Worst Banking App. This app is complete nonsense when it comes to password changes. It doesn’t store your password on the device which I don’t understand since the user has no access to the account deposited to itself. The password rules are cumbersome and the user has to work with their company’s internal IT department for resets. The reset process makes the user re-enter the temporary password even though it’s entered at the login screen. Garbage.

Phishing attempt. Looks like a phishing app. Don't trust it!

Severe tech issues. Can’t even get logged into this app. Called US bank and they said timeframe unknown. I have to use this for work and this is making doing business literally impossible.

Piece of crap. Constantly have to reset my password....when it works it is fine, but that is rarely!

Awful. Password reset all the time.. within a week at times.. can’t deposit some checks as bd then I’m told it’s my technology even though “my” technology has no problem with other financial institutions

Not One Star!. I can’t believe a remote deposit app this atrocious is supported by a bank !!! The past two deposits took at least 15 minutes an I am still working on the second one! Please recall this app and start all over!

Bad photos. Bruh. I use this app and tell me why I go to take a picture, looking crystal clear on my phone, and then it looks like someone tried taking a photo using their grandma’s 1970 toaster that is being held together by electrical tape:/ if they fixed the camera, it would be a good app

Worst app. The camera is flipped upside down and backwards tried delete the app and reinstalling and now can not login at all please fix this asap

Beware. This would not log into my account and the app didn't look like it was very professional...I think Italy potentially be fishing for your account information.

Password problems. Do not waste your time with this app. When setting a password it always gives the error "password must be at least 10 characters" regardless of how long the password you are entering is. Piece of junk!

Works great love this app. This app is great for all business checks also other checks but working as a landlord I love this app

Unusable. The amount of time you need to set aside in order to deposit a check or money order is absurd. Whether it tells you there’s a duplicate check, (deposit amount can be completely unique to other deposits) or blurry image, or straight up erasing the deposit amount you’ve entered, expect 10-15 aggravating minutes to complete what should take 30 seconds.

terrible. Terrible application, locks you out anytime u change your device and u cant reset your password without calling in.

Terrible app, decreases quality of photos taken. The app rarely accepts a photo taken while it looks crystal clear on my phone before snapping the picture of a check. After taking a picture it reduces the quality and distorts the image. What a joke, probably need to downgrade to an iPhone 3 to get this working.

Stopped working. This app doesn't work with IOS 10, 10.1 or 10.2. Crashes as soon as you click to open it. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
