Always have a problem with face recognition. This app sometimes is a real pain , The accessibility sometimes doesn’t always work

Pricing. Don’t like the timing of the pricing of the securities. I think all prices should reset to zero at midnight including mutual funds. During a trading day I want to see my total value change for that day without the overhang of the prior trading day’s mutual funds’ value changes.

Disappointing. For a financial software in this era I should be able to login with fingerprint ID consistently and not need to re-authenticate nearly every login. Since I have access to trade on my own I should have access to real-time prices for all my stocks without the 15 minute delay. I should have real-time updating between both of my USBank banking and investing apps that I can rely on. I don’t. I appreciate the accounts, just not the apps functionality. Interesting that I try to post a nickname and “Frustrated” and “Frustrated Customer” were both taken...

Investment app. Well laid out everything is easy to follow

Great app. The app is very user friendly and easy to use!

Embarrassingly poor ap. This ap is unusable. US bank has the assets to create a release a decent ap, this isn’t even halfway decent. This ap is bad for the us bank brand, either retire it or fix it to get with the times.

Poor App Poor Features. The app is bad enough I would avoid investing with US Bank entirely. Often it isn’t available, the features are junk and there is no help to be found.

Easy to use. Thumbs up

Poor login system. I open this app daily and every time I have to manually enter the password. Not sure if it’s a glitch or just the way it’s set up, either way it’s very frustrating!

Better off using a web browser. Just the laziest “app” ever. It’s literally just a mobile webpage but the difference is that it won’t work 40% of the time. Once you login, you risk being stuck on a random blue page. A company this size can surely afford to develop a better app

Not user friendly. Also you have to pay $50 a year to continue using their platform! Bank of America & Chase don’t do that not to mention Charles Swab as well. They had my address wrong & I was in aware of this fee & since they ONLY communicate with you via snail mail like cavemen I never received a noticed about the maintenance fee so they sold my stock to pay for it! Horrible service! U.S. Bank has gone downhill in so many ways. Also in my checking account theirs been fraud activity that they don’t even catch like my other banks do! And when I make the claim to fraud they take a week to get back to you. With my other banks it’s instant. Once after waiting a week TAT. I called customer service back to inquire on the delay & I was informed that the call was logged about the claim but nothing was done or notated on the system 🤦🏻‍♀️

A “Tainted Review”. I’ll preface my notes by playing the age card. I’m 83 years old,a customer of USB since 1970 which also includes some 30+ years of using USB for my business in the Twin Cities so I’ve pretty much used the spectrum of loans, investing services and personal Bank services exclusively for 54 years. I had a few years of BOA/Merrill investing advice when my Broker left Piper/USB because of better offer or whatever from Merrill. Was never really happy there but over those years, either my wife or myself were able to make end of month transfers from account earnings to our checking or saving accounts. Those are now done by our treasured financial advisor..Greg McCall . We have nothing but confidence and loyalty to him and USB and if he were to leave, we would likely follow him. So, my 3 star rating is I’m puzzled by the need for Greg/asst. having to make the transfers when we did it ouself for many years with Piper(USB) and BOA/Merrill. The tainting then is that and at my age, the digital world is not and never will be very exciting to me. It has produced massive prying into our lives and fraudulent account violations that only worsen as I age. So far, we have only a few credit card attempts but shudder to think of worse scenarios that lie in wait. As my account is set up with paper reporting, it reflects our comfort level needed to review and carry on with USB services. Thank You for offering the opportunity to create this epistle. Login issues. Login opens as a pop up and sometimes refuses to load. Then it does load and you login the spinner is hard to see and sometimes disappears and then nothing happens. I have to close and open multiple times to login once. The regular us bank app functions better with login. Touch ID enabling would be nice.

Disappointing. The new design looks worse than the previous one. No new features and looks like a few features were taken away. Everything was just moved around and "disorganized" to make it less consumer friendly. If I were CEO of US Bank, I would've fired the whole development team a long time ago. Their apps lag so far behind competitors it's not even funny. Lacks a lot of analysis features present in other investing apps.

Not worth it. One the App is not very friendly, 2nd the Algorithm for investing entrusted to the Rob Advisor, does a very shoddy job. For eg My money a considerable amount was practically invested in a money losing scrip. My portfolio value kept on decreasing no matter whether the markets are positive or negative. No beta correlation. I don’t know, had a pretty bitter exp with this. So not worth the time and purely waste of money !!!

Things to work on!!! Better than last version.. They’ve definitely made it easier to view but they need to do a few things. 1. I also want to see YTD and longer term performance 3,5,10 year so I can compare how I’ve done to other portfolios. 2. They should have an option that shows monthly/yearly projected income (dividends) like schwab does. 3. I’m in all MF’s, but hopefully they have it where your stock/etf portfolio is shown trading in real time. There’s no reason a company like this can’t do that. Spend the money improving the app, and thank me later.

President. Good service and feasible app but missing few features

Needs Work. The app needs a ton of work. Also, the automatic investment broker didn’t make me any money in the past two years. I have lost two years in a row with no gains. My personal investment account doesn’t let me withdraw funds it and only gives 100 free trades. Lastly, the app needs a makeover. It’s really not that user friendly or appealing to use.

An utterly terrible app. I’ve been using Etrade and other investing apps since the ‘90s, and recently took over my mom’s accounts at U.S. Bank. You can’t find anything. You can’t DO anything! My god, this investment app is the most horrible outdated functionless piece of garbage I’ve ever seen. I’ve been trying for hours on this app, their website, and the banking app just to find mutual funds they offer, and I’ve completely failed. I’ll be moving all of her money to Schwab as quickly as I can.

Professional app. Excellent, convenient financial information at your fingertips.

Worse investment app on my phone. App is buggy when switching from US Bank app, user interface looks like windows 95 and is very antiquated compared to apps like Chase or Robinhood

App is far behind. This app is a very archaic app. It hasn’t been meaningfully updated in what looks like a decade at least. Poor functionality, poor visibility into investment data and reports. For the amount of money they have under management you’d think they would have a better way for clients to access their portfolios

The problem is on our end?. I’m getting a default of “ try again later the problem is on our end “ of course at the worst possible moment when I’m trying to trade stocks. These are recent problems only. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled again in hopes of it not happening again Erica

Substandard. Login has gotten better over the last several years. But recently, every order I try to enter returns and error message. Most commonly, it tells me that I don’t have any shares of a selected ticker in my account, even when the screen shows me exactly how many shares I do have. As a result, I am unable to complete any transactions that I need to tonight. This is somewhere between a little lame and outrageously dysfunctional.

Fast and solid dashboard. I like the summary and the ability to keep going for more detail.

Some Difficulties. Can’t log in with Face ID without it asking you to enter your login credentials every single time. And now it takes forever to load the investment app just to sign in so you have to go through the banking app to be taken to the investment app to get through logging in.

US Bank investment app. #1. App is slow to load info. #2. App is up to 15 minutes behind on stocks #3. Would love this app to have a widget for quick access. #4. Facial ID fails at times, have to use password. That’s about it

Seems to have more problems recently. I have continually been denied access to my brokerage account. After waiting for some time I can connect with a retry. App should notify me when the problem has been fixed.

Excellent app. All the information I need is easy to access in this app.

Extremely Difficult log in process continually. Awful. Log in issues for years. Face ID awful. I mean I’m not leaving but the mobile platform is horrific compared to competition imo.

Just Basic Information. The update of the market flow is slow. Price is often delayed longer than expected. Nothing like other trading platforms. Far less information and details about the investment. It would be helpful if the gains and losses were colored.

Wish there was a Face ID option.. Logging in is a hassle on this app. Every other investment app offers that option. I have reached out to everyone I could and no one seems to care. Looking at all the past reviews, the people in charge of this app are lazy and don’t care. People have been asking for a better login option for a while now. Nothing has came out of it.

Poor at Best. I have accounts will numerous brokerage firms and I must say your app is the worst. I love USB and you try hard and I’m a shareholder, but come on you need to hire some web talent and completely overhaul your online investing platform. Also, your fees are insane compared to others for buying stocks and executing transactions. You want to grow this portion of your business? Invest in the platform.

Very slow website. The US Bank website and app are very slow, sometimes it doesn’t even load. It needs some major upgrades.

Terrible USer Interface. You would think if lesser companies could make a brokerage app with a good UI then a bank as big as this one could. The User Interface is terrible and lags behind other brokerage apps. I transitioned from Robinhood to US Bank and while I’m glad I did for my money’s sake, I regret it in every other respect.

Login and functionality issues. As noted by another user, it is very difficult to get logged in, and when I finally do, I often get kicked off - sometimes in the middle of trying to do a trade. Very disappointing. Do better US Bank. The regular app is great but this one is not even close.

Not okay…. I am new to U.S. Bank and U.S. Bancorp investments as I thought I found a home to consolidate my financial life. Started with a 401k rollover into the automated investor, all seemed pretty good. Then I found the investments app. This is not okay. What an expectation set by the U.S. Bank app to fall completely flat on the investment app. I hope there is planned updates, I’m giving it about a year, then I’m gone.

Unusable. The login and interface is so unusable, I thought I had downloaded the wrong app. US Bank’s main iPhone app is AMAZING, so I expected this app to be at least as good. (I actually expected it to be better because it’s for people who opted to invest money and, therefore, have some level of disposable income. But I would have settled for “just as good.”) What’s especially annoying is seeing in my US Bank app that I’ve lost on my investment but can’t open the Wealth Management app to see what’s happening. • Can’t log in with fingerprint or Face ID • App never remembers me • Gets stuck loading • Poor design renders this app kiiiind of useless Please get whoever built the main US Bank app to build a better wealth management app. Y’all really skimped on this one.

Wealth builder. Very dependable and easy to use. Need to know some facts about buy and selling . But even as a person who just wants to view it you’ll love it.

Disruptive logout without warning. The app logged users out automatically without warning to see if users still want to remain in the current session. It did it like 5 minutes into using the app. Very annoying and user-unfriendly, disruptive to whatever users were trying to do. This needs improvements.

Great APP. I’ve been using this app for over two years and I absolutely love it.

Still learning. So far it’s a hard app to get use to. I am finding out ways to figure out how to use to better but I’m sure it will be a good app to use once I am use to it.

It’s Brocken, fix it please.. The app has been having issues for few days, why is it not fixed yet.

They charge a heavy commission fee.. You end up paying them more commission than what you make. I prefer my commission free investment app such as Webull, Robinhood, Acorn, Meritrade and other free commission free stock buying and selling app. Every other business are commission free. Get with the program !!

Helpful app. I love it, I use it a lot! Seems like I am on it all the time checking my many different accounts. Makes me feel like I am getting a good value for what. I pay for my phone. Thank you and keep improving it.

App is basically worthless.. The app only gives you basic information. Not even worth having. Very disappointing for a wealth management account.

Nick says:. Navigation on my laptop is awful. I sign in and up comes my dashboard. If I visit my investment accounts first it is fine. If I then go to my checking it is fine. If I try to go back to an investment account it won’t let me, rather it logs me off. Then I have to wait for the system to do something, then I can go to investment - but each time after being on checking I cannot get back to investments. I am on windows 10 and it is fully updated. I tried deleting cookies and cache but that doesn’t help. This is very inconvenient! Why would I rank any higher than 3 stars? Been going on for more than a month.

Clumsy functionality on an iPad. US Bank’s banking brokerage app still as a way to go to perform as well as other trading platforms.

It’s below average compared to competitors. No real time quotes and lacks features that others have.

Glitches often. The app is very unstable and crashes and glitches often. Not great for a stocks app.

Please fix. You cannot seamlessly access the brokerage app from the main us bank mobile app as the description states. Please add this feature.

Won't log in from iPad. The app has difficulty maintaining access to accounts from the iPad. IPhone version is fine. The iPad version is awful!

Well behind competitors. Not iPhone X optimized, doesn’t use face or Touch ID, UI is about 10 years behind. Wells Fargo or Robinhood would be good apps to copy. A company as big as US Bank shouldn’t have an app that is this subpar
