No go. It’s not as advertised.

LOVE this app!!. I'm always on the look out for a good fitness app.. and this has blown any other "workout app" that I have tried COMPLETELY out of the water. Here are the best things about Kettlebell F.I.T.- 1) User-friendly. It is extremely easy to use. Getting setup is simple but it is still extensive enough to feel like the workouts are, in fact, customized. 2- The workouts are very well designed. Good for all fitness-levels, ages, etc. AND the videos take you through exactly how to do everything. This was huge for me because there were a number of exercises that were brand new to me and the videos were thorough enough to take me through them safely and correctly. 3- I love the music feature. Very nice touch. The only thing I would say, is to make sure that you have a good internet connection so that the videos run smoothly. Overall I LOVE this app. To get a full body workout, at home, in 30-45 min, with only a kettle bell (or dumbbell)... WHAT ELSE COULD YOU ASK FOR?!

Never worked right. The music playlist thing never worked right from the beginning. Now the app just shuts itself every time you try to open it. The workouts were not very customizable either. Great idea in spirit but still needs some developer tlc before it's worth spending money on.

The King is back!!. I love this app! The exercises and timing are perfect to get a great workout in a small amount of time. Pros: The narration is purposeful and not repetitive. The variety of workouts keeps my body guessing and therefore growing. After a session I feel wonderfully exhausted. Cons: The in app music is unnecessary.

Nice!. I had been looking for a good Kettlebell app and found this one. It’s easy to use and intuitive, plus there are professionally shot videos that tell me how things should be done. Well done app.

Love it. I hate to exercise, but this is something I can do and feel great about. Doesn't take too much time, but I know it's working! Really recommend.

Please update!!!. I used this app all the time and it used to be great but now it makes me sign in every time I open the app and it never remembers what day and level I left off from last. And now it freezes when I press pause! Please fix this issue so I can use this app again!

What the hell?. I bought the kettle bell workout app last week and was super excited after my first workout, finding a weight training routine that was slow and steady and felt like I was really getting the type of workout I was looking for. After the update it's turned into exactly what I DIDN'T want - I'm not into HIIT. Can't we at least have both options? I want my money back because this is NOT what I purchased.

Requires registration. Can't use without registering/providing email address, so I never got to actually try the app; I deleted it. I really despise apps that do this, especially ones you have to pay for. Providing personal info should be optional in my opinion. If it's not then it should be clearly stated in the app description that it's required to use the app.

Phenomenal!!!. I love all the lolo apps, but the Kettlebell is my favorite! You will get the best guided workout in 30 minutes, and you can do it all from home.

Please update this app $. Once you start a test you can't stop it close out the app and restart if need be . Would like more user friendly options for the money I haven't been able to use this app since it never closes out if I close it out. The test never stops frustrating

Awesome. Amazing work out. Ingenious pairing with music. Never boring, easy to follow, and scales up with each level. The only way to interval train without paying for the trainer!

No more excuses!. I love Kettlebell work! My problem is that I would get bored, or unmotivated before starting to work out. This takes all the thinking out of it. It's really stupid simple. A nice thing is that you can edit to your preferred difficulty. I'm not a beginner and it didn't make me start with the remedial stuff. I'm not an expert so it gives me some extremes to work toward!

HUGE library of kettlebell workouts with great music feature!. These exercises are sooooo creative! I would have never thought of these myself. Now I have a huge library of kettlebell exercises for a really reasonable price. The workouts keep me on a fast pace so I don't rest for too long in between sets. It's very similar to working with a personal trainer. I absolutely love that it automatically adjusts the pace of my music based on the intensity of the workout. Definitely going to get good use out of this app!

Terrible update. The update today pretty much ruined this app for me. I didn't download this app for a Tabatta or HITT workout. That is what it is now. Each set is at most 17 seconds long. Way too short for the muscle tiring workout the old app did (which typically had 1 minute or so sets). You should have made a new app and kept the old one as is. Please bring back the old app!

Best workout app. Love this app, takes the guess work out of sets & reps. The timer & video is great, love a new workout each time. Lets you progress to different levels, exactly what I've been looking for in a workout app. Best purchase !

Excellent app!. Total body workout. Leaves you sweating at the end. It's just right for a quick workout or as a warmup.

Change it back. Like others, I used this app religiously two to three times a week, usually 45 minutes. Great workout. Now it stinks. I'm surprised they changed things so dramatically without the option to have both. I'll have to go elsewhere if not fixed.

Update terrible, changed for the worse. The new update is a huge disappointment - it completely changed the kettlebell workouts from a high-intensity weight-training workout, to a fast-switching cardio workout. This is not what I paid for. I have no intention of ever using the current iteration of this app, and highly recommend that the developer either rolls back this update, because it's costing them users.

Different but that's okay. I am enjoying the newness of this update. I'm sure the other reviews will bring on refinements, but I found this version refreshing and challenging.

Great app. Great place to start. Only on the intermediate. Haven't done any expert. The preview videos are easy to use before workout. Good workouts. Definitely sore the next day.

Awesome workout!. I've downloaded numerous workout apps and this one is the most well designed as well and loaded app. Multiple workout levels and amzing number of exercises. I am on the imtermediate level which has a cycle of 9 day workouts that vary each day. Workouts are fun and changes each day!

Apple Tv app. Awesome best apps available! I wish they made an Apple TV apps version to view on big screen.

"I wanna see sweat coming out your pores!". Just like Marky Mark once said, this app will give you a great 1 hour workout and force you to use all muscles. Great as a daily workout or paired with another regiment. Follow the instructions and stick with it.

Best Kettlebell app out there... by far. It is incredible how comprehensive this app is. There are 100's of kettlebell exercises loaded in this thing, ones I never even knew existed. The app seems very user friendly and effortlessly guides me through a workout from start to finish. I can even sync all my music into the app, so that I can listen to my own playlist, which is pretty motivating when you're trying to get through a tough workout. Very happy with my purchase. Look forweard to using this app for years to come.

Good workout but tries too hard. They have a lot of exercises on here but many of them are kind of stupid tweaks and I don't understand how they improve over simply doing the basics. It feels like they are trying to show off a lot of exercises rather than just put together the most effective workouts possible. I would rather do the same best possible basic workout every day.

Hurray. They restored the old workout times! This is now my favorite workout app again. (Also, I contacted the developer and they were really quick at replying.)

I knew this one would be a Winner!. I knew this app would be a winner even before I started actually using it based on the way each session could be customized to the user. Since I have been using it the past few weeks, the app has more than proved itself. Highly recommend and have already passé along to co-workers who report good results as well.

Simply amazing. A great app with well-paced exercises and selectable intensity levels. I love how the exercises are so well curated. Countdowns, excellent structure, and encouraging app personality keep me on target and I'm seeing wonderful results.

Rad app!. Like having a coach in the room with you. Video showing correct form plays throughout each exercise. I downloaded 2 highly rated kettlebell apps and this one is the best by far.

From Amazing to Junk. I loved this app BEFORE the calamitous update. The new update renders this app useless. The sets are too short, the FIT programs are gone and the whole feel of the app is ruined. The old version of the app was perfect. I'm now searching for a suitable replacement, but nothing measures up to the old version. PLEASE bring back the old version. PLEASE!!

An excellent workout. By far the best kettlebell program for the iPhone I've seen. Timed workouts so you aren't distracted trying to match your pace to a count, and dozens upon dozens of exercises for induce muscle confusion.

Registration Required. App is literally unusable without creating an online user account. I shouldn't be forced to do this in order to use the app. It asks for access to health data, that should be sufficient for tracking workouts. Why do I need to create a "cloud" account? Probably to spam me for their other apps, or worse, send inane little progress badges and kudos. No thanks. Deleted.

Change coming per developers. I emailed the developers about putting the old system back in - they responded and are in the process of "adding something similar" apparently. I recommend setting the intensity to the maximum amount, which increases each rep to 17 seconds as opposed to 10.

My go-to app. Gotta try this app, it’s the best, so easy to understand and follow & so dynamic with all the exercise variations. This app has exercise using 2 kettlebells most don’t.

Best app I've ever paid money for. This is like a $4 personal trainer. So great! Use it almost every day.

Disappointed. To me, I didn’t like the process you had to go through to set up workouts. You input your profile and it outputs a workout. Building customized workouts is a bit clunky. The video presentation is not that good either. Video plays one time and you get a verbal description but if you want to view video again you have to X out and start over again. Also there must not be any industry type uniformity in kettlebell exercise names because this app exercise names are not what I’m accustomed to seeing. I think there are better apps out there. I deleted this one.

Playlist crashes. Great exercises. Love the app for that. Disappointed that every time I try and create a playlist to listen to while working out, as soon as I tap the "done" button in the playlist section the app crashes. I would give another star and a half if that feature worked.

Love this app. I'm on the run quite a bit and often don't have time for long workouts. I'm also fairly fit and need to be challenged. This app provides a great, compact workout that pushes me and that I find very enjoyable. It's been a fantastic introduction to the kettlebell workout for me.

Great workouts!. Love this app!! Great variety of exercises with a variation in the length of the session. Whether it's 15 minutes or 45 minutes, you will definitely feel it a few hours later. Easy to follow videos and calorie count at the end of the workout!! Will definitely look at Lolo apps for yoga and anything fitness!!

Not reliable. The app used to be a favorite of mine, then stopped remembering that I have logged in and starts from the very beginning every time and , forgets the music playlists I created. I contacted support and they apologize and say they have not seen this problem and that maybe their next upgrade will some how fix the problem. The app really wants you to log in with FB credentials but I don't do FB. Not sure if that is part of the problem but I should not need a FB account to log in. EXTREMELY annoying. I am looking for other Kettle-bell apps now.

Great app. Another solid product

Simply incredible. This app is incredible. I have used workout training apps for years and only a handful have really stuck out over that time. This is one of the best. Leaves you in a puddle if you want it too. A handful of little nags, but as a workout app it is top flight.

Needs improvements to basics. I really want to like this app. My problem with it is that it requires you to enter your email, password, and preferences every time you open it. This should be unnecessary and is the major flaw I have with the app. Otherwise I would rate it a 5.

My favorite fitness app. Best money I ever spent. Seems to keep getting better. I still use the old routines. Developer has always responded to my requests. I need to pause frequently for my heart rate to recover to a reasonable level before starting the next exercise. I would like for the app to wait for my heart rate to drop to a user defined level before continuing thereby creating cardio intervals. I still would give it 6 stars if I could.

Favorite fitness app for the iPad. I can't say enough good things about this app. Simply my "go to" fitness app. Great mix of workout routines, exercises, and ability to fit your level and equipment. Love it!

Seriously hard (but good). Great app. Links with the other lolo apps to help you keep track of your workouts. This (and the other lolo apps) has made it so much easier for me to stay motivated with my training. Excellent.

Kettlebell app. I absolutely love this app I like the way I get time between exercises to move to the next position. I feel like I am in my own private class. One of the best if not the best KB app out there. I can't believe how much this app makes me sweat. I love the changing workouts and discovering different KB exercises.

Yes. It's good.. Don't make the mistake that the 15 minute workout is that much easier than the 30 minute. It varies the exercises more with less break time. Great if your tight for time. If it's to hard, the app lets you vary the intensity. Exercises change every day and it focuses on legs one day, core another and arms (so far). It matches my music collection speed to the workout and the video exerciser accompanies you. It even allows you to log the number of reps with a press and swipe. It does it all.

Such a wonderful app. I love this app. I'm new to kettle-bell training and I don't have a lot of time to workout. The exercises are easy to accomplish. At the end I know I had a quality workout in just 45 minutes. I can feel it in my muscles within an hour after the workout. This app has made me an ex couch potato and I can see the changes in my waistline already ! Because this app gives me a complete workout and motivation I am going to cancel my gym membership in the new year and just use Lolo apps. Lolo would be the top fitness apps for me if they would : 1) make apps for the tablet 2) link workouts to fitbit trackers etc. Update 2016 Is there any body out there ????? Great!!. This is the perfect app!! Everyday is different. Allows you to choose fitness level and time. Also has calories burned number. Definitely worth the money. Wish I'd found it sooner!!!

Old workouts have been restored. Glad to see they listened to the comments and have brought back the original workouts in this version. The new format hasn't quite grown on me yet. Really great app!

Great workouts - app could use an update though. I love the workouts this app puts together for me. As cheesy as this sounds, it's actually like having a personal trainer with you. I had never worked out with kettle bells before, and after about three months I'm a) totally hooked, and b) have seen a significant change in my body and overall fitness. Really really amazing. Some criticisms/suggestions for the developers: - Better instruction on how to do exercises. Perhaps an entire menu of exercises where you can choose an exercise and just get instruction on it, outside the context of your timed workout. - This needs a major iOS8 style update. - Every time I open the app after it's been closed, it opens to the end of Beginner Workout Day 1. I have to stop it and reconfigure all the workout settings. - Because of the last item, it does not save my workout progress or history. So every time I open it, the app thinks it's my first time. Annoying also because I have to remember which workout I did last. - If I'm listening to music or a podcast outside of the app, while I'm running the app it turns the volume down on my other audio the entire time the app is open. It should only turn my other stuff down when the instructor is speaking, otherwise keep it at normal volume. - The app gets a little confused when you close it during rest periods. If I'm working out during the day, I'll often need to check my email or send a message, eg. Anyway, definitely looking forward to a big update sometime soon.

Update Ruined a Great App. Prior to the update, this was great. 15 minute tough workouts. Now it claims to be a Tabata workout, but the timing is all wrong. Workout too short, rest too long. The developer should fix that, and fold this into the prior program. Then, it would be 5 Star awesomeness

Worst update ever. This used to be my favorite weight-training app, until the most recent update made it completely unbearable. I'm a huge fan of lolo products, but this is the absolute worst. I don't plan on ever using it again.

Awesome Kettlebell App. Best on the market without question. Workouts are advanced and demanding. Sync with ITunes playlist is first rate and unique.

Love it!!. I workout at home and a lot of times apps aren't suit for that. But this one kicks butt!! It's fantastic! In just 15 minutes I'm soaked with sweat and feelin the burn! It can be customized to suit time or body restrictions. The cues of what to do and when is very helpful. It allows me to focus on my form and not worry if I've pushed hard enough. Great work!

Meh. Be prepared to get a lighter bell for pressing exercises, ab stuff. Wish there were an exercise glossary, but doesn't appear to be any in the app. Not impressed. Just randomly generated workouts. Haven't really seen any good kb apps -- surprising.

Great app. I'm new to working out with kettle bells. I've found this app very easy to use and learn new exercises while getting a great workout.

Awesome App! Great workouts!. Love the workouts on this app and the demo videos they give. Stuff I've never done before with KB - so very inspiring! I can set up the time of the workout based on the time I have and the level of intensity. Kicks my butt! Love it!

Terrible Update Squared. I never write updates...this is my first. I loved the old app. It allowed me to get in a 45 minute+ workout, burn calories, and get tired. Lolo has enough apps for the HITT methodology. The old version of this app was a good old school Rocky Balboa workout...now it is gone. Please bring it back.

Not worth the price. The video is clunky, the exercises aren’t adequately explained, there’s too much downtime between exercises. It bored me. Not worth the price.
