to keep record of my recent orders which is very convenient. When my kids use it to order food, I am able to see what they are getting & know they are getting a good meal When staying after school for sports. I have never had an issue with this app or any of the restaurants on it.

Good app works wonderfully. Had no issues with the app like others have of course I don’t order nothing fancy or special just simple things and I don’t change it to what I want I think that’s most peoples problems they order something and change it to what they want and when it’s wrong blame the workers people don’t realize when you order something and change it you throw the employees off of their routine and how they are trained to prepare the orders SO PEOPLE STOP GETTING SO UPSET WHEN THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER THAT YOU CHANGED THAT IS NOT THERE ROUTINE FROM TRAINING SO RELAX AND HAVE A LITTLE RESPECT FOR YOURSELF AND THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY

Easy to use, but lots of scrolling. The app is easy and takes multiple forms of payment, even cash (not that I am ever at an ATM in Covid-land), and you can send a auto-calculated tip for your favorite percentage. The one thing I don’t like, and this could be more on the restaurant I was hunting, was that there was a lunch tab and an “all day menu” tab but it was a LOOONG list rather than multiple tabs for different sections (this was a Chinese restaurant where they do that on the in-store menu) so I was scrolling a while to find what I wanted. Overall, no kinks and I have used it several times.

The restaurant I ordered from never heard of this service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I ordered through the app to a restaurant we love that is quite a ways away (45-60 min drive). Once we got there they told me that they have never worked with this company nor have they even heard about Beyond Menu before. I had to re-order and wait for my food then drive the hour back home. As you can imagine, dinner was late. What a waste of my time. I called Beyond Menu and they just said “they will call the business to check” and only offered to cancel my order. The customer service agent was brief and did not offer anything other than a flippant “sorry, sir.” I now know why this app was unintstalled the first time. Shame on me for redownloading. Never again.

I like it.. In today’s climate, this allows me to work and get. A variety of foods when I can’t cook or have time to drive and get. Menus are easy and so is the ordering. What’s needed is an ETA for an order. I waited 75 minutes. Called the restaurant, no answer. Called Beyond Menu. They checked with the restaurant and got back to me in short order with “my food is being prepared”. Good customer service. It’s been 2 hours and no food yet. Really need ETA and order tracking feature.

Disappointed. I ordered my food from my favorite Chinese restaurant. I ordered everything that I always get. Small pork fried rice,8 pice Crab Rangoon, wanton soup.I got my email notification saying I had ordered “Small pork fried rice,8 pice Crab Rangoon, wanton soup” when I went to the place everything was not really and they told me that I had set a time witch in fact I had not and then they got the food ready and I left thinking everything was going to be there like I ordered. But no my rice wasn’t in the box and my crab Rangoon that was supposed to be 8 pice there was only 4. When I got home and looked at the email again they had sent me another email saying I ordered “4pice Crab Rangoon, wanton soup”. I’m not happy at all!!!!! I will not be using this app again I’m very upset!.

Use to be better. This app is easier to use than DoorDash or Uber Eats for ordering food. It also use to be more amazing because it would only send me notifications about my current food order. Now it sends me several notifications a day to order food despite having it set to only send me notifications about my order. It is starting to be just like the other food ordering apps that I have deleted due to the spam notifications.

East China restaurant. I ordered items from this place, not the first time, when order came the driver stood there and asked how was I going to tip? Cash? I stated it was included in the bill at which time he began to argue that it was not and demanded a tip. He was politely told to leave. They should teach people the rules of the hospitality industry you don’t try to intimidate people into giving money for anything, that could be construed as a attempt robbery. You also cannot expect people to have cash on hand or even give a tip. If you do you need to find another job.

No extra fees!. I’ve never rated an app before but the world needs this. Easy payment options, no up charges, and no service fees. Super simple UI, but you don’t need anything fancy here! In my area there were severely limited restaurant options, but we found a new favorite restaurant we never would have found before. I will use this app time and time again because the cost of the others is highway robbery. I hate calling places, so I’m really happy this exists. Support this business!

Great Food Oak Lawn 102 & Central. This is the third time I've used their online ordering within the last 3 months and they have done an excellent job of fulfilling my order and it has been ready for me by the time I've requested for pickup, I've never had a problem with them and have been ordering delivery from them over 3 years now and my food is always on time, if you like Chinese food then I highly recommend this place cause it's Soooooooooooo Good!!!

Terrible App and Customer Service. I placed an order for pizza, the order went through and BM took my payment. When the order did not arrive, I called the restaurant but was unable to get through. I called BM, and they said they would check. They called back to say that the restaurant had closed. Not only did they accept my money, they said it would take 2-3 days for a refund. Why would it take that long to refund me?! This was my first order via BM, and I will be very hard pressed to order through this app again.

Not up-to-date. I placed an order for pickup through the app. The restaurant wasn’t responding, so I called customer service. I was informed that my order should be ready but they’ll try to contact the restaurant. After waiting over an hour I decided to drive to the restaurant and see if my order was ready. The restaurant was CLOSED. How did the app not know this??? I wasted almost 2 hours and have no food. To be fair, the people I talked to from customer service were nice. But there’s a flaw in the app’s system if you can order from a place that’s closed, have your order confirmed, AND be told that it was probably ready for pickup.

Impossible to place order. No option to select required field.. Was not able to place an order. The delivery time said ASAP on checkout, but I received an error on submit “delivery time invalid”. When I tried to set it manually, both options “ASAP” and “Later” were both disabled and could not be selected, forcing the required field to always be blank and therefore could not select delivery at all. Also the “Pickup” option was disabled as an alternative, making it impossible to place the order. Ended up just calling the restaurant. Also, while trying to enter my address, the edges of the screen would not respond unless touched just perfect (small screen). Made entering the number 0 and deleting typos extremely difficult.

Order from most popular restaurants with ease. Beyond menu allows you to see the full menu from your favorite places. During the pandemic we learned what take out food really means. I chose to pick up my food and order online using Beyond Menu I use it for two restaurants that are rather small in size but the food oh the food is wonderful. I don’t use any of the food delivery apps because I have transportation I prefer to pick it up myself. I am grateful for the service provided by Beyond Menu

Uncomplicated ordering. I’ve used this app several times when ordering from my favorite restaurants and it’s been one of the most uncomplicated ordering apps I’ve had to use. To easy and simply to use. I usually forget my passwords and always have trouble accessing apps when I need them most but with BeyondMenu they remove that factor and have my order history and delivery information ready for me to access. And ordering is a breeze too!

Seems to work fine?. The app asked me to rate so I’m going to say.. seems to work well, easy to use. My one issue was that one time the restaurant seem to not know it had a beyond menu order for me. Not sure if that was the restaurant’s fault or the app’s. Another complaint is that it’s annoying to have to use more than one app for ordering food. I am not sure what else is near me that uses beyond menu. No hate on this company, just how I feel overall with apps we have to download to order food to avoid making a phone call and talking to a human.

Do Not Use. My order was two hours late, was missing an item, and another item spilled in the bag all over the other items. I called the restaurant and the owner yelled at me and was rude. I called Beyond Menu and they assured me that I would be refunded. The owner sent the replacement items (now totaling 2.5 hours late) but I guess beyond menu thinks that it’s okay to get yelled at since they never refunded my money. I emailed beyond menu and gave them time to respond before I posted a review. They never responded. Horrible customer service.

Should not have happened. I called to place my order at 8:09 last night it still wasn’t here an hour later so I called and the lady who answered the phone was very rude I said hi I placed an order an hour ago I’m calling to check on it she said what’s ur address and phone number I gave it to her she said I haven’t put ur order in yet I’m putting it in now I said ok then she said what’s ur number again I gave it to her she said oh it’s on the way it will be there in 10 or 15 minutes bye so I waited a little over 30 mins more called back they kept saying it’s on the way finally the order came after 10pm needless to say very rude ppl and should not have had to wait 2 hours I will not order from there again

App awesomeness!!. This has to be the best app for ordering food that I've EVER come across. It was suggested by a favorite wok/hibachi restaurant. Extremely easy menu to read with recommendations for each menu item. Space for special instructions for each item ordered. It makes you aware of required choices as well (example: steamed or fried rice w/chow mein). Pickup or delivery options, payment options including Apple Pay and PayPal, even figures your tip! I believe that BeyondMenu will become one of my most frequently used apps!!!😎🍱🍤🥢🥡🦪🌮🍕🍔🍗🥨🥐🥯🥓🌭🥗🥘🧇🥙🥟🧆🥪🥩🍜

Garbage. This app says it’s taking the order and charges you- but then doesn’t place the order!!! Utter garbage! If you call a restaurant to order food and they ask you to use this app - say no. Turn and run if you have to. Using this app is the equivalent of asking for a night of sitting around for three hours wondering why your food isn’t ready. It doesn’t help when you call the restaurant repeatedly and they keep telling you they’re just very busy on a holiday and the food will be ready soon. I’ve never reviewed an app before. But seriously - why would I want to voluntarily have a restaurant charge me for food that they don’t get the order for and never make? I like to pick the charities I donate to.

No communication with restaurants. I ordered from two different places last night and when both came with the deliver they expected payment. Neither one knew I had paid on the app and were expecting me to give them my credit card again which I refused to do as I was already charged by Beyond Menu. Need to improve communication with restaurants so they know what orders are coming from BeyondMenu. Also had delivery man ask me why I order from their place because it’s far. Don’t list places that in my area if they are too far to deliver.

Order cancelled for no reason. DON’T USE THIS APP! Called the restaurant to ask how much longer my delivery would be and they told me Beyond Menu cancelled it. When I called Beyond Menu they said they couldn’t verify my credit card so they cancelled the order. I asked how they tried to verify and they said they called me. Since I do not answer unknown numbers and they did not email me to let me know, I had to wait an hour for food that never came and then another hour once I placed the order with the actual restaurant itself. I am still waiting for my cancellation email they told me they sent...This app is useless with poor customer service. Just order from the restaurant itself and save yourself the trouble.

Payment Experience Needs Work. My fave local sushi place switched over to BM. Apparently I used it before so had to re-verify my identity via email, all good. Problems came when paying. The window to scan credit card info was PayPal branded, still all good… But scanning the card was a huge pain (not easy like ApplePay) — took several tries. After a few tries I gave up & entered the info manually — ugh, AmEx not allowed! Pulled out a Visa card & was able to scan it finally. (Tip: Don’t hold the card too far back, must be kind of close to scan.) Other than this, no complaints. I liked the clean interface. The fortune cookie feature was cute.

Terrible experience. Put in order at 7:20pm and it said I’d get my food at 8:30. At 8:40 I call the restaurant and they aren’t even sure if my order is done yet. They proceed to hang up on me and I call back - 5 times. They tell me they are packing my order and it will go out with 3 other orders. Finally at 9:20, I call back and they tell me it will probably be another half hour because he delivered the furthest away first. We are literally 5 minutes from this restaurant. This app is probably the worst delivery app I’ve used. DoorDash, UberEats and Eat24 all give you status of your order real time. This does it. And you can’t trust the “confirmation” time you’re given either. The absolute worst.

Excellent application for ordering food. The application works as expected. It is easy to navigate and even stores previous orders for quick recall. That is probably the best feature; the ability to pick a previous order with one click and have it populate the purchase cart of the particular store. Within about three clicks I have been able to order a previous order from my favorite restaurant with the credit card information already saved. That’s a very nice feature.

Superb Chinese Restaurant. I found Hunan in Amory, MS via the BeyondMenu & Yelp. I live about 20 minutes from it, so I decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I did so. The staff at Hunan are so sweet & kind. They were so very helpful. When I walked in the Hunan, the aromas of the food were incredible. Everything that we ordered was so very tasty. Their prices were excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Hunan in Amory. It may be a small bit of a drive from Plantersville/Tupelo area, but is definitely worth the drive. We had takeaway and plan on eating at the restaurant soon. 100% A+ restaurant, food and especially the incredibly kind staff!!!!!!!!

Great app except for one thing. I love using this app. It doesn’t charge the outrageous fees like the rest of the third party delivery apps. The only problem is that their clock is off at times. When I am trying to order lunch specials from a Chinese restaurant that are available from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, I try to order at 2:20 pm, and I get an error message saying that the items are only available from 11-3, and even though I am within that time frame, I cannot order. I really hope they fix this problem soon.

Very Pleased!!!. My family and I ordered a very Large order which included a couple things from each of the menu options offered. From A specialized Pizza, Buffalo Chicken wings to Crab Ragoons down to the individual sauces and fortune cookies. Our delivery driver saw a huge mistake and turned around to have them fix it before her arrival! Wow wow wow....Thank you for her attention to detail! Everything was absolutely yummy and filling. Individual portions could have fed two and we couldn't be happier! Again we will continue our patronage because we are so pleased! 100% keep it up!!!!
