The best drum app for songwriters. I am a guitarist/songwriter who is both a frustrated drummer and someone who is always trying to get what I hear in my head out. This is the perfect tool for that. The existing patterns get you well on your way with tweaking them easy peasy lemon squeezey. The drums all sound very real with some incredible kits plus again, easy tweaks. Save everything and switch to song mode where you can easily arrange by part and measure. Lastly, it’s easy and very intuitive plus the jam function lets you play parts busier or simpler in a very natural way. Sister program Funk Drummer kills it too. Awesome app!!

quickest drum composition app on iOS. This app is the hands-down iOS winner for making good beats quickly. The UI is super easy to master, there are tons of really good sounds, and you can change up the beat subdivisions and time signatures in any way you like. Add a roll of the dice, a really smart Jam intensity slider (which not only adds subtle changes to the beat but also adds fills), and song mode and this thing kills most any other drum app. It gets the full 5 stars now that it has midi-out implemented, super easy now to record the midi which is great. \m/

Wish I had this long ago!. When I first heard about the Lumbeat apps I was hesitant to give them a try. After purchasing one I had to have them ALL! The Lumbeat apps are truly an enjoyable experience for those who like using iPad for generating their musical ideas. Without exception these apps are a required resource in the toolbox. Don't be like me and hesitate. Dive right in and start enjoying the remarkable experience you will discover. Highly recommended.

Almost perfect. It’s a great app with a lot of options and high quality sounds. I wish tutorials or help info were a little easier to find but it’s not too complicated. I would love to see more kits with round robin also, hopefully that will happen in the future. Great app I’ve been searching for almost exactly this for a while!

Quality drum app but pricey. Giving it high marks for quality and ease of use. Lots of options packaged nicely. Don’t seem to see a lot of jazz beats but mostly rock-centric and can usually find a beat for most styles. Lots of options and the best drum app I’ve used, wish it was a bit cheaper but I’m okay with it if I can use it with iOS upgrades.

Crashes when exporting audio. I bought this app with high hopes. The design is truly great. Unfortunately it crashes randomly when creating beats and consistently crashes whenever I try to export the audio. (I kinda need to be able to export my work.) I've reached out to the developer hoping they will fix these issues. If they fix these issues I will award a 5 star rating. I'd really like to see this get fixed because I'd like to use this for my music production.

Great App- Better than a Live Drummer!. The functionality and layout are well thought out- works well with Audiobus- the variations are only limited by your imagination- I highly recommend this app for anyone making music-

Great teaching aid. I have used this app for a long time now and it has really helped me play with grooves easily and then transfer them to my drum set. It’s so handy to come up with new ideas and I love how versatile it is.

Better than a metronome. I’m a bass player, slave to the rhythm, key to a good bass line is a steady beat....using this app in my practice sessions brings an additional element of entertainment as opposed to a metronome while going through the necessary scales and arpeggios, but also, the variety of drum styles allows me to get my groove on and helps the creative process for developing new bass lines when I’m working alone.

Sounds great. It does sound great, and is very intuitive for making quick rock beats. However it seems over priced for what does do. I should be able to edit the 2nd, and every other measure, without creating a whole new beat. For the price, editing should be better than GarageBand.

Excellent composition tool. Love groove and shuffle functions. Good selection of quality drum samples. midi implementation pretty comprehensive. Effects and eq/mix are nice. Pretty much everything you could ask for in a drum composer. Don't play live anymore so can't speak to that. Much better than the lame kits of Garageband (at least the version I have) and much more customizable and intuitive than Sampletank. Unless I missed it, the only thing I would like would be the ability to import my own samples. But all around I love it and it has helped my productivity enormously. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic!. All of Luis' drum apps are top notch! Wow… He really does a great job of designing the interface and making the beats and the sounds something you can just "plug-in" to any project that you're working on and with several apps he covers most of the bases as far as the songs that I write. Great for composing!. Do you ever get a new idea and want to create it, before you forget it? This app is for you. But, it’s much more than that. It’s a full drum machine and the variety of kits and affects is incredible. By far, my most common use for this app, is to record new ideas and even complete songs. I’m a guitarist, bassist and play keyboards. My studio is jam-packed with guitars, basses, keyboards, effects, amps, mixers, computers, etc. Needless to say, I don’t have the room for a drum kit. Even if I did, I could never have every type of kit I needed. So far, with this app, I haven’t found myself in a position of not having the right kit or sound. When inspiration strikes, the app is always ready to provide the drums. I think I’m also ready to purchase the bass app, and automate my composing even more. Guitar is my main instrument, it’s what I’m best at and that’s where I want to focus my effort.

First time I touched it.. First time I touched it I was trying to figure out how to save what I just did. The app asked me to write a review so here it goes. Right out of the box it is easy enough to manipulate pre-programmed beats to a sound and feel you might enjoy playing along to. I can't give it five stars because I really don't know the app well enough yet for that kind of commitment.

Good Practice Tool and Song Writing Drum Machine. I have most of your percussion aps and find them to be superior to anything else I tried for ease of use and reliability. My only request is would you PLEASE make some modern metal and classic punk beats available. This should be easier to get a crash every bar or every other on a D beat. Templates for manageable heavy intense fills would be bonus.🤘🏽

My dream drum app. This app is freakin incredible.! I’ve played with programming drums for many years. I have never been able to get the hang of it or to get programs to do what I want. This app is so easy. For me, it was the answer. It has beats from a bunch of famous rock songs that you can tweak or just leave how they are. It is so simple to program full songs. This app allows me to finally produce complete songs that I’m proud of. It really rocks.

The Best. This is by far the best sounding drum machine app as well as functionality. It’s almost perfect. Almost. My only issue is that I can’t change the midi Program Change (PC #) assignments for any button in the app. Otherwise, must have for any jammer!!

Great app. It’s like a mix between an expensive computer plugin and a hardware drum machine. Its use also lies somewhere in the middle. I use it more than my computer now actually. I enjoy the midi out a lot, I like it much more than midi export because I can manipulate and hear the changes on the fly. Layering the drums with a 909 to create an industrial rock type arrangement is a good example of its many uses because I’m not really a rock musician anymore. It’s worth the money. And so are all the others.

Can't work without it. Been using it for a year now. It may not seem like the sexiest. But it is. The sounds are great and I feel like i havnt scratched the surface yet. Highly recommend if you like rock or at a slow bpm RandB.

Cubasis 3 & Rock Drummer. Having some problems in the new cubasis, not sure if this is on cubasis or on lumbeat, but when I load the app through cubasis it doesn’t allow me to hear the drums like it does in cubasis 2 but for everyone reading these apps are amazing! Just want to use the new cubasis 3 but seems to have a few bugs as of now. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sooo Close. This is an awesome app with some issues. Crashes a lot. There are very few User spots for your own grooves - which is really bizarre since it’s a drum machine. Saving is inconsistent. But the sound and functionality is pretty amazing. I love the layout and the flexibility to create odd timed groves. It’s good enough that I’m willing to wade through all the glitchy issues and use it for writing projects.

Works great with Korg Kronos!. I am using this app to sync midi clock and have direct control over all kinds of nuances in real time with my Korg Kronos. This means it’s drums, sequences, etc are locked down as well in perfect sync. Very useful for practicing without a live drummer, I would highly recommend to anyone!

Demo was great, the full upgrade is better. Sure it's expensive, but there isn't any other drum machine app that is this good for iOS right now. I'm a poor broke musician and can barely afford guitar strings or drum sticks per month, but this was worth saving my $15 I usually spend on them for two months to get this.

Awesome Drum Machine!. I love these apps! Very helpful in the Beats department, get to spend more time making and playing music, less time driving myself crazy programming beats! Worth more than what you’re charged. Also the sounds are top notch!

Gets me so close to what I want. I’m very particular about what goes into my music. I use this a lot when trying to work out the arrangements. I always write the drum parts last and this helps me before I begin nether drum tracks.

Worth the price!!. This app is what I’ve been looking for in a drum app. Extremely intuitive, tons of options and virtually no learning curve. User interface is very well thought out and as soon as I opened it for the first time it took about 1 minute to start jamming. This app succeeds where many fail. I have had this app for about a half hour and already feel comfortable using it. All the features and controls are where you would want them to be and changing something is not some daunting task like some other apps. Total creative freedom. I am not affiliated with the developer nor was I paid to write this. I paid $18 like everyone else. I haven’t downloaded the others like soft drummer or funk drummer. I wish they would offer a bundle, but honestly if my money goes to making more apps like this, I am fine with that. Just buy it and don’t overthink it.

Great Acoustic Drum Machine. The sounds alone are fantastic but then add in the ease of programming, especially ghost notes and such, coupled with a tremendously useful song mode and Rock Drum Machine is definitely my go to Drum Machine. I’ve tried a bunch and this is the closet of come to an acoustic set and the best sounding overall. Great job, keep the coming.

Rock On Baby!. Again, owner of 2 of the other drum apps by Luis, and still can’t get enough of them! This Rock Drummer app is superb! Ingenious! Outrageous! So easy to fall in love with this app. I really don’t write too much feature details when I totally fall for an app that moves me this much. All I can do is sing it’s praises! Nuff said? Sound, programming, and that amazing ability to step write your own starting grooves, too awesome! I’m buying more!

The Shiznitz!!!. This has been and continues to be one of my most favorite apps ever! It's really easy to use, it sounds great and the new version is even better still. Love it Love it Love it! I wish they would allow it to operate as a midi instrument and be able to export each drum sound individually for multitrack purposes. I’d also like to be able to use Soft Drummer to trigger the sounds from Rock Drum Machine, that would be really cool! Even with my wish list I’d highly recommend this app over all the other Drum Machine Apps by any other company. Oh and by the way Soft Drummer is also another Home Run!!!! Awesome Stuff!

Awesome app!. Is just like playing with a real drummer. Only complaint I have is that each sample only have one level of sensitivity, so, for some situations it‘s too much of a jump in dynamics. It would have been nice to have 2 or 3 sensitivity levels per sample.

Does what I need it to do. I was looking for an iPad app to use when our worship band doesn't have a drummer, and this is perfect. It's quick and easy to program songs and it sounds great. The variability of jam intensity helps to add freshness to the beat patterns so they don't sound like a machine. I have the app on my iPad and iPhone, and it seems very stable on the iPad but it crashed on my iPhone the first day I used it, so I think I'll stick to the iPad version.

Top notch for my needs. An incredible app, the best drums on the AppStore hands down! Sounds are incredible, swing and attack really get an incredible vibe going. I haven’t used it to integrate with GarageBand or the like, but look forward to using it for my own productions.

Awesome!. Really loving this app. If it could export the songs you create to a wave file. That would be great. Then you could then import that into a DAW (GarageBand for instance) and creative some music. That would just make this incredible! Possibly the app does this, but I have not found it yet.

Almost just works by itself.. I've been using this and a couple other Luis Martinez apps for a couple years now. My most recent buy was MidEast Drummer and I've already used it in a song. It's so easy to get a beat going that inspires you to play. I pick up my guitar or my bass and just start jamming along. Sometimes I have a specific riff and I have to alter the beat to what I need and that's easy enough. In fact setting up an entire song is a breeze. With all the apps Ableton Link enabled I can even have them all playing different parts in perfect time together. One problem I have with many drum machines is that tapping in fills can be a real pain. Adding ghost notes and minor changes so that the beat sounds natural are also usually advanced stuff in other drum machines. All that is easy stuff with a simple slider. Tell it how complex you want it and it comes up with stuff on its own. It's amazing. If you need a drummer and you don't have a real one available, these are easy to use, great sounding, and natural sounding apps. Only drummers will be able to tell it's not a real drummer... and even then, maybe not.

Dude. How do you do it??. Every drum machine you do is brilliant! I have a request. “Jazz Drummer”. Old school Blakey style nasty kits with big dark cymbals ! (?? 😬) and maybe a way to use the samples between the apps that you purchase. ? Those are requests not what I would call improvements. I don’t know how you could make these better or easier to use. I’ve sold this app for you quite a few times from my big mouth. And good musicians should have good tools. A lot of guys don’t live within 40 miles of a real drummer. Here ya go! And this one won’t smoke all of your weed 👍🙌

Rocking Beats All Night Long. This is what I always love about Lumbeat apps, they kick and keep on kickin’. And Rock Drum Machine most certainly follows in that tradition. I’m unable to pick a favorite from any of the Lumbeat apps I own because I love them all, but let’s just say that Rock Drum meets my rhythmic needs 100%. Highly recommended!

Best Drum App I've used. This app has the closet ability to match a real drummer I've seen. I spent years programming drums machines, using loops, etc and this sounds (and feels) like there is a real drummer behind you. If you are doing solo recording stuff on your own, or wanting to to try out a song you wrote with a drummer before presenting it to your band, I recommend getting this app.

Awesome!!. Not sure how I missed this app, inspiring to say the least, as a guitarist I don't want to spend all day on programming drums, a little nip & tuck and you'll make a great drum track, flawless in Auria Pro and with IPhone app I can make drum tracks on the go, My search has ended for iPad drums, this is a great app!!

Incredible drum sounds!. This is by far the best drum app available. While a bit expensive, Realistic sounding drums and a variety of styles, kits, rhythms, song mode, etc... make it totally worth the price of the app. I also bought the 2 in-app purchases (John/Mike). It’s fun to jam along with the legends and their different styles/soundsets! I hope they decide to add more legend packs in the future! A Danny Carey add-on would be awesome! Overall, this is a great app! Very impressed!

I love this app!. The Lumbeat drummers are my favorite drum apps. The changing, realistic fills are the #1 reason why. The addition of MIDI export and MIDI assignable controls makes this one even better. The only improvement I could think of would be a function similar to EZDrummer’s Tap2Find, where you could “train” the initial drumbeat, then let the algorithm add variations. Still, for jamming and writing purposes, this is the best app I’ve ever used!

Definitly NOT a toy - serious flexibility. I have had their drum apps for years on various ipads and iPhones. They always work, sound good, and flexible enough to get a realistic performance. Buy them, use them, and see what songs come together using these drum apps!

All of em’. The sounds are great. Each day I come home and but another. I have em all but Reggae drummer and Brazilian drummer. They probably will follow. I wish the sounds were all in one app and your u didn’t have to switch. Also: programmable tempo per pattern. Some beats are always at that tempo for a particular song. Also: midi tap tempo! Very important. It’s a lot to juggle; switch apps, change tempo change kits... does rock drummer remember the kits? I’ll try relaunching. Occasionally the midi Bluetooth fill button won’t work. I know the bugs are running away and it’ll just get better. The sound!,!! Nice.

Great after figuring it out the basics.... Would have been five stars except I had to spend so much time trying how to figure it out. Still haven’t found a manual on how to start using it. I just had to mess around and still don’t know what I’m missing.

Really Tight. Surprisingly Deep. TWSS. This app is sweet man. It does so much more than I thought when I made the purchase. Subdividing the beats is so essential. The variety of sounds and presets was a pleasant surprise. I kinda wish there was an export option built-in, but it works great with Audiobus apps. My primary drum machine before this app was Garage Band. Rock Drum Machine might be a learning curve for some, but I found it mostly intuitive. I was skeptical of the interface too, but getting to try with the Lite version really opened my eyes. This app is worth it. The glitch with the red bar across the screen was fixed in the last update. I emailed support about it so you’re welcome. Haha!

Amazing. I love this app and the other Lumbeat apps. As a drum machine this is fantastic for practice or jamming and just as good as a stand-alone hardware drum machine. It would be great if all of the drummers and styles could all be in one app (with in-app purchases) and if the apps could be further optimized for live use and integration with other apps.

Great sounding drums. Everything works as it should. When I bought this, I intended to use it from within Cubasis 2 on my iPad. So far Cubasis has not recognized it as neither an audio unit or IAP. Looking for work around or fix. Will update if I’m able to solve it

Please add midi mapping support for external sequencers to drive this app.. I want to trigger these sounds with an AU’s midi, but unlike some of your apps, this one, Soft Drummer, Funk Drummer, Jazz Drummer and Future Drummer cannot be used as sound modules. I am almost sure they also had this option before didn’t they? Please do add it again, I really want to use these apps with external midi and not just to send control and program changes. I’m sure many would agree it could be useful. Great sounds on this app and the flexibility as a jam partner is great. I don’t ever use external sequencers to my AUM sessions however, so I want to control the sequence of the drums from AUM and at the moment I can’t because of that. Hopefully you can add that option to work as a sound module to these apps too. Otherwise, this app is close to 5 stars due to the sound quality and amazing jam improv stuff. Wish it were an AU though! But that is ultimately a personal choice I guess.

Awesome drummer!!!!!. It's very close to having a real drummer! The feel of the groove is like having John Bonham over for a session. Easy to jam along with. The iPad interface is a nice break from using my computer. Many of the samples offer round robin playback. And this brings up my only complaint: I do wish all the samples were round robin. On my computer drum machines they are all round robin, perhaps it was done this way since iPads have less storage. I feel guilty complaining at all given the ridiculously low price and I really can't overstate how great the drum beats feel when I play guitar along with it. The randomized fills and variations in the beats (which is adjustable) are a huge timesaver. I have a ton of other drum programs, however they have all required extra programming to make them feel more human. The sound quality is exactly how I would have recorded it my self and sits well in the mix. The room sound is great, still sometimes I just want it to be a bit drier. So I apply a transient designer to reduce the room sound and it sounds perfect. Love standing and using my fingers instead of my mouse or trackpad. I also purchased soft drummer and funk drummer (they are both amazing!!!). They are all so good that part me wants to skip the review:)

Great!. This is a revised review. I initially had the lite version but didn’t understand the program fully because of the lack of instructions. I bought soft drummer and once I understood that better, although instructions would still be a huge benefit, I purchased rock drummer. Love it!

Cant play live with other instruments. I bought 4 of these apps and overall very, however there’s one big limitation which seems to be an app issue. Until I resolve this I only give three stars otherwis 5. In garage band the app does connect with interapp audio. But I cannot add another track, soon as i do this app is removed. Tried with a 2 channel interface same thing. Whn you add the drummer it puts it on tracks 1+2 by default. I change the input to track 1, then attempt to put a mic or guitar on track 2. Soon as I do that the drummer. Is no longer on track 1, its gone. And if I already have a mic on input 1, then add the drummer to a new track it removes the mic and puts the drums on track 1+2. The only way i been able to use these drums id by first recording a drum track first, then adding my guitar track after. Pretty screwy.

The best ios drum app. Best app for rock/ natural drums

Yes but no. No matter what i do it seems to introduce fills occasionally, making it a useless teaching tool. The pattern created is clearly without fills, ive been through all the buttons…. No clue what causes this. Its basically just a waste money at this point

I really peaked half of this does not seem to work. The MIDI out in this is none existent as I see it nor can it be controlled by and external MIDI controller. These products can be used (with any real success in Cubasis or other DAWs I tried. Basically after a week of fooling about I feel really ripped off.

Natural and groovy. I do not make rock music. At all. But I love Rock drum machine. It has some great sounding kits, it is a doodle to program, if I am out of ideas the random button creates some great rhythms and the little variations and breaks that it automatically builds into patterns are excellent.

Perfect jam partner. Big thank you to Lumbeat. I use RDM every time I practice now. The interface makes programming super easy. I highly recommended visiting the RDM website to really open up the app’s potential. This app is perfect for when our drummer can’t make it.

best real drums. a must have for any ios musician. period.

Finally. An app that can create great drum tracks for us guitar players that doesn’t take days to program and fiddle with. After trying about a dozen different alternatives, this one has the best combination of ease of use, flexibility and quality sound. Sure there are features that could be added and improved, but they don’t detract from how great this app is. All in all, this is the best I’ve found to date.

Great simple app. This drum app is very simple to use. It would be nice if you could inject crash cymbals when you want. It make it hard to program accents but other than that it’s great. Couldn’t be easier to program songs. Sounds really good and hard to beat for the price!

Great sounding app!. Great new features in the update. Easy to get something very usable quickly. If you had to have only one iOS drum app, one of the Lumbeat family of apps would be it.

Nice sounds and beats!. This is a great accompaniment to playing solo. The only issue is sometimes it does Not connect right away to my Bluetooth devices. Once connected works great

MIDI Features work!!. This is the only drum app I’ve found that syncs with my Tasman Model 12. I press the transport button on the Tascam and Rock Drum Machines starts playing. That is wonderful and helps me immensely with my workflow.

I love Lumbeat apps!. So easy to dial in a great sounding drum track with swing and fills. I own 6 of them - Soft Drummer is probably my favourite, but I use this lots for straight ahead rock. Linking up with iBassist is a nice feature. Kudos.

Strange interface, but great app overall. Very confusing interface and hard to understand what and how I can do things, but it seems to be the best in class for imitating live drummer.

Liking this app. I am liking this app, coming in handy when there is no drummer available. Finding some minor bugs, that cause it to crash sometimes, hope that won’t be an issue when using live. Seems to work well in pad mode.

Amazing Drum Machine!. This is such a great drum machine. You can create a super solid live rock sounding kit. Super easy to create rythms and songs. There's a setting 'Jamming' that when you crank up has an algorythm to transform your basic beats to something that an actual drummer would do. You can define fills as well. Invaluable practicing and song writing accessory. Really helping me solidify my playing. Recommend this to anyone in need of a drum machine, playing rock-funk-punk-metal

Professional quality all the way!. These drums sound as good as roland v drums and are super easy to use. Lots of options. Amazing app. If you want to avoid buying and learning drums this is for you. Works flawlessly on ipad pro 2017.

Shiny Now. I’ve had this for a year or so and hadn’t used it much until I recently bought iBassist. Slight learning curve, especially songwriting between the two apps and wanting particular control of all beats, but I’m getting the hang of it. Everything is shiny now!

Great Tool!. Took a little time to figure some features out, but now it’s getting tons of use in my setup.

Amazing app for guitarists.. Drums sound very realistic. Lots of presets. Easy to use. You can create lots of fills. Can be used for live performance. This will be a go to app for practicing guitar and songwriting.

Handy for quick beat ideas.. Nice for finding a new beat and trying different drums to customize your sounds.

Nothing.. Can’t get RDM to even SNIFF Cubasis in either audio OR MIDI. Even through Audiobus it doesn’t work! I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Swapping inputs, outputs, MIDI channels, and EVERYTHING in between. This has been a solid week messing with this, and I’m agitated. I paid for the full version and it’s been nothing but headache. Sounds are great, when you can actually USE them. And sound module mode?!! USELESS.

Pretty Good. Quite easy to use. Many of the patterns are a bit too busy. Would like to see a preset group of simple back beats.

Super Easy to use and flexible. The app does exactly what it should and gives a good mix of allowing rigig patterns/songs but also live jamming.

Just what I was looking for!. This is the perfect app for quick drum tracks to write songs with. Good sounding natural drums with automated variations so songs sound more natural and less mechanical.

Good sounds and very useful!. I have several drum apps, and this one works with my iPhone and iPad. I can put together the drum track to an entire song, with nothing more than my iPhone. This app gives you the ability to put real sounding fills that vary, so the song sounds more dynamic. Also, you can adjust how much swing in the drums, and you can adjust intensity and complexity of any of the grooves. Really good!

Real Drumbeat to Play With. Definitely added more fun jamming with real drumbeats. Also a great bpm tool for keeping a consistent rhythm. Just started using but so far it’s great companion to my training.

Great App. This has been a great practice tool. I have also gotten great parts created. Live pads work well but could stand a couple improvements. Overall excellent bargain and app!

Pretty darn good😀. Sounds good, natural. Flexible. For jamming it’s great and I guess if you took the time you could lay out songs. Looks like it has that kinda depth. Do it.

Great app so many options. My guitar teacher recommended this to me. It’s a great opp with a ton of options. You’d be hard pressed to find a groove you don’t like.

5 star drummer with a much needed Auv3 update. This was a 5 star app 5 years ago. It needs Auv3, period. Any m1 silicon use on PC should be avoided due to a network security leak. The app is not safe for Mac OS after all. Very useable app. Tones are pretty decent . All kinds of choice , multiple hi hats , snares , bd etc... Song mode could be better , it doesn’t allow multiple sound set with the same song , meaning if u choose a kit with a ride , they all your song must include ride tone every bar

Can’t Restore or Buy IAPs. Will change to 5 stars if fixed. Bought John on my phone can’t get him to load on iPad. Was going to buy both, I tested John on phone and it let me buy it but now it will not let me install on newer 2020 iPad it restore purchases. None of the buttons in the store are functional on my iPad. Such a simple thing to overlook and also costing you money in potential purchases.

For those about to rock. This app is sick. Really great grooves and fills. I’ve been using it at home and I’m trying to start using it in my live performance soon. The feel is incredibly lifelike.

So close. I would give it five stars if I didn’t have to jump through hoops to use hats and ride cymbals in the same song. Great app otherwise, high quality sounds.

Love Them All!. I own this along with a couple of other Lumbeat apps, and they are all inspiring to play with. I export beats to Loopy and build up compositions on the fly. Great apps!

Fun and Easy!!!. Rock Drum Machine is really fun and easy to use. You can absolutely use this as a plug in with Garage band to make great demos. Very lucky to come across this. Hoping they continue to add drum sounds

A library of rhythm. Together all his apps combined form a library of rhythm for almost any project. When new features are added in a new app he puts them in the others so you app improves over time.

Excellent!!!. I’ve been a longtime fan of SoftDrummer so when I saw this in the App Store knew I had to get it. I’m glad I did! The sounds are great. And it’s very easy to use. Great for songwriting demos!

Funky Drummer. This machine is easy to navigate and loads of fun. Great inspiration to practice and adds fun and excitement while creating new jams. Highly recommend.

Nice real drummer sound, many customization options. I am still learning this app, as it can do much more than just playing the provided beats. It’s perfect for my bass practice

Love it. This is the thing I was looking for. I can create most patterns here then record them to the Garageband. Every time I trigger for a fill it sounds so realistic and surprising.

Lumbeat apps add a little energy in a pinch. I like jamming in various apps. Sometimes when I need a quick beat added, I pop open one of these apps and things get rolling.

Good stuff. Good stock rhythms, good drum kit sounds. Easy enough to use without reading or watching anything. I am only writing this review to get 2 news sound sets.

Great product. Everything you could ask for in a practice and song development app.
