Horrible app ever. Nothing easy using this app especially when you get to the point of inspection. Marking damages with those stupid codes awful. Several different pages you should go through to get to the final point. Stay away from this app!

Most Garbage Carrier app ever. -You can’t see all your loads on one screen -you cant cancel loads on the app -doesnt work often -cant even take pictures without the app forcing you to adjust your phone. Most counter intuitive app i have ever come across. Has not changed at all in years See the 1Dispatch app for a lesson on how to do it right

This app needs to be fixed. Do not update iOS 9 Please fix it ..... Can't book any loads

Worse. Dear creators! It’s really worse app... Did you ever tried to take a picture?? Don’t leave it as is, improve it

FIX THE APP PLEASE. This app itself is not too user friendly, the other problem is after updating to IOS 13 the camera shutter button disappeared and now I am unable to take pictures using the mobile app. Aside from that, sometimes my Photos won’t upload & even when I click “sync all” in the pending section still no photos uploaded. Very unreliable app.. please fix these bugs

What is going on with ios 13???. Ok, seriously, what is happening with this app on iOS 13??? My camera shutter button has disappeared, so I can’t check cars in or out, and this is even after the latest update that was supposed to fix this issue (yes I’ve logged out, deleted and reinstalled the app, it doesn’t help). Not to mention vehicle info doesn’t even show up on the screen if you’re running Dark Mode, only shows when You are using Light Mode. Like seriously, how?!?! The app is completely useless to me right now, which makes me unhappy, makes my customers unhappy. Hopefully fixes can be made available soon, otherwise I’ll have to completely stop using Carsarrive.

Greatest auto transport and self inspection app on the planet. These guys know what the industry wants and needs from a car hauler and dealer perspective. I guess because they deliver over 2,000,000 used cars a year. I think that's makes them the worlds largest used car hauler. I've been in this industry for more than 25 years and have worked with everyone. But this app protects the driver and dealer when you haul a car. Thanks CarsArrive!

IOS14. Bugs with new IOS 14

Broken app. It’s clear the developer does not test the app for the new iOS when the beta is out. After updating to iOS 13 the shutter button for the camera disappears making it impossible to take a picture within the app. DEV. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG! Do not update to iOS 13 if you need to use this app until a fix is released.

Only works with OS 9.0. Must have OS 9.0 or higher for the app to work

Dark Screen Function. We need update on dark tone for iPhone

Great for protecting your company. Works great no issues except when entire system is down its technology it’s going to have hic -ups most important the option to take pics is great for protecting your company from damage claims!!

Worst Trasportation app. Damages should be dealt with via photo not by marking the fake car, the photo camera in app is TRASH the app is TRASH go on RunBuggy NG the app is amazing!

Camera. Ever since the IOS update on iPhone the shutter button on camera doesn’t work in the app. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Need the latch for the app done .. ASAP This is ridiculous

Cumbersome. This app is pretty difficult to use. Something as simple as the button to take a picture being in the wrong place is pretty bad.

Biggest waste of Time and Money. This is a complete waste of my Time. Lost time means lost revenue.

Stupid. The worst app for transportation ever. Are you ever tried to complete that app at winter or bad weather!??????? Stupid app, hate it

Needs update. This is a great app hands down. Probably the best that is out and actually works. Only problem is that it doesn't work for IOS9 as well as it did for IOS8. Can't do anything other than book looks with the app

Last update makes it almost useless. I have 6s Plus and before last update it only crashed once in a while during taking pictures. I thought that last update will fix it and what a dissapointment. First problem is with visual inspection. Right now its almost impossibble to mark scratches on car since it feels like it doesnt respond to touch and when it does it will draw a line across the screen, second when taking a picture the whole picture for some reason is zoomed in and cant zoom out and really hard to take a good picture of the car and finally it takes too long to update status and send data when clicked Submit. I had it take up to 10 minutes sometimes to send data to servers.
