It keeps shutting down.. I am rating this app no stars until Lolo fixes it. I can't use this app because it keeps stopping in the middle of the workout.

The absolute best. This app has great variety in workouts, the ability to beat sync your music and use it in the background, and various fitness levels so you're not stuck at the same pace all the time. I'm sure there's a ton of other benefits and features I can't think of right now, but I can say without a doubt, I use this app a lot. If you have a stationary bike that shows you your speed and resistance, then get this app!!
Great but.... I love this app and many in the Lolo line. It provides a great workout and motivation. However, I do not understand why the app cannot run in the background!! Especially when biking, I have another app that I like to keep open as my bike computer. The other app tells me my speed, cadence, distance, and heart rate. Why can't I listen to the prompts from the Lolo app while viewing my metrics and performance from another app??? Obnoxious.
Great app!. I've been using this app at my local gym on the stationary bikes. It makes a 30min workout fly by but still kicks my butt! I love how the music speeds up or slows down as the intervals pass by. I just love this app!! Highly recommended!!

Another Winner!. Been using it a while now. If you've used their other BeatBurn apps, you might want to start with intermediate at the lowest. The beginner stuff is a bit too easy, but intermediate gave me a pretty good workout. I'm moving up to advanced now. Great workouts and great coaching. Must have app!
Great app. This app works great. The song limitation of 50 is incorrect. It can import more, but only 50 at a time. This app is obviously made to use on a stationary bike, not on a bike with a trainer (which is how I used it) so choosing gears for numeric intensity was a little challenging. I would give the app 5 stars if the developers made a setting option to input gear layout for those who use this on trainers. All in all, it worked great.
app shuts off. for some reason, the app shows down after a few songs....anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Almost there - still has a flaw to fix or a feature to add. First, I’m a huge fan of almost all of the Lolo Fitness apps….well worth the money. The BeatBurn series is sequence of progressively more difficult interval-based workouts. The Elliptical and Treadmill apps are very similar and very good. The most major flaw (in my opinion) is that you cannot customize your app to match the actual indoor cycling bike that you’re on. This app doesn’t work very well on indoor spinning bikes (which is more based on feel of the resistance, as opposed to an actual resistance or gear level). The BeatBurn Elliptical allows you to set the app to match the specific resistance range of the elliptical machine that you’re on. You can adjust this in the app settings….16 levels or 20 or 30 levels of resistance (depending on the brand name). You cannot do this within this cycling app. I believe the app is completely based on 20 levels of resistance (or gears). I love using this app on my Trek racing bike when I’m outside, but it doesn’t transfer very well when I’m using an indoor bike at the YMCA. Some indoor bikes have 16; others have 30 or so on. It would be nice if this BeatBurn Cycling app could match the same feature to adjust resistance levels as the same Elliptical app. This seems like a quick fix, so I hope the folks at Lolo Fitness can get this updated soon. The second major flaw (and this goes across all three BeatBurn cardio apps) is that I would like to see Lolo Fitness add in a longer, “tempo” workout every 4-5 workouts. Even on the 45-60min workout settings, most intervals are (at most) 2-3 minutes in length. I would like Lolo Fitness to throw in some longer, “slow burn” and tempo workouts where you have intervals that are 5-10 minutes in length on the longer 45 or 60 minute workouts. It’s very difficult switching gears on your outdoor bike (or indoor trainer) every minute or adjusting the treadmill every minute. It would be nice if a workout (about 1-2x a week) would incorporate a longer, steady-state workout where the intervals were 5-10 minutes in length….this would allow the user to find their tempo while in that longer interval (great for time trialing practice) or more like real-life road running. Just a couple of suggestions.
Love it....ALMOST!. I love this app a lot and I can never find another app like this but hopefully the constant crashes will be fixed in the next update because I get frustrated everytime it does it. It's not only once but multiple times! Please fix it!
Great app; worth the money. I have used this app for about a week and love it. It keeps me on pace, the music is interesting, and I really feel like I get a good workout. The only minor complaint/suggestion is that the program starts out a bit too easy. I didn't bother with the beginner levels and the intermediate didn't seem challenging enough. I'm already performing the advanced level routines. Still, it's a good motivator and the intervals keep you interested. Nice app.
Would be great if it actually worked. There are a couple little problems before the big one. 1) The app only allows 50 songs, so the selection is a bit narrow. 2) Even with a narrow selection the songs repeat WAY more then needed. (In 65 minutes I heard one song 5 times.) Now on to the big problem, the darn app won't stay open! I picked a 60 min workout and because I kept pedaling when I had to restart app (after each song or change of pace) I went an extra 5 minutes. While an extra 5 minutes of pedaling won't to kill me, the frustration of having the workout stop & having to start it again didn't make those 65 min pleasant . Totally took my out of the workout every few minutes. The only thing that saved my ipod from getting tossed against the wall in frustration was that I knew it was an app issue rather then the ipod itself. I'll try it again after they fix the bugs...maybe.

Not for wind resistant type bikes. I went ahead and gave it 5 stars even though I have a wind resistant bike and basically gave away $4. I wish in their "details" they had been a little more detailed about what type bike this app is designed for. If you have the type of bike that you control the resistance then this is a good app. The music it offers is a techno new age sound and it is easy to get into and melt away the minutes. You can also use your own or no music. The instructor is clearly understood. And the app is easily navigable and useable.
Suggestion. I love the cardio apps. One suggestion for updates would be, if possible, show the status on the lock screen while app is still active. I like to lock my phone while using it at the gym but sometimes forget the speed I should be going or I get distracted in the gym just as the trainer/app is switching to a new speed.
Time machine!. Makes my cardio fly by. Never able to go for an hour without dying of boredom, but this app is like a time machine! Love it. I had some issues with crashing, but the new update seems to have fixed that... Thanks for listening and getting it fixed.
Great app. This app mimics those spin classes that never seem to occur when i can take them: my music, adjustable intensity and encouraging narrator.
Needs Resistance Scale Adjustment Setting. I use the BeatBurn Elliptical trainer app and love it. This is the same concept, but this app is missing an important detail. There is no way to adjust the scale to the bike you are using, so when it says to "set your resistance to 9", it means nothing unless you know what scale it was designed for. The elliptical app lets you adjust the scale. I contacted Lolo and found out that the app was designed for scale of 1-20 while my bike has a 1-25 scale. I can still do a quick calculation in my head to figure out roughly where it should be, but for a paid app, I shouldn't have to do that. Fix that and it's a 5-star app.
Nice spin bike up - needs upgrades. Love the simplicity of the app and the training program choices. Would be nice to show if an upcoming interval was going to ask you for more speed or resistance. Need to finally upgrade the app to communicate with more apps, heart rate trackers, sensors, Garmin watches etc.
Love it. I love these apps it's motivating to use my own music and have beat drive me in my workout. Also love how tracks my success and increases intensity automatically each workout. I do wish it had an option to sync to my heart rate monitor and tack my progress more accurately. Great apps !

They really listened!!!. I have awaiting a lolo spinning app for a while and here it is. I have many of the beatburn and easy apps and love them all. Love it but. So glad there is one for the bike but like most people are saying here: it stops playing after every song. Would be 5 stars if not for that.
The music is the key. The changing beat of the music to match your speed really does make all the difference. You can just feel it driving you. I like the frequent change ups in intensity too. Really fun workouts. I couldn't recommend this app more.
Excellent if you don't seek perfection and want to save $thousands. I've been exercising on a stationary bike for a numberof years and realized I had grown complacent. In seeking remidies I found this app and am so glad I did. It takes me through a nice interval trainiung there I work up a noticable sweat. I get to stretch mysel without risking my health. After a few weeks the programs are still quite varied and the voice coaching is very helpful, particularly the count-downs that tell me I'll be pusing for 60 seconds, 45, 30 etc. I use it wih a Wahoo heart rate monitor synced to the MotiFIT heart rate app which prvides nice heart rate displays. I keep the MotoFIT open during the session and the BeatBurn runs in the background with the voice coaching and music. These are a nice combination. The app is not technically perfect but for the price and cosnidering my real goal in a good workout vs. app Nirvana, it's a fine solution for me. Some of the quirks I've run into include the music beat. Doesn't seem always be consistant with my iTunnes music but that's ok. The app says it's synced to the heart rate monitor but it doesn't seem to affect the display. I asked the developer about it (who is very responsive). The center display is supposed to toogle with a tap but it doesn't seem to. That's ok because I use the MotoFIT app. What's that about saving thousands? I briefly looked into a Peleton and choked at the cost. Then I found this app that gives me a more than adequate workout. Maybe if I were in serious training and/or competition somethink like the Peleton woul be worthwhile. But I'm not. At 74 I just want a good workout for the time I spend. The BeatBurner does the trick while makeing the time go by nicely.

10 pounds gone already!. This is the best workout app I have found yet! I use it every morning for 15 minutes and since the end of May I have already lost 10 pounds. I ran into one small problem at the end of one of the many workouts and contacted support to let them know what the problem was...they fixed it immediately! I am very impressed! I have the upgraded app and it is well worth it! I strongly suggest you download this app if you want to fit into your skinny jeans!!!
Shuts down. Enjoyed beat burn for the treadmill which I used on my stationary bike. I really like this one specifically for cycling hill climbs are awesome! I'd rate it a 5 but the app closes during the work out and although I reopen it and it continues where it left off it is inconvenient during a workout! Please fix!
Shuts Off/Added Music to Playlist Missing. I love the lolo apps & was so excited to see a cycling one, but shuts off during workout and songs that I've added from my iPhone playlist disappear...... Please fix ASAP!!! Thank You
No music after iOS 9 upgrade. App keeps crashing when I try and add back in my music after I upgraded to iOS 9. The app won't even play the default music. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!
No MPH measurement. Wish I could give a real review: this app measures speed by rpm only, and my bike does mph only. :-/ would be nice to be able to switch to a measurement I could use.

A definite must-have app. Having knee injuries and not able to run, I have taken to the stationary bikes at my gym. This app is amazing. It gives a serious workout, with the BeatBurn technology it had amazing music that helps you push through. If you are a indoor cyclist, this is a must have app!

Annoying voiceover. You can’t stop the voiceovers. Happens every time - a minute of a stupid person explaining basics. Have asked for a fix or a refund. Very rudimentary app.
Awesome app!. Love this app. Having my workout tracks sync to the beat I want to work at is so motivating and the tips and instructions are fantastic for keeping me on track. Loved every grueling minute!. This app is a godsend! I used to hate working out on a stationery bike but I had to for my triathlon training. I actually look forward to these workouts. Not good. I'm not sure if whomever made this has ever been to a spin class. On the app, the RPM's go up as the effort goes up. It should be the opposite. Waste of money - do not buy. Will be writing to the developers to complain.
Could be better. I wish there was an option to turn the playlist off entirely. I enjoy using my bike while watching a movie or a tv show. I'd like the option for no sound so I could do so but also follow the workout. Wish I hadn't spent the money on this app.
