Almost perfect.. I enjoy this app but I have several delivery inspections correctly made and they just disappear and for this reason I cannot receive my payments. I need to create a new delivery inspection and send to Carsarrive so I can be paid. When I try to open these delivery Inspections, the app keeps loading forever. It says that you delivered the vehicle but the app cannot open the delivery BOL.

Worst app ever. Always freezes Takes forever to load Most of the time the vin scanner doesn’t work Had to submit the inspection a few times before it will actually process.

Rapid Transport. Great app I just wish you could be on loads through the app an not the website

Horrible. Not user friendly, no flashlight, no qr code reader, and checking in a car the VIN has to be typed out entirely! Worst app ever, your competitors are WAY AHEAD of you guys!

Hot garbage. This app, along with anything not Super Dispatch, is just a drag on time. It’s is still unable to use the flash properly. Scanning VINs is a pain at best, and when that fails you have gone from last 6 of the VIN to wanting all 17 characters to verify. There’s no need for the camera to ever not be in landscape. I could spend near an hour nit picking the flaws, but I need to go waste time typing VINs and holding my own flashlight to check in freight. Just go download Super Dispatch and do that, or even better, get rid of your app and just use theirs instead.

App not working properly. This app it’s never working the way it should be

LAGGING ALWAYS. Currently doing a job and when I was picking it up it takes forever to complete and now I’m trying to deliver and the load isn’t showing up once again. Just delete this and make life a little easier for us start working with SUPER DISPATCH

Bugs. App is not good A lot of bugs F-

Barcode scan. This app won’t scan a vehicle barcode, so I have to manually enter the vin number every time, the older app is way simple and faster to navigate, I wish if I still can use old app .

Camera. Camera doesn’t work

Not a easy app. It’s hard to understand and use. Not much instructions with it. It does not help that cars arrive doesn’t help you with it either. The app doesn’t give you all you need and cars arrive won’t help you. I was on hold for 2 hrs. I did give my number for call back but waited 3 hrs to never get called back. There is room for improvement here as long as the tech guy stays out of it and lets blue collar tell him what we need

Thanks for adding the flashlight.. UPDATE: I previously stated that I was going to change the rate from 1 star to 3 stars if the flashlight was added. Now I can add a total of 4 stars if this request is met: Do not force us to input the full VIN #. Some vehicles do not have the VIN bar codes. If we input the last 4 digits is enough to prove we are scanning the correct vehicle. And finally to make the app 5 stars: Add the vehicle year make and model or at least the last 4 of the VIN on the first page where all loads are visible. What's visible is the load ID and we the drivers are not seeing a load ID in front of us, what we see is a vehicle with color, year, make, model and VIN #. It is very annoying having to tap on each single load ID to see if the vehicle you want to scan is that load ID, if that's not it then I we have to go back and try the next load ID. But if the VIN is visible instead of the load ID then we can find it by scrolling instead of entering on each one of the loads. Thanks.

This app has never worked properly.. CarsArrive needs help. The app has never worked properly. Someone clueless developing this app. Always asking to update it, but nothing is ever fixed.

Inspected loads disappear/doesn’t load. After inspection of pickup the app is supposed to update inspection and reload on app. After pickup inspection the load doesn’t load back up and update for me to do delivery inspection, causing an issue not being able to do a delivery inspection, resulting in no pay. Also, there’s other loss to be delivered so I would have to wait at the location until this is fixed in order to do an inspection n receive pay. VERY INCONVENIENT to say the least! Please fix this issue fast!!!

non-functioning app. won’t let me scan the car barcode and will not let me type in what card it is or anything else

Why why why why why and how can this app be so bad now. I’ve used this new app twice now and this is my second review for this app, which I never ever do, because this app is so terribly bad. It glitches and won’t let me submit. It’s very clunky. I have to lock my screen rotation so I can take a picture of the vin. I have to enter things on the app then “go back” then click the car again so the previous info will go through and I can do the next step. Not to mention I can’t even see what cars are what I have to click the top section, it’ll tell me which car it is, then I have to back out and check the next one to see if that’s the car I need. Why. Why. Why. Why. Why. Stop having people make the apps that aren’t the people using the apps. Communicate. Research. Do something, literally anything, to consider the people using this app.

Bad. To slow and complicated it to use

Improvement fell short. This app is not user friendly or easy to use , maybe they can start by looking at 1Dispatch app to see how it can be improved

$$$. When you accept a load and you assign it why can’t we see the pay we agreed for that specific load

Aaron. Doesn’t scan gm vins with qr code requires 17 digits for vin, cannot scan vin numbers at night because the flashlight is not activated and cannot be activated 1 dispatch is 1,000 times better than this app

Fetching data issue still there. It’s a hit or miss with the fetching data. Some vehicles load right away, others take forever and never load. Running the latest update of iOS and cars arrive version on iPhone 14 pro max.

Useless App. What a waste of driver’s time… why can’t you all just use Super Dispatch like every other good company does, not only it’s frustrating for the fact that a driver got to use two apps but your apps don’t work half of the time. Everyone already switched to super dispatch quick and easy way to do things, no they got to be special inconsiderate selfish pricks to create problems for the people they work with. You should be ashamed of yourselves as I am sure you spouses are if you even have one, probably not cause no decent man or woman would want to be with such inconsiderate selfish people… hopefully it hits home for those in charge and they actually ask people they work with what would be a good way to do this instead of just pushing their selfish agenda onto people… if you have a way not use this app don’t waste your time…

The app needs to fix.. Hello developers! Why would you needed to shutdown the old version app and create this new one useless??? The signature doesn’t appear at pick up and delivery location, also fotos are not uploading. Do you want to fix it???

Problems with the app. The camera is off the template on the camera doesn’t match up with the picture of the vehicle it was confusing how to go to the next panel to highlight the damage one the panels

Driver. There not option to sent a bol to the customer. The email option is not working

What a Joke!!!. This new app just make me waste my time . Took me about 5 to 10 minutes per car just to do the inspection (have to p/u 10 Cars on same location). Scan Vin feature is ridiculous its hard to scan a vin it does whenever wants to do it and if you want to type it manually you must type the full Vin will be easier if you can put at least the last 4 or 6 of your vin. Will be nice if you can have the option of find your inspection by just have a scan Bottom that way just save time instead of have to open every order to find the car you need to inspect.

Horrible. You’re lucky if it scans a vin. The damage options barley go where you mark them. The camera locks up frequently. I waste more time trying to complete orders than any other transport app.

I just don’t like this app all!. Complicated for no reason. Scans don’t work.

Worst than previous. This app got worst not better. What previous review said is correct. Should be able to scan vin TO LOOK for the load not scroll and then Scan. If scanner not working, 8 numbers of the vin should be sufficient to find load. Also the whole VIN should appear as reference. App slow to open. Most time have to restart. Home page messy. Assigned, picked up and available loads sections not easy to read or navigate. Once in a load, app always glitches when entering information, especially when taking pictures. The menu to mark damages is the WORST, super sensitive when looking for damage code, often causes to switch tabs/get out of app. Using cause we have to but WOST THAN PREVIOUS.

Take Half a day just to work the app. This app has major problems! Wont work if you are in a bad cell coverage area. Always spinning “fetching Data”i think the developers should have to use it to get in their own car…. Total time waster!!!!

Worst app ever. App hardly ever scan. Then it makes you put the full vin number in and sometimes that still doesn’t work. On top of the you have to take the pictures a certain way or they done out elongated. I feel like I waste more time fighting with the app than actually inspecting the car!

Low rates. Just always really low rates on the units and there is no bidding on them to get a better rate .

Review. It does not specified if the vehicle is at an auction dealer or repo and wont tell you the same for destination, also wont let you cancel in case you need to
