Great scale for a great price!. This scale does everything the really expensive scales can do. Don’t waste your $ on the other scales. This brand is just as great & it even connects to Noom for those of us tracking our weight changes daily.

Updated: It will take a while to figure out. Updated: After numerous steps, I did manage to find the way to add my statistics. The developer reached out to me in a polite and friendly way. I still think the app is more difficult than necessary to figure out for all the data. Perhaps find somebody on the development team’s grandma and make it so *she* can figure it out. 😝 Previous: I've been fooling with this app for about 45 minutes now. I cannot figure how to input my measurements manually. The app is unnecessarily complicated, unintuitive, and not user-friendly.

Great app with cool equipment. I bought a smart scale and measuring tape that help a lot with my fitness goals! The integration with Apple health is awesome and I like how all of the metrics show where I am on a scale so that I can focus on the right things to get healthy.

It’s like the ‘outdated’ app but worse. A great feature of the ‘outdated’ app was that you could see the history of individual stats all at once, ‘muscle mass’ for example you could click on it and see it’s history of growth (or decline) over the last month, you can’t do that on this app. And what’s worse is that the ‘outdated’ app doesn’t work with newer scales. This app works, it’s just worse than the old one

Guest Mode Question. I love this app and use it daily. I have been in guest mode since I bought my scale in January 2023 if I create an account will I loose all of my data or can it be imported.?

New App not so great. Not happy being made to switch to new app and it is not even accurate. The measurement my scale gives me is not the same as what it writes to Apple, health and MyFitnessPal. Example today scale say 193.3 lbs yet it writes to the Apple health app and MyFitnessPal 193.4 lbs Yes I understand .01 not a big difference but to someone with OCD it is. Plus the old app didn’t do that. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!

Watching my weight. Started a new diet. It is a very tough program. But I watch what I eat. And every morning I can tell if I had too many calories. Plus my in take of water is monitored. Great device guys. Thanks!

Friends equaled accountability. You took that away!. Not being able to conveniently see all my friends together every day, to see how they are doing and how much I need to work on my losing weight was the best part of your app? I absolutely hate this new app and I’m looking for a new scale that has a great friend connection like you had on the old app. Can you bring that back? Please bring our joy back.

A user friendly tool in helping healthy weight loss.. I lost 18.8 pounds keeping track of what I ate. My goal was to improve just a little each day. Easy to use with positive results.

Great Health Tool. I love being able to see not only my weight, but my percentage of water, fat, bone and muscle weights. besides my BMI and biological age. I have found it very helpful and encouraging! I like focusing more on my bone and muscle and water weight than on my fat percentages. Although, it’s interesting to see the different types of fat and watch them go down as I increase muscle weight and eat according to my BMR.

Messes up Bluetooth. This app somehow messes up the Bluetooth connectivity on my phone (both 13 pro and 14 pro). If you are having drop outs when playing music over BT (car, headphones , doesn't matter) you can probably fix it by removing Bluetooth access from this app and rebooting your phone. I spent months frustrated with BT dropouts. All music apps, in my car, multiple BT headphones all had dropouts at random times. I even wasted the money upgrading my 13 pro to a 14 pro thinking I had a hardware problem, and imagine my frustration when the problem happened on the new phone. I finally found advice online to disable all Bluetooth access and turn on apps one at a time. It turns out when this app has access and I’ve used the scale a few times the dropouts come back. I’ve since found other people in message threads about this problem who have tracked it to this app. I was previously using the now outdated Renpho app when I found this problem. I went months without using the scale and recently decided to try again with this new Renpho Health app. Same problem. Weighed in 3 times and had Bluetooth dropouts again despite not having a single drop out since I stopped using the old app.

After two years, this device amazes me of how good it is. Its super fun and reliable. All the features in addition to the weight are awesome

Use it everyday. I have used my Renpho smart scale everyday for three years, and I have learned so much. The simple act of stepping on the scale everyday, and paying attention to trends has given me tremendous insights into how my body works. Consequently, I have maintained a healthy and comfortable weight for years now, and I couldn’t be happier.

Awful. Loved the old app. Never had an issue. This new one will not hold my information from my last weigh in. It’s happened 3 weeks in a row. I get on and all the previous information is deleted from my history. So I have no trends, nothing to show me how much I’ve gained or lost because it’s like I’ve stepped on for the first time. So disappointing. I’ve used the previous app and it was great. I don’t understand why the change to this one that does not work. I will have to look for another scale and an app that works with it.

Old App Was Better. I do not like this new app. The old app was way better. In the old app I could add body measurements like my waist or hips. I liked being able to track those. This new app doesn’t even launch to the page I want. It takes a few clicks now to get where I want to be. It’s super confusing. I’m going to keep using the old app for now. Not worth upgrading.

Accurate. Every morning I can’t wait to use my skills so I can see how far I come in my journey but not only do I see my weight I can see the whole calculations of the body mass that like water just the whole 9 yards this is a good scale to have.

Bluetooth problems. Amazing that Apple lets this app continue to operate when it’s been known for ages that this app interrupts Bluetooth audio connectivity from other apps. This supposed health app has made taking walks or going to the gym a sensory and mental nightmare because my Bluetooth connection keeps cutting out for 5-10 seconds at a time while I’m listening to podcasts, books, or music specifically due to this app. Edit: Ignore the response from the developer under this review. Turning off background refresh does not help. The only the thing helps is turning off Bluetooth for the app or removing it entirely.

Best scale I’ve had. I literally use this scale every day and it has tracked my weight loss for the past 2.5 years. I also have the tape measure so I can track my inches lost too. The seamless syncing to my phone is the greatest part of it. I can easily look back at any day to see what my weight was. It also syncs to my app I use to track macros and to the Apple health app. You get all those premium features for a one time purchase cost without a subscription. If you’re on the fence about purchasing, DO IT!

Difficult to operate app. I like the scale but I can’t figure the app out. I can’t seem to switch between users to see different profiles for myself and fiancé. Definitely a lot of good information but hard to navigate.

Very Accurate and Convenient. I use this scale every morning! Seeing my progress and activities is a good reminder where you are currently and if you’re on track. Simple as that!

All good here. Everything is great except I wish the friends section was easier to get to and navigate. Also when viewing a friends history page under trends the bottom is cut off and I can’t scroll down to see anything below average and change.

Multi user issue. My wife weight gets “intelligently” assigned to me. I cannot find a way to move it to her data. Otherwise it a nice program.

Weight management and comprehension at my feet.. The scale has been pivotal in the shifting of my lifestyle. The metabolic age information has changed how I look at my body and functioning as it relates to my weight and comprehensive health.

Works good. I like the watch. It seems that different watch faces have different features which can be annoying.

Not for use with multiple people. The app “technically” allows for multiple people, but setup for it is very hard and important features are missing when I’m guessing it’s a VERY common use case. What I mean by technically is that your partner can weigh themselves and it does suggest that it isn’t your weight (so at least it won’t mess up my tracking), but I can’t find any way to access anyone else’s metric history but my own. I can only see my own charts and history, but nobody else’s, only their most recent weight. Super annoying. Also, I’m not sure if this is possible, but the Bluetooth connection forcing me to have my app open when weighing myself is annoying. What would be much better is if the device can store the data on board and then transfer it via Bluetooth when I have the app open once a week or something like that. I usually weigh myself in the morning and don’t always have my phone in the bathroom with me. I understand that might not be possible, but please at least build functionality for multiple people to be able to track their progress and metrics over time, not just one person.

Very disappointed very bad experience. They made us migrate to this new app but the way it displays data is absolutely ridiculous and the trend graph is the worst it was way better with the old app and most importantly i used to compare data from different days and now it’s gone you can’t do anything You guys ruined a good app with this migration to the new app

Does not measure body fat! Only uses BMI. Try weighing yourself and then hold a solid steel dumbbell and weigh again. Body fat should go down or at least stay the same, but it doesn’t. It goes up! I was busting my but at the gym, losing inches around my waist and belly but my weight was staying the same, (because muscle weighs more than fat) and even though I got to the point where you could see a six pack my body fat was still at 15% because my weight hadn’t changed.

Love it. This scale has helped me on my weight journey to wellness for a few years now. I like how it color cods and breaks down everything for my coach and I to get me better and better.

No customer service what so ever!. For months after purchasing my scale it never connected to my phone. I followed all the troubleshooting protocol. After calling several times to customer service who never answers but promises to call back, I am going to buy a different brand.

Poor product. This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used. I constantly have to stop and restart the app to maintain Bluetooth connectivity. Sometimes even that doesn’t work and I have to delete and reinstall the app. I have no issues with any other Bluetooth app or connection. I have reported this problem multiple times with no response or support.

Very happy. The scale and app work great. I mainly look at my body weight, but there is so much more there if you want to really get into it. I love the trend graph to see if I am going the right or wrong way and if I need to adjust my lifestyle. It would be nice if it handled more than one person better. If both phones are within range it sometimes picks up my wife or the opposite when she is on it. If there is the ability to set a daily reminder I have not seen it, but if not that would be a nice to have.

I absolutely love it. I have two, the travel scale and the one for home. I absolutely love both! It calculates so much about your age and body. I highly recommend!

New version. I still have the old version and it seems to work fine. Added the new version, a little different, but like the old version better. Was hoping fir 'dark mode' with the new version...

Love my Scale! But mostly the app is amazing. Loving my scale so much, this app gives you everything you need in order to track your weight ! Me and my husband have it on ur phones so whenever he is using he just opens the app and it captures his weight and when I’m using I do the same thing, open the app and it captures my weight! Super easy, user friendly! You guys did awesome

It would be better if we can add photos as well. So for I like using this app and the weight scale. It gives adequate measurements. However, I cannot find a way to add photos. If we can add pictures on top of each entry, it would be much better.

Bluetooth notconnecting. The scale for the body weight works but the nutrition scale doesn’t work. I could connect it initially but Im not able to connect it after that. I even remove the battery to reset the scale, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, off and on the Bluetooth but same result. The nutrition scale is not broken because it works with Gennec app.

I hate this app. I have the Renpho scale and I recently switched from the old “outdated” app that at least functioned to this. In the history it has all my weights but the trend is missing several days where the BlueTooth wasn’t connected. Today’s weight is in the history but not the trend while yesterday’s is. It fails to send data to Apple Health even though I have AH set up to read it.

Great way to track weight. The scale battery lasts a few months and it keeps track of multiple weight and bmi changes.

Always connect, decent graphing. The app always fulfills its primary function, that is, connecting to the scale to get the weight data. The scale self will cache values and sends them to my phone when connected. The data graphing in the calculator is actually superior to ’s Health app graphing.

Awesomeness. This product is a must have in every household Especially for those who are health conscious

No export capability. What has happened in the last two weeks? Now all of the sudden, you can’t export data except for the current day? What happened in the update. Best scale even more incredible price. Hated using scales when I bought this one. Love all the information it shares with me and now use it daily.

Old App was Better. I’ve been using Renpho and this app for quite some time. Since the old app was discontinued, and we had to start using the new app, I am less happy. It does what it supposed. Not completely sure it’s accurate as I don’t have a comparison point with a professional grade equipment. App works great as to keep your track and stay on top of your weight and goals, other than that everything else may or may not be snake oil 😅still serves my purposes.

Not user friendly. App is confusing and not user friendly. A few changes would make a huge difference. You should be able to add and edit old entries. The layout and navigation is horrible.

Lost data. The app updated and lost all my data. The same thing happened on my wife’s phone. It now says it’s a Beta App. What they hell are they rolling out a Beta app to the mainstream channel for??

Not Happy. I have just been forced by you to download this app as you say the other one, which I have been happily using on my iPad, is no longer working!! This app is rubbish compared to the original one on my iPad! Please bring it back because this one is useless for iPad users and it is nowhere near as clear and concise or user friendly now! Shame on you for stopping the other one! Not happy with your company at all!!

Terrible compared to the old app. Doesn’t sync with measurements from the old app, only weights. No help with this even after contacting the support team. No option to have a 4 digit pass code to lock the app - you have to log out and log back in with your full password each time for security. Terrible “upgrade”.

Don’t waste your time!. I’m not sure why this app even exists as the other/older Renpho health app is so much better. Skip this app and get the older app.

Leave me alone. I upgraded because of the constant pop up in the old app. The new one is not as intuitive, clunky, ugly, and can’t seem to record my measurements. I am honestly thinking about jumping ship for a new brand of scales. I like the old app. Let me use it with my scales. I don’t want friends. I just want a 30s scale check in.

No improvement over the previous app?. Much like others reviews, I don’t really see an improvement over the previous app. Where have “Trends” gone? I like to see the history of everything but this has basically been removed.

Hate the new up. Old app was great - new one is awful. The trend view is ugly and unusable. I used to enjoy seeing my progress in the old app. Now it’s messy and hard to read, absolutely hate using it. Please reinstate the old app before I ditch this all together.

App constantly logs me out and takes hours to sync back up the data. Why does this app log you out randomly, and why does it need to resync all the data every single time, I literally can’t log back in because it takes too long

Great!. Easy to use. However, the calculations for trends is ALWAYS horribly wrong.

Ruined a great app. The previous app used to automatically load my data each time I stepped on the scales. Some"genius" decided to remove that function so now instead of just stepping on my scales with the app open I have to open the app, stand on the scales, find my profile, select the weight uploaded and add to my profile, then navigate back to my profile and search for my daily weight data. I hate my scales now. Used to love them. Don't buy! I'm thinking of ditching them for a different brand it's so bad.

Horrible App. Why did Renpho force this broken app that logs out constantly, loses data, and as the UU of a HTML1 site.

Awful design and layout. The old app was way better. I see the developer responses here saying this one is new and improved but that ignores all the user response you are getting This layout is so much harder to use. In fact I can’t even seem to navigate to anything useful. For example, I can see my BMI as a number but that doesn’t give me any reference point to whether it’s good bad or indifferent. You have basically turned a good product into a bad one with a badly thought out, badly implemented app. Whoever the product manager is for this should be ashamed.

Not good. After update , all my date deleted by app. Ask to login again , but not accept my password. Apply to reset new password , reject say cannot set up without Unknow reason. Your IT team did a bad job to loss another client who like the scale , not app

Worse. Supposed to be the new app but way worse in every way. Old app worked great. There obviously was no proper design thinking in this new app development, the layout is horrendous. Old app I could see all the stats on one page, this new app you can only see 1 stat per page, so 12 scrolls to see the full information. Please employ some proper design thinking and understand your users before you go and create a new app and force people to use it.

Take the app down. I was about to download and install this app but thought it would be good if I read through some reviews. The reviews turned out to be bad unfortunately. I haven’t used the app myself; however, based on the reviews I’d strongly recommend the developers to take this app down, work and improve, and load it up again.

Can’t log in to new app useless. Prompted to download new app. Can’t log it. Followed instructions. Still failed. Now I read reviews about conflicting measurements! You’ve worked a year on an app but reviews are not great! I’ll stick to the old one. I have a lot of data there I don’t want lost!

The old app was better. I hate the new app. I am the only user of the scale and there isn’t an auto sync in the app anymore. I have to select the weight and then select my name to make sure it logs it. Not really happy at all

Works well!. Unsure about the negative reviews given, data was transferred instantly from the old app and paired to my scale in seconds. All information in the new app is consistent with the old app. UI wise this is a lot more friendly to use and better to look at!

Not sure what everyone’s complaining about. The app is fine, sure it’s annoying having to migrate but if you just log in with your account it just syncs all your data anyway. Side note, the tape measure is such a time saver.

Bug in app. Not letting me delete data anymore, seems to include another users data in my data set and then won’t allow me to delete the readings.

Terrible - bring back the old one!. The new app is just awful - looks clunky, but more importantly it won’t automatically sync with either my Apple Watch app or the old app. It’s so annoying to stand on the scale for 5mins each time trying to get it to recognise the scale reading. I just use the old app now, but you’ve plastered that one with huge banners to “upgrade” to the new app. Please remove these & just revert to updating the old one!! It’s super frustrating because the whole point of this device is to use it in conjunction with an app, but the app doesn’t work.

Would only be useful if you’re using multiple renpho devices. Otherwise stick with the the old app. It’s much more user friendly and has extra features this one doesn’t.

A poor substitute. I used the old app for tracking all my stats in one view, this is harder on the new app. I also use it to compare with my friends where I can see all their weights on the same screen. Not possible on the new app. New app keeps forcing me to log in. Only nice thing is the colours of the app are better, everything else is just harder. What a shame.

Works perfectly well for me. As someone else mentioned, works perfectly fine, and all my data transferred across seamlessly.

Great product. I originally lost 20kg after I purchased this scale and I have used it since then on a regular basis to keep me on track. I have also just bought one fur a good friend who has begun his weight loss journey. It is an invaluable tool for weight loss and maintenance and the app give great insights. For me it’s a must have. I highly recommend this product proactively to people I know. Price wise it really is unbeatable as well. Great product. Great price.

Inconsistent comparison. I’ve been using the original app and been happy. I think there is a few nice features in this one but the comparison data for healthy ranges are out when compared to the original. The base data should match - if I receive a standard rating for protein in one app, it shouldn’t be too low in the new one. I’m going to stay with the original and delete this.

Downloaded but cannot login. Pretty disappointing. Type in email and password but cannot see the login button. The keyboard is showing all the time which blocks the 1/3 of the page where login/logout buttons sit in. The return button doesn’t work. Can’t imagine this stupid issue can pass the test.

Prefer old app dashboard. The old app had a dashboard that would show a range of what was good or bad. This app you have no idea, you just have the numbers and history without any explanation.

Renpro bike cannot connect to app. I bought the bike for the app use but it is not available

2 Renpho apps and different results!. I use the Renpho scale with the Old Renpho app and noticed the Renpho Health app is a new app so tried it. It actually made me lost trust in Renpho because even though the measurements are same the interpretation of results is wildly different. In one app the bone mass is good in Renpho health app it’s high. Same with Body water, Body fat etc. what’s the deal with that guys? Which one is accurate? That’s what customers want to know. 2) why create a new app and make it so that the we have to take 2 measurements each. It’s not like if you take a measurement on Old Renpho app it automatically syncs with Renpho health app. What’s the deal with that? 3) What even is the point of this app? It offers nothing new, confuses readings from the other app and makes you lose trust in Renpho. What’s the target of this app compared to old app? So pointless and confusing.

No point. I use their scales but I see no point in using the new app it wants to be allowed to write stuff to my health data but I see no relevance in it doing so given it has nothing to do with the scales. The English doesn’t read smoothly. I just wanted the message to go away from the old app.

Not inclusive. Only male and female as options. Pretty backwards and alienating.

Terrible update do not install. The new update drops most of the previous data. It is no longer possible to run a comparison of previous results. Sack the geniuses that ruined a working app and roll back the previous working app. Very disappointed I am looking for a different scale with a. working app

Going backwards. Have used Renpho for about a year with a great little app. Unfortunately you are forced to upgrade to avoid huge annoying nagging upgrade messages. Now the app is overly complex and requires some searching to find the scale. An annoying spectacle clippy type icon hovers over figures that now can’t be read. Simply awful .

Terrible. Confusing, measurements and Interpretation are different. Does they mean then the measurements from before are “fake” / made up just so that we keep using the device and app. Used the app twice and deleted it. No point of using it really , stay with the old app if you still can . This one doesn’t offer anything new anyway

Can’t even log in. After typing in your password. In the login screen the keyboard doesn’t move out of the way so you can’t press the login button. Amateurish.

Hate it. The old app worked fine, the colour coding system was great and gave me a goal to work towards. The new app is difficult to use and honestly, disheartening. Seeing a yellow colour on the old app gave me the feeling of “I’m currently not great but I’m working towards green”. The new app, when you take a measurement, has OVERWEIGHT over each number instead of the colour system. To be honest, it’s actually really disheartening. I used to look forward to weighing myself each morning and seeing the little icon move closer to green, now I dread opening the app and seeing OVERWEIGHT everywhere. I will not be using the new app and if the old one is phased out I’ll find another brand.

Not syncing data with apple health. Old app syncs data better with apple health than this one. I downloaded this because old app doesn’t support renpho tape measure. Seems like in gives bit inaccurate measurements with measure tape as well

Disappointed. The new app does not automatically assign the scale information to the only user of the app. It’s constantly asking me to select the data sets and assign to the only user. The old app would do this automatically unless sufficient time had past/data was wildly different to suggest it may not be correct. Uninstalled and using the old app until this is fixed as it makes the app unusable.

I like it. App is good and easy to use. A suggestion: There should be a way to chart weekly, monthly and yearly averages. I'm more interested in those trends than the app selecting a random day during a month and using it as a data point. Hit me up if I didn't explain it very well. Also, some better curve fitting algorithms for the charts would be great as well.

Hard to navigate. As a new user this app is terribly hard to use. Yes it syncs to the scales and takes the measurements accurately but everything else is very unintuitive. I can’t compare results, see dates on values on graphs. It’s hard to navigate. I’ve searched online and on YouTube for tutorials and there is nothing for this new app. Very disappointing for such a large company. UPDATE: I did eventually work out/find some of the features I was looking for and I appreciate the response from the developer. Still don’t think it’s very intuitive but have upped it to 3 stars from 2.

Seamless transition. The new health app was simple in transferring my existing data from the previous app to this one. The synced weight scale still works and while it may not have a trend graph, the history tab is easier to read than the previous one

Unnecessary complicated. Significantly more clicks and swipes for seemingly the same app. WHY? Some of the metric interpretations are diff between the apps. Makes you wonder how accurate they really are… If you are going to update the algorithm why not apply to both apps? Don’t understand the point of the new app, it’s unnecessary complicated! Will delete for now and use old Renpho app and live with the annoying banner telling me to upgrade.

Terrible. Why did you change the app? This is not user friendly I can’t add personal info .. when my scales die I will be buying another brand .. not impressed at all now .. none of my info is easy to find now .. bring back the other app!

This app will replace the old app!. Yes this will be the only one. The old app will be retired. It syncs from old app automatically. Added feature to see multiple devices in one app. It looks good. No issue. Problems maybe user problems. Lol.

Can’t sign in. The old app works perfectly. For a while it was automatically transferring my measurements to the new app and now the new app won’t let me sign in. It tells me if I have entered an incorrect password but won’t take me in when I enter the correct password. I don’t trust it enough to uninstall and reinstall in fear of losing all my historical data. Not happy.

Lost all my data. I had been weighing myself weekly and today, when I accessed the app for my morning weighing, I had lost all my data. Switching to a more reliable scale.

App lost all my data after 3 years of use. After the last update, the app kicked me out and lost all my data. I’ll be throwing this scale away and buying a new one, for sure

No History support. The app need to keep track of history past just one day. This should be a no brainer

Love scale and jump rope!. Use the scale daily and jump rope every 2 days! Please make it so jump rope data is added to iPhone’s health app!

Better than garmin smart scale!. This scale is amazing and affordable. I bought a garmin scale I quickly returned it. It was $225 and didn’t do half of what this does. I found it insane garmin didn’t show anything of what this does. And this scale is affordable. I have had it for years. I had a bit of an issue with the update/new app and learning to use the new settings. It wouldn’t record my weigh ins or connect. I learned to close the app after each use. Then on a weight in open the app and it’ll connect. If not right away it’ll eventually prompt weigh ins to add to your acct. It was just a learning curve and still amazing even tho I (and I see others) was initially annoyed at the change. I’m very happy. It’s a great way to be aware of what’s going on with all these stats they give!

Perfect product, perfect app. I bought a weight scale from Renpho in 2017, and I’m still using the same one now. Everything is working perfectly. I can access my weight stored in the app for the last 6 years anytime. Exactly what I wanted.

Works but deleted my history in latest update. I have been enjoying the scale and app since September, but this most recent update deleted my history. Wouldn’t let me simply log in after. It was as if I were signing up for the first time. And my daily weigh-in history is gone. :( Now I know to record it somewhere else. Sad that I can no longer see my progress or where I started.

Previous app was way better. I don’t understand why they changed the app, the previous one was way more straightforward and it never logged me out. Now, I have to really make sure the app collect the data from the scale before stepping off, because often times it doesn’t sync, or doesn’t save the new input… Quite frustrating.

All Data Lost after Version Update. Have been weighing myself consistently for a very important event I have coming up … app asked me to update , after I updated I lost all data. This is enough for me to never use this scale again. Will be finding a much more trustworthy scale moving forward. Very disappointed!!!

Weight Data to Garmin. The Renpho scale presents a lower cost alternative to the Garmin scale but despite the fact that the app will connect to Garmin through the MyfitnessPal app, it does not share weight data. If you sell a scale, the scale should share weight data either directly to Garmin or through another app.

Unbelievable So happy. Ive gone through other bluetooth scales that were very difficult to set up. Difficult to read the display and weighed at least 3 times as much. The scale itself is lightweight, fit in my backpack taking very little room. Im travelling through asia with it. Im not technically inclined at all and was concerbed about set up. There was almost zero setup once i downloaded the app. the software is intuitive and they difmd not overcomplicate it. This is EXACTLY what i was looking for and the low price was just a bonus. Thanks guys

This is the new Renpho app?. This app is not better than the old app to be honest it needs a lot of work. It needs to be similar but way better. It doesn’t even have a body fat record chart like the original app has. I just realized it’s not the same so I’m going to delete it until some changes are made! Maybe I’ll come back in 6 months to a year to check it out.

Absolute garbage app. The old app that you were able to use was so much better than this one. There was never any issues with being able to connect to it and you never got kicked out and locked out even though all of your log in was correct. The writers of this app should be mowing lawns and not working with things that people are supposed to actually be able to use.

Scale doesn’t record weight.. Since the switch to this app my scale and my app say they are connected but my weight never updates. I just get a pop up of what to delete. It is trash!

Log in issues. This app worked great at first, I don’t know if there was an update that broke it but now it’s impossible to log in. All my data is either gone or being held hostage now because I’m unable to log in. Renpho, get it together and fix your app.

It does what other tools are trying to do at an additional cost. Made me realize the cost of the weight scale is much more valuable than paying for a subscription.

Works well. It connects fast and show nice progress visuals. Data is backed up to apple health, so yet another place you can review and compare.

Can’t login with new update. I installed the new update yesterday and now I can’t login today with the same info that the app saved and has been using since the beginning. I uninstalled and re-installed but it didn’t help. What is going on??

Terrible. Was very excited to purchase a Renpho scale. Can’t even setup an account because nothing happens unless you use guest mode, which is completely useless. I will return the product.

This app does not synch to other health apps. The scale is great. The old app 5 stars. This app does not synch to other health apps. I give it 1 star because it does synch to the scale fine. If you want to save yourself some time and frustration just install the old app until this app works as it should. If you’re looking to synch this to Garmin Connect download the old Renpho app and synch it to Fitbit > MyFitnessPal > Garmin and you’re set.

App not working on iPhone 14 pro. App won’t open

App is bad. Please go back to the old app « Renpho ». It worked much better. The latest update just freezes up on open.

Does not record anymore. It was working fine, but since September 29, it stopped recording new weight. I uninstalled it, reinstalled, and still the same. It is connected to the scale. I reinstalled the old deprecated app and it seems ok.

Garbage App. Top most garbage app ever I have seen. Older app was working great. Don’t know why you guys need to bring new app on App Store as older app was working fine. These new app not recording my weight measurement. It keep record temporarily and wipe out in a next second. I love the older app as new app sometimes bring some other person’s weight measure on my phone. Please bring back the older app and don’t waste money on these new app. Thank you 🙏🏻

Useless app. Somehow two body weight/fat scales are showing up on my app. I followed the instructions that the chat bot provided to remove one of the scales - those options to delete don’t even exist on the app! It’s true what others have said about this useless app.

Useless, won't connect to Renpho Scale. Old app worked fine. This app, aside from losing 2+ years of trends (thanks a lot), connects to scale then disconnects every time I step on. Don't waste your money on the scale and don't waste your time with the app.

All data gone. Won’t even sign in.. After the most recent update all the data was gone. Advised to sign out and then back in, and now it won’t even sign into the account. Awful app.

This digital scale and app use precoded ratios for all the health tabs you gain one pound you gain 0.2% fat you lose 1 pound you lose 0.2% fat no matter carbs no carbs diet intense 16-20h fasting with 12km walk run or speed skating all combinations at a given weight will result the exact same curve following your total weight - heck even the freaging bone mass index will follow your weight you’ll get 5% more bone mass within 5 days if you took 2 pounds on the same 5 days which is plain laughing at people at this point. I growed by 3 inches in the last 3 years I’ve used this scale and app the app never adjusted how lean i was getting by growing only until I’ve adjusted my height in the app then suddenly i was 1% less fat being stuck at 17.6% fat for more than a year even though I was under intensive fasting and running until i adjust the height i was now randomly 16.5% body fat… great success - either this app know my body fat % or it doesn’t. This scale and app doesn’t know it it only apply pre-coded ratios following your weight.

Constantly disconnected. Why does the app disconnect the second step off the scale??? Every single time I use the scalo have to reconnect it to the app. And why does it never update the other apps I have it linked to?

deleted all my data. something popped up with all my data and the only option was “exit and delete all” WHY WOULD I WANT TO DELETE ALL MY DATA?? I just pressed it because there were no other options. so all my data is gone… MAYBE ADD AN EXIT AND DONT DELETE ALL DATA BUTTON

Please fix Apple Watch measurements. Only measurements captured in the IPhone app make their way to Apple Health. Measurements made on Apple Watch show up in the iPhone app, but do not export to Apple Health. The old app doesn’t have this problem.

Doesn’t import data from scale. App is 100% useless as the data from the scale no longer imports into the app. Didn’t have this issue with the old version of the app. I’ll likely be getting a new scale from a different brand now.

miss the old scale app. New app is less intuitive, harder to review the data. There’s no iPad form factor - it’s clearly scaled for the phone. After years of Renpho data tracking, we’re considering switching to another scale.
