Can’t edit anything. Only makes things visible but I can’t change what I want to change- menu, hours, etc

Just the worst. Not able to update anything yourself in the app or online. No contact information via email or chat to correct errors. How this company is googles go-to for restaurant information is beyondMe. Worst. Company. Ever.

Beyond Menu is a Scam for restaurant owners.. Beware, their business plan is very shady and dishonest. Beyond Menu hijacks the Google My Business page of restaurants requesting ownership over it. Then after they get control of the page, they replace the restaurant online menu page for their own online ordering platform to generate revenue for them, ALL of this without the knowledge of the owner or manager. They did it against us before and it took my a lot of time and help from google to get our Google My Business page back. Now they are trying to do the same one more time. I wish Google will blacklist Beyond Menu and Kydia Inc from requesting ownership of restaurant they don’t own. Search Google and you will find a lot of complains and information about how they operate.

No good. The company has updated the website which is taking the payment of the credit card then pay the restaurant after half month, who else like to put the money on your pocket for 2weeks? This is funny.

BeyondMenu is a SCAM. Do not partner up with this company. BeyondMenu messes up small restaurants’ Google Business profiles! It did it to my business and it’s making business WORSE.

Stay away!. This company, without my permission, set up a website in the name of my restaurant and claimed my business listing on Google making my listing as a duplicate listing which effectively blocked publishing my own listing which I have already verified with Google. It is a mystery how they did it. I am in the process to regain control of my google listing.

Never again!!!. I have stopped using their services (end of June) but they actually told me to wait 2 months before they can return the money to us. It’s a bad company. The attitude is bad too.Does your company end customer relationships like this?

ClEVIL: claimed and listed our restaurant as No Dine-In during the pandemic. My client’s restaurant operates throughout the pandemic, but her google profile is shown as no dine-in. Thanks to all who posted their experience here. All the claims confirm my suspicion. I don’t understand how Google will even verified them as the rightful owner of a restaurant. Maybe their delivery man took the Google postcard while they are at our shop? The “no dine-in” is really a smart move because it drives all the customers to their business. Except it costs us a toll. Customers seem to have long remember that we remained close.... now it is extra difficult to get them back. Their charges are low comparing to many competitors. But to claim a listing you don’t own and actually change the status to no dine-in is PURE EVIL.

Need more features. There needs to be more options to edit business and menu info and adjust customer orders without calling beyond menu customer service.

Stop forcing restaurants to sign up with you!!!. They FORCE you to sign on like literally HARASS you until you get tired and give up into working with them and they rush the whole process and leave you confused without giving you the full information and then blame it on you saying they told you everything from the beginning and LEAVE YOU AT A GREAT LOSS!!! Horrible horrible company. Trying to get out of working with them ASAP. Customer service is however nice. Everyone was helpful to the best of their ability but Beyond menu needs to do better or not do anything at all.

Worst app. BeyondMenu is the worst app for restaurant! Dishonest and poor customer service! Stay away from it, especially restaurant owners!

Ya Yaa Thai Cuisine. Beyond menu is by far the best online restaurant app with their fast phone call pick ups and no waiting. They are friendly and get to the point with always being helpful. They’re always on it which makes this company a winner! Beyond menu owner app here DOES have the edit menu and business owner edit that you just need to look carefully for. I found all that on my own with this app without the need to call them. So if any of you owners cannot find the edit menu part, look closer more carefully. Read it all. It’s all there. If I can find it, you all should be able to find it too and edit. I have and do. This company beats other online apps big time. Other online apps are so horrible with so many things.

Awful.services. This company stealing my google account and put their info in my restaurant page for online order! This is really disgusting, and their customer service is really rude, keeping calling my restaurant and bother my business, I need to cancel work with them, and suggestion every body don’t use this company, service really awful!

Wah Feng. Beyond menu app is easy to use. They also have great customer service, when ever I call they respond quickly and always help us solve problems.

Need to update their app. They should follow other apps and allow you to have a “busy” mode or to turn off ordering easily (if you’re too busy at the moment). They also need to have a phone number verification for customers so that restaurants don’t have to deal with fake numbers. Their app seems pretty out of date compared to other services. Recently, their “future order” feature doesn’t show the red bar so you can’t even tell it’s a future order unless you’re paying close attention.

Awful service. Customer service are just awful they are bunch liars. You ask them to do something they would say yes just to get you to get off the phone... what is wrong with these ppl??? If there is problems make sure try to solve it with customer don't expect BeyondMenu to help..
